This is my favorite dispensary. It's a bit of a drive for me but I absolutely love the Tuesday edible discount. They always have an enormous selection. The crew at this dispensary is absolutely the best in the business. I've never encountered better customer service. I will always recommend this place to everyone.

I have used M.U.V. 3 times, I would call and order through Leafly but the phone was disconnected. I called the phone #, placed an order and was given the total which came to $55.39. I went to pick it up and they said it would be $75.00 and I said no, I was told $55.39 and they said it was because of the tax and wouldn't even look into seeing what happened. They have ATM machines in this Dispensary and it seam's like they want to force you to use them and they even make more cash this way, I noticed this the first time I went there. I will grow my own. This dispensary only want's your money, terrible customer service. They need to MUV out of business.
Tried to go there today for my every-other-week $500 stock-up. Never got in the door thanks to the morbidly obese, unshaven, sweaty, loud and officious security guard who attempted to insist I "join the line" outside the door (there was no one else waiting, hence no line). It doesn't matter how good the dispensary is if the completely obnoxious security guard drives everyone away. I'm amazed that a business would allow someone like this to serve as the face of the company. (Good luck getting another job, fat boy). At this point I wouldn't go back if they were giving the stuff away. TERRIBLE. STAY AWAY. SO MANY BETTER ALTERNATIVES.
After reading the reviews and seeing a handful of one star and negativity. It's probably safe to say that the customer was the problem, not muv. I've been going here for well over 2 1/2 years, as well as others. The product is amazing. The staff are awesome. All of their products are awesome! Absolutely worth every penny. If someone had a bad experience. I would guess it was because they were the issue. I love muv.Defiantly. Try this place. YOU be the judge.

WORST MMJ store in all of Phoenix!: High turnover among employees, most of whom wouldn't know a joint from some lawn grass wrapped in toilet paper. Muv's website offers fake specials that are not honored in the store, such as 25% off edibles on Tue and Sun. No printed pricelist/menu of items, so that they can simply charge whatever they like (if you're willing to pay, which I'm not). Plus, the quality of their products is highly inconsistent. Truly, this is the worst MMJ place in the city, perhaps in the entire country. The state of AZ needs to investigate and shut this hole down.

I am seriously in love love LOVE with this place and the the PEOPLE. I have never been in a place where I felt to taken care of. Everyone is VERY patient (eek sorry y'all) beyond friendly and super knowledgeable. They went above and beyond for me and I appreciate them. I'll be back whenever I'm in town!

My name is Anastasia Goldwater and I received a THC container with a broken seal with half of the pills missing!!! Weird .......not a place I would go to again
Bummed. Store policy is a free gram if you where your team "jersey" on Sundays. Don't own a jersey, but wore my team tee-shirt. MUV said my tee-shirt didn't qualify. No free gram for me. Unfortunately for MUV, they have lost my business going forward.
ZERO STARS - CANT EMAIL THEM OR GET CALLED BACK - I REFUSE TO GO BACK IN THERE, SO NOW YELP- I have been a patient/customer of MUV-AZ for most of this year, spending a hefty amount of money with this dispensary. I have been to many other dispensaries in and out of state, and would NEVER see what I witnessed in the lobby on 12/3. In line outside the lobby, I was 1st to go in, then an elderly man is next behind me with his service dog. I did not know the man, but we had a good connection. I have experience training dogs to be of service for humans( Alert, PTSD etc ). All sizes and breeds from Shepards to Chihuahuas. His dog was a bigger mix breed, well trained, well behaved, zero signs of aggression. Very kind. The security guard that day was clearly uneducated of the ADA laws for service animals. I was appalled on how this situation was handled. After I give the front desk person my MMJ card, the older man with service animal comes in behind me, but the security guard tries to stop him saying the dog needs a vest if it is a service animal - INCORRECT. The man kindly stood up for his rights and the service animals rights , and the security guard runs inside the dispensary just to grab a manager?? Only 2 questions you may legally ask - 1. Is this a service animal? 2. What task(s) does it perform? And that is protected in all 50 states in America. Thanks to the ADA laws from 1988. As we sit in the lobby, waiting patiently to get our medicine, a manager ( he would not give me his name) came out and approached the man and says " Hi sir, sorry but we have had someone get bit before, so we need to make sure the dog is vested up". -INCORRECT This manager then sets my PTSD off. I quickly stand up to acknowledge the manager for what he is doing, but to please read our service animals cards ( both the man and I have them for uneducated people to read in these circumstances, and what the ADA laws are.) The "manager" refused to look at cards, told us he doesn't need to read it. The man, " I have PTSD and you need to learn the laws" I quickly grabbed my MMJ card back, when a budtender came out and called my name and I took my business elsewhere. I am so disgusted with the treatment we received that day. I wish I knew who that man is, so we could go together on this to file a claim with the ADA and your business. I tried to call back to receive managers name again, and they refused to give it to me, and said he would call me back after getting my phone number. I never received a call. Ironically, one of your budtenders gave me an assistant managers business card months ago because we do commercial real estate and I was talking about helping dispensaries expand out here. He stated they were the one to talk to about that as he mentioned them trying to move to an old drive-thru bank, but were unable to with our state regulations? Both the man and I did not receive our medicines and we clearly will be going elsewhere. I even purchased a MUV vape pen that was a lemon, and I could not even get that replaced. I just left that on the lobby counter. This incident gets my heart going every time I think about it, and I find it to be unreal that a healing facility like a dispensary would show such actions. I am not sure what you can do to ease this situation from my end, but I figured I would let you know what happened before filing a complaint.
I love the staff at muV but what in the fuck are up with these prices like no way in hell I can be smoking at those prices! Fuckkkkk that! It's some bull shit
HORRIBLE customer service. Wouldn't even pick up the phone to answer a quick question before I wasted my time to drive out a far distance to check em out. If I could give a zero I would. Can't even pick up to say hey I'm really busy right now can u please give up a bit? They'd literally hang up as soon as it rang. Their product probably sucks so much that they have to spend all the time convincing people to buy anything yet won't answer the phone to a customer looking to shop at their store. Worst place ever and will never ever ever recommend or go there again!
I have been a good regular customer since I got my medical card about 8 months ago. Recreational use was approved 3 months ago. Many dispensaries in area have adapted well. Yesterday for example, I went to Natural Selections in Scottsdale. They had many recreational users there. I was in and out seamlessly and their price increase was minor. I was also notified through email and on their website of any changes resulting from recreational use.Muv did a terrible job and I won't go back. I waited an hour in line, I get in, and their cheapest flower is $12/gram or $45 for an eighth. First, by my math, your paying more to buy the eighth of the same flower than buying by the gram?? Now, I have no problem paying that or more. But their flowers and strains are NOT worth that. Further, they now seem way more concerned about recreational patients than their loyal medical customers, who they no doubt will continue to lose if they don't get it together. Their online menu, both THEIR OWN website and leafly page are consistently inaccurate DO NOT RELY on these. I am signed up for email alerts and I got nothing from them. Also, their explanation for the price increase is the more thorough testing required. That's fair, but that doesn't account for a nearly 100% increase on your flower. It seems like they're trying to profit off the recreational use by using it as an explanation for their price increases when really they are just being opportunistic which is more of a slap in the face to their loyal customers.They have no flower specials either.Trust me, other dispensaries serve ALL customers much more efficiently and have higher quality flowers at better prices.It sucks because this place is 2 minutes from where I live and the next closest one is 20, but that's how bad I never want to go back.EDIT: After leaving I went to Arizona Organix in Glendale serving both recreational and medicinal. I had space to move around and look at all the flowers (they have many). They had a slight price increase of 15% (not nearly double like MuV), which they offset by offering a 15% discount to medical users. Don't let MuV tell you that the way they're running their business and their pricing is consistent throughout dispensaries. It is not.
Absolutely ZERO social distancing. The security guard is useless on his phone and chatting with people waiting.They let people in and out at all times putting you within one foot of people.YILO practices social distancing. We will spend our money there.
Fix the waiting room, first. And if you can't then you need to get large acs outside like restaurants and sporting events. Second, train your staff. I get it, you're a bunch of stoners, but how hard is it to kinda do your job? They're menus are rarely updated or match on leafly. They are extremely amateur and actually doing a disservice to the legalization movement by kind of proving that Marijuana makes you into a lackadaisical type of person with no drive and no ambition for greatness.
I submitted an order through Leafly and I was sent a text asking if Kathryn has done business with MUV before. I said no, and Kathryn is coincidently my wife's name, but she has never had a MMJ card nor has she ever had a Leafly account. I was informed the order was cancelled, and I would have to enter the order again with the correct profile. I called and spoke with Sara, and she said i entered the wrong name so they had to cancel the order. I asked how that is even possible since I had to login to LEAFLY using MY user name and password, and "Kathryn"; whether it happens to be wife wife or some other Kathryn, has nothing to do with this order. So I still wonder how the F* the order I placed through Leafly using my login credential goes through under some one else's name and I am told I entered it. Why the F* would I enter anyone else's name, no less use some one else's log in credentials. I asked Sarah to expidaite my order and she said there is nothing she can do but it will be ready in 10 minutes, I arrived there 10 minutes later, and then I still have to wait another 10 to 15 minutes for my order. So this is either on Leafly or MUV, and i am disappointed with this experience. MUV: Hi Kathryn, have you ever seen us before? We are having difficulty finding you in our system.Me: Kathryn is my wife and does not have a card it is James Tousek MUV: ok i have to cancel the order and you have to re-do the profile with you name.Your order has been cancelled. For questions, contact MUV - Phoenix at 602-903-0099Me I do t understand since I entered it under my name ???How is it possible to login in to Leafly using MY login credentials and no one else's, submit an order and MUV accuse me of entering it under some one else's profile? I don't get!
The sweet girl that usually works at the front desk, but is learning the ropes in the dispensary, waited on me today and she was on point. Thanks Muv for always making it a fun trip to the dispensary!! The whole team rocks and goes above and beyond
Staff at this place have zero professionalism! It has the feel of a low-class drug shop instead of Professional Medical Services! The security here is a joke it seems like they wanted to hang out and have a good time instead of doing their job!
FAV PLACE. I drive 20 minutes to go here when I have a dispo 5 min away. These guys are OG. Pre pandemic they had the best deals and even still do. I'm here like once a week and I usually go for the $70 half of flower ($45 pre pandemic). Everyone's always so awesome so I always tip as well :)
Yesterday was my first visit. I filled out the new customer paperwork, under my phone number, I wrote please no text, with a smiley face. Then at the bottom, I saw there was an option, "do you wish to receive text/email communication" to which I circled "no". (I even felt silly circling it because I had put a note above.GUESS WHAT I GOT TODAY!?!?! A text message with their deals!! Literally you don't even read your own paperwork?? So frustrating!
This place is dope. I highly recommend it. Definitely shop here if you are in the market. Great customer service.

