Terrible customer service. Bought 10 batteries in November. Come back today to return 2 that didn't work. They don't hold charges. Was told that they had a 2 week return policy on batteries which is fine. Except that was NEVER mentioned once when I bought it. They said that if anything didn't work, bring it back and we'll make it right.  Clearly that's only on their terms. And no offense, running to a dispensary during the holidays is not on the top of my to do list. Which is why I came back when it was convenient to me, the paying customer. The problem I have, it's not that I'm asking for my money back. I'm asking for them to replace a product that did not work to my satisfaction. It's unfortunate as I did enjoy this dispensary. But clearly customer service is not their forte.

Hours of operation on website and internet CLEARLY STATE closing time; however, when I arrived that was not the case. The store had a different closing time listed on a paper note listed on their door as was pointed out to me by the employee who was exiting the store the now closed store, and who was not aware of what was posted on the website at all.  Advice would be to not try to go at closing unless you are prepared an hour beforehand, or call ahead.  Don't rely on website for cannabis info either as this info has also been faulty in the past!

They were so friendly!!! Ive never walked into a dispensary before and described it as feeling loved. Super fast and easy with great customer service.

I love this dispensary! They always get you in and out as fast as they can. They are also incredibly knowledgeable about their products. Great customer service! Definitely my go to place now!

***Covid-19***I will never return to this location. I was in line outside waiting to get in when a very rude women allowed her friend to cut in front of a gentleman ahead of me. He then step in front of them. To which the women made a very unnecessary scene. However the security guards at the front response was to harass this man who if I was in his position would have been very upset. However when this man left he informed all of us that he had the coronavirus. And that was why he told the woman not to touch him and he had to buy weed somewhere! Avoid at all cost guys...please stay safe.

I drove a half hour yesterday to buy a clone that was listed as available on their web page, only to find out that they actually did not have it. The budtender was apologetic and explained that they must not have updated their page, but I still ended up wasting an hour of my life. I just checked again today and, you guessed it, the clone they did not have yesterday still is listed. You can't trust their web page.

If this is your place for medical weed don't go today. The security guard is wearing his mask midway between his top and bottom lip. I asked him to put it on so I could walk by him and that lasted until my way out. Seriously it's a  small space.

Everyone that works here is so incredibly helpful so I never feel afraid to ask questions. When I place an Express order, I often forget about the daily specials and when I come to pick up my order, the budtenders are quick to point out how I can get more bang for my buck. Renee is the absolute sweetest and I'm so grateful for her and everyone there!

When you say your business hours are from  9am-9pm you should FOLLOW that. Placed an online order at 8:27pm arrived at 8:40pm to be turned away by some silly and rude lady that always uses the term hun. It would have one quick easy transaction but instead you were too lazy and ended up losing 2 used to be loyal customers.... way to go guys....

I've quit going.  The selection of vegan edibles is nill.  Prices have gone up.  I've taken my business to Abatin.

I like this little place.  If you're low on cash, go in and grab a quarter ounce of strawberry cough for $35, and you'll be good to go.I wish they had more choices of cannabis, but surprisingly enough they do have plenty of concentrates and edibles.There's no membership fee, and joining is quick and easy.  Simple setup, nice and friendly staff.Fair prices.

This place keeps a sparse stock and selection while being a tad over priced. The selection room is very clinical feeling and employees are 50/50 chance on knowing what their doing and friendliness.

Always nice and give good recommendations on pre-rolls and flower. Overall a nice little place to check out

I'm really in shock at the bad reviews. I have had nothing but great customer service and they show love every time I stop by.I like the fact that unlike a majority of dispensaries I been to who pre-weigh their meds which I can't stand because I've been shorted several times. They weigh it out in front of you and always give you more than you actually donate, score!!I have tried everything from the $1 J's to the best if the best and I must say the Marcellous Wallace is by far my favorite but it is pricey but well worth it let me tell you.Also, what I do appreciate about Hugs is a portion of the proceeds always goes to Shriners Hospital which is excellent in my book.If you have never been here and looking for quality meds definitely check them out. They also do free BBQ events from time to time as well.

Long time patient. Today was frustrating, with the virus getting medication is a little harder. But Josh was very helpful was able to help get me an express order. Did not have to wait a long time, Josh was who helped me when I got there. very pain-free visit, Josh was also very professional and I was very impressed with the customer service!!!

