By far THE WORST dispensary I have been to in my life, here's why. I recently visited this dispensary to purchase a specific brand TRU-Infusion flower. I picked out my 3 strains 50 bucks a piece per 8th, I noticed that one of the jars looked a bit short. I addressed it, and was met with pure attitude and disrespect. So I'm like okay, I'll take it it's my favorite strain. I get home I way the 8th our that looked off, and what do you know it only weighed out to 2.4 grams, which is completely unacceptable. Oh yeah, and this was a 25+ mile drive for me. So I call up to the shop of course, and was told the manager on duty was busy and to hold, so I did. After 12 minutes no one every came to the phone. I hang up and call back and I am, then told no manager is on duty at the time, which was totally confusing. So I literally have to go back in forth with a employee there, to let them know I was just info that a manager was there, employee hung up right in my face after I explained my situation ^ and was told there was nothing that could be done, which was again unacceptable. I call a third time, and FINALLY I get ahold of the assistant manager, who was not too bad, ms, Minyon. When it was all said and done, I was told I would have to reach out to the vendor, in order to be compensated for my issue. I was very unhappy with the result. I am Dispensary Agent myself, and this is not how things are ever handled in this case. Yilo Superstore should, better train there employees on customer service, and ALWAYS have a manager on duty. I will never return to this store.

Spent $100 to get a free "grab bag" and it came with a cartridge I couldn't even use :( buzz kill Thanks anyways tho.

My first time here, and I have to say it was a great experience. Callie assisted me and she was so sweet and explained so much to me. She made me feel really comfortable. They specialize in edibles which I found pretty cool they have a big selection. I will be back!

DONT GOOOOO!!!!!!!!!   im sorry to say but if i could leave no stars i would. Yesterday i went in for a half and was surprised when the selection only had low shelf and top shelf. That being said top shelf was 200+ for a half witch is insane and the low shelf was 70$ witch seemed reasonable. To my utter disappointment i opened my half and it was fowl, uncut , full of stems and seemed harvested to early. I gave it the benefit of a doubt and tried some and can i just say wow this is hands down the dirtiest nastiest flower i have ever experienced and having traveled many countries and smoked most my life this flower was worse then anything else i have ever received weather it was from dispensary or the street. Hands down worst dispensary in the usa not just the state , they have zero and i mean zero quality control witch is scary if you care what you actually smoke. Idd say try urban greenhouse or anywhere else for that matter ,even the streets before idd resort here again.

Last night drove up to the store to buy my usual CBD product (gel caps in the 25mg per each) .They had none in stock.  Argh. So I proceeded to the goodie room, looking over the items behind the counter. I was asked in a fairly snotty way, that I had to go sit down and wait until I was called. I felt like I was at the DMV. I just walked out with the many $$ in my pocket. I really like some of their products. Sad , I don't feel welcome at this place.

Neko was very professional and helpful throughout the whole process! It was my first time in a dispensary, and he answered all my questions without making me feel like a nuisance. Loved my edibles and will be back to see him!

Just got my card. And I Iive about 3 miles away. I won't waste my money on this location or this BRAND OF YILO ANYTHING Yelp is a life saver for sure

Every time I go in there it's very clean and I get quick service. They also have some of the best and widest range of edibles that I've seen in Arizona, they also have good deals and are fairly priced, right now they have their drinks for sale and they always have an eighth of the day on special. I highly recommend trying their drinks

Good meds, great prices, nice staff, and clean space. Parking can be tricky during some parts of the day, but have patience it all works out~

Bud tenders are very professional and attentive comfortable and affordable prices a good day at work service was great

Visited this dispensary for the first time yesterday and they did not disappoint! It's a very large, modern, beautiful dispensary. The staff is absolutely phenomenal and I can't wait for my next visit! The coolest thing about this place is that the dispensary is almost divided (by a beautiful glass door) so if you bring someone and they don't have their card, they can just wait on the "green room" (I think that's what the guy told me it was called), where they have a lot of pieces and general merchandise. On the other side of the glass door is where they actually keep the flowers, edibles, etc. They're a bit more on the pricey side than some of the other local places, but it is worth it. They have a lot of top line bud and the selection is FANTASTIC! They seriously carry every popular strain you can think of.

