BE CAUTIOUS WHEN ORDERING FROM BLOOM. This company does an AWFUL job at displaying deals that people are eligible for. They put in size 3 font at the very bottom of their page that deals are ONLY FOR MEDICAL patients. Bloom stop trying to get people in your doors with terrible marketing. You are literally the only dispensary in Phoenix that does this shady move. Put on your website or deals page at the top that deals are ONLY FOR MEDICAL. I'm sure lots of people cancel bc of this move.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING ONLINE HERE AT ALL . You will literally be in line for more then 45 mins because they have Rec and medical onlines order in one line . Literally a walk in will show up after you and leave before you . Meanwhile your the one with an online express order . Nothing is express about this place at all and I'm absolutely upset that each time I've had a online order I've had wait in a line for 45 mins to an hour just to get my order .
Did an online order and they forgot one of my pre rolls. I called, and called and when they finally answered and there was a bad connection and had a hard time hearing the guy so he just hung up. Called and called again and finally got a hold of an arianna who said I can go back tonight to go pick up my pre roll, told her I couldn't go back tonight if I can go in another day, so she transferred me to her manager Sierra, explained to Sierra what I had already explained to the bad connection guy and arianna and she told me I needed to go pick it up tonight, told her I couldn't that if I can go in another day because I didn't want to drive all the way back and she said No that I needed to go in "allowed time frame" lol WTF?! I guess and to top it off she was pretty rude and didn't even apologize. I told her YOU guys messed up my order and I have to make it by tonight or tomorrow? She said she was willing to make it right by giving me my pre roll LMFAO THE PRE ROLL I PAID FOR THAT THEY FORGOT! I can't with this girl lol but anyways after bickering with her and her telling me she was making it right multiple times by giving me my free pre roll which I had to correct her that it WAS NOT FREE, I PAID FOR IT BUT DIDNT GET IT she ended up offering me 5% off my next order for the inconvenience and a "free pre roll" I just need to make it by tomorrow before 10pm!!!
Really disappointed in this place. I've been going here since Arizona got recreational and I joined there VIP list. Every dollar you spend is 1 point. I had 577 points and were saving up for the gifts they had. I log on my account one day and all my points are gone. I've sent two emails and I haven't heard anything. Big ripoff.
I used to come here every Monday for the spend a $100 & get a free eighth, but lately, it's been a waste of my time. I drive 40 minutes to bloom, and 40 minutes back just to be told they are out of the ounces. Sometimes when the guys take me to the back, they are no help. They just stand there & wait for you to pick what you want. All quiet. No guidance whatsoever. & they always look ripped. If you can't do your job while being hella high, then why even bother coming to work? Why smoke when you can't handle it? The weed here is a hit or miss. Sometimes it can be so dense & flavorful, and other times, it's wack & turns straight into dust. There is never a real consistency. Not with the weed & especially with the service. Courtney is probably one of the only few who really knows her shit & helps you out, from going into depth in strains, to making you feel comfortable in what you are purchasing. You're awesome. Would I recommend it? Sure. I come here often enough, but like I said it's a hit or miss.
Bloom is fantastic. The prices are low and the products are great. The dispensary is clean and socially distanced I fully recommend Bloom.
As far as dispensaries go, Bloom is by far the best in terms of pricing, and quality of flower. I have been to many other places in Phoenix and Scottsdale, but I keep going back to Bloom! I live in North Scottsdale, but I makes the trek down there and pass by like 5 other dispensaries because it really is worth it! The people that work there are super nice too!
I loved you Bloom -- long waits and all, but you are price gouging and totally taking advantage of the recreational demand. A package that used to cost $54.30 now costs $116.64. It makes absolutely zero sense and is a crime in my opinion. You should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves. I used to promote your dispensary and encouraged everyone to go there and I will now be doing the exact opposite. Here's the hoping you can have an ethical turnaround because right now you have lost a customer for life.
Last two times I placed an online order here I show up and their computer systems are down. And there's about 20 people waiting in line getting turned away. Not sure exactly what's going on but they definitely need to get it fixed
Oh my gosh. Stellar product but I found my new home base dispensary. Faith helped me and her whole aura was amazing. She was soo kind but honest and very helpful! I highly recommend this place and I'm critical.
I always give everyone a chance, despite the negative comments on Yelp that I have been seeing I decided to give this dispensary a chance when I came today on May 1,I was met with hostility by the security guard. I will never go back to this place again. And anyone that reads this be aware only coming to a place to spend your hard Earned money only to be treated with rudeness. dont watse your money! try oasis North at least they have customer service and are friendly. An FYI they match you Flower up to a quarter.

Literally everyday they have the same strainEMERALD JACKAND ITS GARBAGE. Maybe try a dif dispo cause ya he only positive to blooms flower is that they actually flush with water for last 2 weeks so you don't get nutrient taste?!But if it's emerald jack don't go!!!Overstock old buds
Just picked up a $99 ounce and I'm very disappointed with the quality. Flower was not properly cured at all. It all sticks together as one giant clump in the bag. Smells like lawn clippings and just gunked up my grinder because of how wet it is. After this experience and reading many reviews of false advertising, I no longer have great confidence in this dispensary.
Small no frills location. The neighborhood is not the best but close to the highway so popping in and out is a breeze. There is something to be said about the quality of the flower. Firstly I've tried about 7 - 10 different strains and what I've noticed is that bloom puts out mostly drier herb. I also noticed that the herb wouldn't have a good aroma either. I do believe bloom needs to do a better job flushing and curing their medicine. It's 25 $ an 8th no matter what you get so for that you get 2 stars.

