Placed my SECOND order online. I've been to this location many times! the first time I ordered online it was canceled. I got there n some snooty girl told the girl checking me out I wasn't in the system n that's y it was canceled. The girl helping me "updated" my account and said I wouldn't have that problem again. Ordered online just now. Order was canceled n I've been calling for the last hour with no answer. Last month a friend n I went in together the girl helping her "forgot" to put a whole 1/8 in her bag wen she went back in the girl saw her n went on break. I got home with my order n was shorted half an 1/8 I called and complained and the guy said that flower was just dense. Urban is close to my house and always provided quality products but lately the customer service is bad! I wont be back...

Quality products if you use your deals otherwise a bit expensive!! try out ugd  if you want good trees

Went in today for the half oz specials. The bud is good, everything was great. Super friendly  staff. Only reason I'm knocking one down... And this has happened before... Y to the medicines are incorrectly labeled. Package A has Bs label and give versa. I caught it because the sticker did not match the label, but if those were a cbd and thc strain and I didn't... Yikes.

Top of the line customer service, attentive and their own line of products called "MyRSO" & "UGDistilletes" 3 x 1,000mg. Cartridges for $80!. Always great quality & deals! Yes, I have visited various dispensaries in the valley and by far this is my spot to go to, all the time, never fails. Their daily and weekly deals are totally worth it. Mondays are my days at 20% off MyRSO syringes, that is GOLDEN...FYI, call ahead for them, they tend to sell like hot cakes. So Thankful for everyone who works there.

Well I've been here many many times. This times was the worst though. The owner of the facility had to impatiently cut in front of me in a small confined area to the point where I would have to touch her in order to walk by when I was the only pain client in the entire store. It's Covid aren't we supposed to be spaced apart? Why am complaining so much was her utterly rudeness about the situation she had to be in a huge hurryAnd put up some pot leaf earrings that no one wants to buy because where are they going to go it's Covid. Think twice before you cut somebody off lady

If I could give them no stars I would. Ever since Harvest bought UrbanGreenhouse they're product availability has gone to shit. You can't get them on the phone and the website never states if they have MyRSO in stock. I wish that Harvest cared about paying patrons. Even emailed corporate no reply. Horrible service and a company that is only about recreational not medical. Plain Horrible

A staff member behind the counter was not wearing a mask, I asked the UGD employee why he was not wearing a mask (they will not let you enter unless you have a mask) his answer was "I don't have to wear a mask because I sterilize my breath with mouthwash every morning"

Amazing customer service.  100% all the way.  It was Sunday around noon or so & I had never been to a dispensary.  So Urban Green was my first place since getting my Medical card.  Everyone was so helpful, right out the door.  Truly was impressed by the promptness & graciousness of all the different worker bees.  Daisy at the counter was so informative & worked with me on what I might be interested in trying since it was my first time.  She also told me about the buy one get one free option for first timers & the different specials.  I felt comforted by the amount of information and direction and left with a pep in my step.  I honestly don't feel like trying another dispensary cause I think I found my schweed fam.!!! Thank u Urban Greenz!!!

Honestly they charged me $31.75 on a $20.00 g of venom extracts. Tax was only $1.23. They said they needed to round up to the nearest $5.00 and they would give me the $3.75 back in cash ( obviously using a debit card here) and after I checked my account a total of $31.75 and I went back inside to fix this issue and they wouldn't do anything about it!!! They have a lot of really bad reviews on multiple platforms and this place use to be Urban Greenhouse which was my number one go to place. I don't recommend this place to be anyone.

