Management sucks, products suck, their pick up process sucks. Their staff had an attitude. It doesn't matter if it's a pick up. It doesn't matter if I'm going in store. Their staff doesn't know flower, and they do not know customer service. Take yourself to new River, or ANY OTHER SPOT.

After speaking to the manager, Greg, I've learned their flower tiers are not based on the quality of the flower. It's based on what they had to pay. This is extremely deceitful on the customers side. When we, the customer, look at the available tiers we are choosing what quality we want, not guessing how much the dispensary paid for it. That's not right! After I redeem my 25% discount due to bad quality flower off the diamond level I will NEVER come back to this location. How does a diamond level strain not have any scent?Their flower products are usually short. I'm sure they short everyone that purchases flower. I stopped going because of it but I decided to give the location another chance. Worst decision! If you ordered a half ounce, so 14 grams, you're probably going to get somewhere between 12.75-13.8 grams. It's varied & the reasoning the location gives is that "the flower dried out". I don't care what happens in between me ordering and picking up. If I order 14 grams, and you take 14 grams off my allotment, I expect 14 grams given to me. This location is not good about giving you the full amount you purchased. Think about all the people that goes through and how much they're saving by skimping people.

I used to come here constantly for the deals and I work for Cheba Hut as a GM so I know customer service. The security guards outside are very rude, if you ask a simple question you get snapped at for wondering which line is pick up and which is walk-in. The line was very long so I decided to go with a pick up. I asked the employees outside sitting in the heat how long a pick up would be and I got ignored, understandable they are in the heat. I waited for this one young lady with super curly hair to come up so I could ask a question about how long pickups take and she told me she didn't know and didn't care. Another guy walked up with a pink shirt told me it wouldn't be a loss if they didn't get my pickup. Wow. It really sucks to write this because I used to come down here with munchies for their crew. Try to foster a good relationship with a fellow business. After today I will be advising my crew to stay clear of this place.

This place is stupid.  They have like 5 tiers of Bud that make no sense..  Platinum,  Diamond, supreme,  golden and some other shit. What the hells the difference?  They sell 16% as their best because it's cured currently .  Still had paddle leaves,  fat stems and tastes like it's been sitting in a can in a storage locker for a year.. I haven't seen such low genetics since early 90's. Since marijuana's LEGAL you'd think curing flower would be an industry standard and the same across the board unless your truly selling rags..  You'd be wrong lolI think their THC % aren't accurate. EverytimeI get Bud there I go through it fast. Went to Emerald got and 1/8 of 20% and it lasted me 4 days?  I'm medical and need a certain amount of THC in my system not a REC smoker.. Funny having 20 year olds treat you like Your stupid about something I've been using for 32 years almost everyday. I've cultivated for 10 years in Colorado and breed strains for dispensary's. AZ dispensary's pretty much suck and are way over priced but this place is more confusing with poor genetics.  They give a free joint to anyone that leaves a 5 star review on here so don't be fooled..

Some of the bad reviews made me nervous but I'm glad I didn't listen. I got there around 10 AM on a Sunday morning when it should've been slammed. Thanks to proper staffing and quick service I was able to get checked in and helped immediately. Everyone was extremely friendly and went out of their way to help me find what I needed. Blair B deserves a raise. The shop was stocked to the brim with all my favorite AZ brands and if you know what to get the quality is all there. It was also very clean which is important. This was a 35 minute drive just to get one specific thing and I'm going to come back for my weekly  now.

Today was my first time at Jars. I actually noticed Jars as I was driving by, so I decided to stop in to see what it was about. The service inside was insufficient.I encountered 5 workers from start to finish and none of them welcomed me into the store, nor were they friendly. As a 1st time customer in the store, I was expecting more attentiveness. I was made to feel like I was a bother and being rushed out of the store. The FIRST TIME CUSTOMER DEAL is BS!! I was told that I could NOT use the 1st time customer deal today because the flower that I wanted to purchase is on sale. I was informed that everything else wasn't on sale, and that I could purchase those items, in order to benefit from the deal. The inside was so loud that I could not hear the cashier. The music was loud, 12-14 people were all speaking at the same time as I tried to get answers about the product. It was a mess. I will NOT return. The overall experience was POOR.  I'm honestly disappointed, as I was looking for a new dispensary outside of the current dispensary that I frequent.

The staff here treats you like family and remember you. I love the employees here always keeping up the positive vibes. The deals however have been very rare now that they are recreational.