So I went in last night not realizing that it was like 9:50pm already, just before closing time.What I'm writing about was how the young girl budtender that helped me was absolutely fantastic.The main point of this is that was wasn't hurrying me, she didn't sigh and look at the time, she's didn't even blurt to me that it was closing hours, she stood there with a big smile on her face and enthusiasm in her demeanor.As a business owner, that's the people I look for in employees to represent my brand, great job on having employees like her, Bloom!
Worst customer service ever. They dont care about medical card patients. Never going back.
This place is blatantly disrespectful to my time. One valuable lesson I learned at a young age is that my time is more valuable than my money. No longer will I be giving either of those to Bloom Dispensary after my most recent poorly-handled visit. There are plenty of other dispensary's in the valley operating at high levels of efficiency while maintaining customer service. Bloom can do neither. I am on record in there system as showing up after 9:30pm for my online order almost every time. Today, with no warnings, I drive all the way in only to be turned away at the door at 9:47pm. I typically Come For the amazing prices and strains one of my most favorite was cornbread which I have not seen in a while yet have great rates on eights which is beneficial when I am not buying my ounces which is most common for me and the main reason I go to bloom

Today was the last day I visit this dispensary. I don't like the sarcastic vibe here. My order was up and they pronounced my name incorrectly, any person has the right to tell you the right way to say there name and, when I did I was given a sarcastic tone of voice in response. Also, the teller tried to discourage me from using my points. After seeing the keen customer service she gave to another person , it's obvious she was pre- judging me. I do not support this, I'll take my business elsewhere.
I love this dispensary. I've had pretty good interactions with the bud tenders and they always have great quality products at affordable prices which is really important. Definitely some place I recommend :)

Ok so this place WAS my favorite until today.If i can't use my phone for hipa laws that's fine but don't follow a well paying customer to see if I'm using my phone. The little smart mouth girl up front was mad cause i dismissed her when she told me not to use my phone. I ordered then proceed to go back to get my free eight she took me out of the system so i couldn't get it. I asked guys in back can i use my phone i was told yes while i sat an waited i was on my phone then called up to get my purchase After the ppl in back fixed my order she screwed up, she then came to the back to antagonize me about my phone at this point it's obvious she has an issue with me and I'd never recommend this place to anyone and i told them i wouldn't be back due to poor customer service. Then she goes and tell some dude he can't wait till he leave blah blah blah from another room loudly so i can hear her my thing is if u wanna y'all about me there will be a response from me so don't ever talk bad about a customer OUT LOUD cause we the reason you have that Lil desk job. I work for Apple and i feel i know customer service and what she has is an attitude. Simply could have said Hey with the hipa law sorry but u can't use your phone.. but no she was rude af and all the staff wasn't on one accord.The guys in back where very helpful and i actually would say that they where to me the very best since I've been there. Girl and guy in back kept me calm as i heard the big mouth girl up front y'all shit all cause a guy asked what happened. What really happened was i called her sweet stuff and she didn't like that lol. Past 3 times I have come in to purchase an ounce, they've told me that they are "sold out". My round trip from my house to Bloom takes an hour so I'm sure you can see my frustration. And customer service really never care about the situation, they just say come back later (as if my life revolves making drives to the dispensary). I usually go to MINT DISPENSARY or CURALEAF and decided to give bloom a try but due to their inconsistency I will be going back to the other dispos and I would recommend them to anyone looking for great service, and weed.

online deal said $25 for 14 grams of starfighter. ordered it. drive 45 min to pickup to be told no deal, no discount, can't do anything about their typos. told by manager "oh well"... very rude, false advertising and poor customer service. Will not be going back
I go here for the concentrates just as good as trumed maybe even better and hella lot cheaper. But there flower is wack got some granimals the other week and was dry as hell. If you guys sell dry flower atleast let the people look at it and not flash if for a second behind a window 6 ft away. It makes u guys look shady and doesn't help the cause. And the whole reason I got my card was to get trusted weed. If i wanted to get burnt I'd go back to a drug dealer. Cmon Bloom you have people who expect more from you stop selling dry ass weed
The gentlemen in the back where i picked up my meds, was extremely rude about their new policies. Instead of kindly explaing them, he insisted on forcing them on me. When i never was given a clear understanding in the first place. How disappointing that the older dark haired woman would actually condone this type of behavior. Overal, after checkin in twice with card and i.d, i was able to finally get my meds. I used to love this place. However, now i would reccomend this place to anyone. Go to desert rose on 7th ave to get an ounce for$74.
Lately the product has been pretty scarce. Almost no selection. I went 2 weeks ago and literally walk out cause they only had 4 strains available. Today I thought I'd go over and pick me up something. Leafly shows they only have about 8 strains available today and since it's late I'm sure they are probably out of most. I been going to Nature's medicine on McDowell and the 17. A little far but nice fresh product for about the same prices for the same bloom quality, they also have deli style service for a little extra.
With their online ordering it beats the lines! Friendly staff, well put together store. Large selection. Great prices!
Thank goodness for their pricing because their customer service and knowledge is the most lacking in the industry! The older woman that sits at the front desk is rude, contrite and a generally rude individual to have to encounter and then when you go back to see products it's like you're hanging out with a bunch of ignorant hoodlums. Great prices and product, but lousy customer service and education. Ugh!
They had $99 oz advertising but didnt have a y oz available. So I called back later said yes we have them stop in. Drove all the way there within 20 minutes a d they said they were out again manager said sorry I know its false advertising but we dont care. Were out. I would go somewhere else that actually has enough weed to sell oz's. Monica was the manager that said she didnt care.
Everyone here is awesome! The staff is efficient and kind! Diamond was very helpful today! I will continue to come to this dispensary, not only for their amazing products but because of their awesome staff!
I am so disappointed in Phoenix bloom. i put my order in online this morning and received my confirmation. I get to bloom this afternoon and of course it's packed it 4/20 day. Then I check in and first off they have lost my order even though I have a confirmation I show them. Then half the items on the list of what I ordered they do not even have. Then for the ones they do have that I ordered since I put my order in online and thought I was all good by the time I get there everything I had ordered is gone. Then I am told I have to reorder and wait and hour. Bloom used to be the best and I always recommended them. I will no longer recommend them, I will only go to get specials I cannot get anywhere else.Thanks bloom for ruining my 4/20 day you guys have just gotten so big you no longer care about customer service. Shame on you! I really hope others consider going elsewhere as bloom has become just like airlines... Too bad if you don't like the service but we all know what happened to airlines a ton went chapter 11. Arizona people you do have choices and you can choose not to give your money to bloom. Agree! I use to love them but they have really gotten to big it seems to care about customers. Their new online tool is AWFUL! And the front staff is AWFUL a bunch of rude individuals, I even had one girl tell me whatever when asking a question and then acted like I was the jerk. What customer service person speaks to you like that, can they please hire adults and not young self absolved rude kids! And go back to their roots, I NO longer recommend bloom

