Usually no wait, usually good choices, usually good prices, staff is usually great. Janky, run-down, pothole infested parking lot with not nearly enough decent parking spaces to choose from.....horrible. But the fake, wannabe cop, I take my job too seriously because that's the only way I get off, overweight joke of security(especially Sgt. G) who can't handle a little s*** talking.....THE WORST!

This place is great! The budtenders are very nice and helpful. Has a nice selection at a good price.

Hard pass. Hard, hard pass. Security guy looked like he couldn't care less if you were dead. Parking lot is not defined. Clientele seem erratic at best. Location, dicey at best. Hard pass.

I love this place! It's not all "Apple Store" high tech, but rather accessible and comfortable. Great, down-to-earth people from the front desk to budtenders to security. I feel welcome and honored every time I go. I drive up from the Eastern Sierra and it's good know that I will be treated with respect by excellent people who know their business and pay attention to my needs.I have been to many California and Nevada dispensaries and VHO is in my top three.They always have the most amazing selection of clones! I can't say enough about Valley Health Options. Wide selection of everything we need, great service and a comfortable atmosphere. Thank you.And, really? Gender neutral bathrooms? Is it that big of a deal?? Or is that to just help fathers decide whether to let their daughters go into a public restroom where they might see some jerk's junk...?

Great place, love that there's security there and the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable and is always ready to answer your questions. My Husband suffers from insomnia and this place has been a tremendous help to get him off of the awful harmful pills the doctors wanted him to keep taking with the long list of possible side effects. He takes a couple of hits right before bed and sleeps like a baby without those pills. Glad to know there are places that you can trust to provide you with quality cannabis that's safe.

Best deals in town for good flowers at good prices ....even when its crowded and theres a line they get everyb in and out quick....lots of parking and the security there are nice and good customer service....

I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Guy at front desk is asshole and the security guard is a bigger one. Went into the dispensary for the first time with medical card, guy at front desk wouldn't except medical card because "he's never seen a medical card and no one has used a medical card" and asked for my original hard copy of the paperwork for my medical card. Wasn't help at all and security guard has horrible vibes standing over my back not being welcoming at all pretty much telling me I can't shop here and need to go. I pulled out my phone because I used to be able to email dispensaries the document of my medical card showing proof (every other dispensary has had me do that) but this one yelled at me for having my phone out and seemed like they wanted me gone. no one was listening to me. Never coming back here and do not recommend. They don't know what they're doing.

The gentleman that helped me (Arash) I believe super nice and knowledgeable got me what I wanted for what price I asked. Good work.

Staff and security super friendly and helpful. Security even helped me park! Ahaha Plenty of parking here. Typical check in process. Fast service, quality products!

I'm usually not the type to look around , I normally know what I want, I had a few questions this visit and my tender Arash was so kind and helpful and made a great visit for me. I wanted to tip him for his help but they can't accept tips :( so here I am... thank you Arash!! Btw the security guard can be a little nicer AS well as the front desk...

This place used to be one if my favorites a couple years ago or so, but now they aren't like they used to be at all. The prices are way too high for the quality of the meds. The prices used to be way lower, but the quality never got better. The only positive part is tax is included.

Very nice people working behind the counter and very knowledgable.. The area is not the best but inside is nice and safe

Terrible. Avoid this place. Sold me.2 cartridges that were short and refused to exchange one of them. Go elsewhere!!!

Shout out to Sara and Josh! They're always super super helpful. I go to this club specifically for the awesome staff and amazing diversity of products.

Always my favorite dispensary. Fast , great selections of everything. Edibles ,flowers , cartridges, wax , tinc. and pill forms of thc and cbd. They have it all..... trust.

Great prices, very welcoming, & fast service. Melissa was very professional and patient with all of our questions. She was very helpful and thorough.

Bought "2" grams of Kurupts Moon Rocks strawberry flavored. Got home to find a pathetic stemmy crumble mess. At 35$ a gram I would expect top quality bud, not this joke of a product. I called and spoke to a manager and he admitted that I had gotten the bottom of the barrel , the last of what they had. I explained I wasn't happy with stemmy crumbles and he responded that it all burns the same and didn't even apologize. An absolute horrible representation of Kurupts Moon Rocks. Should be ashamed.

No other shop has the quality for the price and speed of service. With the new tax, they lost a few vendors. Inventory variety suffered a bit but they pulled through.