Hello gang.I have been a customer for a long time as a matter of fact I was a member in the "Loyalty  Club".I purchased a vape pipe and product and the pipe did not work .I took it back explained my problem to the clerk he  said "We have lots of problems with this pipe:.so he gave me a new battery pack ,Thinking the problem was resolved I purchased more product.Well guess what ? It wasn't .I took back the product explained my story to Alex the store manager. He refused to help me.As a matter of fact he did absolutely nothing except to threatened me and call security to  show me out. I am out $125.00 and have absolutely  nothing. With so many clubs to go to in Sac.DO NOT GO TO THIS  ONE! RUDE AND VERY AMATEURISH YOU ARE THROWING YOUR MONEY AWAY.Well good luck my friends Happy Holidays and pass the chips.

Terrible visit. Rude employee (Andrea) who decided to roll her eyes when I asked for my free Preroll (That they give for your first time). My first and last time going. A lot of better dispensaries in the area. DO NOT GO HERE

The staff and vibes here are outstanding and unlike any other dispensary I've been to. They are knowledgeable, compassionate, and all really happy which makes a huge difference if you're having a rough day. And the product is supreme! Also I like the fact that they have an atm on site which is super convenient!

Always in and out fast! Security dude is awesome and always so friendly! On Mondays they even have free farmers market grocery bags full of produce! They are extremely personable and always have tons of product! Wonderful top notch service! Try Lucky Kush! My fav!

Wow!!!!!!!!!! This club has really got their act together. Their staff appears to be knowledgeable and kind, taking time to answer my many questions. The  prices are decent and they have a special EVERY day which is nice considering the prices nowadays. I do wish they had a little more in the way of flower but with all the new regulations I understand. The flower they do have tho is up to my high quality standards. Ingrid and SFV OG being my favorite :) I will definitely be calling this club my home away from home!

The service they provide is outstanding! Very nice and very quick too! They're also very knowledgeable on the different strands they offer as well as the affects they can bring. Since it's my first time purchasing weed, they were able to help me quite a lot! I would highly recommend this dispensary for new timers or even to veteran smokers!

Advertising $6/ gram weed then bait and switch. Said they emailed us. Who cares? Stand by your advertised price. What a rip-off. Much better ethos at RCPSacramento.

Pros:Best tree in all of Sac. Deals Everyday. Plenty of parking and they even have treats for your service dog(s)! You can order ahead of time by visiting their website and placing an express order.Cons:There aren't any.

Stopped by for a second time today and left a happy camper. Heavy 1/8 day is the best. I love being able to get a different gram than the strain I purchased. I love being able to take my time and the staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. Easy to get to freeway and UC Davis Med center. Will keep coming back. #theywenttocollege

showed up last night 15 minutes before closing... I got to the front door asked security if i had enough time to make a purchase he said yes of course... Went inside the lady at the check in desk told me the where no longer taking patients for the night..  To me it just seemed that she wanted to get out of there because if they where not taking anymore patients then why would the security let me in..  I will never give the dispensary another chance just based on the fact that i was in pain at the time and the turned me away. Its all good SSCC, FWC, Northstar have no problem with me coming in and spending $500+ on a weekley basis... someone need to remind these guys that theres still patients out there that need there medicine and that is the reason any dispensary is around..

All of the HUGS employees i have had the pleasure to be helped by embody great customer service. They are friendly and knowledgeable, both technically and personally. The never make you feel rushed or too poor, or even cheap. It ia the place I would take ny mother but also one I qould take an out of state old college buddy.The security witch is usually a sore spot, is perfect, they give the total feel of being very secure while not trying to intimidate or bully the customers. Tough guys know they don't need to prove it because its clear, HUGS security understand and embrace that. Prices are solid, saftey, privacy, service, and securuty, this place sets the area standard in my eyes. A well run and staffed bussiness, a treat not a chore. I strongly recomend checking then out for yourself.

Don't waste your time going here. The fact it has a lot of stars means that these yelp dispensary reviews are useless. If you are intelligent and expect at least an attempt from any business as at least coming off as semi-professional, you will not like this place. You just have to shop around in person.

I was on my way to UC Davis Medical Center and I started having really horrible back spasms from a recent spinal tap. I saw Hugs from the street and went in to see if I could find a medication that could offer some quick relief. I'm very new to this type of medication for my illnesses so I'm not very knowledgeable when it comes to strain names and available types. The staff was EXTREMELY helpful and empathic to my current pain. I feel like they really cared about me as a patient. The two budtenders offered me several solutions including a dermal patch and CBD honey since I am not a cannabis smoker. They were a bit pricer than expected compared to the few other places I've been... and the germaphobe in me wishes they didn't touch and pack the buds with their bare hands (tongs would be nice guys) but overall I was very happy with the experience and I would visit again.