It's a hit and miss with this place. Some of the staff are awesome and very knowledgeable, and others are lazy and just have no clue about the products. Also, had a weird experience with a preorder. I was told a blatant lie as to shoo me off because it was very busy. Also the parking there is horrendous there good luck on a Friday after 5pm. Plus, the way they talk with you is really rude sometimes.

Most misleading customer service I've received. Asked for oil cartridges and was sold a one of a kind product that only fits one battery that can ONLY be bought there. Then realized I would need an extra battery because the cartridge does not fit normal vape batteries... so when I went back, I was harassed and intimidated by the manager and was told to never come back. Would not trust buying your MEDICINE from them.
staff were very rude. rude on the phone and Im not sure if Ive registered or not. The guy smugly tells me according to the law he cannot discuss my info over the phone. LIE. many other dispensaries do express ordering over the phone and you HAVE to give them your info over thew phone. All I said is Im not sure if I have registered.. he tells me those are dispensaries are commiting a crime and that is against the law. wow. just wow.
This is one of my favorites. As someone who lives with lots of Pain and other medical conditions, this staff is knowledgeable about different strains and there medicinal properties which is a relief as most bud tenders have no clue of different strains and there medicinal properties. They offer a great variety of flower and cartridges. Their prices are more than fair and offer products at each price point. Last thing I like is the fact they list the THC percentages and lab results on most of tHere products.
Stopped in yesterday to purchase a few items and as I was going in there was a girl and her dog leaving and we met side to side under the door jam and her dog was very aggressive and almost jumped out of her arms to bite me and the owner laughed about it. I don't find anything FUNNY about the situation. It was a small dog and didn't have any service animal indication. I asked to speak to management and as I was there to purchase the manager came out and basically said there is nothing they can do and I call BS on that. Yet I'm the one who felt traumatized by this situation. Please note it scared another of your clients as well.The manager I spoke to listened to my concerns but kept saying that there isn't anything they can do but contact this dog owner and let her know. He also said he'd talk to the owner when he was off the phone on a call and that he'd call me back once he talked to him. GUESS WHAT??? low and behold....NO ONE called me and apparently NO ONE CARES. I won't be going back anytime soon. Why should I spend my money in there if they don't care enough or take the time to follow through.I spoke with the girl who, in her own words only checks people in at the front desk. She was too stoned to really realize that this was an issue. I apologized to her when I came out as I felt maybe I was yelling at her but realized that it was my adrenaline kicking it. Animals with the exception of service dogs should not be allowed in a place such as this establishment but the manager didn't seem to feel my frustration and told me he takes HIS dog into Fry's. But we are not talking about Fry's or any other place....we are talking about this dispensary.When will I be contacted about this incident...who knows....they didn't seem to care.I went in to purchase an ounce of flower 1/2 Indica and 1/2 Sativa but they only had two strains and was told they MIGHT have some more on Saturday but if not, it could be Monday.Upsetting, truly upsetting.Will anybody contact me??? Let's see what happens.
I am brand new to this. Knew nothing. Front lobby was relaxed and professional. It did not feel like sitting at MVD. Katie was a gem! She was so knowledgeable and patient. I never felt rushed or stupid for asking some very basic questions. They offered a BOGO for firstimers. And they have daily specials. I will return on a Tuesday for 25% off of edibles. This is not the closest dispensary to my house but I will definitively return. There was a customer there older than my mom, definitely in her 70's, and a few other very normal looking people. Later this day I went to a second shop which is my only comparison. MuV definitely had the preferred vibe, legit, direct, serious, thorough. The bathroom was clean. The parking lot was spacious.
I've been a loyal customer for almost 2 years. I'm a vet with PTSD. Today I had my service dog with me as usual but this time the security guard decided to demand credentials. I waited outside with three other people while the security guard stood there. He decided to give me grief after we walked through the door. I informed him that that was against the law and that I didn't need to do that. He ran back and got the manager James. James stood in the lobby in front of four other people plus the security guard and said he needed me to prove she was a service dog because somebody got bit sometime ago. My dog was behaving perfectly! I attempted to tell him he was breaking federal law and gave him a pamphlet so he could educate himself. He chose not to even look at the pamphlet. I said, "you really need to read that so this doesn't happen to other people". He smirked and shrugged his shoulders and said that was what his superiors informed him to do. This is not only DESPICABLE but also IGNORANT! Those so-called credentials are useless. They are third party internet companies you buy a vest and put the name in a database. They're completely meaningless with regard to the law. I asked for my ID back cuz I wasn't going to be a customer of theirs anymore. (I'm so thankful for the other lady who showed support and walked out. I wish I had a chance to thank you in person). I only wish I got James on video.
Soooo let me start by saying trash trash trash ...if your goals to save a few dollars like 5 it's the right place to go but dont expect to get stoned or treated like a valued customer.... I've worked In the industry for years and this place makes concentrate and body balms first then thru dry the weed out and sell it later as mid shelf ....watch out for savings they dont exist in the world of muv .... dollars may be right but that flower is basically dandelions go to debbies dispensary if you want quality ....muv is not the move

I have been to Muv twice now(just recently got my card). I had a great experience both times. Extremely knowledgeable staff, very friendly and respectful too. I am really shocked by the negative reviews here bc I saw none of that when I was there. I would highly recommend them!

