I am a local consumer that uses this dispensary only although I have had a great experience over the past year I will never come back due to their No refund , exchange or anything except "our apologies". I purchased the gold mist cbd oil @ $60.00. This has a very heavy cinnamon and other taste, maybe from whatever was used for the extraction method. I understand Tetra labs made the product and not cloud nine, but I am still out $60.00 for a product that I will not use, I do not have a contract with the maker of this medicine. Cloud nine should be able to work with situations like this and not treat us like this was a street deal....with a smile. I mean after all this is medication right. For anyone else that suffers from pain that cbd helps and has a job that tests, The shivex brand clearly cbd is tasteless and sold online....and to all businesses WE the consumer have other options when it comes to where we spend our hard earned money.....MAKE IT RIGHT!!!!!!!and by the way I wasn't looking for a cash refund, or anything.....how bout store credit, or raincheck till you guys get the shivex or comparable product back in stock.
I called this place to see if they sold recreational cannabis as it was not only listed on their website that they do, they also had their license posted. I have my card and have been here a number of times, I was calling for my girlfriend, but after this experience I will NEVER go back. The woman that answered the phone about a half hour ago so was unbelievably rude to me for simply asking couple questions. She yelled into the receiver, "UHH I KNOW. WE HAVEN"T STARTED SELLING IT YET!!" (And then hung up.) I could not believe anyone would be that disrespectful to a complete stranger. As for the club itself, it's really nice with a great selection, but I will never be returning after being yelled at by this young woman for simply asking a question.
We went in with a coupon from a local show and the manager, Jerry worked crazy hard to make sure we could use it after a system issue. While we were waiting we hung out with the bud tenders, Keith & Almonzo who were super chill and knowledgeable. They guys in this store had us laughing and made us feel like we were old friends, not like we were customers dealing with an issue. It was great and they made our day! Thanks for your help guys!!!
Good selection and the bed tender was helpful as well as knowledgable. There were plenty of options to choose from.

Seeking medicinal lotion and patches for a bad back was my main reason to go to Cloud 9. I was warmly welcomed by very nice young men. They were very helpful and kind. I can't comment on prices as they seemed fair to me. Pain from my surgery is much better now and I don't have to take those narcotics any longer This was a clean store, and friendly and they looked like they had everything you'd need for a stony afternoon.
This is by far my favorite dispensary. Every time I go in the vibe is chill and welcoming. My favorite person is Julie she is so helpful and knows her stuff. Any question I ask she can answer. Thanks Julie!
I'd never been to a dispensary before and was kinda nervous to look uninformed/not knowledgeable about how the process works. I went in and was checked in by the receptionist Kristine, who was incredibly helpful in explaining to me how everything works and making me feel comfortable/welcomed.The rest of the staff was great too and I'm impressed with the products. It was a great first experience, and I'll definitely be back.
This was my first time going to a dispensary ever and I'm most definitely coming back again, service was amazing and very chill people to talk to! Learned some new stuff I never knew today too, overall it was a very VERY good experience for my first time! I'll soon be a regular there LOL can't wait to try my new babies!

