Every single person is awesome that I've encountered. They are genuinely kind people, enjoying what they do, simple and laid back mindsets, always engaging in conversation. They are so caring and sweet. I love them. I go there often for a reason. The only dispo I've been to in months..

they need to come up with a better system for people that order online. Second time I have ordered ahead of time and had to wait 35 minutes with everyone else, maybe a seperate line for those who order ahead of time.

I've stopped at this location several times and never had to wait to long 5 minutes at the Max staff are always helpful and friendly, the meds are great!!

The best place for your options of Flower and any other product.

I drove 40 minutes to get here. The manager Dayton is an asshole. According to him he can't accept my ID becuase it ripped. So I showed him my temporary ID while the physical is currently being mailed and he can't accept that either. I haven't had an issue with any other facility requiring a license. The AZDHS requirements don't mention anything about this.

*TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER*They have a half ounce deal which comes as four pre-packaged 1/8's. Sometime I buy two if I'm on a budget. I went in and asked for that and the sales associate Zoe got visibly angry, refused to make eye contact, scowled the entire time, and had a horrible attitude when speaking to me. Apparently you have to purchase the entire half ounce, according to policy. The sales associate who was ringing me up in the past was in the wrong, yet I'm treated like crap as I'm calmly trying to explain the situation because Zoe probably thought I was trying to hustle her. Zoe has no business working in retail if she cannot control her emotions and act professionally with customers.When some of your own employees don't even know the policy they are supposed to be following, make a mistake, and the customer gets treated like dirt for it... there is a problem with the system. It's silly.I'll take my money to a place that functions properly and professionally.

Great dispensary. MINT has always been awesome but so far. This location changed all that and they are my go-to dispensary now. Great smoke, deals and people. Keep rocking!

Great customer service. For my first experience I ordered online and a representative reached out to advise offering alternative strains as one was out of stock.  I appreciated that as at least I was made aware prior arriving.  Even when they had the 1/2 oz for $69 and sold out I was shown a comparable strain, though the price was more, of wedding cake which was a great selection.  Bud tenders are always kind and polite.  This place is becoming my new norm.

This place can be a hit or miss sometimes, sometimes the employees can be nice, sometimes they can't. At least they started giving away free things to long time patients. Hopefully they keep going in a more positive direction.

I want to start off saying I originally loved this place but not anymore. I am a recreational user to label this situation. I walked into the pharmacy as normal and was checked in with a friendly front desk attendant. As I was approaching the door to be let in. The security guard runs out to stop me from entering and says we have to many people inside at the moment. I said okay that's fine, I'll wait. So ten minutes passed and he decides to let in 3 people that are medical. Right after an employee of this location decides to bring a friend that is recreational also and was given access from the security guard to be let in before me as they just had walked in. (As only one person had left during all this time) This is not a club, it is a pharmacy which to me just showed bad business and how it operates. Seems to me that they only care about money and don't actually care about their customers. That being said I will no longer be a customer and will go less then a mile for a whole greater experience.

The new remodel is awesome! Super exited for Mint Kitchen  Seems like Friday's and Saturday's are the best days to come in for deals.

I had a decent experience here. My budtender was friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely try this place, they have a full medicated menu at the on site cafe

I love this place they have food. This is great thank you.I don't like other things about this dispensary.I often find that the manager person here is rude but just the lady everybody else seems to have an OK head on their shoulders. Having good workers is more important than having good products

Online menu is never updated. Ever. Not on their website, which you would think should be the main source and definitely not on Leafly.

The management is homophobic and RACIST. They stopped scheduling one of their Gay people of color. He posted it on Instagram and they messaged him telling him to take everything down. They even went as far as messaging another one of their employees to get them to message him about taking the post down. They also messaged another employee saying "we don't hire men "like that".

Used to love this place until recreational passed. Now the lines are ridiculously long, they're frequently out of stuff, deals aren't as good, anything from the cafe takes forever, its disorganized how you order from the cafe, shake is pure dust, now it's only available on Sundays, and the parking lot situation is a disaster. You have to pull in, loop around the whole building to get to the drive thru, then loop around the whole building again just to exit? What idiot came up with that plan? Guess they don't care about their medical patients anymore with recreational.

