I came in yesterday to pick up my online order, the guy who helped me was amazing - I'm sorry that I don't remember his name. When I got home I pulled everything out of the bag and noticed a 3.5gram jar had only 1/3 of the product in it compared to the other 7 jars. I immediately called, explained what happened, and then headed back to the store. It takes me 30 minutes to get to Curaleaf from my house. I get there, the same awesome dude helps me out - said he's glad I came back because all of their product is measured offsite and he wants to make sure they see it. He calls his manager over to look at the UNOPENED AND STILL SEALED PACKAGE who says to me "It didn't look light in the camera footage". I spent 2 hours in the car yesterday driving to and from Curaleaf, plus the amount of time I waited while I was there, just so that I could have the order that I paid for. Only to be treated as though I were stealing. I have gone to this store every other week for 2 and a half years. I won't be going back.

Stop in for my first time and the Guy Sam was new but was very quiet. He in my opinion was just a cashier. He didn't communicate until spoken to. I knew what I kinda wanted and he had no suggestions or comments. The young lady behind him did the talking. I'm shocked at my service so I'm going to not return.

No one in line and we have to stand out front and go on the website and order? Even medical card holders. How are you going to force people to order online just to come inside  then change the order once you see what else is available? I won't be coming back to Curaleaf again. Wild, ridiculous process that ain't gonna work come Phoenix summer. If we wanted to order online we would've gone somewhere that had what we wanted.

Ordered twice online and both failed. First order was rejected but I wasn't given a reason. Placed my second order and never received a text that it was ready for pickup. The lines always wrapped around the building when I try to stop by. Taking my business elsewhere.

Don't go here. The line is terrible even if you pre-order online. It does nothing to shorten your wait by ordering online. Also, I once bought a cart and the packaging was completely empty. No cart. I brought it back and they took care of replacing it, but still. How does that happen? This place always seems like an inconvenience

Medical Patients are still required to stand in line. Orders placed by app still have to wait. Wish there was some way to just pickup your order and leave without going in back like they use to do. This is just stupid and not encouraging to continue to give you my business.

They move absolutely THE SLOWEST. Prepare to wait an hour MINIMUM IN LINE, regardless of ordering online. Sacrifice the gas and go to a different place. Speed was really inconsiderate. Staff moves incredibly slow

Guys! Come on... there is nothing express about ordering online only to wait 30-45 just to pick up the product. Dedicate one cashier to handle express. If people see how much quicker it is to order online by the line moving quicker they will also start ordering online thus improving your operations and client experience.

They don't even know what they're doing anymore. The online system sucks since that's the only way you can order now. Then you're waiting in line forever because they can't handle a larger crowd like they didn't know this was coming when it got legalized. They need to get more organized and get more staff if they can't handle all the foot traffic. Glad there's other dispensaries near by that are medical only.

If you want to waste 2.5 hours of your life standing in line then this place will do it. I don't think getting weed should be a stressful experience but if this is your location of choice then get ready. To top it off, the staff was not knowledgeable and unhelpful. If you go in with another person,  they make both people purchase something. The guy I side was too high to know anything. The products are not worth the money. Also you can't use a credit card!

This is the slowest dispensary I've ever been to even with the pandemic. Even the medicinal patients have to wait at least an hour! How are you only going to have two people actually checking people out in the back and four other ones just walking around while the line is wrapped around the building? (That suck at checking guests in mind you.) Then they move even slower when you're trying to check out in the back. Terrible. I'm not one to leave reviews, and in fact this is my first negative review. That's how shitty the service is.

Slow. Unprofessionally slow. Like what the hell are you doing in there slow. Waited twenty minutes in line only to leave realizing the line wasn't going away any time soon. Went to another shop and was out the door in less than five min. Get your shit together, guys.

Placed an online order and went to pickup. I am a medical patient and had to wait in line for 40mins! I stood in line and watched recreational patients that didn't do online orders go in and out. Not a good system if you ask me, medical should come before recreational.

The Staff is wonderful, no complaints with them. They fullfill professional retail service. Problem is the product. Timeless brand vape cartridge clunk out. They block inhaling before the oil is gone. I've tried banging it against cement or something and it will start again. I asked Curaleaf sales rep and they agreed the Timeless vapes causes more problems. Fyi.