This store was great! Super clean and the staff was lovely. One of the staffers recommended I try some new flower they got in called Jeff and it was great! I can't wait to go in and buy more. It's so convenient, and at a great price! I hope they continue to carry this product!!!

Amazing selection of herbs and Treats. There $10 a gram selection blew me away. I will no longer be going anywhere else for the price you will not be able to beat the quality. Check-in was quick and easy and the staff was friendly.

Bought a gram of top shelf -asked is this gonna make my eyes water -straight - poop. wish he didnt just take my money for terrible weed

From the outside the place looks like a meth house, but once inside it is very clean and well laid out. The front door security guys are always friendly and always open the door for me, which is nice. The check in process is fast and the receptionists are generally quick and friendly, too. The same can be said about the behind the counter staff. They have a great variety of flowers and other products, and the prices are reasonable. The only reason I gave it a 4 star is because the place is very small, and gets crowded very quick. They have an ok method for controlling the crowds, but I personally feel a little claustrophobic when I am in there sometimes.

I know I just wrote a review for VH last month, but after giving a couple other clubs a try, I gotta say - don't waste your gas going any where else, stick with Valley Health if you need quality. VH is the only place I can rely on anymore for quality.  + they accept debit cards, gotta love that.

Haven't written a review in three years and I am still going to valley health options and still wouldn't go anywhere else staff is amazing and Friendly also knows exactly what i need for my medical needs I am 62 years and a cancer patient God bless you valley health and thank you for making me feel better

Walked in for the first time tonight. Security outside the door and inside the lobby to keep people safe. (As a single woman I really appreciated that.)The employees were very knowledgeable and helpful, and for being a first time guest they gave me a free edible.Prices are really good and I will update the stars to a 5 after I try the product, but overall I am very impressed and will definitely be back!

It's my second time coming here and once again I am very disappointed!  The first time I came, I was accused of having a fake ID ... Seriously?   And the staff was really rude!  So this time around I stopped by because it was accessible to my location. First off they have horrible customer service... When we arrived I said good morning to the staff, and they all ignored me. Really? That rude? Jesus cries....   So I forgot to bring my recommendation with me, however I thought since I had been here before , they should have me in there computer system. And sure enough they didn't.  Every other club that I have been too has me registered to there systems. They obviously don't value me as customer.  And I didn't see that there was a sign that we can't use our phones in the waiting area so I pulled mine out and they rude African American security guard, with a very nasty Attitude, and an loud angry voice screamed at me In front of everyone to get out of I wanted to use my phone.  Really? The clubs I go to I can use my phone in the waiting area and some can careless. I would never come back here again!

This is the ONLY dispensary in Sacramento that you should be going to.  This place is amazing!!! I love how they are open late and on weekends, it really works for someone like me working 50+ hours a week.  I really enjoy walking in here, the tenders are all very knowledgeable and I have NEVER been let down with suggestions given to me by employees there.  I would never go to any other place in Sacramento, once you find VHO it is the only place you will need to go :)Oh I LOVE the fact that they are family owned!  Oh and try the brownies there they are simply amazing!!!!!!

My first time here.  I was going to 1841 on the other side of I-80, but they are closed for an undetermined amount of time. Anyway, I pulled up and there were two guards outside and one inside. They certainly don't skimp on security. I felt safe and not threatened. Jon was very helpful and guided me in picking the best edibles. Easy to spend money here. I dropped $100 on edibles. Hope they last me a few months!

Nice place, feels super clean, friendly and professional, I would go out of my way to come back.  Great product too.

Make sure you have your California ID as they will not allow you to buy or even come inside the building without having one. Although, I have my medical card for the state.

Helpful employees for a new user . Parking was clean but challenging for a somewhat challenged person.

Very friendly, helpful folks here. This was my first foray into a legal store and I'm old enough to remember $10 four finger lids. But I digress. Pain management options are very much appreciated, and I hope this legalization experiment goes well.

This was the first place I explored. The area itself didn't really feel safe, so I appreciate the security guards being there. Signing in wasn't  complicated at all, but the budtenders seems quick to send you off. Medication flower was ok, didn't care for the tinctures.

I like this place. It's simple and they have a very nice selection. They carry plenty of edipure candies. The guys are all nice and helpful. The lady at check in is always nice. They also have a security guard. And for some reason the map app on my phone gave me crazy directions but worth the odd directions.

