Two recreational for every medical entry... what is the point of me having a medical card?? I should lie and say I'm recreational next time just to get in faster. If there is a next time!! Yeeesh. I waited in line for over thirty minutes. And no, I'm not being one of those silly customers who doesn't actually know how time works. I parked my car at 3:30 and I am still in line writing this review at 4:03. What a waste of time. UPDATE: finally made it inside and the girl at the front is rude af, impatient and will brush you off. It's cool this place offers punch cards. It's too bad they make everything else about the experience NOT worth it.

*Warning* Honest review - Recreational SaleThe quality of products were really, really disappointing. There is no other way to describe it. The flower was SO DRY it turned to dust. I am not kidding or trying to be funny.The edibles I received- ineffective.  Customer Service: The team should really be a little more friendly for a dispensary- why so aggressive? Customer service matters guys.This was my first time and I was less than impressedPositive note:  The lady coordinating  the waiting room was cool.

You don't have time to come here. Nobody has time to come here. They are the slowest dispensary in the state by a HUGE margin. Whatever money you think you're saving with their deals is actually spent on the time it takes for this dispensary to do anything.

Solid dispensary, chill staff, good product but they are SLOW! Expect to spend a solid 20-30 minutes just waiting.

This place is garbage.Everything about it. The weed,customer service,everything in general.If you come her just know you gatta clear your schedule your going to be waiting an hour and half,maybe even more than that.the employees obviously don't care about the customers time and it's very annoying.Who ever is reading this don't even waste your time I'm coming here literally just hit yo favorite plug and get right because usually even the plugs take long... nahhhhh not anything compared to this I'm telling you... if you come here be prepared to wait 2 hours

I placed a pre-order around 2:30pm. I then received the pick up message at 7:30pm. I drive the 30 minutes to get there only to discover the line for pre-orders was down the sidewalk. They were also letting recreational customers in before med patients. This place was already horrible, now it's a spit in the face to medical patients. I hope all med patients find better sources for their medications.

A joke of a dispensary. I don't understand why they would run specials for recreational only. People with medical cards who need their medication aren't important? Now I'm never going to set foot in there and I'll tell everyone to stay far far away. Much better places to go to. Don't waste your time with a dispensary who doesn't care about their medical patients.

I have been shopping here for a few years and HWC has been my favorite spot forever. Buds and concentrates have above par forever until about 3 months ago. Since then all the strains I try taste like soil or dirt or earthy you could say. I know this used to be a problem they had but it stopped years ago. Now it seems they all taste the same crappy way. From the snake eyes to the king Louis. All disappointing to say the least. THC is less than 15% I would say. I asked the bud tender what was up and he said there top grower went to TRU INFUSION....guess that explains it. Please guys hire somebody else. Straighten it out I hope. Know it's gonna take time but I'm gonna keep checking in to see :)

Worst dispensary I've ever been to. The medical lines take just as long as the recreational lines the employees are extremely rude and unprofessional all together. The women who work there act like they're on a high horse better then everyone. Terrible experience do not recommend.I literally watched more children walk into the dispensary than patients.

Tried to call to ask about a deal and I'm a disabled Vet and am hard of hearing a little and I had to ask again because i didn't here her. When I proceeded to ask again she flipped out yelled and said " ya! Like I said!"  Wow. I thought. She was rude and disrespectful for no reason. This dispensary needs to give classes to there employees how to show good customer service. Good thing I called and didn't waste my gas. Yikes!

Great Deals Great Staff and lovely hang out spot next door where you can get CBD dog treats and play games while you wait.

This is probably my least favorite dispensary in Phoenix honestly. The wait is always ridiculously long & the whole experience is really subpar so seriously just go somewhere else.

Super nice and knowledgeable. My first time going and Kevin helped me. He knew what he was talking about and helped me pick what's right for me.

i bought an 8th for $45 of the tru infused brand and i scaled it cause it looked less and it scaled out to a 2.9 a whole point 5 missing . i'm already getting taxed on the 8th for $45 and the bud tenders are still taking out some weed from there patients ? how sad and poor . keep you're workers in check .

