I've been a client with Curaleaf on International Speedway in Daytona since September 2019. They have excellent knowledge, are patient and helpful with questions. Always very friendly staff. Very clean and bright atmosphere. There was a period of time that flower was difficult to get but after checking with other dispensaries they too were out. Curaleaf offers a wide selection of products and every associate knows what they are talking about. Highly recommended.
I received my medical card last month, I had no existing knowledge or practice of any cannabis products and their applications medicinally. Even as a difficult and brand-new customer, the employees at Curaleaf were very polite and informative. This storefront is in a safe area and is very clean and welcoming. They accommodated a guest that came with no issue. Every single product that I have tried from Curaleaf has been amazing. (Hypnos Zero vape pen) (99Problems flower), (2 Cartridges misc CBD/THC)
Easy and purer product that cost reasonable , however, this is a higher end market the low grades here would still be premiums at other shops
I'm telling the truth...this is THE WORST dispensary. I understand lines a00nd waiting your turn, but not moving from one spot for over 30 minutes and not getting in the building for over an hour, is ridiculous. I've been here twice and even if there are very few in line.....it will still take well over an hour. Then I asked them what ta0kes so long, and they blamed customers for their poor setup that creates long wait times. Dont mess with this place.
Awesome customer support. Very friendly . Very clean. Informed staff.would highly recommend to anyone. Great discounts too.
Me and my boyfriend were excited to try this place out as we normally go to MINT, and it was the WORST. The staff there literally looked at us and didn't even acknowledge US. No hi, what can I help you guys with NOTHING. We stood there and tried to get their attention and still NOTHING. Just ridiculous. Will never go there again, happy I didn't spend any money there. They need to hire better staff.
I am always taken care of quickly and oder is always correct and the quality for the price is great. I will definitely be back thanks again!
Love, the staff and service! Clean and very safe. the bud tenders like Amanda V and Tamara are Amazing with knowledge and service! A must visit!
The prices are decent and they frequently have bogo on a variety of items like vapen and haze and main which are the strongest edibles to buy for the price. They also have deals on venom wax that makes it $10/gram. That is absolutely the cheapest possible wax you can buy anywhere. Some places also have bogo where the venom is $10/g but this place has it most frequently. The loyalty points system is a nice bonus that some stores are doing away from. Curaleaf used to give you a free 500mg cartridge when you spent something over $120 but they don't do that any longer. Unfortunately with the virus, I generally have to wait about 15-20 minutes outside and that's even on off times. It's never been less than five minutes since the virus came. That's just the waiting outside. Then you go inside and wait a little while they find your order. Then the worst part happens.... the stickering. It's not curaleaf a fault, it's the laws but it takes these poor people five minutes or more putting on all these stupid stickers onto each item. And each sticker has to match the correct item. When you buy forty items, it takes a long time. I will say that absolutely everyone I come in contact with at the store is incredibly up beat and happy. They are always so sweet and everyone there is very good looking. It is Arizona after all but it's very nice. This is definitely one of my favorite places because of the sales.
Love this place great staff and prices however one of the budtenders is...strange to say in the least. So about a month ago I came in with my service animal, which nobody made a fuss about but this bud tender (I think his name was either Tj or thomas I honestly can't remember) but anyways he was looking at my dog like it was a piece of meat. He might as well fucking catcalled my dog, I almost wanted to tell him to take a picture cuz it would last him longer. It was the strangest thing but it was like he was looking at a street walker or something. I literally had to tell him to keep his eyes to himself. Anyways great weed and great prices but beware of this dude he's gonna sexually harass your dog
No way that Curaleaf is the "best place around" as one reviewer states. When they first opened they were great, but in the last 6 months they are probably the worst around this area! Why? They hardly ever have flower products and when they do, they run out in a day, and to top it off, they run out of vapes constantly. They have way too many employees and management is lackadaisical and unconcerned. Apparently they like to flirt more than work. At this rate, they will be down to one star soon. Also they now have 100 times the accessories than plant products, waste of time and money. For now if in the area I suggest you check Growhealthy or VidaCann before buying here.
Love it. The staff is friendly and the products are awesome. Definitely one of my favorite dispensaries!
Please open a Trulieve and show these people how it's done ! No one beats Trulieve in Customer Service, Quality or price for what you get!
I was out In Daytona last week and wanted to check out what was in the area.. I ended up at Curaleaf and let me tell you the customer service was amazing! Shawn was there to get me all set up with a welcome packet and directed me to wait for my specialist. My appointment with Tyler went so smooth, he helped me with getting me what I need plus some, he had amazing knowledge that made me want to explore my options which I did!! Thank you team Curaleaf Daytona for be the best out there!!! The product there is very good!! Very impressed!!
Lame ass dispensary Terrible customer service Not to mention the wait Jesus Christ this location is terrible
Matthew at Curaleaf Bell was patient and friendly; I didn't feel rushed. I couldn't find my wallet, so he walked me out to my car so I could check for it there. When I couldn't find it, he said he'd hold on to my order and wait for me to come back.I'm giving them four stars instead of five because there have been several times where the budtenders seemed to impatient and in a rush (kind of like the QT experience).