Their "express" line is a joke. By far the slowest dispo in the western United States. I understand Covid and short on staff but come on. It seems like the other dispos figured it out and will never take as long as this place. I think I would be in and out at other places during peak hours FASTER than this place on a late Monday evening.

Service wasn't terrible but was no where near great. Staff acted like you were an inconvenience to them. I don't expect you to be my best friend but dang at least pretend to like your customers lol. Most likely won't be back but thanks for the FTP deal. I hope other people have a better experience than I did.

First time here and will definitely be my last visit. 60 minutes to get in and out - which I'd normally understand given the current events - but the fact that there were 5 people behind the counter doing presumably nothing, who didn't greet me when I entered their establishment to give them my money, even after I approached the window and spoke directly to them all. I had to wave, literally, and try to open the door to the back room in order to get someone's attention. I feel like that's customer service 101: greet the customer the moment you see them! "Welcome in"... "How can I help you?"... "We'll be with you in a moment!"... Anything is better than completely ignoring your patient when they walk in, making them A) Feel like an idiot, and B) Feel like you don't care about their experience or the fact that they chose you out of X number of other dispensaries in the Phoenix area. I get that new patients require paperwork (a small amount really) being entered into the system but if you do data entry for a living, it doesn't take THAT long, no matter how many orders you're processing. I also understand there's a lot that goes into operating your business but don't let your client/patient see people BS'ing behind the reception desk after making them wait an hour, and then top it off with poor customer service. Only redeemable character was the somewhat-pleasant cashier who saved me $12 because I wasn't familiar (or really worried) about their price gap amongst two various brands of vape cartridges that I had been deciding between... The girl at the check-in tent in the parking lot at 2pm on an Arizona summer afternoon was pretty cool too. I appreciate her and the less-than-friendly security guard sitting outside in this heat to better service your patients.Overall, please consider hiring more caring, personable, professional staff.. or just train your people on basic customer service skills! The handful you had that didn't fail miserably can really teach the rest a thing or two!

Stopped by today and first the person working the at the door with the security guard started out rude to begin with and then me and my son wanted to go in together and then he goes in and to call what was supposed to be a manager which was just a regular budtender who came out with an attitude already with his hands on his lip asking old what's the problem I hear we have a problem here it's no problem me and my son just wanted to go back together one purchaseI always go to the curaleaf in youngtown I never have had an issue or any of the staff or anybody being rude not even the guards at the door have ever been rude or anybody working the door but this Camelback location I would never come back to this location

I have been to this location a handful of times. My first experience was good. Every visit there after has been under whelming. The staff at the front desk was rude to me on my second visit insisting that I did not have my cell phone display on as far as bright as it could be. I assured him that I did and even showed them but still my card would not ring up on their new machine. It was totally an inconvenience for them to enter my card number manually and they made that clear. once you get inside the staff that I have dealt with has been helpful and knowledgeable. But I will never go in there anymore because they are always out of everything I want and are always trying to push other products on me that I do not want to try I know what works for me and I would like to stick with those products specifically. When I went in today and I understand they are practicing being socially distant, I was met with a staff member out front and I asked her what she said and she said I didn't say anything to you. Her attitude was a little rude. I asked how long the wait was and she said about a half an hour. I don't have that much time so I had to leave. Last week it was the same thing but it was an over an hour wait and I had to leave. I keep going back to SWC in Tempe where I am always greeted warmly, always treated with respect, and the staff there is so helpful and knowledgeable and encouraging. I don't think I will ever visit Curaleaf again.

I go here on a daily if not every other day. I have never had any complaints except for one rude bud tender. However tonight I came to pick up my order and I haven't been in in a couple days and they turned me away before 10 because they said that the bud tenders we're gonna throw a fit. This is so unacceptable for a business.

This location is a joke, never ready for pick up orders (along with plenty of other issues since they bought out Swell)  and now their pickup feature on their website isn't working and when I go to call them to try to place my order over the phone it didn't even ring and I got some weird prerecorded message to "say something after the beep" and then it does nothing. Go to another dispensary, there are plenty that aren't this corporate dumpster fire like this place.

