Very friendly helpful staff. Nice selection of products and prices, so much so that it made me feel that my old dispensary was price gauging. Small parking lot so walk or bike if you're able.

I went here a few times since it's in the neighborhood. I won't go into details but it just wasn't meant to be.

Went in same as always I'm from the neighborhood so I ride my personal scooter there just like many many times beforeSecurity guard who is wearing a Respiratory N95Tells me I have to leave my $ 300. 00 scooter outside I explain to him this is not a rental and it would get stolen he gets a little aggressive puts his hand on his pistol what a punk At that point I leave to the Lift between myself and my wife we spend a considerable amount of money there well not anymore. You lost not 1 but 2 and as many more customer I can tell not to patronize your establishment as for your guard he is lucky he don't get knocked out. Hmmm

I use to love this place,, been going since they opened but I agree w a few people on here that the security guard w the raspy voice that owns the Mercedes which he loves to sit in is COMPLETELY HORRIBLE w customer service. He makes my wife & I very uncomfortable. Change security guards.. no one wants to go into an establishment & get treated like crap by a security guard. His job is to make sure people are safe not scare them or be intimidating towards people just trying to get their meds

Love this place ! It's like real life animal crossing in there . Everyone is so so nice and helpful , and very knowledgeable about their product.

Absolute PRICK of a security guard who is looking for problems.  The lot was empty, I briefly parked at an angle, with my blinkers and just needed to ask if they take cc.  The window was 20ft from me.  He immediately barks at me to "MOVE YOUR CAR".  I was already at the window and asked - can I ask her one question? "NO- DON'T ANSWER HER" (now barking at his own colleague behind the glass.)  He was technically right but a complete jerk.  With so many choices of excellent dispensaries, I will NEVER go back. He's unfriendly, menacing and bad for business.

Jacob the manager was rude to me. Not interested in repeating the experience. On the other hand security guy was awesome. Wish they were friendlier with neighborhood customers. Got blocked from goin inside after years of service over a minute detail.

I just came back from there after doing research on CBD and topicals for arthritis and I must say they had more than I could ever ask for and the knowledge they have on the different tinctures and ratio's was amazing I got what was researched and a couple extra different meds to help with my pain and soreness in my muscles.Great prices too and felt very comfortable going there as they are very friendly, safe helpful..So will be my store from now on and will be trying different products.Thank you guys and gals for your help...

I came to The Lift unsure what I was looking for but Cely helped me out and recommended a bunch of products to me. I ended up going home with a couple of edibles and a wax cart. Everyone at the Lift is extremely helpful, knowledgable and they offer a wide variety of products at great prices. Will definitely go back, this is my spot now!!

I am sober and do not use drugs. However, my son turned me on to CBD ointments. The CBD topical with THC helps alleviate arthritis pain. They helped me find something that dealt with the pain and no after effects. Since then I am hoping to be able to try some edibles for knee surgery I had. The narcotics are really messing me up and there have been terrific reviews on the pain relief. I've been here several times and have always felt comfortable in the environment. I walk away healed!!!

One of the best shops I've been to in the Long Beach area. They have a great selection of edibles, topicals, and flowers! All of the staff are super helpful, kind, and caring. I never feel rushed and am able to take my time asking questions about things I'm unsure of and get clear information that I feel is accurate due to the outcome of taking the product. This is a hidden gem located on 4th street! They have great deals and and offer discounts to seniors and Vets. I recommend this place to everyone and anyone who is in the area! Thank you for giving me quality products and service.

I've been coming to this store since they opened and it's only gotten better. They have a good selection and great customer service! Jake and Luke always help me out and are super friendly!!

Worst dispensary in LA county. The selection is complete trash just like they're rude staff they have working there. I went in a couple days ago and I believe his name was Jay was working behind the register. He was completely unwelcoming and had a terrible attitude. I hope anyone who reads this takes their business elsewhere!!

I need CBd for my grandmother. I found it! The Lift opened with full shelves. Lilly the budtender was patient and sweet and gave me great direction. Selection was excellent, atmosphere was lovely and I will come back!

My favorite shop! I feel welcomed and taken care of each visit. You can tell they really care about their patients, they even have a loyalty program where I can earn points and store credit. Yes there is  tax like all legal shops but they have two happy hours every day where you can get 10% off. Saf is my favorite go to, they have knowledge on all my favorite concentrates and vapes. Love ya'll!!!