I frequently visit this establishment for great service and products, but after today's experience I may not return. I purchased a cartridge and two dab buckets (bogo). Unfortunately, after getting home (which is 20 minutes away), I noticed more than half the oil cartridge was empty. I drove back to the store with the hope of simply exchanging the cartridge. However, I was met with sarcasm, and was accused of consuming that missing portion of the product, when it was clearly unopened. When I tried to explain that I had just bought the product less than an hour prior, the bud tender proceeded to toss the cartridge back at me--and said rather loudly, to my embarrassment, "You're at 0.3 anyway, so what do you want me to do?" Not to mention, why does my 14 day allowance matter? After going back and forth for several minutes in front of a store full of patrons, he left his post to speak with his manager. Afterwards, I was granted a one time swamp, regardless of the fact that the cartridge was sold to me less than half way full. I felt ridiculed, antagonized, and made out to be a liar, not to mention he literally joked about my low allowance. All in front of an audience of people. I'm so embarrassed ...
Without a doubt best flower I've had in the valley. Great staff, very knowledgeable and friendly. I haven't had too many of the concentrations but I had their house made cartridge and it was very clean and tasty. Good deals and lots of options. I can see how the volume of product can be overwhelming but I like that the options are out there to try. Again, GET THE FLOWER, grown so well, simply beautiful. My new favorite spot.
First time for me so I was relatively nervous, Anthony and Jack just blew my mind. So so so helpful and they were very patient with the fact that I didn't know what was going on, plus just very cool people in general. I suppose I nailed the best place on my first try?
This place has great quality buds and I picked the bottom shelf so I can imagine how yummy the top shelf is. The staff was very friendly and the Medusa works wonders for pain relief. Thank you for such great customer service.
Terrible customer service. Misleading sales and management does nothing for you if there's an issue. Plus they will blow up your phone with daily text messages they don't have very good product or prices anyways and always a long wait when I come in very slow
I visited this dispensary and found it to not only be clean, but the staff is amazingly friendly and knowledgeable! Definitely one of my FAVORITES!
Very good dispensary. I've always been a very loyal customer to these places granted that it is very few minutes to my house. However I went on Sunday 10/24 at 7pm (right before they closed). Girl Secuirty guard tells me they are closed and I am too late. Me being a valued customer decided to stay and figure it out. Instead of taking care of me the security guard (Chris) being the dipshit that he is decides to push me to the ground before figuring what's going on. (IMO is a conflict of interest having a BF & GF work together. He pushes me and tells me to gtfo of there and to go jars. Long story story short don't go to muv and go to any "jars" location and they will take care of you guaranteed.
Update 2/24 - if you think I'm going to email you to discuss private medical information, you've lost your mind (and you shouldn't be allowed to sell medical marijuana #HIPPA). Provide a phone number - that people actually answer. Bottom line: You're greedy. There are 2 med card holders in my family and neither of us will return to MUV. Turning a profit to support a business is one thing, but at MUV the level of greed and the desire to take advantage of the community that paved the way for legalization is disgusting.*************************************************************I'm a very loyal (3+ years) med card holder that recommends Muv regularly. I was a customer before they even became Muv. Muv was my go-to. So, I hopped in the car a couple days ago to pick up my usual house vape cartridges. Last week - standard pricing was 2/$90. The price on 2/5 was 2/$140. What the hell?! These are house-branded cartridges. They've had standard "buy more save more" pricing for months. There was NO WARNING that prices were increasing. If there was, I would have happily bought more cartridges a week ago, at the much more reasonable price. This kind of price increase can only be explained by greed. And that's the part I really don't get. The voters legalized marijuana. We chose to offer you more opportunities to grow your business. You have more customers than ever. And you're charging more than ever. I'm done. One star. And, fuck you Muv.PS - If you're worried about COVID, this isn't a good place to go. The lobby is extremely small and always packed. The back area where you select products for purchase is equally cramped. Employees are right up in your face (no distancing) asking you to fill out paperwork with un-sanitized pens.
Used to come here for great customer service and good deals. Both have left the building like Elvis' ghost. Rude employees that can't seem to do their jobs. No deals. Had to show my med card 3 times just to get service. Never had to produce it when I got to the back before but now they need it. Seemed to be pissed that I even had one. Will definitely find a new dispensary. There are sooooo many. Better places to spend my money in town.

When you go, and I highly suggest you do, know this is the place for vacationers to locals so don't be shy about asking questions and getting a fantastic deal. Ask for Christian, one of the best bud tenders we've met in six states. The product is excellent with every name brand nationally and locally available. Good vibes and good people, check it out. Note: they were recently purchased by Zen Leaf and are still providing independent shop service.
what a great great great place. I'm going to start with the selection. it was on point! I was impressed. they have live wax, tanks, and flower. so many options from budget to high dollar. now the most impressive part was the service. they are kind from the second you're at the door until you're inside. they know what they are selling and when my server didn't have the correct information he went to ask a friend that would know another associate to make sure I had the best information. I will be back. I'm so happy that we are able to be free about this now. make sure to stop In for selection and better yet come in for the service!
It's like they're actively trying to not have patients or be a normal dispensary impossible to get online and look at a menu have to enter a whole bunch of information I don't want to enter until I see a menu can't even open their website and find a menu good luck guys. Yikes
Wow, I am at a loss for words, what I experienced today was sad. No stock, and my " bud tender" never once recommended or suggested anything to replace what they were out of, I brought $400 to spend and he sold me $60.00... Also as I stood waiting a younger thin white female that was just smoking a joint around the corner of the building walked in and started working. ( she was the last bud tender on the left side) I knew basically what I wanted but I've been coming here every 4 months to stock up my supply.. usually spending $200to $400 easy and the "bud tender" always helped out.. not sure if this has to do with the new Company name..

The staff were always friendly and knew their stuff, they had many awesome insights and provided exceptional customer service. The prices were fair and the product was absolutely wonderful. I do not however think your support team will be able to change my mind simply due to the fact the entire atmosphere has changed. The product has changed.....as well as the fact the damage has been done. There are many places to choose from now and days and I choose to pick one that puts a smile on my face. Well I just went in there and usually they are awesome but today I go in and I'm told I talk inappropriately cause one of the employees seems to be having a bad day. When she talked to me the same way when I come in with my wife beater on. Then I am approached by a manager said it was a couple times. I asked from the same girl and he said ya. I asked if anyone else has ever had a complaint. No. I won't go back and an employee like that won't help your business. But I probably don't mean as much to them cause I don't over spend.
I would avoid this place at all cost. The staff is not well educated at all. The first girl, with a heart tattoo under her eye, admitted she had no clue about oil cartridges and kept annoyingly repeated that she was only a "flower girl", i repeatedly said i was only interested in cartridges and after about 3 minutes of going back and forth i had to repeatedly ask for someone else who was versed in cartridges. The guy who I then worked with was even less of a help and said he didn't know what all the strengths meant on the cartridges but could help me with flowers if i wanted. I finally just left, which is a shame since its right near my house. I will stick with Urban Green house. Very uneducated sales people who are of no help. stay away, much better places in Phoenix. The girl with the heart tattoo needs to go... completely clueless.
Excellent customer service. As a new patient there's usually paperwork to fill out, but she did it all on her computer making it a more personal service from the receptionist to the budtender. I found it to be a very clean, professional establishment and I think every employee acknowledged me with a 'hi how are ya?' I'll be back even though it's not the closest dispensary to me.
This place has awesome strains and awesome budtenders defntly would recommend to other patients.
These guys and gals are great. The customer service here is fantastic. Go see brandy, she will help you find what you need. The vibe here is real chill. Everyone is friendly. The place is clean and well kept. The display glass wasn't covered in finger prints. I had a great experience there. If there is a problem, staff will call you personally to fix it! Rare breed! This is a horrible place and dreary environment. From the time it took to check me in until the second I left I felt as if they could care less. They first mistook me for a vendor so they clearly don't know their own schedule. I'm a DA and their product is soooooooooo bad. Like so bad! And I knew more than the 10 year old behind the count and it's all PREPACKAGED!! And not even good pricing. Go here if you want to overpay and be treated like you're nothing!!
I had a absolutely fabulous customer service experience with check in. So warm and nice and Laura was beyond cool. I needed someone super fun like her in my day and she was the icing on the cake. Got me set with some AC/DC that I was wanting. recommended a product that I never thought I would buy and now I am coming back to get it when I get more money. Excited to try the capsules from love karissa for my pain. The entire experience was faster and more happier than any other dispensary experience I've experienced in my seven seasons as a cardholder. I did not feel rushed and that's why I will come back. Plus they were extremely nice about my Leafly order when I changed it up. And love the FTP! Thank you Laura!
This is my spot. Amazing deals everyday of the week, a great point system and an amazing staff. Debbie is an awesome person who greets you with joy as soon as you walk in. Mike is an awesome budtender who always knows what I want before I say it. Dakota is the man! My go to shatter is a brand called echo that I can only find here at the emerald. Amazing edibles and there flower no matter the tier is always really really good and tasty. Keep up the great work and I'll see y'all soon.