This place has THE HIGHEST quality flowers and concentrates in town! And their staff was very knowledgeable. They started doing the first time patient special again. Buy one 1/8th get one 1/8th free. Not bad.I want try their new Vapen inhaler next!

This dispensary is easily one of the best dispos in the state. They carry really great brands and the quality of their products is up there for sure. Highly recommend this place to anyone. My favorite dispo by far.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I drove out of my way to go to Herbal Wellness Center to get a gram of shatter. Got a gram of the Super Lemon Haze Shatter. Got it home and it is nothing but a sappy fucking mess. I was told it was shatter. It is sap. Apparently, HWC does not know or care about the difference and are cool making their customers keep it by not making an exchange or some other credit or way to compensate for this. I was told to "put it in the freezer". Yeah, I'll do that when I'm out camping. What a joke. I told them very nicely that if they wouldn't see their way clear to make it right then I would never return as a customer. THEY COULD CARE LESS. Truth. Beware. They keep the shit all shrouded and secret except for the "stuntcock" grams sitting behind glass. Whatever is in the actual bag that you leave with is a big fat mystery, until you get home that is. Then it's too late for a return. Great strategy for HWC.But hey, enjoy it while you can guys. I hope that the owner is reading this. If you are, know that selling product like this, is bullshit. Also know that your days of not having any competition and being some of the only game in town are numbered as fuck. I am going to go out of my way to let everyone I know that will listen that this is what they can expect from HWC.. and I know you don't know me, but that's a whole lotta mofos. So, good luck staying in a profitable business while you can. You are a PR joke.update: spoke with the manager. he tried to tell me that "once shatter leaves their pristine environment, it will automatically become sap" which is 100%. Total. Bullshit. also, if this is the case, how does everyone else get nice snappy shatter?? answer: because they're doing it right. the super lemon haze has a funny taste on the way out.. like "fake" or something that was fucked up the first time around and they distilled it and added terps later. also.. every dab snap/crackle/pops.. this means that there is moisture content still left in the slab. no bueno. last, i'm left with this fucked of piece of sapped up ? in my fridge because, according to HWC's management, it's the "only way" - wow okay how about 10 wtf's with some "i call bullshit" mixed in on top. New Lows.

Best medicine I've gotten from any dispensary. I definitely recommend coming in if you haven't already. Their house meds are always great, even their bottom shelf. I come in any chance I get

This place has the worst customer service of any dispensary in the valley. Skip it there are too many great choices. The chick at the front desk is an idiot. My time is valuable. They are not organized.

I've been buying my CBD from herbal wellness Center for years now and I cannot emphasize enough on the product quality and effectiveness. I have arthritis and sleep insomnia amount other ailments and it's been a life saver for me. I've read up a lot on their manufacturing practices, their potency levels are outstanding and exceptional. It's my place to go to I highly recommend it from personal experience. Nothing came near to the obvious difference it made for me.

I've been here a few times and was not disappointed.  However, they are currently taking online orders only.  And, let's just say the website SUCKS!  It was like they went back to 2001 and asked a web designer straight out of school to make them a website.  Not nearly all the products are listed and the search engine is a joke.  Half the screen is taken up by their logo the entire time.  Whatever, I'll just go to another store for awhile until they can figure this shit out.

FAKE MONEY. I go to this place faithfully, staff is good.I went to Herbal on 4/9/2020 paid for and picked up my medical. This is pretty much the only place I use cash at because you have no choice, I even used their ATM at this time. Gave the guy $120(al$20's), my change was about $16 and he gave me a $10 and I told in the rest singles so i could tip him($4+loose change). I tried to use the $10 at a store the following morning and the lady almost called the police on me because it was fake. I called Herbal Wellness  on 4/10/2020 at 1:32pm and talk to a female manager that said she will watch the camera and call me back. Well I havent received a call back and figured I would give them to today to call me back by today. $10 is nothing to me. Just the point of me almost getting arrested is what I'm pissed about. So if I were you and you get cash back, I would tell them to mark the bills and put under their light in front of you so you know they are real. This could have been very bad situation for me.

