Great customer service!!! My first time there and the security guard was very professional and safety precautions were taken. He also provided a mask to a couple of people there and everyone wears gloves . Ask for CJ!, He helped me tons!!! Im very happy with their customer service. Very friendly and very professionals!! Will definitely go back and recommend people too.

Beautiful and clean, nice staff.  I would diffinently recommend this shop. And right off the 91 freeway.

I found this shop using weedmaps because they had a brand and strain that i was in search for in stock. I called ahead of time before arriving and made sure that they had inventory left. I was pretty happy to find that they had a promotion and i was able to get my product for BOGO for a $1! Win!!They offer curbside pickup which I did, and upon arrival they were just as nice with service as they were over the phone. The lady that helped me even asked me to double check my bag to make sure all my items were in there- which it wasn't so she came back to grab my product. Thanks for that!Shop is conveniently located in the Long Beach area off the paramount exit off the 91 freeway.  The shop is on the corner and there's a decent amount of parking.

Went to this spot with my girl today. It was just a random trip for some bomb wax maybe crumble...and this done turned into some whole other shit. I walked outta here wit way more than I needed. The staff were very friendly from the check in. Me and my girl got a discount we both walked out happy!Will I go back to this shop? Hell yea I'll be going back there tomorrow

Been there already 3 times and all 3 times I was greeted nicely at the door, at the check in counter, and at the register. All the staff I have met have been very nice and helpful. Today I was assited by Alexa, who was very nice professional and quick. She had my online order ready for quick check out and even remembered to ask me if I have my discount punch card which I appreciate  because I got a discount!! Love this place and their variety of products and staff. Thanks Paramount Haven! See you guys again soon!

I discovered the store recently on a walk I stepped in and my eyes were delighted by the response play are the products and the girl who helped me was very helpful and pleasant overall it was a great experience and I do plan on returning

Well this is really annoying! Soon as I began trusting this place with stiizy pods they sold me a fake one! I can't do anything about it because I didn't take the receipt! Always always take your receipts people ! The gram is the fake one.

First time here and bet I will be back! The team here made me feel very welcomed and answered all my questions without making me feel intimated or nervous. They made me feel so comfortable and I left extremely happy. Thank you to Ashley and the other gentleman who's name i forgot  but it was on 6/2 around 4:30 pm! You guys are amazing!

Incredibly professional and helpful staff. After being checked in by the receptionist up front, the budtenders greeted me by name. I was attended by Ashley and she made everything so easy for me! I took a long hiatus from smoking and she took the time to walk me through what would be best for my preferences. She patiently made recommendations to me and went into detail as to why certain products would be better than others for me. The experience with her alone made the trip worth it.

Very unprofessional manager, does not wear a name tag, he was very rude, I purchase from that store $200+ every week, he refuses to give any gifts which the company permits it if you buy over $100, he deals with customers as they are criminals. Avoid this store at all costs. He is a scammer.

I am not a big smoker but found that it helps me sleep. I havent been to too many dispensaries but this was definitely the nicest one in terms of appearance, aesthetic and just great service. Reggie helped me out, I let him know what I wanted and he recommended a cartridge of King Louie which is the smoothest, mellow, night time cannabis oil Ive ever had. I hit it before sleeping and have great relaxing sleep. No paranoia or head high, but you do get a little tingly body high.Me and my friend bought quite a bit and got a first time buyer discount. They also gave us a punch card for more discounts on return visits. Ill definitely stop by again when I need to re-up.

Christopher was great he help me pick what I need it and explained it to me the difference I love his knowledge on what I was purchasing I love the fact that everybody wore masks hand sanitizer was at the front desk they took all precautions.

They have a nice variety, including many pipes, edibles, concentrates, flower. & cartridges. Even CBD for your pets!

I've always seen this local shop near the 91 freeway and artesia and I finally took the opportunity to check it out. The store has a variety of products to select from with incredibly knowledgeable and friendly staff to help you with your selections. I'm new to CBD products and I had great help from staff workers Alexa and Nick to help me choose the right product to buy. They follow very good COVID protocols such as temperature checks at the door and allowing only a minimal amount of customers inside. Also no touching the products due to the covid restrictions. Overall, my first visit here was amazing and I'll come back! Also 20% off for first responders!

I got a great deal on an indica Christian was very helpful everything was extremely sanitized gave me an extra mask before going in the shop and offered me water I will go back and will definitely recommend

Your comments to me made no sense. You didn't address the security guard not wearing a mask properly or anything. As you see in the other comments this isn't the first time this is happening. It doesn't look like you guys are taking the Covid thing serious at all if you keep letting this happen.