Just found out they let my favorite bud tender go probably some scheming ish..when you get the feeling you just get the feeling....probably the most educated of the bunch with the product. She was the reason I stuck with this place. Time to find another dispensary. I've been to plenty of dispensaries in AZ and this one kinda takes the cake for management just being there to get high. It would be cool if they at least knew about the flower other than it just gets you stoned....disappointing....time to start the search again.

Not being a cancer patient but an eager participant in the weed field, I tried some medical bud. I immediately realized, I was getting angry. But only was I not giggling, I was very far from it. Only having a little thc in this new aquarium, I swam desperately looking for air. But found none. Thanks medical weed. If I get a disease I'll hit u up!!
I am upgrading my original rating from two stars to three simply because management reached out to me with an apology and an assurance that the issues I raised in my review of 2//13/2017 are being addressed. I really want to like this dispensary; some of their promos are excellent; however, their customer service leaves much to be desired. Recently I went here to take advantage of a "buy 2 get 1 free" promo on prerolls. As I was paying for my order, I noted I wasn't getting the promo price, and asked why. The "bud tender" explained that the promo wasn't on all prerolls, only some strain specific. When I pulled up the promo from my email, and also looked at the promo in the dispensary itself, I found no mention of this restriction; and so I departed to Swell on Bell and 19th Ave and made my preroll purchase. A week or so ago I stopped in at 10 AM to purchase a couple of edibles and take advantage of the "early bird special" which includes a free mini-edible. I noticed that there was a daily special of $8 Maui Wowie grams and asked for four. The budtender had only two in her supply drawer and was reluctant to go find some more. When I stated that it was only 10 AM, and if this was the daily special, I was sure there were more in stock, she found one in the adjacent empty point of sale station, but declined to search for any others. Today is a great Huxton promo on flower and vape, but the menu doesn't show any vape in stock, so it is difficult to determine if in fact this promo is worth the trip. A quick phone call elicited that there was some, but what size, strain, and price was unknown as they were too busy to look. As they say on ESPN - "come on man"!
Never mentioned, nor gave me my 2nd visit deal.The butch lady budtender seemed like she didn't want me there. No big deal, but will never return. I buy jarred eigths; I can get those at many places.
The key word is arrogant. There's a fine line somewhere between arrogance and confidence. Brigitte the " manager " crosses the line with regularity. Say hello. This place has the highest prices in the Valley, not necessarily the best product. So, if you like to pay higher prices and be looked down on by younger people, by all means head down to Emerald.
Worst Dispensary I've ever gone to. The employees are pretty rude. For going there for the first time, the entry was confusing and I was pushed back outside to wait. Then they refused to accept my paper ID because the MVD never mailed me a hard copy. I literally got my medical card with the paper copy and have been going to dispensaries ever since with no problems, no questions asked. I would not recommend this place to anyone, not only for their lack of professionalism but also their inability to execute their job functions properly and knowledgeably. Highly disappointed and dissatisfied.

No longer a dispensary in my lineup since the change to zen leaf. -pricing seems a bit higher. -new deals available are extremely unattractive compared to surrounding deals from other local dispensaries. Things didn't seem to change that much other than deals and some pricing I think, but wow did I get the worst customer service I've ever received from this location just a few days ago. So much attitude from the bud tender I was ordering with, really made me feel like a burden, all because I was confused on their awful first time patient deal.20% off 1 item that is a house product (exclusions apply...) The only items available for this were in the 50-60$ price range. The way you treat customers will leave the biggest impact. Maybe if prices were low enough I'd tolerate shitty treatment from staff but this dispensary is pricey compared to other locations that are a 5-10minute drive. I highly recommend going somewhere els. Just like harvest of Glendale, I'd rather not smoke then purchase meds from their location. It only takes 1 negative impact on a customer to lose their business, been coming here for 2years. They won't see a cent from me again.
I've never been to a dispensary before, so I can't say how it compares to others (yet), but after my experience at Emerald, I'm left with basically two over-riding questions, one of which is: "Hey, you guys know this s**t is legal now, right?" the other of which is "what the hell is wrong with you people?"I'm not a smoker, never cared for it. I recently had a friend suggest to me that edibles might be a solution to help me sleep, so I did a little looking around online. There is a product that my friend recommended, so I was looking for a particular brand and a specific product. After Googling it, I found that Emerald was supposedly the nearest local outfit that dealt in this particular line. So cool - I'll drop in and see what's what, right?Not so fast there, Mr. 'I want to buy formerly illegal but now totally legal drugs.'When you walk in, you're in a little safe room vault or something with another door. Can't see inside. Security I guess? OK, so I open the second door, eagerly hoping there isn't a third. There isn't, and I'm in a spacious room with counters running around the circumference, each sporting an assortment of variously packaged goods under glass. What appear to be employees are placed standing behind the counters at little desk indentations in six-foot intervals. Reminds me of the DMV. Brilliant! Who doesn't want to shop for their formerly illegal drugs while being made to feel like they're waiting at the DMV? Somebody deserves a raise!I know what I'm looking for, so I figure I'll just make a quick circuit and see if any of what's behind the glass has got the brand mark I'm after - but about halfway 'round, I got stopped by a very large man. Like the bouncer at an exclusive event I wasn't invited to but wandered into anyway. I look (up) at him. He matter-of-factly asks me if I am "registered."Having been to several places of business before where I walked around possibly looking to purchase legal items, I blinked vigorously, attempting to process the question. I had no idea what the hell he was asking me. "N... no?" I managed to mumble. He put a very large hand on my shoulder. With his other similarly large hand he pointed to a young man sitting at a terminal in the center of the room. "We're going to need you to register."I gamely shuffled over to terminal-dude who never once made eye contact, but seemed aware of my presence anyway. "Medical or... recreational?" he asked with just the barest trace of contempt. I blinked again vigorously, once more trying to process what was being asked of me and why. I was growing agitated. I knew I was growing agitated, because I got that thing where in my head, this little mini-fantasy-movie started playing, and it featured me, growing four times my original size, skin turning green and screaming WHAT THE HELL DIFFERENCE DOES IT MAKE. "Recreational," I huffed, defeated. "I'll need your driver's license," he says.Now mind you, I haven't even yet decided that I was going to buy any of the perfectly legal goods that this store offers for sale to the general public and that is not limited to people with medical cards who can scam the system for their not-at-all recreational, formerly illegal but now totally legal drugs under the guise of medical treatment - but before I can even make the decision - they want my driver's license! And I gave it up, too because it's totally not like I'm in a database now... right? RIGHT?!? A few minutes later, the final straw came, which made me realize that no matter WHAT this place full of geniuses sells, I won't be buying any of it. I'm not even kidding you a little bit when I say that - pointing to the row of chairs against the back wall - terminal dude says to me:"Have a seat right over there. A specialist will call your name."A SPECIALIST! WILL CALL MY NAME! I ask terminal-dude if I can finish my eyeball tour of the products. He looks as if I just asked him to eat his pants. "Just don't approach a specialist," he warns me - this time carefully making eye contact. I can't do the Spock-eyebrow thing, but if I could have, I totally would have. I rolled my eyes a little instead, and shook my head.OK, first off - these aren't specialists, MKAY? There's all kinds of things that jump to my mind to call them, but specialists isn't any of them. And secondly, you all need to get your collective heads out of your collective butts. Just like the law says that the stuff you sell is now legal, it also says that at least once a year, I have no choice but to go to the DMV. Absolutely nothing says I have to go to this stupid place and be put through this crap. So, I'll see you chumps LATER.And with that, I walked out. I don't plan to return to Emerald, but I will try another place eventually. If they're all like this, well, then I guess I won't be getting that kind of sleep after all. Give me a BREAK!
I am sitting my car writing this!! This was the best experience and everyone was soooooo nice I had to take a step back to make sure I was at a dispensary and not Disney. The girl offered suggestions told me about contests and I didn't feel rushed like other dispensaries. I will definitely be making this my go to. Thank you for whoever does the hiring.
Great experience every time I go in, everyone is always so pleasant. Yesterday I went in for a cartridge, they didn't have the one I usually get, but Brent helped me find one I like even better! He was awesome, showed me some great deals and made sure I was leaving a happy customer!

