I've been a regular customer at AAW since 2013 and they are the best pot shop I've ever patronized.  I've lived in S.F. and L.A. where the shop experiences are varied and usually lacking in something or other.  The staff are all super friendly and seem to advocate for the customer when discussing ones cannabis requirements.They've got weed to fit every taste and every budget!I don't know everyone's names, and I've never had a negative experience with anyone there; but I've gotta give kudos to Allie who is always helpful and usually helps me find a good deal on my customer loyalty punch card!

I'm not the most knowledgeable person when it comes to CBD/THC. In fact, I had no clue? I had always assumed that I would get high from any Cannabis product. I was wrong, CBD is great for pain relief. THC is what gives you the High. I was talking to friends about back pain and they told me about a cream that would give me some relief. So I searched for dispensaries and most were just a business without a physical location and they would just deliver it to you. Well, I wasn't comfortable with that and I knew of AAW since I go to Ramen House across the street. It doesn't really look like a business from the outside, but there are a lot of people coming in and out. I walked in and the gal and the friendly security guard ask for my ID and she registers me and I wait in line to be helped. There was so much stuff, I was taken aback. There's vapors, edibles, oils, creams, etc. You name it, they got it! I can't recall the name of the young guy who helped me but he helped me find the CBD cream I was looking for. On top of that, they gave me a card which you can use for 20% off on items. The cream isn't 100% effective but it does give me comfort without having to rely on meds. I'm glad I came here. Next time I might try the oils that people talk about.

Allie was super cool. I had a great experience going over options, very knowledgeable and set me up with fire product.

I went into All About Wellness dispensary today to take care of my smoking needs. The whole staff was nice and friendly as per usual, and there was no wait to go back. Allie was fast to ask how my day was going and took care of my online order. After checking the order, she realized I could get in on a deal that she let me know they had going that day. Always nice when the bud tenders are on top of things like that so many thanks to mine today, Allie. Super quick in and out visit as per usual, all while getting solid prices. I have been a customer of All About Wellness for close to 13 years, from when they were a tiny store on the corner of 19th & S.  I may never go back. I placed an online order today for a CCell Battery for $12 + $1.50 tax.  When I arrived to pick it up the budtender told me with "happy hour discount" the total was $10.50.  I planned on using my card until the total charge went up to $17.50. Why? $15 minimum on a card plus $2.50 service charge. I told the person I was going home for cash and would be back. When I got back the budtender (not the one who helped me) basically called me a liar and brought her smug manager who also basically called me a liar.  The original person who told me it was $10.50? No where to be found.   Loyal customers mean nothing to All About Wellness.

Very friendly people with a very big inventory. Been going there for years, along with s as few other places. We always come back. There are a lot of other real good stores, and I haven't really had a bad experience elsewhere, but this is it favorite.

I've been to a lot dispensaries but I really like all about wellness's selection and staff . I never leave with stuff I'm not happy with unlike some other shops and seshes I've been to . If you are going Atleast for concentrates you'll be pleased with the prices and selection they got

We are all human and we make mistakes. But 2 times is not a mistake.I mentioned in my previous review about being bullied by the security guard and the receptionist when inquiring about their pandemic procedures which sparked my desire to post the situation.I heard all about Wellness had a new location and we were in stage 2 of the pandemic procedures from the government so things were looking better all around.That's when I decide to visit all about Wellness and give them another opportunity only to find out from the security guard that I've been "86'd." That terminology according to my recollection is slang and unprofessional, but I could be wrong. Either way, it didn't feel good. I tried to explain the situation and that all I want is for them to be better, but I had to fight through interruptions ended ultimately fell on deaf ears.It's unfortunate, that a disabled, military veteran turned artist and yoga instructor can still be treated like a terrorist in the country that I literally broke my back for.This is the kind of corporate bullying that shuts up whistleblowers and keeps oppression at its strongest.Well, you ain't shutting me out. I survived the war and I will continue to fight for what I know is right. I hope everyone reading this knows that the reason I review is because I love each and every person in this world enough to call 4 the influencers to be more responsible and caring as I continue to try to be. I am not perfect by any means, but I am no bully and I will not be bullied! Happy Memorial Day...

Love this place. they have a good selection of budtenders but this review is for VirginiaVirginia is informative and attentive. She explains the product at hand and helps you stay within your budget, all while keeping in mind your needs. don't be afraid to ask questions!

Always have an awesome experience here. Huge selection, big enough for safe social distancing, employees great about wearing masks. The employees are always knowledgeable, today Virginia(budtender) helped me find exactly what I needed. If you are near Sacramento, check this place out.

I love all the original staff, Shelby the front desk girl and the security guards are hella cool too!! I love that they are carrying cannalean I hope they keep it.

I have been going here for 2 years and never had a problem. I decided to treat myself for the pandemic with a 45 buck half gram of wax and upon coming home I realize it's empty. It had been scrapped, no wax, not even a little on the top or bottom of the container. I immediately sent my brother to return it because it was empty and scrapped, behold to my surprise not only is there no refund but they only give a 15 buck discount to buy more wax. I called them as soon as my brother came home and basically since it was scrapped it had to have been us, the customer, that is lying. The brand untethered terp sauce was emptied by either an employee or the producer and you are selling empty shit to customers. Also you have profiles on customers so why not use it so you don't lose customers like me that have spent thousands per year at your business

Sweet baby jesus.... what happened to this place? Granted it's the Covid-19 pandemic, but what happened to customer service? They tell you it's a 5 minute wait and here I am standing outside for 25 minutes as I watch 3 people get called who got there after I did. Don't flat out lie to your customers and have them wait longer than they care too. Secondly. The staff helping customers dont know jack about the products they carry. Your out of Raw Garden so you upsell me something out of that price range? Here was my order... 3 boxes of Wyld 1:1 gummies.. 1 vape cartridge.. he tells me he can give me the 25% off third Wyld and 15% off the Vape catridge.. cool I'm thinking maybe 90 bucks or so. NOPE.. he comes back with $123. Wait what? How much are each of the Wyld boxes I asked? He tells me they are $26 a piece... whaaat?! I have been coming here since this place started carrying Wyld and quite frankly was the one who kept bugging the front desk to order the 1:1's and your gonna tell me some bull like that... they are $22.76 a piece! So the price went up on them I asked? He says "yup!"Wow!! So then I have to totally redo the entire order. 2 boxes of Wyld.. 1 Jetty catridge. It comes to $76 bucks. What in the world did I just go through?! Did this dude try to rip me off? He said he's been there 5 years and never have seen him. This must be the zombie apocalypse because service here has never been this bad. I had an All About Hellness type of experience and will be finding another club to shovel money into.

Been a loyal customer here for a couple years now. I love that this place is clean and professionally run. All of the staff and security guards are always friendly and they always have a great selection of inventory. They also take the time to make recommendations or answer any questions you may have. I definitely recommend visiting and they are now in a beautiful new building :)

Really unhappy with the all around service I received today. Now don't get me wrong, this place has great products. BUT I've noticed over the last year they are just cycling through people. I barely see anyone that use to work there a year ago and that's a big red flag to me. So this was my experience today, I come in and this girl with purple hair helps my fiancé and I. I told her I take edibles to sleep but want to get away from the cookies and gummies and try something more natural. She straight goes and hands me CBD gummies. In my head I'm like did you not hear me? So I said I don't want CBD I still like THC just want to stay away from sugar and she literally had no idea what to offer me. So I see some oils and tablets and I asked her what's the story on your THC oil product and she was like um not sure, and I asked if I could see the box because I wanted to read it since she knew jack shit, I mean like she knew NOTHING about her products. And so I'm holding it trying to read it but there's a big sticker on the box where most the information was so I carefully unbox it to read the bottle and this bigger heafty guy freaks out and runs towards me and shouts you cannot open that! And snatches the box from my hands and puts it back on the shelf. I was blown away by this, like first off obviously I'm no child so there is NO NEED to ever talk to me that way I was so embarrassed. And second it wasn't like I was going to steal the damn thing you can see the hundreds of dollars I spend at this place and to be treated that way was just awful. And then the bud tender was like oh yea you can't open that and looks at the big dude and was like I didn't know she was going to open that. Yea because ur an idiot who left their client searching for answers when you should have been providing them! I want to assume that this bigger guy is a manager and if so he needs extreme training in customer service. What's even funny is I still had no information on this bottle they just snatched it from me and put it back on the shelf. Didn't even bother to tell me about it. Insanely horrible customer service today. I ended up picking things that said sleep on it with no real information just fingers crossed it's the right product for me since this bud tender and her boss we garbage. You guys need to step it up with how knowledgeable your tenders are and how friendly your management is. I'm assuming you guys just hire people who love to get high but not know shit other than that. The only good part of this experience was the sweet Hispanic woman that checked our id in the front. Other than that, 1 star service.

this is a very nice place, however, they 2 star is because of hidden fees. I am buying products for over a year, and the last time they told me they charge $2.5  for card use. I never knew this and they did not told me. I have chosen this place because they did not charge, but the prices are not that clear. it is a bummer ... I really like this place. Bad they never told me about this fee. they should have said that upfront like others places due, that are close by.

I'm sorry that I had a fit over my phone the last time I was in here. It's my own fault and no one else's. I came back in today for the first time in almost a month, expecting to be told I wasn't welcome, but that didn't happen. You guys really do have the best deals in town. Thanks for bearing with me.

Very friendly staff/ security & budtenders. The only place I will go to. It's very clean and they always have great choices for top shelf. Love the procedures they enforce to maintain a healthy & safe environment for everyone.

It's a bummer since July the rules have changed at clubs. Since the change, which requires pre-packaged goods, prices have shot up. I used to really like it here because they always had good specials and pretty helpful staff. It's always super hectic in here and the employees seem a little frazzled. It depends of course who you get to help you, but I have had really great guidance, to very indifferent help. This is within walking distance of my house so that's why I still come here. They also seem to have a bigger then average selection of products then most clubs.

