Welp. There goes the neighborhood. They are now offering recreational pot regardless of the fact that their entire brand is built on "Tru Med". Another dispensary 'selling out' regardless of always being full of customers and out of stock. That sort of greed creates a worse experience for dedicated, loyal, and long time patients. Now there is no reason to wait the hour or get my car scratched trying to figure out how to park between the 20 people standing all over the lot. RIP Tru|med and Drip products. RIP.

Great selection & nice people. It's busy as hell, though. Always a wait, even when you order ahead for pickup. Can be a bit chaotic in the front of house & parking lot, as people line up for their order. Recreational is new to AZ, so I'm hoping as we all grapple with the new influx of people wanting to buy MMJ, that TruMed comes up with some better crowd control & more efficient transactional experience for both their loyal medical customers, as well as their new customers.

I'm impressed. First, the sir asked me if he were saying my name correctly since I'm Brazilian. He asked me what exactly I was looking for. He spent quite good time explaining to me the difference between everything (which was great). At all such a good environment and actually professional people working there. Definitely got a new client. I truly appreciate the experience I had. I'm looking forward to see some CBD and some other good stuff as well such as a good quality joint.

They are no longer following any COVID precautions. Crowded waiting room. None of the staff wearing masks. Half of the customers maskless. Terrible and irresponsible. In addition, preordering makes no difference. They do not prepare your order in advance. I had to wait a half an hour on a Thursday afternoon. So disappointing.  This used to be my favorite dispensary. I won't return.

Super awesome dispensary that has amazing quality products and you get a credit depending on how much money you spend on every visit!

THIS. IS. THE. BEST. LEGAL. WEED. IN. THE. VALLEY.Never got anything that wasn't fire.however. They know it and act like it. tenders are rude. Security guard more worried about talking to his friends than keeping the parking lot clear for people to come in and out. Incredibly expensive; that goes along with the product and can be forgiven. But the rudeness? Come on guys. stop killing the buzz before it even gets going. Just cause you're in the hood don't mean you gotta act like it. Act like you work at a business where the average customer is dropping $100+ for less than ten minutes of your time.

I've been here plenty of times and each time is good however this visit with a blond bland lady wasn't the best. Easily distracted talking and joking with other employees not providing a supply and demand type of transaction. And I know some higher ups in this company so hopefully they shape it up before he finds out.

This place has the ability toHave a whole side for Rex and a side for medical but choose to have us both wait hours for or online orders it's crazy how greedy people can be

I heard that they have great weed. I guess I will never know because they only sell it to Arizona medical patients. Don't even bother coming here

First time in and the bud tender, Parker, was professional and very informative on their products and was able to answer any questions I had. Their Drip concentrates are robust in flavor and my favorite for vape carts and tanks!

Went to this place because of the reviews. Great customer service but the flowers were dry and had a harsh taste. Wouldn't recommend!

I've been back-and-forth with this dispensary for at least two years now...I guess you could say,"I know a thing or two; because I've seen a thing or two."1 thing for sure the online ordering gets you nowhere ahead of line it's pointless #2 I don't trust the connection between the Ccells & the battery ANYMOREI came home and I thought my mattress was going to light on fire!I set the goddamn thing on my bed nothing was touching itnothing was activating it it was sitting by itself hot as fuck that's not OK to me that's not safe that's a hazard and if I came home to a dead dog because my house lit on fire because of a stupid fucking pen I would burn down a village believe itDrip products and batteries have now lost my trust and that something substantial to lose

Literally I love the medicine at this place cultivates. Thank you to Jason for the wonderful service tonight!  He was patient with me because I was exhausted after a long week at work and helped me still get everything I needed without forgetting anything. He was awesome! I love bud tenders who don't rush you. Because sometimes you're tired.  Quality meds great service!!!I pray that they do not get rid of the medical specials once this dispensary goes recreational. In all honesty I hope that one day there is a trumed that is exclusively medical and exclusively recreational... wishing for that so that I can get my meds fast and affordable like I currently do. Trumed please do not change your specials structure for the medical patients! Please please please we need the value that you provide with cannabis that you guys and gals cultivate amazingly. Plus your  medicine is the only meds that do not induce CHS in me. It could be that you spend more on your nutrients from the looks of the labels. Really quality nutrients go into their medicine here. There's certain dispensaries that you smoke from and you get sick after a while. I believe it's a nutrient thing because tru has not caused the issue for me ever every ever.  I had cannabinoid hyperemesis syndrome when I first started coming here and since switching over fully for my medication to this dispensary it has disappeared..... that makes me think that it must be a nutrient that other dispensaries use that this one does not.  All for recreational but Watching the pricing structures change at other dispensaries has made me go no I'm good I don't really want recreational to be a thing after it's increased my cost on cannabis medication at other dispensaries.  I have to say though every time I come here the service is phenomenal.  Jason you rock!