Make you wait for hours even after ordering on line.No regard for your time. Say your order is ready and it's an hour wait

Made this my 1st dispensary ever and have no regrets staff was really nice the budtender was extremely helpful and informative love the new patient deals can't wait to come back

This location is pretty west side fabulous !  Love your products and sales ! Even when I ask silly questions that they are they pretty soon and answer all my bud questions ! Yay YOU !

This place was my first dispensary I visit and by far I was amazed with the Customer Service, The Environment, and the Quality of Everything. I will keep coming more often here.

This was my first time back here in a while. Today I delt with Alec and Tyler. I was waiting for an whole hour.. I came in to check in on why it was taking so long. It was like talking to a robot and it was just "if you haven't received the your ready text, wait till you receive that" until the second time I came in here and had to be a little more firm.. I said I understood that the first 3 times he had told me. After I seen the lobby empty of the people I first saw and saw a whole new set.. he said that I still had to wait and people wait up to 1 hour and 10 minutes to get checked in.. he said apparently, they have orders from the day time that they are still in checking in before me at 4 pm. It is now 5:22 and they called me in here because apparently I was never in the system. The lobby is empty and some how these men managed to get everyone in here and I'm still waiting. Not to mention, every one is touching this screen to put in orders and they are just standing behind the counter like little robots repeating the same shit after almost and hour and a half. That's not just to me, but every patient walking in. So I get shitty service, no COVID standards, and a unstructured system. HORRIBLE. If I could, I would give them NO STARS. No bag, is worth this much of a hassle and this much bs to deal with.

This place is a wonderful lil shop with some of the finest products on the market. They have amazing daily deals and very informative staff. I have never received anything less than stellar from them. The reason the then three stars is because of the way they move people in and out of the shop. Here are the problems -Only one employee handling online orders-Incorrect quote times-Careless management -Understaffed The problem with online orders is that they are advertised as quick. Online it states "orders are typically avalible in 30 minutes." However the last 4 times ordering online I received my confirmation email later than an hour. In addition to that they have only one employee handing online orders. If they're 20 people that walk in and half of them are online they all have to wait on one person to check them out. While the other half of the people have the rest of the shop checking them out. As a result of that previous point for the last 4 times I had to wait and see people walk in and out before me even though my order was "ready". They need to have more than one person checking out online orders to make their promised quote times. In addition to waiting over an hour on shop for the last 4 times the receptionist tells people that wait times are only 20 minutes. No matter how many people show up at once. I've been there when 20 people show up in the morning to open and they consistently tell people "it's only 20 minutes" to con them in the business. After my third time this happened to me I decided to call to check and see what the heck was going on with this place. They refused to let me talk to him unless I have him my full name and birthday (my privacy felt violated). And he didn't really seem to care about the issue. He stated "were busy overs here with everyone's 'sh*t' to do anything about it" I told him that it wasn't professional to be cussing to customers and he offered me two free prerolls to pretty much calm down and shut up. But I never got them. On Wednesday's they offer half off the vapen clear, which causes people to arrive in herds. Myself included. And they never seem to have more than 5 people checking people out at a time. Which causes all of the problems stated above. Many other places comparable have so much more people staffed. All they have to do is staff more people. Or hire more. That's how business works, the busier you are they more staff you can afford. Thankyou very much for taking the time and reading me b*tch that manager out. I'm just mad.

This place is complete and utter garbage. The deals might sound irresistible, but you better be ready to sit for a MINIMUM of an hour to get anything. Online order? Doesn't matter. They don't even have an express line for online orders. They just throw them in with the rest of the line. Save yourself some time and just go somewhere else. This place is trash.

This dispensary is great. However don't order online. You will wait longer than if u just come in. They need a separate system for online orders

Went in there with 15 grams on my allotment and I only bought an eighth and one pre roll. That's only 4.5 grams. I went to check my allotment today and there was only 3 available to me today. I called in to complain and all the employees could do was make an excuse as to how the system works (I know how it works) and that I was mistaken. No one was willing to help and no one was willing to give me an answer. I'll be posting one star ratings for this place from multiple accounts until you guys fix this

Never in here long, once in awhile there's a pretty long line but just try to avoid the fire hours, GELATO is one of my all time favorites Would specifically recommend that strain to anyone

This shop is excellent! The waiting room and shop had a neat, clean design that appealed to me. Everything was tidy. The parking was ok- I'm on 2 wheels so I don't care too much about parking. I got wonderful customer service from the receptionist and budtender. My budtender introduced all the products from edibles to flowers and wax. He was so patient and informational as I looked through each and every bud. Each one was labled and he told me about the features. I asked for a good pain for an injury and I was very pleased with the consultation and results. I also got a good deal my first time in. I'll most definitely be back!

