Where to begin! Should I begin how my delivery order was wrong and I had to go to the store to get the correct order. Why even have delivery if you can't get it right then have your customers come to you to fix it. If I really wanted to go to the store I would of but I had a busy day and did delivery OR should I start how my receipt was NEVER looked at but told me I had to pay more for what I ordered I just didn't get it. I ordered 14g and got 3.5g my receipt said I paid for 14g. So how do I pay more for something I already paid for. All I got was a sorry and sent on my way. I just wish they did something to keep my business but nothing just oh sorry. I will not use them anymore.
Rip off central. I got home with my purchase after being a first time customer and I could tell the product was short just looking at it. I opened the product and weighed it and it WAS short indeed. BRING A SCALE WITH YOU AND WEIGH YOUR PURCHASES BEFORE LEAVING THE SITE. they will pawn you off to the distributor if you call and not make the error right whatsoever. RIP OFF CENTRAL. Wish I could give them negative stars.
So I have been going to this place for quite some time. There are nice/good employees here but I just be going through some of the craziest shit here not to let the world know. I called for 15 minutes tryna make a curb side order. No answer. I pull up and say "hey I have been calling for curbside for the last 10-15 minutes with no answer" the lady in the lobby who was kind was like oh she busy then she took my order for me and told me to wait. She then went and got the woman in a yellow hoody that is a "stud " with dreads. Important I speak about this because I did not feel the least bit welcome and I do not know her name. She probably felt attacked because she knew she was not doing her job answering the phone. She kept telling me what I was doing was wrong when I have been through the process many times and could not pin point what I was specifically doing wrong. Just kept saying "for future ref" like girl! For future ref I aint going to do business with you. She put me through it made me wait longer than other customers etc., I was polite through out as well. I really needed patience because I almost flipped out but learned that would not get me no where. Please Sanctuary make this to where this does not continually happen. Curbside should be a very simple cohesive process. Do not make it difficult by telling me to go in the car and call YOU on the same number I been dialing when you are right in my face and already have my order. Like some people just want to push people to get a laugh or fight back or something. Its sad because I was not even in fighting mode. Ughh I probably can go on but as long as someone speaks to her about her customer service this long rant was worth it.
Such poor customer service. Today they had father's day specials but not in stock. So I wasted an hour of my morning by calling , waiting and driving just to be told there was nothing they could do. Ever hear of substituting. Very disappointed. Don't advertise if you don't have it. Treat your customers with respect.
Really loved this place since I started going in 2020. Pretty much spend money there every other week if not every week. For the first time, I ordered delivery thru them and it was actually really quick and easy. Not a long delivery time at all. I ordered 2 cartridges. Obviously opened one and saved the other. Finally got around to opening cartridge number 2 and it was leaking from the bottom. I didn't know of their 24 hour rule but I had a family obligation the day after and didn't have time to call about the faulty cart. So 3 days after the delivery I called The Sanctuary and they told me since it had been over 24 hours they can't replace it for me but I could email the vendor. So I email the vendor and they said they aren't sure why the dispensary would refer me to them because they can't even sell to parties that aren't legally a dispensary. Also, while the manager thought she had me on hold, a different employee proceeded to say "Why wouldn't you open all your shit at once", referring to me not opening my second cart till a few days later. He wasn't never involved in the issue, just decided to talk to shit about a situation he doesn't know about. Just was my worst experience ever with this dispensary and was really bummed about it after having great experiences before. They should've just taken care of it from the start and not just push me off to someone else who's problem it isn't.
Great service! Takes cards, and cash. Find the menu on weeedmaps. Restrooms inside!!! Grows in house Clones small N big!
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! If I could give 1 star I would terrible customer service and bad weed! I have never had a bad experience at a dispensary usually everyone greets you and try's to get you in and out I did not receive that. I wanted to to talk to a manager but no such luck. Hopefully this helps the next person considering this place.