I've been a medical mj customer for the past three years and now that they've gone rec I can't get in the door unless I order on-line, my on-line orders are rejected and the phone goes right to voice mail. WHAT IS GOING ON??? I'm so frustrated. I have tons of points there and now I have to go find a new dispensary.

Well they used to be called Swell, now they are transitioning to a new nam. I just left there.Without warning, they retroactively changed how loyalty points are computed. They reduced the dollar value of what I had by 70%. I was stunned by the lame excuses and snarky responses.I disapprove of companies that engage in what I consider to be unethical business practices. I'll find somewhere else to shop.

My first time in and the place is awesome. The place was packed with great music and a steady vibe.  I had the pleasure of having Lilly wait on me. She was so kind to bring me a chair to sit. I am a temporary invalid.   Lilly was a fabulous budtender.  She listened to what I had to say and offered her opinion.  The flower was delicious there Swell oil cartridge is lovely.  I met some very cool guys on my way out. Really bad customer service. They don't understand the client is right. All I did was ask for information on the THC content in their cartridge. They refused. So I tried to look it up on my cell phone. They said I can't use my cell phone. They are under-stocked. I don't like their manners. I don't like their attitude. Too many rules: Feels like they are waging a war against their customers and I want no part in it. You have a store front. You are in the service industry. Please be nice or outsource your sales to a competent store with friendly staff. They are long-term tarnishing your brand.

I go in yesterday (7/4/20) and noticed on their deal sheet (which they have at every register, and apparently update daily) that they had 3 half grams for $75 on the item 9 labs. So I picked out 3 strains and the budtender started to ring me up when he noticed the deal was not going through. He went to grab a manager to ask about the issue. So the manager gave it a try and it didn't work. Then the manager went into the back office to talk to someone then proceeded to tell me when he got back that the 3-$75 on item 9 labs carts actually ended a day earlier. I then said "um sorry but that's on you guys as a dispensary, it's not my fault you didn't change your daily deals for an entire day. The manager said ' sorry can't do it. I then said alright bud have a good day and took my money and Started to walk out. On my way out of the door the manger with long hair said something with and attitude under his breath as I turned away to walk out . It was 5pm when this happened. I will no longer be be doing any of my Business at any of your locations. If I could give y'all zero stars I would. Dont go to this unfriendly unaccommodating over priced dispo. The flower shop, level up, tru med and the local joint are all in the same area and are 10Xs better.

So not really someone who leaves reviews but have worked in hospitality for so long that it honestly kills me when I go somewhere and the people are just blatantly rude to potential or current customers. Went there just a few minutes before closing and I totally get it-it's literally 3 minutes before closing but I thought I'd take a chance. I jump out of my car and start to walk up and this guy goes "nope sorry we're closed- we close at 10". And I kind of laugh and am like "Dangit! Well it's technically 3 minutes 'till" just in a joking manner as I'm getting back in my car and the guy snaps at me and says "yeah well you should have come earlier"....ok? Sorry, was just taking a chance and thanks for being such a jerk to a potential customer who may come back tomorrow. I won't be coming back now though.  He could have simply said "Yeah- sorry we close up a few minutes before" or "We were slow so we shut everything down". ‍

The man at the door is named Paris and is extremely unprofessional security guard, he was on a power trip using vulgar and degrading language with paying patients! The employees at this location do not wear masks and gloves as they should! He was trying to use force with a patient that is emotionally and socially challenged, using is power as an excuse for horrible behavior! If you would like to call the location about getting Getting him fired the Community would greatly appreciate it!!!! It's horrible when a human treats another human likes this and this man is an ongoing issue who is a minority targeting other minorities for his own Satisfaction and not the greater good of this establishment!

The medication they sell here is average at best and super overpriced. I stopped by for their flower sale and the flower wasn't even that good and they wanted $70 for a half ounce. I wouldn't pay that for an entire ounce of that garbage. Then I asked him why their bud is so expensive and he continued to tell me how great their subpar product is. The bud tender that was supposed to be helping me couldn't figure out his hands from his ass and had to call the manager for help. The manager needs to go back to manager training school because he apparently has no interpersonal skills and doesn't know how to manage a store. If you want crappy weed and poor customer service go to Curaleaf.

