First time going and had a great experience. I ordered a product online to pick up in the store and when I left I noticed the product I had received was not the same as the one I bought online . I had purchased an orchid vape kit that was supposed to include the cartridge and battery but was only given the cartridge. When I took it back inside the Manager (I think her name was Maria or maya ) was very helpful and was able to let me get a refund to purchase something else. Sasha , the very beautiful and nice bud tender was extremely help and sweet and honestly made my day 100 times better with her extremely positive vibes. Great experience . Thank you .

Daryl, the man has a brain on him. He is definitely a Bud Tender. I've always thought that title was kinda BS... until Daryl proved me wrong. His knowledge is worth a 5 star review but add his humor and easy banter with his co-worker Jason, well, I won't go anywhere else.  And for the record, the prices are high because of the taxes. Thank the city and state for that., don't blame Haven. Between packaging and marketing I think it's decently priced for the actual product, add taxes and fees,  then you get the sticker shock. Go in, learn something,  go home and get loaded and think on what you learned...it's a trip. Stay safe all and be good to one another.

Sasha gave me excellent service today. All the staff is friendly and helpful. I like the young security guard there too. He's a real sweetheart.  I'm always satisfied with the products I get from Haven. They're also doing a great job protecting there clients health by making and wearing gloves. This definately makes me feel safe to go into the store and make buy what I need. Love, love, love you guys.

Raven is the best, I'm very impressed with his service. He is friendly and helpful, and helped me make selections. The costs passed on to consumers is ridiculous though. I save money in other dispensaries so I wouldn't go back here. $60 in additional fees is nonsense. Also, the weed pens we bought aren't very good. Only having them a couple months and they're clogging nonstop, where I can buy one from somewhere else and it won't begin clogging for at least a year. They have good cartridge selection, but buy the pen somewhere else.

First time going to Haven today and the experience was wonderful. When I first arrived, the security out front checked my temperature (which I greatly appreciate) and was friendly. When I walked inside, I was greeted by a woman whom had a friendly smile and she was super nice (so sorry I forgot her name). After she took my information, the gentleman that helped me along with Connor, were very knowledgeable and helpful in choosing what to buy (I'm new to smoking and have very little knowledge lol). My products were reasonably priced and this place (Belmont location) was like a candy store for adults. Lol Super clean, a lot of products, and wonderful customer service. I've been to places in the past that are sketchy, but this place is very professional. Thank you for the great experience and I can't wait to come back soon!!!!

These guys are awesome! It's my neighborhood dispo. Super friendly, always recommending the best flower and pointing me in the right direction for the best dabs! The perks of being a rewards member at Haven is definitely one of the best here in Long Beach  as well.

Totally rude, way overpriced, very hipster.. Go to the lift a few blocks down where they are much nicer and much cheaper

My experience was perfect from start to finish.  I ordered online and picked up the next day.  The prices are fairly standard; I wouldn't call them cheap.  However, they have a large selection of items.  The staff is pleasant, including the security guard.  In fact, he was super nice and friendly despite the fact that he'd already worked 12-hours that day.  I felt very welcomed there.  The building is beautiful inside and out, and the store is neat and clean.  They offer a discount for first-time customers, and they have a rewards system.  Compared to the only other review, my weed is "good" weed.  I'm perfectly happy with my selection.  I will return.

Um you can't smell the flower because it spreads covid. How lame is that? Cya. And they dont sell grams and tax the f out of us. Goin back to the street dealers. Libz ruin everything.

I love this location! It's always super clean and the staff is always so friendly. Diamond, Raven, and Dalia are amazing and they always make an effort to ensure you're satisfied with what you're getting. They have helped me figure out new things to try and I have always loved their suggestions. And they also make an effort to know you personally and it feels super genuine. Love Haven Belmont!

What a great 1st & 2nd experience at Haven Belmont. I was having a problem locating a High Gorgeous product, it seemed more and more dispensaries were dropping it from inventory or didn't have it in stock. I called YK (parent co) and got a great reference to Haven. Not only did they have the product - Plain Jane CBD cream but it was priced competitively.  Had a great educational first visit and a smooth 2nd when I came in again.  Can't say enough about the laid back, but professional way they all communicate with their clients. Thanks for giving me a great resource for my Heath maintenance.