What with legalization, one would think that dispensaries would be more price conscience now as they would be facing more competition. That's not the case with this operation, anyways. Way too pricey. Also, they did not give me a free gift for my first visit. Will not be returning. Staff was extremely friendly though, and I was in-out in less than 10 minutes.

THIEVES! Every good review has been posted before their rules changed. Now, they STEAL your private information, scanning your ID without asking. Do they sell it, give it to the government? I couldn't get a straight answer. Every bit of information from your ID--your name, address, race, gender--everything--is mined without asking for them to do anything they want!!!!! CORRUPT THIE5VES!!!!!!

Nice, varied selections at multiple price points.  I didn't see anything I wouldn't be satisfied with if it was all that was available to pick up (which isn't the case at most places, for me anyways).  What really made my mind up about this place was the service I received.  Brittany genuinely took the time to ask questions based off my responses to what she was telling me about the facility and their options, and even gave some advice based on her own experiences.  I've never been to anywhere that seemed to care THAT much about their clients lol, even being from the bay area and fairly regularly frequenting Berkeley, oakland, and San Jose dispensaries.  Genuine compassion, which you can't really put a price on.

They have a good selection, I just wish they had more price options. But I love their daily specials! And when they have smalls it's half price. So nice! No other club I know does that. Their staff is nice and will you take care of you of if you keep coming back. I've been to many all over sacramento and I'd say this is by far 1 of my favorites! They have a good selection of edibles now. You just have to ask. Good prices on them. They have loyalty points which gives you a lil discount off the tax, and stuff the next time you come in. If you're a big spender they accumulate fast!

Place has gone downhill.  I moved away from the area but came back and went to what used to be my favorite club.  I was shocked at how downhill it's gone. The guys behind the counter were scummy---they looked like they hadn't showered in days. One guy kept trying to sell me his own stuff (way uncool).  The quality of the weed was poor--dry, stemmy, one had seeds.  Prices have gone up. I won't be going back here.

This place is under new ownership. Pretty much over night they got ride of most of the staff and took away the personable atmosphere. Prices increased and they added so much more for them to do to make this less of a quick trip. The only reason I came to this place was because the service was so friendly and they had great prices and made me feel good about coming here now it's quiet personality-less and just depressing. There was even a guy walking around looking like a "pit boss" as the guy in front of me joked. Sorry guys but I can't continue to go here. It's too depressing. And too expensive.

This is a sister to RCPSacramento. The people here are so untrained. They think it is better to be sweet then to know their products or get their calculations on the bill correct.  No high school educations here! Overpriced too!

Best prices in town!  I visited this cannabis dispensary for the first time yesterday.  I was greeted by a friendly man.  In the bud room, their prices were listed on their wall.  An ounce of Smalls sold for $200.  Now I bought a gram to see if it would be worth it.  It sure is!  First time gift was a pre-roll.  It was delish.  I'm definitely coming back!

Conveniently located just off hwy 50 @ Stockton Blvd. Very nice, secure, family owned and operated shop. They will help you pick the best medicine for your specific needs. Very generous and will give you a fatty for coming in. Try the little chocolates, took one for a migraine and it made the day so much easier to cope.  Last time I went in they had cereal (fruity pebbles and fruit loops and some others), they also have medicinal pizza! Which, they said is pretty good, but don't eat the whole thing at once...apparently this was first hand knowledge from a patient they have. Lots of variety. Thanks Hugs.

Only been in once so far, but so far so good. This club was a fresh of breath air for a couple reasons. One is they seem to be one of the only clubs in the area. I don't like driving out to el camino, West Sac, etc.  just to get medicine. They are right in the heart of east sac/midtown which is a prime location. My first visit was great. Not very crowded at all. Descent selection. Staff was very kind. It felt more like a mom & pop type of club, which I liked. Ill definitely be going back.The above statement was a draft and since I have continued to go back to Hugz.  I really like the place.  Like I said, they have that mom and pop type of feel.  Plus, if you can get in there at the right time and meet Athena, lucky you!  I'd definitely go hear if you are in the area, or out.  They treat you very well and on a personal level.  It isn't ever really crowded and I'm in and out.

I have been going to this dispensary for years and find it to be the best in sacramento.  No, they don't have fancy displays or BS steep hill THC testing (in reality percentages mean very little), or overpriced concentrates. HOWEVER they offer high quality meds (esp great outdoor!) and great customer service. There is also no wait time and parking is very convenient. It does not have all the bells and whistles of many cannabis clubs in the area, but they make up for it by providing great, decently priced meds-what cannabis clubs are meant for.