Tried this place just yesterday, Valentine's Day. I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to get anything delivered and everyone I talked to were very knowledgeable and helpful they even made me the last delivery that night! We got our delivery of Super amazing stuff and way more reasonable than the other places. Wish we would have found them sooner...will be telling all our friends what a Great Experience we had!!

They have no loyalty program makes me not want to go back! The people were very nice. However many other dispensaries offer loyalty programs which is why I'm not gonna go back.

I was excited to finally reach my 25% off on my stamp card but I was denied and told I had already used it, even though I certainly had not. To make matters worse, I had placed an order for delivery, tried calling several times to get my discount figured out with no success, and they call me one time and because I didn't answer cancelled my order and didn't bother to tell me. I waited for hours thinking my delivery would be here. This is the third time they have messed up my delivery and they can't even make things right. I spend a lot of money there. Shame on them!

Has all your prepackaged quality goods from flower to edibles to gear. Alexc was great in assisting. She's personable, friendly, and takes time to talk to you if you need to. if you need insight she'll share from her personal experience. This place has best variety and quantity for lab cbd and thc flower and esp edbs which is what i come for. Cant find your go-to brand or flavor? Chances are this place has it within 25 mi radius.

I've had a several bad encounters at this dispensary, but this time will be the last time that I visit this sad excuse for a weed shop. Their customer service is abhorrent. None of their employees are educated on their own policies. Their coupons fail to mention any exclusions and then the employees give you the worst attitude when you are unaware of them. They send misleading texts to get you to show up to this gentrified little store of theirs and pay for their extremely overpriced products. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone.

2nd time visitor, first was awesome, to be fair..Second time made me leave and never will return.Walked in saw what I wanted, waited in line, two people deep, my turn, cool,  sorry sir they are next, okay... 10 mins later while the indecisive decision maker in front me me finally picked their poison, great I'm next... okay, I'd like... sorry sir they are next (even tho they walked in behind me)....  so much for a line... I guess never been treated like that before, so much for a check in process or a line... what disorganization... ripped up my discount card. Placed it on the counter, and had the tiny security guard follow me to the parking lot....like he was going to do something.Much rather go to LB COLLECTIVE  two mins down the street...  So I went there, walked in, and out in 5 mins. I've learned my lesson.

I really like this place but they should really work on CURBSIDE. Every time I go it never fails for them to keep you waiting. Last time I went I literally waited 30min when it wasn't even busy. Security or the girl they have outside only kept looking instead of asking if I needed assistance. The only reason someone came out was because I had to call them to let them know I was outside waiting.

I honestly love the ladies and team that work within the dispatch and delivery areas, Megan, her peers male or female alike are always usually polite, down to earth people. And they care about you, it's a unique feeling when a stranger such as Megan, and the amazing delivery driver Monaew, who don't know me personally, can adapt and show actual empathy. It's a sign of humanity, and it's appreciated during the worst of times we've seen in modern days. Now back to my delivery driver, She was flawless, and handled the interaction seamlessly! If I could I'd elect to pick this driver each and every time, that's how rapport grows. But, she was awesome. Thanks Monaew, Megan, and the dispatch team, and the lovely party I spoke to in the dispatch area for the order for today's review. She was polite, as truly heard me out. That's how customer service is rated spot in, when you listen, first, and then dive into how the question can be fixed, or whatever the scenario is. Either way, ladies, thank you. To the gent whom assisted my driver whilst on scene, thank you, your teamwork made my drivers job easier, and helped make my interaction much more expedited. Great for both, onto the next for her, and satisfaction for me. One area, I think the company could really focus on, is remembering that medical patients should come without the limitation of sacrificing their MMIC state excise tax discount, as the dispensary is considering it a discount and making MMIC compliant patients eat it when it comes to promotional discounts. That's egregious, and not good business, especially when a recreational user can come in off the streets, buy the same products, if not restricted to medical usage, and yet be entitled to a discount that saves them more then my state MMIC card would save me. Yet, the law entitle's patients to that tax savings, as it's not a recreational thing, in that context, so, it's really offending to know this is the present practice. Medical patients lack at times the abilities that non-medical patients do in terms of walking into a location, or whatever other obstacle may be in their way, so, I'd encourage Haven to highly consider making your promotional policies universal, and not specifically isolating one demographic from your targeting of promotional sales. In the end, the MMIC, should be combinable with any sales or promotions you run. The states 15% excise tax, isn't a reward for being a patient, it's a savings, because of the "need" to be a patient. Whilst I can't speak for everyone, I can say that I was upset when I'm buying the same products, same amounts, and they use a promotional discount but because I'm getting the excise taxes taken off my order, they count it as a discount, making me ineligible for their promotions not by law, but because of their independent practice, I'd say that's my only drawback at present, especially when that's not what it is, it's a benefit from the state. Not a discount. Remember patients pay to have the MMIC card. It's not a reward when I had to see a doctor, qualify, meet standards, and pay for the ID, so I could be entitled to it's encompassing benefits. I'd encourage contacting me directly if you'd like more feedback, otherwise, to others; don't let my slight experience dissuade you. The teams here are awesome, and the company is in a state of expansion, which, all business will do, and in doing so, hiccups can occur. Give them a shot, don't forget to ask for your promotional options, and see what they have to offer. It won't disappoint you.

