This is my 2nd time there and I have made the decision to make this my new dispensary! The staff is very nice, great deals, and looks like lots of choices. I will be back, you have a new customer for sure!!!

Absolutely dog water. No advertising for recreational after 12pm. Wasted my time for mid shelf over priced tree

I love this location. It is clean and always has great deals. Yesterday I went in and my budtender Jonathan was great. I do not wear a mask because of anxiety and this was my first time not wearing into this location. I felt comfortable because others were also not wearing their masks. I don't care if people want to wear masks but I also don't believe I should be treated differently because I chose not to. He was wearing a mask but we talked about it and I found out another person complained about him the other day because of him previously not having a mask on. That should never be the reason for a negative complaint. We all have the right to wear or not wear a mask. If you don't like it you can go somewhere else. Don't mess with a persons job because they make a different choice than you. Jonathan was great just like every other budtender I have dealt with at this location. Thank you for being such a great dispensary with awesome deals and an amazing staff!!!!

The quality of most the flower is poor from the 20$ specials to the more high priced fancy glass jar bud it's high price mid range greens, once more dispensaries open in north phx they'll have to improve quality and service or get swept under!

Two things that I despise are overpaying and low quality bud. This place has neither and is the best dispensary I've been to not just in AZ, but also in CA, NV, and CO. They offer unbelievable pricing on the best items. I will never visit another dispensary again.

My favorite place to go in the valley! Everyone is super informative, welcoming and not at all off putting.Go!! You'll be high and happy you did it.

More than once I've had a bad experience here.First, when I asked about recreational special offers, they person helping me said they didn't have any. Yet when I veered off from where they want you standing I found a sheet with the recreational deals..Second, they don't make you feel welcomed or  that they actually want to help you, it's a one word response and they let you know after you picked your product and ready to check out that they have extra fees. Third, don't even think about changing your mind or adding more to your order last second before checkout, they will tell you that you have to wait in line again and it can't be added. Good flower, nothing special and everything besides flower and edibles is hidden from you. Curaleaf or Arizona Natural selections will treat you like a wanted customer, way more selection too.

Great dispensary, quick service as a medical patient. Good weed with honest prices. I pass by a few other dispensaries to come to this one!

Herbal Wellness Center North is the fourth dispensary I've visited here in the valley and the only one I would return to. Clean, chill staff and a common sense layout/process that makes it easy to move around and get people through efficiently.

They changed their wait times to favor med patients however these dispensaries are not benefiting the community by offering 2001 prices for marijuana. Hardly any deals for rec patients and young staff who must be family cuz they dont know good weed from good backyard grass.

I officially went into the wellness center and it was totally  awesome way better then I expected I looked on the menu today and I see they have the same awesome deals  So looking to seeing yall when I get off...

Went in and bought two tru infusion carts and one vapen. After consuming my two tru infusions I opened up the vapen package just to find out it is empty inside. Completely sealed and it's empty inside no cart. I always buy their $16 half grams but not anymore. Careful here , everything you buy check before you leave store.

Love the location because it's easy to get to and it's convenient to my drive home. But, the service is really the reason I prefer shopping here. Staff is always super helpful with suggestions! The product is always great quality and I will continue to visit Herbal Wellness in the future!!

One of my favorite locations for medicinal needs. They have great deals for medical and recreational patients. They carry a large selection of great brands from Vapen to TruInfusion to Item9 Labs. I love how medical patients can order online, you will get a text message once the order is ready, I'm usually out within 10 to 15 minutes at the most. The front staff, the security guards, and the bud tenders are super nice. Extremely fast and efficient service!

Best place in town for your meds you must check them out the staff is wonderful will set you up with the best deal for your buck

The place looks amazing very clean and organized. They are following all health regulations so you feel safe to shop there. Always affordable and great quality definitely one of the top dispensaries in Arizona.

My new go to dispensary. It has a very clean sterile almost hospital like feel, which I like when shopping for my meds. Staff is very knowledgeable about the products they are selling. The concentrate prices are fantastic.

This is a great hidden gem!! Wide selection of flower, cartridges and they have more than I need in products. Bud tenders could be a bit more helpful but if you can navigate the menu your good. Can always go back!!

Finally a north phoenix dispensery doing it right. Friendly & patient staff, reasonable prices, and selection is fantastic. They were extremely busy when i went in but still took the time and moved along reasonably fast. Well done folks...

Best place my cartridge wasn’t working properly they really helped me out. They didn’t have to, best customer service,loyal customer.
