I usually have no issues with Nirvana, but I was recently sold a half oz of basically Reggie for $70. I got home and opened the bag and the flower had so many seeds I lost count. I called to see if I could exchange it or get my money back and they told me no. It was a preorder so I didn't really get the chance to inspect it like I would've if I walked in. Where's the quality control?? I get that $70 for a half oz is a decent price for bottom tier flower, but this?? This isn't even bottom tier. It's Reggie. I won't be coming back to Nirvana for a while, super disappointed

Place sucks lines are horrible and the crowd it attracts its questionable not to mention the old fat lazy out of shape security guard gets winded from walking around and has to constantly take a rest while my wife thought she could safely wait in the parking lot but no the armed tired security gaurd was taking a rest while some idiot was yelling at my wife and kicking her car because the line was too long whats the point of having armed security that gets winded from standing around and is not interested in protecting people more just the paycheck he wants way to go this place sucks I say make sure you have your guns and knives concealed on your persons because that lazy armed security gaurd is not going to do a damn thing except be hiding in the back tired while some one is getting assualted or murdered for their medicine in the parking lotThink its a joke here locals read this a pregnant woman stabbed to death in Tempe AZ

I come here often. When they aren't busy, they are great. Sometimes when they are busy though they can overlook people. But they have a great selection, a great staff, and great prices.

I've only been to Nirvana Center once so far.  I stopped in because like many other dispensaries, the 1st time patient deals.  BOGO up to a quarter.  You just can't beat it. I noticed while I was there, about 4 other patrons came in.  All four of those patients were in there for the specials.  Select $45 half ounces/$80 ounces and select $60 half ounces/$99 ounces.  Every single person went that option.  Of course BOGO deal aren't available for half ounce and ounce deals so ... next time I'll take advantage.I chose 3 strains I've never had or heard of: Golden Lemons, Grease Monkey and Sour Patch Kids.  I also chose Durban Poison as my other BOGO option.  While checking out I heard that the select strain of the day ($45 half and $80 ounces) was Durban Poison.  I asked, what's the real difference in the Durban Poison (supposedly top shelf) that I'm paying for versus the sale Durban Poison. The buntender explained the growers.  I learned in Seattle that all though the name of the strains are the same, the smell and smoke differently because of the growers.  I haven't tried the Durban Poison yet to tell if it's truly high grade.  What I appreciate about the Nirvana Center is whatever bud I see or smell is the bud I'm actually purchasing.  The same container they let you smell out of is the same container they're going to package your bud from. Unless it's the pre-packaged bud. I REALLY like that! When I visited Nature's Medicine's' the bud I smelled and saw was NOT the same bud they sold me.  I know that for sure! Lastly, when I got home and looked over the receipt I noticed I said, "Patient denied MMJ education" or something like that. That wasn't true.  The MMJ educational information was never presented to me.  The same thing happened at 2 other dispensaries.  Makes you wonder, are they really in the industry for the medial aspect of it all? Hmmmm

Wish I could give minus stars I would. I stopped in the Nirvana clinic in AJ and WILL NOT BE GOING BACK .As I waited for my budtender to gather my order I reached across the glass counter and picked up the sales flyer to see what else i wanted.An old lady across the room ..another budtender proceeded to raise  her voice at me telling me at least 3x to put the paper down and i am not to reach for anything  because that is considered their space.I DIDNT KNOW....and didnt notice any signs.She just keep saying oh great another state violation.I told her she needed to stop being so rude that she didnt need to talk to me that way and then another employee steps in to explain it ...i got it im not stupid!!!Matter of fact im in the medical field and stay pretty stressed ! So rest assured i will pursue this with management ,post this everywhere I can including Facebook and I will also put the word out to all my patch buddies  that live in AJ to skip this place ....That old lady needs to be in the back of a factory painting toilet seat lids NOT DEALING WITH THE PUBLIC!!!