Since my last review which wasn't too great, VHO has definitely stepped it up. Their bud has been excellent, and their wax even better. The employees always make sure you find what you're looking for, and have a great attitude 100% of the time. I've started coming back more and more recently because this is one of the most promising dispensaries in Sac

This is the best dispensary I have been too. The guys that work there are very cool I know all of them in there, always seem to give you a nice quantity for whatever your spending and quality is very good as well. They take their time to see what your preferences are and will give you suggestions on best ones for your money. Gotta love'em!!!

This was my first time coming to a dispensary and everyone made it very easy for me. Answered all my questions and helped guide me to what I needed and what would work best for me.. great place, definitely recommended

I was *very* impressed with this dispensary. It was safe-feeling, clean, well stocked with a great selection, the staff were all very friendly and helpful, and I felt welcomed there. It took a few minutes to decide on what I wanted, and my bud tender was very patient and helpful - I didn't feel rushed at all. The most amazing thing - they were giving out *beautiful* organic produce to all patients on their way out the door! I was given probably 10$ worth of butternut squash, lettuce and cabbage - all organic and very fresh! All in all, a very pleasant experience - I will for sure return.

This is the greatest club in town! They always hook it up, David is the best budtender. Security in uniform and very professional. I love it when they have fresh vegetables for the taking. Only problem is, where are the boobies?

The best in Sacramento, they have the best prices & the best product. On top of that, the bud tenders are knowledgable & generally just nice folks. Security is on point too. I don't go anywhere else anymore, simply because it's the perfect place to go. Best place everrrr.

Love this place. Great quality & I love my $10 grams :) Nick & Mando are always so helpful. It's a straight shot down the road from where I live, so convenient. The staff is so friendly. I would suggest this dispensary to everyone!

I will never return. I purchased what was sold to me as a full gram of crumble concentrate. When I returned home and sampled the product it sizzled and popped, burned my throat and made me cough so hard I threw up, clearly not thouroughly purged. When I called to see if there was something they could do to fix the situation the receptionist rudely said that I would have to bring it in for them to see in order to do anything. So I came right back and after telling my problem to the manager he gave me attitude saying that what I got was actually a half gram of CO2 extraction and doesn't need to be purged and that the equipment they use is really expensive, like that has anything to do with me being unhappy with the product. He then proceeded to tell me that there was nothing he could do since it was half used (only took one to realize this stuff was shit) and he would be missing out on the profit since he couldnt put ot back on the shelf and offered me a shitty pre-roll "just to be nice." I am appalled with the quality of service and unuseable medicine.

Best in town. Staff is friendly and knowledgable. I have very high regard for their customer service, you'll be in and out pretty quick without feeling rushed Product is always to the highest standards, I have never been disappointed by any purchase. Pricing is fair and they hook it up where they can. Definitely worth the drive to come check out if your in the greater sac area.

This is a great joint with fantastic staff and products and they are very busy most of the time. They have a great selection of clones and a wide variety of products that I am sure will suit your needs.

Being New to visiting a Dispensary, I really appreciated the clean, Professional entrance and Security! Once inside with the Employee, I believe was named Jay, we weren't made to feel we rushed, despite other people waiting to buy. The wonderful and cute employee, Jay asked my Wheelchair bound Husband  what he would like the smoke to help with. He then chose 3 Large Glass Jars to pick from. You can hold the Jar to look closely, and smell, which my Husband enjoyed. It is way more pricey than the Street sale, however you have better quality, and specific Strains to make smoking even more helpful. I only wish these Guys weren't so far from my House, so I could go more often.

Hands down, best meds in Sacramento. Iv been in here a few times and I have never been disappointed with their customer service or their products. Its very fast paced, but you never feel rushed at all and iv had the same budtender a few time and he was very helpful, gives me really good recommendations every single time. Like I said, their bud; every single time iv been their, no matter what iv looked at or left with, iv always been satisfied to the full extent, this is my new favorite place to go to. Iv been to a pretty good amount of clubs and this is the only place that has only overall satisfied me, I hope their customer service is always as welcoming and their meds to always be as good. Also one thing about this place is that they always try to give you good sized buds, and they have never given me less than what I payed for, unlike other places.

The guys who work here don't smile very much, but this dispensary always has a decent selection. They're one of the most "affordable" clubs when it comes to their bud (10-17 a gram) and I think they always give a little more than a gram (or whatever you buy). That's why I come to this dispensary. I also like their rice crispy treats and cakes.