Staff are great and I love how close it is to me, however, don't order delivery if you don't want your weed for the next 3 to 4 hours. Don't pay with a debit card unless you want cash back even though you paid with a debit card, just use cash to avoid that nonsense. There's a $13 tax so watch out. I ordered here all the time but at this point they're not even convenient anymore.
Wow. I really should've looked up these reviews before ordering. I just got a delivery order and all of our gummies were completely melted. Fine, honest mistake. We call the number provided and the lady who answered the phone was SO condescending and rude. She really behaved like we were a nuisance and she even admitted that the melted gummies happens a lot. She wanted to give us store credit (we paid cash) instead of reimbursing us directly even just for one tin. We were trying to understand why we couldn't just get a replacement and she told me she was too busy to handle it and that she'd handle it later, like what?! Honestly, a lot of dispensaries have terrible customer service which I don't quite understand because there are plenty out there to choose from, but this was crazy! So rude, disrespectful, and catty. Never again. She needs to find a different profession. In addition, they told us we'd get our stuff at 7 and we got it at 8:40. Not too terrible and we don't care about waiting but don't expect punctuality either
I believe some of it is fake advertisement they have quarters in ounces broken down into like three or four so you can pay the tax on each item which is a rip off I bought 2 ounces and paid $40 tax that's like damn near another sack forget that I'm not buying big quantities from this place ever again unless you're down to pay three different types of taxes there's dispensaries that whatever prices on the wall is whatever you're going to pay you don't get hit off with three different types of taxis like if it's on special it's not really a special the tax you pay makes it regular price so if they're advertising sales be prepared to pay the tax for that sale ha ha
Sold me product with powdery mildew on it not happy at all when I called they offered me 10% off lol what a joke
First time customer. Staff was very nice. I grabbed Pie Gal. After a couple bowls of it that evening I got a very bad migraine and was sick for the rest of the night. I took it back to the shop to exchange it for something that may be cleaner. This crop may not have been flushed correctly or have pesticide residue. I tried to exchange the product and was told I already opened it and there's nothing they could do. If I bought a bad product at any store they would make an exchange. So my only option is to throw it away and loose my money.
Wow I can't believe I haven't reviewed this place before! I have been here even before they switched locations. I always came here with my recommendation before they went recreational and they have went extremely downhill! This place is some kind of sick joke, it has to be. I understand things have changed for recreational, however I would never think i would have found a place this ridiculous before. This is straight up a bait and switch type of place. I don't do bad business and never have so why should they? First of all I called beforehand to ask how much the tax was and was told it was only 15%. I then asked if they still had the purple mango that I saw on weedmaps which was supposed to be $50 an ounce and was told they absolutely did. I then hurried on over there. Once I arrived I see a sign stating the tax is almost 28% but I wasn't really worried about that since I thought it was still a great deal. Once I get in the back, the budtender showed me the purple mango which smelled decent so I told her I would take the ounce. She then informed me that if they had to weigh it out because they didn't have it pre bagged, it would be over $100. Then tried to sell me some pre bagged bad smelling stuff for $75. There were plenty of budtenders standing around and not busy so I really don't understand why they would charge to weigh it out and sell it to me. I refused to buy ANYTHING from these people because it was straight up a bait and switch. Don't trust em!
This was the 17th weed store I called today and the first one with clones. She said they got some in this morning and they had a good selection. I drove the 20+ miles up there to see what they had? They had many clones, but very little variety. Probably 80% were Woody Kush. They are pretty over-priced as the baby clones are $18 and the teens are $20. The clones did look pretty good, but after dinner, I'll get my magnifying glass out and check for bugs. I hope not to return to this place.