Kevin was ridiculously nice and informative. Him and one of the other employees that helped us answered all of our questions and concerns and recommended things that fit our needs. Me and my friend both were newbies but they made us feel so comfortable and at home. I went here because it was voted as the best in Sac. I see why. I wanted to buy everything haha. They're super knowledgable.
So Let me start by saying I was not impressed with this place. By the time you pay for a 35 dollar item you are actually paying more like 46. I understand the city tax and our normal tax sure I understand that It was going to be a little more due to taxes but this 15% exercise tax smh for what???? And besides that 15 % really the government only takes 10% so on top of the 10% tax I pay another 15% so stupid Ill stick to the clubs in SF where I dont get ripped off. And by the way you should show the people a few choices not just tell them thir opions let them pick what they want. Never going back way to expensive.
Very disappointed not many choices and if you want to but quantity they don't give you a deal... As for new customer deals not here... Oh and the clones had mold on them... Small buds and plenty sticks... Bud tender needs better knowledge too... Waste of my time and money...
Been coming to this place for some time now.. purchased 3 pens $50 a piece.... only to get one that had a horrible burnt taste ...and doesn't hit correctly and the manager I guess looking ghetto...becka ...which I'm a little too...:) but not in a professional environment hickys all on her neck dark eyeliner and a funky attitude. How she became a manager not sure not judgmental but she got me passed being rude about the situation ..I don't have money to throw away... if u have a defective product...it should be exchanged...period...Amanda...love u girl but I can't support this establishment
My favorite cannabis clinic! Budtenders have always been welcoming and knowledgeable. I got a free chocolate square edible on my first visit. Prices seem fair as the sativas always give me the high I'm looking for and I've never experienced poor-quality bud from here. I always enjoy picking up my weed from here!
I think everyone else are haters about cloud nine. Yes there's no senior discount, wtf would there be. Go to Dennys, this is a business. And 2nd so, you paid 60.00 for a product that didn't perform as you expected... do you even think of the legal aspects of this business? What if the product is altered? This isn't 7-11. Kerry always takes care of business professionally and the staff knows how to operate a business with professionalism and tact. Keep it up fellas.
This place is hands down the worst place in the area. Expired edibles the chips and the Russian almond milk things. Staff blast music with racial words and cuss words too that make me feel uncomfortable as a "MEDICAL MEDICINE" customer. I would like to buy my meds with out hearing ebonics and slang. They are always goofing around in the back and this was these guys standards when this was medical only. All that free time goofing around is upsetting when U get expired edibles. I have left comments on other social media sites like Weedmaps and Posted on my face book. This was going on back in 2016 I haven't been back and like to remind them what a horrible experience I had here. They even offered to reimburse me on a the edibles I had over weed maps and I still haven't came back.. i spent $200 a week on meds at least. If I worked here it would definitely be ran different to say the least and the standards would be higher.
This place is a damn joke, security wouldn't let people in til he got done talking to someone telling them to get him food from a food truck. When you get in the staff just talks to people about everything but products , took over 15 minutes to get out of there and 2 employees were on their phones most the time. when I did finally get what I wanted, it wasn't what I wanted. I told the guy this is what I want but he insisted that I get this other new cartridge so to shut him up and to get outta there I said sure. Even though I asked him is it 510 thread and he saId yes. When I get home and open it, it was not even close, it had zero threads, it was magnetic. Are they gonna give me my money back? Nope, all they want todo is give me what I wanted originally but that doesn't take in the time and gas Ima waste going back out there and their not gonna pay for my gas so I will NEVER go back, their babbling idiots and they are way over staffed, if I owned this place I would be firing everyone tomorrow, and hire all new people. It doesn't take 6 people to check people out.
Cloud 9 is well conducted with organized employees that guaranteed every customer's satisfaction. The customer service is incredible!!! The employees are very knowledgeable on the products and provide excellent recommendations. I highly recommend this business.
strongly do not recommend this place. Walked away as fast as you can. It was my first time at cloud 9. One of my customers suggested them to me. I went there to buy a wax cartridge and I specifically told the salesman that I must have a bottom airflow cartridge in order to work with my battery. I went home, Opened the package and immediately noticed that it was the wrong kind of cartridge. I also noticed that the wax was completely black in color. The next day I decided to visit cloud nine and replace what I was given by mistake. I hated the drive back, but I had no choice. I arrived around 8:30 PM and spoke to Ashley the manager. Ashley insisted that it was that dispensary policy not to return any items. I drove all the way to cloud nine twice, paid $35 for half a gram and ended up with NOTHING!. I would never recommend this place again to any of my customers their service is poor and the quality of their product is lousy.
Love this place!!!!! Super friendly and knowledgable staff and great products. A little out of the way but worth the drive. Definitely going back!