Im a member at Curaleaf but I  will never step foot into the camelback location again in my life I pre ordered they filled my pre ordered incorrectly with half of what I ordered on there daily special... I understand there is a lot going on but I got a text message saying my full order was fulfilled when I get there It wasn't filled correctly drove 45 minutes a waste of time spoke to a non Helpful Manager Joshua T who said he could not do anything about his employee mistake .. this has happen at 3 other Curaleaf before and the managers always compensate or say will will do this or you  but Joshua T was rude not helpful made me act very non professional .. then another store rep who wasn't a manager felt the need to chime in on the issue only making an angry customer more upset .. way to go Curaleaf camelback Joshua T and his after noon shit are a joke i will stick to my regular cura leaf locations

I left a bad review on leafly 2 days ago and they still havent posted it yet probably not going to at all seeing how it was a bad review .. that being said .. i got a half oz and it had more stems than anything and its was very dry i usually go to the south phx location thinking their just as good seeing their same company but its not it was a horrible experiance  and i will never ever go back their to the camelback location very disapointed unsatisfied

Honestly, this location deserves 0 stars. The inside staff is great and the products are amazing, as a company that is growing they should really consider who they have as their security guard. The female security guard is so extremely rude. She is unwilling to help and is always in a pissy attitude. I honestly wish I could call corporate instead of leaving a yelp review. She is so extremely rude for no freakin' reason! Today was my last straw with her, she completely cut me off and said I had to wait for a text message when the online email that I got said my order was ready, the guy that was working inside was very nice and kinda even looked at her like he was being super rude and he went inside, and what do you know? My order was ready like the email said. You do not speak to guests like that and you don't treat someone that is simply trying to follow online guidelines that your company system sends, she is a security guard and if she does not know the protocols she should not be scolding customers at the door when all we were doing is trying to be punctual given we don't even want to be in public let alone deal with a rude uneducated always in a bad mood security guard. Invest more in who you have representing your business in every way. Super bad look coming from someone that is a General Manager I hope this gets corrected.

Wish i can give 0 stars. writing this review on my boyfriends behalf. MAN first of all worst service. Second of all, they have NOTHING they advertised on weed maps. It's almost like they taking the same weed putting it in different bottles and calling it whatever the hell they want to. Wack. That's how you lose customers forever. STOP TRYING TO CUT CORNERS TO JUST GET PEOPLE IN THE DOOR. HORRIBLE F*^%%* BUSINESS!!! I almost wanna hit up the owner and be like let me run your dispensary.

Poor customer service made for a bad experience, no consistency among Curaleaf stores, one store honors a deal and another doesn't different prices at each store is odd, will not be returning corporate dispensaries are not the way to go, I left empty handed and went elsewhere for my meds. There are many good dispensaries in Phoenix this is NOT one of them.

I have been shopping here since this location opened and I spend at least a hundred a week. I have two cartridges stop working once I opened them. They would not exchange them because I did not bring them back the same week I bought it. Well if you can only stand behind the product your selling for a week then you shouldn't be selling it. I might have to consider find a new home for spending my weed money since it seems like this place doesn't care.

First time patient (finally made it by) Was referred there by the clinic (precision on camelback) when renewing my card- I dig that they do deli style, but I don't really like the packaging. The place I usually go to uses nice plastic recyclable pop top containers which don't crush the flower and also keep the smell in (my car stank after the 10 minute ride home) Additionally, the buds were very well-trimmed from the jar, but they didn't cut off the stems for me. Tyler was a nice 'tender and gave me good recommendations. The lobby is pretty fancy and when I went there were plenty of parking spaces around the back. I do appreciate there being a security guard at the entrance. A bit pricey (we are paying for the guard's salary and rent on camelback/7th street after all) I would give 4.5 stars if I could. The selection seemed pretty good as far as flower goes and the back area was nice and quiet.Overall nice experience, ftp special (bogo up to a quarter) is a great deal. This location is really close to my house so if I have a little extra $ and not a lot of time Swell will be where I go.

This place is awesome, and always has great deals! I love the baseline flower, it's cost effective and decently strong! The only problem I ever have here is that my phone doesn't work for the online order, I can get all the way to the confirmation but the website will not send my phone an SMS verification code and it seems no one on the phone can troubleshoot. Either way, I enjoy the location!

