Great product.  The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.  The pre-packed half ounces are quality. My goto dispensary!

Nirvana USED to be legit. Not so much anymore. Their FTP deal is lame af when it used to be one of the best. Their prepackaged flower tests low (If you can even get a test %) and is ALWAYS ass dry, light weight. There's too many BETTER dispensaries to check out for me to deal w/ their bunk. Nirvana has QUICKLY gone from a patient favorite to being on tier w/ Bloom.

I went to Nirvana center tonight as a new patient, and was very excited to try out a new place. I got there around 8:45-9 p.m.  They weren't very busy so I thought that the wait would be minimal. I filled out the new patient form and waited patiently. And continued to wait. And continued to wait some more. I saw some customers get called who were in line behind me. I asked the receptionist if she had input my information. She assured me that she had and said that because she was filling out the form, it was likely other patients got in ahead of me. I said that was fine and continued to wait. And wait. And wait. Finally, at about 10:10pm I went and asked the receptionist if she truly had entered in my information. She then told me that she had called my name several times and I did not answer, so no, she actually hadn't. She then said that because it was after 10pm that she would not be able to help me. This is extremely unfortunate for me because I have an ulcer. I need this medication so that I can eat. Because the receptionist did not enter in my information, and because it was past 10pm, I did not receive any medication. All dispensaries close at 10:00 p.m. This means that I am not going to get any medication for the night, which ultimately means that I did not get to eat tonight. I don't get to eat until I can get to the dispensary tomorrow. Such blatent disregard for new patients who truly need medication. Shame on Nirvana Center.

Flower was high price point for something even remotely decent. (coming from a stoner from california) had to wait super long it made me miss my flight!

I've been to this dispensary a number of times and today is 6/11/20 at 7:50pm whoever was working the front desk was rude just left upset and embarrassed the waiting room was somewhat full I walk up and there's no line everyone is sitting down already checked in he gives me his finger to wait instead of saying hi welcome give me a minute instead I got a finger and a long rude wait then he says hi what do u need I said how long is the wait he looked irritated and said I don't know and I said well I know but can't you estimate he looked even more irritated and said how can I possibly know how long no I can't tell you but there's 8 people ahead of you I said ok do I got to wait in here or you'll call me and he said we will call you I said ok call me on and he interrupted and said WE WILL CALL YOU what I wanted to ask him and didn't get to cause he embarrassed me If he listen he know that I ment would I be getting a phone call since people are waiting outside or you mean your going to call my name out in the lobby anyway I walked out I was so mad and he took my card turned off the speaker to talk through theWindow and went to put my card on the wall to be called I was not even done talking anyway I went back in I just wanted my card back and go get nice service somewhere else I walk in he's on the phone and does not even acknowledge me at this point a girl sitting close to the front desk just gave me that look like omg he's a jerk so when he finally acknowledged me he looks irritated and just waits to see what I have to say like what now lady and I said can I have my card back I'm going somewhere else I was kind at this point I was upset he gets up still has not said a word and tosses my card through the lil hole the one they use to pass back your card I just grabbed it said thx and walked away I have not been treated like this in along time especially at a Dispensary usually it's something I look forward to cause the workers can be so great but this guy I didn't get his name but it's whoever was working 6/11/20 at 7:50 pm was unprofessional and rude

Stopped at Nirvana after work and had the pleasure of getting tended by Leelee and she was fantastic!!! She updated my account so my DA card was in the system and made my experience at this dispensary memorable ! Plus they have quality brands like DRIP and Dr. Zodiak's

I came all the way here to get thE deal that I seen online. The bud tender would not honor this special because "Selected strains" means pre package buds which is wrong cause if it was pre packaged only it would say pre package strain. I asked for a manger and the manager just laughed and said yeah we gotta fix that thanks.. and didn't honor all football season I ate and watched football across the street and would buy from them after. Never going back again. (Not the first time the wouldNt honor but last time it wasn't this bad of experience)

This place is always having fresh deals. Online order is the quickest way to get your meds

I've been to this location a few times. If I could have gone to any other dispensary today, I would have. It's always my LAST resort. Anyway, I placed my "express" order online at 3:21 p.m. today. By 6:00pm, they hadn't even started filling it. I tried to call several times. (Looking at my call history, I called 12 times." No matter what option you choose, you either go straight to holding, hung up on or both. I was able to reach a person twice. Both times he answered, he immediately told me to hold. I waited over 30 minutes each time before hanging up. The last time I called I tried to get a word in about how long I've been trying to call but he quickly and loudly talked over me saying "There is one caller ahead of you." Then put me on hold. I was again on hold for over 30 minutes before I hung up. I tried to call a few minutes later at 8:30 p.m. and they had turned the phones off for the night. (They close at 10 p.m.) My online order was never filled. They never texted, emailed or called me. This place needs a manager and front office staff that understand professionalism and customer service.