Super expensive and the glitter faced girl that helped me laughed in my face when I told her what I was looking for/ my price range. Maybe I'm looking for a deal but wow that felt pretty crappy to be laughed at. Won't be back.

I love that I can still get deals since I'm medical but sometimes the deals at this location are a joke and low. They never really have anything I'm looking for and when I go in it's more like rushing. Get the customer in, sell to them and kick em out. Like I want some one on one with the clerk. Get some insight on some products and make my horizon expand. I'm kinda new to all this but I'm always rushed and end up buying more then I wanted to because they don't care about you, just racking up on their sales.

I love this place it has a drive-through and very convenient  . carries a large array of products always at a good price always having a sale too

Jars is the best if you want great online shopping, delivery and quality product. They are consistently friendly professional and courteous. Been using them during the pandemic and they are just great.

I would agree with everyone else. I had been coming here and the service has gotten bad! I'm confused on why they get upset when someone is asking questions about the product. I thought that was the purpose of having subject matter expert's?

Friendly staff. Prices were pretty high. The flower I bought was good quality. The live resin carts were on "special" for $57.   Got me!  It's a fake  luckily I only bought one

One of the worst places iv ever been to. I have had my card for 8 years and haven't been satisfied here. customer service is terrable, you will wait in line for up to an our even with an online order. staff extremely rude and seem like they would rather kick you out than help you. Was told what i wanted was not apart of their deal and that if they were busy they would have pushed me to the back of the line? so you would make somone wait another hour rather than just get them a diffrent kind? really snobby for a place that has shitty concentrate and flower

First bad experience at a dispensary, I've tried to explain to 3 employees and a manager that I got over charged on their 79$ 1/2 ounce. I got charged 46$ in tax over a 79$ charge... though the tax is 24% all together

fantastic weed, and selection for carts, wax, and many more. they always have good deals, and everyone is pretty friendly. Good prices for good quality, and a large quantity.

I just have to start off with there were more Rec people in the shade than med patients..it's only gonna get hotter..on top of that with your "Med card" there's nothing special about it other than not paying taxes but they're not even doing a discount for their medical patients, which is crazy because a lot of other dispensaries are due to the longer waits..MED PATIENTS DONT WAIST YOUR TIME!!

Allie G was simply amazing tonight! I loved how informative she was with me and my spouse tonight. She was cheery, fun and a treat to work with for sure. It's clear she enjoys what she does and does it well.

This is by far the worst dispensary I have been to. Staff is not helpful. The lines are Always long and whoever set up their curbside pickup is a special kind of stupid. There are to many option to go to this dump. Save your money and go elsewhere!

So, I get the whole Covid-19 danger but when you force people to use curbside service, you should also provide restroom access, since the wait stretches into an hour or more. Very disappointed with you guys on this.

I dont visit this side of town enough to go here regularly, but when I do I always leave here really impressed with the flower I leave with and the price I get it for. Hands down one of the best places for pre pack $60-$90 half oz's in the valley! And Maria who answers the phone is always patient kind and informative over the phone and in person as well as the rest of the staff!!!

Bummed that I've given this place so much money only to be ripped off on my $314 order.  Normally I don't check receipts unless they're $100+ so now I'm wondering if it's happened before on lesser money spent occasions.  Most of the staff is nice, especially April and Heath.  FYI - don't buy their dirt weed, dirt tastes better than this crap that I wouldn't even let my dog smoke, I'll try to add pics.  Their prices are high, the rec patients skip me (a med patient) in line sometimes which really pisses me off.  Of course, when I spoke up about it the guard said "I'm only doing what they told me."  Super effin lame.  I have been reprimanded before for accidentally going in the wrong line and for changing an order at the med pick up window.  Their website stinks so I wasn't sure if two products of the same brand, but different types could be included in the Select sale.  Had it been clear, I wouldn't have had to do that!!  Overall, I've been happy with Jars until now.  They seem to have so much business that they don't need or want mine anymore.  I did get a credit on my account for some of the money that I was overcharged, but they had different numbers they used so they still owe me $12.  I'll go back one more time to use up every point that I've earned and it'll be a good haul and then buh bye to Jars.  On a positive note, I met a nice guy in line that recommended Emerald City on 43rd Ave & Olive to me and I went there instead today and they seemed really happy to have me as a new customer plus there's a new patient discount.  I hope that Jars sees this and changes their attitude towards their loyal patients or they'll keep losing them.