It's annoying because it doesn't matter if you are first in line or if you are second in line you are gonna be in the drive thru line for 30 mins: it's ridiculous at this point. Everytime I come there it's like I leave in a bad mood because I done sat in line for so damn line just so stupid

Their weed is trash. Plain and simple. Prerolls taste like shit and their top shelf gave me a crazy headache.

Updated review -Last time I came here Jonathan, one of the budtenders recommended I go next door for renewal .. Perk of going next door - is $49 off coupon  + $100 credit towards the dispensary. . Okay awesome ...   Today approaches - get my renewal , was handed (4)  - $25 off $50 coupons .. I ask in the office if we could redeem all of them together . They stated yes.  No problem - once again "$100 credit " Hour later I arrive here .. get checked in and was "assisted" by a budtender named Koreena , Let me tell you this .... not ONCE have I ever had a bad experience at a dispensary with a budtender like her. . First thing she tells me , so vaguely... " What will you be getting today " ? Okay.  No problem ... I told her and showed her the coupons and told her I was looking to spend it all in one purchase etc . I had to ask her what the specials , and the prices and recommendations were for SEVERAL things . After I saw no effort from her ( seemed like she really hated her job )  I told her I was looking to get $200 worth of stuff and use my coupons . "Nope, you can't use all 4 in one TRANSACTION * " - Well okay. .  What about per VISIT* ? "No , its the same thing " Okay well i proceeded to tell her that the Dr . At the MMJ renewal place said yes all can be credited to a transaction..I told her it was FALSE advertising,  and nothing specified how those are applied.  She proceeded to tell me how its always been this way and some other bsGrabbed my stuff told her I'll just leave . Really couldnt stand dealing with her attitude , and the way she was so unprofessional... haha wonder why the reviews are terrible ( besides the people they give free prerolls to write thier review , etc ) As I proceed to leave I go up to one of the girls in front ( both sweethearts )  I told one of them Id like to speak to a manager.  At this point I'm on the phone with a close friend of mine who also experienced false advertising just last week as well as several of her own patients with Mint ... I proceed to tell the front desk of what occured - she apologized and assured theyd address the guidelines to the drs at the clinic as well . She went to go look for a manager and asked me who I had as my Budtender.. I told her who and she stated that she was one of the managers there .. Oh you guys have lovely managers btw ( sarcasm) Front desk comes back and sit next to me , asks for my coupons - handed them to her. ( at this point I already knew they were looking for a way out of it -they hoped for small print to say (1 per visit) etc .. ) I told her I already know what you are looking for and no there is no clarification.. She gets up and speaks to the owner . They finally realized there was no way around the FALSE  ADVERTISING  and simply nothing to backup there "guidelines" . I recieved a new Budtender- Gretchen,  Grincheen  whatever it is . She was nothing better than last one . Anyways , last time I'll be coming here ,  I will not recommend anybody here . Sidenote- Hire people who actually care about thier job and know what customer service is and our knowledgeable about the products they sell .. also since this is not the first time Mint has false advertised - you guys should work on fixing the guidelines for these deals and really clarify what patients can and can't get - and also customer service training before all,  instead of working on building a kitchen and trying to pinch point every advertisement and ones pockets .

This is absolutely the WORST ran shop I have ever been to. I have had heaps of trouble with them having what I needed in stock. I talked to managers over and over and they promised me they were going to keep it in stock, so today I decided to give them one more chance. First, don't try to call them. I called multiple times (6 to be exact) and it just rang and rang and rang. Finally on the 6th time someone answered and told me YES, we have exactly what you are looking for. I headed right over there (within about 6 mins from when I called) and I wait in line for about 10-15 mins (and the wait is ALWAYS long at this place), get to the front and get told, oh no, we DON'T have it in stock. (Why am I not surprised?)I am done here! There are so much better places around here, so no matter how convenient this location is to me, I will NEVER go back here. I will drive a little bit further to get good customer service and I suggest you do the same!!!

This was the best dispensary in Phoenix until they decided to put ATM restrictions.  I used to make 700-800 purchases here bi-weekly.  But now their ATM is capped at 400. And you can't pull more.  There's no ATM around this place for MILES.  Wasted an hour of my day and while in pain, looking for a way to just pull money to give to them!  They have no back up ATM.  And no way of unlocking the system so you can make larger purchases. Again. Used to spend 2K a month here because of selection.   Now they have lost my business and my partners business to another dispensary.