Every time I come in here I feel pressured to leave immediately. There are always at least 15 employees on the floor bothering me and asking every 3 seconds if I have a question. Today some brand was there and they advertised $1 pre roll if you buy their product. So we get pressured by multiple budtenders to buy the product then we try to get our $1 pre roll and she says they are out for the day and not doing the special anymore (they had just set the booth up when we arrived). They offered us a branded butt plug instead to make up for it. Because of the budtenders persistence on us getting this life time of a deal we are stuck at home with a butt plug and some mid grade medicine. Dont think we'll be going back, not a good place especially if you experience anxiety. Pretty much like this every time.
I purchased a JetPacks pre-roll. Hop in my car, as I was in a bit of a hurry, as I pull on Grand to leave. Upon opening the canister I see that it has already been smoked. With maybe a point or two of flower. I immediately turn around and go back. I express my concern to the young lady that works the front desk, her name is Shorty. She proceeds to tell me, oh I know what that is from. It's from this morning and and they're already off for the day. Apparently the manager came out with an email on a post it note for me to contact. The gal at the front desk was very helpful, management could care less. Their products are also higher priced than any other storefront dispensary. A first in life for me to be told I was a liar by a business I gave money to. Forgot to mention, I even tipped the bud tender $1.50 on an $18.50 purchase.
DO NOT order delivery from here! I'm currently having the worst experience I've ever had with this place and it's the first time I have gotten delivery. I ordered at 3:30, got a text at 5:30 that my order was on the way. I live 20 minutes away and just now at 6:13 got a text telling me my driver is 17 minutes away. Absolutely ridiculous, I ordered this to be delivered between 4:00 pm- 5:00pm and its going to be here two and a half hours late. I also have to leave my home at 6:30 to be somewhere so this is incredibly inconvenient. So basically, don't order delivery unless you're fine with waiting double the amount of time it should take them. Why even have a delivery service if it's this shitty, wish I would have read the reviews.
Love this club they keep the exclusive strains you dont see anywhere else. Always great service and they get you in and out as quick as possible. Neriah was a great help with my delivery service today
Stopped here for the first time today. The staff was incredibly friendly, from the first girl we encountered in reception, to the host that greeted us after going in. Super attentive and knowledgeable staff, great selection. We'll be back!
Thanks to my fellow Yelpers as well as my sister for referring me to The Sanctuary. After a back injury, traditional medicine, a chiropractor, and acupuncture has been unable to help with my pain. The Sanctuary is easily accessible from the freeway. The building itself is fairly new with a small parking lot in front of the building and additional parking across the street. However, it is located near a homeless encampment, but not to be worried, The sanctuary has on-site security as well as a parking security service patrolling the area. I really appreciated the security guard who opened the door for me like a gentleman and said hello. He may do that for everyone, but I thought it was nice. Once inside the waiting area. they ask for your D.L. in order to enter into the database. When it's your turn to enter into the cannabis room the selection is vast. From gummies to chocolates to bath bombs, lotions, salves, vape pens, and of course marijuana itself. The employee who helped me was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful since I knew/know nothing about the products in the shop. He educated me about the difference between cbd and thc. Thank @TheSactuary for taking care of me on my first visit. What a cute shop and selection of cbd gummies and bath bombs for my back pain relief.
Cool place, pretty long line and was definitely overpriced. But not a bad experience overall.
1/5 bc out of the 5 times I've been there only one time aka the first time was good. It was the first dispensary I've ever been to so I wanted to love it but honestly this ain't it Just go somewhere else! The switch a roo is really what they do! The amounts always weigh wrong and I always feel rushed! Those taxes are a MF too .