They dont test the strength of their cannabis...so how do you know what youre getting? Just because it smells good doesnt mean it will medicate properly. Also they sell straight trash pre rolls.  I broke open two of them. One was filled with dry, brown shake, and it smelled like dirt. The other had dark green plant leaf that was crushed and had no scent.

I prefer hugs compared to some of the other local places. Very laid back and never usually too busy.

I'm back and again writing another outstanding review! I need to acknowledge a couple of Hugs employees who have, I believe, made Hugs one of the best dispensaries in the area. First, I would like to recognize Nicole; the amount of knowledge she carries regarding the Hugs store, cannabis, and edibles is what makes this location and customer service so successful. She really takes the time to help customers in explaining each and every product before purchasing. This is extremely important and what makes Hugs stand out from other dispensaries. Secondly, I want to say Brittany and Amanda really stand behind great customer service! They are beyond friendly and always so warm and personable. I can't stress enough what great customer service means to me, and these individuals really exude great service! Thank you to Hugs and it's staff for making me a happy, returning customer! This place used to be good but now with new ownership they are a dishonest group of people.  The prices seem to change on larger quantities from second to second and no one actually knows the prices since they are variable.  Someone needs to close this place down.

I have been there a few times the past few months and is a great place no pressure the people working there are cool and the selection seems to be really good...

Just when I thought that I found a regular place, they change up ownership.  My dissatisfaction couldn't be resonated more after my last visit.  It's utterly choatic with new system in place.  When I arrived, there were two people ahead of me.  When I left, the entire waiting room was filled and the line was wrapped to the door.  The new register system was failure.  It took about 5 minutes to get an eighth that I preselected in line.  Wow.  It put me in an uncomfortable position with the other patients like I'm trying to be the one rude guy abusing sampling privileges.  Left a weird,  pungent taste in my mouth.  The greatest disappointment is the product change out.  You won't be finding anything that you loved here before because they are planning on carrying an entire new inventory when it comes to alternative medication.  15 dollar eights are a thing of the past here now.  Out with the old, in with the generic, RCP-look a like new

I was not overly impressed with Hugs.  First the good.  The intake was fast and the man at the desk was pleasant.  That was the only good.  When you get buzzed in, you enter a narrow room with dirty carpet.  It was unclear if I was supposed to walk up to the counter or wait to be called.  One of the guys behind the counter was really loud and seemed to be extremely stoned.  The other guy who was the one who helped me, seemed to randomly talk to other people in the middle of our conversation.  I wasn't sure when he was talking to me or one of the guys next to me.  The selection was about 1/10th of what was listed on their website menu.  To be fair, the did state on the very bottom of the website in subdued font, "Menu updated 14 days ago".  The weed was dried out and was stored in tupperware like containers that were open most of the time.  The used their hands to get the weed out of the containers.  They offer a free a "Free Doobie for every Newbie" which there were out of.

Overpriced meds, and the first time customer gift is pretty stingy.  Not recommended unless you live/work in Oak Park or UC Med Center, and can't afford the time or gasoline to drive out to the cheaper dispensaries in North Sac & Del Paso Heights.

Honestly, I have been to plenty dispensaries, and tried several delivery services, and I always end up back at Hugs. The staff is all pretty chill, they're very helpful and personable. Yeah, the place is sort of a dump, but I don't care about that. Their flower prices can be a little more than other places (Jack Herer is 20/g versus 17 at most collectives), but their concentrates and edibles are way cheaper than what you find elsewhere. (MediX Cartridges for $30 versus $40/$45 at other collectives) My absolute favorite part is the convenience of it. You NEVER have to wait to go back, there is rarely a wait for a budtender, and the parking is right up front. Its centrally located to freeways, so easy to get in and out. Other collectives, it's like a 45 minute ordeal just to buy anything. Not at Hugs! I'm in and out in under 10 minutes, and I'm a pretty busy person. I'll take convenience anywhere I can :)

Actually... Didn't go in here... but the parking lot looks great! Easy parking!!!! The parking security guard was very helpful in giving directions...

When this place was hugs it was a lovely dispensary,  now since it is perfect union they are definitely over-priced!!!

Seriously lame. 45$ and it dry dry with a bad trim. Couldn't even see the product before you purchase.I'm not gonna suggest any other place by name, I'll just say..GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE.