If I could give ZERRROOOO stars I would . The weed I was sold was DOO DOO !!!! Also Jay the attitude gotta go child because ain't nobody got time fo dat !! I try to be a professional customer but if the marajuanas I'm smokin is making me have diarrhea .... I'm sorry girl but I already get diarrhea as is from my medications so ion need allat!!!  Please y'all .... ya got to do better . Mama Trisha ain't comin back , and I hope all y'all reading this do the same because  u will get diarrhea

I just came back from the lift I gotta say not only was everything super clean but the safe was extremely friendly. They are following all the CDC guidelines and state mandated orders  that made me feel safer as a consumer. I was able to pick up some CBD edibles that help me stay cool and collected during theses difficult times . Everyone from the security guard to the receptionist to the bud-tender greeted me with a warm smile ! Special thanks to Jay he helped me pick out exactly what I needed and was beyond knowledgeable with answers to all my questions. Thank you to all the staff at the lift will definitely be returning soon !

I stopped in today on their opening day. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I look forward to them expanding their CBD selection, and will be stopping in again. After all, it's my neighborhood shop, and conveniently on my way either to or from work. :) Glad you're here, The Lift!

I love love love my local dispensary that's two blocks from my house. The staff is fabulous. Their product is consistently excellent and their prices include taxes. Definite five stars!

Not a fan of this spot at all, came for the first time with my partner, who forgot her ID. We both understand you can't shop without an ID, this place has no waiting area for people who are not going in. There are benches outside in the open; but it was raining. They have a tiny awning above the front door and above the check in window, so you have to crowd the spot to stay dry. We didn't drive over so had no car there for her to wait in. Now when you get buzzed inside there is a waiting area outside the shop with couches; but they would not let her in there to stay dry. I went in, the prices advertised are before tax, they are over priced. You have to spend over $40 so get something in the 20% range. I told them thanks but no thanks and left, wasn't worth it to me even with the 10% off for the first time deal. Plus on their website if you give your email and info they are supposed to send you a first time 15% off, I had done that 3 days ago and never received anything in the email from them.

Love this place! I use to go to One Love in Long Beach and I really loved it there. People who worked there were so cool and they helped you out so much until the owner sold it to MadMen and got rid of their staff... it was completely different and the prices are ridiculous... until I found this place and I love it. It's not expensive and the weed is good. (Nothing compared to LOS ANGELES THOUGH) pretty cool staff and i love that they don't wear uniforms, not that it matters but it feels more welcomed... really recommend.

Every time I think I am getting a deal I wind up being disappointed.  Fine is you wanna pay a lot, but not cool on vague fees and exclusions.

Recently visited, everyone was very professional and didn't feel pressured at all. The product was great and have no complaints, the overall experience made the drive worth it for me. For these recent covid precautions I liked the tape on the floor making people stay atleast 6 ft apart. I felt safe and it appears everything is well sanitized. Highly recommended shop.

This is my new go to spot as the whole staff is so nice and informative. They have awesome deals like happy hour 10% off from 9am-11am and 7pm-9pm. They have great products and some stuff that doesn't exist outside of The Lift. The manager Cyn is so nice and always around helping custos and workers out which you don't see at overrated corporate ran places like medmen... I always feel comfortable at The Lift and happy I live so close. When you go check out the Hard Hitters collection and Lolo disposable vapes.

Cute little shop in Long Beach especially if you're looking for flower or cbd. All of the employees are super helpful and very knowledgeable about all the products on the shelves. And the parking lot is definitely a plus. Definitely making this my regular go to shop

Make sure you bring cash  Pretty good experience here. It was my first time at a dispensary. Haven't done marijuana in a long time and I came here looking for something to improve my mood. They ask for ID at the window before they let you in, they have a nice waiting area for you to sit in, then you are brought back to the room with many selections. All of the workers here seemed welcoming and kind. The worker who helped me was ok, I admit that I'm kind of dumb when it comes to marijuana (haven't had it in years)as well as social interactions. She put up with it, may have been a little annoyed if I read her correctly. No big deal, I annoy a lot of people in a harmless way. Anyways, she was able to recommend what was best for me and gave me advice on dosage. The products are really good and they have done the trick. Haven't stopped smiling since my visit last week. Thank you Lift!

The energy in this place is off the charts. Every time I come in here no matter what mood I am they can always put a huge smile on my face. Im a huge Heavy Hitters fan and am always on the lookout for those. If you are looking for a very friendly shop be sure to stop by here!