The guy that first took my card. Had a beard and glasses was the most rudest person I've met working in a despensory. The security guard was awesome man. This was on 6/28/17 at 930 pm. Very uncomfortable place to go to and as a customer made like I had to do them the favor. This is not a good way of treating clients who pay your check.You have lost a customer here.
I'm doing this review on behalf of my wife who has been a regular there for quite some time. After hearing her story this morning I thought I needed to .Every Sunday, first thing in the morning, she makes the journey to get there before they open to makes sure she is in line to get the product that is limited in number. There was only 4 of this particular product she wanted today. What happened was she got skipped in line by two people. They are supposed to monitor & keep track of the order people as they take your card. They do not know how to do that here. One girl that was behind my wife got called before here as well as a guy who went into the back area. By the time she could bring this to their attention the product she wanted was gone because of the two customers that got to go before her, but we're NOT in line before her. Evidently, Bloom doesn't pride itself it customer retention or service.When she stated her case they did nothing to fix the situation. Nobody stopped to try & sort the problem out or even to offer an apology or offer some sort of discount, offer to hold some next time they have it or act in any way sympathetic. Don't these people realize the customers are there for medication to help them with ailments including anxiety & stress? Well, they induced a boat load of anxiety & stress on my wife! Sounds to me they need to do some customer service training & act like a medical facility instead of a head shop!

Had no problems with the product itself, but the service there sucks big time. One time they tried tricking me my vape batter doesn't work anymore, yet after a quick test it worked perfect and works till now- 3 months after. Besides that, they had a Christmas special on Christmas eve and both Leafly and Google said they close at 10 pm; the usual. Got there and it was closed. The other day I went in and asked very nicely and calmly for them to give me that holiday discount since I came all the way when it was closed, and since I have been truly a loyal customer there and spent probably upwards of a few thousands there. Not mad at not getting the discount, but the managers reply to my statements were ridiculous and will sound ridiculous to anyone who knows how a business in the United States works, especially when it comes to customer service. I'll take my business elsewhere, any place that has good bud for the good price :)

The staff was certainly helpful and very nice. There was a crackhead gentleman inside when we got there. He was quite disturbed that they wouldn't sell to him due to his lack of med card...how did he get in there in the first place? No security at all, we felt very uncomfortable. We finally go back, get our order in and that's when they tell us it's cash only. Very strange but ok...but the one atm is down and the other one wouldn't dispense enough cash. We got the feeling we were getting ripped off and left. I'll pass on this place. And the crackhead gentleman was outside when we left, still disturbed and making a scene. Didn't feel safe at all, good thing I always ignore the "no firearms" signs.
My friends only go to bloom. Biggest variety of flower and in and out service! Dont get harassed for over priced meds anymore