I love this dispensary and have been coming here for years. The selection is on point, things are usually priced fairly, and everyone that works here is wonderful. The daily deals are pretty good as well.Josh helped me out this time around and I wanted to give him a shout out for pleasant customer service and great product recommendations. Thanks a lot man!

Clones have pest and PM on em and arent kept well so they have almost 0 vigor. Don't go there for clones whatsoever.

I went to this location thinking the staff would be awesome like the northside location boy was i wrong weedtender was almost rude but I could tell She just simply didnt not care about customer service north side store employees go out of there way to help make a choice this emploee i dealt with today went out of her way to not be helpfuli still will deal with perfect union just not this location I hope tomorrow is a better day for her or she just takes the day off

The workers that work there are beyond rude and don't know how to do their job. It's more like a kick or spot then a place of business. Rennee or whatever that unpa loompas name is always calling people sweetie which is annoying and the new employees don't know anything about the products always selling me what I say I don't want. This store used to be good but now they care more about what to eat for lunch or how drunk they got at the bar the night before and employees are always smoking weed in the lay king lit but say we can't open our stuff there this place is a joke

What it do what it is this place sees my paycheck besides the restaurant and bar industry - I have smoked seven PKB 8ths - sixth sense by fig farms no bueno - I am a insurance agent now fulltime for 17 a hour and I buy a 8th everyday from this place. I don't smoke the Zach and teds- I drink Starbucks iced white mocha venti soy eat Taco Bell for breakfast and roll green from this establishment- I just started studying to become a realtor so I'm gonna need some strong euphoric stuff to get me through to the green or gold the Money ! Those 80$ Doja bags weren't any good- the p90 and air melon are on shelves right now but I don't like them- no good Floracal - chemistry 64 is good by fig farms - I tried the lush cookies wasn't all that - not too happy about the new batch of grease monkey or any seven leaves products. The menu needs a makeover and they need to sell off what they have and get fresh new potent bud that works

What a very UNPLEASANT experience I just had at that place! I will NEVER go there again and I encourage everyone else to go somewhere else if you need cannabis ANYTHING!The staff was so rude to me and I've been going there for years. Apparently they have some new protocols but have not informed the clientele.  I am so disappointed with the changes in staff, protocol and pure lack of kind  customer service that this place has become. Came here a couple of weeks ago on a date with some guy I met on Facebook. Service was amazing. We both had to register to get in, since we'd never been there before. Luckily, the girl who was helping us was hilarious, which made the process go by quickly.The shop itself had a completely changed look and feel from when I was last here. I actually kind of liked the old cramped up look, but it does look more clean and organized now.The budtender who helped us took her time showing us different options. She was super friendly, and definitely seemed to know her stuff. As opposed to my date, who said, "I just go by the percentages."Everything we tried was fire, and I must have been stoned to agree to a second date with this guy. I found myself wondering, "Do I like him, or do I just like his weed and his pets?"5 stars for the weed, the dog, and the cat.3 stars for my date.Would definitely return to this dispensary- just not with that guy.

Love this place! They have a great selection and are always fully staffed so there is little waiting. Jennifer helped me and she was knowledgeable about all the products even those used for pets. Recommend!

I usually come here all the time with no issue and this one time I was greeted rudely by the security black male commenting “your driving pretty fast” which i didn’t realize he was watching me from down the street and going normal speed and then the worker inside blondish brown hair white female told me my ID was expired which I UNDERSTOOD completely and even told her it’s okay I’ll come back with a new one but then she threw my ID back at me instead of handing it to me. So because of this poor experience I will not be coming back here again. You guys used to have the best customer service until these youngsters started being rude acting like they’re in their hood. It’s so unprofessional so I’m leaving a review thanks

I’ve never been unhappy with any flower here, Ever. All top shelf here mostly. Unlike down the street midtown shops whom have lots of bunk weed. Plus here no tips, no secret taxes, get points, discount makes this the cheapest in the lung run. And the girls sure are nice down there. Hugs

I have visited Perfect Union a few times and I leave happy every time. I just had my fourth spinal surgery (third surgery on my neck) and I am doing everything I can to not have to take any opiates for pain. They have the products I need and their prices are competitive with other shops. The staff is super friendly and they are knowledgeable which is nice. Bottom line is I like Perfect Union and will continue to visit their shop. Oh, and a big thanks to Iona!

Hi, I came in a few days ago to pick up a little bit of the green. This was my first time to perfect union. Once I was allowed in I was greeted by Jennifer. She was polite to me, and helped me find some great bud! She asked all the right questions and directed me to exactly what I was looking for in no time. She is friendly and knowledgeable.
