I usually have no problem here but today their customer service sucked. I was in the middle of checking in and the guy just stops and doesnt give me my ID back and says nothing, I figured it was due to the line piling up waiting to go inside to buy. A medical patient comes in and he proceeds to take that customer and push me aside before he finished with me. Basic customer service guys, at least communicate with me what you are doing. I know the drill, med cards go first, but damn they are that important you can't even finish with me? Checking in takes two seconds...
I was just waiting in the line here, guy told me and and few others to stay in line and we would get in before store closing. Then cuts off the line and tells us to come back at 8. I understand they gotta close but we were kept in line for no reason... taking my business elsewhere.
First time ever going to a dispensary since I'm not a marijuana user really, but since it's legal now I wanted to try edibles. I did read the one star reviews for this place and was a little hesitant about going. I did go finally and the guy that helped me was so nice and asked if I needed anything else with my order since I preordered online. I know some people like to just leave bad reviews, but I want to give a business a great review if they gave me great service. I'll definitely be going back in the near future!
I placed an order for this location through Leafly. After three hours with no text stating that my online order was ready, I attempted to chat with them. No one ever answered any of my chat messages. So I tried to call. I was told I was next in line and then you just hear a beep. After a few seconds it says would you like to listen to your message. I attempted to call back a few more times after another hour and could never get through to a real person. Since it was almost time for them to close and I had waited for hours for my order to be filled, I went ahead and drove over there. I was told at the front desk that they could not find my order and to go have someone filling orders help me. The gentleman helping me when I got over there could not find my order either. I had to show it to him on my phone and watched him get it together even though online it said that they had been filling it for hours. While he was filling my order so many people crowded into the room there was not 6 feet in between us all. On the message I got to listen to every time I called it stated that they limited how many people were there at a time and kept social distancing. It was like cattle being herded into a small pen. I did not feel safe and the staff behind the desk were rolling their eyes as if I was being rude. I asked the gentleman why no one answered the phone when I called and he rudely stated back can't you see that we're too busy to answer the phone or check the computer. You would think with a business that makes as much money as them that they could afford a receptionist. Although I thought that is what the two gentlemen who greeted me were. Either way, it was a bad experience for first time at this location. All the staff seemed pissed off about working and being busy. First time I ever went to a Dispensary and the staff did not seem to enjoy their jobs and treated the clients badly.
People in the dispensary are patient and seem nice. The website is a complete disaster. Their product listings don't disclose how much THC/CBD is in individual pieces like edibles, which is ridiculous. Things don't make it into the cart, even after asking the site to place them there, and sometimes when they do, they then disappear when continuing to shop for other things. I don't have time to screw around with this stuff, and there are so many other dispensaries available, so I won't return to Harvest Phoenix.
We've been here twice and have had a bad experience both times. Zero customer service - they really don't try to make it a pleasant experience for you at all. They create such an air of impatience and attitude that you don't feel like you can take even 5 minutes to have a chat and figure out what you want to get. We'll be taking our business elsewhere and suggest you do the same!
It takes less than a minute to remove the sign saying 35 dollar 8th and a lot longer to lie to the customer to say you were to busy to remove it. There was 3 people behind the counter and 1 checking in. There was 2 people in line when I was in, so the excuse that I was too busy to change the sign is bullshit. Honor what your sign says or take it down.
I recently visited this location and decided to try a pre-roll and found out that they use their trimmings for their pre-rolls. I will never show my face in this place again and would highly recommend you to make sure you double check what you're getting out of this location
The most best prices and honest people I have met in Arizona getting certain types of medication's are made easier going through Them don't forget to start your points system for free stuff we'll worth the time also they are Recreational also
Called ahead and spoke to Derrick who told me they had connected Biscotti. Drove 40 minutes to get there and was told no Biscotti. In fact they didn't have any when I phoned. So I drove 80 minutes because Harvest management hasn't properly trained employees on inventory. I asked him to be sure because it wasn't on the online order site. He suggested it hadn't been updated. Told me to come on out. Maybe Ceo Steve White Ceo should concentrate on training employees and having inventory to support the business. Your time Mr. White is not worth more than my own. Run your business like a business. I'd fire an employee who treated a customer that way.
Worst harvest I've been to, I have came here 4 times during Thursday and the fact that the medical line takes longer than if you would of waited at the recreational line is incredible an inconvenience !
Honestly this location has problems, but my main problem is the fact that you guys discount your phones, I've been calling 4 days straight and it goes straight to voicemail?
Bullshit location. They have things listed online that have been gone for a week and half now. Upon arrival,.I'm sorry we don't have that deal anymore. Asked how long it's been out guy says a week and half. That's more than enough time to update online! I ask if other harvest has it they say the online is for our location only. When I asked at the front she says the online is for all locations. Which is it?! Waste of my time. Had to be in line twice. Not only that some of the Bud tenders are rude af! Super annoyed with this location. Ps if you distract them and have them bring multiple items and put some back they get confused east and you can score a extra 8th or whatever. Yeah I said it. Fuck em.
The recreational line moves faster than the medical, only one lane is used for med patients.. still trying to figure out why, but just a PCA for anyone who hasn't been to this location yet...
edit 11/18/2021: they have the list generic response on here for when customers have issues it's a joke. The mama get clearly doesn't do anything to fix the issues just don't expect much from hoc or just go else where. Ive been coming here for a while and the online orders for med patients is a joke. It takes for ever and there never anyone there, worst is when 3 people that have been looking around for a while get through before you with an online order. Or when your next, they tell you the total and go to get cash, and they just move on for some reason?? You guys really need to get your customer service together and your rude ass employees.
Great service. Staff is always friendly and helpful! The selection is bountiful and the shop is very clean and organized.