Fast service best flower and oil in AZ! I will always continue my business with hwc! The other shops around town doesn't have the quality how hwc has it. They are the one stop shop.

Can't figure out how to review on Leafly so let me just say that waiting for 25 minutes 12/11/2016 at Herbal Wellness, they were closing at 5 pm for the holidays and it showed: not just a lack of urgency, a real complacency.  Thanks for nothing.

This is my favorite of only two dispensaries I go to in the Valley (and I frequent this one much more). The quality of their meds tops anyone else's - believe me, I've shopped around when I first got my card. Prices are about the same, sometimes lower than a few of the dispensaries and the quality is so much better. Other places have the same prices on their meds, but have lots of trim or are in those horrible pre-packaged zip lock bags. They're awesome at trimming and only carrying quality medicine! I love their deals - sampler specials, check-in for a free pre-roll, 20% off edibles, etc. I suggest following them on leafly!The budtenders are awesome and friendly, actually pay attention to you and try to help pick out what's best for you. Love you guys!

I was happy with this establishment  however experience and being a patient living with a mental disorder I have realized every dispensary is the same they say they care but really it comes down to money "its a business and must be treated as such"Ty is a great person and valuable assetVapen is not a good company I believe their product could be better There's a handful of employees that make women feel uncomfortable with their sly comments I really have one good thing to say and that CBD helped me remove western pharmaceuticals from my body

I've been to this place a few times now & like seriously I have fun when I go. I am not a very savvy person when it comes to all of this but so far I've had an easy time buying my product from here. All the budtenders that helped me were funny, knowledgeable, & attentive. My fav place to go so far  as far as for the product goes, I do like the Vapen. The birthday cookie was ok, & the pre-roll were okay too. I got some great tips earlier too about mixing the honey in bbq sauce and baking chicken in it. That sounded delicious. I will be returning :)

I drove 40 miles for my 1st time. I spent $310 . I waited 45 minutes and the person helping me was very helpful. Except when I finally got home and opened my bag to grab a candy bar they're were non. I specifically asked if I could get one and how much to eat etc. I wasn't charged so I guess he forgot. So I called and explained what happened and basically I'm SOL on getting the buy 1 get 1 free. They said I might get a pre roll. So I don't think I'll drive 40 miles again. All I wanted was to buy a candy bar and when I called they didn't care how much I spent and would spend.  They have a nice selection and a good amount of different bud to choose from and overall they're one of the better dispensaries in comparison. What can I say open the bag!! :-P