Everyone raves about TruMed and it's quality and pricing- and now I know why!! One of the most cleanest and well structured dispensary in Phoenix, AZ. I was definitely excited to check them out and receive my first time patient deal (buy a top shelf 1/8,  get one free).  They did not disappoint in quality and service.The budtender explained the process and asked what I was looking for. If you want to smell any flower, they will let you, just no touching of course. My favorite strains from TruMed are Slurricane and GG #4. Slurricane is a hybrid, heavy indica dominant and GG #4 is indica dominant. Both relieve my pain and help me fulfill my tasks throughout the day. I also love a dispensary with a reward system and an ATM machine on site.

I personally think TruMed is the best dispensary I've been to in AZ.  The flowers, the strains, the way the buds smoke.  It's awesome.  I've never had better bud so far.  They don't have as many deals as other dispensaries but the quality is unmatched.  The Budtenders are knowledgeable and friendly.  When I first received my MMJ Card, TruMed was the first dispensary I've tried.  I was introduced to the Wedding Cake strain.  Wedding Cake is now, is one of my favorite strains. Definitely give TruMed a try!

Found out that they will be reserving their top shelf for cardholders only . So glad that they care about the patients! Yall rock.

Super clean and have a great first time patient special! Prices were really good and love the atmosphere, very welcoming! They're deal for Memorial Day $40 for a ¼ was INCREDIBLE! Loved the online ordering too so I could just browse online and pickup at store. Only request is that they start accepting debit so I wouldn't have to use cash. SWC is using debit and I think it's really helpful if other dispensaries follow.

Flower is good but way over priced. Not taking pandemic seriously. Wear a hazmat suit. Good luck.

This is an exceptional dispensary. My experience was definitely five stars. There are two budtenders at this dispensary that are greatOne of them is Jake.  He's very professional and always very friendly and willing to help out anyone, and the other one is Brett.Brett goes out of his way to make every person who walks through the door of true med feel like you're the only one in the room and makes them feel completely comfortable when making purchases of product and most importantly he gives the customer the feeling that they're always welcome backI would definitely recommend TruMed To choose if you're looking for a great dispensary in Phoenix, and I would ask for either Jake or Brett because they're both top-notch...  They both make the experience exceptional

Best dispensary in AZ. Hands down. The only people that won't admit it, will only ever complain about price. That's all I ever hear. Are they cheap? No. Cheap products aren't good and good products aren't cheap. They're not expensive, you just prefer price over quality. Best flower in the state. No question. Beautifully designed inside, highly knowledgeable staff. Owner is super sweet and overwhelmingly knowledgeable. I have yet to meet a staff member that I didn't like or end up in a friendly conversation with.You don't complain about the price of a Ferrari because you know what you're buying. They are priced per the quality of what they sell. Plus they have great deals and specials all the time. Avid customer for 3+ years now. Actually, I'm gonna go today!

Trash, insane prices and THE LONGEST MOST OBNOXIOUS voice attendant ever. It's almost 5 freaking minutes long. DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR AND JUST PRESS 4 to get straight to a rep. This place is a joke so I advise you pass on this spot. 8 other spots all 10X better within 5 miles of this place.

Super unprofessional. Waited an hour and a half to get the order. Once it was ready for pickup they were out of what was ordered. I can't believe how bad this experience was. Downgraded on the places to go for sure.Please tell your clients how long of a wait is expected. This was ridiculous.

During this pandemic, Trumed, as with all cannabis dispensaries, must take steps to protect their workers and their customers.Customers should place their orders from home or their car.The workers that handle the products must be kept safe.They should all be wearing gloves and a mask.They should call the customers phone when their order is ready. The order should be left on a table outside for the customer to pick up after the worker has gone back inside. The biggest problem to solve is payment.Cash is not safe to handle. (The government needs to make non-cash payment legal for dispensaries).  I wash my bills in the clothes washer, dry on the line.  Ha! "Money Laundering"Accept only exact payment (leave the change to tip your cannabis provider.)Have customers drop payment into a container that can be sanitized between transactions. Until we have universal testing, you must treat everyone you see as if they were infected and contagious. Even talking releases tiny particles from your lungs and mouth, usually in an aerosol, that can linger in the air for minutes. Customers should wear masks. Sneezing or coughing is "super-spreading"!I can't get a mask either so I use a bandanna tied across my face, to protect others.We do want to keep our dispensaries open, and safe!When we do this we'll all feel better!