Convenient "little" dispensary offering both Medical and Recreational Marijuana. Best times to visit, morning to mid afternoon. It tends to get very busy after 3pm to close. Restock is noon and products range from edibles to flowers and carts. Medical patients receive 20% discounts while recreational users have a larger allotment. Prices are decent and flower is good. Lines get long and it's better to pre order online, but medical patients get priority and skip the wait. Knowledgeable staff will recommend proper doses and strains per your requirement.
When are you going to stop stealing customers change. ???? Stop pretending there's a coin shortage. It's pretty devious and underhanded to steal from your clients that need their medicine. Not one grocery store has a problem with giving change or fast food restaurant but yet this dispensary can't seem to find change to give. HEALTH FOR LIFE DOES NOT ROUND UP TO THE DOLLAR. STOP STEALING OUR MONEY
Single handedly the worst customer service ive ever received. For one the they that helped me was a complete idiot, they literally forgot we were in 2021. These people are HIGH AS S#IT. @ curaleaf Help this sorry ass store. The wait was okay, i mean its busy i get it. Product were okay. Employees though, bro LMFAO. They were not that cute to be acting like that
This place charges WAY too much for the crap selection of products. From the Union busting happening in other curaleafs, to poor management, I recommend people shop elsewhere for quality cannabis. The woman manager is extremely rude.
Made an online order and their webpage generates an apparent false total. Order was stated for $78 and got there and new total is $140. They advise that it was a website error and the only way to get order for the online total was to change/lower the amount of product being order. Love this place but the management handling on this was not professional.
It's been a while since I've been here, but it's decent. They are a bit boutique in terms of product and prices. Either way, a great experience for most people. I think what could be better is a way to transact without cash. I'd be open to using a modern solution like Hypur for secure and affordable handling. Also, more emphasis on recommending the right product could go a long way. Not all customers buy pounds of weed at a time and could be neat to offer a sampler package.
Called to see if the 110 was going for baseline today and manager did not call back called again to see if it was listed baseline for 70 . So the phone person says yes it is. Now Lawrence the high manager says who did you talk to im not going to sell you a 110 half oz for 70. This guy is an embaressment to customer service in general. Hire better workers this was a complete waiste of time and I have med issues that wont be cared for thanks to this greedy man. And the lady manager too was talking mad crap about the dude buying weed in front of me as soon as he left.
I was visiting my parents the other night and they had an old episode of 'Dragnet' on the TV. Jack Webb who played the main role of Sgt. Joe Friday was interrogating a young man and Sgt. Friday asks him, Are you on that hippie lettuce? " I do not partake in the 'hippie lettuce, but I am interested in learning more about CBD, THC and all things leafy. I had a chance to learn more about the 420 when I was in Arizona recently. There are dispensaries but how do you know which one to go to or which one is right for you? I relied heavily on Yelp and a couple of other sites which won't be mentioned in this review, and I decided to visit the Curaleaf on Bell in Phoenix. The building is a very non-descript tan with one entrance off to the side. One the day that I visited there was no line outside and I didn't feel like my life was in danger. I opened the door and there's a waiting lobby. You will be asked to show your ID and the reason for your visit. Clearly, I am of age, and I was honest to say I was curious and did not have a medical card. After about 5-10 minutes an attendant opened a door, and I was ushered into a regular storefront with customers and employees. Going through that door was a little like Harry Potter going through Platform 9 3/4 Once on the other side, I felt like I was in another world. A 420 friendly Diagon Alley. Instead of Madam Malkin's Robes for all occasions, there's a section for gummies and in lieu of Florean Fortescue's Ice Cream Parlour, there's a cheerful young employee who can help with creams. There's absolutely no judging here. It makes no difference if you are 420 friendly or not. The team was super friendly and helpful especially since I had questions. PRO TIP - If you pay with a card, the amount will be rounded up and cash will be given as the difference. The cream that I did get works wonders and I wouldn't been able to have it if it wasn't for the team at CuraLeaf. It is worth every penny. PRO TIP 2 - If you are visiting and traveling back to non-friendly 420 state, leave your products in their bag with the receipt and keep it in your checked bag. If you feel inclined to inform the ticket counter person for your airline, you can but checked bag is the way to go. NOTE: TSA says carry-on bags allow CBD / THC but there are special instructions needed. I would not risk it. Keep it in the checked bag and out of the hands of the TSA agents at screening.
Very nice dispensary. The lady who helped us was so nice. She spent all the time she needed to make sure we were taken care of. They had quite the selection of products hanging on all their walls. Very neat and organized.
The staff is not just polite but genuinely happy to see me. I’m not sure about you but that makes my day... medicine to go along with medicine.
Medical care has fallen sharply since the addition of recreational consumers. Been sent home the last three nights an hour before they close without medication as they continue to take recreational visitors. Good product but if you need a wellness center instead of retail pot shop and some decent medical service look else where. Been around the shop since it was swell pharmacy and I have never been treated like this once.
Staff is always friendly including security. Point system is bomb. Awesome prices. Wish I could work there, seems like a fun environment with good management.
It's busy but they get you in and out