This place has OK stuff but there are better places like upper level. The staff treated my sister very bad and refused her service and had a security guard acting like they were going to put their hands aggressively on my sister with his big OL gun out, and a  big Ol redneck, skinhead, hells angels, undercover ran operation, very  prejudice  environment, they have their homosexual light skinned rude female that originally cut my sister down because she mentioned how my sister may know her ugly homosexual girlfriend and lied on my sister to get her to get man handled by their aggressive acting security staff that I sat in my car and watched how they were going to think they were going to put their hands on my size 3, 5'2' and only 110 pounds sister. THE MILITARY FORCE WOULD HAVE CAME IF THEY WOULD HAVE PUT THEIR HANDS ON MY SISTER OR ANYONE IN MY FAMILY.  MY FATHER  would have fed your janky dispenser to the wolves and had your place shut down and on the news so quick if you would have put your hands on my sister, by the way. Military is bigger than all you bigots. It was scary. I am not even from Arizona, but I have heard how these prejudice groups run their businesses and will think they can get away with hurting, possibly killing, and putting their ugly  hands on innocent individuals such as my sister. So I wanted to take the time to post the experience so nobody else has to be mistreated like my sister was.  BEWARE OF THIS PLACE IF YOUR NOT TO THEIR ACCEPTANCE LEVELS, DUE TO SOMETHING BEYOND ONE'S CONTROL. They have their tokens in there to protect this known fact, but this place is not ran good or honestly, and I'd advise one to choose another place. Especially if you want to stay alive and healthy.  They don't even have the best medicine all the time that they advertise anyways, and they mistreat people for no apparent reason and have the rudest, meanest people that work and run this place. This place needs to be shut down for their unhealthy public relation violations. I'm just being honest. And exploiting these savage ass staff and security that work here. NO GOOD. And its in a dangerous area, and road, with the crazy drivers. And for all 4 prejudice hateful idiots that work for this mafia, gang,  skinhead ran company thinking it was funny the way my sister was treated should prove to most that take their valuable time to read my post what this dispensary is about with their bigotry and condescending acts of coming on this review to override funny as being more prominent on this review shows that it is one of the people and all the people that work at this place and or is friends with the place or being used to put their two sense on here which is black male.  But that's what most of these typical personality conflicted idiots do in Arizona and never take responsibility for any of the wrong treatment they inflict on innocent individuals and oppression that they keep pushing out into the neighborhood streets, they have been doing this for a long time,  and will live on today because of this. What a bunch of idiots that run and work for this janky dispensary. May your dispensary fail all the way to hell.  I wish me and or my sister never came,  spent our hard earned money,  and or time at or in this bad vibed place. Don't waste your time here. There are better like the one called Nature's Medicine down the street, near I-17 and McDowell address is 2439 W McDowell Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85009. They are so nice,  everyone there is happy,  down to earth and awesome!  They finally got rid of the bad apples like this place needs to do.  Their concentrates are off the charts usually.  Go check them out.  Good prices to.

They were so helpful here. I'm a vet that was on a ton of pain medication. I have now cut my pills in half and get great relief. The bud tender was awesome. She explained and wrote down everything I had a question about. She gave me all of my options and helped me pick out a few things to try and see what works the best for me.  I have been told that they have great prices by friends.  I even got signed up for a membership. I can't thank you enough guys. It feels so good to not be gulping pills down all day. I am happy we stopped by this place.

One of the best dispensaries in Arizona! The staff is amazing and they know what they're doing also give amazing recommendations. I never leave HWC disappointed with my product. Everyone in the operations and store front are kicking ass!

I thought i was going to get a free pre-roll for FTP but since i have been to the other location in FH i couldn't...strike one. Oh well so during me trying to decide with the zombie kid that was "helping" me i remembered the quality being much better in FH but its been over a year since ive been there. I guess its really lower prices, LOWER QUALITY! So i opted for the highest thc content and got an 1/8 sour kush for 35...it was gone in two nights of medicating. Worthless. Also it was so loud and distracting in there i just wanted to get and leave. They were training a guy upfront during busy hours and i had to let an employee in that got locked out when i left. unprofessional with a ghetto phoenix flare. no bueno.