Felt super safe and well taken care of during this strange time. Hand sanitizers readily available. Super nice security guard checking people in. Cassidy is so friendly, fast and helpful. Love all about wellness! Thank you guys

Been coming here for 2 years + and this being my only dispensary to go to.  Asked if they had a vaporizer for flower, was directed by the gentleman manager to a pipe.  Decided to think on it and came back to buy it. Turns out it was just a metal pipe with several bowls inside for convenience.  When I tried to return it the manager started by stating "it has a heating element in it though", it did not. He then proceeded to say it's used so he cannot do anything.  I had to argue that it had only been opened and once I realized it was just a metal pipe I had 0 intention of keeping it.  Was then lectured and argued with how I shouldn't buy things blind, how he said he never used it, and how he didn't know what it was. After him telling me it was a vaporizer and after he literally just said it had a heating element when it did not, I am the one who is supposed to know his product better than the guy selling it. It is not buying something blind if the person selling it specifically states it is "something".  I did get a store credit for 60$ which was close to the pipe price but blew my mind that I was told to not buy things blind and to do more research by the manager who told me a metal pipe was a vaporizer and then that this metal vaporizer had a heating element, when it was just a metal pipe. My bad for trusting the salesperson and MANAGER's description of THEIR product. So sorry for the inconvenience.

I had a very positive experience here. The place is clean and well organized, with clear markings for social distancing.  Celene was my cannabis specialist and very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about the products. She steered me towards a similar low dose edible that seemed to be quite tasty (mango chili) and with a similar effect. Overall, quite a nice experience. Two thumbs up  !!

ALLIE helped me out she was super knowledgeable and patient with me and my decision making (I'm very indecisive LOL) I asked about multiple products and she was able to answer all my questions! I freaking LOVE All About Wellness! Unlike a certain dispensary in South Sacramento,  AAW's staff is super friendly,  the actual sales room is very well-lit and inviting,  and the security staff was very kind. Excellent selection of carts and edibles, along with CBD products.  I wouldn't dream of getting my meds elsewhere! Great prices across the board. I'd absolutely return, and would recommend this dispensary to anyone looking for great quality meds at good prices.Until next time,  Yelp! :)

I didnt appreciate that they sold such old flower. The cart I bought here was also defective. I realized that when I finally bought another one that hit fine. They should put more effort into where they source.

Friendly staff, fair prices, good specials and most importantly they carry Rick Simpson Oil which is a healing oil sold in a 2 gram syringe for $62. RSO is used to treat patients with cancer, seizures and other medical conditions. This place really is All About Wellness

I came in today and this lovely lady named Cassidy helped me and I just wanna say she did a wonderful job! She helped me with everything and her customer service was suburb!

This is my place! They are always friendly, playing good music, have good sales, discount programs, good waiting room, speedy service and knowledgeable staff.They also have an expansive stock and have a pretty good schedule for getting new product in regularly.The credit/debit situation is kind of a bummer as they've regressed in ease of payment some but I'm not sure if that's due to the new laws or issues with the cc companies.Thanks AAW team we appreciate you!

It was my first time at a cannabis shop so I was a little nervous at first. Virginia answered all the questions I had and made sure to explain everything perfectly to me. She walked me through everything I needed and provided excellent customer service. Great experience overall and I will definitely be returning. Ask for Virginia when you get there!!! I was a regular customer until I told them that I'm allergic to hand sanitizer and the told me that they don't care and told me to leave I feel like it was rude and I felt discriminated because I didn't want to use the hand sanitizer for medical reasons I had spoken to them about it before and was let in but today was not the case

Literally my favorite dispensary in Sacramento! The entire staff is always SO helpful and willing to answer any questions and never make me feel intimidated! Every single person that works here looks like they genuinely love what they do, and as a customer, that's something I can really appreciate. Everyone is so welcoming, starting w chelsie's bright smile at the check in desk, to the security guards, and finally the budtenders! Dom was so awesome today! So sweet, walked me through all my questions and really took the time to make sure I left happy with my purchases! Keep up the excellent work, AAW! You make Sacramento so awesome!

So I show up today around 5:30 on a lunch break my ID is expired they can't sell to me no big deal I'm not smoking til tonight anyway I'm on lunch so I leave this is only my 2nd visit at this club the door is super heavy to open but easy to shut apparently I "slammed" the door and almost got jumped by 2 security guardsAnyway I'm walking away and they follow me to the back parking lot I told em multiple times "I'm sorry for slamming the door" because that's why they were so mad and decided to follow me out MIND YOU they are mad cause I "slammed" the door I'm walking away apologizing telling them I have no reason to be mad I understand my ID is expired and the security guard is in my face hovering over my carAnd he's telling me "please touch me so I can show u how a real man handles his issues"So I suggested to the gentleman he should find a job that makes him Happier (when I did that I made more money annually and was just a happier spirit) He then tells me to come over there and touch so I can what happens again And then tells me he makes more money than me   (Funny part is today I treaded for about $300Profit not including my serving shift and I play college baseball) so for him to be wrong is funny but it's wrong to assume what people have because of what they drive I guess Idc about what people think I have This is all on video mind you not so thanks for the great experience it was worth the laughs

1/2/18 Update:Now that they're selling recreationally, apparently they don't care about old patients (now referred to as customers). This place has always been a money grab. I can get 1/8 of GDP for $20 at other places with the same quality as their $50+ 1/8 of GDP. Seriously, anybody who still shops here is getting ripped off. Insane prices, terrible service. Go to Abatin or somewhere else, where you'll get much better prices.

My go to spot. The staff are friendly and it's a well organized and clean place. Lots to choose from.

Even if there is a line or a wait. Things move fast. I find the staff very knowledgeable. Even if there is a wait, when you get to the counter, whoever helps you, gives you their complete attention, and you never feel rushed. The pricing is comparable to everyone else's. I like the discount cards too!

My first spot buying weed legally in CA! Woo-hoo! Super nice staff - hostess, security, budtender. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Our budtender (Blake) was very knowledgeable and while they didn't have the exact strain I was looking for (Candyland), he knew exactly what to recommend with a similar effect. He recommended Nitro Cookies and I'm very happy with it. Great experience!

Too legit to quit. Really love this place. A bit of a drive for me but the pre rolls are worth it. Definitely recommend the Jahx, for five bucks, they will get you nice and toasty for your day, afternoon or evening chillin. Get a couple and it won't break the bank

Previously I loved this clinic.  I have been going weekly for years and have always been happy with the service, products, and prices.  No matter my budget I could get enough product to get me through the week.   After going out of state for 6 months I came back to AAW no longer selling anything but jarred 1/8th and incredibly expensive pre-rolls.  The menu is nearly impossible to understand now, and the clerks are so over-worked they don't have the energy or desire to do as much customer education as they did before.I know legalization changed things and businesses have to adapt, but I am very sad to see a store I once really enjoyed visiting change so much in such a short amount of time.

Before arriving I had called and asked fOr a certain gummy. The young lady was very pleasant on the phone and she had answered my question. The location a nice and plenty of parking. The store is small but they had  a variety of gummies and everything else. I would try them again.

I'm over them. I'll move on. I found a new place with a bigger parking lot.

These guys got better. Never saw the two clerks again. I took a chance a little bit ago and the place was back to par. I guess they had to get all the new rules ironed out. Most of bud tenders are cool. A couple have an arrogance about them. But young and dumb can be an excuse. I think they need to shed said arrogance so the older customers aren't intimidated. But other that it has got its coolness back.

It was my very first time being in and it was an incredible experience! Doly made the process stupid easy and she was chill as hell. All of her recommendations were spot on and you could tell she knew her shit!! The atmosphere was great, the bud is great, and the service was top tier!! Shoutout to Doly for making it an experience I'll have to come back to!

I would definitely recommend this place! The services was amazing, I was in and out. The employees are also very nice, Mike R was the person would helped me. He was very helpful. It was my first time at a dispensary and didn't really know what I was going in there for but Mike helped me find what I liked! I would come back for sure!

I came in last Monday to buy some bud for my wife and I and had an amazing experience. I came in specifically wanting something that would help my wife with sleeping as she often cannot and was pointed directly to the perfect strain. V was extremely helpful as my budtender, she showed me all the possible strains that would help with sleeping and even gave her own suggestions to which I trusted. Thank you V and thank you All About Wellness for getting me what I needed!

I went to All About Wellness for the first time and was very pleased. Virginia was my bud tender and answered all questions very thoroughly and nicely. I will definitely be going back due to the excellent customer service..

This has been my regular place for years, but I won't go there again during the pandemic because they are not following the virus containment rules at this business. Nobody working there was wearing a mask or observing the 6-foot rule and some employees were not wearing gloves. I ordered online so I wouldn't have to wait in the small space at the store, but I was not able to pay online and still had to wait in the line in the small room with 9 other people. There is also a nasty rent-a-cop there who wanted to argue about how they were following protocol there. Forget it, go to a nice, safe place.

Really chill place, reasonably price and the stuff has always been nice and gives good recommendations.

Don't waste your time, the only positive thing I could say about this place is the fact they accept debit card.  I'd love to talk about the quality of the flower but unfortunatley I wasn't able to get that far because of their Mr.Constantly-needs-to-flex security guard.  Ever been to a mall as a teenager and had to deal with an overzealous rent-a-cop that would try to kick you out?  If you miss this sort of thing, All About Wellness is definitely your jam!  And there's even a bonus here, when I was in my car about to drive away he just so happened to be right next to my car and literally was talking smack about my mom.  I sincerely hope he gets fired for this misconduct after I talk to his manager tomorrow.

This was my first time going into a dispensary. Security, front desk, and sales staff were all very friendly. Sales staff was really helpful and explained the various edible products that I wanted to know more about. I haven't tried the product yet, but the shopping experience was positive.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The selection is limited. But it's comparable to other dispensaries in the SAC area.One thing that bugs me, though -- the staff use their bare hands to handle the buds when they take the buds out to be weighted and packaged. I'd like to see them use tongs instead for sanitary reasons.