I really like their set-up. Plenty of staff and I've never had to wait, even during busy hours. They've got a great selection with various price points which is helpful. And the budtenders are knowledgeable and friendly
First off, let me say the place was very aesthetically pleasing. Everything was well put together and the staff were all super nice and were all wearing their masks. I did like how they had the different grades of flower displayed so you knew generally the price range you were looking at ahead of time. Also, the smell through boxes were pretty cool. It's a bit pricey but the quality is what you're paying for. Our bud tender (Luis I think his name was?) was super friendly and navigated is around all of our questions. The reason this place didn't get a perfect review from me was the fact that their system set up was totally whack. I came in with a Chime Visa Debit card bc I knew they accepted card as a form of payment. He tries to run it and goes "I don't think we take Chime. Do you have another form of payment or maybe another card?" Um. No. I don't. My Chime card is a VISA and works everywhere I've ever tried to use it. Except here. Not the biggest deal in the world but THEN they didn't have an ATM for me to pull cash out. Lol lucky me, right? If you're gonna have a "new system" and advertise as a dispensary that accepts card as a form of payment, make sure your machines work. And if you know they dont-get an ATM! Lucky I scrounged up enough cash to get my flower or they wouldn't have gotten my money. My advice- go in with CASH. Don't even try to use their card machines. They're new and the staff don't really know how to use them either. Also have to round up your total to the nearest $5 and refund you. Pretty silly in my opinion. But the flower was
Placed an order for delivery at 7pm. Was told that my reservation would come between 8pm-8:30pm (their website says they deliver until 8:30). Received a confirmation text, a notification that my order was ready, and then a notification that my order was on its way. The last text I received telling me that my order was out for delivery was at 8:25pm. Now it's 10:17pm, I have not received my delivery. My reservation on the website still says it's on it way yet it hasn't arrived. I'm glad that payment happens once the product is delivered. I tried calling around 9pm and was met by their answering machine, which told me to "press one" to speak to a delivery representative. I pressed one and was sent back to the answering machine. Called again and pressed 4 to speak to a manager and the same thing happened. Pretty disappointed
I had a less than friendly experience with a cashier here today. I selected my items and stood by the first register that I was instructed to stand by. Young, slender blonde guy with tats decided to to yell at me. Repeatedly questioned why I was standing there. While I tried to explain, he became increasingly agitated. His co worker that was helping me, was literally standing behind him repeating that she was helpfuling me, while he continued to bark at me. It was like he was making some weird point. She had to finally tell him, "do you not hear me".. dude was in a bad place, smoked waaaay to much before work. Get rid of that dude. Other than this one bad experience, I have always had positive visits.
So when i lived out here i came fairly regularly and everyone has ALWAYS been so welcoming and nice! From the front desk ladies to the security and the weedtenders. I dont know if she was a new hire but completely rude to say the least! Didnt look up at me to welcome me in (i know they arenf required to be all up my a**) but a decent hello would be nice! She was very pretty but a stank attitude! I know some ppl cant multitask when busy but I know its bot hard to look up to welcome someone in for a second! I am always never confused in there bc they always make sure fo tell me whats going on but after she took my id she went right back to writing and didnt tell me if I should sit or if i can go on in. One of the weed tenders who recognized me noticed i look confused and was quick to help. Again im not saying she was the complete worse it was just a shock to me! Look up and say hello! Too pretty to have that much attitude!
This is my second time that the sanctuary has ripped me off. Found a flower I liked and went up to pay and I noticed I got charged five dollars more. I asked why. They said the price on the table next to the product which is the only place I can see before I buy it said $60 but they said it was $65 so they would not sell it to me forThe $60 price as it was displayed. Their mistake and on top of that I do believe legally they are committing a crime by not selling it for the posted price. They can afford to lose five dollars but I cannot afford to go to a place that does me dirty. Not fair and bad business practices being performed. I will not go back and I will tell my many friends about how the sanctuary does business. Greatly disappointed since it is on my way home from work but I will drive farther to be satisfied. F-
This place sucks! Their customer service sucks! I bought a $90 8th and they gave me a $30 8th! Plus they tax up the butt! Never going again and I would recommend you not to go!
The store is very nice and clean. There's a lot to choose from and the employees will help you find what your looking for but the customer service was not good from my first visit the second time it was ok.