Can I give this horrible place zero stars ? I went in for my free birthday pre roll but asked them to give me the same amount in loose product because of a medical allergy to the hemp rolling paper they use . They brought a manager up to argue with me while the cashier kept making funny faces at me . I knew it was all caught on the camera . I called the district manager and he said I should not make a fuss out of a FREE pre roll . I told him the fuss was about their poor customer service . He told me I was banned from their store ?? Well that is fine because happy birthday to me ! ***Please do not go here . This is not a made up story

This is my favorite place to go to. I do go to other locations but this is my favorite. All of the staff is great. I have yet to meet a assholish budtender. The place is always clean and of course the music selection is amazing. The product itself? I haven't been disappointed with either flower or cartridge. Their Mimosa strand is amazing and I do dig their in-house cartridges. I just got a peach one in a full size & it legit is like peaches but not overpowering. My dog likes to come with me too and the staff loves giving her treats. The ATM inside is only $1 and they always work. Thanks guys!  So recently I went back to my favorite place and got even more happy about the place. I was able to get a great deal even though the item I went in for wasn't available anymore. Staff has given my dog snacks and snuggles, and they've given me great service. Thank you guys.

I have been shopping here for over a year and have had three bad experiences and now a forth today.One, I was given the wrong oz strain with the receipt as proof and had to drive back. Two, I was shorted 1/8 on quantity and had to drive back. Three, I bought $100 in gift certificates for the holidays and they forgot to put them in the bag. When I called back they did not believe me with attitude and had to use the security cameras to verify.Today, I came in for my free oz using their Rewards card and was told the computer made an error and they needed to subtract one from my total. I actually had my last purchase receipt showing my reward total but it did not matter. When I asked to speak to a manager they said none were available.Very upset with this establishment. No customer service or appreciation for my business. I will come in one more time for my freebie but probably never again.

If you're a med patient looking to get your script filled, you should most def step into this location for all your medical healing needs. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about products. Kudos to Urban Greenhouse

While the customer service and staff were great the pricing structure was complicated and expensive the bud quality however is good. Pricing on other items seemed in line with other stores but really the prepackaged grams has got to go for the sake of the planet and all the plastic thats being used. I'm no recycling guru but the amount of plastic containers I have now is astronomical!

First off let me start off by saying, I Respect our local dispensaries and appreciate the people behind the counter who offer their  sincere concerns for the patients needs. This dispensary did not meet or exceed my expectations at all! I have RA and suffer pain daily. I use medicinal for my pain that being said I was sold 3 carts they had no value to my needs. I did reach out and was told policy is no returns or exchanges I get that! However, you sold me medicine that doesn't meet my need or expectation! I ended up spending $110.00 here a waste of my hard earned money and had to go to SKY dispensary to get the RSO I needed and CBD. Thanks to Ashley at Sky!!

So I went and Bought 2 Eighths of W 13 and one of my eighths were short (3.3) and Remind you it's Christmas and I drove all the way from bell to get home and find out so I called them told them about the problem and the lady that answered the phone argued me up and down about how they all weigh out to 3.6 but one was a 3.53 and the other was a 3.37 so I'm confused and then when I asked to talk with a supervisor or someone higher up she hung up on me and refuse all of my calls I don't what's going on I love the bud but how could y'all play me on a eighth though it's not that much bud yo

First time here, I like the set up! It's very bright and very organized. Staff was friendly and helpful. It's like 3 step process... Check in and then you go to another set up with a staff member who let's you look and smell the products, they place your order and then you go to checkout where another staff member gets your product and you pay at that counter. I liked the setup because it's so open and bright, they have a lot of staff and it all flows so process seems quick. One thing I will say if you know the area you know it's a little sketchy but there are 2 security guards out front I did come on a weekend night so idk if there is always two security guards there or not. I would come back if I was in the area

I have been loyal to urban for more than 2 years! I mean loyal, I spent over$7000 last year at this location! About a year ago thing really went downhill, staff ( not everyone) was not informative and never went for the up sell! Never! I have gone in with hundreds of dollars to spend , yet walk out empty handed! I have received the wrong product several times, never get emails anymore! After several " bad" experiences , I will give them one more try!!! The manager on duty did not care at all for the problems I was having placing online order( third week)  Why can't you send texts? Why can't you fix your web site? Why can't you train your employees better? For that matter why can't you keep employees? Why can't you have a manager that cares about your business!? Urban Greenhouse Dispensary has lost my business forever! I will share with anyone, I shopped there when it was a 5 star, I see it's a 3 star now! I know why! You only have stoners hanging around parking lot now too! What a shame! Very competitive out there; Frankly I hope urban can get their act together before it's too late! Beth would be mortified if she saw how this is run now!