This place is the bees knees. My favorite little dispensary in the area. They get you in and out super quick, are always running specials and just all around good vibes. The prices listed include taxes so what you see is what you get!

Yo this place is dope! The manager was super nice and showed me straight to the strongest strains right when I got in. Man I got an eighth of the Buddha's hand and that stuff was killer! He even brought me hat so that I can rep it around the city.

I have skated by the shop so many times, and finally went in today. I am so happy I did ! The front desk receptionist and bud tender were both extremely friendly and provided a relaxed environment for me.  The prices vary and are affordable within the range you desire, and the product is quality as well.  It's clean and the design is modern and simplistic  {: Thanks to The Lift team, this is my go to place now !

I came to The Lift a few days ago. Every one there was super nice and professional. I loved the vibe and the cleanliness of the place. Alex was very helped me and made sure I was leaving with exactly what I was looking for. She talked me through everything and tried to get the best product to fit my needs. Thank you so much Alex. I 100% recommend going to The Lift if you're looking for high quality products in LBC! They have an amazing selection of flower, concentrates and medicinal edible/tincture products. They also have such a friendly, knowledgeable staff AND IF YOU'RE LUCKY THE PUPPYS WILL BE THERE!!!!!

Been coming here for a while now but recently I've seen a drastic change in the store. From the overall staff, inventory and especially prices. The store is completely inconsistent and sterile. The store is under new management and it shows (not in a good way) they don't care about the community or the people in it. This place is a joke. I miss the old lift! When the staff is welcoming and inventory is consistent. The past couple times I've been I've just been more and more disappointed. Although there are a few great employees that will go out of their way to make sure my visit is somewhat enjoyable. To be honest they dont seem to be enjoying working there too. It's truly sad, this store was my go to but I no longer have any interest supporting this business. I just see this company falling way down. Taking my business to a company that actually cares.

sold us the wrong size vape tank and were absolute dicks when we walked outside and literally walked back in as soon as we realized the vapes were the wrong size. the boxes were completely covering the vape tanks so there was no way for us to tell that the tanks were extra large. the budtender had no knowlege and gave us no warning about the product we were buying. when we walked back in to resolve the issue, she sicced her manager on me and my brother who insisted that we spend more money on an additional vape that the store sold to specially accomodate their extra wide tanks. i will not be back again. the customer service was lousy. both my brother and i have worked in the hospitality and service industry for 20 yrs collectively, and we know how to resolve an issue like this and we were not satisfied in the slightest. we will not be back. we can order from eaze and know that the service is going to be impeccable. if youre looking for a nice local plug, i would reccommend check out the green room off of seventh in lb.

I started out really enjoying the shop with a very cool management and bud tenders there but for the past few months  I've been very disenchanted and started to go elsewhere.  The availability of product was very limited, management didn't seem to care about the bud tenders anymore there was not the cheery atmosphere coming in and making it feel like home.  With the exception of some amazing bud tenders, who  made you feel like you were the most important customer and gave specialized attention this place is Suffering.  I don't know what happened to the management of that store but it is severely lacking in the customer experience and I can see it in the people that work there. I'll only go if one of the bud tenders named Whit is working  now cause no one seems to care enough that I'm choosing to go to the lift.  It's  lost a personal experience, personal connection and several of my choices to purchase are no longer carried.   Such a shame, this used to be a very cool place to go and now I feel like I'm going to rite aid and no one gives a shit about the Experience, the product or wanting me to come back.  There are way more shops that will get my business.  So long lift!!

Cici is the best! She helped me out to find the perfect items! And she was really patient with me because I asked a million questions and she never seemed irritated with me and all of my questions! She's amazing

Have loved going here until today when the staff let a group of 4 guys stand there for over 15 minutes with their masks pulled under their chins I was about to ask the security guard to tell them to please put their masks over their mouth and nose until I saw the security guard with his mask pulled down too. Last time I ever go here. Unless you want some covid to go along with your cannabis!