I liked this place at first. Really disappointed they sold me a faulty cartridge here & because I didn't open & try it within 24 hours, nothing would be done. I called around 5:30pm and after I spoke with three "budtenders" I asked to speak to Cherish , the manager on duty. I was told "well she'll tell you the same thing" I was put on hold & she then refused to speak with me as she was "unavailable" for the rest of the night. They close at 9:00. I was nothing but nice and it would have been so much easier to just replace the unused item instead of losing me as a customer & the future business of everyone I know in the Sacramento area.

Not sure what issues people had prior to January 1, 2018 legalization but definitely well worth visiting now! Read reviews on a dozen Sacramento location,s gave Safe Capital a call last night to confirm their hours today (Saturday) and what they offered. Easy on /off I-80, secure parking and security in a nice industrial park.Staff is knowledgeable, friendly, helpful. My purpose was to obtain items for a family member's pain management. Safe Capital employees listened, suggested, did not rush me as if I was another cash sale and off you go.Excellent layout, clean, professional. Well worth the 30 minute drive each way from Auburn, and will be back again. Don't let the old 2014-2016 reviews spook you try them out!
I purchased an eighth of some mid shelf banana strain around closing and went home excited to enjoy my purchase to come to find that is was only a half eighth I went back the next more looking to come to some type of compromise but instead looked at with confusion as if it was some ploy to get something out of them. Will never be coming here again or recommend anyone . Terrible customer service , elusive management , and no compassion for their patients/customers .
The worst club I've been too. Got some shatter and some diamonds and both tasted like butane. Straight hotdog water that tasted like sewerage. All the tree was bammer on the shelf's and super overpriced. Very poorly run by hipsters. Don't waste your money here. Anywhere else is better than this.
They don't inspect their vapes for leaking or being nearly empty. Numerous times I purchased faulty vape pens, faulty batteries that they won't honor. When I attempted to discuss the problem it fell on deaf ears.So, tired of getting ripped off by them, I decided to purchase and have the manager check with me for leaking vapes and empty vapes. We found three out of five that day that were sticky from leakage. Stopped buying from them altogether. I am strictly a medical customer. My use is not for fun and games. Clearly, this place is NOT about anything compassionate unless you feel taking my money for faulty product is compassionate....for them it is, compassionate free money for them!
Worst dispensary I've ever been, service as well as environment are awful, prices are a rip off. Save your money and go somewhere else better.
Horrible customer service! It was my first time and they were extremely rude. Overall, I didn't feel welcomed the staff refused to help me at checkout. So I decided to leave! I suggest going to another dispensary in Sacramento "The Sanctuary" is not first time buyer friendly.
Cool place, nice set up. It's just baffling how a $30 cartridge comes out to $49 out the door.
I honestly love this despensary. From the time i pull into the parking lot to when i pull back out i feel very welcomed and valued. Security is awesome here. The lady at the front desk is very nice and friendly. The waiting area is very nice and clean. They have a cooler with drinks and edibles there. Then when you go back into the room they always have clones (i love looking at them) and the bud tender is always very nice and knowledgeable. Every time i go i have a wonderful experience. I love this place and the staff are awesome. They really treat you like family.

Came in here for a specific tincture for sleep that I knew they carried by looking on their website. When my mom and I arrived we were greeted by a friendly security guard who walked up just to open the door for us. The woman at the desk was very friendly as well. We had a very short wait, as it wasn't too busy. The place was very bright and clean. We were helped by, I think his name was Rodrigo? He was very friendly and helpful. Also, very patient with my 86 year old mom who was telling him about all her ailments :-) I appreciated that, when I asked him how much a couple things were, he told me what the total, with tax, etc...would be. I've been to other dispensaries where they tell you the cost of the item but then get the big surprise of all the other added costs. We had a good experience and will definitely come back when I run out of my Sleepy Time tincture. Oh, very easy on and off the freeway as well!