Won't be back. Quality of flower was low, LOW. Everything else you can get anywhere so they don't win points for the usual edibles and etc. the staff was ok but I prefer well dressed, well informed customer service with a smile. Taking out what you can get everywhere else, they don't have anything to boast that's their own. Went once. Won't waste my time or money again.

I am really disappointed in what I was given as "shake", it was more like fine powder, they should have sold it as kief. Went through a half ounce in 3 days, what a waste. I've been going to The Mint for over a year and this was definitely one of the worst experiences I've had with their product. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because they sold it to me for the price I was quoted on the phone instead of the extra $10 they were trying to get from me. I really hope they can step up their inventory to a better level or I'm going to keep looking elsewhere. Bummer!

Hey everyone I'm not sure if this is the place that they work names are Clark Frankie ($ronthedon29v Chris Alfred) and Mr Ericson Freeman ($lueverne1 Lueverne Hughes)also Cashapp addresses $Robert Bilow, ($global555 Gobal Family) numbers 1(956)398-3384 and 1(562)567-3029. They're using the Mint Dispensary name and logo taking people money for order that you never receives. When I tried to get in contact with them no response back so please Beware. I dont know how many locations that the Company Mint Dispensaries have but I pray that someone pays attention to this as a warning for the Company as well as customers. Too many fake and evil people out here! God bless and be Safe. 1 star was the lowest I had to pick to post. Nothing Negative just a WARNING!

There is 3 of them on 1 computer but they tell me and girlfriend can't order together one person for pos! They I told him we were trying to figure out the specials on edibles b2g1but then the "manager" was very rude like this dispensary for the cafe but I will not be back these kids that run this place have no idea how to treat customers I'll just take a trip to Cali next time I wanna eat infused food 12:27 8/15/2020

The driest flower in the valley and poor management.I had a terrible experience at the Tempe location and I will never go back. The flower is NOT GOOD. The management is unprofessional and they don't value their customers.

The customer service was awesome at this place and I was able to talk to a lot of the workers despite what the other reviews say... The reason I am leaving a 2 star review is because of the product.  I bought top tier flower and was disappointed in the amount of stems. I made the drive out here because I heard how awesome this dispensary was and just felt scammed. The top shelf flower appears to be mids and most of the weight I received was in stems. The second best tier is literally shake; I can't imagine what the bottom tier looks like. Overall, the people working there are the best part of this dispensary and I will continue to buy my medication  closer to me since the dispensaries seem to have better product

This location had a staff member test positive for COVID-19 YESTERDAY and they are not changing policies to accommodate keeping the staff or patients safe other than a cleaning here and there! Still doing NO online orders. This place is doing shady shit behind the scenes too. Avoid it at all costs!

Given this place multiple chances. I end up disappointed every time, make sure you understand what the "bogo" card really is.. Make sure the bud tender knows you want a stamp , not a to redeem... they will tell you that you have to redeem it to get your bogo deal then they give you a new card and tell you that you can't use the bogo because you just "redeemed your card".  Once they make their minds up , they won't give back your stamp card or refund the transaction even though they made the mistake in explaining and had just swiped my card and I hadn't left the store counter. Also their edibles are $2 more for the exact same brand and mg than Harvest which is 2 miles away.

Probably the last two visits the worst ever.     Go there two weeks ago and it's no big deal about Coronavirus. Wait forever in line get helped by a gentleman who was very high on something other than sold there told manager on duty he didn't care.  I get it no big deal.  BUT WENT THERE THE OTHER DAY GOT YELLED AT BH A SECURITY GAURD THAT HAS NO IDEA WHAT SHE IS DOING DEMANDING INSTAND HERE I KICE IVER THERE DONT LEAVE THE TAPE ETC ETC ETC. BUT THEN TOU GO PAY AND THEY RUN TWO REGISTER RIGHT NEXT RK EACH OTHER   LIKE SERIOUSLY ALL THAT TK JUST STAND NEXT EVERYONE IN THE END   But all that's ok.   What's messed up is they stole my money after of course the lady wasn't listening to a single question then goes on to blow smoke out her butt cause she literally had no clue what she is talking about    I left 80$ on the counter when I was taking 60$ to pay for my order.   I literally turn around when I get to the door and they put my money in the tip jar.  When I ask what's going on they act like idiots and tell me they don't know what I'm talking about.   Bye will never come back your loser employees obviously need the money more than I do.   Sad.  Just really sad that manager owner could care less their employees steal.   Probably why the cafe is flopping as well