The wait too long i would have gave a 5 star but i had to wait over and fckn hour for one things. Don't recommend if your a new patient

This dispensary is foul af! The bud tenders don't pay attention to you. The tenders lied to me the last trip. Sold me an ounce of dry Og tht taste like  it came from Mexico. The bud was sticky, but it was more like a spray that didn't over power the dirt weed smell! Shit had sticks and seeds! I'm out done after tht one! I'm going back to Pondarosa! I suggest Not WASTING YOUR TIME OR MONEY at this place!

I love this dispensary. It's always quick service and everyone that works there is always friendly. I come just about every 2 weeks for an oz because they have the best quality and prices as well as atmosphere. I also love the preroll review deal!

I have had two good 8ths but the wait time is insane!! Hoping things turn around here. I'm going to try to stay patient but I'm busy too.

Will not be going back to this dispensary. They over my allotment, and would not fix it. Trying to act like I went to another dispensary to get my medication. Why would I get an ounce for them and go to another dispensary and get more when I already knew that I only had enough for an ounce. Plus if I had went to another dispensary they would have known for jump street that I did not have enough for another ounce. So how stupid do they think other dispensaries are? I would not send anyone to this place. Plus the wait time is very slow, and they was not very busy at that thine of morning. On top of that it was freezing in the building.

They need to hire more ppl to move the lines faster along with getting better organized... they're having ppl jump other customers in line due to their unorganized methods ... ppl waited over an hour to get seen. The front desk ladies don't even care.

Definitely my main spot! And my budtender Samantha was amazing! Although the employees and the manager aren't always on the same page.

Been coming here since I first got my card. Friendly staff and every time I come they have my order ready to go! They are always willing to take the time to explain their options and offer any discount they may have available! I will definitely keep going to Nirvana - all locations I've been too have been very consistent, thank you!

I tried them three times since two days before Xmas and every time I go they gave people hanging outside with about 9-14 waiting they will no longer give u wait times, they no longer smile or try to accommodate you with a phone order or a pick up order so u can leave and help alleviate the pressure! I went on Sunday and asked a guy how long the wait was he said ido they told me 9 I was like wow I'm going to CuraLeaf they are literally two blocks west And one block south on 83rd and Encanto they are friendly, fast and have great prices too! They are my new home dispensary I don't own. Car so I'd rather walk a lil more and drop my money where it's a appreciated!!!!

Don't go to this place if your money has a tear or tape together they won't except it but by law they have to if the money is legit and real they have a barker to check it but they won't except money but they will start hand out money to get from the bank to customers that's ripped or taped. Your company sucks you guys need to know the law and you guys will get reported to the attorney generals office for not excepting legal currency

All reviews by me automatically start with five stars. For each bad occurrence or reason for displeasure, although opinions, of course, are subjective, I do endeavor to stifle personal bias, peculiar tastes and et al. So, here goes: Of four different dispensaries I've given business to (& if I'm not wrong I've been to another one of the Nirvana shops at another location), I find this particular dispensary worth my time, money, and extra time it takes to set down and write my review. I will write you of my last visit to Nirvana West: this location is in a busy Maryvale intersection but once you've pulled off the major streets and into the shopping centre where this is located, driving and parking is a breeze! The lot is huge and adjacent to CIGNA medical center & Desert Sage LIBRARY what the heck, a library! I didn't even know. I just happened to googlemap Nirvana and there it was. What a happy surprise! Anyway, Nirvana is tucked into a professional building but there exist plenty of signage, there is a cool dark tunnel/hallway leading to it from the rear-ish alternate way, if you happen to park in another area or are shopping nearby (tons of shops and things there, but like I said, the parking lot is VAST- a person could die of thirst walking from one end to another) Nirvana employs security, there is always one guard (friendly) right outside the door and also to help guide "patients" and so on. You enter a small waiting lobby and a desk behind a window. You approach the window and leave your ID, they will call your name when ready (Ive never had to wait more than five minutes even during lunch hour rush). Your name is called and you're led into another room by someone who may ask you what you're looking for in terms of product: flower, vape, all those other things and lead you to a cashier who will complete your purchase.                                                                                 I myself am particularly pleased as Nirvana does supply "SOUR DIESEL" (flower)  THE most amazing, fantastic, best bud in existence today which has tested at over THC %34. It is what I ask for each time I shop. One other thing I found as a nice surprise is how good their own Nirvana Center Farms strains are, namely "CHERRY PUNCH" - suspicious, there's no THC percentage listed (if it were very high, wouldn't they make pains to ensure to advertise it?)  anyway, so far my experiences going here are acceptable, if not great.