Went into Valley Health today, and was told that my recomendation was expired. So when I got home, I looked it up on the website provided on my rec, and it said I was legal for another 9 months. So I called and explained my situation, and all I was offered was an apology. Nothing to make me a satisfied customer. I will not be returning to Valley Health Options any time soon

The best selection I have ever seen, prices are very good! Last time I was there I tried a rice crispy treat and it was incredible! I have definately found the best place ever!!!

I was here buying product and two people cut me in line and pushed me this place did nothing. They should've been kicked out! I've been a loyal customer of theirs for years and I will no longer come to a dispensary I don't feel safe. Total bullshit.  The owner told me to get over it. I'll be taking my business elsewhere they blamed it on coronavirus pandemic

The only place I come to for my medicinal needs. Eric is a straight up boss. He is always helpful. The prices are great. You get 1% back store credit for all purchases. The suppliers they have are great. Can get an 8th of flower for 20-25 even. I recommend going here for sure.

These people are straight to the point and don't add extras fees. We love this place. Only reason for my not giving the 5 stars is because they could be a little more friendly and security stop playing favorites at the door. We are all in line. Same thing inside no favorites please.

You are the worst establishment. No employees are consistent the front staff says yes for weeks on my license and let's me buy and than today after I get into a car accident yesterday I go to get my normal thc pain reliever balm the dumb bitch won't let me says she won't take my license when your establishment told me last time to tape it and come back it will be fine. I did exactly what your employee told me to do and came back to be turned away again! I wasted my gas and risked my back injury to be lied to by your employee to than be turned away! You are bullshit company, the front desk is never consistent.

Good prices, always enjoy the Budtenders help. If you have any questions ask for Emilio, has always given me great recommendations. Biggest complaint is that the the options are lack luster, if only the they ordered more exotic or well known brands that would make it a 5* location.

I used to love going to this place.. The new setup sucks! Especially for  People who cannot stand long or have trouble walking..Maybe its time for, **CURBSIDE **??

Me and my husband have been coming here for a few years now. One of my favorite places to go hands down. They're very friendly every time we come in. They definitely help us find the best products for us and gives us good information on what we need and what helps more with what. The other reason why I love this place is because the prices are the best! When I go there they usually have what I want and I get it for a good price so I don't feel like I've just been cheated.

So I have been going here for about 2 years here and there and I just found out they don't accept tips so I'm leaving a review!Amazing service every time i'm there, REALLY ON IT for social distancing thank you for putting me in place when i wasn't realizing. Eric B. has been there every time I go here and is always really nice, friendly, and EXTREMELY helpful! Definitely love this place, when me and my girlfriend asked for their best indicas I definitely wasn't disappointed! On any other occasion I would give this place five stars for customer service, however, the new security guard has ruined the vibe for the last few months. He's not only rude and condescending with an inflated ego, but he also doesn't understand Security protocols even though he's attempting to enforce them or thinks he is. It's unfortunate but most likely I won't visit this place again because of the treatment I get every time I am there. I'm generally a happy person I am certain it wasn't a response to me personally. Customer service is utmost important even if you are a security guard. This is coming from someone who owned a security company as well as been in the industry an owner operator hiring people for security.

Been going here for the past 10 years and will always continue to be one of my favorite dispensaries. Although they don't have the best flower to choose from sometimes, they always have affordable bud. Their extract selection is Impressive. Customer service here is off the charts! I always feel welcomed whenever I visit here. The workers will even remember your name sometimes. Would definitely recommend to others

I had no issues with this store, fairly standard weed stop with semi-average service. However while I was in last week their store lost power as I was withdrawing $140 from their store atm, and I lost the money from my account without receiving payment. They could have easily given me store credit, I was planning to spend the money there anyway and I’ve been coming there every week or two for months now. Instead they insisted it wasn’t their problem, and now I have to get a new card and go through the hassle of changing all my bill payments. As someone who’s worked in customer service for years, that’s just not how you treat a repeat customer. I won’t be coming again, very disappointing.

Valley Health is always a great spot to come for fast and easy service. The products they sell are top notch tbh. Shout out to Eric B too! Super great and helpful, will come see again

I like this club. They have good products but the brst part is price. You pay what is costs. Tbere is no tax added on at time of purchase. It is a smaller store but I always find good vape oils, flowers and edibles! I recommend you try it for yourself!