I used to LOVE coming into Mint. I recommended it to multiple people because they had the best deals in the valley, good products, and mostly good service. However, ever since the coronavirus started, they have gone completely downhill. They stopped online ordering because apparently making people stand in line is going to stop the spread? All other dispensaries in the valley are offering curbside pickup. While I understand that Mint is much larger than most dispensaries, I would think that they would want a better system in place than making people stand in line for an hour for the purpose of bud tenders trying to sell you more stuff. Doesn't sound like the patients best interest in mind if you ask me. Then they started doing Bingo on Instagram live which I thought was a lot of fun and a good way to keep people interested. However, today I asked for a card and was told it would be emailed to me. Nothing ever came. So I messaged them around 4pm to see if they were still sending out the bingo cards or if there was a mistake. They read the message but never responded. So I sent another message asking if I could use the same card from the April 7th game. Again, no response. So I figured I would go ahead and play anyway since the card was still working just fine. I got a bingo and posted such on the insta live at the same time another patient did. They let him pick his prize and then continued on so I asked if I would not receive a prize because he did, even though on my end it showed I had posted bingo first (I have screenshots to show it) but I know insta live can show comments in different orders for different people. It wasn't a big deal to me, but I wanted to know what rules they were playing by. They didn't respond to me AGAIN, but had no issues allowing the other patient to be rude to me for asking that question. Then, the cherry on top - the next round of bingo had 2 winners! Great! So apparently, I'm just going to get ignored. I have only been an mmj card holder since October 2018, but drop hundreds of dollars EVERY time I come in. The least amount of money I have ever spent in one visit was $165. On 4/20 last year I spent $700. I'm disappointed in the crappy way I was treated over a game and even more disappointed that Mint is more concerned with pushing product on people and making them stand in line instead of simply fulfilling online orders to get people in and out the door and decreasing the risk of spreading a virus that has been deadly for thousands of people. Will not be bringing my business to mint any longer, nor will I be recommending them from now on.

I have been coming to this dispensary pretty regularly for the last month or two. I love their deals. And their product is pretty solid. However today after traveling 2 hours from work, I stopped by to pick up a few items and I asked to use the restroom. I was informed there is no restroom. When I asked the manager why I was quickly informed that people are bringing things in and using illegal drugs in their bathrooms. However if there's never been bathrooms here, how could this be an issue? I proceeded to ask to speak to the general manager, who came out to placate me. But then inform me the reason that I could not use the bathroom is the bathrooms were behind the employee area were only a DEA authorized person could go. As much as I love mint, they very apparently don't love their customers back. Sadly, I think today was my last time going to this location.

I wish the employees were more versed in choices available. It seemed like a social call instead of a business. Push people along unless you know them, then it livens up and resembles a bar. Employees cheering and laughing really loud. I spent more money than I should have due to the party going on.  The prices were reasonable that's why I give them a 3. Change the horsing around and you might get a 5 star review.

I had a similar experience to most of the other reviewers. You come in and just doesn't have a friendly feeling about it.I came in because I was in the area and had read on the website that there was a cartridge special. I was told this was an old special. If this is the truth, they really need to be more clear on the website. (as you can see from a couple other reviews) No matter, I decided to try a couple cartridges and took the free cartridge charger that came with it. I figured I would try the $100 1/2 oz which was on sale that day but was told that I could not stack specials. This was the first at any dispensary I've been to where you can't pick up something on sale because you got the first patient special (the charger) which I have a ton of at home as just about every dispensary hands them out with a cartridge but I took it anyway.Since the 1/4 was quite a bit more without the special, I figured I would give the business to the friendly dispensary down the street from my house where I usually go before the weekend.The Mint is on my way home from work. I would have stopped in on my way home on a regular basis but they lost my business. They need to be far more clear with their specials, better update their website (text and dates on the banner ads). The place is cool looking and a good location across the street from a mall and close to many homes and apartments. But...If you're going to have high end prices and only decent specials, you better have some killer service, great budtenders, and the very best product. There are so many new dispensaries popping up with super competitive prices and incredible product that make you feel at home. Mint falls show on all of the above.