I bought a bong and when I got it home I rinsed it with water and dried it with a paper towel and the steam/bowl just broke off. Cut my finger too. We tried to glue it but there is a small piece of glass missing inside that would end up ruining the function. Nirvana said too bad and then in another conversation about the extra bowl I bought she hung up on me. Please don't waste your money there. There are so many better respectable dispensaries. But if you do, be warned that they sell defective bongs and leave you holding the bag. It is clear to me that their management is made up of kids who don't know what they are doing or don't care. Either way bad business.

There's a love hate relationship with this dispensary. They used to be my favorite but not anymore. First they moved from 59th ave and thunderbird to 35th ave and van buran which aren't even close together? So I drive out of the way now to go there which is fine but also that they don't carry products they used to like the 1:1 patches or the Cavi Cones(not the generic) Might not be there fault but it still sucks. But my third complaint is what happened today, now I totally understand the rule, let me get that out of the way first. I understand why you made a rule of NO CHILDREN. I get it, I do and 99% of the time I don't take my kid with me but today was that day I didn't have childcare so he had to go with me on my pick up day for my medicine(yes I have a medical card) so I get there and there is now a huge sign on the door that says no children. Okay what do I do with my 15month old son that's in my arms in 115 degree weather and you're telling me without any WARNING that this is being enforced already. I have the security guard shuffling me out the door telling me I can't be in there, I tell her I have a pick up order and she says go outside someone will be with you. Okay..? I call the number twice while I'm standing out there to see if anyone's coming, no one answers the phone. The lady said the phone never rang, I showed her my call log but she still said her end never rang. Okay well how do I do curb side pick up with my kids if I can't get through to anyone on the phone? She didn't have an answer for me. She literally just said I'm sorry. So I totally understand, I can't bring my kid anymore but it would of been nice to have a heads up like an email or something? I get the emails every week from you about the deals, nothing ever said anything about the rules changing with no kids. Maybe I missed it but there wasn't any warning online on the website either that stated this new rule. It just sucks for a mom to drive all the way down there with her kid for her medicine and go through all that especially for a place that preaches that they are "women owned" but you're literally making it harder on moms now?  Anyways, the ladies are all really nice except for the power trip security guard but other than that, I really love this dispensary.

Wait time was minutes. Bud tender was great he looked for what I asked for and was even able to suggest an alternative when it wasn't in stock.  Overall great experience. Quick and easy, friendly service staff

Would give 5 stars based on the atmosphere but are you serious on this flower? What a joke. Literally the worst o I've ever bought in my life. Not only that but they posted a special a day in advance and then refused to honor it when I placed my order. Instead told me I had to cancel my order and pick something else. My regular dispensary wouldn't dream of that. They'd honor it and apologize. Not here. Had to pick another strain and I'm like?? The smallest buds, tons of stems and shake. You guys do remember this is medication ppl pay for not just green for the lining of pockets right?Also: Love how yelp is hiding the 46 bad reviews but only kept the good ones. Are you both serious? How the hell do I tell yelp they get 2 stars now. You both are irritating and now I doubt I even wanna use yelp much less ever go back to nirvana.