Really clean, solid selection and centrally located. Bloom was my go-to for Canna-Tsu but recently stopped carrying the strain. Found YiLo last week. Not only do they have Canna-Tsu but they also have Omarita RX. Both are high CBD strains. Omarita RX has been almost impossible to find. Great medicine. Pricing is the best in the valley. Can't say enough about this dispensary.

When I first arrived I was pretty surprised how big the dispensary actually was. Now upon entering I noticed how clean & organized it was, which I liked a lot. When I went back to pick my bud the bud tenders were knowledgeable about their product and they claim to have the best edibles and I stand that to be very true! I recommend the cheesecake or the mango juice both are great choices.

Been here 4 times in total. Nothing exciting the first few times aside from the convenience that they are open later than most stores. However on most recent visit, they sold my girlfriend $160 of completely unusable flower concentrate. It was foggy/clouded and about as flavorful as I'd imagine vaping pure vegetable oil would be like. We attempted to return/exchange and they said there was nothing they could do. Will NEVER return, already spread the word to friends.

Normally not here long at all alway in and outStaff is very helpful Most is knowledgeable in there dealing with cannabisPlace is least pretty clean. The prices range from awesome to freaking awesome. 7-15 a gram for buds.I stay recommending!

This store is very professional and clean. They have the best edibles in town. Great service and knowledgeable budtenders. Keep up the great Instagram post  you stand out from the rest of the dispensaries. Love the new clothing line you posted .

The good news is the edibles are pretty good. The girl that helped me was very friendly. The positives end there. The flower is subpar. The buds are not dense at all and you can tell the medicine is low quality especially when compared to other dispensaries in town. The worst part is that the owner looked me up and down like I was disgusting. I have herniated discs and I will never bring my business here again.

Yilo superstore, where do I begin You have a convinient location and flexible hours. That runs til 10 at night. The building is modern indoors and the displays in the medication room are nicely layed out. Their are clones for sail. For juicing.  That is sweet !The flowers are not my favoritre, the prices are a bit high, for a decent smoke, and if you want some super dank it's 20 dollars a gram ( what is this high school ?) There are strains of the day, but never quality I would like to indulge in. I also dislike that there are no test results for crops they are selling. C02 oil is available at a reasonable price, I have not tried it yet but it looked clean and potent. Just really not satisfied with the flower situation. I also dont need to be reminded, "don't forget to be awesome" from the front desk lady, on both occasions I visited,  I did not forget :) haha

I am a regular customer and usually very happy with Yilo , However After going in for my normal weekly buy, (1/2 special) I was told they were not ready and it would be about 45min...so I came back 2 hours latter and waited a while for my turn , just to be told that it was still not ready , if I wanted to wait it would be about 15-20 min. I decided I once again would just come back latter...several hours latter I return for a 3rd try just to be told the exact same story I had been told the last 2 times I showed up........WTF? I left with no medication for a 3rd time.

First time here and was very impressed. The shop was very clean, light, and airy.  The staff was very helpful and I did not have to fill out  a lot of paperwork, like I did at another dispensary.  Large selection of edibles, which state they do not contain pesticides.  I like that.  Prices were very reasonable.

Read in Leafly that this was a new place located in the north part of town.  I am always anxious to try something closer to home.  I was familiar with their line of edible products but after reading the menu I realized they had their own vape juice.  It boasted of being made in house with natural ingredients.  I like the vapes that don't taste like BHO so I went ancld checked it out.  First thing you notice is the glass and the light which sets it apart from others and makes the process seem much more nefarious than most.  It brings it into the open which is a good thing.  The first part of the store has accessories.  Past the glass door is where the medicine is.  A great cooler full of teas, juices, cookies, frozen noveltys and the obligatory brownie.  The gentleman behind the counter helped me with my vape cartridges and gave me my new patient edible.  Got a blueberry oatmeal cookie that was terrific.  The vape is nice, effective medicine and tastea natural too.  A fun find for sure.