This place has a full selection of really great meds. Selection is what's good here and quality. They have enough specials here to keep the average patient coming back. The owners are, as far as I can remember, very community oriented and patrons of the arts. If your ever downtown please know that this place is hands down the best. Definitely one of my top two favorite dispensaries in Sacto.

2 stars it has weed products. Staff is friendly and uneducated, security guard got pushy after I laughed at the tip bucket I have never. They do not have medical grade even though they refer to customers as patients, this place is a joke.

I have been a customer of this dispensary for over 5 years, but after today, I'm unfortunately going to have to stop supporting this business. They have been getting worse and worse over the years and have recently changed policies that screw over their medical patients, the same people that supported them for years when it was still only medical. They gouge prices on their flower and vapes, and they're no longer supporting items that are for medical patients only which helps people buy in bulk to cut down in costs. I would buy their Heavenly Sweets 2000mg butter every 10-12 days like clockwork. I have had my medical card since I first started smoking. A few months back I came in and they told me that I no longer needed to have my medical card because the 2000mg Heavenly Sweet 4oz butter was now open to anyone! I didn't see the need to get my card renewed since this was the only thing I ever buy. Today I come in and am told "We no longer sell that, turns out we've been selling it illegally this whole time and you actually DID need your medical license for it!" Then I was told that since it was medical only, they weren't going to bother stocking it anymore because they're moving away from serving medical people. There must not be as much money in it as there is selling it to recreational users. This was one of the only locations you could use your debit card, but now you have to spend a minimum of $50, and after the transaction they hand you two quarters because it changes you a transaction fee that they can't just compensate for on their end. The turnover rate has shot up in the last year. People who actually knew their product information and availability are now being replaced by new faces every month as this is turning into a revolving door dispensary. There are still a few really experienced budtenders who are really informed, but they're are fewer and fewer left every time I come in. I talked to the manager a while back once the prices shot up and he complained that he had to take a huge pay-cut due to the law changes. He complained about how he have to move from his house into a smaller apartment because he isn't getting paid as much anymore. He complained about how "other dispensaries were writing fake reviews" and he thanked me for my original positive review. This seems pretty accurate considering the turnover rate and the policy changes that hurt their medical patients who supported them from day 1. It's a shame what this place turned into, I had hopes that it would eventually balance out and turn back around, but looking at the trend it seems like this is going to be the Wal-mart of dispensaries in Sacramento in a years time. I guess I'll have to just use a delivery service now to get my butter, on the bright side, all the delivery services offer it for $55 instead of $70, so maybe this was for the best. So long, All About Wellness. It was good while it lasted.

All about wellness is the best pot shop in the greater sacramento area. They recently moved into the building behind the original shop and it is BEAUTIFUL. The new building is very clean organized and just stunning visually. But more than anything the people are the reason I keep coming back. Particularly V! V has the most expansive product knowledge of any bud tender I have ever come in contact with. She remembers your person preferences for returning customers, she knows what I previously purchased and what I liked and disliked about those products. V always has great suggestions and knows the product down to a t. She knows about the producing company and the defects, any complaints other customers have had, and just about anything else you might have a question about. V has a warm and fun personality and always makes me smile during my time with her. I will wait an hour just to have her has my bud tender if that's what it takes. If you are a first time shopper at All About Wellness ask for V, she will not disappoint. All staff should be trained to her quality!

One star. Always had a normal good experience here but all it takes is one bad one to never come back. With the 100's of clubs in the area do not go to this one! Never had such bad customer service. Here's my story. Realized that I was out off goods and they were about to close so I rode my personal scooter to the store and made it just in time. I put my scooter in the empty waiting room only to be told rudely from the security guard "no scooters" well that's understandable if people are trying to bring jump scooters inside. This is my personal scooter and an expensive one. He tells me I have to leave it on the grass out side. Are you serious? You just leave $600 on the grass out side. Not even a compromise or an ounce of compassion, maybe "ok this one time" There wasn't even any customers in the store at this time. I guess being a loyal customer doesn't get you anything. I work in customer service and you don't just tell a customer no. You find a solution to their problem and you solve it and come to a middle ground. Poor service, plenty of better competition and rude security.

This place is excellent for for pre-rolls. They have a wide variety and reasonably priced.The budtenders are very helpful, friendly and knowledgable. We will definitely be back to try the flower and maybe some pen cartridges out. It is worth the visit. Parking could be better but its mid-town so its to be expected. I wouod highly recommend them

So I want to first say that I come here often and spend plenty of money here. Also I live in elk grove and it is 30 mile round trip for me to come here. Anyways, For about the year I've been going here I've only had good customer service and great prices. Today though, that was not the case. I had already purchased cannabis earlier from here, so I had come back to replaced a part on my broken bong. All of there glass accessories are reasonably priced so I picked one out. It came up 17.5o. It was about the size of a half dollar coin. A pipe 6 times as big with tons more glass was only 10 dollars. I felt super ripped off. I ended up having to drive to a far away smoke shop to get the replacement piece. The piece was much bigger and had a very beautiful design, and guess what? It was only $8.50!!!!! I will still come here for my cannabis, but it will always be in the back of my mind that they tried to RIP me off quite a bit for reasons I'm not sure of.

One of my all time favorite dispensaries. Everyone is super nice / funny / helpful. There is so much variety of everything! Best options of prerolls I've ever seen. And I'm very happy with everything I've ever gotten here! I'm from Santa Rosa so I've only been in twice now. But I'm always happy leaving/ while being in the dispensary. The woman at the front desk and the security guard are also so so nice and easy to talk to.  I have been upset with my local dispensary and so happy to have found this one! It's worth traveling too. I highly recommend this place!!

I used to go here. I bought concentrates exclusively. I noticed a lot of the time they they looked short. So I invested in a scale that weighed to the hundredth of the gram, it turns out they are short a lot of the high-end shatter was shorted .1 or .2 on the half a gram. Whenever there's a problem here they just blame the customer and accept no responsibility even if their concern is valid. This is a shady business all around.Don't trust anything they sell most of it is a bait switch.

When I say I don't care about cost, I care more about the quality please don't give me a cartridge that tastes like gasoline. I also asked you to explain the strand used in a cartridge or the characteristics of the high and instead I get treated like an idiot and told it's a hybrid.  I come here because they take cards.

This was my go to dispensary for at least 5 years. They have always been pricey but the amazing customer service and the wide variety of bud made it worth it. However since the laws changed (January 2018) EVERYTHING about this place has gone down hill. They charge $60 for an 1/8 that would go for $30 anywhere else. Not to mention the customer service is appalling. I used to be friends with the bud tenders but the new people they have hired treat you like a customer in a gas station rather than a patient. They get annoyed when questions are asked or even if you want to purchase more that one item. Also I've been reading other people's experiences that are similar to mine and have seen the absolutely insulting replies All about wellness has provided. It's honestly shameful. Don't waste your money or time here. Especially because they obviously don't care about improving.

Stay away. Aggressive security guards, including one who photographed my ID while getting CBD for our cat & then accosted me outside & told me to stop being rude to customers, before realizing he mixed me up w/ another customer. When I complained to manager, he was even ruder & said he didn't want "attitude." About a situation they instigated! Horrible customer treatment, really vile.

This is in downtown by safeway so its easy to get to the parkinglot is small and not well lit. The drill is same as everyplace. Door.id.wait.get called.wait in line. Pick ur. Meds and pay up. They have a huge selection of products at comparable prices. Everything from clones to candy. Ask about the app for giveaways and discounts.

This place is small don't miss it. Parking can be a bit rough. The waiting room can get packed. It has a unique vibe though. Prices are about the same all around compared to other shops. They do give a card with different deals and it's a cool way to go back and try new things.

This store is always super nice and helpful when I come in! I would recommend to anyone that needs to pick something up in midtown. Recently I pickup some new flower from them called Marley Natural and it's fire! I really hope they continue to carry this brand cause I'm sold! I can't wait till they restock so I can get more! Yay I'm excited the restocked and they have pre-rolls prefect for summer time!!!

Very knowledgeable staff, friendly and ready to help. Not knowing much about what will help my illness, they listened and recommended different ways of getting relief.  So far I have found their suggestions helped quite a lot with the inflammation and pain. To be honest, I did not know how much it helped until I ran out. They were also very helpful when a family member was dying of cancer.  It made her discomfort much better, as well as allowing her to sleep. Prices are reasonable.  There is a good supply of different alternatives. But again, I was most impressed by their knowledge.

Everyone that works here is incredible. I don't think I've ever been somewhere where every person working is the nicest, most friendly person I've almost ever encountered. I want to be all their friends!!!Thank you for the awesome experience EVERY time I visit, guys.

"All about wellness" ,should be renamed to all "All About Your money". I was there for the first time and I got suggested a defected product . So I called them back , and I was just there 15 minutes ago. All I wanted was just a exchange. The worker ask me to come in to the store with my receipt and the item so they can see what they can do. When I was there, they did not even ask me what the  problem is or wanted to see what they can do. When I was there, there was no worker or a manager come ask me about the problem. Instead they have a security guard to come to talk to me and explain to me about the return policy. I was mad because they did not acknowledge my situation and assumed that I am at fault for purchasing a defective product from them. So I got pretty upset and I asked the worker how come you don't explain to me about the policy or have a manager come talk to me about the product. I am a paying customer it was my first time here, and I came in to spend my money on a product that is defective. So I asked the security guard that I would really like to talk to your manager. Suddenly the manager came out from his office very angry and look at me, and said "lady if you could read your receipt , within the receipt there is a fine print and it says flowers can not be return " . As he continue to read the receipt return policy he said "We only exchanged good if they are defective or damage and must be done with in seven days of your purchase" . He said to me "go home and read the receipt return policy, and if you don't have anything else to say I would like to go back to my office and do my job" I am completely upset with how mean the manager is to me. After the manager walked back to his office , the security guard walked up to me and look me in the eyes and said "Miss you need to go" and He raises his hand up and point at the door . He look at me, "lady you gotta go his hand was by his waist where he carry his fire arm. At that point I was very scared and didn't want to be in the building any longer. I am a small petite girl, I was treated like I did something wrong in the shop. I was only angry and mad because I came in and spend my money for the first time in this shop. However I end up with a defective product and all I only asked was a exchange. Do not go there alone or go back to complain about damages product, especially you are a girl. The way they disrespect their customer like that is wrong and illegal especially to female customers.