Terrible communication and customer service. Get someone new for the front desk and figure out your online order system. I placed an online order and registered online as well. Online system stated orders to be ready in 30 mins. I wouldn't normally take the time to write a review. I only take the time when service is either incredible or aweful. In this case it was awful and all could have been avoided had the lady at the front desk had communication skills.I waited close to 30 minutes for an order I placed online 40 minutes prior to my arrival. Online orders are supposed to take 30 minutes to fill (unless it's a special sale day... which it was not).I watched two other customers whom arrived after me, and were also picking up an online order get called back. I watched countless other walk in customers get called back. Meanwhile... I'm just patiently waiting for my turn. Eventually I ask the front desk if I was put at the back of line when I arrived? "No" she responds, "I put you in order of when you arrived here." (Not sure if I was supposed to inform her that her explanation was another way of saying I went to the back of the line). Really!? Instead of argue or politely explain to the receptionist that her ONE JOB is to communicate with clients, I chose to walk away. All done with that non-sense. Now... Nirvana Center... If you do actually read these and care to improve through constructive criticism, here are my thoughts.1) I placed my order online directly through the Nirvana Center website ordering system. Despite registering online and reading all online ordering instructions and registering online, I was unaware that I would be required to complete a registration form when I arrived because I had not been the to the Glendale location (I have been to the Phoenix location many times). When I was asked to register in lerson by completing a form I was never told that this esentially placed me.in the back of line behind every person already waiting and ahead of all other phone and online orders that come in after me. Would have been noce to know. Just sayin'.2) I was told you were out of the strain I ordered. I checked your online system when the receptionist told me this and it was still available for order. You should probably think about updating to a system that tracks inventory more accurately. If your out of something and have been out of something for close to 2 hours... You should probably make it unavailable in your ordering system. It would have also been nice to know that since my strain wasn't available I would again be plac3d at the back of the line so I could review the other strains available.Making a medical marijuania patient who is in active pain wait 30 minutes for an order that was placed online and advertised as "skip the line" is frustrating enough but having a receptionist who had 30 minutes and several occasions to explain to me what was happening and how long I should expect to wait (since I expected to walk in and walk out) is basic customer service but more importantly human decency. I could never make someone wait without apologizing and explaining we would get them help as soon as possible. Seriously... Just basic being a good human skills. None were present at thr Nirvana Glendale location. They could not have done worse of they tried. But I thinm you figured out by now they weren't trying at all and that my friends is the root of the problem. Good day and good luck.

Today was my first time in. They were packed. The receptionist was super friendly.  I met Shalena first, then she turned us over to Jose Which was love at first bite!!! Jose has a tattoo of red beautiful lips on his neck.  The flower is delicious and the FTP is awesome.I can't understand the negative reviews. The ugly reviews are only from people that have. OthI am in the medical field and know how people want and should be treated.  Nirvana's Customer service deserves more then ***** Stars. It was worth the 50 minute drive to have metShalena and Jose. Hiii everyone! I have been to my share of dispos around the valley and in other states but literally nothing beats Nirvana. Everyone who works here is SOOO FREAKING NICE and HELPFUL! They have the best system down where if you order online, they'll get you in and out so fast. If you don't order online, the wait is never horrible. These people helped me through getting my car stolen, my wisdom teeth out and this depressing ass pandemic. This place is super clean, their deals are FREAKING AMAZING and you can tell everyone is happy to be there. Thank you so much Nirvana!!

This is the worst dispensary in phoenix. Don't waste your time here. Even the Mint, which is pretty awful, at least is organized and doesn't mess up your order. Every time i've been to this place there's been a problem.

Well Nirvana Center was actually my favorite dispensary for over the last year. The staff was wonderful the flower was amazing with amazing prices to go with it. Then slowly the flower wasn't as good as it normally was but the p4Prices stayed the same. I am not saying in anyway that they had bad flower just that the quality had moved down a knotch in my opinion (I'm not alone in this as I've had a cpl convos with other patients in the lobby who agreed, as well  voiced the opinion before I had said anything). However I still loved coming here so I continued to do so because I felt loyalty to my favorite dispensary and still very much enjoyed the atmosphere and the staff. With all that being said what comes next is beyond disturbing. In all of the 5 years that I have my card I have never experienced anything like this before. There was a very simple mistake made which okay cool lets call and work it out...so I call they're super busy so of course I said call me back when you have time. So you're never called back so late afternoon I called again I was told okay really sorry we didn't get back to you we're really busy again let me talk to the manager and I'll get back to you I swear. Here Comes 8 at night no one has called me yet again. So I call the experience I had with the under-qualified manager who lacks any form of people skills who repeatedly continued to hang up on me refused to give his name to avoid any repercussions from his supervisor. So I let it go to the next day thinking I'll speak with the manager who I have a very nice rapport with and with no doubt in my mind I thought she would call me back I guess I was wrong. Nirvana Center I started off only disappointed with your employee however now that I have attempted to get ahold of management and haven't received pain management as well I am now disappointed with the Nirvana Center Phoenix location 35th Avenue and Van Buren all together. To the rude and arrogant under-qualified supposed manager what goes around comes around and the way you treat others is very poor I can't wait till it catches up to you.