Terrible customer service. I spent well over $1000 at this place every month. They keep screwing up my delivery order. I waited 5 hours for my delivery to arrive and when it did they didn't apply my veteran discount. I was told it would have to go back to the store and be reprocessed and redelivered. Psssh so you want me there wait another 5 hours?  The manager has terrible customer service skills and should have taken care of their screw up right then and there. How hard is it to apply the discount and give a new amount over the phone?  Oh well this business lost a very high volume customer.

Current pick up system is extremely un organized, several worlers asking the same question over and over, shouting at you to pull up and then another guy shouting at me to back up , just like a big mess

This place is garbage I do not recommend anybody to go Their advertising Daly deals are bait and switch When I called to find out availability on an item I was on hold for 19 minutes before them Disconnecting the call So I Kept driving 90 streets and 35 avenues All while on the phone to be told that they were sold out ....that was the whole reason I was calling that's the whole reason I stayed on hold for 19 minutes !!!!when I told this to a manager she said sorry maybe next time we will have it ... and our phone system has never done that before .....there will not be a next time!!! You have been forewarned if I see another bad review about this place is your fault.

Usually my go to spot.   Not during this covid sht.   Not very helpful and you can't smell or touch anything.  Can barely even hear them.  Won't be going back anytime soon

Metro is the only dispensary I will go to in the city. Best prices. Best staff. Always check in advanced for any specials or daily deals.

They have sunken to new lows during pandemic. Like the great orange narcissus, they think they have done a " tremendous " job. They have created much I'll will. I am enjoying Nirvana center and Curaleaf  very much and have no need for these egotistical fools.

I've gone here a few times since a car accident led to an amputation of my leg, and I use cannibas pretty regularly to combat pain. They always let me and my handicap placard park right out front. I'm new to the Mary Jane life but feel bad asking questions but they are so helpful here that it makes me feel comfortable! I also have asthma and just found out they have marijuana inhalers? Like, how would I ever have discovered that if they didn't care to help me with my needs? Great selection from what I can tell, even though I usually stick to tangible weed and THC gummies. I always go to places asking for "something like Jack Herer" and this was the first time I was responded with: "do you just want Jack Herer?" Uh YEAH! Where I'm from that's the first strain that goes out of stock. Very pleased with service and product.

This was my favorite spot but today I waited In Line for over an hour. There were more employees than customers and the system they are using for this situation is NOT working. It's not efficient or effective for the patient. Over an hour! Open another window, only 2 working windows, insane! Do better!!

I just came by yesterday to get a bomb ass quarter and you guys have it on private reserve cherry gar see ya it's freaking horrible for the price and it's all popcorn buds.. how are you selling that for 86 dollars? Like seriously I thought it was a joke when I got home. After I have spent thousands of dollars here I have points so I went to get a free 8th and as my history is all the best buds and you give me an 8th on the lowest shelf? That's just disrespectful. I'm honestly never coming to this club again such a waste of time and money.

The prices and quality are awesome. This is hands down my favorite dispensary in my area!! The curbside pick up is a bit annoying because when ordering online you kind of have to hope that the flower is gonna look and smell the way you want it to.... and the guys signaling the cars to move forward are pretty rude. But other than that, this dispensary is great!! I usually get great customer service when I am ordering in the store and I never feel ripped off when purchasing quality stuff. :)

I like the fact that they prioritize medical patients first I'm in and out quickly they have a lot of selections and also most of the bartenders are chill.

Great selection good prices the neighborhood and the people in the parking lot are pretty seedy it makes you feel uncomfortable when they need six arm security guards. They DO NOT TAKE CREDIT CARDS!!!!!!

One of my go to spots. They always have the best deals and a wide variety of products. Lizzie got me squared away with recommendations, and Rozie is always awesome.

This place has great meds for a great deal. I love the fact I live so close and I'm in and out. There flower is top notch and located in a very accessible area. The security makes you feel safe as your going to your car. I'll definitely be back.

I started coming here even though there are 2 dispensaries closer to my house. The bud is always great, the people polite and the prices are fantastic. They have regular specials and are open both early and late. I highly (lol) recommend Metro Meds.

Due to current circumstances, they're limiting service to online orders for pickup. The line was L-o-n-g, but every person in line (separated by six-foot markers in red tape on the sidewalk) was friendly and peaceful. It took us 2.5 hours to get to be served, but I didn't hear a single person in line complain. Staff was as friendly as they always are, but they do deliver, so if you don't want to wait outside, in the sun, for extended periods, you might order delivery. Thanks Jars!  You guys all rock!!