Would give zero stars if I could. Security and worker's harassed me like it was a game for them. Telling me to put my mask on my nose... which it was!!!! just not far enough up my nose for their liking. When I complained the cashier sales I cussed and he told me I wasn't aloud to cuss I asked if it was a no cuss zone and he said he "prefers it".... like come on Let's be adults..I said Eff this and left. Will not be giving them my business or telling my friends to spend money here. This place just looks for things to scold you about. Also never been happy with the products they give me. I ask for sativa and they give me hybrids that are mainly indica.

Great products, with a rotating sales list available on their website. Ordering online is super easy, and paying online is an option too. Excellent staff who work quickly and look out for their customers. They won't give you product they wouldn't use themselves. High highs and no lows
I find this dispensary to be very reasonable. Since I've become a regular most of the staff are always very friendly to me upon the first moment I walk in. They have a pretty good selection of smoke materials with very reasonable prices and promotions as well So you don't break your pocketbook. The only complaint I do have a is that often they run out of a specific pre-roll. This is hard for someone like me on a medical use of this and who already on a tight budget and sometimes can barely afford any. This means when they are short I don't get any and it could help relieve some pain and now I can't do. They should reserve more of their surplus in this regard toward medical people so that we are guaranteed to have what we need when we really need it. i can't put all the blame on territory for this but they definitely need a better system to guarantee this doesn't happen as much. Other than that I do like the place and recommend it
Their online ordering process is complete trash! As well as the way they share their daily specials/ads. This is at least the 4th time I've run into issues with this dispensary.They have a real problem with screwing up ppls online orders. A process that's supposed to be quick and seamless! Multiple times I've placed an online order and when I've come to pick up they all of sudden don't have my order anymore. It's always some lame ass mix up excuse! This time really ruined any future buys from me. I received an e-mail Saying they have a 59.00 half Oz special going on right now. I go to their website to check the strains available there were no 59.00 options . They only had a 79.00 special going on. So I decide to use their chat services to verify if the 79.00 special is actually the 59.00 special. The rep tells me that the special should be on hi klas strains labeled as 79.00. So to clarify before placing my order I ask so when I go to pick up the discount will be applied then? The online rep proceeds to tell me yes. I order. I go pick up. I get told that the option is actually not apart of 59.00 special. Like wtf?!?! Why waste ppls time?!? I literally chatted with someone to avoid an unnecessary pit stop. The person at the window was useless as well. All she kept saying was sorry mamas the ppl who do our online chats don't know our specials! They do this all the time! Like wtf?! Lol. So you know they are giving ppl misinfo and y'all still have the the process in place .
Decent product, but I'd rather go to Nirvana Dispensary (more variety and ethical staff).Went into Territory today with an online order, paid 100 in cash, and didn't get my full change back from Esperenza (could be spelled wrong), nearly a whole dollar she didn't give to me, and it's not about the money, it's about being ethical. Why should I tip you dispensary workers when you take my change probably for a tip anyways. Just give the customer their change and they'll give you a tip if you are genuinely helpful and friendly.
Came in a couple weeks ago and Travis helped us out! We appreciated his energy and amazing recommendations. The products are always top shelf and so is the service! Will be back :)

No pun intended but the people running this place and the managers are a trainwreck. They should probably do less smoking and more figuring out how to retain customers. My god I have never seen a more dysfunction ran business. Don't come here unless you know exactly what you are getting and paying before you even set foot in that place, trust me.

We have been there a couple of times and the experience was good. Not great, not super, but good. Good enough that we came back.Than on one of our trips there, this long haired young man was helping me. He had no idea what he was doing, he argued with me and then nearly forced me to buy what I DID NOT WANT. I decided F#@^k this and walked out. Spent no moneyI did send a message to management who has never bothered to reply to me and address my concerns. Clearly my business is not that important, and that that is fine. There many other places to go.
I went to the territory in chandler and it seemed to be a good spot. Coming from Colorado I know my weed... I tried the territory in Mesa yesterday for the first time. Despite the bad reviews I decided to give it a shot. The security and front office is great. The bud tenders are terrible here. They seem like they don't know anything about weed and we're constantly confused with who was next on the list. I got screamed at by an obnoxious bud tender and wish I could of remembered her name. She had long nails a loud mouth and brown curly hair and was short. She was 2ft away from me and was screaming at me to get off my phone, yelled at me three times when I finally had turned around and told her I heard her the first time. She also screamed at another customer asking if he was so n so n he was frustrated too! All of us were shocked and didn't want anything to do with her or her attitude. Also the bud tender who helped me lied when I asked her how much the pre roll THC % was in the 8$ joints, she said 14% and when I had got home it was only 11%! That's a big difference to someone who usually smoked 32%. They seem to have more of a selection of different edibles and drinks which is great but it doesn't help if no one is trained or is knowledgeable of the products. I will not be going back. On to the next dispensary where I can find a staff that is not rude and understands what they are selling.
NO NO NO AND NO AGAIN! I have been going to mint dispensary since Az. Passed the Rec bill. I happen to see this dispensary on my way home and decided to give them a try but learned real quick that was a bad choice. I walk up to the door and no one was in line. Security opened the door and said one minute and said wait right here, pointing to a spot off to the side of the rec line. I wait and one person exits so I think he's going to let me in...Nope. I wait and a second person comes out and I'm still not allowed in. So I run to my car, which is by the front my door, to get water because it's 115 degrees outside. A woman walks up (rec) and he lets her right in. A bit confused I continue to wait where he told me to wait. At this time a guy and a woman walk up and stand in the rec line next to where the guard asked me to wait. A person exits again but now it's a different guard. He looks at me an let asks "medical?" I said no the other guard said to stand here, he tells me well you're in the wrong line and proceeds to take the ID of the guy who came after me. I told him I was here before the guy he let in and he responded "that's not the rec line" WTF! I said "I'll be damned if I spend my money to be treated like this" and walked away. The guard then yells "have a good day sir". I will chalk this up to bad customer service and not what I really thought, because every person he let in was white. Just providing all the details so you can make up your mind but for me it's back to mint on southern.