Very impressed with Mint Dispensary. Well run operation, clean, great parking, quick in and out and great 1st time patient and daily deals. Their products were as advertised on leafly and they had the product I was looking for. As a first time patient at The Mint Dispensary, I found their front desk staff very friendly and they made the 1st time check in a breeze. Within a minute I had filled out the new patient card and was let into the back. Much bigger show room than I am used to and it feels slightly less personal than other dispensaries, but if your goal is to get what you need (and most likely...more) and get out, you'll be happy. And to clarify, the slightly less personal feel is coming from the size of the showroom, every employee I encountered was smiling and beyond friendly. I will definitely be back and recommend you do the same!

So I started reading some other reviews because I was frankly surprised at the low score.I visited them at around 4:45pm on a weekday. I had to fill out a form, (yuck) but many dispensaries require this so no big deal.I got in line and waited. As I was waiting I began to really take a look around. They have a full kitchen in this place. When I was there they had not opened it yet but they planned on having a full service marijuana kitchen!This is hugely ahead of any of the other places I have been. No one that I am aware of has this as an option right now!There selection was basically the same as everyone else. When, oh when, will we start getting all the really cool options that places like California and Washington have?One of the things I dislike about all the dispensaries I have been to, the products are all the same. Only the prices and specials change.The guy that I spoke with was very friendly and open to answering my questions. While he was assisting me, he seemed fully focused on my needs so kudos to The Mint!Some things you may not like...This is a really large place. There is a long counter that runs the length of the place and on the opposite side is the kitchen area. (see above kitchen comment)They have many "budtenders?) so the wait should not be long depending on the number of people.Overall, I think they have some good deals and I really liked their first time patient special!These folks are close to work so I will for sure be visiting them again.

Great atmosphere! The people are really knowledgeable and professional! I am happy that I have chosen to come here over the years but i don't come that often bc I am trying to make it a regular stop since it's not to far from my house! Harvest dispensary usually gets my money but I'm glad to give the mint another try!

Great location. Really nice staff. They have some weekly and daily specials. Prices are reasonable, not the cheapest that's for sure. Good quality products. Rewards points add up so spend wisely.

Worst mmj dispensary in Arizona. Feels like a gas station market. The flower I got was dry and tasted like dirty sand. Never coming back.

The worst in customer service. Bud tenders are distracted and know nothing about product. The flower is nothing special. And the deals are false advertising. Don't waste your money or time. Go to a real dispensary. Not one that has such a self inflated ego.

Worst place ever. They only sell by the gram. Zero ounce specials. Zero half ounce specials. Bought a half oz and paid double the price of nature meds. Also i had at least 30 small gram bags.... Waste of time. There top shelf buds 15gram and nothing worth buying.stay away

I bought my 8th , didn't get my card stamped,  can't go back in with proof to get my stamp, so yeah I'm going to burn up this bogo card and start shopping at urban greenhouse...they honor the customer way better!

Rude staff, very unknowledgeable. They didn't know anything about their vaporizers and cartridges. What a shame.

Read all the good reviews about the decent prices, nice staff. Got to the place looked really nice outside and in. Was greeted with a smile but it turned sour real fast when I  found out about the new patient restrictions, and the higher than normal prices I have been getting.The girl behind the counter was quite rude. Everytime I asked a question, she would start with "as I already said". Needless to say I walked out without buying anything and won't go back.

I honestly do not really like their location and service, but some of the flower is good. I wanted to do this review for the free pre-roll but I will not put 5 stars just because they want me to review, I am giving my honest opinion on this dispensary and it is a hit or miss. Not so great service, people want to rush you out of there, and it does not have a "nice" vibe to it. I am scared to go to that dispensary due to the amount of homeless people just chilling around there or behind the restaurants that are in front of The Mint.

They are not as helpful as Harvest is and there prices are not as good. The customer service is rushed as well. First time experience as a new patient I realized I spent way to much. Being rushed as a new patient turned me off. Most dispensaries have great deals and good email deals. This place never.  But hey they got the medicine. Been twice tried to give them another shot and their computers were down and I couldn't even go to the back. Went to Harvest and the staff just laughed and said see what happens when you go other places. They were right. My fault. That won't happen again.

