I love this new Curaleaf location. Easy to get to. The online ordering was easy. Flower is always top notch. The daily deals are awesome. Definitely one of my go to dispensaries in the West Valley.

God bless us everyone I sure do love this place they always are so cool to me when I come here. I have become quite a regular and I will continue to be. Aside from their wonderful section song which will keep me coming back on its own their customer service excels. That is what I do in my line of work and I am very good at it. Real recognizes real much love from this old scarecrow

There's is never a super long wait, which is always awesome! They have high quality buds, and my favorite in house concentrates! I highly recommend coming in. One bud tender that's always been super awesome is Connor!

Realy good  despensary solid deals they take care of you good  never had no issues when I go  very fast in an out highly recommend it

If I could give them negative stars I would. Their weed is sooo terrible & I would like to say for the price but not even cause you can go to another dispensary with the same price and better weed. I have such a bad experience here and ANY Curaleaf locations not to mention I've tried multiple thinking it's just that location and I'm disappointed everytime. I'm in a Cannabis Facebook group which is basically just a bunch of weed enthusiasts who post their weed, pieces, deals in the area. You can post anything weed related basically.To test I posted the weed I purchased from here today & I got 45+ comments stating how terrible Curaleaf is and I got so many recommendations on other dispensaries so I'm glad I'm not alone. I shouldn't be paying $50 and walk away with dry powdery popcorn nugs that are mostly stems. Ponderosa Releaf sells $45 quarters (maybe $40 I think they recently raised the prices doesn't matter either way still cheaper) and they're actually full sized nugs and they're bomb. Just a waste of time to even consider this place I literally stopped smoking just to write this review cause it was such a bummer

I feel safe going into cura during this season of illness. They still have all the products I enjoy

Went there when the rec opened up and they raised there prices at the door during a pandemic thanks but no thanks your suppose to smoke a bro out now bleed them out ...I mean I guess everyone needs there money but really I'll stick to my friendly local neighbor seller good luck yall

Raising their prices in a time when the economy is tanking, not the best business model.  Oh well, I guess all the addicts will still pay.

I don't know what's going on there but I've been a patient long time but today they have recording on phone which says call back.  I have called back multi times and still no real human to talk to.  I put in online order in the morning and still at 2 p.m. showing in progress.  I'm not driving all the way down there to see what's going on.  I emailed them- still no response.  Soooo disappointed!

Been here about half dozen times and have been very unimpressed with the quaility of the flower. Yes they were rude majority of the time anyway like they had somewhere to be??? But back to the flower. This isn't the 1st curaleaf to be continuously horrible and a complete waste of allotment and cash since they only put fairish prices on halves or ounces. Seriously have been burned so bad that it made me stop going back. Only to come back to be rushed out with what was a very dry herb of some kind. It was not medical grade marijuana by a long shot and agian another $90 to $120 getting there opinions pushed enough were you want to believe them but again regret and no allotment or reappearing cash to burn?? If you do go jist stick to your guns and don't let them sweet talk you. Avoid using any form of intellectualness in yoir questions about anything. Then you might be treated kindly" so the management "said.

Curaleaf is a really nice and affordable dispensary, the bud tenders are very cool and can answer any questions you might have.

Love this place. Usually in and out pretty quickly with the helpful courteous staff

I love coming here for thier deals. Always friendly bud tenders and staff. Very convenient in location. I love love love the thing in the middle to smell and observe new dankie buds and stains.

I took my first review down due to the fact they don't honor there patient specials and they lie and switch there stories on why the first time patient changed there's no reason to go for the ftp deals I'm never returning to this location I went to the one on central and they honored it idk what the employees are smoking but it's a lot of bs if u ask me

You will wait AN HOUR AND 20 mins for a online order!!!! I suggest the PHOENIX on 79th ave Buckeye Ave curb side pull up done within 10 mins..

Waited in line for an hour & 10 minutes. Sent home at 10 even though I was next in line, because they no longer accepted recreational patients after 10. Horrible customer service, never coming back

One of my regular dispensaries.. always great customer service from security at the front door to the back. If you need quality meds check them out..