Awesome place, I have been here a few times and they have always provides great quality meds along with great customer service. My experience with wax here has been good I tried the granddaddy purple in Blueberry flavor and it did not disappoint. Edibles have always been A1 and I especially enjoy the Elixirs they have.

This place is really great for a smaller shop! Their staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable about their products. They have the best edibles there and always have a fair price. I would definitely tell my friends about it!

Delicious edibles. Very knowledgeable and patient personnel. Unfortunately they don't carry the cartridges I was looking for. But I've never enjoyed a brookie so much in my life :)

I went a few weeks ago for ftp deal.  My budtender was pretty cool.  It's going to be real nice when it is totally finished setting up and decorating.  Got me a free shirt and I always love their consistent edibles. Peace.  I'll be back!

The staff was very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable they helped me with all my edible needs I got my free T-shirt and hat it's a 150 mile round trip well worth it as the dispensary in my city is always out of stock of the chocolate bars I like so I went to the source YILO SUPERSTORE I will be going back once a month or so easy access exit 210 off of the I-17 on thunderbird road THANKS AGAIN TO THE STAFF THEY ARE AWESOME

First ever dispensary visit, it was a little overwhelming. I didn't know what to expect and there was tremendous variety. The staff was very professional, friendly and helpful though. I'll definitely go back.

Never again will I return. The story is notorious for offering things that they will not honor. For instance; they offer a 20% discount if you follow them on Leafly. I follow them on Leafly but could not get a 20% discount. When I spoke to the manager, she claims it's not really a 20% discount it's a 10% +10% discount. Nevertheless she would not honor any discounts. This is a bait and switch scam. I will be taking out my concerns with the Arizona Attorney general's office of Consumer affairs.

do not come here!!!!! three times now ive found a hair in the edibles ive bought!!!! they also don't require masks or wipe down surfaces after customers!!! so disgusting this place clearly doesn't care about being clean or the health of their customers!!!! their staff are all also in awful moods all the time and make the experience very stressful. when i started coming months ago it wasn't like this. i loved the staff, always got great customer service, and was always happy with my purchase. i don't know what they're doing anymore but something has to be fixed they just lost a loyal customer.

CASH ONLY. Super annoying only cause I couldn't find it listed on the website. Really annoying because its not on the front door and if it is it must be too small to read. Had to go to a ATM just to get cash. Then had to pay 7$ more than leafly had listed because those are patient prices. For someone who's only looking for CBD products that can be the difference between buying in store and online. I see no reason to ever go back. The prices are way too high for CBD products for what you get. For me it was also outta the way to get to. Won't be back.

This store was great they have amazing products. I just love waking into a store that is clean friendly and well organized. The store is big on edibles and have a whole wall designated with their amazing selections.  The flower can be found at a constant reasonable price. You can also fine high quality Moonrock's so take a look this is a place worth driving for.

Constant staff turnover and now staff including manager are wearing their masks under their noses.  It's no longer safe enough for us to return.  It's a shame because they have a good product inventory but health and safety are extremely important.

These guys are not just great, they are the most helpful cannabis store I can even imagine. They provide useful tips and advice, go out of their way to assist customers, and even remember people by name. Very friendly and great selection/service, awesome staff.

This is by far my favorite dispensary. The staff mostly consists of women.(I am 21 female). the Bud-Tenders really know about the products tgey sell and always, help me decide the best strains to fit my needs. I'm always greated with smiles and cheer which is most wonderful because I suffer from a few mental health disorders. Within 10 minutes I am in and out; I am made to feel right at home. I would have rated 5 stars but once i bought a thing of chocolate for a buy one get one free deal but there was zero effect. Exceedingly nice staff, impeccably clean and open space and a good variety of flower, concentrate, vapes and edibles.  I've bought a few CBD and regular gummies which did the trick, and a pretty powerful OG Kush flower (use caution, it is good, but easy to do too much.  No real complaints except that the majority of flower is from their own growers, which is great, but it would be nice to see some flower from some of the great growers out there.  All in all, you are a great addition to the neighborhood, good to have you here, and I hope to use you often.