Told me there was a 15 minute wait. Sat in the lobby waiting 45 minutes, watching people go back that came after me is bullshit. Won't ever step foot in this dispensary again.

Good FTP deal BOGO 1/8 I scored an 1/8 of cheese flower..  Has a good smell, look, and okay taste good high 3 of 5 on quality atmosphere was awesome I'll definitely come back!!

Went to the cave creek road location for first time.... no tipsy turtle chocolate ... no rso syringes....what a joke!!!!

My wife and I have been medical customers for a few years, and Mint was our main dispensary. Recently I've noticed a drop in customer service and medical customers are generally bottom priority. Product quality has gone down as well, to the point I stopped buying flower all together because it was giving me headaches I've never had before. I'm actively looking for a new dispensary because Mint is clearly putting profit first without a second thought about their customers health or happiness.The final straw was the giant plastic bag with MINT written all over it. I'm not your billboard, recyclable paper was obviously better.

SARA IS SOOO EXTREMELY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL!!! Get her off the phone lines immediately!! Called in to ask a simple question and her tone and demeanor through the phone -- you could literally feel the aggression !! Like if you hate your job especially during the holidays just say that!! Lol. No customer service at all whatsoever. You can tell she's probably worked here a long time by how nonchalantly she went about being blatantly rude and unhelpful. Her exact words were "No I can't do that it'd take me entirely too much time" before she'd even let me get through my question. Omg girlies like this make me sick. Go spread your misery elsewhere this holiday season. Management needs a stern conversation with her about her lack of customer service skills. I'll definitely be shopping at either other Mint dispensary for the deals, thank goodness this isn't the only one for that.

Worst dispensary.. told me I couldn't buy because I don't have a vertical ID. I've had my med card for 2+ years but since my ID wasn't straight up she told me no.. also asked if I had my passport on me? So I can purchase alcohol and buy marijuana from anywhere else in the state but not here? Fine you just lost my business

This place is very iffy. They don't show % of the flower online and that really irritates me. Actually they don't show it for any of there items. Since I been here in Tempe I have given chances because ain't no way the flower is not good. Well you are rite people. It is not. Go to other places and try it. The mint in Tempe ain't it!!!Staff cool. The flower is bad!

Extremely unorganized and unprofessional and... very misleading on their "new medical patient" deals that ultimately they do not honor.Young man must have called me "bro" a dozen times before i quietly and politely asked if he could please not call me bro anymore, his immediate knee jerk response was "if you're gonna be rude bro you can just leave". So... i did but, not before trying to bring it to the management's attention, trying because i had to compete with a yelling woman inside the dispensery at the same time. What a shame, just another fancy dispensery with incompetent staff that will run it into the ground and do not even care if they do...Never again, you lost a patient.

I usually have a great experience but my visit started out with me asking about sales on cartridges and he proceeded to tell me so I was already thinking that's what I'm getting but he finished with "but we ran out" ummmm so how does that help me???? I asked about flower then he tells me about %20 off timeless. Which was not as good as the item 9 which was %40 off but out. Anyways that start it off my visit stressfully which Sucks since it's already stressful times. My suggestion is don't start off with deals that you have run out of. He didn't seem all that cheery  or friendly anyways which is very unusual for that place. I've been going there for years now.

Just showed up an hour after they opened and they don't have the special they advertised in the email the 69 dollar half turned into 99 bait and switch will never come back and the manger was rather rude about also with all the choices in the valley manager shouldn't act like dicks

Went shopping around For Dispensaries when I got certified with my Med. Card. First place I went to was Nova They mixed my Sativa and Indica labels and I was not very happy about that. I was told about Mint -Mesa and I went in. My very first experience was pleasant. They greeted me and told me all the protocols when I got in the door. They were so professional and welcoming I also felt very safe with the security on standby You give them your card, they check you in then they tell you to have a seat till your called. I got to the back and there was great music playing The budtenders are very enthusiastic and knowledgable I have not had any issues when picking up from here. All experiences that I have had there have always been fun, professional, and they have great deals. This is probably the only place I will be going from now on.

Used to go to Mint mesa every friday for BOGO on carts and free weed friday. Now the specials on carts and weed are really sporadic. It was nice to know the specials and the days they were on so you could plan your life around them. No on-line ordering because of covid??Covid is why you use on-line ordering!  Mist dispensaries are using on-line only because of the virus. Just order on-line and go pick up your bag. Less touch and time. No shopping/loitering etc.