Fast and quick lines cool peeps in and out service always has the music bumping in the lobby they have the fire shatter and at a good price come check them out like a library book lmao

Well after standing in line for over an hour and finally getting inside, I was thoroughly disappointed and I left incredibly angry. My first time in a dispensary I wanted to look around and possibly add to my online order which you had to do to get in the door, but I was rushed by the purple haired girl and she just was of NO HELP at all!! I wanted to add some vape cartridges but was told "you need the right battery and we don't have any" asked about ointment to which we got "we just have this" no explanation of the product or how it works. Will not be returning ever. I'm sure there are many more Dispensaries that will happily take my money after answering my questions. Don't waste your time at this place they were rude obnoxious and I hate being rushed. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else this place SUCKS BALLS!!!Oh and I just read my receipt and it states at the bottom Educational material: Rejected I wasn't even asked if I would like any educational materials. If you like being treated like the red headed step child then this is the place for you.

Bought an Apollo battery and unfortunately it did not fit the pod I had. I  looked up Curaleaf's return policy and it stated that products could be returned after 30 days. I brought the battery back and asked if I could get a refund or exchange and the girl in the front told me all sales are final. I showed her the return policy on the website and she insisted all sales are final and it says that on the bottom of my receipt. I then responded by showing her the receipt and that the receipt did not say that. She ignored me and asked if I wanted to speak with the manager but at that point I had enough. I then reached out to Curaleaf customer service and they asked to send them proof of payment with receipt and product. I did and they said they'd send it to the store manager for review. Low and behold I have heard nothing back. Won't go here again!

It is really unfortunate that they are unable to maintain a consistent stock of Indica flower. It is also rather frustrating when they can't maintain a consistent specials. I don't have all of the time in the world to search out deals. I am a busy woman. I always appreciated that I could consistently come in to Curaleaf and know what I was able to get and now that has changed. The prices have gone up and the manager, Jasmyne, made it clear that they were not going to work with anybody about the inconsistencies their company is providing to their customers. Fortunately, there are better deals and other places with more selection.

The lines are long and slow. They didn't have to many flower selections but they have this cool promotion to support Veterans. The employees definitely make it an experience they are full of life and the ladies in the back are bad ass. The prices are decent nothing to bad. The shop itself is not that bad, its a bit small.

DO NOT GO HERE. Worst dispo in Phoenix area. manager Mike who works this store is a disrespectful asshole. I am absolutely disgusted with his attitude towards me. I'm a veteran who suffers from PTSD and found relief in weed. became experienced in the cannabis industry. come to this store once a week for a couple of months and every time I go they still tell me I need to add my medical card and I do again each visit) and then one time I left the store and get home to find out I had paid for two items that weren't in my bag when I left. When I  came back and tried to speak to the manager he said there was nothing he could do and so I left it even though I was out like ~40 bucks because I didn't want any confrontation. I come in after like a month hoping for a quick easy cartridge stop and leave. once I arrive home my cart I bought is busted open. tank leaking out of the bottom straight out of the package. WTF?!?! Was hoping for a refund/exchange and got shut down and talked over by manager Mike because he said "it looks as if you put it on a battery and broke it." he didn't wanna let me talk at all, just kept saying "nah there's nothing we can do for you maybe some points" and then could only give me points for half of the price of the cartridge. I wasn't okay with that. especially because he wasn't listening and was saying I broke it and was a liar. eventually I cried because of the stress and was a bit overwhelmed and he gave me enough points to cover it because he prolly felt bad or didn't wanna look like a total dick in front of the other 15 people in the room but I will not ever come back here ever again and neither should you!!!!! Go to Harvest or The Phoenix they are hassle free and won't treat you like garbage!

Friendly! Clean! And not too long of a wait! The staff answered all my questions about delta 8 and the differences. Helped me become more educated and confident in my next visit.

I went for my first time this month and when I went the staff was very friendly and led me to the best deals they had at the time. I was very satisfied with their suggestions.