Staff is friendly. I will say that. I have been coming here regularly for a month or so and have spent over $500. Last time along with a medical purchase, I bought a battery for my vape pen. It didn't work, so two days later I brought it back for an exchange and they said they would not help me because I didn't return it right away. I also had a leaky vape cartridge and didn't even think of trying to return it. I was told that the manager was "in a mood". I will not come here again
Two stars because staff is nice and knowledgeable- THATS IT. Tgis place is far too overpriced and not good enough to be as overpriced as they are. To the extra miles to All About Wellness. It completely worth it. Ill take my own advice every time from here in out.
Went on 4/20 for the 'deals'....other reviews talking about bait and switch is right. I got in before 10, less than an hour after they opened, and they were already out of $75 ounces. The budtender told me I could get the $70 half ounce and then a free 'house' half for a penny, staying under $100/oz. I was okay with that, and asked for two $70 half ounces so I could get two 'free' halves. He weighed and bagged my strains, I got in line, and when I got to the cashier (side note, same budtender who had helped me the day before and been really standoffish and off-putting, hurrying me out the door even though I told her it was my first visit to this dispensary) I asked her what strain my free OUNCE was? She told me it was raspberry kush and I didn't even care, I just wanted to remind her that I get two halves. She bags up the 3 baggies and I'm concerned because the third one she put in didn't look like an O, looked like a half. As soon as I got to my car I checked the bag, and it's only 14g. I go back in, explain my problem to the front desk, they send me back. I explain my problem to the budtender, he tells me to get back in line. By the time I get to the front of the line again, some other older female (manager?) has met me at the register and informs me that "You only get one free half ounce unless you have someone else with you". I don't make scenes or tell them what they should do in these situations but if you fuck a customer over and they notice, you should at least offer to refund the part of the deal that's fucking them. Your half ounce of Afghani wasn't worth 70 bucks and your budtenders are assholes.I won't shop somewhere that allows their employees to lie to customers to make more money. You should have offered to refund one of the half ounces. I will keep sending people to my usual dispensary and warn them away from here.
Do not expect any compassion, let alone professional customer service, at this place.On Jun 7 I placed an order through Weedmaps. When I arrived at SCCC the woman at the front desk said she couldn't find anything about me in their system. When I told her I ordered through Weedmaps and received a text saying my order was ready for pickup, she said, "Weedmaps always screws up." (No, they don't. -ed.) Eventually she found me, then complained that I was in the system under a screen name, not my legal name. She said I would have to get that straightened out because my name in her computer had to match my I.D. After some cajoling on my part (because I'm there for 100% CBD to treat chronic post-radiation pain), she finally let me through the magic gate. The back room staff then told me they didn't have in stock what I had ordered. Wait, what?? I reiterated to them that I had gotten a text saying it was ready for pickup, at which point three of them started searching for my order in their shelves. Eureka! They finally found it! $150 later and they wanted to charge me another $1 for the damn bag!Fast forward 10 days. I called, got voicemail, and left a message that there was a problem with the Pure CBD vape pens: 2 were ok, but 1 lasted me only 3 days (7-10 is normal for me) and 1 clearly and quite obviously contained THC. I requested a call back from a manager or anyone who could help me. I got no call back. Later that same afternoon I called again and asked to speak to a manager. The phone-answerer wanted to know why so I reiterated my issue. She then said she couldn't let me talk to a manager because there's only one phone in the whole place and it can't leave her desk. (Umm...do managers not know how to walk up front??) She told me I would have to come in to speak with someone. I explained it's quite a drive across town for me so I'd like to know if a manager will be there and if they have the inventory for a replacement. She said she couldn't answer either question. (At this point I'm flashing back to Idiocracy, the movie.)Next day (yesterday) I indeed drive across town. It's worth it to me because now I'm out $60 and two weeks of pain relief. Again, lip from the front desk, but I persevere and make it past her magic door once more. Once in the back, once I am called, I proceed to talk to no fewer than FIVE PEOPLE, having to reiterate my story each damn time. Person #4 claimed to be the owner, Crystal. She offered zero help, insisting I was just flat out wrong about THC being in that one pen. I assured her I was smoking pot before she was even born and I know THC from CBD. Plus, what benefit would there be to me to con her? I needed the CBD for pain relief!Other patrons overheard and began getting involved. They didn't like how I was being treated. Crystal promptly ejected them from the shop. By that point she was, evidently, sick of me so she passed me to Ian, who was the only truly compassionate person I spoke with at this allegedly compassionate dispensary. Ian was willing to make the exchange for me. I asked him how he could do this when the owner could not, and he said he was just going to pay for it himself. Now THAT's how you do customer service, people.Since they had no more Pure Disposable CBD pens in stock, Ian suggested I come back next week. I get that was the only option, but I am loathe to ever again set foot in this raunchy place. Their business name is a complete misnomer; they have neither compassion nor sympathy for their customers.