Mint Dispensary is so great, but this location is just too small with little parking.

First time patient, waited in line for 45 min went in and had three carts of the special for 50% off kind also had one left of the one I came for only in 500 mg. Bud tender didn't grab it so I walked out as another person grabbed it as he starred at me. So disappointed came to spend hundreds and walked away empty handed and disappointed. He didn't say anything just uh, uh, uh.

Good deals, could turn the music down, I'm old and can't hear what the hell they're saying.

Zero out of zero called and complain to a manager that through his problems on me  don't let them treat you like dirt there's a place you can report it to

This place is great for pre rolls! There's usually a good variety. The lines are usually long though.

Probably the worst dispensary I've been to. Very unprofessional staff who either lie to get you in the door or don't know their own specials. Went in for one special specifically and was told that expired. When I was about to leave they said that it was happy hour and I could get a free preroll just for being here. Went back, had to buy some anyway while I was low and was told the freebie was only for medical patients.Next unprofessional staff example was the person helping me was high. I don't mind if the employees use the stuff, I'd like them to know their stuff for me, but I could do without the giggle fits every 5 seconds. Made the process a lot longer than it needed to be.There's a lot of other dispensaries out there now and I think anyone would be better than here.

Overpriced by a long shot, and their quality is not up to par. Great customer service and fast though

This place used to be great. Must be under new management because the value and service after today looks abandoned.  First time ever they refused to allow me to combine deals. I spent serious cash filling my Bogo card and the refused it in combination with a lousy 20 percent off. Come on. The amount I used to spend here and they now refuse to honor their own deals. Plenty of other dispensaries interested in my money.

Half filled cart (wtf) it's their brand. I went in this morning to take advantage of their specials which I love and this is the main dispensary that I come to. It makes me upset that I called to let know them about the issue even offered to send pics of the cart. Instead I was told that more then likely it was absorbed to the wick and everything thing Is measured the same. I'm sorry but no it's half way filled... so much can't be absorbed. I bought this 20 mins ago. Side bye side are the two I purchased this morning showing a new cart not filled all the way next to one that

Both times I've been here has been a good experience. The first time last week was so-so but they totally redeemed themselves when it got Alyssa as my bud tender! She was very knowledgeable in edibles and had an amazing attitude.

This place has good deals, but the wait in line to stand & wait in another line seems a bit much, especially for those with actual pain conditions.The bud tender seemed to be having a bad day as he was a bit short & didn't seem to want to be there. I hesitated even asking questions... I wanted to get my meds & go.They seem to cater to the stoner crowd & not actual patients. For the right deal, I'll be back... but they aren't my 'go to' dispensary ‍

Yesterday I called and made sure Mint was going to be open for New Year's Eve and that they were doing the 7 grams for $100 of Venom Shatter. They told me yes they were open and yes they were doing the deal. Today I woke up and my depression was so bad I could barely get out of bed. I dragged myself out and to Mint and when I got there they said they were not doing the deal and it didn't matter that they told me something else. The manager did not care at all. This is the third time this has happened. I would suggest going somewhere where the bud tenders and staff actually care about doing their job. The way they handled this situation is disgraceful.

I used to like this place. Then I paid $50 for 3.5g of top shelf flower and got popcorn, and shaggy popcorn at that (SFV Batch 23119SFOG). I'm a current DA and I would be embarrassed to put this in front of a patient. As a patient, I just struck a dispensary off my "trusted" list.

I've been shopping here since the doors were opened.  Today was the last day.  If they double charge you, make sure to bring back every piece of product, even if you're trying to get refunded for product you were charged for and didn't receive.

Horrible customer service, and mediocre medicine at best ! It's a shame the sell and profit off patients with the mold and pesticides medicine prove me wrong and get all your meds tested

The mint has great service but it always seems like the budtenders either dont have a good enough understanding of the deals or specials... Or they just dont want you to have them lol. Either way they almost never have indicas and the seem to specialize more in concentrates than they dobflower cause even their best flower looks mediocre. Mesa and east valley stores need to get with it and start offering the same kind of deals that people offer in phx cause everyone i know already bypasses mesa alltogether on the bud scene cause the deals here are always a joke and the weeds simply nowhere close to the quality of other places in the valley!!