Ive been a loyal patron of Haven since its literal Grand Opening run. They constantly have an amazing array of indoor flower and pre-rolls, as well as high-quality but affordable concentrates that are sure to satisfy any flavor palette or tolerance. I have been a huge fan! However, it is with much disdain, that i provide a low score due to the security guard (older gentleman with gray hair) CONSISTENTLY being outside the business not wearing their mask! Cmon. We're almost a year into this! On top of that, smoking cigarettes within proximity of the business during their working hours. A shop that I regularly love coming to, has made it increasingly more difficult to become a patron due to the people employed to enforce regulations flagrantly disobeying them. PLEASE fix this issue, as i'm seeing I'm not the only person who has this concern. These are people's lives potentially, and again, we're a YEAR into this! Please do better.

I stopped by last Friday (7-31) to try this business for the first time. The staff was knowledge and friendly. I choose an 1/8 of sativa and an 1/8 of indica, which both strains were between 21% to 23% THC. However, when I got home and opened the bag I was given 2 different strains, which both ranged from 17% to 20%. I checked my receipt and it also showed what I came home with so I couldn't return them. Word of advice, check what they actually sell you before leaving their business!

I'm so glad that I decided to check Haven out. I've never gone to a cannabis shop, so I was very thankful to have been helped out by Yasmin. She helped me pick exactly what I needed for a relaxing night in, where I could finally sleep. Anyway, if you're looking for a shop where workers actually guide and inform you about their products Haven is, in my experience, a place to start and continue to endorse. I'll be back for sure.

Im giving this a 5 star because of the cleanliness and the kind service.  I usually don't leave too many comments but i do like to give credit where credit is due.  One of the employees in specific i believe her name was yasmin helped me out and was super informative and nice about it and didn't make fun of me for not knowing anything lol but instead actually informed me on my purchase and i finally left actually knowing what i had bought.  Definitely coming back and definitely recommend, all of the other staff was very kind as well.

Im staying away from any haven store. All the products at haven are overpriced and the product at haven isn't the best either . The stuff is uneducated, rude , disrespectful not to mention they dont have the correct safety measures for covid-19. All the glass displays had hand prints all the glass. Would be nice if everybody in the store had a mask on as well? Also annoying that the stuff at haven bug you about writing a yelp review the moment you walk in till the moment you walk out the door, i asked Alexis why they harass the customers so much about writing a yelp review she says "that's upper management for ya" super unprofessional. Overall not the feeling you want walking into a weed shop. I would NEVER refer someone to HAVEN again! Lost a customer for life. Feels like a TRAP SHOP

I visited Haven over the weekend and was astounded at the broad selection  of products and the knowledge of the staff. Normally I go to shops for my two standard vapes and I am out, not returning for a couple of weeks, but one of the staff members (Jenny I think was her name) spent a lot of time learning why I like vapes so much and then described the medicinal benefits of tinctures (and I also got some flower). Will definitely be back!

I've been to the store several times now, and each time the staff is professional, helpful, and personable. Sort of reminds me of that 'Nordstroms' type of service, which isn't easy to sincerely replicate.