If you smoke/dab mids come here. PERIOD. You can not find anything your lungs will appreciate. Good luck on your purchases. I hope they can expand and bring in some quality product at some point. Closest dispo to my home is also the worst dispo I've been.

So, my first experience with this dispensary was awesome. Kathleen was amazing. The flower was on point even for the bottom tier. Here's why I'm giving a negative review. Kathleen had advised me that if I left an awesome review, I could come back and get a free pre-roll. All I needed to do is, "buy a lighter to smoke it with" and that would be it. Awesome. I went home and wrote an amazing review. I'm close in the neighborhood so I thought I'd stop by the next day to take her up on that offer. I stop by and was checked in and called to a guy who calls himself "Bacon". I don't know if that's a real name or not, but that's what he gave me. Now when I advised him I stopped by to pick up that pre-roll and showed him the review I wrote, he sharply stated, "We don't do that anymore". I was surprised cause I was just in yesterday and followed the instructions and now he was telling me they don't do that. So as I'm trying to explain, he became so nasty and said "I can notate your account that you just want something for free" in the most sarcastic voice. I was so shocked that I had to refrain from coming outside myself and making a scene. I literally gasped when he followed it up with "you had to come in here to buy something anyways so what do you want?". I told him his customer service was very rude and his delivery could've been better. I ended up just grabbing a quick drink and that was it. It's not about the pre-roll, I can completely understand if all they had were the packs. It's his blatant lack of communication skills and customer service. I will not be back to this particular dispensary. If I want cheap edibles, I'll go to Yilo Thunderbird where everyone is nice. I've read the other reviews and it seems like the ladies at this specific dispensary are great but he must've been having a bad day.

This space is HUGE and they have everything you need under 1 roof.I saw a green leaf on a banner while running errands across the street and it became my beacon. I ran out of my bedtime edibles and had planned on swinging by another dispensary. I and so happy I came here!What I would have spent at the sketchy shop I've been to on 40th @ McDowell, I got like 3x more here!The prices are SO low -- when I got the total with the tax, I thought something was missed. They have so many specials and generally low price, it's like the Costco of weed.I'll admit I know NOTHING about weed. I just know that a 3 - 10 mg edible gets me relaxed and ready for bed unlike any melatonin or over the counter option.Shannon was super helpful in guiding me through the endless wall of options with no pressure to buy more than I wanted. I was looking for something similar to a gummy I'm a fan of, and they had their own line that was $9! 100 mg!I decided a cookie or brownie option would also be great, and many were on special for about $9 maxing out at around $14 -- several varieties and they even had CHEESECAKES. I also grabbed one of their Strawberry/Mango juices (25 mg) for about $5.This all would have easily been double at another place.So many great options with such low prices, it's easy to try something and see what works best for you. Clean shop. Friendly staff. Smooth and safe service. I will definitely be back!

Edibles on point in this new spot.  They have clones!We grabbed a few chocolate bars and a few brownies for under $20 for our first time patient specials.

Back and forth on Stacking deals, Make up your Mind. One week Rec customers can stack Cart. Deals. The next they Can't. But you CAN get the 3500mg for $100(or 2 500mg for $50 w/o Med discount.) Its almost insulting....On top of the Excess tax you guys are screwing Rec Customers. It makes your business look like a Cash Grab, which is what Skeptics of legalization were against to begin with. Do you're best to not prove them right.... Thanks

The staff are always great shout out to Nelson for helping me out with what I sought out for. The establishment is aesthetically pleasing and you're almost always greeted with little strong plants. I highly recommend going to YiLo, it's definitely worth going out of my way for.

The staff here is BEYOND dedicated to their patients. I’ve been coming here since it was legalized for Rec use and they have always pointed me in the right direction. The customer service is incredible, all of the staff is so kind and knowledgeable.
