Very very horrible customer service.  Inused to go to this location when it first opened called PARC   IVE SPENT 1000's I've brought tremendous amount of ppl that work of mill ave   But since this place got bought it's an absolute joke.      I went in to purchase a deal on item nine carts.  Seeing I haven't been here for at least two years I told them I'm a new customer to local joint.   When I was about to purchase I was told I was disqualified from a new patient deal cause I was an old patient of PARC  and I'm considered a transffered patient   Ok well how about my 3000 points with PARC? Oh I don't get those back and I don't get a new patient special.  What a joke  seriously ownership should be ashamed of themselves for cheating out their customers will never ever return and will tell everhone.                    SO THIS IS IN ADDITION TO MY POST A MONTH LATER. I GET INSULTED BY THEIR OWN EMPLOYEES ON YELP HOW PATHETIC YOU CALL ME A FREELOADER WONDER WHY I HAD OVER 1000+ points AND HAVE THE NERVE.   TOUR POST ARE PATHETIC AND HELP WILL TAKE THEM DOWN WITH YOUR MEANINGLESS ATTEMPTS TO DOWNPLAY YOUR HORRID SERVICE.   MAYBE JUST MAKE IT RIGHT BUT NOW TOOOOOO LATE

BEST dispensary in PhoenixI've also spent a couple thousand dollars at Local Joint/PARC and I've only had one bad experience that was quickly rectified by the employees that work there. The budtenders are quick and pretty well informed. I have had a few occasions where I had to clarify their deals but I've never not gotten the deal just because they didn't know about a certain criteria for said deal. If you are a grown adult that can calmly communicate your frustrations 9 times out of 10 you will be heard and given something in compensation for your trouble. I will continue to support the wonderful people who make Local Joint a reality just like you should!

If you want a dispensary that takes care of medical patients first, this is the place. My husband was diagnosed with a cancerous tumor and we were hit financially very hard this past year and most "medical" marijuana companies could care less about struggling patients (especially with covid and recreational starting) but everyone at Local Joint has been nothing but helpful and kind which means the world to us. From the people handling the media pages to the bud tenders, everyone was compassionate and helpful. The products we've tried for him have helped immensely and are quality companies. Thank you to everyone with Local Joint for really being about the patients first!

Dispensary does its best to make sure everyone is happy but sheeeeesh Grow Sciences needs to get their ish together, i get the selling out part, but y'all didn't bring out much to even begin with, we have the gs people outside saying "don't worry there's plenty!" but couldn't serve the first 25 people. thats crazy

Don't come to this dispensary with questions or if you are unaware of their check in process. Incredibly rude greeter. They have you sit in the heat while you wait with np guidance. I Left, why would I help support bad service?

Hands down my favorite dispensary out here, super clean, friendly helpful staff, none of that waiting in line standing in the hot like other dispensary's having people looking at you with nasty vibes, well not at the local joint, even others shopping have good vibes, I love it. The local joint makes me feel valued as a customer with their pretty cool deals and free extras I get just for shopping there, which anyone can take advantage of when those deals are going on.. Local joint is doing things right other dispensary's ain't, I definitely will continue to keep it as my spot for my goods, thanks to every single staff member for doing a great job always.**Also, I usually always order ahead online, extremely much quicker process I'm in & out in about 5 min.

Lovely staff -able to help with any questions if you're a newby. This dispo is definitely one of the cleaner ones I've seen, which I liked. The waiting area outside is really nice given covid precautions and they usually have a coffee or food stand out there as well which is convenient.