Worst place I've ever had to get a delivery from canceled my order four times in one day due to products not in stock instead of giving me a call or filling what they had and then they denied delivery for that day even though I started my order at 9 AM I will never order or shop at this location ever again

This is my favorite dispensary.  Everybody does their job and things move quickly.  I love the bud tenders here, they are very helpful in getting you what you want.  Everybody is friendly, even the customers!

Things have gotten way cooler. Bud is much better. Super cool workers. I want to go for 7/10 but the lines give me anxiety.

I purchased 2 Elite Select cartridges, Wedding Cake and Pre 98 Bubba Kush. These were the most Harsh and UnFlavorable of ANY of the cartridges I've had and I've had a LOT as this is how I medicate.  I wasn't going to say anything but I believe that unless you tell  of your experiences with an item then someone else is going to be disappointed.

This place had a fun vibe and my bartender was pretty good, too. The shop design wasn't too exciting but the place was clean and bright. I got a good consultation for some excellent products- one #indica one #Sativa. The clementine was delicious! They had such a large selection but I didn't really get to explore- next time. They have an atm with a few so bring cash.

I love Metro Meds! Very friendly, willing to listen, educate, and take the time to provide the best customer service they can. Their prices are typically cheaper than most other dispensaries, so you can't lose. Metro Meds gets my highest recommendation!

Even though its quit a drive from the east valley it was well worth it. Metro meds has great customer service, great flower selection and the price is ok too. Thier concentrates are great no harsh chemical taste and they actually work. Thanks metro meds.

Today I went to Metro Meds and as a new client i had the option of a bogo.  I chose to do 1/4 oz of 2 different strains.  When I got home with my product I found that one of the containers was only half full.  Upon weighing the product there was only 3.1 grams in it, should have been 7.1.  So I won't be going back there again!!

Got a text for flash sale on OZ flower. Saw the lucid Blue and Dirty Sprite. Looks and smells great at the counter in the container. Then get home to find it's not the same stuff and looks like popcorn bud. My bud tender was cool and I know it's not his fault. Bait and switch. I'm not happy at all.

I love this place. Staff is knowledgeable. They always have a good variety of flower. They always have specials. I highly recommend this place. Great medicine.

Horizon Thc is a joke! I called and the guy who answered would NOT tell me the specials on flower bc of the fcc rules and regulations. He even rattled on about federal law! Seriously dude we weren't making a drug deal over the phone! So I go there to check out a few strains bc they are close to my area. When you are the ONLY person at a medical marijuana dispensary that should be a sign! Lol. The guy who showed me all the flower was talking to me as if he grew that flower himself. I did not like this place at all. It seems they do not grow and stock their shelves from all the other dispensaries however Horizon charges 18 a gram! I'd rather go straight to the source!

If I could give this place zero stars I would! I was told the price on the phone then when I got there I was confirmed the same price. I was picking out my medication strains I wanted and I couldn't tell the difference between any of them. They look good like really good with the all smelled like hay. Like something you would find that was grown outdoors in California. When I smoked it I literally would smoke a whole gram and barely even feel any effects from the medicine. I get a gram from giving tree and it'll get me there at least three times. As I'm checking out The price is several dollars higher than what I was quoted and I said what are you talking about and the lady told me there is taxes and your fees. I didn't search are you and say that's not what I was quoted I go to giving tree and they never charge tax because it's included in price and you never told me there was tax. As I'm arguing with her man behind me sitting down starts getting involved and being rude to me and we started our you and I basically was telling him to mind his own dang business and thought we were going to have to fight. Turns out he's the owner and to act that way is so unprofessional I can't even fathom how he was successful enough to buy the business let alone stay in business. The place was empty and deserted and I don't wonder why. I'm 100% honest about my medication experiences and I'll tell you always go to giving tree if you want the best product 100% of the time even their bottom shelf is crazy fire. I don't work for anybody I don't do this for any reason other than the fact I was so upset after I left there and wanted to go home and smoke and calm down and I ended up even more pissed off when I find out it taste like crap and does nothing and I gave my money away for free basically to a person I almost got into a fight with.