Quality and swlection are crap...but prices have stayed the same or, in some cases, increased. What happened AAW? Always packed, but-as mentioned above- they have no stock. Get your shit together and maybe I will come back. This place USED TO BE awesome.

Love this place! They always have a ton of options, and not to mention the quality is amazing. Everyone who works here is extremely nice, including the security guards, front desk, and the budtenders. This place does get a little packed on the weekends, but they have a waiting room for that, in which I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes. Highly recommend this place.

Good selection, fair prices, and decent service. However, I don't plan on going back. My husband and I purchased some products from here today, and when we arrived at home and opened the bag, a $40 cartridge we had paid for was missing. My husband called AAW and was put on hold for fifteen minutes, after which he hung up and called again, re-explained the situation, and was put on hold for another five minutes. Finally, the woman on the phone apologizes and says that if we come back, the cartridge and a free cone for the hassle will be waiting for us. So we go back, check in again, but are not immediately sent inside. Instead we wait for another fifteen minutes, at which point we're sent in, and the guy at the register has us explain the situation (again), asks which cartridge it was (so it wasn't "waiting for us"), and then sends us off without the free cone promised on the phone. All the staff were nice, and the girl who originally shorted us was apologetic, but since all purchased items are immediately placed in a sealed bag, it's the cashier's responsibility to make sure they don't short the customer. And a business should never promise something over the phone and then fail to deliver in person. Two stars.

I was a frequent customer for about a year and a half. At first I thought I hit the jackpot despite the weird overweight pervy/tempermental security guard that made it emotionally exhausting every time I'd come in. I don't know what happened to the quality, but it took a nose dive. All I ever get are prerolls and an occasional cart - lately when I've been going in their joints actually taste like they have tobacco or *something* in them. Same with carts. Last couple of times I went my lungs have actually been aching and headaches became more frequent. The very last time I went in I asked for a preroll that doesn't taste like it has tobacco in it and the bud tender knew exactly what I was talking about and directed me to something clean. Not to mention those $4 prerolls are like half a gram. I feel ripped off almost every time I try one of those. I switched over to perfect union whose service is actually professional/knowledgable EVERY TIME, great CLEAN buds and extremely clean and worth the bucks. I smoke every day and my lungs feel better since making the switch and no headaches. Weird.

The selection and pricing are good and the staff knowlegable but the security guards are lame. I know they are a must buy I'm 44 years old and dont want to be disrespected by anyone. The first time is a freebe, the second a red flag, third we are done. I have been there three times and I'm done. Never had a problem at the other places so I will never go back. If I'm following the rules securiy should have nothing to say amd certainly not be rude or touch me. If you want my attention say excuse me don't touch me. I am black too so it may the standard treatment I have gotten there but the others are cool so peace out.

The staff are hit and miss. Some are really friendly and helpful while others act like you don't exist. This place is stuck in the mode/model of when dispensaries blew up (2010/2011). Which means no online menu, no website, and no consistency. The vendors and brands they offer are all over the place and seem to change week to week. Lastly this place is TINY. As such, they can only handle 3-4 customers at a time and only enough room for 6-8 additional people in the waiting room. About the only benefit would be their business location, whereas the rest are on the outskirts of town.Edit: down to ONE STAR since this place has the balls to essentially call me a liar, by lying themselves. They have 3 registers, all of which have to be shared. I see it EVERYTIME I go in. Your website goes to a blank page, the weed maps menu is NEVER accurate. Just more excuses by a business looking to salvage a poor reputation. Last I checked, if you just have good practices and do good business; you don't have to run interference and constantly make up an excuse. Sad.

Excellent dispensary.  Welcoming & knowledgeable personnel. Good variety of products.Richard is probably the most senior front counter sales staff member.  His cannabis knowledge is vast. He recommended the products best suited for my need.  I use cannabis for reduction of clinical anxiety. The products, especially indica tincture, have worked marvelously. I've reduced the dosage & frequency of my prescription anti-anxiety & mood stabilizer medications with no ill effect.I also have tried cannabis cream for aching & mildly arthritic joints.  I was skeptical, but damn, the cream actually reduces pain & swelling and allows an increase in my range of motion. I'm a senior citizen who is new to medical cannabis use. This business is a boon to my health.  It's also a relaxed place with a safe feeling environment to make purchases.Recommended!

Suggestion: consider having not a "script" per se, but an orientation to the space, products (other than what you may be lurchZing), and how it works.  Remember that some people have NO knowledge of MM. bc items are between you,  the glass display, and the tender....it's interesting to see what varieties of products are out there, rather than "you got what you came for".  Know what I mean?Love it tho!

I cannot possibly explain how awesome this place is. I have gone there looking for a certain type of strain to help me with the day-to-day stress that I go through in life and now finally it's Friday and all I want is to unwind with something correct. Of all the places that I've go to they all kind of give you the runaround on what they think might be the best thing but clearly this place really knows what they're talking about. I highly recommend anyone who's really looking for the right medication to go to the spot and purchase or staff are friendly or knowledge is incredible and it's all about Wellness there.

They're friendly and all but the only down part is their exchange policy. Two days ago I bought a sublime cartridge and I had oil particles all over my mouth so I brought it in and one of the guys took it to the back and took a few hits and said he couldn't find anything wrong with it! It's the only brand I usually use and it had been the first time I visit this place , first time I bought the product there. Since this is the brand I always buy i know what to expect and that is why I drove 15 minutes over there to switch it and for them to say no? all the other dispensaries would have exchanged it without any issue. Oh well I guess that's a learning experience.

Worst experience I've ever had in a club before. I get told to wait in this small and cramped waiting room and not allowed to use my phone for anything. Then after I get into the room to make a purchase ALL of their flower is absolutely terrible. Not only is their top shelf (which shouldn't be called top shelf or even mid) 60 dollars an 8th but their people there are extremely rude. I get told that my business card is no good to them because it doesn't have my full name on it. First name and last name match... But my license shows a longer form of my name. They don't care and say there is absolutely no way they can take my card. This is after waiting in cramped room for 20 minutes just to get told no and sorry that they are now closing in a couple minutes and to come back tomorrow. Haha yeah fat chance. Despite the other reviews on here which are most likely there own employees, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT wasting your time at this club. I will never go here again and am very disappointed with the worst service I've ever been provided at a club.Update: So you decided to actually comment on my review and make matters worse for you. Ok cool let's do that. The card actually did belong to me if you were listening in the club or reading along here. The fact that you keep insisting it wasn't my card is also very insulting. The difference in name between my license and card was negligible and the unique last name I have should have been enough as it was for you guys before as I USED THE SAME CARD LAST TIME. It's MY business card. You guys wasted my time in there and like I said I won't be returning because of it. And actually your bud there is quite awful to be brutally honest, the only semi decent bud you had there was the blue dream and that isn't worth 60 an 8th. I only came back as I didn't have cash or my ATM card on me and you guys have the advantage of taking credit cards. That's about the only advantage unfortunately. They need to rename this place "All About Money"Seriously! I have never had a worse experience at a collective, if you want to get compassionate service from a collective don't come here!I was tackled and tazered by their security guard without ever doing anything wrong, they used crazy excessive force on me and damaged my property.I went to do an exchange with a product they vend. I had an email from the vendor verifying the legitimacy of the exchange.The owner insisted that I get further confirmation from the vendor that the exchange was approved. Since I only have the vendors email address and they have the representatives phone number, I asked them to contact the representative by phone since it would be quicker and more direct. The owner told me I was being kicked out of the collective and was no longer a member.At this point I asked for the collective paperwork that I filled out to be given back to me or destroyed in front of me and they didn't want to at first, they claimed its would be destroyed when I left. The owner then started to shuffle through the agreements passing mine several times as I pointed it out. As he was digging through the rest of the papers I took the membership document that I filled out and walked towards the door.As I was about an arms length away from the door, leaving, the security guard tacked me and tried to put me in handcuffs.He managed to get my right hand in a cuff but I kept my arms in front of my chest on the ground. The security guard kept grabbing at me trying to cuff me and someone else was holding my legs.After they groped at me for a few minutes the security guard continued to threaten to tazer me for no reason. I kept my palms on the concrete and made sure they knew that my hands weren't moving and that I was posing no threat to them.While my palms remained flat on the ground the security guard tazed me several times in the back and on the neck and on the back of my head.I yelled but still kept my hands in front of me.At this point they decided to release me.They tossed my stuff out onto the sidewalk in front of the door, scratching the screen of my phone.

Nice staff, clean space, but not thrilled on getting charged for a full gram I purchased a half gram. Great prices on edibles though, and convenient location.

5 STARS!!!It was my first time going to a dispensary and I was a little nervous.  The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable I instantly feel at ease. I asked a million questions and they were so patient with me.  I went to All About Wellness looking for some help in dealing with my seizures.  The owner Erin personally took me aside and showed me what would help with my epilepsy.  She introduced me to Josh and they answered all my million questions.  They made me feel so comfortable and I left feeling great.  I went home and have instantly seen results.  I have been seizure free for 60 days now and its all because of All About Wellness, their knowledge and kindness.  It has truly made a difference in my life as I can do things I wasn't able to do before.  I truly thank them for everything!  I would recommend everyone to go into All About Wellness!

Today was my first time ever in a dispensary. The security guard was way cool and patient with me in explaining the protocol. Didn't have to wait long. John the bud tender was awesome. Told him that I was interested in the cheapest oil or salve. Didn't try to upsale me on anything. He answered all my questions thoroughly and helped me achieve the best deal. I had a great first experience and will definitely be going back to this dispensary.

Oh heaven. I'm in heaven.That's what I think everytime I walk in. Now I don't have much experience when it comes to dispensaries, but I've never once felt intimidated, or unwelcome, or anything remotely negative (and if you work in a dispensary and aren't happy, you really need to go take your meds!).The place is clean, the waiting room is comfortable (no cell phones!?!?) and they call you up to go into the room. They have a VIP card which provides plenty of different discounts and the app gives you specials everyday. Overall, I'm very pleased with this place. And the location couldn't be better (I imagine it's scary some places....).