I've written several respectful but honest reviews on leafly of the gradual decline of quality at HWC only to have them all deleted and covered up by positive reviews. I consider this to be dishonest business practice as I just want other paying customers to know my experience so they can make a decision from there. Businesses should use reviews, positive and negative, as a way to constructively improve their practice both in quality and production, with regards to economics and in efficiency as well as providing would-be customers with information. They are not some thing to be altered to increase revenue or public opinion.     My main complaint was about overdried flower and a weird sulfur/firework/lit match smell that seems to be present in all their strains especially their overpriced Snake Eyes which runs $25 a gram and $60 an eighth BEFORE TAX all while claiming to be 22%-28% thc. However, Desert Valley Testing results say it is only 17.4%. You can view the results on instagram from a posting by the__ganjaman on april 9th. There's a tag directly to HWC as well so it's not like they didn't see it. I've tried this strain personally and was not pleased with the flavor or the extreme crackling and popping. I have spoken to others who've tried it as well with the same complaint so it isn't just me.     My second complaint was about a possible misunderstanding that may have resulted in me not receiving my discount which doesn't really bother me considering I won't be going back here til something changes. What truly bothers me is that THIS ESTABLISHMENT CLAIMS TO PRICE COMPETITIVELY WITH LOCAL DISPENSARIES! THIS IS NOT TRUE! Theres an almost $15 difference in eighth prices and some places charge ALMOST HALF the price for their concentrates all while having sometimes the same but mostly better quality than HWC.     HWC is a walk from my apartment. If I'm willing to travel almost triple the distance and sometimes farther for meds even when I don't have a car, that says something and management should really consider why that is instead of asking where's the  proof of this testing as if I'm some jerk who gets off on writing negative reviews. Then on top of that, delete my reviews along with others (Im not the only one) and cover them up with positive ones. As I said earlier, this is dishonest and customers deserve the right to know this.      I really used to like this place and it truly was my go to spot. Been coming here for 2 years. I've seen the menu and staff come and go. I voted for you guys every month for best dispensary. But after everything I mentioned above and all the other weird things that happen their too like deals changing the moment you walk through the door from buy 1 get 1free  to buy 2 get 1 free, I just can't make the decision to come here anymore. Thats happened way too often to be coincidence. Or buying "Private Reserve" dewaxed concentrates at $80+ before tax only to get a message the next day the price has dropped almost $20. Now I'm wondering why that is and Im feeling duped. Was their something wrong with quality? Is quality something that is even checked? How can you drop the price that much after already charging people an arm and a leg. It just raises questions.      The staff here are wonderful. Thats one positive note I can leave on. They're very knowledgeable, helpful, and above all patient,  and they always put a smile on your face even if the meds dont. I always tip them no matter what. They always do a good job. You will walk out of their feeling like you made a friend every time.

These folks try harder, and they are professional and fair and their products have helped my husband with his pain and cancer symptoms.

This was my very first dispensary experience. Didn't know much on prices and, didn't really research into other companies. This dispensary is great. Friendly staff and wonderful strains. I'm rating four stars because, of the oil cartridges. They were at .08g but, every time I wanted a refill I'd have to buy a battery. Only need one battery so, because the battery came with each time, each cost me 100-. Finding out I can find reload cartridges as low as 35- really made me question my visits. Parking is very hard to get out of. The traffic is horrendous. Love the people, love the strains. Still standing on the fence if I'll go back or not. I'm still a little butt hurt from the loss in money.

I almosted missed this gem. Usually don't go to this side of town but I happened to be out here and found this place! I'm very happy I did!! The highest quality Meds I've found thus far. The prices are super steep tho

Have visited the center in Tempe. Haven't been here yet. Will visit soon tho. When I did visit, they were very nice ppl. Will go again but to the closer location.

Some of the best buds ive ever had. One hitter quitter on the private reserve Donna Kush. Got some CBD Bubby sky that relieves every ache and pain and has some of the largest crystals ive ever seen.

This store is under staffed and lines are long and the lobby is uncomfortable and very little seating . Find a new store

I'm more about the flower but they also had some really high quality, clean, tasty wax, crumble and oil. All of the bud tenders know what's up and are helpful but not rushing you to get out.

There's a spot on my lists of dispensaries which consists of only two dispensaries in Arizona that have very quality and Awesome flower. The growing conditions the curing process and the packaging gets all 5 stars. Herbal Wellness Center has hands down the best flower in town. Go try the other dispensaries know that the first time you ever go to dispensary it needs to be a woman center because they will give you a friend and then you will go try the flower from all of the other defense you can realize that the only dispensary that has high quality fresh amazing beautiful floral flower is Herbalife the center in Phoenix. Seriously you almost forget that you were in Phoenix and you are just chilling in Southern California. These guys know what they're doing. And a good thing to know the prices are permanently dropping. No more $55 an 8th.

yes I'VE been there twice, it was quite a wait, but the service once you got back there. It went pretty fast! The employee's were very helpful as I asked alot thanks of questions about the product and that pain they would be the most beneficial..for me.

Another visit, another product. This time I tried the Dr Who crumble. I didnt feel much of an upper effect but i did feel super relaxed and it put me to sleep early. Thank you for the good rest.

i commented on herbal wellness page and another person commenting to me by name, was very disrespectful swearing at me, this dispensary "liked" that comment. it seems very unprofessional to encourage that kind of behavior among patients. if its okay to do that on your webpage, why not in person?

