Sold me 3 empty stiiizy liils. Scam, never been sold empty products in the 10 years I've been visiting dispensaries. Called to try and exchange and they weren't helpful. Stay away if you don't want empty products, what a joke

Been to other shops in the area and hands down this is the best, all the staff is always so friendly and patient ready to answer your questions. When you walk in you don't feel that awkward feeling like if you don't belong there, it's very welcoming.

Excellent customer service. Budtenders helpful and knowledgeable. Competitive prices. Will return in future.

The assistant manager came out high as kite (Sam) and wouldn't refund the second faulty cart I have received. He told me I was threatening him when I explained my point. I have been coming here and have loved it until this experience. Will not be coming here ever again.

Love this shop. Very clean and well kept. Staff are always knowledgeable and super friendly. Visited recently and Kameron helped me out. He was super sweet and very helpful. I recommend this spot all the time!

This is far and away my favorite store in Long Beach. And I've gone to the vast majority of them. It has all the same street name brands but the taxes included so you're not surprised when you go to check out. Plus they always have a discount I'm about 10 to 20% depending on the month. So it's even cheaper than what you see. And their prices are overall cheaper than the other places that do charge tax. I cannot recommend this place enough. The staff is very friendly and informational. I told him my budget and they always give me a great recommendation. They are never pushy with the top shelf. And all their products are good across-the-board. And always well staffed so you get in and out very quickly. Has a nice parking lot that with friendly security.

Went in for a 40 percent off deal on the entire store, waited in line for 20 minutes only to get a 10 PERCENT off when they're doing 40 in the store , tell me how this makes sense

Idk why but all three times I've picked up flower (only 3 times all different) all indica it's trash. (not to be rude).. I picked up last night "top shelf" tell me why my RAW joint was not sparking up for shhhh. it just kept turning off and burning out wouldn't even stay lit for more then 2 seconds no joke it's like the weed wasn't flammable

I stopped by today thinking I would give this place a try. I requested indica flower  and was given sativa. I notice 5 Minutes after leaving and immediately came back and they would not help me. I am someone with chronic anxiety and depression and have bad reactions to sativa. Very disappointed in this place. You could of  done so much better, unfortunately if you don't care about the person and only the money you are in the wrong business.

I purchased a defective tincture and the so-called manager, Courtney,  refused to exchange it or refund my money. She wanted to lecture me instead about how to use it and demonstrated by wasting the contents multiple times into a paper towel...before giving it back to me. She also refused to give me my online order. This location is so ghetto. Lazy staff, they blast offensive music containing the N-word and the parking is a nightmare. Expect to be treated like shit if you ever have to take anything back. They will take an accusatory stance immediately.Avoid this place and shop elsewhere. Courtney is the one with all the freaking tattoos on her chest and arms. Blech.She thinks she's important. Be prepared.

Bought some Milkshakez by Green Dragon that had powdery mildew all over it. Took it back and had the employees confirm that it was in fact powdery mildew I was seeing on the bud. I was told "they just sell it," and that I should reach out to the company on Instagram. Needless to say, it's been a few days and I've heard nothing from the company. Catalyst offered me nothing, not even an exchange for the moldy "medicine" they sold me. Avoid this place. They don't seem to care if they sell their patients moldy medicine, and judging by the other reviews I'm not the first person they've refused to help.

Only had 27! for an eighth bud tender miscalculated my product and honored the price anyway. Thank to managment and staff.

Not the coolest spot not the easiest parking . BEST STAFF HANDS DOWN! Laughed so much I walked out without my purchase ! Had ZERO issues getting it when I came back. Enjoyed my purchase while walking the dog enjoyed it VERY much. Thank you Kory for a memorable experience and to the rest of the staff thank you

Came in for first time. First got there parking was great inside was very clean and organized, and they have a display for you to look at if you're waiting in line. Oscar helped me he was awesome it was like I was talking to one of my friends great vibes and personality thank you for a great experience Oscar.

First time going and Karen attended me with great service! They have a variety of brands here which I really like! Overall I recommend going to this place to buy good quality greens ! ?

They even have a rewards program where you can redeem rewards dollars for your orders. And the customer service is amazing, shout-out to Omar and Cam for being great bud tenders! Omar is super knowledgeable he deserves a raise or bonus lol 10/10 recommend.