Top quality products at reasonable prices.  Everything is tested and labeled.  Some of the best strains we've tried in Phoenix.  Good security outside that is helpful in navigating their tight little parking area.  Overall, just a great place.

I did my research on these dispensaries... I don't smoke and needed guidance. In addition, I can't take psychoactive drugs or I get panic attacks. I just wanted HIGH quality CBD oil and anything recommended for my slew of issues.  I was searching for a tender with experience who didn't feed me lines such as 'the nose knows' when I asked for recommendations. Please. Tru Med is the place - knowledgable staff, quality product, clean environment, patient people, and no silly lines or staff high on the product. People complain about the price, but you get what you pay for. They're upfront with the cost. I trust the quality and the place makes me comfortable.

If you're lucky enough to be greeted by Nate, then you are definitely in for a staff member that really knows the product, and is very helpful and chill when you have some questions.I love coming here for the quality of products as well. Over rated, high pricing, pre-packs were full of wood, not trimmed.  A disgrace to charge $18 per gram for crap.  Go elsewhere, you'll be better off.

Wow, talk about VIP experience. My first time in and someone toured the entire selection with me while making good recommendations. I love my PAX pen and can't believe it took me so long to get with the 21st century and the ways technology has enhanced cannabis consumption. Their flower looks out of this world, but I only purchased a couple cartridges,  RSO and thc/cbd topical treat my chronic pain. I've been really happy with the products they recommended - especially the strawberry cough drip concentrate- omg so tasty. I think the guy who helped me was named Brett- he was so thorough and kind. He really took his time to make sure I felt good about my purchase. I also came in after 8pm so I got their happy hour special.. free pre roll with every $50 you spend. That with the BOGO first time customer special on cartridges and I'm a very happy patient.

BEST FLOWER IN THE STATE, HANDS DOWN. Clean store with friendly staff. If you know your flower, real recognize real.  The only thing people could ever complain about is price, but those people don't understand quality. You want the best, then don't complain when it's $5-10 more than the dirt weed that your uncle tony sells to crackheads, at those apartments down the street.

they have good quality product but the staff isn't what it should be.the one employee i have the pleasure of meeting with and talking to literally every time i'm there is Ashley. she never fails to make me feel stupid as hell, and give me the most blank,  lifeless stare every single time. she has an attitude as if i'm annoying her with every one of my questions, answering like ummm yeah? and yeah it's indica? like i'm a child or something. HATE this place so much! if you enjoy actual people and great products i suggest bloom dispo! hands down the best.

Clean, attractive with great smells when you walk in. Large variety of flower plus edibles.   They give specials to first time buyers.  Very nice people which explain everything and take their time with you.  Very fair pricing.  No need to look further.

These people are the lowest, sneaky form of humans you can get. They lie and disregard anything you might try to tell them As well as charging me $89.95 without my permission I called and stated I wanted my mo ey back. They put me on hold and never came back. The following day they proceeded to charge my card another $89.95 and that was after my account had been closed the previous night! This place is shady, beware and don't deal with them.

First time at TruMed today & it went pretty swell. The lobby is pretty clean and you can actually watch something when you're waiting! Had a good amount of options for oil cartridges & Brett made sure I was all good.

This is the second dispensary I've been too and it was an awesome experience. The guy answered every question I had, which was quite a few as I'm new to it all. If this is your first time, I'd definitely recommend here if you have any questions at all. They are super nice and you leave feeling happy/confident about your purchases. I'm really happy with the quality of all the product I got. 5 Stars.

Best trees in town. Every once in a while I'll go to a new spot to get a bogo special and usually end up disappointed. I always end up back at Tru|med for that fire.

I had a really great experience with Trumed! The lady (wish I knew her name) was so nice. I'm a beginner in all aspects and came to her with a TON of questions. She was able to help and then some! I'll be back!

I went here to get some help with some medications. I had a ton of questions that I really wanted answers to. I called first & I spoke with a girl (I wish I got her name) and she was so helpful and friendly.I've been to quite a few other dispensaries and their bud tenders seem to not have too much knowledge on their products or just not seem to really care about helping. I have bad anxiety and horrible sleep insomnia. I went in there twice and had Matt both times. He was so helpful and had an answer to everything I asked. He was extremely patient too. I'm a difficult and picky person when it comes to this kind of stuff and I left really pleased.... which is very rare!

