The service at this location continues to disappoint. I feel like I am not being greeted or acknowledged upon entrance which is the starting point of my experience! I placed an online order tonight an hour before arrival and I still had to wait 20 min in line behind the one other customer in the store. I am sorry to say I can not recommend this location even though the prices and quality is great.

If you enjoy smoking weed that tastes like perfume or venom wax, this is the place for you. If their weed isn't lacking in THC then it's the deals they offer for it. If you want better weed for the same price or less, go to Natures Meds down the road instead.

Terrible company. Changes orders without informing the client. False advertising and terrible communication. It's as if no one actually cares about the customer or providing quality service.

From day ONE I've had nothing but the best of service and warm smiles. Great deals with even better herbs! KJ was my first budtender and is phenomenal!!  There's my beautybudtender Ms Angel that will forever have a smile and get you the best you deserve  Forgive me for not knowing everyone's names but I've had the pleasure to mingle with everyone there and the entire location has an office full of AWESOMENESS, from the lovely ladies and adorable gents up front to the whole crew in the back, I promise you will not be disappointed by any means

Extremely friendly staff and low prices. Will definitely return! Also they have a card reader which makes it way more convenient.

**EDIT** The budtender Emelie R. who I am writing about below actually felt the need to pursue this issue on her own and come on to yelp and send me confrontational comments because of my review that specifically mention HER OWN mistakes and my horrible experience at Sunnyside. After I was notified by Yelp that someone wrote on this exact review, I saw her name in my notifications and when I went to look again, she had went ahead and edited her profile from "Emelie R" to "Anony R" as in anonymous I'm assuming. Im outraged that Sunnyside allows their employees to go beyond their job description and harass patients on apps, when I'm in every right to review a business and the experience I had.AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!!! Management is ridiculously unprofessional and a flat out mess, from their bud tenders to their security this place is a shit show. Bud tender EMELIE R is the star of the show for wanting to lie about not tending the right cash. The total was $119.71 and I specifically gave EMELIE 4 twenties and a 50 dollar bill ($130). After seeing only $0.29 were given back and I was missing $10, the attempt to fix the mistake was where "management" working tonight (12/20/20 @7pm) talked with EMELIE and insisted I, instead, under-paid her and "it was seen on the cameras".... So you mean to tell me I left the building, came back in to communicate the issue, and STILL LEFT after it being UNSOLVED with my underpaid weed?????? That's the biggest joke!!!!! My mind is blown. EMELIE was beyond unprofessional, clearly does not vouch for patients and couldn't be an adult and own up to her mistake. Instead, I never received any phone calls like I was promised to resolved the issue and I was the one who needed to reach out to Sunnyside to speak about the incident and all I got from the boss man was that "there's two sides to every story" and to come pick up my $10... so you mean to tell me what I was trying to resolve this entire time was exactly what I said it was. So much for taking responsibility of your staffs mistakes, so much for an apology for accusing me and insulting me. I spend great amounts of money here to medicate and to see how disrespected I was is a point for no return here. this place sucks!!!!! waist of time waist of gas .. they scanned my id fine but made some bullshit comment that the corners of my id hold important information they needed mind you this is after they scanned it fine lol!!! i even herd the lady behind the counter say but it scanned lol!!! im assuming this is why this place is so empty they throw away buisnes and how empty this place was they needed my 138 dollaz lol!!!!! i wouldnt go back and waist my time even if they gave the oz i pre-ordered to me!!! thank god for natures medicine rite around the corner now they know how to handle a customer and that would be my recommendation not sunnyside!!!

This was my first dispensary experience in Phoenix and it was a great one. The staff was friendly, the location was bright and organized. Our budtender Josh was very helpful explaining the products and options. We grabbed an 1/8th of aeroponic grown cannabis which I've never seen before and some pre-rolls. Limited options but the menu is available online. Adult use and medical options. Definitely check this spot out!

Good for specials like "shatter days" me and babe love our applesauces 7g Cresco for a hunndy and they had an awesome new patient deal!

I had such a pleasant experience here recently. I was helped by Kiara V who was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely seemed to enjoy providing assistance. Before leaving, I asked where the top jar was. She told me they don't accept tips, and I was amazed at the level of service with no expectation of being tipped. I will come back here solely because they take away the pressure on customers to tip without sacrificing great customer service. I should also mention the product selection and quality was excellent as well.

It's not every day I want to give 10/5 stars to a business. But holy sh*t. I've never had a better experience in a dispensary. Ordered online, got a super fast confirmation that the order was ready, no line when I arrived. The two young ladies behind the counter were so kind and even recommend I head to the back and get the new patient BOGO deal. Angel was my bud-tender and wow. She is the reason I felt so compelled to write this review. I don't even really know how to articulate the experience of our conversation. Thank you Angel for your whole vibe of love, acceptance, and compassion. I will literally recommend ONLY this dispensary from here out. It was such a seamless and wonderful experience.

I love this place. The prices are great, and the employees are awesome. One of the best dispensary for Shatter and carts. They also have a really good points system.

Best place in town. The whole staff is super nice. Nic and Angel are amazing, knowledgeable and friendly and have super positive energy. All kinds of weed and great price points to fit your needs.

I drive over 7.5 miles one way and pass by 6 Dispensaries to get to Sunnyside dispensary for over 6 years. I have been to 5 other Dispensaries and I have decided that Sunnyside dispensary, formerly Encanto dispensary has always had what I was looking for and at a fair price. They also give me a senior discount plus a point reward discount. I have never had a bad deal, and have had top quality.

You should change your delivery hours to 6 or 5:30 l. The website says 7 but I've never been able to order for here past 6-6:30 due to the driver being away and not returning to the store in time. Sadly there is always an issue with you guys and it sucks because I love your flower.

I never mind the drive out to this dispensary because of the great deals and great service I get here! I really like the deals and how easy they are to understand. The point system is so amazing lol. I’ve only been about 5 times, and have racked up quite a bit in my few visits. Josh is outstanding and his unique personality makes it so fun and a joy to come in and get products. My only complaint is that your bud tenders/staff can’t accept tips. I think they are SO DESERVED. ❤️
