Came in to buy some quality flower but instead of that I was sold & suggested the exact opposite of the kind of flower I was looking for. The their bud tender literally stated he had smoked this exact strain & that it didn't have a distinct smell I was trying to stay away from. With all that being said, I was still suggested a strain that I explained to the bud tender that I absolutely did not want. I'm also a very frequent customer & live close by but after this you guys have clearly lost a customer for sure!! Things are tight with Bills and all so I definitely didn't just have money to throw away because I'm not gonna be enjoying this flower at all. Not a good experience for me at all.

Had mold on my weed. Reached out to them AND terp paradise to no response. Molded weed can NOT be put on the consumer. It's not like you get to inspect the bud but they'll take the money. I put the word out that jars is on the no flight list. Go to PRC or Local joint instead. Way better customer service and NO MOLD!

Raise their prices weekly. Can buy 28 1 gram containers cheaper than buying 1 ounce!!They up my loyalty points required for freebies EVERY WEEK TOO.!Total rip off going to State to complain

Just flew in from Ca, where we have quality herb smoke. First stop from the airport was this place called JARS. The setup is awful, the flower is stress, the customer service is non existent. We spent 80.00 on these micro joints, the salesman made them sound like the strongest hardest hitting marijuana cigarettes in all of AZ. What a joke. I opened these things up and literally starting laughing. 80.00 for this? I said HELL NAW. I walk back into this clinic called JARS and ask to speak to the manager. Two salesmen told me I could exchange with a receipt. I go to grab the receipt. Ms manager comes out also with zero customer service skills and politely tells me to go f myself and enjoy their rabbit turn reefer bits. Stay the hell away from this place at all costs.

Sucks to leave a review like this because it's completely opposite from your guys firsts review Was very excited to show up to this location drove across towns because we seen they had some good opening deals Right when we got there we checked in then walked in right away was approach but a gentleman and we proceed to ask him question an asking him about the deals that are going on He had no clue on any deals he was not informative he didn't even seem like he didn't even want to work there I never had to walk into a facility and quickly walked out Only good thing about this place was when I called in yo complain the manager lady was a sweet hea

Been a fan since the opening. I enjoy the fact that it's one of the few places nearby that sells half oz's and oz's. Good quality bud most of the time. Recently went and bought a half oz of what they called Tahiti Lime. Incredibly disappointing. Papery texture do it burns quick and you would have to smoke a bit of it to feel the effects.

Harrison was super helpful when it came to my order! He knew exactly what to look for and he knew what I needed when I couldn’t find the right words to describe what I was looking for. He was really laid back and didn’t seem to rush me like other dispensary workers at other companies. Thank you Harrison! Looking forward to seeing you soon!

Great experience. Fast, almost no wait. My med-tender Nick was super knowledgeable and attentive to what I wanted. The prices were great. Really impressed with the stores setup and stock.

This is my third visit...and 100% Five Star is what you most definitely will find at the Cannabis Jar...But now listen...you might wonder.. just who is the brightest Star? I'll tell you one true... a good lite for you...it's gotta be Sandy by far.. the Queen of the Cannabis Jar... So when you pay for the pot...remember Sandy is always right on the Spot... and ready to give you the best deal she's got. A final word for all to hear and heed... Security is tight indeed and you won't get far if you get caught sticking your hand in the Cannabis Jar !!!

Kelly is an amazing bud tender. I called ahead and she verified that they had what I wanted, and when I got there, I was met with a great team. This was my first visit and I will make sure to come back again. Got great product for a great price, especially with Kelly saving me 10% off with 2 minutes left of happy hour.

So happy to have stumbled on this place after recently moving to Phoenix. This shop is incredibly clean, has a great selection and knowledgeable staff. Customer service is second to none! Josh (Joshua V) was super friendly, took time to share his suggestions and just made me feel comfortable! Definitely my go to for Phoenix!