First off let me say that yes they are pricey, however, you get what you pay for. Hands down the best quality bud in the Phoenix area. I am NEVER disappointed with their product or service. So yeah it may cost more but I don't mind paying more for the best.

Tried Trumed again today because I like their Jack Herer. Website menu wasn't updated in the am so I didn't know they were out of Jack Herer until I waited in line for over an hour. Still no medical strains. . .just recreational cookie strains. They are too cheap to get any testing done on their house strains so you wouldn't even know if they carried a wide spectrum cannabinoid strain. This place is such a waste of a dispensary license. I still haven't found an employee that could tell me the difference between their phenotypes of Cannatonic #1 and Cannatonic #5. . .not that it matters as they didn't have a single CBD strain today. I've wasted too many trips here. I closed out my points and won't be back.

This is one of the nicest places in Arizona be sure that you ask to see flower that is cultivated by their team! It's worth the extra few bucks. From concentrate to Flower TruMed does an incredible job

Offers this First time patient special and then acts like it doesn't exist or that the special is expired.  What kind of dispensary disappoints their First time patients.  Choose another one besides this one. Stupid stoners need to lay off their own shit

Ok, this was the second dispensary I had been to.  WOWIE!!!! The variety was awesome and the space was big and open.  The people were fun.  I started to ask questions about CBDs and Cancer.  My server went and got their nurse who sat and talked to me about CBDs, the different places to look for research, how THC works with CBDs,  and ways to take CBDs.  She was amazing.  So was my server.  Love this place

Top Notch quality meds but absolutely NO LOYALTY to their long time customers that had to spend $2000 to become TruMed Members. Sometime in last 30 days they lowered their prices finally, however when I called to ask what the new member pricing is they tell me there is NO ADDITIONAL DISCOUNT for long time members because they lowered there prices for every one. So now I pay the same price as any one that just walks in off street now. That's shows us longtime members NO LOYALTY at all. I used to come here weekly but now not so much

This is the best dispensary around.  I have been coming here for almost 3 years!  The staff is AMAZING!  They are friendly, polite and EXTREMELY knowledgable!  It is worth the $$ and trip!!

Really love coming here although they need to get the hours right. I wanted to stop by one weekday and it said they were open til 9 yet I couldn't find the door. Seemed like they closed early. I truly enjoy every visit to Trumed!  Shout out to my budtender Chris today!  As usual I was only going to spend so much....today I was $0.61 short.  Instead of putting something back, he helped me with the 61¢!!  In fact every budtender I've dealt with at Trumed emits such a mellifluous aura.....that it's made me a Trucustomer!!

The guy was pleasant and informed. The cbd oil seemed a bit high priced from what had purchased before. And it did not work any better.

Best dispensary in Phoenix. Great service with fast help everytime. The flowers are all amazing and so is the wax. I never get the guest strains so I do not have any reviews on those but everything is top shelf and super crystally. Only complaint is the cost is also really high so I only come here every once in awhile. I do HIGHLY recommend the "Live Resin Terp Sauce" on the Diamond tier. Freaking AMAZING!!!

Always top quality medicine here, the bud is well-tended to and speaks for itself. When you scroll the menu, you know that all of the strains are going to be well done. Not like the other place where you show up expecting some fire and they try to pass off some shwag to you. Arizona MMJ patients know the difference and can't be fooled. Staff are professional and knowledgeable. Prices are fair. Would be nice if they had a better waiting area that didn't feel so cold and uninviting. Prices could be better but not too bad overall.

If only $ was no object. The buds here are rivaled only by HWC and they have more issues than price. If you can afford the best, this is the place. If you are like me and cannot afford the best, treat yourself to here on occasion. They are also very nice and service is fast. Wish it was deli-style, wish they all were!

Really good place but a little to much in price for my medicine but I'd recommend them anytime. The meds are extremely well so the price point are actually correct  i just believe the area the dispensary is in it should call for less money.

Decided to check out this place and was pleasantly surprised with the courteous service and the prices were real reasonable. Their flower was top grade and worth the price.  Highly recommend a visit. Their people know what they're talking about and you don't get any hustle. Clean place.

Prices are a little on the steep side (which is the only con I can think of). If that isn't your main concern, I highly recommend this place! The staff is very knowledgeable and they have awesome promotional deals that they post weekly. They have probably some of the best selection in the valley and the quality never ceases to amaze me! You want quality and great customer service, COME HERE! This place has it both and the reasons why I come back. I am a student so money's tight but I treat myself here because I know the quality is the best. Don't get me wrong the prices are pretty steep but you get what you pay for. There are plenty of other dispensaries within a 10 mile radius but this place is top notch.