Crappy service. Curaleaf is basically the Walmart of dispensaries. Quality of top flower is not good either. Curaleaf has bought our three shops I used to frequent, and the quality of the flower at all three locations has dropped. Sadly, midtown is the latest victim and I LOVED that shop.

I've been here a total of three times. My first experience was great speedy service, bud tender extremely knowledgeable and friendly. My second visit not as much so, bud tender not friendly, or knowledgeable, in best of terms standoffish. My third visit I placed an online order, thinking this would be the most painless experience, but in fact the opposite. I received the confirmation text that my order was ready for pickup. Came into the waiting area with one other guest in front of me in line. I was patient, sounded like they had some kind of paper mishap. Since I was a online order some other customers arrived and were let in before me, I'm ok with that I understand different circumstances. I waited a total of 20 minutes in their small waiting area for my online order. I asked the gentleman behind the counter if it was my turn next he rolled his eyes at me, and said he'd get to me next, and then proceeded to start with another customer who had come in after me and the several other customers he had already attended to before me. When he finally got to my order, he showed no remorse for the situation. It had been a total of 35 minutes.Perhaps this is the norm for their online orders, if so I strongly do not recommend this dispensary not worth the hassle.

First time at this location and staff was very rude and the security guards , I placed my order online at 4 pm and got there around 5:12 and they were very slow I didn't get in the dispensary until 6:25 which was just an inconvenience. The bud quality great! Staff had no good service. Security was rude at the door and said I'd be waiting 5-25 minutes but waited a whole entire hour. Won't be back to this location. Curaleaf midtown is way better and the staff and guards are great.

I just waited 45 minute in line outside to get my pick up order. Both of the ATMs did not work and then they tried the credit card machine and that again didn't work 3 times. I said i would come back in the morning or later tonight. I got 5 feet out the door. 5 feet. My bank texted me for potential fraud. I got my bank back on the same page and said oh i got my card working. They said they do not care and I would have to get in the back of another 45 minute line. I am a DA and that is NOT how you treat your customers. Completely ridiculous to tell a customer to wait in the 110 degree Heat AGAIN because i walked out the door for 5 seconds. I know how the industry works. Over priced and not willing to work with their customers. There is no way that the people who saw me waiting in line would have been upset for them letting me get an already put together pick up order.

I've begun to notice that stock has become increasingly limited, and this location seems to be regularly "out" of many products, even those being specifically advertised. I went in on my birthday for the advertised "Free pre-roll", but they were out, and did not give me a store credit. The staff is usually accommodating and friendly, but their knowledge level is wildly uneven.  I like this store, and it's close by, but I am also looking for some place that has a greater, and more consistent selection of flower.

The staff here is always super friendly. The budtenders I've dealt with have been knowledge. They are usually pretty quick. Their 30 dollar eights are always decent. The parking is limited but it's only inconvenient when it's rush hour! Their new patient special is a decent one as well!

Awesome ftp deals and awesome flower at Swell Farmacy  located on camelback! I believe I bought the GWS and gorilla glue #4. I walked out with a half for $65 , thanks to the amazing deal. Both were prepackaged but the flower wasn't dry. Security and budtenders were friendly and professional. There wasnt much of a wait and the waiting room was pretty tidy.Will be going back to try the preroll deal!

This dispensary has gone incredibly down hill since the days of medicinal users only. The place was a mess, their inventory was low and there were not a lot of options to choose from. My budtender spoke incredibly fast- it almost felt like she was trying to rush through and get me out of there. The edibles she recommended were horrible and didn't even have an effect. My instinct tells me she was trying to push out OLD inventory. I will not be back. Time to find a better dispensary, even if I have to drive far.

Went here and they said if I pay with a card they have to round up to the newest $5. They say this is because it's like an ATM purchase (whatever that means). Then, you have to pay a $2.50 fee to be charged more than your purchase. Then your bank hots you with whatever fee a foreign ATM costs you ($3 in my case and they don't tell you this at the dispensary). So a $45, tax included, purchase would draft a total of $55.50 from your bank account. Recreational customers are already paying out the nose to buy here and these greasy owners are only making it worse. Do yourself a favor. Skip this dispensary, get cash from an in-network ATM or cashback at a store and don't use your debit card. Also, according to multiple sources online and my bank, abusing the debit network and users like this isn't legal. Boo.