Their prices are not that great and they never have any good deals on flower. To me it is worth driving the couple of extra miles to the Nirvana center. When I toldMy bud attendant that the prices we not good - he was kinda rude to me.

Got three cartidges from there. All three I used 1/3 out of in one sitting. No effects at all. Called and talked to a girl and she blew it off to tolerance.. yeah I just started using MJ 2 months ago. I'll just file a complaint.

My first time there and I cant complain.  Very welcoming staff all around. It's like a party in there . Great deals and answer all your questions. They have great deals on the weekends.  They explain everything so well. I will be back soon.

This place is a scam. They sold me product I was assured would work for my pen but it's not compatible with the battery I currently have.  When I called was told I'd have to buy a new one 'when they have them in'. When I asked for a manager then I was hung up on. They sold me something I can't use, want me to buy a new item due to their mistake and hang up on their customers. This place is a joke.

Nope.Not here.I shopped here 5 or 6 times early/mid 2017...before their remodel later in 2017.Well that remodel seems to represent a complete 180*in the wrong direction for the customer (patient)And I see I am not alone in my assessment.

I am quite sad that I am here writing this. Urban was my long time go to dispensary, but that is no longer. The employees here are phenomenal, as is the atmosphere. where they lack is their bud. They are ALWAYS out. My last 7 visits I've had to pick up low tier trash because they were out of everything else. 2 of the 3 pieces are there, and if they expand their grow I'll be back, but I refuse to feed money into a business that provides inferior product because they can't manage to keep their actual quality product in stock.

Great facility with premium meds and high customer service. Would recommend to others and will be headed back very soon! Thank you for everything!

I shop Urban Greenhouse Dispensary. For starters, they have the coolest security guard in the valley. Just a nice, cool guy who is always friendly when I roll up or leave. Plus I feel good knowing someone has an eye on my truck while I shop.Before I forget - first time is a free ouce (or it was when I went, I think). Inside, the staff is excellent and the prices are reasonable. I can't attest to what is or isn't the best pricing in the valley but my friends have seen the specials and approved. Got a bad (ineffective) batch of rings on my last trip. Not UGD's fault edibles are so unreliable though. Plus they got an automatic in-house promotion -- Bonus Buds -- that lets you accrue free weed. I haven't gotten enough to cash it in yet but, as much as I have read, there aren't any restrictions.

I love Urban Greenhouse. Yes you do pay a little more than other dispensaries but you also don't have to wait. The extra money is worth it for your time. Good quality, yummy edibles. You must try the liquid thc!

This place is a major disappointment.  The parking lot and neighborhood are scary.  Most strains were not marked for THC levels.  I have no idea what I was getting.   When I asked the budtender, she guessed 16 to 19.  Guess? I want to know what I am buying, not guess. I don't want to take her word for it. My budtender seems bored and could care less what I picked.  Later at home, I was not impressed with the potency.  Very disappointing product for the money.  Is this how they do business?  Never again with me.

Last week I went to UG for the first time. The customer service was great and on a Friday afternoon I only waited 20 min. Budtender Jamie walked me through all the medicine and was very informative. I got the first time bogo deal which was nice. Got 4 strands, 4 eighths, for the price of 2. The buds? Honestly the worst quality I've seen grown professionally. I'm talking LEAFY, untrimmed flowers. I found 3 seeds and some already loose buds wrapped in leaves. I really enjoyed the staff- bouncer,  desk, tender, cashier- all great. But I don't see myself returning because other shops have quality, cared for buds for similar prices.