Way overpriced the staff was rude the security was rude when I asked for their names they refused to give me their names they harassed me when I was waiting outside in line about wearing a mask outside not only did they tell me to wear a mask outside and I put one on but they harassed me about wearing the mask over and over again I asked them if they wanted my business or if I should just leave and then they continue to talk to me about the mask that I was already wearing I live right around the corner and I will never ever give my business to this company.
Product is good, service is not! Don't try online orders, it took 5 1/2 hours to deliver my first order. I tried ordering again 2 days later and it never came. I called to ask about my order and I was told the driver left for the day. No notification whatsoever. I tried online order again today for the 3rd time at 1 pm, it is now 5:30 pm. I called and asked to talk to a manager, then he placed me on hold for 15 minutes before I finally hung up. I definitely would NOT recommend this dispensary.
Wow. What a great experience at Territory. I normally stay in the Arcadia area but I heard this was the closest place to get clean rosin carts (gs). I drove about 25 minutes, parked, and was pleasantly greeted. New patient paperwork was quick, the shop was extremely clean, and the service was awesome. Anthony helped me out (give that guy a raise). Some fire clean rosin at the shop. I can confirm. Great selections of almost all AZ brands for people who have other tastes. Will come back despite the long drive.
This place is ran by idiots. Know the rules and don't waste your patients time. They ask you questions via text that they themselves can't answer over the phone. I'm not making a trip to your shop for fun, I don't want to be exposed if I don't need to be. Fix your service, educate your team.
I would give zero stars if I could. Don't waste your time going here. The workers are super rude and not helpful at all. Seems as though they just recommend the high priced items to take your money and rush you out the door. I didn't feel welcomed and the experience was so overwhelming. I've never had to show my ID 3 times at a dispensary before. Their products are very limited and overpriced as well.
Grow sciences give them hash to sell but they only want one flavor and one type out at once. I was told they do "first in first out" so you'll never get a fresh drop.
First time here, I see lots of people. I think "Wow, this place must be popular!" How wrong that assumption was. I get in the long line for recreational and observe a few things: There are two people working the recreational line and three for medical. All of them prioritize medical, even if they just walk in and you've been waiting ten minutes. The people in the medical area won't take those waiting for recreational. I saw two people just standing there chatting while I'm next in line. It's a good thing I knew what I was getting, because the dead faced employee who was "helping" me wouldn't give a damn if I didn't know what I wanted. Then she brings out what I asked about and I went to see the info on the back and she told me I couldn't touch them. I bet if I were a medical customer I'd be able to touch anything I wanted the way they roll out the red carpet for them. Not coming back, even if it is closer.
So after my less than stellar first few experiences here and trying a few other spots, it's grown on me. The rewards program is decent but the real reason I go back is Zach and Alex. Super knowledgeable guys that always know what's up
This is the worst flower that I have ever had from a dispensary or on the street , except it's price higher and taxed.. It smells like wet hay and smokes like tobacco. It's called hibuddy, which is humorous since it neither got me high not would I consider it anyone's friend. I don't need a full refund and after asking for a discount on a another strain/product, management wasn't willing to exemplify fair customer service, so it's a shame that they are so quick to justify low grade cannabis, which was obviously compromised, pre harvest.

Being that this dispensary is close, I was thoroughly disappointed as of my first visit. While the bartender asked me how they were supposed to make any money, I was not given my first time patient special. Informing them that they are within walking distance from me, as they were dishonest, I paid full price as a new customer. It's been a minute; nonetheless, maybe I should share these disappointing circumstances. It would be nice to have become a frequent customer.
This dispensary had turned to trash. Long wait times. And the quality of herb has gone down hill like the stock exchange of the great depression. Some guy tried to tell me some of the best herb they've been putting out is at the 10%thc range and not to get to caught up in the tjc %. One of there employees is so loud and obnoxious I don't ever want to go back.... Their auto response to comment is equally trashy.
Don't bother bringing your exit bag back with you, they are just going to charge you for another one anyway! I always bring my bag in with me and yet I've been charge 5+ times for it when I shouldn't have been. This last time the budtender (Cassandra) said she didn't charge me for the bag when I asked before checkout but low and behold I was charged AGAIN.Tried calling the number on the receipt to talk with a manager but it goes to a call center and they can't help. Tried using the chat help section on the website but they can't help either. I posted a question on the business Yelp page and they got it deleted 3 times, so now I'm writing this negative review and completing a report with the BBB (Better Business Bureau). This dispensary is the only one I've ever been to that charges for the bag, has employees that lie when they charge you for a bag and then not fix the problem.
I placed an online order and even paid ahead. I understand they close at 9, so I attempted to call the store at 8:50 to say I was running a couple minutes behind due to work and to see if I could still pick up or if it could be held until tomorrow, as I was still racing to get there. I was connected with a gentleman who said they did not hold orders for the next day and that he would place me on hold to contact the Mesa location to see if it would be okay to pick up a minute or two late since the order was paid for in advance.When he came back on the line, he stated he tried contacting the Mesa location multiple times and they didn't answer. He then advised he would stay on the phone with me to see if I would be able to get in since I was just pulling up right at 9 pm. I walked up at 9:01 just for them to not let me in and say they cancelled my order.I was still on speaker phone with the guy I called initially and advised the guard and store clerk we tried to call the store 10 minutes ago. As I was trying to talk to them the door was continuously closed on my face and I was interrupted every time I tried to speak. One lady with long brown hair was a total bitch, said "it's after 9," gave me a dirty look and walked away. Another (somewhat) nicer girl with red and black hair told me they would have let me still pick it up still "if we didn't JUST cancel it" and apologized half heartedly while the door was closed in my face again.Well if you did your job and took two seconds to answer the phone BEFORE 9 o'clock when the store was closed, then you would have known I was outside trying to pick it up before I even got the cancellation text. Didn't know answering the phone was a difficult task. Thank you for the waste of my time and going out of my way after working a 12 hour shift. Maybe the girl with the long wavy brown hair at the store should learn manners as well. I've been here twice and never had an issue with any employees and it's always been easy. This was unnecessary and EXTREMELY frustrating to say the least