I discovered the Lift in September of 2019 and I've never looked back. This has become my go to shop, and I drive 30 mins here to purchase. The vibe and energy of this store is remarkable. I love the sales associates attention to detail. the fact they actually love and enjoy working here shows. It's not something that can be faked or easily duplicated. During this current social climate The Lift has been integral in helping me through battles with depression and anxiety. The services and products they provide are great and I wouldn't change the way it runs for the world. I would be sad if this place wasn't here. I appreciate the concern for the health of the employees and the members with the Pandemic and lock down situations. It shows that management actually cares about the well being of humanity. They have gone above and beyond to ensure that they are operating within all guidelines to remain open for us. Although change is hard to adapt to they make it easy to adapt and try to keep the vibe and energy positive and good. Thank you to the wonderful team and management of the Lift. You are appreciated. Really want to support local businesses during these hard times but what's the point of having all these covid protocols in place like keeping people in line 6 feet apart, customer capacity limits and ropes to keep employees behind the cash registers when you're employee has a loose mask exposing their nose and mouth talking to you right in your face? They all walk out to the main area with the customers. Felt very uncomfortable trying to browse items plus the employee was not helpful. Just get a real mask like the rest of us or tie a knot in the loops so it doesn't slip off every time you talk.For a small shop they actually have a decent enough selection for what I need, but might try haven down the street instead.Hate to say it but won't be going back during the pandemic.

This review is long overdue! I've been a customer since they opened! From the very first time I stepped into the Lift, I immediately felt like part of the family! Everyone here is AMAZING. I get excited when I have to go in, because I look forward to catching up with the staff! Every single person is knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly kind! I am a life long customer! This is my favorite in-store dispensary in Long Beach! They carry great brands, and the staff is always helpful in trying new things. They really listen to what you want and take the time to get to know you. They help you decide what's best for your needs and get the most if you're on a budget. I've experienced genuine kindness with every single staff member I've interacted with there.The products have all been great, I've never been dissatisfied.

This shop has the best customer service out of any dispensary I've EVER been too. I even buy one pre roll at a time so I can keep checkin in and saying hi to all of them :) they always go above and beyond for me. Once I couldn't get a battery to work on my vape so they not only guided me towards something better but gave me another one to compare to! I ended up liking the gifted one better, so I'm grateful they did that for me.  Today I had an even better experience with Mackenzie's help. I purchased a pacific stone cart (which I do not recommend anything from PS btw) and I was having a bad reaction to it. Mackenzie not only swapped it out for something better, but she also educated me on the distilling process of live resin so I can make better choices in the future. Thank you team LIFT, you truly... LIFT me up. Lmao. :)

Needed our fix to survive COVID-19. Here was our experience on a Sunday afternoon.AMBIANCE:Parking: They have a lot for about 4-6 cars, there's also street parking as well.Feels:Surroundings of it is super. You're close to small business shops and good restaurants like Bebot or MVPs. The spot itself is relatively clean with a patio area and waiting room. The space is one studio room with counters of selections. It's a good vibe spot that I digged.Item:Orchid Battery (Recommend)Highly recommended by the employees, they liked the buton and it has a good feel.Plus - 5G Sour Blueberries (Recommend)I had a lowkey malfunctioned lid but we got it working in the end. It kicked in pleasantly and had a sweet taste to it CUSTOMER SERVICE:Super! Friendly and knowledgable peeps.TL; DR OVERALL:4.5 Stars. A pretty pleasant experience. Prices were reasonable, peeps were friendly, and the choices were plentiful but not overwhelming. Long Beach may have an abundance of dispensaries but this was a pleasant one. Stopped by to pick up some prerolls. I really liked the vibes here straight from the front desk and walking in. I also loved the set up inside and how everything was organized. Prices were a little hard to find, but the budtender who helped me was very helpful.

They're the best bet in this area, don't feel overly stimulated when you walk in like some of the other more commercial places around. Feel like I'm part of someone's marketing blitz in these other places. The people here are knowledgeable as well.

I’ve tried so many different dispensaries in Long Beach but This dispensary checked all the boxes in regards to customer service, prices, and promotions.

As a new resident to Long Beach, I decided to visit different dispensaries near me to decide which one I would use as my main shop. And without a doubt has The Lift earned that spot. Working in the industry myself, I am extremely impressed by the quality of the products that The Lift has to offer and the premium experience provided each time I go. I have been able to view samples up close, get incredible discounts, and learn about the newest products that they offer. This might start to sound cheesy, but even the security guards are dope and the safety + parking is top notch. Literally nothing to complain about, even their payment system is the easiest (plus quickest) that I've used. Shoutout to the staff who have helped me during my visits; Jacob, Paris, Olivia, Angel and Ariana.