To be honest, There's one person who I prefer not to go to and I suggest the same for everyone else I personally think the club should get rid of him for a perfect place, the staff is over all cool I just don't like going to this one guy, he always gives me nasty looks, has some type of attitude and isn't one of the friendly ones. He's heavy set, white with curly hair. We exchanged words one time and me being friendly wasn't even enough for him to leave the attitude at home, his attitude from the gate was horrible. Talk about an uncomfortable experience to the fullest every time I come in and see him. If you want a good and uplifting experience I suggest going to any other person. He's enough to turn a sweet day , sour. I feel it's actually unfortunate for the rest of this amazing staff to have to work under such a Debbie downer, get your team together... HE is the problem.
I am new to medical cannabis, so I was great,y impressed with cloud 9 and especially thankful for Beth who helped me and my cousin today. The facility was very clean ,neat, efficient, and safe. The nice security guard opened the door and greeted us. The man behind the receptionist desk was very friendly and welcoming and quickly registered me in since I was a new patient. Beth greeted us when we came in, and with warmth and patience, answered all of my questions. I felt at ease , and the fear of being intimidated melted away. They were out of stock of what I needed, ACDC, but would get some in very soon. It's difficult to find this strain, and is usually much more expensive st other dispensaries. They sell it for $35 for 1/8... cheapest anywhere in town. They don't have a "compassion program" which gives special discounts to people with severe medical issues, but they don't really need to because their prices r so low. I visited two more dispensaries, and none of them could equate the welcoming and thoughtful way they handle their customers like cloud 9 does. And none could compete with the great prices here. Beth even gave me a pre Roll for being a new patient! They usually require u to sign up for discounts or freebies , but u need a phone that receives texts. My phone is so old it doesn't receive texts, but she gave me the freebie anyway. That was cool cause another place I went to, wouldn't give me a freebie since I didn't have a phone that receives texts, and I couldn't sign into their system. so, lots of kudos to Beth for being such a great representative of cloud 9. If u r new, come here, they will help u!! You will feel welcomed and cared about. If u can, ask for Beth. If u aren't new, then come here anyway, cause u get a good deal and will have a great experience. Thank u!!

This place is the best place I've been to yet. The staff was very helpful with everything. They took the time to help me with all my questions, and believe me i had a boat full. I'm defiantly coming back again and i will be telling everyone about Cloud 9!!!!!
A little out of the way in industrial area but easy to get to. Parking is easily accessed. I have always felt comfortable here. Always a friendly greeting, usually by the security guard on duty. Served promptly by well informed and honest bud tenders. ATM on premises. Good selection of edibles, tinctures, CBD caps and more. However, I tend to stick with a heavy indica to relieve chronic pain. Choice of meds is always decent along with a good selection of indica and sativa strains to choose from. Price is a flat ten bucks a gram! For the budget concious and cash strapped patients, I recommend the blended shake.
Very disappointed. I forgot my id and had to send my wife back alone only to find out they sold her mediocre wax for 50 a gram. What a rip off.
First time there nice girls at entrance clean shop came in looking for tea grabbed some tea and a couple of grams but was not told nothing about the shop and was told I should of got a freebie for first time but it was my first time there just moved to area.will go again for honey and see how it is the next time