Don't go to this location, no customer service or efficiency at all. I placed an online order yesterday at 1:00 PM to be picked up at window time of 3:15-3:30. I know it's not always going to be that exact time but I never got a text that my order was even ready and still today I haven't heard anything from them about my order so I'm going to the Mesa location instead. This is the third time I didn't get a notification of my order being ready , the other two times I did get my stuff eventually but then they texted me at 8pm saying it was canceled even though I already picked it up. In comparison to the other 2 locations this one is the worst in organization and professionalism.
Solid local place to get some herb. I have been coming here for a few years as a medical patient and I will continue coming here! Helpful staff makes for an easy trip.
Always quick and easy experience when I go here, plus they always have good strains and pre-rolls to pick from.
First time here and first time buying recreational marijuana. Janna was so sweet, patient and helpful. Janna answered all my questions. Everyone was friendly, wearing masks properly and having customers socially distance. My husband was waited on by Krystal. He said she was helpful and friendly too. This will definitely be our "go to" location for future purchases.
This place is SOOOOOOOOO bad, I'd like to pay people not to go here. It's the worst I've ever come across out of every dispensary I've been to: here and California. The service is horrendous. The worst I've seen in a long time. Pissed off customers and "don't give a shit" employees are everywhere. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! PLEASE!!!!
I happily went in for my birthday gift that territory is known for and the lady at the desk named Holly was extremely rude! I have never been treated like this at any dispensary! She told me that they didn't have anything available for my birthday gift and I had to explain to her the promotion they have. After doing so she told me it was only for medical patients and she was clearly wrong. She was really rude to my friend and it seemed she was very upset we were even there! I will never be going back to this dispensary again! Awful experience.
Almost feel like there is a "bait and switch" here. Ordered the Wana Gummies for pickup. The Wana Strawberry Lemonade is listed as 200mg cbd/200mg thc. On the Territory website. See the attached invoice. When I went to the store to pick up, and was told that they were 100mg of cbd and 100mg of thc. Very disappointed!
This place has the worst customer service. Rude security guards that can't hear when you speak and bud tenders that interupt you and rush you. If you are looking for great service and knowledgeable folks - this is NOTthe place.
I used to love coming here and the last few times I have purchased the crumble lime 14 grams for $70. Any other time my Veteran discount was applied. Today I go in and didn't see crumble lime available so I ordered the gorilla glue 14 grams for $69 and was informed my discount couldn't be used because it's already discounted. But they had the crumble lime but again I was told my Veteran discount can't be applied. I would recommend noting this on your website. Because every other time I purchased the crumble lime my veteran discount was added. Unfortunately, after spending a ton of money here I'm on the hunt for a different dispensary where the weed sold lasts longer than a week.
Territory Dispo was my favorite up until recreational sales went into effect. Initially, Territory did a great job serving medical patients first. Immediately following, Territory went downhill fast! I was a dedicated patient for two years. Customer service exceeded my expectations with employees who went over and beyond. Employees are rude and prices are high compared to other dispensaries. Fortunately, treez pay allows me to order and skip the hassle. I am disappointed the hiring managers were unable to hire good employees with exceptional customer service skills. True Bliss, Sticky Saguaro, and Harvest are the best dispensaries hands down!
I've come to this place multiple times. The people who work here are usually super nice. I have had multiple issues though. They consistently have problems ringing me up because something is mislabeled. Like, to the point they have to go to the back and I get stuck standing there for 15-20 minutes until they figure it out.They rarely have enough people working behind the counters. Today I got fed up and left because I had waited over 30 minutes with other people who had been there longer than myself. Another person was allowed to go in and skip about 4 of us, he was called out of order. That coupled with 1 person helping walk ins, I'm done. I have been coming here because they are the closest to my house and have great deals, but they clearly don't care and I'm over it. No deal is worth the hassle of this place.
This is the worst dispensary i've been to with the worst customer service the guy at the front desk was very rude an unprofessional you'd expect more from someone working in the cannabis industry all the money this company makes and cannot even keep quality control what a joke.
TERRIBLE! Dry terrible weed, young inexperienced bud tenders that have no clue. The shady soup line you have to stand in where they check your Id like 3 times is nuts. Go to TRU Bliss, they give vets discounts 20% without med card too and much more. Good sticky weed and customer service too at Tru Bliss.
Whenever I come in all of the bud tenders are super nice. I never understood all the hate for Territory until today.. Just called to see if they had any Grow Science flower and the young lady replied, "no" and abruptly ended the call while I was asking a follow up question. Really poor customer service that is a major turn off to repeat customers.
I was going to leave a review about how badly I witnessed a customer that WAS NOT purchasing MMJ BEING TREATED. Then the front desk staff thought he would put on a comedy show for the rest of us who didn't get sick of waiting... IS THAT WHO you want GREETING YOUR CUSTOMERS WHEN WE DONT NEED A LICENSE to patron your shit store in 5 months? AND if you are going to allow a scantily clad person wearing A MESH SEQUINS FACE MASK in a MEDICAL DISPENSARY to get prompt service, you can treat all your consumers that way. Don't waste your money. The time you waste in the lobby that forgets to check you in is not worth the minuscule discounts offered from time to time at this dump.
40 min wait time, they only call first names so people get skipped and their barcodes don't scan correctly so there's more wait once you get called...
this dispensary has great customer service, good deals too. one thing I love about this place is they take online pre-payments so you don't absolutely have to have cash to get your order picked up. this is my new go to dispensary!
All of the flower at this dispensary is over priced for what it actually is, they have strains that they claim to be "top shelf" and it's not even testing above 20% thc sometimes even lower in the teens yet they want to charge more for it like it's better quality. I'm extremely disappointed with the quality of product I received for the price I had to pay. It doesn't add up at all and I know that I'm not the only person that cares about this kind of thing. I won't spend money here anymore.
I was a first time buyer and the staff made me feel really welcome. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything and my budtender was very open and upfront with me about their different products. I ended getting some gummies and I look forward to coming back to potentially try other products!

Thankfully on par with the Chandler dispensary, which is my favorite dispensary in the valley. Similar to Chandler, this place has a great selection, and high quality. Staff is really knowledgable and friendly and never pushy. This place will definitely meet and exceed expectations. Another go to on the east side!
Territory was one of the first dispensaries I visited. The have a great selection and the staff is really knowledgeable. The staff is also really good about pointing out specials and promos that may be in line with my particular needs. Also--love the coupons on the back of the receipt!
Horrible CS, they cannot seem to get their specials correct. Then you get a manager who is not qualified for Customer Service he is just a stoner. Use Sol Flower or Oasis if I can. Never going here again.
I went in to pick up some CBD... because I'm not a MMJ patient I wasn't put in line to get service after checking in. The nerd at the front desk who was supposed to have checked me in was very rude and acted like he didn't know who I was after waiting in the lobby for 30 minutes. I asked how much longer my wait would be after multiple rotations of patients and this dork said I was just a CBD patient and didn't know how long I would have to wait. He even shrugged his shoulders. Now I know where not to go
I called to ask how much I have left on my allotment and "they aren't allowed to give that information over the phone". In what world does that make sense. If the app is crashing like it always does and not showing me how much weed I can buy, I'm not going to drive 20 minutes for y'all to tell me I don't have anything. Territory just lost a big customer today

I am a first time patient. I went to Territory to see what their new patient specials were.The rep that helped me (Forrest) had no idea what he was doing since it was his first few days on the job. Why he would be helping customers without ANY training or knowledge about any of the product is beyond me. Then another guys try's to help that ALSO has only been there for 3 days. They couldn't even tell me what the new patient special was. Didn't know what was a sativa or indica. Didn't help me at all for being a new patient with.They kept trying to ask two girls what to do and they didn't even help them.I won't be returning to this dispensary. It's nice inside, but the service was horrible.

I live in the area and have driven by a few times but never stepped in so I decided to pre order today and Michael helped me through the whole thing. And the lovely lady in the front was super nice and patient (didn't catch her name) good business. Security was nice too!
Stood in line for 10min just to leave my number to be texted when I could get in line to enter the store. Was told 1hr-1.5hr wait for text. Line to get in looked to be 15-30min wait. 2hrs later still no text. Better off driving to CA and back as fast as this place seems to operate.

They lie about what's on the menu, on the online menu it says the stuff I got was new, yet they sold out 2 days ago so why wasn't there menu updated? when I went into the store to ask the lady refused to check, so unorganized and disrespectful. Went in happy for some rosin, left PISSED with nothing I wanted.
Great dispensary quality flower and great staff always friendly and willing to help. They have a large variety of flower edibles and concentrates
Wow, if I could give zero I would. Unorganized. The good news is I found True Bliss Organics. Try them out people. Much much better than that shit show. Keep scrolling down, SO MANY 1 star reviews. The manager must really be a toad.
Let's talk about relaxing, not getting messed up or getting high but relaxing. Now that being said the staff was 100% polite and fun to talk to. They were extremely knowledgeable about all the products that are offered to the public. I did talk to another customer to let me onto a little piece of information. If you have your medical marijuana card you can buy products that are higher in THC. Now because I've spent a lifetime at a keyboard my hands hurt and I was told the CBD oil or gummies might help me out. I have picked up the CBD on a rollerball and it's not cheap but it does do a good job at making the stiffness fall away and my hands can fly across the keys once again. Good luck out there.Jasoninaz
Used to be one of my favorites. Very poor management very very very poor customer service definitely needs to be worked on by management I get it we all are suffering from cov19. But I'd rather suffer through hours of Rachel Maddow then listen to management here seriously
GM is incredibly rude. I placed an online order and was told it was ready an hour before I arrived. Whalen I arrived everyone was standing randomly, no line, so I ask what's going on and no other customer knows. So GM mike comes in and out to collect cards but he doesn't collect mine and collects others except me. He then starts to help someone who hasn't even placed an order yet when mines been done for an hour. When I asked what is going on my order is ready and I still have my card. He don't feel the need to explain it to me and told me he "didn't need to talk to me" when I was confused and frustrated on how the order he was calling people during the corona virus outbreak. Then when I ask to speak with him again when inside and let him know what I thought the problem was in the lack of communication is and his response is "you can leave or you can get your stuff". Ridiculous. Never wanted a problem just wanted to clear the air in what I was frustrated about but he didn't care at all. Can't believe I gave you guys my money when you don't value a customer AT ALL. Then when I try to complain to someone about the GM, everyone tells me he's untouchable???? Couldn't believe it
very very very awful dispensary. sold me a cart that was well past expired and tasted horrible. not to mention the other cart i got along with that one was also expired and had me very sick. i highly do not recommend this dispensary. territory dispensary does not care about a single customer and will continue to sell bleach washed products! i will never be returning to this dispensary and i suggest the same to everyone else. oasis dispensary is less than a mile down the road, i'd recommend going there!
Terrible dispensary. The worst in town. I requested sativa. They gave me indica and when I went back and spoke to a manager Taylor to make things right she too gave me a hybrid when I specifically asked for sativa. I didn't see it until I got home. When I called she lied and told me she told me it was a hybrid. Why would I go to the trouble if I wanted a hybrid. She also tried to bait and switch me on the tier. Terrible awful dishonest place. Reporting to the State of Arizona for as long as it takes to make a difference. They are ripping all their customers off.
Oasis down the road will take care of you way better, this place has terrible time management you'll be waiting out side to get inside to wait in another line inside, I mean the only reason I gave it two stars is because of what they sell.

