This is the BEST dispensary in the valley! Kevin, the manager is super nice and accommodating just as if he owned the place. I simply mentioned a particular strain and he went ahead and ordered it for me. Everytime I go in there now I am treated like royalty. It's a bit hidden but if you can get to it, TRY IT. Their GMO and MAC is over 31% and I'll tell you is some of the best flower I've had, period. I used to call Mint the best, well sorry Mint you have real competitor here at superior. And for the staff...the best! Super nice and SUPER helpful.

Horrible first time experience. Got bad weed, gave me horrible headache and NOTHING ELSE.  After two attempts, being put off, and finally hung up on. I WONT BE BACK. THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED.

My first time, I actually called before arriving to check the specials etc and the guy who answered the phone was polite and helpful, I arrived about 20 mins later and the front desk guy was nice, I entered the waiting room which is a small area with a tv and restroom clean and bright. I was called back by a young gentleman, nice and helpful. What I liked was the set up everything is separated in glass cases, it's bright and clean inside. They have a point system so be sure to put in your phone number, they have great deals and first time patient deals. I'll definitely be back.

Just got the most trash 8th I have ever got. SomeBS MOONSHINE HAZE....taste like hay .. gave me a headache biggest waste of cash ever ...trimmed like shit smells like sour waste. Total rip off I'm pissed  last time I ever go there. I know people on the streets with far SUPERIOR product they would never sell this crap

Worst experience I've ever had at any dispensary. I have been coming here for a while because everyone is pretty friendly and it's the closest dispensary to me and they have great products, but today I called in and spoke to someone who is probably new or was probably just having a really long and bad day. She was rude and had a bad attitude from the start of the phone call, she didn't want to give me any info on the stuff I was asking about  and said she didn't know  any of the prices. I cal,  once a week to make an order and it takes me 5 min to drive there so I always ask how much I am going to pay because, who doesn't lol. Then she told me not to get crazy with her after I asked her if she really could t give me a price because they always give me prices, and hung up. So I called back and she said she was refusing my service and hung up. I called like 3 more times and she hung up on me every single one of those times until I got someone else.  I asked to speak to the manager. Jordan came on and asked me to please come in and he would give me 10% off.  By this time I was already pulling up to my house and turned around to go back only to get told by the same lady at the front desk (with colored hair) that I am not getting in. I asked to speak to Jordan who was "supposed" to be the manager or supervisor and he had me walk outside, talk to him, I just told him she's been rude and I just want to buy my stuff and get back home, he said ok and had me walk in, and then the same lady walks over and basically kicks me out. She and Jordan started yelling at each other in the store and the lady was just not having it so I said don't worry about it and left. I would not recommend anyone to go there as long as that lady is there. She should get fired!!! There was another man in the waiting area, he walked out too because of how unprofessional it was on there.

$170 half for $6 shelf quality very disappointed I was better off buying a bag meth I'm pissed

Normally this place is excellent on doing their job. Today the front lady was being a bitch about getting someone's profile done instead of quickly checking me in. She made me wait there 30min. when i could've been out of there in less then 10min. I recommend they get their shit in line and have better costumer service.

I am a regular of this dispensary but today I was frustrated by Cam (black guy with dreads). He was not knowledgeable about any of the flowers, or cartridges and prices. He was shrugging his shoulders when I was inquiring about different brands. The flower is not available to see or touch and I had to ask to see the different strains. He was irritated and lazy. The icing on the cake is when he OVERcharged me for two large cartridges and gave me one small. He shorted me over $40. Luckily I checked my bag before leaving. I went back in and one of his other employees helped him fix the mistake and refund me my cash. I was offended when he passive aggressively told me "I heard you want to work with me more often" and told me his days and hours. I hope I never get stuck with him again. He is useless and he has no customer service. I will say they have a nice selection of medicine. The two stars is for picking great strains.

If you want a superior experience go to Superior. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Good variety but not overwhelming. From the diamonds down to the prerolls everything just is about quality. The effects and taste of their products and atmosphere make this my favorite spot especially cuz they have that old-school style hash

First off i think this dispensary is easy to get to. Most dispensaries are on busy streets, hate that.  Plenty of parking. Fast check in with TV on while you wait to be called back. Got a quick tour of everything. The bud tender explained the sales that were going on and i didnt have to use my ftp deal, saved for my next visit! Weed was good, no complaints. Oh ya and they take cards!