I second the security guards being friendly. I love that it's attached to world of maps shop (go there), I don't like that you have to go through the motel 6 parking lot to exit. Can you believe you could get an eighth for the same price as a room? I first came here because it's quite close to my place, others might be more bothered by the area, which is far from horrible and at least not in the industrial area like nearby dispensaries. One time they left an item off my order. I had to go back and was not offered compensation of any kind, just an apology, which is fine. They seemed like they didn't want anyone else to know though, I was just discreetly handed back my receipt and the g I paid for by a tender who came into the lobby. Not gonna complain, nor am I gonna say how great the customer appreciation is. Usually I end up asking what is good that day and have had better results than looking up on leafly what sounds good and being sometimes let down. They have a loyalty program, which I like a lot. Also they are not as overpriced as other places I've been nearby. The service is really fast, again unlike other nearby places. In great part due to them having premeasured amounts the cashier (separate from the tender) just has to toss in a bag. I was wary at first they'd put together the worst buds, but I got way crappier nugs from the place that weighs it out in front of you. Finally, with the exception of my last visit when a tender and patient were whooping it up right behind me for some reason, it is generally a lot easier to hear and be heard than other places I've been that have a partition between the tender and patient. -1 star for ugly location (outside) and neutral CS policy+4 stars for proximity, quality, friendliness, set up (inside), speed of service, loyalty program and positive comparison to other rival dispensaries.

I love how quick they help me and everyone is always so caring and nice been going here for a while now and everyone has been always helpful the product is amazing and the quality is great the place itself it's clean and ventilated

I have been going there frequently till some 6 months ago it was a great place...Make sure you check your containers before leaving they might be empty or too dry, don't you dare come back to tell them that it really makes them very upset.New staff is NOT friendly.

One of my favorite dispensaries in the valley. They have good prices and a nice product. I love their BOGO sales. In general they are always friendly and helpful. I did have one experience which was not as pleasant, but that person is usually behind the counter- he was not good as a bud tender- tried to push his ideas on what I should do without listening to what I was looking for.  But, this has only happened once in almost 2 years of shopping here.

Every one from the guard at the door to the folks at the register are friendly and knowledgeable. Truce or Treece sorry for the mix up but he was the bud tender that helped me and he made me feel welcomed. It was a great experience. Clean and professional and fast!

Best dispensary in Arizona! Great selection of quality medicine for the patients. I always have a great experience with the budtenders here, they are very knowledgeable and always want to help me find what will work best for what I'm looking to treat. They're very friendly, the facility is nice and modern with huge tablets to narrow your choices down and the medicine has always been top notch.

I feel very taken advantage of. Was under the impression that I was getting cartridges when in fact I was not. Spent over $350, walked out of the store and then looked at my purchase. Went right back in to exchange for the correct products and they wouldn't exchange for me. I even offered to pay more and was not allowed.They only care about making money and not who is shopping there. Too many other good places to purchase out there and will not be back to this one.Poor service!

Just like any other MONEY HUNGRY business, they don't care about the patients and their actual needsThey have lost out on consecutive purchases from me, due to the fact they have a card machine but no atm, funny when your card machine doesn't accept cards you have no other option for patients.  Instead we have to leave and come wait again and whose to say our products wont be there when we get back.  Not only that they have stolen points from me for which I have earned, over 400 to be exact!!! A small handful of the people are nice however after several times of having issues regarding payment or points, I choose to buy my medicine else wherefurther more their displays of concentrate DO NOT match the ones they give you at check out.  you may see a great golden oil and be given a dark green almost blackish.  Also their in store cartridges that are buy one get one UMMM do NOT buy these they have terrible additives which clog up and do not work properly

Great prices but their interior set up is horrible!!! After driving quite a distance to get to this place, I sat outside in a line for 30 minutes, finally get inside and get my card and myself checked in but they won't let you look at the product until you get up to pay, although, most everything is sitting in a glass case two steps from the check in. I literally got yelled at because I was looking at their display cases. Smart idea to put customers in a room that displays all your products in clear glass and then ask them NOT to look at it... that's crazy! Other dispensaries got it right... you have an actual waiting room before going back to purchase product! Needless to say, after checking in we waited for another 20 minutes before they call you up to sit in ANOTHER LINE! I genuinely don't think I'll be back.

Worst dispensary I've ever been to. Awful wait times, poor location, and staff is not helpful in slightest. They were rude, and don't take visa like they claim to. I was charged a "transaction fee" and told that they need cash. Then why was my card charged?? Awful. Won't be back.

