I have to give credit where it is due, the staff was legit and friendly. The selection is endless so look online so you know what you want. The parking situation is a thing, dont park in Bev Mo parking lot or get a ticket. Ordering online is fast and easy. The store opens at 7am so Arrive early for less hassles, the web site is cookies916.com and has all of their prices listed. Thx Steve and Marcellis

It's a love/hate for me, and I'll be back soon...let me explain...Cookies has a certain aesthetic. If you didn't notice all the weed in the middle of the store, you'd think that Cookies was a store that just sold clothes. The vibe is like a Foot Locker on new release day, except with weed. The weird? When you check in, they make you sign a paper that makes you promise you didn't park at the BevMo next door. Like, couldn't you work that out with them? Each preorder I've made with them has been pretty slow to process and the lines have been fairly long. Security is unassuming and polite. All this aside, Cookies makes an incredible product. London Pound Cake and Cheetah P*ss will always be a part of my stash. Cookies makes strains that you simply can't get anywhere else. That said, if they started delivering I'd shop there more often. The product is amazing but the store is a bit of a hassle.

I like that they are located where they are so no more having to go all the way to Northgate but cookies is overpriced!! Just the flower in general no matter the location.

I've always heard of Cookies but never bothered to come by solely for the purpose of making a purchase. I was in the area so I decided to see what the hype was all about. Its like any other dispensary almost but this place just has a name to it, like Stiiizy. The facility was super clean & quite big too. A lot of selection to choose from, staff was friendly & able to recommend products. Knocked off a star because it is pricey. The products itself were good too, but the price I paid could've gotten me more elsewhere.

Amazing customer service! Tried this place out since it was local. Beautifully lit establishment. The displays were nicely lit with a large variety of anything you maybe looking for. Highly recommended

The guy helping me, i can't fully remember his name but he had long hair and i think his name started with an I, he was great. helped me pick out stuff for a first time smoker (since i'm used to edibles) and it was just all around a great experience. will definitely be going back whenever i'm in the area.

Great prices and always have my favorite brands in stock. These are same guys as Lemonade and each store is very clean, professional and well stocked.

I love coming to this store! Roberto helped me out today but I usually have Sheila. I like them both a lot & they really know what they are talking about when they are explaining all the goodies. Thanks again!

Bad experience won't be coming back... This was our 1st time coming here we were sold a cartridge and told it would be coming with a free battery (which is why we brought it) got home no battery. Called to let them know and the receptionist suggested we email the manager to get this resolved because they were "busy." I didn't want to go through all of that so I told her I was willing to wait to talk to someone after 20+ minutes on the phone and no one getting back to me I decided to go there in person. When I got there there was no line I was checked in and told to wait in waiting area. Another person after me was checked in and let in immediately. Still no manager to assist me. They called for her multiple times over radio. Nothing. After asking again what the hold up was another worker simply went in the back and got the battery and handed it to me after everything I went through you would think they would do something to make it up in some way?? This was our 1st time here and the fact that I had to go through all this just to get a battery is ridiculous and a manager still didn't even take 5 minutes of there time to resolve my experience. I don't know what type of customer service this was but I've never been so frustrated.

This was my first time in to Cookies. What a great place! Shout out to Ira for answering all my n00b questions and being super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely return.