According to Leafly this facility has vape juice.  I just recently bought an Evod 3 in 1 to smoke flower, waxy concentrates and oil.  I have an e-cig that I enjoy and it helped me quit smoking cigarettes.  That's not the point.  I have no interest is the wax or "dab" thing but at the advice of my physician wanted to try the vape oil which as I said before the websites said they had.  It's a close facility and I had another errand to run in the area.  They have done a beautiful job on decorating the interior - the outside makes it look closed.  OK - so instead you walk past the bldg that looks deserted and go into an ultra-modern chic and hip waiting room.  Charcoal couches and modern lighting all accented but a bold lime green.  Very nice.  No one else there but me.  Got right in where I was greeted by some urban hipster who was NO help.  I showed him my Evod and he was surprised - had never seen one.  I explained the chamber for the flower.  Showed him the vape cartridge and he said they had NOTHING there that would not blow up in my face.  (BTW - he said that about the disposable e-vapes).  He then looked at the wax chamber and tried to sell me shatter or crumble.  When I showed no interest he said I had best stick to flower.  I did get some really nice meds but I am not sure I will go back except in a pinch because it's close.

I received extremely rude service from hector. He wouldn't listen to what I had to say about a certain product and how it didn't work for me. He also displayed a very poor attitude towards me.

Be sure to check the weight of your product as they do short their patients. As someone who's been coming here for a very long time I've noticed that since recreational has become legal the medical patients have kind of taken the back burner and I have been shorted at least a quarter. When I got to my car and open the bag and noticed i was shorted. I went back inside and was told there was nothing they could do about it since i walked out the doors. Today when picking up another half ounce I asked for it to be weighed and was told they couldn't do it in front of me but they could show me a picture of the scale... I do not trust these people and I will not be back after being a loyal customer here for almost 3 years!

Jamilex has been a help to me every single time that I've been in there she always knows exactly which flower would be best for the time that I'm coming in and recreationally what I need it for I look forward to shopping at jars because they always have what I'm looking for I would not shop anywhere else jars has my business

Today I ordered my first delivery from JARS.  I would think the $14 fee for delivery, on a $100+ order, a little steep.  Not charging a reasonable amount, given the value of the order.  Adding the tip for the driver, I could have ordered another gram of shatter if I'd just walked in.  This order was the "benchmark" for JARS delivery process.  I would say I will use the process again...if I'm desperate for delivery.  Otherwise, make the drive.  Maximize the value of your purchase...

I would consider this location one of the top 5 dispensaries in phoenix to go to. They almost always have some sort of deal to the point where I don't even look...I know I'll be taken care of. Also, by far some of the most knowledgeable and kind bud tenders. Every time I go somewhere else I'm almost always disappointed. Very chill atmosphere and low wait times. They have their line system DOWN to a T and take care of everyone equally. Oh lastly every time I'm in line here I meet a new puppy. If that isn't a selling point I don't know what is

JARS made a great impression on 10/07/2021, my first visit to a dispensary, EVER! There was a short line, but it was constantly moving. 2 lines, actually - Medical and Adult use. I wasn't completely clueless, but I needed a little time with the "budtender" to get what I was looking for! TAYLOR didn't disappoint!! He was very helpful, knowledgeable and suggested just the right items. JARS has quality products organized logically, and has great sales from what I can tell. The power level and vibe in the place is INSANE!! I'll be back - in just a few days, in fact! I'm so happy that my first experience was an awesome one!! Way to go, JARS, keep it up!!

Love this place. Ryan is almost always the one I pick up my online orders from. Such a cool guy and super helpful and thoughtful. Always nice to have a cool dude across the counter from me.

Great selection and quality. My bud tender Blair B. was very helpful and took the time to find me what I wanted. I am very happy with the several strains of flower I got, cured properly with great flavor. I did purchase top shelf strains from several different growers. Check in was fast and inside the store itself is nice, no wait at 7 pm on a Thursday to be helped. I would recommend Jars to a friend over the other competitor with the yellow lunch bags any day.

This is an awesome location full of amazing people and a wide variety of products to suit your needs. They are very well informed, April is AWESOME and knows what she is talking about. I am re-writing this review because I felt that the one I wrote before no longer expressed my feelings regarding Jars. I love this place. I really mean that. The employees are very polite and helpful, as well as knowledgeable about the products available. Especially Riley. She has is a genuinely thoughtful bud-tender. She always reminds me when have accumulated a nice amount of points so I can get myself an unexpected treat. It's people like her that keep me coming back to jars. I live less than a half mile from a different dispensary and I still ride the bus 6 miles to come here because it's worth it. Thanks Jars!!!

Went to this place a few days ago, and let me tell you... first dispensary in Arizona and was blown away. No pun intended. Great overall experience from my arrival to my departure. The guy up front checking ID was chill. The security guard, my goodness, beast of a guy and well protecting the area. Up to my bud tender Sean O. Very well informed, providing great tips and recommendations. Overall will go here once I Visit again. Doing a very great job!