This is my favorite spot in the valley it has the best flower and the staff always greet me by my first name make me feel like family

This place is overpriced, has terrible customer service, and the fact that they give you attitude when you ask a question is absolutely absurd. I pre-ordered ONE cartridge. And it was ready to be picked up and set it for over a half an hour and I had to leave because they took so long and I had to go back to work. I don't know why you pre-order things and be told to come pick them up and then you're not able to in a timely manner waiting over a half an hour is absolutely ridiculously long time. Especially for something that had been pre-ordered. The wait time should be shorter not longer. I don't recommend this place to anyone ever!!

I live in midtown, and I have seen the hours long line going around the building at the local dispensaries.  A friend of mine told me that Superior just got their recreational license, and that they have hardly any lines...  So I figured a 30 minute round trip car ride was better than standing outside for two hours.  This was a great choice.  The staff was friendly and while the selection a not as expansive as some other shops, there was still plenty to choose from.  I am an eatable fan, I was very impressed with what they made in-house, and the quality of them once I tried them at home.  Highly recommend.   Have Fun - D

I never thought I'd have to share my experience with this location in this way. I've been a loyal customer for about a year now and don't spend my money with anyone but this dispensary. After today, I will no longer be shopping with superior :( so I went in a few days ago & I never really weigh my flower just because I can usually eye ball it & tell it's legit. I happened to go in for a gram one day & it didn't look like a full gram so I decided to weigh it, my scale shows 0.92. I let it slide because it was just a gram but then I return 2 days later & purchase 2 eighths for $60. Just out of curiosity I go to weigh it again to see if it's still off, my scale showed 3.4 & the other was 3.2. I immediately call the location & explain to them what's going on. Management calls me the next day saying for the inconvenience I can come up & get two free grams. I then AGAIN weigh the two grams & they both come out to 0.92, which further let's me know they just don't care. Because it was free I'm not going to further complain, but I want others who shop here to just be aware of this & know you are being shorted & charged outrageous prices for their flower. I also asked the manager if she could look over this to ensure it doesn't happen again with me or anyone else in the future. She acted as if she understood, had compassion for her job & sympathy & still I'm not satisfied. I've been spending around $130-160 for half oz's & I haven't been weighing the product so I'm pretty sure they've been getting over on me like this for awhile. I'm disappointed. When people come into your establishment & you give them a certain price for an item I would hope they would expect you to give them exactly what they are paying for, not anything less. I'm sure some may say hey it's just a few points off, but for me if that's the case then take a few dollars off too! If you say it's $50 for your 3.5 I expect to get 3.5, nothing less, simple. I'm glad they atleast tried to take initiative in compensating me but they've just lost me as a customer all together because now I can't trust that when I come to this location I'll be getting the full amount of what it is I purchased. For the record this has never happened until recreational became legal. I've also heard things about the carts not working for some people but I haven't experienced this myself, as I am a flower smoker. I'm hoping this review reaches the higher ups & something can be done about it. Until then I'm now searching for a new place to purchase my meds. Total fail superior, you guys use to rock

So many options available along with an amazing atmosphere! Staff is more than helpful & helped find what we need for the best deal! Quick & speedy hardly a wait at all! Definitely recommend!

I stopped in to grab some edible and the amazing budtender steered me towards Def edibles by Grow Sciences!  These rosin edible pack a punch!!!The layout is very friendly for the novice and the seasoned pot smoker.  Everyone in this dispensary is super friendly and loves what they do.  I don't shop at dispensaries often, but when I'm on the south side...I'm hitting Superior.  Next time I'm grabbing some hash!

This place is AWESOME! Its the best dispensary I have ever been to! Everyo e is so polite and EVERY SINGLE trip is always in & out in minutes! I have personally never had to wait in line for Rec! Its great!

Over the last few months this place has taken a negative dive in regards to their own product. This store was once a top producer of quality ‘Live Hash Rosin’ for the past year or so. If Live Rosin is your cup of tea, then this is NOT the place to go right now. Live Rosin is a concentrate which will oxidize and lose its quality/consistency over time spent on the shelf & must always stay refrigerated. Superior Dispensary does a great job at keeping this stuff cold. HOWEVER, not having produced any new products over the last several months has left me dissatisfied. None the less, be careful to see when the Rosin (if you do purchase) was first released; because they tend to keep the same ‘top tier’ labeled price although, the quality of the product continues to diminish over time. Note* this place was once the greatest in service and product purification. Katrina, the GM with pretty hot pink hair has been the most helpful person to ever service me. Thx ?