Nirvana Center is by far my favorite dispensary! I'm actually really shocked to see any bad reviews because I've come here on and off for about 3 years and it's awesome! Siobhan (Siovhan?) is always quick to answer the phone, patiently answers any questions I have, and she ALWAYS makes great recommendations. The budtenders always look like they enjoy their job and I don't blame them, the deals are usually my favorite in Phoenix on any given day, and the waiting room always has a chill, comfortable vibe. There is coffee, bathrooms, water, 2 ATMs (yes they charge, who doesn't) and many lovely people willing to help with all of my medical needs. Thank you Nirvana Center crew! I appreciate yall!!!

I was very excited to see that nirvana had a smoke shop next to the dispensary that way I didn't have to make another stop the girl who was working there was super helpful and friendly I asked her when she worked because I enjoyed the music she played and how friendly she was I later then stopped by again and saw that a young man was working and he just seemed upset which put me in a bad mood because I was expecting the cheerful music and the friendly hello, I would rate this a 5 star but the difference between the two employees was pretty disappointing.

Came here last week and there was a bit of confusion when making my order but the staff was able to fix everything and even offered me a discount on my next visit. I noticed my limit was off and come to find out they took more off my allotment. I called and spoke with a manager and they offered me my allotment back but said this was the only place I could get it because they're the ones who took it. I show up today 1/2/2020 and no one knows what I'm talking about and won't give my allotment back. This place has become absolute trash. I just want my stuff back so I can make sure I NEVER spend another dime here.

I go out of my way to this location, because I love this dispo. The staff are very jovial and kind. They are immensely knowledgeable and able to guide the patient to the right product that will help them tremendously. Also, their flower is very nice, and selection is impressive!

I can say first hand, they don't treat everyone equal. I went here as aFTP and got the normal deal. My friend went and they gave her a free lighter, lip balm, etc. Today I went and the ' security' outside basically told me to wait inside where there was no room or to leave. The security isn't even the dispensaries, it's the plazas. They're about to get a fucking ear full from me by the way they treated me. Don't ever go here!!!The lady I spoke to at nirvana was ' passing' along my cents about the security, was told they would call me back and give me a deal, but nobody ever did. You guys suck!

I came here mainly for their First Time Patient special but I was expecting a lot more to be honest. On social media they tout themselves as one of the best dispensaries in Phoenix but the reality is far from that, but it is social media after all. Their flower was sub par. As if they only buy popcorn nugs from their suppliers. None of the jars they showed me had any terp to them, just grass smelling little nugs. I looked at their wax selection to see if maybe they had something there that would redeem them, nope. I asked for sauce, they tried to sell me on a leaky gram from High Grade for 10% off the regular price, no telling how much had leaked, but "hey it's 10% off, that's a steal" says their budtender

Selection is overwhelming and not that good. They were out of pretty much everything we tried to buy.... not to mention their terrible customer service. I met my gf up there, we went in TOGETHER, when we left we went in my car to run an errand... I took her back to her car which was parked in the most frontal and closest parking spot. A few hours later the center calls my gf saying she was seen exchanging meds and being shady in the parking lot!!!! Wow and we literally went in together. It's sad that they called us after hours to tell us that and we know someone they banned for driving away too aggressively. GET A LIFE. We won't be back and I suggest nobody else goes either since they're flower sucks anyways!