Drove 25 minutes to go to this dispo because it was recommended by a friend, called ahead to see how late they were accepting people, they said until 10pm and I asked is 9:50 too late? She said no. When I got there they said they weren't accepting people past 9:45. Why even tell me to come if you weren't going to let me in the first place. Waste of time. Don't know why you close @10 if you're not serving until 10.
Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service! DO NOT PURCHASE HERE AS THEY WILL NOT EXCHANGE ITEMS THAT DO NOT WORK. Horrible wannabe management SERGIO running the place on a Friday that guy is a fucking joke! I spend a ton of money in there and the best they could do was a discount. DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!!

I usually don't do Yelp reviews as things happen, but just expect to wait, a very long time. Nice staff but needs better procedures. There's no reason when in a line of 4 people, we should have to wait 20 minutes outside in the sun then another 30 minutes sitting once being called into the shop. Not sure if I'll be back, I hope you have a better experience tho.
I'm not too pleased with my first visit here. It would be nice to let people know BEFOREHAND that you will not honor a FTP deal when you have another deal going. I would have saved my gas and got the $23 eighth from PARC who has $20 eighths DAILY. The tender told me to use my FTP next time I come, but there will not be a next time. First impressions are lasting ones, I will not recommend this place to anyone. If I could give zero stars I would. Y'all gon see my review EVERYWHERE and Hell yeah I'm mad cause I traveled 30 mins + for my FTP and didn't get it.
This place is unreal. I was getting down to the wire with closing time due to a long day and some traffic. Even though it was 7pm and I was a new patient, the ladies at Territory Dispensary were my hump day saviors. Brittany was amazing and took care of my needs. She was very informative, personable and bubbly. Not to mention, she hooked it up with a BOGO quarters! Perfect ending to my day. Thank you so much for being wicked awesome human beings @ Territory!! Today was my first visit and I have to say I love this place. Super chill and spacious, staff is super friendly and helpful. I was able to talk to them about different strains and what helps some conditions. They had a good variety of strains, specially hybrids. Product is fresh, grabbed the last of Tina Danza to try for my headaches and it worked amazing! Definitely will keep coming here...
I experienced the worst customer service that I have ever received from a dispensary. When I ask for a number for customer service or a corporate number, the staff says there is no number and the only people to talk to is the manager. That is obviously not correct if there is a section on the website for complaints. During the coronavirus situation people are going to be confused on how your business is running, being rude is not the way to do it.
The guy at the door taking everyone's card is rude and very discriminating. Treated everyone else differently than I was treated.
1.01 starTerrible serviceUpon arriving there is no line so me and my boyfriend are excited to walk in. We are asked for our name and phone number and then told rudely to wait in our car for 15 min to enter, at this point no one has told us after we waited to enter we will have to wait again to be called up to the bud counter. It took more than 15 to wait in the car and once inside we are told to wait 15 more minutes to come up.? So we waited 30 min it would have been appreciative if right away the man at the front let us know it would be about 20-30 min before entering AND getting called up to the counter. Then also they wouldn't let me up to the counter with my boyfriend and only let one person up at a time which is also something they failed to mention upon arrival I suggest letting customers know the full time it will take and all the rules they have to follow so there are no surprises not to mention the man at the front and the lady at the counter when you walk in we're not welcoming at all and saw multiple staff members not wearing mask properly
Terrible for medical internet orders. After waiting I asked the kid behind the counter twice if I should be in the quick line and he kept saying no. After waiting again the manager said I should not have. Doh. Then they didn't have one of my items. That's because its already packed for me. Not too bright either. Doh!
Walked in and was welcomed my friendly staff members. When asking about deals, however, I was told to check out first and then we could talk about deals. After my price was given to me, the lady said she could only give me a free bag to put my purchased items in which costed a whopping .50 cents! Hopefully the product is better than the service and "deals".

This place is THE WORST! If you have all day to wait for them to retrieve your order (90 mins), then go wait in line (15 mins) followed by another wait in your car (45 mins), it's totally your choice. I, however, know of lots of other places around PHX with EXCELLENT service & quality products. STAY AWAY! Go to the Flower Shop or Oasis-- they are close and wonderful to deal with.
This was my favorite dispensary for a LONG time but sadly since the recreational law passed, they've made no attempt to differentiate their medical customers from the recreational users other than forming lines which results in two separate lines for entry that move at a snails pace. The frustration only grows when you finally make it inside to realize the line outside could possibly move faster if all the employees weren't aimlessly walking from counter to counter and talking to eachother while the patients and users anxiously wait for their name to be called. It also doesn't matter if you order ahead, order online, or order when you get there--- you're still going to wait and wait awhile, friend. It doesn't matter if you have glaucoma, fibromyalgia, or just bad back pain--you're still going to wait right along with the individual looking to smoke while they play video games... they may even go before you.Ridiculous.

Territory Chandler is where my love for Territory began. The homies I met last year really made me appreciate them and their jobs, which the budtenders are great at! Chandler location is the hub so they always have the most product and a solid variety. Their deals are worth a visit - try your FTP or check out their daily deals! Tuesday's and Sundays are my favorite day!Lauret and Brittany keep everything running smoothly and they make it look effortless. Julia and Cosseth are amazing at their jobs and have all the knowledge. I love seeing their happy, welcoming and smiling selves when I make my way over there. I'm closest to the Gilbert location so I tend to stay on that side of town but I'll support Territory no matter what side of the valley. Join the journey
Update !!! This place is awesome!! They entered me in for a raffle and I won a huge gift bag worth of stuff today easily worth a few hundred bucks. I went to pick it up and Nick was super awesome. If you don't go to this place you really should. Between stuff like this and rewards they really take a care of the patients

This can be one of the slower dispensaries in Phoenix, making customers wait outside in the heat when busy. Customer service isn't always their strong suit, and they've been out of product more than once for me. This seems to especially be the case with items that are discounted. I'd recommend calling before going, to ensure they aren't too busy and that they have what you're heading in for.
Shop has gone recreational it's a complete mess. Confusion is what I witnesed and long wait. I loved this shop the tenders were friendly, knowledgeable, caring. I felt on my final visit that I was dealing with robots or, someone that didn't even want to be there. I gave 5 stars but am gonna have to take them away now. Why? Did you really need extra income or what? You will probably will see your customer base shrink. Everyone I know that patronized your establishment feels the way I do. I would seriously reconsider and put it back the way it was

MÜV Dispensary was the first dispensary I went to after coming back from Illinois in February, and while in Illinois they passed recreational marijuana in Arizona. MÜV Dispensary started off very well, but their prices have steadily rose and the once great customer service they have is starting to enjoy the heavy tips we give too much as they give out bad information and change products on you rapidly. Last week got Wedding Cake 7g for 62.30, this week it's 3.5g for 62.30, without much explanation or reason from the bud tender other than a "Oh, so sorry, we're out". MÜV Dispensary does not have the deals, customer service, or quality product to be charging this much, you'd do better to find a different dispensary. 62.30 for 3.5g is about the price I was paying in Illinois on the border of Iowa at the only recreational dispensary they had available, and they had lines going out the store there. MÜV dispensary is not worth the "brand" name.
I believe my bud tender tonight at Muv was Michael...tall, slicked back hair, I Love Summer t-shirt on... He was the absolute best! Super down to earth and friendly, went over and above to get me exactly what I needed. Thanks for being great