Ridiculous, slow, and unorganized. One line for both rec and Med which is trash. The weed is over priced. The pre-rolls are nothing but shake. I came around 8 on a wendsday night and the line was stupid outrageous. Left and came back line still long and slow. Their express pick-up is BS, numerous people livid because their order was said to be avail and it actually wasn't. This is one of those cash grab dispensaries.  Also no military discount; TRASH.

So basically you show up they ID you then you stand in a second room that is barely cool with 20 other people. Literally lined up like cattle. It's a Sunday evening, out of the all the dispensaries in town they are the slowest. Online orders are not an excuse for a 30-40 min line for Recreational and Medical! The staff was just like Oh we are short. Management needs to hire more! Then the girl checking people out is stating each persons order out-loud? Privacy? There has to be a better system for getting people in and out. Slowest dispensary in town.

I absolutely hate this location. Their cashiers are always rude and give the BARE minimum service. Cashier #51881 is a class-A douche bag, (with long dirty, oily hair). He also marked on my receipt to say that I rejected educational materials, when he offered me NO educational materials. He barely even engaged with me during my entire purchasing experience. Well, he gave 1 word answers and 3-4 word questions. As a Medical Card holder, you have to wait in line damn near longer than recreational customers. Their intake system sucks and it's slow. You're taken out of the line outside of the building, to stand in a longer line inside, in the lobby. Smh. What a joke!So if you drive by, don't be m fooled by the short line outside, that's because Curaleaf has 92 people crammed into their very small lobby to wait; giving the illusion that there's no long lines. After posting my review, I read the negative reviews and they are 100% right. This evening I was charged a fee to use my debit card and I've NEVER been charged a fee to use my card. I was always charged up to the nearest $5, and then given the change back. The "manager" lied straight to my face tonight by telling me that there has always been a fee to use a card. Bullllllllsh*t. Another reason I won't be back, fkn liars.I literally just walked out of this location from making a purchase, and it WILL be my ABSOLUTE LAST time making a purchase. I immediately sat in my car and drafted this review. Their customer service and the shopping experience is BEYOND PISS POOR.I will be spreading the word on their bad business. Been to this place a few times. Never had any problems with any of the items, workers or people there. This last time I came in, it wasn't busy so my boyfriend and I got to go right in and got help from the worker named Joel. That guy was super nice, helped my and my boyfriend find everything we needed and more and was super chill with showing us his most recommended products. He gave us the best customer service I've experienced at any dispensary and I would 100% come back in hope that Joel will help me pick the next bud to try out.

Honestly I wouldn't recommend this location anymore. The staff has been pretty rude for no apparent reason. The buds selection is pretty low quality but prices keep going up. I won't be returning. Not sure why the decline but it has been sharp. I have been going to this location for a while and it's getting worse with every visit. If you want to pay a premium for low quality flower this is the spot.

While not as infamous as other valley dispensaries as far as quality or service, this location has better parking now than a few months ago. Be aware if going during peak traffic, this place can be a hassle to leave but that's because the street is busy! Service is fast for medical patients; I've never been disappointed and the tenders tend to be helpful and courteous. Often, I see staff working on some inscrutable goal that involve several of them standing huddled together for a moment but that's rarer now. It's was like the Blair Witch Project of retail Cannabis, and has become uncommon at Curaleaf locations as they work to clear lines as quickly as possible. This place is pretty good... I just wish it took debit cards! Take some cash and enjoy some decent mids!

I have a 6 star experience every time I go in here. The staff is always knowledgeable, welcoming, and funny. The product and prices are pretty evenly matched as well. Mittie and Pedro were really awesome tonight. Both had me laughing and found me the best deal as a medical patient. The manager has always been really nice and even complimented me on my Item Nine Labs shirt once! Consistency is the word I would use for my positive experiences overall!! The products have always been updated on the site when I’ve purchased online. I love the deals and there is has always been a parking spot when I’ve been, even when it’s busy. I would definitely recommend a trip here.