Had been there a couple of times and had never had the  horrible experience I had today, Even though there's a sign saying not to touch merchandise until your assisted everybody was grabbing there stuff because nobody was helping and when me and my friend did the same thing we had the black security call us out in front off everyone and pretty much act like if we were shoplifting!!!! Theres  Two other dispensaries blocks away from there I will take my business elsewhere if I'm gonna be treated like this here!!!

Place is great weed a little over price. But I was coming here because the service is great. And I can get better deals with kushagram but again I liked this place since it was referred to me. Started coming here for about 4 weeks now come once a week gave them same ID i gave the first time and since I'm waiting for my new one it's the only one I have. They BEEN ACCEPTING MAy ID SINCE THE FIRST TIME I CAME IN(it was expired) and I spend money every time I come! Time to take my money somewhere else and refer my friends who smoke a lot somewhere else to.

The staff were all super sweet, and the place had great vibes. Azzah was my budtender and helped me pick out some awesome stuff! I'm so excited to try it! I will be a returning customer for sure. :)

The staff here are awesome! Super welcoming and friendly. I did not catch the name of the girl who checked my ID but she had such great energy and had my friend and I laughing while we waited outside (COVID regulations being followed closely here). Raven rung us up and he was awesome too, helped us out with the thanksgiving deals! A bit of a drive from my neighborhood but worth the trip

Staff was very safe during my visit. However, at checkout the cashier did not ask if I was a first time patient or not, which I had stated to someone else previous to being rung up. They didn't apply the discount when I asked and didn't seem to want to do a refund and re-ring me up. Strange. Instead, flustered, they told me to "pick a free edible." Confused, I asked how long they'd been open, to which they replied with "about two weeks". Paid, and then I left, kind of unconcerned about not having the discount applied. So then I get home, stoked to support a new, local dispensary. I roll a joint, something I've perfected to a literal art form, and to my chagrin it will NOT stay lit for longer than about 45 seconds. I try another lighter, no difference. So, now very annoyed at this, since I'm realizing that I've probably just spent $200 on an entire ounce of actual lawn shavings, I call the dispensary to explain the problem: ie. the joint will not stay lit and that all the butane is giving me a headache trying to re-light it over and over again. She then asked me if I'd opened the weed bag and tried it. I had to cover my mouth over the phone to try not laughing out loud over that question, because clearly, I'd already explained this to her or how would I've known it's "bad" right? Long story long, she said she couldn't do anything for me since I opened it. Which I totally understand since we're living in a pandemic, but no offer to make it right in some way? At all? Weird. Her only advice was this happened to me because I had "bought a lower quality strain" (note: it's the only 1 oz. sativa they have in stock). So, now I'm stuck with a some bad bud, meh, there are worse things, but I guess there's worse things than having a new business with an un-knowledgeable staff that clearly don't care that they're really just selling terrible weed.

The weed I got is dry, the prices are super high, and the packages are relatively hard to open. I feel like I'd have a better experience somewhere else. The staff was awesome, though, and I felt safe in terms of covid.

Just visited for the first time, loved it! Will be returning. Very quick and friendly service! My bud tender Brandan was awesome, very helpful and friendly!

What a joke of a dispensary. Came in at 9:50 pm new patient only came here because catalyst was closed btw. The lady with the blonde hair tells me she can't take me because they only have 2 registers open and it would take to long for her to sign me up ? It takes about 2-4 min to sign the paperwork . They might as well post on there website "not taking new patients after 9:30-9:45 instead of wasting peoples time coming here . Never will be back !

My first time at haven! Super clean and liked how the products were displayed. Makes it easy to browse and choose what you want. Brandon was super helpful and friendly too!

They don't tell you they don't take first timers after 9:40pm. DO NOT SAY YOU CLOSE AT 10 PM IF YOU DONT ALLOW NEW CUSTOMERS AFTER 9:40 PM!!!!you need to be honest or state somewhere in your policy that you do not allow new customers after 9:40 pm!!!SO ANNOYING!You should welcome and want new customers at any time of the day!!!!!!

Great spot located in my neighborhood and within walking distance. Plenty of parking. Friendly staff who always make great suggestions and are never pushy to make a sale. Security is always on site and visible.

His recommendation was the Cosmic Cookies by West Coast Cure and let me tell you, after a couple hits I was definitely in space. 5 start review for a 5 star experience, I will be sending ALL of my friends and family here.