Honestly wish i could rate this place a 0%!!! This place is an absolute joke when it comes to helping solve problems that are at fault of their system. They would not give me my bogo card deal even though It was my own card. Along with the staff being very disrespectful and rude. Not to mention the management of this place is horrible and can't even show her/his face to the customer to resolve the issue. I will make sure to tell everyone I know not to go to this place. And the dispo down the street called curaleaf has way better prices and deals!!! FYI

Wish they would have better deals at this location. Love edibles and have gotten less deals for those. Many deals for flower though

I went there for the first time and gave my info and filled out their paperwork. Then I waited. There was only 2 people ahead of me, many came in behind me. I waited and waited as they called everyone but me. I was there for 45 minutes waiting and them looking at me and kept calling everyone else. So I left cause had somewhere to be. This is the ONLY dispensary I've had this happen. Disorganized and not sure what went wrong, but was a horrible experience!! Never even got my first time gift cause never got called back. I live over an hour away too, not sure I will give them another chance. They didn't seem to care.

Well first complaint on a dispensary in Az but The Mint in mesa is special so I'll take my tine out to say...GO SOMEWHERE ELSE..first they sell you popcorn buds as their top shelf at top shelf prices..the when you call too ask a question they rush you off the phone. Also the only reason I called to begin with is because your specials aren't posted.

This place was ok... I felt rushed, and I was a first time customer. Product was good.... of coarse! Location from my house is fairly close, and convenient. People working there I must say were  very nice, and friendly.

I love this place ..they have lots of choices to buy I just found out you get a new client gift ....I don't remember getting one...maybe because I only do syrup ...please go there for excellent service and really nice eye candy for the girls!

Was going to order for pick up, but they don't list the THC content on the flower on their website!!!

I've been here 10 times and every time felt like they give me bunk quality yesterday I got seeds 4  in my weed blackberry kush mid grade price and if you go here expect the worse quality have not been satisfied with the mint it's a waste of your money unless they have bogo  deal and they have had only 1

After my last review, I went in to buy  at or after 8 pm and while talking to my budtender, tenor or trevor the guy that confronted me in the parking lot, over heard me talking about my  last experience, and banned me because? He confronted me, for what he did, I was just taking about my last experience there! I didnt tell anyone about 20 percent off he but didnt like I brought it up and kicked me out and banned me from buying from the mesa shop, 1st amendment will be on the sidewalk 20 feet from the front door 730 til 9pm since you advertising 20 percent off, except fridays! I didnt ask for this fight! I'm a peace loving person but not one to bow down to someone that treats you like I dont need your business or you lose without me! It's not illegal. Stop your offer. Or fix this situation, I'm medical! It was like sharing good r/x app to someone. No harm no foul.

The place is an actual joke. They tricked my mother (who doesn't anything know about weed) about buying a more expensive Stiiizy pod. My mother asked for a normal stiiizy pod and they gave her a CDT Stiiizy pod and gave her a really bad 1/8th of flower saying it was good. I'm not sure if the place trains their employees to trick new customers into buying more expensive product but it sure seems like it. Don't go here even though there's good reviews on weedmaps. Don't go here!!!!!!

Horrible product and owned by shitheads who have zero interest in what marijuana is actually about. Buy "vault" 8th for 60 dollars?  does it comes with a Bj? Or is this shit dipped in liquid gold? NO! It's all shit weed from the mint. Their concentrates are also crap. They use weak distillate in their edibles that actually gives allergic reactions to some. I've also seen moldy weed at the mint and 8ths weighed out with almost 2 grams of stems. DONATE TO A LOCAL GROWER FOR TOP QUALITY AND LOWEST DONATIONS.

Got a defective select essentials cart from here today, they told me that they couldn't replace it based on taste, but the entire reason It was defective is because it wasn't burning any wax. Manager wouldn't even speak to me. Complete shit service

Since moving from Vegas in the recent months, Mint Dispensary has been my go-to. The staff is generally very pleasant, down to earth and welcoming. I love the product and it is a higher quality than most of what I had in Vegas, which was often harvested many months before I received it. I feel their rewards could be a bit better, but overall I love it and feel appreciated as a customer/patient. *Update 8/23* Made another visit and it was a pleasure as usual. I'm always treated like a valued customer and that makes a huge difference in my experience. Thank you.