What a group of rude, arrogant, and ignorant staff!  This place is lobbying patients for a vote in Phoenix New Times best of the city promo - not a chance.  A friend and I went here early Saturday for their first anniversary promotion. Having an ADA plate, I parked in the appropriately marked spot and we joined the line that had started forming more than an hour before the scheduled opening.  Just before the doors opened, a height-challenged, SWAT attired rent-a-cop (not) advised those of us in the ADA designated spots that we would have to move our vehicles as vendors were going to set up displays in those spots.  150 plus spots in the parking lot and you need the two ADA spots! Attempting to reason with this Gestapo styled wannabe was unsuccessful and since we had been in line over an hour I complied.We were in the first 25 entering the dispensary, however it took 59 minutes from opening for us to actually get the opportunity to shop.  It was explained to us that the arrogant check in person shuffled all the cards rather than keep them in order; thus we went in before some who were in line before us, and after some who were behind us.My attempt to speak with a manager regarding the ADA parking issue was a joke and I was told they would check on what was happening.Note to Nirvana: co-opting the ADA spots and advising those legally parked in such spots that they need to move is not only rude and arrogant, but also illegal!Note to height-challenged wannabe: the K Mart vest from "tactical team" is probably not really bulletproof.

For my first time going into a dispensary I felt like a little kid. Smelling all that great bud in the air. It was interesting how the bud tender will bring you to their area and show you the flower from the different levels from top-tier to bottom tier. So I tried all three tears and I really enjoyed the Lord but out of the top-tier. I would always say to preferred to go back because of the way the selection is

This place is terrible. The medicine they delivered was super dry so after calling the number and it being busy over and over I finally spoke to the manager Parker who basically said he was the only person I was able to speak to and if I didn't like their product I didn't have to come back... After a delivery fee and a tip  I will never use Nirvana or Supurb again.

I have no idea how the ratings are so high on this place If possible I would have given no stars, this was my first visit i waited over an hour, the lady at the front was rude, forgot about me and when it was brought to her attention she still made me wait till she was done assisting other customers who came AFTER ME. Never will I be back to such a horrible place.

Great Deals but Ruuuuuuuude attitudes work there! It's like night and day from the AJ LOCATION! Maybe these hardlegs working at the Phoenix location should do some training in AJ! Seriously! Remember you're in the patient care industry, not cashiers at a gas station! I won't come back here.

I went into Nirvana as a first time customer. On first thought this was a nice place, large, clean and a big parking lot. They offer a BOGO on anything up to $75 for first time clients. I choose to use my discount on a vape cartridge. The stoned out guy helping me, seemed to only want to show me the lowest cost items. My guess is, they don't want to BOGO more expensive items, although they advertise it. The $45 cartridge that I wanted and am familiar with was "out of stock" in sativa, ALTHOUGH, I could plainly see 3 of them hanging on the wall. When I asked about them, I was told they were already sold to an online order before I arrived, just hadn't been packaged yet. He gave me a really good sales pitch on a $32 O pen reserve cartridge (2 with the BOGO for new patients). As a new patient I also received a free pre roll, which was pure crap. Was a half filled cone of shake with an 1 1/2" twisted tail of paper. Oh well, it was "free".The real issue arose when I used the first cartridge. Within 30 minutes of opening it, the tip (mouth piece) fell off, it continued to fall off every few minutes until I nearly lost it. I then opened the 2nd (BOGO) pen and low and behold, within an hour, the tip fell off.I packed them back up in the ORIGINAL packages (still totally full) and the following day I returned to Nirvana to replace them. They were beyond rude to me. First, they kept me sitting in the lobby forever while other patients were served. Being a positive person, I figured they were discussing the matter with management. I was wrong!The young lady that came to get me from the lobby, had no idea why I was there. She left me standing so she could discuss with a manager whether or not they would take the cartridges back. They whispered in a huddle 3 deep in front of me with her returning to tell me, "After talking to my manager, we can't give you a refund". I repeated to her what I told the girl when I first came in; I did NOT want a refund. Actually, I will give you more money to upgrade the cartridges to the ones I wanted in the first place. Which WERE by the way, remarkably STILL hanging on the wall; ALL 3 of them! I thought they were promised to an online patient?? Again, she returned from her huddle and I was told "you can purchase the other cartridge but we can't take these back because the product is not defective. "The tips are SUPPOSED to fall off"... Are you kidding me? Having a vape pin without a functional mouthpiece is not a defect?This company and it's management do not care one bit about their customers, it really does show. Selling a product that they know their patients won't be able to use is obviously OK with Nirvana. I would NOT ever recommend this place to anyone. I know that the $200-$300 I spend a month won't make a difference to the bottom line of this business, but I'll never spend another dime here. Nor will anyone I know.