DO NOT -NOT- go here...I started making my own edibles recently. I went in, looked at their menu and bought what I was told was their best Indica. "Guerilla Glue", it turns out is a Indica dominant HYBRID, which became obvious when I got a panic attack from the Sativa in it. I even SPECIFICALLY told their "Bud Tender" expressly, that I react VERY poorly to sativa, and yes he sold it to me anyway, not mentioning it is a hybrid.  I thought it strange that they had things listed as only Indica or Sativa, nothing was listed as a hybrid. This is because they don't label their merchandise correctly, and either aren't informed, or aren't honest about what they are selling you. Really unethical and Dangerous when it comes to controlled substances people use for anxiety..So I thought ok maybe its an honest mistake, I've shopped here for a year, spent thousands here, and some of the people that work here are genuinely nice. I called, a girl answered the phone, I asked for a manager, she told me she was one. I explained what happened and she put me on hold to get the actual manager... because she lied and actually isnt one. Richard gets on the phone, I reexplain it to him. He gives me a huge attitude, tells me I dont know what I'm talking about and that it is an Indica strain. I tell him I spent an hour researching they are literally the ONLY people who list it as a Indica and not Hybrid. Please feel free to google this as Leafly and the makers of this strain will tell you, its a HYBRID. Richard, still being extremely rude tells me he will have to call the owners. I get a call back 30 minutes later from Richard, who at this point is being a bit nicer, and he lets me know "Sorry, nothing we can do since you already cooked it." Actually Richard there was a lot you could have done. You could change your menu to honestly reflect what is being sold. You can educate yourself and your employees as to what they are selling. You could apologize for the fact that I spent over $200 on a strain that gave me an anxiety attack because its not being advertised and sold correctly.  Did I expect to get a full refund? Honestly? No. But I did expect this to be taken seriously, I did expect to be treated with respect, and I did expect this business to try to at least make an effort to fix their mistake and meet somewhere in the middle to make ammends.

Started coming here about 1.5 years ago. I have a Medical card unfortunately. I was coming here for sleep aid and it used to work pretty well but now not so much. I don't want to take too much either since it gets so expensive. I was spending $400 a month for the chocolates then I decided to make my own to get it cheaper and it worked out pretty well. The people here are very friendly but some of them isn't too knowledgable about their product. It depends who you get to help you. David is one of the better ones and seems to know what he is talking about. I'm terrible with names but there is 2 more people thats pretty good too. Everything is getting expensive. The chocolate bars used to be an ok price but more importantly the milligrams where up to 500 but now because its regulated the customer is the one who suffers, again. I wish all these stupid laws didn't take over everything so now I have to spend more just to get the same milligrams like before and even though I make my own it's still expensive. I haven't gone back for quite some time because I got an Rx for the sleep and good thing. This is the place I mainly go to even though there are many closer to home but this place is across the street from some of the best ramen in Sac. I hope prices won't keep going up but all these shops are popping up everywhere. I guess whoever opens a place like this will become a millionaire. I hope this place stays in business but who knows with all these laws like the tobacco shops end up closing down because of the damn tobacco tax in California.

Man .. the crapola that places try to pass off for 50 an eighth is pretty lame these days. There are better deals in Oregon for sure and it's sad. Cali has gone downhill in the past few years it's like there are one or two strains that are good and the rest in the stores are crap. Poorly cured and tasteless with chemical aromas ... just horrible. I remember getting fresh grown weed for 35 an eighth back in the eighties ...This is bullsh*t.

This place has always been my favorite since I moved here. The staff is always patient and helpful even when things get a little busy. Michaela has been especially great the past few times I've gone helping me find the perfect things to suit my needs at an affordable cost. Keep up the great work!!

My favorite dispensary in town! I appreciate the knowledge and compassion every person that is affiliated with AAW has towards everyone that steps through their door. I also love the ambiance, the paintings, and the music is always on!

After trying to return a defective cart then told sorry you can't afford to shop here. Now that the compassion is dead. A actual medicinal patient spending about $120 a week for cannabis. Cost more than the prescription meds I'm on. Seeing when your on state disability I'm on a tight budget. Don't forget where you accumulated all this money from to start your place. The medical community and your money has made you what you are today.  Fix it or else we're forced back to the black market. The fact that you can't take cash and the ATM transactions seem like money laundering. Something is very crooked about this.. If it's so legal then why are you having issues with banks and cash. It's not just your dispensary it's almost  all of them. It's nice to have somewhere to go but at what cost? You don't sell clones,seeds or anything that will actually help a patient. If I buy a bottle of wine and break it it's my fault. I don't get half way through the bottle then not able to pour the rest in a glass. That's what a defective cart is like. I didn't break the cart the cart broke on it's own. I feel your pain on losing money but you don't actually lose it the manufacturer's do. I can bet that they want to know the carts aren't working so their name doesn't get ran to the ground. They need you to accept the damaged product. Anyway....sorry to be a pain but a review is a review. Telling it like it is.....

This is the first dispensary I visited on Sacramento, and they've always been very helpful and knowledgeable. I got a gram Vape and after using it a few times, I went to use it and it kept leaking! I watched the oil pour out and was soooo bummed! So when I went to get another, I took it with me to let them know about the pens flaw, and they gave me another just to make good on the products malfunction! I was pleasantly surprised and truly grateful for them being so understanding! Super cool of them! You guys are awesome!

This place is where it's at! Amazing customer service and top notch product. Today I went in looking for edibles, because I'm stuck with a gnarly cough; which means I have to temporarily give up the bud. Walking in I was immediately greeted by a friendly security guard with a giant smile. That made me comfortable right of the bat, afterwards I was checked in by the front desk and the woman working was super sweet and offered me a VIP card with some cool rewards. I didn't ask for any free bees, but they were offered kindly. The bud tender who helped me pick out my treats was knowledgeable and great with customer service. I can't wait to go back, so I can try some of their pretty flowers and waxes.

After reading reviews for other dispensaries, I'm super excited All About Wellness was at the top of my "places recommend." Couldn't have walked away a happier customer. Parking was a breeze. There are security cameras and a friendly security guard.Front desk lady was helpful and nice. Quick paper signage, and I was given a VIP/punch card with TONS of discounts I can use that day and for future visits. The gentleman behind the counter greeted with a huge warm smile, and say he heard it was my first time, and I confirmed. He gave me a quick guide and told me the options I had, and pointed to the menu board. He had plenty of samples for smelling, and the prices were "the norm". I will definitely be returning and will recommend.

Absolutely one of the most consistent clubs of all.  Through all the BS. The city, state and protesters have thrown.  They have always stood tall.

Walked in and bought 5 pre rolls and a critical mass strain with a 1:1 ratio of thc to cbd. Pleasant process, I was in and out in about maybe 15 minutes or so. It's nice that it's legal now.

This place is great. I have been going here for years. However since going to another place, I've learned their prices are higher. Went on 1/30/17 and the bud tenders said the prices will go really high after 1/01/2018 so I decided to go elsewhere. They also said they were no longer selling edibles so I decided to try another store. I found one that sells edibles and is as customer friendly and knowledgeable as AAW is. Their prices are less. I've been going to AAW for years, and will miss them. I'm grateful I found a place that has the product I need!AAW has rais3d the bar on product, knowledge, and customer service!

I have always had decent customer service but this last time is the last time. The parking is so tight that I was only able to exit from the entrance only. I tried and tried, people kept coming in and I couldn't get out. Finally I was able to almost get out when a mini-van blocked me in. I was trying to have her move a little to let me out. The security guard was out there and did nothing to help and then started to swear at me about yelling at his customers. He did nothing to help other than stand to the side of my vehicle  and accuse me of trying to run him over which was totally bogus. He then said to me to get the f##k out of there. I was treated very rudely and will not be back. My advice is, if you have to do business with this place don't park in there tight ass parking lot.

I just don't feel it should take 40 mins every time I goI usually go in calm but leave stressed tf out each time. And they touch my weed with their hands after dealing with money all dayIdk

WOW I have never seen prices so high $220 for half that's crazy. they have good clones I have gotten from them. but I do not recommend this place for a top shelf flower customer. All im going to be getting from now on is the clones from this place.they do have armed security which is nice, but the prices are just unbelievable.

If you have questions, don't expect them to be answered clearly. I had an unfortunate conversation with genuine questions and a female who answered the phone, who did not make sense to me. She could not clarify what I was asking and became irritated. So instead of finding out the answer or saying, "I don't know", she cut me off and said "OK! Thanks and have a good day!" I am not sure if she gets a lot of rude customers on the phone everyday, as that is the only reason I could imagine that anyone would lose their patience like she did for a newbie not knowing the ropes.  Unless she was just naturally a very unhappy person, that's always possible. "All about wellness" is definitely not about good customer service and inner peace. I will take my business elsewhere, and find out what I need to know from someone else who cares about their customers and respects people who have valid questions.  Thanks for reading!

This place is perfect if you have no clue what you're doing. The first day I was able to come in, I did, and it was amazing. Tonight, for example, the girl (Kayla, I think) took the time to go over my likes and dislikes and found me exactly what I was looking for. She even wrote cute little doodles on my packages. I 100% recommend this place for being so welcoming and warm to whoever it is that walks through the door. A+ from me!

this place has great product but the employees move in slow motion and most of the female workers constantly have resting bitch face. I understand people aren't in a rush and a lot of patients like to take their time and shoot the shit but when there is a huge line the employees can be better about getting to the next patienteveryone seems very knowledgeable though. this is the only place I go

This place was cool and I like that the offer their own parking since it's already hard enough to park in downtown. When we walked in, my girlfriend and I were kind of confused on what to do because no one working there was really offering help so we had to navigate around ourselves. They offer a good variety of different strains though, and let me just say that the Lemon Munchies edibles are incredible and taste amazing! Not too shabby, hopefully we'll be able to find better.

