AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! This is my 3rd time coming into this store and I must say the service is great, the selection is awesome and the staff are loving! Adriana assisted me with getting me exactly what I was looking for, Tabetha was an amazing cashier and loved the how we connected. Miguel was such an amazing soul and appreciated his professionalism. Keep up the great job!

Nicole was the bomb! She was amazing and informative. I was not sure what I wanted but she walked me through my options and was so helpful. Easy to talk to and I feel like my visit was personalized for me. Great customer service. This was my first time here and because of the experience, I will be back. Nicole is a rockstar!

Great options in product and pricing. Open before everyone else, and they have a wide delivery area. I do wish you could see more updates on the delivery status because I thought the text confirmation for my delivery reservation being between 10-11am meant it would arrive by 11am, but it came at 12:10pm. Not bad as far as delivery speed, but had I known a more accurate time or it was more clear on the confirmation, I would have ran some important errands rather than waiting. I didn't get an update until the driver was 8 minutes away, so for about an hour I thought there was a problem. Now that I know how it works, and I understand they probably have more than one stop, I will know what to expect next time. That's probably a quick tech fix/upgrade though, "Driver is expected to arrive by blah blah time..." Or something. Just a suggestion, but not a big deal. This was my first time on Kolas, and I commend them on how easy their registration and order process is. Also, the delivery guy, Gary was awesome. He was properly masked, got here quick enough (I live far from the actual retail location), he parked professionally, was discreet, and very friendly. The delivery bag was stapled shut, and the products were packaged very well. 5 stars.