Loyal customer always disappointed in the strain selection. This place only carries hybrids. Rarely have sativas and NEVER have indicas or CBD strains. You would think a place focused on medical marijuana would have everything you need but this place caters to stoners who just want the latest cross with a stupid name no one has ever heard of.

went there Sunday for my first patient was rudely interrupted the whole time I was trying to talk to my budtender. and on top of it all I had human hair strands in the inside of my "redwood bud" Me personally I would not shop hereI called and they said they cant do anything for me.Yeah they lost my business and all my friends I wish postive vibes go your way nirvana And hope you dont do another client like this

I reviewed them before and this is a place that is not willing to do what other dispensaries are to serve patients. The budtenders have been excellent which is why they get a 2 instead of 1.Quality of flower is hit and miss.Management is some of the worst in town.

Just got my medical card an this was the first dispensary I went to and it honestly was a nightmare. The guy was too high or just rude to even remember any info about the dispensary, about any deals, couldn't even help me around the store an not to mention I was being rushed. I felt so stuck an put on the spot I didn't even know what to get or even the things they offered. He was just looking at me in my eyes like hey dude what do you want. I also told him I'm a new patent an never even been to any other dispensary that didn't change anything he literally said ok??? It was also my birthday an instead of being "good customer service" saying happy bday, no instead he then told me oh well all you get is a free gram an then wouldn't give me the gram til I was leaving I opened the bag an asked hey can I still get my birthday gram? I'm not being dramatic I'm being dead ass honest. No worker told me ANY new patient info NOTHING about the dispensary if you have customer rewards, any deals literally nothing. I was so dissatisfied, disappointed, irritated and annoyed. All I was looking forward to was this moment, and y'all ruined it‍ I opened my mail, got my card and went straight here... After my visit here I went to different dispensary's close by the Valley and now I see how it's SUPPOSED TO BE DONE. Inviting, all smiles, GOOD VIBES, a lot of information, specials and deals, not being rushed, they CARE about what I need, customer rewards, birthday rewards all types of things I was shocked going into other dispensary's how they treated me was perfect...

I do love what they have. I do love the way they treat me. But one thing I don't go for and strongly dislike is the way some of the old people, the female supervisor being one of the many up here that mistreats one of my sisters, I have witnessed it with my own eyes and they had no idea MY sister and I are related which makes it easier for me to see what my sister feels and has experienced by most Of the personality conflicted and egotistical typical males, few of the females, and the female supervisor(s), and or mainly the older staff more so, and now the new staff they hired are even more rude that work there, I am making this review because I love my family and even though they treat me phenomenal, I have to have my sisters back and make sure she gets treated the same as I, now if not better than me. The people here should know better in the way they treat people as a whole and I will continue watching out to make sure my sister gets treated better and if she doesn't, when I go back home I will make sure I let everyone back there know that this place only treats certain type of individuals, and people with true and sincere worth and will I personally will  find another place to spend my hard earned money. I have 0 tolerance to hate and so called people that are sneaky in hurting others while they smile in faces. I am so happy I have a go to place other than here for phenomenal service and products.

The man on the phone was rude as hell when I called for directions as I had never been there, first time their and I will never return, customer service is everything, it was not a friendly experience, the bud tender was cool but still wouldn't return, I'll take my money elsewhere

They made a mistake and gave me the wrong product.  Then blamed me for the issue.  No customer service here.  Ill educated bud tenders.  Bud tenders are supposed to KNOW the difference between a pain relief strain and a strain that doesn't even show pain relief on the radar.  When I called to get the issue situated the employees I spoke with were BEYOND  unprofessional.  If your goal is to help your medical issues go somewhere else.  If your purpose is solely to get high  then this is the place for you.