Alright, found a reason to complain.  Takes way too long to get in and out of there.  There is no good time to go.  It's just too small of a place for how much they do.  I can't wait 20 min.  Where i go now always has a ton of budtenders working.  Wait time is minimal.

At my first visit, I was greeted by security and a staff member at the desk requested my identification.  Once checked in, I was directed to the line to speak to a counter clerk about what I was looking for.  The clerk was very helpful and understood what I needed.  I paid with my debit card but they do take credit.  It was on a Saturday and it was pretty busy but fully staffed.  I would recommend trying them.  I had a good experience and will go back.

First time in. Great customer service, knowledgeable trustworthy staff. Great selection. One complaint would be that it feels very cramped inside, but that could be because they are so popular.

Forgive me if I spell names wrong. I've been a member for about half a year now, Ira and Dan (or Dave?  The guy with the huge goatee) always help me out. They are both very knowledgeable about the product and always have creative recommendations based on what I need the meds for. Wait times are only present during peak traffic for vehicles or lunch, and even then they move you through efficiently. Have staid open later than scheduled for me before.Ps: security is very helpful and not intimidating but always present so I don't ever feel uncomfortable for my safety when leaving this establishment.

Honestly I just started coming to dispensaries and this is my FAVORITE. I'm out in rancho and it is worth the drive for me out here. The staff is amazing, selection is large and always rotating and I am usually guaranteed and pleased with whatever I get. Their rewards VIP program is awesome too. It's a win win win every time I visit. I also don't know the owner but have seen him around both times I've been in so far and it makes me happy that he is active and enjoying his business. He was always chatting and excited to see his customers in the lobby. Even the security here are awesome. The best part of my experience however was a new hire, Allison. She was so helpful and is worth mentioning for her friendly service and knowledge on what I was looking for. Keep it up!! Thanks!

The best place to get your medical cannabis.  The selection is great and the staff makes you feel welcome.  They can tell you what to expect from each "brand".  I was skeptical about getting cannabis to help my cancer but they made the experience great and worked hard to educate me about what to expect from each "brand".  I will never go anywhere else

Bought a gram of fire- dosidos went back next day for the same except an eight- 20 bucks vs 60 bucks of dosidos  got home is was- poop not even the same weed called and they said it was the same didnt even taste the same I have .been smoking for 30 plus years everybody be carefull

After being to 4 other dispensaries in the Sacramento area I can say All About Wellness is by far the all around best I have been to. I'll just say first the prices for the quality of selection, which consistently has new surprises, is the best I've found...but what makes it the only dispensary I go to is the experience. On my first time there after going to other dispensaries it just stood out as different from the music, artwork, and most importantly the staff. Everyone is so welcoming from the AF Security guards at the door, the people working at check in, and all of the bud tenders (who always have great suggestions) make it an awesome experience. I've even met one of the owners and he is such a cool guy. I never thought the day would come when you could walk into a nice store on the corner of block in a nice area and be greeted as you stroll on up to a counter surrounded by a menagerie of cannabis products to choose from...but the day is upon us and it is glorious at All About Wellness.

They told me I was buying flower pre-rolls I spent $20 on garbage with harsh stems and leaves.  The flower is way overpriced nothing under $10 a gram and the quality is poor. Buds have no aroma and are dry.  I really feel like I just got ripped off they.  should not be selling these prerolls to people as smokable flower its trimmings that should be thrown out! Positive note staff and security are friendly!

I have been coming here for a long time, ever since getting my Prop 215 card. They are always considerate and compassionate to me and my fellow patients!! I have brought several close friends after receiving their cards as the first stop. Rarely a long wait, no more than 10 minutes. Thank you to AAW for carrying the most high quality medicine!! I've been all over the country and visited many dispensaries and "All About Wellness" is by far the dispensary with the most knowledgeable staff (they are also very friendly) and the best selection. I suffer with major gastro problems and I have found relief through using their products. If I didn't have their CBG capsules on a daily basis I wouldn't have a very productive life because of the pain. Thank you All About Wellness

This place is Awesome!! Me and my husband made the mistake of cheating on this club with rcp and will NEVER do it again. From the first day they have treated us with nothing but compassion. I would recommend this club to ANYbody looking for great quality and friendly service! I just wish they opened earlier than 11

I've been a patient for a while now and I've been to many co-ops. This one is the best that I've been too. It's family owned and operated. Seriously, Mom, Dad, Son, Daughter all work there and are extremely knowledgeable. "The Boy" is my go-to man!! He knows what he's talking about and his recommendations have never steered me wrong. And hey, it's in midtown so it's a nice bike ride. No 5th star only because they are closed on Sunday.

Every time I go they have a very good selection and have what I'm looking for or a version close to it. Their is usually a 10 - 15 minute wait to get in, but they have a very nice waiting room and the staff are very sweet.

Working in a smoke shop, I always recommend people to stop by here and check the place out.The store is kind of cramped. It has a big waiting room with really nice A/C so it's comfortable waiting, if you even wait longer than a minute or two. Once you walk in you will immediately know who is available to help you. They are all extremely cool people who love their jobs and brings in all the good vibes anyone could ask for in the store. I have to make a about out to my buddy Ira who works there. He always smiling always ready to explain in great detail any questions you might have. As far as selection goes they have a little of everything. Bottom/Middle/Top shelf flower, concentrates from bubble to shatter, edibles of all flavors, types, and strengths, topicals and tinctures, specific products like THVc or high CBD oils. AOne of the unique things about All About Wellness is that they offer a "rewards" card of sorts chuck full of awesome deals like 10% off concentrates or $25 1/8oz!!

Staff here is very nice. Place is small. Parking and wait times can be bad at times. Product is really good. I have been going here for a year now. Today I decided to try somewhere new and went to Florin Wellness Center. Wow that place is great. Better product plenty of parking even 4 handicap spots. think I will got to florin now but all about wellness is still a good shop.

As a very critical person, I say this place is very good. You walk into a room that is just draped in every imaginable cannabis product, from popcorn to frozen pizza, and their bud selection is outstanding. Now for some criticism. The business name is All About Wellness, all while having an awkwardly small waiting room with nothing to remove the awkwardness. You sit there face to face with strangers waiting to buy some weed and you can't use your cell phone (for reasons I still haven't learned). If they were "all about wellness" there would be reading material in the tiny waiting space. The fact they haven't considered this on their own makes me think they are all about BS.

all about wellness is my all time favorite club.  I refuse to go anywhere else cuz I always get so disappointed. When I go into all about wellness they know what I want and if I ask about anything they know the right way to tell me. Absolute gratitude to all staff and especially security guard at wellness. As I was standing next to my car talking to security. A speeding car came in the wrong way into the parking lot . standing at the end of my car on the driver side. Talking to thee security guard. Our conversation stopped quickly.as we were almost hit by the grey car speeding to a parking spot next to my car.the guy nearly hit us both with his vehicle.the guard moved me out of the way .the guy in the grey car parked ,jumped out of his vehicle and speed walked to the shop. Then the security guard asked the driver to stop walking.but the guy blew the security guard off. Another man at this point was standing in the exit entrance in disbelief of this man's demeanor and driving skills . I was shaken up that we almost got hit by a vehicle. I got in my car and as I was exiting where the grey car enterd. The man of the grey car was coming out of the shop yelling and threatening the guard. And then .... Walked up to. My driver side window , and yelled bye to me. Now as I am driving I notice this man is following me . I headed back to the shop. And as I turned he yelled , calling me a bitch. I was shaking parking my car and Geuss what ? Security guard was outside and stood with me until I was a bit calmer. For a man to aproach a woman and follow route is scary . i can not thank wellness security enough for protecting me even while this man was threatening the security guard . thank you wellness for an outstanding job on training your staff.to where the clients are protected inside or outside the building. And to the man in the grey car ... You were driving so fast into an exit .that you must not have seen the sign staying.these premises are under surveillance . and if I do see you again and you aproach me # 911.

Usually more than happy to come here, great selection, but this last time struck me quite poorly. I came in yesterday and it was my own fault that I was in a hurry. I was overcharged, but didn't put it together until it was too late to come back in. Called today and was told to come in, thus defeating the purpose of why I tried to get this errand taken care of yesterday. I live in Folsom, I didn't want to have to come back downtown on my weekend. The best part is the guy who messed up wringing me up was clearly training a new employee. And neither of them caught that they double charged me, though they were sure take their sweet time doing it. I wasn't offered so much as an apology for my time/trouble and their mess up. Boooooo.

I bought an e-pen smokeless delivery system and 2 cartridge pens, totalling over $120. I drove 45 minutes to get a refund, replacement, or store credit, after discovering it didn't work . They (owner and also clerk Tommy) said the charger was defective and gave me a replacement.  They said I couldn't test it there because it would need 8 hours to charge it, but promised me it would work. It still didn't work after trying to charge it with 2 different outlets, so I called . Tommy said it did work when I left and became quite belligerent when I said it didn't.  When I said maybe it was the cartridge pen, he snarkily said, so now you are saying it is the pen, not the delivery system-which is it? I said I don't know what is the problem,  just that it doesn't work. He told me there were no refunds on items over 14 days and they no longer carry it, so they can't replace it. One cartridge hadn't even been opened yet, which would be rendered useless without the delivery system, also couldn't be returned with their no refund policy. As I raised my voice in frustration and anger, he said if I continued to raise my voice he would hang up on me. I hung up on him. I will never go back there again and I could have been a long time customer.

Refused to exchange a faulty $60 vape cartridge the same day it was purchased. Overpriced flower prices compared to local competition, but almost always of high quality. Ridiculously long wait-time as well. Excellent edible selection at good prices. Wide range of concentrates, but overpriced by comparison. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, but the lack of accountability really makes it feel like robbery.

My first time in & everyone was so nice and generous, the whole place is pretty small but I don't mind the wait room, I like how they keep it organize by how many people can enter the room. Security guard was very friendly & greeted me right away when I came in also showed how to get started. Love my experience there!