Come here if you liked to get robbed! These prices are ridiculous. It's annoying how I go in to buy a cartridge priced at $35 and actually pay $46 out the door. I can go to Catalyst bellflower down the street and pay their advertised FLAT price of $35 for the exact same product! This is the only store I know that doesn't include tax in the prices, I wonder why. It doesn't make sense to pay that amount when competitions stores nearby offer WAY lower prices for the same products/ brands. I quick search on both stores sites will tell you a lot (ps Catalyst's site prices are the price you pay, no hidden tax after checkout, no bs)And their reward system is trash too. Hundreds of dollars worth of points to get some of the lowest grade pre rolls or eighths. I'm taking about their cheapest, most dry products as rewards. It's not cool when I go in time after time to purchase $80+ eighths to get rewarded with some low tier, dry grass they can't sell It's a nice store tho, presentation wise. That's about it

First time to this location,  My best friend and I weren't really sure what to get. I personally love gunmies to sleep. I use the balm for pain in my hands.  I do not smoke or ingest marijuana however, I find relief from arthritis pain and take less ibuprofen.I really can't go without it and I have recommended it to my family and friends.

Went to this dispensary on Monday. The area was shady and there were some strange looking people outside. Looked like they were set up to rob the people leaving this dispensary. I decided to wait till they left before stopping. I kept circling around the block till they left. Once I went into Haven I noticed that all the cannabis they had was old outdated and looked like Mexican cannabis. The bud tender had no knowledge of cannabis and was very rude. The budtender kept trying to push a strain on me that looked old and outdated, reminded me of the 1990's brick weed. I refused to purchase it and the budtender became upset. I was running late for a road trip so I decided to purchase the best looking bud they had simply because I was running late and had to leave. That was the worse mistake I could have made. Not only was it the most expensive 1/8th I'd ever bought it was also the worst. I mean I've had brick weed that had a better high. I paid $78 dollars for an old moldy crumbly 1/8th. It did not give me any kind of high it only got my stomach to hurt and gave me a headache. It tasted like it may have been sprayed with some fentanyl or some other type of toxic chemical. I am taking it today to get tested by a lab as I think it was laced with something. I guess since it was old and no good they decided to lace it or something. I went back to try and exchange it or get my money back and they threatened to call the police on me. The security was very rude and made numerous threats. So I left. I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy. This place will definitely be going out of business soon. I will forever go with my first mind for now on. It's better to be sober than to get ripped off and waste money on something that is useless and garbage. I might just stop smoking for a while to get over the trauma left from their bud.

Very easy flow. Lots of county city and something else tax after 25% off it was like I paid 20$ a pod for .5. Stiiizy I'll go back but I would need a discount every time to offset the tax.

Their website clearly states the Half gram stiiizy pod is 20 bucks Full gram .......................40Yet, I asked the seller what the prices of stiiizy pods were and he was perplexed, flummoxed, took about 1 minute to say a gram is 53 dollars after tax...they tax here...never been to a shop that taxes almost 14 bucks...at Dank Bank Collective in whittier where I been going for 3 years they only charge flat no tax fees EVER!!! The only reason I tried this shop was cause they advertise stiiizy pods that are 20 bucks for a half g and 40 for a full g....I called the California State Tax Commission and they basically said everyone who spends money at haven is getting robbed...So false advertisement Taxing illegally Nice to know Oh, also I never got a FTP deal...they have a point system, so every time you get taxed you get a point..haha..wow...so after like 1000 points you get a sage joint...anyhow uneducated people don't mind getting taxed it seems...also the stiiizy pods I bought had huge air bubbles like is someone toked a lot of rips and packaged it..anyway good luck to those that keep going back and getting taxed...don't thank me...anyway akai or Kai whatever the hell his name is..guy took 1 minute and had to check the computer to tell me that a half gram stiiizy is 26 bucks...I waited 1 minute for something that is advertised on their site CLEARLY for 19.99 Look at the illegal tax on my receipt..wonder how long this shop will last? Illegally over taxing  people...

This was my first time at this location and I must say I had a great time talking with the budtenders.   I believe her name was Bianca, and she was so sweet. She helped me pick out some bud and a great disposable vape. Then she walked me over to the pre rolls and we chatted and joked. Everyone one there was so friendly. What a phenomenal experience. You all are killing the customer service game!

The service is always excellent at Haven. The delivery service is quick and the drivers friendly. I love having having a dispensary just around the corner.

It was my first visit to Haven. It was a real good experience. Julian was very informative new everything about all the products we were looking at. Great place, very cool with a nice selection. The crew seem very well educated on everything. Over all a good experience. I recommend this place to friends and will definitely visit again .

That was the best experience i’ve ever encountered which makes this delivery service well worth a bonus for him! Great places like this are hard to find and I think they deserve 5 stars because of their friendliness and business presentation.