FIRST let me say that there aren't enough stars on here to rate this club. I it!! I hate going anywhere else. I wish they stayed open til 9 but that's my only complaint. The security guards are super nice and courteous, they open the doors for the patrons and stay on top of things. The budtenders are GREAT! I have like three favorites, out of the others three are super cool, one is super cute, and one is a little rude but I'm bit gonna judge her because I haven't really interacted with her so that's the first impression on her. I love that they have top shelf quality for affordable prices. They also accept donations that they don't keep for themselves as tips but to help out patients that might need help getting their prescription . They also just started something called take a book leave a book, GREAT IDEA! what else can I say good service, good quality product for half the price of other clubs... Can't get any better. If you say it does, prove it!
The only club in sacramento that has literally never disappointed me. Their staff just adds a little piazzas to the already piazzasified ambiance. Love it here, love the product. For 10$ a gram it's better than what 20$ a gram looks like just up the street. Highly recommend
WAY overpriced. $50 for a gram of brown wax? I was super disappointed. Unacceptable guys -- I would give one star, but because your staff is friendly I gave two. But this patient certainly won't be back.
Very very slow getting in this place. There are four bud tenders only taking one at a time and one outside. Total bad buisnes. KOLAS.... this place is making you look bad.
I ordered online so it would be an easy pick up, when I first got there the curbside attendant completely ignored me. Figured I could just go inside and it would still be simple I sat and waited 15 mins almost WITH NO ONE ELSE IN THE LOBBY. The nice lady who was writing on the whiteboard even acknowledged that I hadn't been helped! Ridiculous so I just left!
Anthony has helped me a few times & he's awesome. Actually the staff in general is awesome. Totally recommend.
Don't know who handles hiring security but you guys have the worst security I ever dealt with in my life. Rude, disrespectful and ignorant. I will not give this club anymore more money.
This is for kolas/cloud9 & the manager. They are a terrible business, they messed up on my order and made me wait 40 minutes to attempt to fix it. I did an online order, 1. They gave me the wrong item. 2. They didn't charge me sales tax. When I returned the item to get the right one that I ordered.. he noticed that he didn't charge me tax then wanted to charge me tax after I already paid. Fine whatever, I'll pay it .. I give him my card to pay the difference and the manager made it more difficult than what it really was. He apparently couldn't calculate percentages on the order he failed to tax me on. Worst part of the experience was.. he was unapologetic to us for their f up. He acted as if it was OUR fault that he messed up and was giving us an attitude because we were clearly upset that he was wasting our time lmao. I got upset and left but had to come back to get my id. I said f it.. I'm returning it all as I don't want to do business with them. I parked in the curbside parking, he nagged at me to move and stated that he wouldn't help us to fix what HE messed up on until I moved the car. Problematic. Anyways, we were waiting there for 40 minutes for him to fix it after initially picking up the order. I eventually just left because he was wasting my time and he still didn't fix it and kept my product that I paid for! Also, at check out one of their workers was telling customers that he recommend them to not use a card. He was making claims that it's attaching them to an illegal sale. These people are loaded while they work. I will say that Connected has never done me like this, I always get a respectful energy from their workers and they do it RIGHT the first time. I don't recommend this place.
Great place! Unbelievably clean, friendly, and professional. First thought given its location made me nervous, but their reviews and prices had me intrigued. I gave it a shot and was glad I did. I apologize in advance I do not recall the gentleman's name who helped me but he had longer hair and was very helpful. I had questions, they had answers. They were extremely accommodating to my service dog and I got everything I needed for medical purposes at an incredibly reasonable price. If you're in the area and looking for something for medical or recreational than this is your spot!
I'm just repeating the same review for Cloud 9 as for CCO1 because they are the same company they are no Kolas which own several dispensaries in Sacramento County. I've been to both before and since becoming Kolas a couple times to both CCO1 and Cloud 9 but they are not called by these names any more. This dispensary is okay I'm just glad the original owners are gone because now at least the place looks professional inside. Plus it's not too far from my house. I just wish that like Connected Cannabis the prices they advertise on their website included the taxes. The budtenders are friendly but like in most dispensaries not very well informed. When I ask for flower that is clean green certified or otherwise meaning organic they like every other dispensary try to convince that doesn't matter because of state requirements and testing. I swear budtenders must all be made to memorize the same company line when because they all repeat it like robots. I'm actually in the cannabis industry and I have graduated programs in from the Trichome Institute. Please do not let dispensaries tell you that all there weed is is the same when it comes to safety do yourself a favor and if its not grown in the equivalent of organic do not buy become an informed consumer.
Love the staff here! Really outgoing and educated! They provide 1 to 1 customer service to each patient. I bought a bong and was helped by Tyler he was very thorough making sure all the pieces were in good shape and present. Alaska mike is super passionate and gives a lot of good recommendations! I loved the energy here and for sure will be back!

Long time customer over the years and they always have great service and products. Never had an issues with the business. Area tends to attract some not-so-nice customers but I never blame the business for that.

I came here early in the morning as a last resort to get an appetite stimulator for my elderly father on chemo for stage 4 lung cancer. I had taken him to the ER three times in one week. The whole team, Teena, Katie and Anthony were amazing. Anthony had great energy, was patient, and educated me on my options. He was an angel durning a very draining week and in my time of need. He knew what I needed and provided the best customer service!
We love Kolas. It's the best dispensary in the whole Sacramento area. They have the best selection and prices. Anthony my personal bud tender, who had helped me before, is so knowledgeable and sweet. He remembers me every time I go there. He shows me exactly what I want to buy and zeros right in on my tastes and needs. The manager Aonnie, and the rest of the staff are all so helpful, happy and kind. Always in a good mood and happy to bend over backwards to find exactly what will make their customers feel well taken care of and satisfied with every purchase. I go back often and will continue to go there.