The worst dispensary in Sacramento.  After 15 minutes of waiting for them to verify my script I asked what the problem was and she just looked at me and got the security guard.  I walked out and went to Abitin and I was u. And out in 5 minutes.  About this ave at all costs.

Love this place. Very good prices for first time patients, and their buds are well worth 60/8th. The budtenders know their stuff and they are happy to work with you on whatever bud works best. I got Blueberry Haze and some Blackberry kief, and both were A+++++.

They were very helpful and professional.  A little bit was some sales talk but for the most part they were very helpful and educated me on my different options.  They take cash and card so that was a perk.  I will be going back.

You know my boys and gals at all about wellness have been getting a bad rep lately and I'm not sure why. I have been going to AAW for around 3-4 years now and in my honest opinion these guys are some of the nicest folks out there. Chandler, Kayla and Alex etc.... Are always courteous and professional while maintaining a laid back and personable attitude. Plus AAW is Conveniently located in midtown Sacramento rather than ghettosville USA. Now this is what I have to say on the matter. Some people would complain that the quality of the buds doesn't match the prices they are charging. Let's be realistic folks if you don't like club prices then don't go to the Club. Plain and simple. There is no dispensary on this planet that can consistently Carry the same herb for a reasonable price all year round. An 1/8 of blue dream costs more two months before harvest than a month after. It's called supply and demand. And if you don't understand that then maybe you should grow your own medicine. AAW is better than 95% of the dispensaries anywhere in Sacramento and they actually have quite the good selection. Whether it be a $20.00 gram of wax or that $40.00 gram of C02 sap they have you covered. Also they sell zips on the regular for $150.00. I'll admit that sometimes the cheap zips can look rather lackluster but that comes back to my original point of supply and demand. All in all I would give AAW a two thumbs up. I Would recommend their business to anyone and continue to patron them on the regular. Keep up the good works guys

Love their VIP card treatment, their new renovated place, and still have one of the best Indica strains in Sacramento, the Cure!It's saying something when they have their own hashes and oils of their bud in stock! Everytime I feel like smoking The Cure, I'm going straight here. You won't find the same quality of Indica anywhere else in Sac. The Kryptonite they had also smelled like fire!Always friendly, and always show me love on their bags. Top shelf is most likely the way to go here, everything else under 60 doesn't do it for me. I like how they have their own parking lot, and accept credit cards. The only thing that irks me is using plastic baggies, and their top shelf should be starting at 50/8th. Can't wait to smoke The Cure I just bought! Sweetest smelling buds, tastes like candy. Gets you blasted in one nice bong rip!

I'm a frequent customer and big fan but could you please have your White Fire wax tested? It snap crackles pops so much when it hits the nail my friends are calling it Kellog OG and won't even dab it. I really doubt this was purged long enough.

ding dong!  The nicest security guard in history opens the door and welcomes me in.  He would kick someones ass if he had to but he is a great example of how security guards don't have to be the hard/quiet type and be successful at his job.  Ok then I move on to a white haired man who was the intaker and he was super nice too!  WOW!!!  Everything is super clean and organized.  The space is decorated and has tons of windows.  BONUS:  They have two separate rooms so you don't have to be in the same room with others. I love this!  Not that I am anti-social...maybe just a bit...but a plus on the privacy and giving ppl their own space!The nice security guard pokes his head in the waiting room and once again welcomes me to the dispensary and guides me to a room where Mr. T is standing.  He is the nicest, most down-to-earth patient consultant ever!!!  He knows his medicine and is not condescending or rude!  YAYYY!!!! Everything he recommended was phenomenal.  Everything I bought from them was out of this world and blows the BAY out of the water.  I will make the hour and a half drive to SAC just to get the wonderful treatment and wonderful medicine that ALL ABOUT WELLNESS has to offer!  They could give the Bay a few lessons on how to run a great dispensary AND how to treat patients properly!!!!

Obviously I don't have a rave review for this corner store, because I got 86ed today, but let me tell you why.  I'm in the midst of several family disasters that I can't do much about and one of the security guards calls me "mija," I told him that my name is not mija, and he can call me Nomlaki if he likes.  He didn't call me Nomlaki, and he waited until I was on my way out and I said "stop, I'm leaving," before he could say anything else, and right then he said that's it, get out, you're 86ed."  I don't know him and maybe he doesn't know that one colonizing language is more that I want to deal with right now, but Mr. Taylor would have ruined my day if it wasn't already going quite poorly...I'm not very happy that they have so much information on me, and it kinda ruins the medicine for me, kinda.

If there is a heaven, I hope it smells like this place. This is the closest shop to me, and a 420 Evaluations nurse referred me here. Of course I became a member, which is cool, since they give you a VIP card with various deals to use when you come back. New patients receive 20 percent off their entire first order. I strolled up to whom I suppose was the security guard, who politely asked, "What's up, Boss?" Apparently I was looking pretty boss-like that day.Probably the natural high I got after becoming legal.  I flashed my new license was led to reception- a super sweet girl, who handed me paperwork to fill out in a crazy colorful room full of wicker chairs. I loved, and took longer on purpose. Next, you're able to step into the room on the left- which was pretty overwhelming (in a good way) There is SO much variety here, and they are confident about knowing there stuff. Way more educated than I had possibly imagined, which makes me feel confident about what I purchase, so its all good. I let the tender, Jessica? (memory loss of name) know what I was willing to spend, and what I had in mind. I ended up with some "green crack" bud (sativa) a pre-roll called "LA Confidential" and an edible Kannaroo brownie for under 35 bucks. The "Crack" bud  was great smelling, but didn't quite give me that "up". I may be trying this "Cure" I keep hearing about one of these days. This was my first pre roll -it was hard to keep lit- and felt a little too "damp"- nice size, and all- but I probably wont end up buying them again. I just ended up "putting it in my pipe" and smoking it. The edible was incredible. (I know) This is my preferred way of "medicating" Im trying to cut back on that smoking. She let me know how potent it was, (very) so I only ate a half of it at a time...lets just say I haven't cleaned out my home like that since I first moved here. I'm not sure how often I will be returning, since I prefer to make my own foods... maybe for  oil or a drink, or if I run out of butter sometime. I would surely come here before anywhere else. They also have a Facebook page and an app they update daily with latest daily deals. Enjoi.

Horrible customer service. Over priced weed. And the "budtenders" knowledge of what is indica and what is sativa is awful.

This is my first time here, with that being said, it won't be my last. Everyone here was courteous and genuinely warm and nice. My bud tender was Kayla, she was fantastic, a truly beautiful person inside out. If you ever go here, wait until she's free to get your bud, it's worth the wait. Coming from Los Angeles I'm used to fake niceness and fake beauty but this really changed my whole look on dispensaries. Oh they have a plethora of buds to choose from which bring that carnivorous side of you out.

Any collective that is to lazy to post a menu on weedmaps or ANYwhere; I'm too lazy to go too. Give me a break this isn't 2000, catchup with the Jones'

Just returned from another visit to my wellness center, and as always, am pleased with my purchase.    Trying the new THCStick....seems to be working well, although I do taste the glycerin..  Always have a tough time with my omicrom (just no good at filling the cartridges).  From Tiffany at the front desk, to Ben and John tending bud, the atmosphere is helpful and friendly.  Looking for a good deal?  Look no further......

Ok, I've obviously been spoiled by San Francisco clinics but it's really troubling that this clinic doesn't do more to make the experience better for their patients. The wait time is always unreasonably long even if they have a ton of staff working. I think it's because people go in and take forever looking at the menu on the wall, asking questions. I mentioned to a budtender that they could solve this problem if they put the menu in the waiting room or better yet printed out some paper menus that actually had descriptions (this is something they do at Apothecarium in San Francisco: yelp.com/biz/the-apothec…). They don't seem too open to taking feedback though, and I guess they don't have to because the competition in the area is very slim. It's a real shame because virtually every single person working there is SO incredibly nice so if they just took some feedback and invested in the patient experience they would have a really special clinic that could be a special part of the Midtown community. Stay tuned, I hope they step up their game.

Dissapointing. Went there on and off. Last week I picked up one of their topshelf selections but was very dissapointed. Told them about it, hoping for some type of customer service discount. All they offered was 5 bucks off my next purchase. Buyer beware.

They have the best people working there. This pretty young lady help me find what I wanted with ease.

I adore this place. Their selection is quality and widely varied. The staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable (shout out to Kelly, she's amazing!), and the security is good and remembers faces well. Even the building has good vibes! My only complaint is that this place gets more popular every day, and therefore the lines longer: sometimes there's no wait at all, sometimes it takes me 30 minutes to get in and out. Definitely my favorite dispensary, regardless.

I absolutely adore this club! In the past 2 months that I've had my license they've become like family! Not only are they consistent with their flowers and products but they are always so welcoming. Being a person who's never bought flowers before and not too savvy when it comes to that stuff, they are always so patient with my questions and seem to know exactly what products are going to be the best for me medically and financially. They're customer service is also better than any other establishment I've ever seen. No matter if you're a first time customer or a long time friend they're always smiling when you walk through the door. Every employee makes it a priority to develop a relationship with each customer, with only the intent to get to know you and better serve you. I've recommended 4 other patients to their club that have become regular customers. Especially in the sacramento area it's very difficult to find clubs that are this friendly, consistent with product, and so convenient. If you live in the midtown area this is the club to go to, if not then this is still totally worth the drive for the experience and service.

Ive been going to them since they first opened. I love that its family owned and every one is always very nice. The young lady at the front desk with the cute new haircut is always on her job and gets you in and out as fast as she can. This place is the best club in Sacramento just don't let the old  hippie man help u. He never shows me any love and I will wait if he is the only one that is free.  But the rest of the staff there work hard to get you what your looking for.  Also the VIP card is great. I used it yesterday when I got an 8th of their GRAPE JELLY KUSH a 5 GRAM 8th.    IT SMELLS AND TASTES YUMMY.  I wish they carried the hash chocolates I like but they have hash pills for 6 or 8 bucks for two and those do the trick for me. I take four because I take them all the time. At any rate its worth the ride if u don't live in midtown.