Compassionate and caring accurately describes the bud tenders here at Urban Greenhouse. They certainly will go above and beyond to meet the patient's needs. Not to mention their humble environment, everyone will feel welcomed during their visit.

Got some righteous coupons right before Halloween.  A nice Zombie Apocalypse Survival Kit - cute marketing and the BOGO deal on hash oil got me in the door.  Hard to navigate to if coming down 27th - left turn impossible on Indian School east.  Anyway, had a broken toe so hobbled in and got right in.  Very nice budtender who set me up with the oil and my new patient preroll.   They are able to take debit cards for a fee which is nice not to have to hit up the ATM.   Surreal as it was the day before Halloween and they were in costume.  Cute.  Also the little computer stands fascinates the IT geek in me.  Good selection of local medications.  Parking is good, guard at the door which is good because the neighborhood is sketch at best.  Small, friendly and good prices.

First of all... I drive from Gilbert to get my meds here at Urban greenhouse!!! I have also picked up RSO here & am currently using it daily with my meds... The Faith & Violator Kush are two of the strains that I picked up & are very happy with the strains... I have just had a major surgery, and I am at home recuperating, and medicating as needed... It was a well worth trip to Urban Greenhouse Dispensary

Tried to give another shop some business. And took my very sick partner in there. No decent handicap parking, there are two big metal doors that slam bout every 15seconds and in the sales room (echo chamber) it would make my partner JUMP each time. High pressure sales people and after all the noise and making a quick decision (600.00 worth) got up to the counter and handed my mastercard and he wanted a pin and I said I only do charge and he says "we only take debit" and I left with NOTHING! So we left the getto of west indian school rd and went back to mesa were we are treated like real paying customers!

Urban greenhouse is one of the best dispensaries so far they have better prices they have great varieties and they have good service

this used to be one of my favorite places until last night. I went over there last night and they shorted my order and overcharged me. they have grams for $10 I bought four and a half grams.1 gram and a 8th. i was charged 55. I went down there and they gave me what i was missing. the reason for the bad review is because the guy said the gram was on sale not the 8th. IT WAS THE SAME STRAIN.After that i wont be going back anytime soon.

Good hours. Good deals. Top quality flower every time. Bogo on oil cartridges :) you get a free gram on first visit plus free pre roll on your birthday. They also have a rewards program to earn points if you shop there frequently.

Have been dealing with UGD for a few months now, very pleased with cartridges, flower is ok, and I've been hooked on those shatter cones.  Was kinda disappointed that I had applied for a position and could never get to talk to anyone, and then I'm being helped by all these new bud tenders that couldn't even give a quality recommendation.  Other than that pleased with my experience and will continue to do business with UGD.

one star isnt low enough..... im not a angry person ... i asked a staff member if there was a manager i could talk to about prices... i buy alot . i have a rare case of west nile.. i asked them to contact me , since they couldnt come and talk to me in there small buliding.... what could you be doing that you cant ever come and talk... iv waited and waited.. i even spoke to another lower manager at the shop who confirmed the shop got my email.... im trying to imagine wallgreens pharmacy not calling back clients about meds bought there or any questions you might have... iv had it with this place...  not worth your time.... there in it for the money.... they dont care about your issue... there not there to help... they tell you they can help, and then never get back to you..... my next letter will be to the state, about your poor service, more like .................... no service...........     avoid at all costs....   go to natures medicnes or go to encanto .........

For a business in a new industry such as this, Urban Greenhouse has really got it nailed in terms of their customer service model.  And their pricing across all lines of product are the best in the valley for the quality in my opinion.  I never wait more than a minute or two before being served, and everyone is totally friendly, helpful, and most importantly efficient and professional!  After more than 9 months of weekly trips here, I've had no serious product quality issues, except for their vape pen cartridges, which they made good on and then some. Hardly anything to complain about with these folks!