Bloom used to be good-actually it used to be GREAT. BUT, I noticed that the quality of the product has decreased quite a bit in the last year or so, but they dropped the prices to rock bottom-so that makes up for it.HOWEVER, The professionalism and appearance of the staff has declined as well.Perhaps the MMJ business thinks that customers aren't worth any effort at all? Or perhaps brick and mortar stores in our new "everything is online" world just had forgotten how to treat CUSTOMERS? Regardless, I am a middle class, middle aged person, who is a legitimate card holder-I have several painful and permanent issues. Therefore, I'm NOT going to put up with absolutely abominable customer service. Bloom is not doing me any favors by selling me "weed."So, I've been spending a bit more and going to other dispensaries.However, last weekend, they sent me a text offering an amazingly good deal. Since I live almost an hour away, I preordered online, and that's where they committed an EPIC FAIL.They checked me in, checked my order, and gave me the "everything is okay."I went and sat down. And sat, and sat, and sat. Others who came in after me got served, even people that hadn't pre-ordered. Just as I was getting cranky, they called me up. And part of my order was "out of stock"Then why offer it for sale online? Why approve my order and have me drive 42 minutes ONE WAY only to have me get there and be shorted?So, the counter chick wants to know if I want to buy anything else, but there's no menu up there, no way to decide what to substitute. So I said something like, okay, what? do you have the menu? Counter chick didn't seem to understand me when I said that, and finally went to go get the manager that I had been asking for.It gets WORSE. The manager, (Really? He looked homeless) Eric Reyes, called security to have me removed from the dispensary.The security guard was awesome. Polite, helpful, friendly, clean cut...the "manager" needed: A shave, a beard and mustache trim, a haircut, some new clothes, a shower, and a comprehensive listening class. Unbelievably bad online experience, absolutely laughable brick and mortar experience.Pay more, go to Tru Med, go to Harvest, go to Parc...but don't be sucked in by cheap medication-you get what you pay for.If you don't believe me, read all the reviews from about June 2017 until now.
Bloom is amazing! Sure it's like dennys in the sense, no big surprises. But the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Most importantly nonjudgmental. I was in recently and I thought I was overcharged. They agreed to look at the cameras but also said they were certain I received correct change. I feel if this ever happens again they'll do what's right. This goes to show why Bloom is a true medical facility!Thanks girls!
Bloom in Phoenix is my #1 dispensary. Conveniently located next to the 44th & Washington LTRL stop, its easy to reach for those on public trans. They all always have $6 grams on sale which I've never been disappointed with. You can order up front without having to go in back if you're in hurry but you always have to option to go in back and check out the flower and other products at your lesiure, you can also order ahead from Leafly. FTP deal is half off an eighth.

Wow, pretty desperate of Bloom to charge 1/2 what everyone charges. Way to ruin the industry. Instead of charging less, how about you get better product & charge the same. It a shame you feel the need to undercut everyone.
I really like this place they have good prices but I went in one day and was missing something from my order. I live 40 minutes away so I called and wasn't able to speak with anyone, and the recording gives the wrong email for the manager which is very frustrating. I had to get in contact with Tucson to reach someone. I'm still waiting to hear back but besides this incident I love the prices and they have great products!
I only come here for their sales. Even then I dread coming here. The people behind the cabinet are slow beyond slow. And when people ask oh what's the best indica. Did it's weed just pick what you want and move on. I swear they take ten to fifteen mins with each person. Then you have to wait even longer for your medicine. the ONLY reason i would even think about buying their expensive concentrate i because you get what you see, matching color no surprises
I'm rather pissed off that toward the end of last year their "system crashed". When it happened, supposedly all of our reward points went missing. At first they said the points would be restored by the middle of Feb, then the end of Feb, then the middle of March. Needless to say, I still don't have my points back. I had enough points for a $100 credit. I guess I'll never be getting my points back. So unfortunate that customers are being treated like this. I spend about 250 a week at this dispensary, but I think it's time to take my business elsewhere.

I've been going to this dispensary for many years I have spent $10,000 within the last two years. I had to go late at night after my daughter's volleyball practice a couple weeks ago and I didn't want to leave her in the car because it was so late. I have also taken my two-year-old and my nine-year-old in with me before so I didn't believe there be an issue. When I went into order my daughter walked with me there wasn't that many people so I went to the counter and handed her my cards. She asked my daughter for a card I let her know that she was my daughter and that she was underage and then attendant said well she can't be standing at the counter and I was like OK do you want her to sit down and she was like yes because if she's at the counter I could kick her out. I said I didn't know if there was any issue and she said yes we have weed up here and she cannot be at the front counter where you turn in your cards I said OK that's fine after I got my cards I told my daughter to follow me but then I stopped her I turned around and asked the lady at the counter is she allowed to go in the back where I pay the lady said yes. I thought this was weird because where I pay is where the weed is behind the doors where your show the weed is where more weed is I've never seen any marijuana where you turn in your medical marijuana cards. I felt in barest I didn't like that there was such an issue when I had my kid with me. I live20 minutes away there are other dispensaries I can go to but I love going here and today will be my first time going to another Dispensary in years when normally I go every Thursday or every other Thursday.
Very disappointed with my last visit to this dispensary yesterday, I had ordered my medication online then proceeded down to the dispensary, I went through their check in and Verification that my medication was being filled and and ready for pick by me, then I waited nearly 20 minutes in a very crowded waiting aera(standing room 0nly) to get to the medication pick up window, just to be told that they were out of my medication, this is the second time this is happened to me at this dispensary. I am very disappointed in this dispensary and doubt that I will ever return.
Their cbd strain: cannatsu is amazing it works very well. The reason I give 3 stars is because they have a very weird environment. There's a long process to get your order I was waiting for over an hour.. I like the stores that take you back personally and sell to you right there. Plus the staff needs to be more knowledgable. And shout out to the blonde lady with the raspy voice she's a total fucking prude.