Yesterday I had gone to another dispensary looking for vape juice.  The other dispensary was modern chic and manned my urban hipsters who made me feel foolish, told me to stick to flower and charged more than other places but they are close.  Also checked out a guy in front of me with disposable vape cartridges!  OK....... I do my Leafly research and find that Herbal Wellness has it not only has the vape juice but tells you all about it.  Not as close as the other place but I fire up the GPS and head over.  The facility is easy to find and the interior is very comfortable.  Modern but not industrial like the OTHER hipster spot.  I go in, explain my eVod unit and ask about juice after telling them about yesterday's pasty urban hipster.  Manuel made sure their disposables fit my unit, advised me on which one to get for migraines and got me my 1st timer freebie.  They were all so nice, so informative and helpful which helped ease my angst for sure.  I will remember this dispensary for sure!

Terrible service was my first time coming here and they gave me the worse experience bad attitude told me I was taking too long and told i need to hurry up cuz i was wasting their time and had "other customers" to take care when in all reality it was dead like 2 people max just overall just the worse experience at a dispensary I can see clearly why they don't get that many customers. I would give them 0 stars if I could!

Oh my god this place is the pits I've been coming here forever they make you wait in this other line to be here hour just waiting to get tree man find somewhere else to go or buy that  off the street because this place is not worth itAnd they don't offer you no compensation

This used to be my go-to place for years. They were amazing. I went acouple times a week for years. Knew all the budtenders. Loved the flower.Then the whole vibe changed.They lost me as a customerThis place went down down down in everywayLooking for a dispensary with a high vibe

Slowest dispensary in Arizona hands down. Watching people walk in and get called before me. Been here an hour waiting for two pre rolls LOL. Natures medicine is way quicker and only 10mins down the road. Would recommend going there.

Worse dispensary. No matter what time of the day there is always an extremely long ass wait. 1 hour at minimum ! Doesn't matter online order or not this dispensary is wack!

Don't get me wrong this place has some great flower but the wait every time is and 1 hour to 45 minutes no matter what. Even I f you order online or if your a medical patient it doesn't matter they run on their own time as though this isn't a business.

Walked in for the first time to get a cart and was told it would be a 30 minute wait. Ok, weird have those kinds of wait times this late in the game in the middle of the day, but ok. Left to run some errands and made an online order instead. Returned an hour later only to be told "We don't sell online orders to rec". Then why doesn't the website say that? Why did your system even let me make the order and waste my time? And why even have such a policy? Do you not like money? Pretty sure I even heard them call my name as I left (which was an hour after my first attempt not 30 minutes), but it wouldn't matter because at that point I was definitely not giving them my money. Needless to say I won't be wasting my time in this disorganized place again. There's plenty of far better run establishments to give my business to instead.

Unfortunately I showed up at 930 when they close at 10 and was denied service. Of the dozens of places I have been between Denver, Vegas and Phoenix this is by far the worst service. It felt very selective and very lazy. I entered through the right entrance and nobody was at the booth. After 10 mins of waiting I asked was anybody there and a guy let me know I can order next door like everybody else but considering this was my first time how would I know I should be waiting for service in a whole other building, laughable really . It's sad that all business isn't welcomed here considering the marijuana industry is so welcoming to all different people , I won't make the mistake of coming here to feel good ever again and I'll certainly NEVER recommend it. As it turned out we had tree ordered from here from earlier and once I got it I really didn't understand why they are being so petty when it's probably the worst stress/Reggie I ever encountered  . 0/10 would never recommend.

Great stuff very knowledgeable on strains and flower great deals in a great atmosphere I've been to Ponderosa Nirvana it's something about herbal wellness that just sticks with you

Very unprofessional maybe if the employees weren’t hanging around and chitchatting all the time things will go much quicker just spent almost an hour in the waiting room

Long wait, but great place for flower.

The staff are nice. The weed is meh. The cart deals are great. Unfortunately, they are disorganized and mismanaged. The wait is always over an hour. This can be fixed. You just need better management. Trust!

Came here for my first time at a dispensary and they made the process so easy and fun. I left feeling on top of the world and I usually have major anxiety about going and doing most things. I cannot wait to go back! I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quick, easy and friendly experience.