Great oil. Pricey but worth it. Nice building and set up as well. Don't sign the fake legalization thing they've got up front though. MPP isn't trying to legalize it for smokers. But their product is awesome.

I made my first ever dispensary purchase here tonight. I didn't know what to expect. I drove here (about 15 miles) after work because this place was open until 10pm. The parking was very, very cramped especially for my pickup truck. The security guy by the door was very polite and friendly and when I showed him my card he opened the door for me and I went in. The waiting area was full of people. I gave my card and driver's license to a woman behind a glass enclosure and sat down to wait. The wait seemed like forever as this was my first time and I was anxious, but was more like 45 minutes. They finally called my name and let me through the heavy metal door into the dispensary. The guy that brought me back was very helpful and asked me several questions to better understand what I was looking for. He showed me different products including edibles which I knew nothing about. He explained everything to me and helped me choose the right products for me. I received a free one eight for being a new customer and also a free pre rolled because it was "happy hour". I left feeling confident that I had gotten exactly what I wanted. The entire experience took a little over an hour. They didn't rush me at all and I felt very comfortable. I'm sure I'll be back. Oh yeah, the prices seemed very reasonable to me too.

Was my first visit to any dispensary today and I was told to come here because of the friendly staff. Well these awesome people did not let me down !! Super clean place and extremely knowledgeable and patient with me.  If they are priced higher I don't care because they are worth it !!

I absolutely recommend, suggest and insist my fellow medicators make time for a visit to Trumed! Their medication is consistently strong and flavorful. The staff makes you leave feeling like family. It is ALWAYS a memorable experience!

Got 3 grams of wax of ice cream cake and a #1 i never had a problem with they're wax before till today lmfao what is this? It looks like it had microplastics in or something. Paid almost 200$ for 4 grams of some wax that literally looks like fish poop. I've have previous gold tier wax from here and it was actually good and clean. Idk what's going on but you guys lost a customer.

Used to be my neighborhood spot. Placed an online order at 6:45 pm on Leafly. Order was confirmed at 7:05 pm.I arrived at Trumed at 8:37 pm and still don't have even an estimate when I'll be able to pay and leave.It's 9:40....The biggest bummer is I've seen TWO trumed employees arrive after anyone in the waiting room and be given priority! Used to be the best but with the profitability of recreational, growing your own will take less time.UPDATE:One star after "Barry" made the most hostile pass through the waiting room to let everyone know that the dispensary closes at 10, if you don't get what you want too bad."I guess my $180 order will go unfulfilled.....

Overpriced everything! Sub par herbs and not worth the money. DONATE to a local home grower to get gifted better medicine! Drip is 70 a gram for live rosin. DONATE 30 dollars to a local home grower who has a rosin press and get a heavy gram of rosin testing at 90%! Do not pay taxes when you can support a local grower by DONATING to them for gifts.

If the Weedman was out of weed as much as these clowns I would never call his ass again. Came in with my friend looking for some oils to make edibles. We had been in before but still had a few questions. Jiggy helped us out and gave us some advice on what to get based on what we were looking for! Both times I've been in, the service was great. Also when we came in, the lobby was packed with people waiting but we honestly only waited like 10 minutes so I was really happy with how fast they were.

The only thing worth getting here is Mojave reserve. Anything else sucks even their in house stuff. Trash absolute trash. I can't believe they r selling trash.

This place use to rock, NOT ANYMORE! I am shocked as a medical patient how there offering has declined. Problems with this place:1. Offering is a joke2. Security is laughable and unprofessional 3. Crazy parking layout...sharing a lot with another business4. Staff turn over and inexperienced people waiting on you5. Your expensive Take a look at what Mint is doing. That is where all your customers went.

They are polite very clean nice selection of flowers Staff as well especially Susy P she was awesome I will Recommend my family and friends

I used to love this place, and the staff is pretty solid, but they recently changed their coin policy to a way that ends up costing customers more money. They told me that all of my items just so happened to have extra change added to them, I find this hard to believe. Seems more like they are just adding change to all items to get their new even desired dollar amount.

Trumed needs to work on a proper dress code.

Hands down Best deal on Drip products. Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating to any disability and/or need.

Been going to TruMed for over 5 years and the selection of edibles is above and beyond. Flower is up and down with seasons which can fluctuate but I always find what I am looking for. Great staff

ANSWERS THE PHONE = 5 STAR customer relations. Other shops can't be bothered to build relationships with their locals. Just getting my questions answered by Will,, I'm a customer forever thank you Will for your time and being so informative and educational