On our most recent visit, we left slightly disappointed. We drove a decent distance out of our way to purchase a certain product which we did. My issue is with the person working behind the counter, she wasn't pleasant to deal with. I will be back through as I feel it was just an off day.
This place is awful and doesn't care to help you out. Esmeralda is the worst person you could put in the front. She doesn't care to help at all. I asked her if she could tell me how much I had available and she said a couple grams and I asked if that was an 8th and she said I would have to wait till they helped 7 people in front of me. Why would I wait to have you help 7 people then you tell me I can only get a gram and walk out?! This place should one be a LAST resort go somewhere else where they care to help you like Swell.
For a first time medical user, it can be easily intimated to go into a dispensary when you might not know all the knowledge like others seem to know. This was my second time ever going into a dispensary, my first time at a whole other location was very unpleasant. so I decided to try Bloom. First it's important to note that reviews of AZ dispensaries will generally be artificially inflated because most have a policy of giving freebies to patients who write positive, verified reviews. Bloom is no exception.The truth about Bloom is that it has the feel of a business run by high school students. It's generally disorganized and customer service problems and log-jams are common, even though they've never really been that busy any time I've been in there. Even worse, in late summer 2015 I found a chunk of hardened potting soil in a bag of Bloom's product, and it was supposed to have been hydroponically grown--I guess NOT! Needless to say I don't go to Bloom any longer. Urban Greenhouse on W Indian School is a better bet for discount products.

Good selection, prices and the staff is nice. My only complaint is this "Thursdays one oz deal" The daily sales text gets sent out by 9 am. I showed up at 10 am to find all 3 top strains sold out?? after 2 hours when they don't close till 10 at night. Happens every week not just one or two times. My customer feedback is, lets only include in the sales the stocked up strains and if you want to sell a few limited ones list them in store only. Maybe people wouldn't rush to get something they want just to find its been sold out since the store opened for the day.
The happiest place on earth is what me and my bestie call this place I love how regulars/veteran smokers can do an express check out. They also have great discounts and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
I'm a fan of this place because of the light rail convenience and the low prices.That's the only way I can fairly judge this place because it is by the airport (bad/weird location) so location is pretty central to everything else, but we are in Phoenix, AZ so you need a car to get around right? Which is even better for patients because you don't need a car, if you ride the light rail.The prices are good and first time customers get a 50% discount. They have good deals everyday for everyone, I like Mondays for shake day, made lots of joints for the week. They are not the best at customer service but the prices and product make up for service. This place I would say is the store I always go to to get what I need, a one stop shop for your medical needs.
Bloom was the first dispensary I ever went to after receiving my medical card. And it all felt like a dream. I couldn't believe this was all real. I went to bloom shortly after they first opened so it was very different from what its like now. But even though they have made some cosmetic changes, the main (important) details have always stayed the same. The meds are top notch. And the cheapest I have found. They always have all the information about all their strains avaliable for you, right on the information cards for you to see (including THC percentage, CBD percentage, sativa, indica, what its best used for, etc....) And the staff is always so friendly. They always seem happy to see whoever walks in. I like that you can order online, walk in and do an express order or you can go to the back and take a look at all the goodies they have. The only issue I have ever had at bloom is sometimes I will get all checked in, and then people will continue to be called except for me. I always ask the front desk what is going on and they say I have not been checked in. This has happened a few times now, but they are always quick to rectify the situation. Bloom has deals every day of the week, and they do get very busy. I'm telling you this place is worth checking out. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is that almost every time I go there is only 1 person working in the back room, even though there are 3 counters. I don't know if this is due to privacy or if there just aren't enough people to cover the busy times but even that being said. If it is going to slow you always have the option to do an express order.Knowledgeable friendly staff and A++ meds.(Also they are open 8am-10pm)
Not the place for patients who suffer and are being treated social anxiety. It's busy all the time because of the simple fact they have amazing meds for a great price,errday. Early morning is the best!
So far in my short time of having my medical card Bloom has been great. Pricing is better than a couple other places I've been and they have a large ever changing and adding variety of options. Friendly employees and the option to order online and pick up is awesome. Will continue to frequent here.

I can't believe these guys only have a 3.5 rating. I read about these guys on Leaf Fly and being that I live and breath medical alternatives, I had to check them out.Just got back to Colorado from Arizona last week. When I was there I visited the Bloom Dispenary and let me tell you, these guys are the best place to get edibles.A lot of clubs exist in the world that claim to have the best product but these guys take the cake with their selection and medicinal values.The staff are very nice and knowledgeable too.Have you ever been to a dispensary where when you walked in you felt like you had to hide something or be quick because of a possible shake down that occur at any minute? Maybe it's just my paranoia but I never once felt that way at Bloom. There's a certain sense of pride and comfort that you feel when you go there.I recommend that if anyone wants a vast selection of edibles with a high medicinal value, you gotta check these guys out.
very poor customer service this place has gone way down-hill. They used to care about the customers but now it's just cattle being prodded look out for the cars still running with the little kids playing in it since they dont allow children in anymore.....outdoor weed at its best 2 stars
its because you have to purchase something just to get a preroll for your birthday and people sometimes doesn't have money and that's will sad how this dispensary Blooms is that's why i don't go there to get no weed because i found a few other dispensary that do honor birthday's without a purchase. My review would probably be higher, but things have changed with Blood recently. My roommate and I have been going to Bloom for roughly 6 months when recently they decided to change there policy on discounts. We are both Veterans and really enjoyed the exception medicine along with quality prices and atmosphere. Price jumped dramatically, these guys used to be my go to but with there current prices, I might as well go to higher end dispensaries. Sorry Bloom.
Okay, so its NOT hard to get a great review from me if you are selling me top notch meds for the same price that the other dispensaries are selling shwag... Yes I'm a snob, but its for good reason. I know the benefits to different strains and I shop for specifics. These guys have what I'm looking for. At least they have the three times I have been here. So you walk in and there is a super cool and friendly greeter who will direct you in the process(if you're a first timer). This dispensary operates differently that the others I've been to, but that's okay. These people know what they have and what it does. This is important. Did I mention free pre-rolls with an 1/8th purchase. This is no pinner, either. How can you go wrong?!?!Only thing I wasn't CRAZY about was how they move you through the line... I sort of felt like I was waiting for a government paid doctor to see me. This is so minor that you forget about it by the time you return... Check out Bloom! Lab coats, really? I guess you need to look official when selling sugarleaf joints without any actual flowers in them. At some point, the excitement of getting a bunch of free stuff wears off, and you realize why they' re giving it away. Bloom has become the Walmart of dispensaries.