1,2,3,4 marijuana galore. This place is bright and welcoming. Their websites beckons you and it doesn't disappoint from the time you walk and out.I only spent about $240. I could have spent more, but all of their product is in black bins.We eat with our eyes, as well as buy with our eyes. This was my first time at Urban Greenhouse, but apparently it's considered my second because they're affiliated with Harvest. Who knew?lolMy bud tender was polite and very knowledgeable. Sadly, she talked me into a live resin cartridge but learned that she couldn't sell it to me because it wasn't logged into their system to sell yet. Damn! That was the main reason I went there besides the edibles. The Wana gummies are yummy. The texture is different than other gummies because they use fruit pectin instead of gelato me. So, it doesn't get all stuck into your teeth grooves. They're slow acting, but give a nice zap. The lollipops a re good too. I got the 25mg. They're not really hard, like traditional lolli's. After a while of licking it, it becomes pliable like taffy. I'm not complainin', just explaining.Conclusion:This is a nice dispensary, but will be a ton better when they're able to display the products again. They have items on display shelves, I just don't understand why the cases can't be filled too.Damn COVID 19!

My first experience in a dispensary since became rec..  horrible experience.. the guy who "helped me" (for lack of a better term) was extremely rude, un informative and all around a disgrace to the dispensary and made sure I never go there again and I'm sure I'm not the first.... wish I would have got his name.  I don't always share stories of good experiences at places but I definitely share about the horrible experiences... owners.... I suggest u do some customer service training with your employees.Avoid this place at all

When I got my first medical card back in 2014 I bounced around from place to place looking for consistency and that was finally found after my first stop to urban. I had to travel a distance but it was worth it. The employees are usually always happy and friendly, the flower is consistent and fair priced also I love their concentrates. Would definitely recommend this place for patients and all Rec users.

So the only issue I have with this place is the fact that their online website displays different THC %'s than what the products actually are. Bought some Ice Cream Cake from Modern Flower. It showed 21.28% THC on the website but when I got home and opened the presealed bag it was labeled at 17.05%. Thats a pretty big difference and not just a typo mistake. Flower was alright, but would've got something different had the real % been posted on the website.

After a few weeks of long lines, restrictions, and headaches it helps to hear a voice so positive it made my day. I was passing by and I saw there was no line, I've been having trouble getting through the past few weeks. I always enjoy speaking to my budtender. I called in and this positive voice came on the line so welcoming, upbeat, and helpful. I just needed my UGD Distillates, he hooked it up. None of which were listen on the site, so happy I got through and Thank you to the young man who answered and took care of me

I'm a medical patient from this neighborhood. Service was prompt. Management seems super sensitive  and condescending attitude didnt vibe with the Urban neighborhood. She aggressively banned him today because his Screensaver was offensive #hyperestrogen#banned4aScreensaver

The website is pure deception... Been using the Harvest website for 5 months only ... I've got wrong order on two different occasions. On the website It say the THC is 22% when I pickup the actual package the THC says 18% .... This is bullshit and beyond unfair if I'm spending $50 on a eight I want what I was told I'm getting off the website! GET YOUR SHIT TOGETHER

Every single time I preorder from this place they get it wrong. EVERY TIME. Wrong product, missing discounts, charging wrong prices.  When it was urban greenhouse they were great.

this dispensary apparently now gives no discounts for medical patients. every other dispensary does it. they are cheap, they make tons of money off their overpriced products. we pay on average $250 for a medical card because we are legitimately ill. that's just not right to do to us.also apparently their cashiers can't function without you holding their hand through the entire process. i spent $392, i asked about my loyalty points and i guess he just forgot, so i got zero loyalty points for all that money spent. do i need to go behind the register myself and train him. i figured the manager standing over his shoulder would be sure he had everything down but alas, she was useless in that regard.i will never be back to harvest and i urge everyone who likes their money to do the same.

I had to go in and check things out once recreational use allowed me to enter a dispensary. I have to add that I had recently finished watching Weeds and my curiosity was peaked. They have a line for recreational use and another for medical use. There are so many options for marijuana, way more than the show Weeds showed. I have no clue what medical products are there. Recreational products were in short supply since it was only recently legalized in Arizona and people are going in with all kinds of curiosity too. The customer service is good, the staff are knowledgeable and willing to help you find the product to fit your needs.