Your text message specials are annoying they are literally the same thing everyday, shit I don't want. Prerolls hit or miss like everywhere else. First time amazing, last time was terrible. Concentrates they carry a few good products, all high premium prices with no deals ever. I do like that you also carry some cbd optionsStaff members here are great thumbs up to them

They took care of us even though they were about to close shop for the day. We got to pick up 3 large pizzas . Believe me not easy surroundings when it comes to finding food around this area at 10:00pm .  We were 7 of us. Anyhow ThNk u so much! Pizza's were truly delicious

Great dispensary although not conveniently located for me.  However, I do not mind driving because it's a nice place with lots of good product.It's very convenient to order online.  The Local Joint texts you right away and acknowledges the order, then usually within 15-30 minutes texts you that it's ready.  So you just go there and pick it up.Social distancing is enforced and you cannot go inside until someone comes out.  Employees and customers both wear masks.  Sometimes Local Joint does promotions and you can get a great deal on a taco right there.  So that's cool.  Lastly, the employees are super-nice and helpful, too.I recommend the Local Joint!

Place looks nice. Love the ambiance. But for my first time being at a dispensary I was expecting more. They greet & ID you outside and have someone assist you the moment you walk in, which I was happy with. He asked what I was looking for and As I expressed to the gentleman that it is my first time i would like to know more. He asked edibles, pre-rolled ? I said carts and edibles preferably. He just directed me to what they had available. I felt he was just concerned about a sale and go. Not what I was hoping for on my first experience. Wouldn't go again. Also not a lot of selection.. Best part is the outside artwork!

I stumbled on this dispensary on accident as I was driving down the street. I really enjoyed the murals and art on the building, and painted inside the building! It's not like any other dispensary in the valley that I've visited in that regard. There wasn't a long line, or any disorganization like most dispensaries in the valley. The flower was good and decently priced. The Associate, MacKenzie, is a huge asset to Local Joint! She deserves a raise. She was super friendly and very knowledgeable about the products! She was such a pleasure and made the first time experience outstanding! Good job MacKenzie!

Was going to order on-line, and was pleased to thc %'s listed, but then read the *, "THC 23.6%**This % may represent an aggregate of THC/CBD, THCa/CBDa, THCb/CBDb within the product. Consumers should review the actual product label for exact % of THC/CBD."HUH?  Is it 23.6% THC or not?  It could be 23.6% CBD and 0% THC?Why are dispensaries making things so complicated.  I want to buy an 1/8 or 1/2 of higher thc flower.  but the sorting feature still just shows 3.5g.  So no price break for buying a larger quantity?There isn't one dispensary around here that has been very good.  Really disappointing they are all following the same model.  I almost can't wait until a big corporation takes over and I can buy it like alcohol or tobacco, which is sad, but these dispensaries are a pain to deal with.Get rid of "Budtenders"!  I don't want to deal with the vague BS they tell you.  THC level and price, that's what matters to me.

This is a prime example of why big cannabis can become toxic because of how little competition there is in the industry... Zen Leaf took a local icon and destroyed it. Make no mistake, this is not at all the same experience that made this place great. Instead, all the deals and promotions that grew the enormous loyal customer base was tossed aside and this place was lumped in with Zen Leaf's other purchases in Arizona. Now you get one email for all location for the same crappy deals.  The worst part is that they basically kept Territory the same (which was AWFUL to begin with) and reduced Local to the same crappy, run of the mill corporate weed store.Remember solventless sundays? Yeah neither do the the people at Zen Leaf.Also, before you waste my time replying to this please tell me the real name and location you are responding from, because it isn't Arizona.Really sad to see.

This is pretty much the only dispensary I go to, they're always friendly and knowledgeable of their products. I wish they would have some higher testing flower but they have a good variety of strains. The ONLY thing keeping the last star is they are missing a loyalty program. Think that would be nice for those of us who shop here all the time ?

I'm never literally going anywhere else we're dealing with any other people. These guys have an amazing location and they're fantastic people to deal with. From the security guard to the nice guy that checked me in to Sarah my budtender who was fantastic, how do I put in an application??? ??????❤️❤️❤️✌?✌?✌????

Great hospitality and location! They're always pretty good on deals. Wait time is next to nothing. The product gets rotated regularly and the brands they carry are good. Premium tier products are harder to find here.

Came in to buy some Grow Science Rosin and they were out, my bud tender suggested some of their in house rosin. Tried the “Double Scoop” and it was amazing! 5/5 love this spot