The place is very professional and the medicine is very quality but the wait time is annoying and hate the fact they let people just come in and skip u when they did not place there order online also all the new patiants go and know nothing so they spend a half hour back there shooting the shit with the employees and causes hour plus wait times. They should have some one that educated the new patients or something because once they stop doing ten dollar grams this month I will never go back with out last resort. The dos products are a rip off was told I would get 150 pulls where I really got maybe 30. Very misleading. The employes are nice when they want to be sometimes they can be rude so very mixed feelings about bloom after the price change won't be back

I have been a medical marijuana patient for over 5 years in the state of Arizona. I've also been loyal to this dispensary because the prices and convenience. Most people make complaints to obtain stuff for free. But in this case I have a complaint against a person from your staff. The Employee name is Sarah she's simply a SNOB. She almost feels insecure about herself. I'm not sure this is the kind of employee that you want to have in your front desk leading your Sales and Customer Service. I thought I will call this establishment to speak to a supervisor regarding this particular person but when I call I was only able to get a voicemail and said in order to speak to the supervisor you needed to send an email what happened to being able to just talk to somebody. For the most part my experience has been very pleasant with others in this place. Not ONE person will stop me from coming there but you get what I'm saying when you leave your hard-earned money there the last thing you want to do is deal with such person. People in general go there to somewhat get a relief not to deal with somebody that thinks they're better than others. That being said your prices are fair and your customer service from everyone else has been great. I hope as a leading dispensary you DO look beyond profit and you look to continue making this place a leader in the industry where people can feel comfortable coming in without having to deal with such person. If I could I could give a negative review I would, its ghetto and always packed here. That wasn't the final straw for me though, I liked the late night hours and the flower.. HOWEVER, I wasjust in there and saw a few CHILDREN running around. There was a baby not even a year old as well, when I asked the front desk about their policy on kids they said "yeah its just like Walgreens, anyone can come in" UGH NO! idiot, first off this is not Walgreens and not anyone can come in. The sign says ONLY MJ card holders are allowed in, I'm sure these 2, 3 and 8 months old don't have their card, Honestly I'm upset at the fact that I had to be uncomfortable buying my meds because some mothers are ratchet and cant understand the appropriate places for their kids. I'm a parent myself , but don't impose your babysitter problems on the rest of us and have your babies in the dispensary. Absolutely ridiculous and I will NEVER come back here again! Ratchet place!
I've been to a few dispensaries but Bloom is by far the best! This is my happiest place on earth. The front desk staff are amazing and the guys in the back are so knowledgeable. I definitely recommend Bloom. If you're on another side of town it's still worth the trip
First timer here. Card came in and I decided to go here to get my meds because I heard it was the best/biggest AND a friend of the hubby gave him a referal card. Not the closest to home but not a bad drive. The place looked a lot smaller than I expected. They also seemed to be doing a brisk business. Mostly men. I have panic disorder (why I medicate) and I got slightly rattled when I went in and it just seemed so business-like. I wanted to ask more questions and get more recommendations but because of my anxiety I was only able to get a couple of things and get out. I didn't feel like I could shop there which I NOW realize is not right; I could have shopped to my hearts content. I could have asked more questions. I could have acted somewhat ADULT but due to my angst I didn't. Maybe next time. The meds I did get were terrific and great quality. I might go back and shop more as the info on Leafly is good. However, as I said prior - it's not the most convenient dispensary. The staff were very pleasant.
The best dispensary in phoenix that I have been to thus far. Good prices. Excellent customer service. Taste buds edibles. Lots of specials. Happy hour (maybe no longer doing however). Always giving back to their customers. Great quality herb. Pre-packaged and air sealed. Thumbs up!!
This place used to be great and has changed for the worst. Do not let the low prices suck you in because the quality has changed a lot. You get what you pay for here. You will also be waiting 45 minutes for their junk because it is so poorly ran. I have been to other dispensaries that have low prices and way better quality. I also got there at 9:45pm today and the security guard said they stop taking people at 9:45PM. This has not happened before until recently and you also do not close at 10 if you stop taking people at 9:45. The security said that they supposedly locked him out as well. You can never get a hold of them when you try and call them and they aren't the most pleasant people to buy from. They don't even know anything about the product they are selling. If I ask about all of these new methods of using marijuana aside from buying flower, I expect them to know information about it. They also misplaced all of my points that I earned because you earn one point for every dollar you spend. I also left them a review to get a free pre roll as well and that was even a hassle to get. It wasn't even worth the time it takes to get your freebie there. Do not be fooled about the 5 star ratings either because they are probably people being nice as I was since you are getting a free pre roll in return. I changed my mind now after all 5 of my bad experiences. I do not know why it took me that many times to stop coming here. There are too many places to waste your time here.