Awesome Dispensary! It's been a while since I have gone to one, but looked up what was around and this one had some of the better reviews. Drove there, tight parking, but what do you expect in downtown sac. Nice little corner spot for this club, was greeted right when I walked in, all smiles. Great vibe when filling out my first timer paper work in the waiting room. Security was friendly as well, you don't get that vibe like your being stared down or anything or uncomfortable like some security will do to you. Once I finished my paperwork, I was then shown to the show room, excellent display and pricing. Picked up some concentrates, the bud tender was very chill and knew his stuff. I also received a discount or perk called where each time I go I can get a percentage off on select items. Needless to say, very professional here an good prices. If you are looking for a dispensary with a great staff and great selection come to this place. I'll be going back for sure.

This is a great place the staff is knowledgeable and friendly and they have high quality medical cannabis for any budget and the edibles yum. don't forget to download there iPhone or iPod touch app for daily specials thanks have a great day Dave

The crew there is very nice and some of them know a little more than the average consultant. All in all this is a great spot for grab and go. Medic paitients should look for somewhere else. They have a large assortment of pizza and ice cream edibles and chocolates. The flowers are expensive. Concentrates are terrible and stuck to the paper

The real reason why I enjoy going to this establishment is due to the service. They always treat me well and cater to what I am looking for, rather than pushing the most expensive product they have.The vip card can make things interesting.

They always seem to have a great selection from shake all the way to top shelf.  Staff is efficient and organized, well run business.  If you are sent to the waiting room for your turn they keep things moving and I never find myself waiting to long before my name is called.  Ask the staff what they recommend, I have never had a bad suggestion yet!

From the security guard in the beginning who was helpful and nice signing me up. They only help as many customers as they have workers available for a one on one at the time. They had like 5. the dude with the beard was really helpful to me. Sorry I forgot your name but he is your man on plants and everything else. I was given tips as well as knowledge and a free gift. They have a card you get that you can use for different discounts in the store. The atmosphere was great too. If you made the outside as welcoming as the inside it would be awesome. You guys rocked. First feeling walking in:As I walk up to the building I always hear awesome music playing, some Sublime was playing the first time I walked in and it was just the song I needed that day. Divine scent wafting through the air as the door opens. The guy at the door usually asks how my day is going and actually takes time to listen and respond to my answer. The folks they have staff that front desk are super welcoming too. Very great walk-in experience for a customer.The wait:A couple times there's been a bit of a wait, but it was a comfortable wait in a room with beautiful artwork and lovely beats playing.The staff:OUT-FREGGIN-STANDING. First the courteous door guy, then the welcoming front desk staff, and then the people who assist you in picking out the herb. I have YET to encounter a staff person who didn't know his/her product backward and forward - and they are all ready to provide suggestions if needed. Fantastic suggestions at that! This has to be my favorite staff out of all the dispensaries I've been to in Sacramento. All around awesome folks.The product:Quality... Their product is made of love and happiness. 100%. I once got this stuff called Dutch Treat there and it was the best stuff I ever experienced. Perfuming scent that made me smile, and the most relaxing effect ever.Price... Not too shabby. And, you definitely get what you pay for. When I'm strapped for cash I'll pick up a few joints - they're rolled pretty fat and only $5 a piece. Plus they have a pretty good frequent-buyer card with all sorts of discounts on it.My sentence to sum it up:Love this place, love this place, LOVE this plaaace!!

Nicely run dispensary, with good pricing.  Even better with the Sac News & Review coupon discount!  I got a very good vibe from this operation, they seem to have the right balance of selection & reasonable rates.

I went there years ago when they first opened, and they had some fire. I went there today, got some top shelf that looked like it was going to be great.... it is really a disappointment. It had smell, but NO FLAVOR. I feel sour about getting these grapes indeed. They had other stuff there that was probably better than there top shelf, but looks can be deceiving. I guess what I am trying to say here is just because it is purple does not mean it is TOP SHELF. I stated my preferred method, because I do not smoke, and I would hope the employees would make a suggestion for their patients. I really feel like they lost that edge that they use to have. Is it too much to ask for this place to know which meds and strains better for which would be better for a joint, pipe, bong, vaporizer, ect.? Also, $60 an eighth? $115 a quarter? Really? NO EIGHTH SHOULD EVER COST MORE THAN $50, PERIOD! I might go back, but if I do, it is with great hesitation and not a single bit of enthusiasm. I can honestly say I would much rather go somewhere else, or even pay $60 for an eighth at Harborside, because at least I know I will have it tested and the staff will let me know if it is good for the method. To sum it all up I guess, they need to know their meds better and lower their prices.

All about wellness is by far my favorite club in the area. This club is such a hidden gem; the best quality product in midtown area, hands down- THE CURE !!!! The owners and all of the staff (so rare) are the most friendly, warm, approachable, people , just feels like home kinda, which I love. The location is really convenient on S and 19th, and I can honestly say, I am usually in and out of their without  ever even having time enough to be annoyed by how long the wait is- for someone who works all day long, I am incredibly appreciate of their simple but seamless operation. Bottom line, the tree speaks for itself but I love everything about this place. Don't be fooled by the exterior and current underdeveloped décor, once they fix this place up a little, it will 100% legit- within top 5 best clubs in Sac for sure. Got RIPPED OFF twice at All About Wellness!  BAIT AND SWITCH!!!  They had great looking buds in their display jars...but when I got home I saw they gave me dry, small, loose buds..  I was so bummed I took pics of these buds next to a DIME...yes they were that small and crappy..  This was deliberate on their part...I saw lots of nice looking buds in the jar where they were dispensing my meds...so I decided to look around...  Was it my mistake to NOT watch the budtender to make sure he didn't rip me off?  I mean he had to really pick to find the worst buds from the jar...and this was an 1/8 they wanted $60 for...premium..  The old gray haired hippie guy ripped me off..  All About Greed should be their name..  This is not a legit place of business and the people that helped me are not decent or good people..

Since moving to Sacramento from LA I've been on the hunt for the best dispensary in my area. I've looked into almost every storefront dispensary I could possibly find and this one has by far been the best. They include their taxes on every product so what you see is what you get and they offer a wide variety of affordable cart options from big chief, sublime, house weed(my fav) to more expensive options like Raw gardens and platinum vapes. Their preroll are pretty nice too. I can't say much about their flower as I haven't had it yet, but overall it's a great store and I'm here once a week.

This is my favorite dispensary in midtown/Sacramento area! I started smoking in my 30s and am not well versed in cannabis. The facility is beautiful and they have a wide array of products. The staff is absolutely fantastic! I could not say enough nice things about the staff. Since my knowledge on cannabis is not great, I try to come in when Natalie or Ryan are working. Natalie and Ryan are fun, really helpful and go above and beyond with warm customer service. I especially appreciate that they always have great recommendations. Heading to All About Wellness is always a great experience for me!

No longer on the corner of 19th and S but the next building over on S.Check in at reception and they'll let you know when you can go into the retail area. Personally, I like the online ordering that you can do from their website and pick up during the time frame chosen. I get texts regarding my order and with street parking or their own little lot, I haven't had any issues.They carry a brand I like and the staff is always nice.  Cash or debit with a fee.Oh, and with online ordering-- you can let them know at check in that you're doing an online order pickup and they usually will let you do your pick up if there's otherwise a wait.

Great inventory, friendly service, great location, convenient hours and reasonable prices. What more can you ask for?

This is coming from a critique point of view with no emotional ties. This place of business is nice to you and perhaps will bend over backward when it comes to taking your money. However, when they have a damaged products and you happen to be the unfortunate customer that purchased it, they treat you like shit. Perhaps more like as if they owe you for even taking your time to drive all the way there to return the item without a clear communication if they have it or not, so when I came in, I thought it was going to be an easy transaction but it turned out to be a nightmare. They didn't have the same brand that I paid for. Yes it's cheap. And it's the big chief, but the product is irrelevant to how they treated the situation and their customer. First, they tried to up price me by selling me a different brand which is about a few dollars more and I informed them that I was not interested in purchasing another product. All i wanted to do was an even exchanged. They proceeded to explain about the legality of each reasons why their hands are tied to accommodate to having me trade in two different products based on a detailed legal matter, which I completely understood. Although, I drove all the way from home in Elk Grove and had to stop there to waste my time they never bothered to offer a discount or anything. So I saw the situation for how it is. I then agreed to come back in on Friday since they have more stocks of the brand that will be shipping out that day.Come Friday after work, I went and returned the easiest transaction. I should've opened the box and checked to see if the cartridge worked, but I did not want to waste another time with those people and in that establishment.I got home and guess what... the cartridge was another malfunctioned cartridge I was given. At this point I called and asked them if there is anyway I could be accommodated for the inconvenience and the mgr replied that the cartridge was already discounted and no way they can do that.Gas is money and time is valuable. Maybe those people have no common sense to put two and two together. I get that it's a discounted price, but why not give a 3 dollar joint? Something that provides a reassurance that you care for your customer and you want them to come back? Especially if this is the second time around it happened in the same week! I used to talk so good about this place until I realized how dirty and shady they are to people who not only help them out with their business, since I've always bragged about how good their selections are!!!HOWEVER, I would rather buy from a company that has integrity and that really cares about their business and the only way you care about your business is if you learn to humble down and stop sticking your head in your ass! Learn some common sense and not get high at work so you can think better on how to provide an outstanding customer service.In conclusion, I didn't bring the cartridge back. I'd prefer giving this rating and providing some useful information to consumers that purchases from this establishment. They are not a customer service environment and all they want is money, but the minute you have a concern, it's their pompous arrogant high horse sitting asses with a huge ego and perhaps a small private part that likes to make a decision over making it rightGood luck with your business and I hope karma comes and says hello to y'all SOON!Toodles!!!

Great customer service!The folks here are super chill and down to earth. Jessica helped us out and really went above and beyond to ensure we were set for the night when we forgot our lighter and were deciding on what to get. She was super patient and really made us feel like valued customers, especially for a first timer. I would highly recommend these folks to anyone considering it!