Came here on a Friday night for the first time and will be THE LAST TIME I COME TO THIS GHETTO DISPENSARY. staff there including security are horrible when it comes to customer service. My boyfriend who is hard of hearing had a hard time understanding what the lady was saying at the service counter. I couldn't even understand her, mumbling and talking like she can't speak right. After several times of him telling her that he can't understand her, security then comes out and tells him to have a seat in a stern voice. Like cmon, hire better staff who aren't high on the job all the time so people can understand. I hope the owner of Nirvana sees this, please train your staff to have customer service skills. I know a few other people that came here that didn't have that well of an experience either.  But I guess that's expected since this nirvana is located in the middle of the ghetto. Horrible location with horrible staff

If you are looking for medical experts, this center does NOT employ experts! These associates will issue you any strain of flower!As soon as I enter, the associate asks about my budget. I advise him 40$. He tosses his head back in disgust - so I knew right then and there this was commission-based! He no longer wanted to assist me, so I then advise him I am looking to purchase Sativa/ Sativa Dominant Hybrid. The associate goes to grab three strands of supposedly Sativa/ Sativa Dominant Hybrid, I asked him if he knew any reviews of the product he showed me. He just shook his head and said no, and proceeds telling me the product was Sativa/ Sativa Dominant Hybrid. Me trusting the "expert" was probably one of the biggest mistakes ever! I agreed to purchase the "Citral Top Shelf," not even knowing this guy doesn't care about the medicine he's issuing because I'm not helping him get the higher dollar... I ended up going home to try my Sativa Hybrid and instantly knew after smoking it wasn't Sativa , I call up Nirvana to confirm the strand type, and they were able to validate the actual strain type... she confidently advises me the Stan was an Indica hybrid dominant; I then advise the phone representative of what happened today; she said if I'm not sure to ask them or google it next time . If you are precise about the medicine you put in your body, do not go here. There are no experts at Nirvana Center I do not recommend!!!!!!!!!

I would give it 0 stars if possible. I expected the disorganization when this location first opened up but even after a year + no one seems to no what there doing. It doesn't matter how the order is placed...walk in or call ahead my information is lost every time and I have to ask about my place in line while watching people come and go who arrived after me . Do not come here.

Bait and switch! Ordered one strain and was given one from another grower. Total crap! I wouldn't feed it in slop to pigs. They don't let you look at it up close and once you walk out you own it. Manager apparantly says that's OK even if ...More

I usually love the staff and environment but it's kinda a bad set up for preorders when they make you wait in the same line as recreational users and walk ins

They don't  take into consideration those of us who are medical patients. No masks, no social distance, no separate line. I can't stand for longer than a few minutes. No chairs. I'm very ill that's why I  use cannabis.

There's always an issue when I come to this store , one of the reasons why I never go here anyMore. I ordered online so it would be an easier and smoother transaction but I was wrong iguess. As soon as I got there told them I had a pick up order then went to the back and the budtender had no idea I was there for a pickup order until I told her. Then she went to get my order that was missing an item from the bad which I noticed as soon she pulled out my items from the bag. Then the price from online was $17 less than the price they actually charged me for. These issues are why I stopped coming to nirvana in the first place they always gotta mess up something Pictures are from online receipts to in store receipts

Great deals but unprofessional staff.. Christmas Day I accidentally left my wallet there which had some personal information as well as $150 cash, and as a paying customer I would have expected staff to turn it in too lost and found but instead someone picked it up and used my card at circle k . I reported the issue and management never got back to me so I involved police.

Usually I go to the other location but found out this was much closer to my work so it was easier to stop by there on my way home. I was took back quick, and out quick. Had good suggestions, and was out in less than 10 minutes. thank you!

Valued priced 8ths in a pinch that's pretty good. But you can definitely go for the deli style flower as well. Fast in and out and great staff. Cheap prices.

This pace has great prices on shatter and the quality is good as well. I come from Goodyear to get the 7/100 wax deal every week. The wait usually isn’t bad with a pre order and I like that all prices include tax. Staff has been helpful telling me about the deals they have available.

I haven't been to this dispensary in a while. To be honest the wait is what keeps me away its way to long. They always have a variety of awesome 1/8 starting a great price. Atmosphere is great as well as the bartenders! Just wish there was a a shorter wait time. ???