I used to come to this location over a year ago and I had issues with the workers. I made a bad review and said I would never come back. Thanks to a family member that remembered that I used to go to this location, I came back with him and it's a lot better than it was. The deals are bomb!

I am a patient and customer and I must say how truly disappointed I was when I visited your 35th Avenue location in Phoenix on 5/4/20. Not a single employee there was wearing a mask and did not seemed to be concerned with keeping their social distance. Most of the customers were wearing masks but not a single Nirvana Center employee had one on. In order for everyone to be protected, everyone must be wearing masks, customers and employees.Arizona's Covid 19 cases are on the rise currently.  With all of the misinformation out there, the least your company can do is take this virus and your customer's health seriously by protecting them when they walk through the door.I will not be returning and will be sure I tell everyone I know until you fix this situation and start taking some precautionary measures to protect both your employees and customers.Please consider the safety of your employees and your customer's. This is not a joke.

I was so pleased to find multiple selections of flower (my people call it weed) at a 1/2 oz for less than $90. A low wait time, quick and helpful staff, good selection and better pricing puts Nirvana on the map for me.It's my belief that weed should cost $100. Oz.  so -1.

I have been shopping Nirvana for a while and usually go to the Tempe location, but this location has been running pretty good deals on a couple of products I like, so I have been there twice now. First visit was fine, but went there specifically for a deal they had advertised on their website earlier only for them to, pretty much, call me a liar, as it was no longer up on website when I got there. I'm guessing they decided to remove it, but it was definitely up when I placed order early this morning. I was completely embarrassed and insulted by the manager( a Native American woman with big fake eyelashes) and will never go back to that location again. I would recommend printing out any deals and bring them along with you if you decide to go to this location or just go to another location where they aren't rude‍

ghetto: worst dispo in az ..... not associated with the real nirvana brand just stealing the name nirvana for profit.  overpriced , mid grade quality at best , all the bud tenders are stoned out of their mind.  they treat patients like criminals... they dont care about patients only money!  go to tru med better service better quality medicine better prices.

Oh come on it's not that bad at all, Yelp! I get it--if you buy some bottom-shelf flower, it will be VERY bottom shelf. Like of all dispensaries I've purchased cheap stuff from, Nirvana's cheap stuff is easily the worst. But their cartridge selection is indeed above average, and there are quite a few specials. Like on Sunday, they have two 500mg carts for $45. Nice! I also thought many of the edibles are cool. Overall, they have a pretty well-curated selection that's easy to browse. They manage traffic well, too. I think it's OK!

Just had the worst experience at tempe Arizona location. I was refused entrance by security before closing time and when I asked to talk to the manager I was asked to leave the property or the security would put his hands on me. This is lawsuit material. Do not recommend this store they hire shady security guard who threaten their costumers. Please look at one star reviews on google they are all about the security guard

0 was not an option, Tempe location is a complete joke. This is the closest location to us and from failing to check patients in and keep track of check in order to failing to update stock and prices for customers we have had nothing but difficult experiences. We've placed online orders and had our product sold or switched out and sold to other customers, refused to honor deals reflected on their website. All in all the customer service and disorganization of this place is unreal and try not worth your time

Cool place for wax/edibles. Definitely not my first pick for flower tho. Very dry flower almost no smell/taste what so ever. Also the last bud tender I had knew NOTHING about wax and couldn’t even answer questions on brands/strains. It was very awkward.

Nirvana is one of the best dispensary's I've gone to. The budtenders are friendly, respectful and when asked a question they have rapid answers. If a product is not in stock the staff is very helpful in replacing the product close to the original order. I recommend Nirvana's to anyone wanting great costumer service and good quality flower.

I've been there 3 times to get they're quality top shelf. The bud is dry and has no smell or taste. I don't recommend it at all if your used to smoking top shelf quality.