The meds here are above average and the hours are perfect! Plus the staff is always friendly. Check this place out if you have not already.
Every experience I have with this dispensary is worse than the last, they let people come in and fill their 2 1/2 oz quotas on their good meds right when they come in, I waited for over a month, spoke with them daily, waiting for a specific strain. Called them the day it showed up on their menu but when I got there they had already "Sold Out", absolute BS the way they treat some customers.
Don't go here they are greedy and only in it for the money. No quality here and poor quality of staff what a waste.
This place is amazing. So professional. The staff are friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable. Prices are fair and actually cheaper than where I was going before, with lots of variety, including edibles. The only downside is the credit card fee. I'll be back for sure.

This place is fantastic...1st time i went flowers were top shelf, very fresh, super big crystals, good variety.... Definately better than Organix..slightly better pricing, and the place just has a better vibe going for them. Staff is very friendly and knowledgable. The last time i went they were running low on flowers, which is completely understandable, given the fact that they just opened. edit- went back again and they had a great selection. Very diverse and very asethetically pleasing to the eye. If your into high CBD full indicia strains they got u covered

Out of the four dispensaries I have been to in the valley, this one definitely offers the best value. The quality has always been steadily improving, while the fair prices have remained the same. Wait time is usually short, and they have an express lane/ online orders. I really enjoy my interactions with the staff; they are all professional and courteous. Looking forward to my future purchases from Bloom!

The experience I received was totally different. The main door was open by one of Bloom employee asking me how could he help me. He turned me over to the employee checking people in and setting up accounts. Very quickly I might add.Was checked in and then lead to the waiting room. Didn't have to wait very long,was asked into the dispensary. There the gentleman helping me knew about the strains available and what they also had from time to time. No pressure to order quickly. Asked several questions that were answered without problem or question.Once finishing my order went to the purchase and pick-up area. Again very quickThey go over the order with you advise cost and once again they were knowledgeable. Also found I could order online and the order would be read when I got there.You just go to the purchase, pick-up room and advise you ordered online.Order was ready and handled quickly. This is the way to get strains that selloutquickly. I order the night before and pick up when I"m ready. Bloom has earned my business.

I left a bad review after my last visit in june. They sent me a coupon for a free eighth for my birthday so I went back (its January now). I like that they gave me free meds which may be swaying my opinion....that being said....best meds I have gotten from them. Only reason I went back was because it was free but may go there in a pinch now.
As a first time patient, I was unsure what to expect before I arrived at Bloom. The building sits by itself near the sky train, and feels private, which is what I liked. The parking in the back was good, and the first time I arrived, they already knew I was at the door and had opened it for me. The gentleman (I assume security personell) was very nice, greeted me immediately with 'Welcome to Bloom, is this your first time here?'. Just that alone gave me the impression that this was a very comfortable environment. The young lady at the checkin was quick and thorough, pleasant, and informative on what to expect. The waiting room was clean, spacious, and nice. The smell was pleasant but hinted of medication they specialized in. After only a few minutes wait, I was called back by a dispensary agent to a display counter. They had samples of their product and information about each one, which is good for what symptom, etc. The staff was very nice and warm. The prices are indeed comparable to other dispensaries I've looked into. As far as the products themselves, this is why I rate it a 4 instead of a 5 star: While their product is top quality, the selection was limited to perhaps 5 strains, and the edibles were not diabetic-friendly, which I would have appreciated. The dispensary agent who was helping me was very nice about it though, and said he'd remember me as they were looking into making edibles that were sugar or gluten free. Overall I quite like this clinic, the staff is well informed, nice, professional, and they seem to care about their patients. I would recommend this particular dispensary to other patients.
I really like Blooms, have been going there since they first opened in Phoenix, its only 5 min. from where I live. Only once in the time I have been going there have they been out of the good stuff. They have a great on-line ordering system. It is much, much better this last month or so, since they have someone on it during business hours, If you see something on the list, order it then, you won't have the problem of them being out when you get there, and the process is quite quick, check in, then pickup and pay for your order, and out the door, about 5 to 10 min. max. I also like blooms, they know you by first name, they are very polite, and helpful in filling you order with input to the different selections. The only complaint is that they have to work under rules governed by the City of Phoenix, and are unable to provide products like WAX, other wise Blooms is GREAT, they have specials, and drawings ever week, so any med that is FREE, is even better. So again thank you BLOOMs for being there.
IMHO, Bloom Dispensary is centrally located in the East Valley and provides quality medicines in a professional environment. I found there is often little to no wait time. The staff is both knowledgeable and courteous. My compliments go out to them for not rushing anyone out the door and taking the time to answer one's questions!
iv come in 2 times and each time i came out with something free. i get top notch, and always get the new best. Bloom by far has never let me down. today im go a text with he next biggest sales thats why enjoy bloom so much.