short jars!!!!! i purchased 2 different 8th's tonight while i was in your store. both jars were short!! i have been in the cannabis industry myself for a total of 8 years. my fiancé also works in the industry, so i completely understand the business. i heard you had killer flavors, so i came in and purchased 2 8th's. first thing i always do when over paying at a dispensary is weigh out my flower. my jars weighed in at 1.8 grams and 2.7 grams. i called and spoke to carlos, the highest manager on duty. he would not stand by the product you sell and offered nothing to me to remedy my theft of a purchase. he only gave me the emails for those particular representatives. i asked for the general managers contact info, he only gave me his name, chad, and claimed that chad is so busy all the time that i most likely won't have any luck trying to reach him. manager carlos also told me thet they have had this problem before with the products that the sanctuary sells. do not shop here!!!

Shady business...selling defective & melted edibles and won't exchange or accept accountability. I bought chocolate edibles that were melted. I called within an hour of purchase and left a voicemail but management they never called me back. I went into the shop but they wouldn't exchange defective product or compensate me for product. Bad business...lost another customer.
Staff is super friendly and gives you total one on one time and service. High recommend

this used to be called true compassion until they moved and changed their buisness name to safe capitol compassion. so i came here today and i must say since they have moved to their new location the attitudes of the staff has changed, the wait is so ridiculous but i can deal with that! what i won't deal with is this your staff rushing me and snaping at me! this will be my last time patronizing your buisness until your staff works on their customer service skills, there are too many dispensaries in sac to put up with this!! remember without us as patients you would not be in business!!!
What's up with place every time I go there is new staff a lot somethings wrong with the manager or the owner that's not good I stop going there new staff they don't have idea
Bad quality products the people here have no idea about what they are selling. The staff are extremely rude and I would never recomend this place to anyone unless you want to be treated like SHIT and smoke some awful SHIT.
No selection. Expensive. Slow. Poor reception. There are much better clubs in this area that have a better selection and with affordable prices. I don't plan on wasting my time here again and I would suggest you do the same.
Love this Place! Best Prices in the Nor Cal area! Friendly and helpful staff! Great selection on flowers,edibles and concentrates. Been a regular customer for 5 years now and this is the only club i go to..... and the cannbis is always good and always helps my aches and pains.
Best collective in Sacramento hands down. Ive visited the rest and they are complete garbage, over priced and ghetto like behavior as well. If you want professional service and products this is the place to come to in Sacramento. PS if you hear any complaints about this place there is an 80 percent chance its coming from the competition for obvious reasons...they suck dongston.
This place is a complete scam. The main purpose of a medicinal dispensary is to provide your patients with the best flower/concentrate available. Most of the bud these guys sell you can tell has not been lab tested for potency, mold, etc. I've had a few 8ths from them which were completely harsh and the ash was totally black, meaning the bud was not flushed properly and could've had mold or something else. I have not been here for a while and I do not plan on visiting again. Yes, they have a $10 cap for grams, but most of the stuff isn't even worth buying from a buddy in the streets. This is supposed to be a place where they care about their patients, not just all about their profits. I do not recommend to any mmj patients.