I am disappointed that "Online Ordering" would take away from the Overall Value that Bloom represents. I am a 5 year Medical Card holder and I wait less than 10 minutes to get in front of a Bud Tender. I get my Ounce of Infinity which is $25 more than the base Cannabis. I have found that the base weed is dried out and if you step up to Infinity, the weed is in better condition. So, while I have had several incidents at Bloom over their discounts, the over all quality and price, is less than any other MMJ dispensary. I use to go to Curaleaf and Harvest, both advertised one thing and when you get there they were out of stock. I found Curaleaf and Harvest to be 20% more and often, advertise a "Deal" only to be sold out or out of stock, having to buy the regular priced weed. "Bait and Switch, Curaleaf and Harvest" and Bloom is still just the smallest price Meds in Phoenix. Remember since Recreational Law past, each of us can grow 6 plants, legally so if you want the best for less, grow it yourself at home. I like Bloom, going today. So, I have been to five dispensaries, at Bloom I get more for less. Thank you Bloom! Mark G Cooper
I've come here for the past three years and have had good experiences. The lines move relatively fast, the quality is good and there's usually at least a few strains that I might like at any given time. Nice and informative people. My main complaint (the same with most dispensaries) is that prices have gone way up. It's close by so that's helpful too. Sometimes the Leafly app is not synced with their inventory, like many places.. so check ahead of visiting.
Don't even bother , is this even marijuana ? Bought a 8th of the blue formula cookies thinking it was gonna be some fire, very disappointed
I think this is my first yelp review, but I've never experienced anything this personal or hurtful before. I opened a new cart I recently bought from bloom to find it's more than half empty! I understand most times cheaper carts aren't perfect, but this is deeply saddening to my stoner soul :,( I'm not even excited to open the others I bought...
Very disappointing customer service skills. People are very rude and angry! It's understandable if someone is having a bad day but do not take it out on your customers! We felt very uncomfortable, threatened, and unsafe. We will definitely spread the word to our friends not to visit this place.Not to mention when we first arrive security yell at us for no reason! This is not the way to do business customers should feel welcome and safe.
For my very first legal purchase, I somehow ended up at a dispensary that makes me feel like I'm back to closing deals in shady parking lots. Be forewarned, this is not a good area of town. And you should forgive them for that! The chain link fence topped with wire come with the territory. I will say however it does strike an ominous chord, one that says to me "you're gonna get the goods, but it's gonna suck" Be prepared to wait in line outside for quite some time. And you should forgive them for that! Everyone is insanely busy and you should understand. But also be prepared to wait in line inside, too? And it's not even a comfortable line. It's a man pacing back and forth a narrow hallway, urging you to stand against a wall In a manner not seen outside of jails and middle schools. You will not have as much space to yourself as you would prefer. Not fun. At some point you'll be commanded to place an order on a large, glitchy touch screen. The point of sale software isn't even formatted to fit the screen, so make sure you scroll around so that you don't miss out on products that pique your interest. Anyway, this acts as a preorder system, so that once you finally get to the long-awaited and mysterious room they already know what you want. Knowing how hard I was about to get reamed by the tax man, I went with their base level herb, one that promises to get the job done but doesn't have the bells and whistles of outlandish strain names and extra fancy packaging. It wasn't their best, but it wasn't bad. I would splurge on something more premium next time, but Bloom is a little light on variety.What I did really appreciate were the Edge brand vapes. I purchased the Blue Cookies variety and it was flavored but without tasting like straight up candy or something. I like. The buzz was pleasant as well. And for a 500mg cartridge, it was a very reasonable price. Overall I don't beef with the staff here, they've got a tough job and I hope they're making a lot of money. But between the bad location, cramped waiting spaces, sparse flower choices, and other annoyances I am running out of space to write about, I just don't see myself coming back. There are just too many places that look and feel and function nicer than this.
Can we ask her to shop someone else. Or do her research on what weed is at home. The line is out the door and this woman has been asking questions for over a half an hour. Seriously... what a joke. Wow!!! Just left empty handed. By the time I finally got to the register they are out of all pre rolls and there flower selection and prices suck. Like so horrible. This place sucks don't go here. Ugh.. I was hesitating to write a sore review because I truly love this place. The people are nice, prices are great and it’s comfortable. Unfortunately now with Rec, things have changed. I accept the change and am willing to work with it until the issue is consistent. The problem: Being a medical patient- ordering online, and then standing in line for almost an hour- while the walk-in lines for Rec and Medical are completely empty. It can’t make any sense to have online orders(should carry priority being “online”) yet that line is all the way in the parking lot.. I hope in the future this issue is addressed..
Bloom is the greatest dispensary. I heard through the grapevine TODAY (July 2021) that they’ll be implementing a much needed app to view and use your reward points for free stuff very soon. That’s huge!!
As someone who previously was a frequent patient at Bloom’s Tucson location, I am extremely disappointed in how things have changed over the years. I no longer have my med card because it is far too expensive, so today I went as a recreational buyer. I waited in line for about 30 minutes because their line system is completely disorganized. I asked (while I was still in line) if military discount was offered. Nobody knew. When I got to the counter, I was told that recreational buyers could not use military discount. I was counting on being able to get that discount as I had in the past, so I was a few dollars short. I do not have a debit card, so I could not pull out cash from the ATM. There are lots of signs on the wall saying they offer discounts for military, 1st responders, etc. and NONE of them say that it’s only for medical patients. Extremely disappointing. If you have served your country, go to Curaleaf instead. They offer a generous 20% discount to our military members.
Quick.service and great deals even though prices have changed a bit with legalization. I still get a pretty good deal here. Glad I still have my medical card because it seems as though service for medical parents takes precedence.
This place used to be great but not so much anymore. Their flower is not worth the price so don’t waste you’re time. The only good things that I have found on their menu is the gemz concentrates & the Haze and main chocolate bars. Hopefully bloom will get some better products in.