This staff is absolutely amazing! Always high energy, educated, and polite. I've shopped here a few times now and love their concept. You can actually view and smell ( that's right I said smell) the product! Definitely sets them apart from most dispensaries. If your in the Sacramento area don't miss out and stop by here to experience the top notch service and product!
I used to really like this store but they've dropped the ball a lot. They'll send out text blasts + put deals on their website to draw in customers and then NOT honor them in store. I've spent thousands of dollars at this store - just don't waste my time. THEY mis-advertised and don't even offer a 5% discount for wasted time.
If I could give a lower review I would. First problem was prices are way too high (when ordering online not sure if different in store) and their online ordering total amount doesn't match the actual total of your order. I get the slight upsell for providing a service but this was just a ridiculous amount. Second problem was when I called to get clarification about huge difference in total ($30 + dollars) the employee named Jade was so rude and short and defensive (should never be in customer service position) that I decided to cancel my order all together (I've never done that). The sad part is I have paid that amount for product before no problem, but I was so put off by their staff that I decided to cancel (and write this long ass review). I'de rather give my business to all the other like 100 choices than deal with your terrible business.PLUS- I was a new customer where was my discount you advertised!???? Don't go here! Give to a business that deserves it.
This place is a rip off fa sho! It's over priced for mediocre quality buds. I wasn't satisfied with my purchase, based on the flavor and the bud structure.The energy was dope, I was greeted immediately and was told a bud tender would assist me. The bud tender that was assisting was inexperienced and pushy. She did ask me if I know what I like to smoke, I told her my preferences and she decided to show me the expensive buds which was annoying after I already mentioned I was looking to spend $40-$50. She wasn't a good listener and kept showing me what she liked, I didn't ask her what she liked. I was annoyed by her approach. Anyways she ended up grabbing the wrong jar of weed, when I got to the counter the man said $77?! I was like the fuqqq? For what?... anyways the bud I got was thin mints. And it was basically trash. It was dry and didn't taste good. The 2 stars is for the vibe and energy in the club. The product was not worth the price I paid. Never again
Great selection but all their fees combined is nuts. Plus their weird round up cash back. It's kinda like DoorDash, 10 dollar item comes out to 30 bucks. It's nuts.
10/10 this club is a joke in comparison to all other clubs. There are potentially, pushing it, 4 employees that work that that are worth anything, and certainly worth more than the Sanctuary. This club is the most overpriced, toxic, and hostile work environment. General Managers make calandra marking when the last time an employee cried, everyone is having sex with each other, the GMs only promote people who dick right the fuck out of them it's def not like any other club, and I mean that in the worst way. Things that are supposed to be given to the customer at a penny charge and often marked up incredibly high and sold without the permission of the distro or brand. Place is a mess and the owner has never been able to pull his head out of his own ass to see he's got a high school environment at his 21+ facility
Do not buy this product. It cannot be opened DONOT use this dispensary to provide any of your services. They do not care about the customer.I asked if I can exchange for another product that would open. They said No. Find another place to do business.

No membership required to come into this location. Parking is kind of space but there is an empty lot across the road which many people park their cars.When you enter you are id'd and then you go into the back. There a staff member helps you shop for what you are looking for. The staff was friendly and helpful I was in and out of there quickly with a really good cartridge and battery for my trip.
I cannot say enough about how amazing my experience was. Brett was new just like me ( my first time here ,he popped my ?) I’m in love and may be obsessed now ( with the Sanctuary not Brett )
They care more about their cute events than taking care of their patients and customers.

This place is pretty good for its selection and the staff is relatively laid back - very easy to get to from I-80 (Winters). You have time to browse and they have a lot of information on their products. I'm not usedto CA prices so I have to take a star away for their average eighth reaching closer to 60 than 50 (and I'm used to 35-40, Colorado).
