I have PTSD, and have turned pro-cannabis. This store also  gives veteran discounts on top of any other deals they have. The sales guy really helped explain the differences and with my stipulations made sure I was getting the right stuff for me. Couldnt thank ya'll enough for your kindness today and suggesting a vape. I got the curepod because of the battery deal, and glad I gave it a try. I will be back soon guys!

Been here once and I'm already recommending it. The large selection of organic medicinal quality cannabis is reason enough (Lowell, Flow Kana, Willie's Reserve, Marley, Bloom Farms, Honeydew Farms etc.) The ease of parking, prompt and professional intake and budtender(s), pleasant decor, let's just say I'll be coming back to L.B. Wellness Center

I purchased an 1/8 of indica flowers about a month ago. Ooened the jar and saw a piece of rolling paper. While filling up my pipe I found 4 smoked joints no bigger than my thumb nail. What in the heck? One might of been an accident but four. Just letting you know I'm not giving a favorable review.  Brook Snider

Super disappointed. I've been loving this place since it was introduced to me and I definitely stop in weekly. I came in on Tuesday for their cartridge discount and the girl reminded me that I get 25% off on my birthday. My birthday is today which was two days later. I decided to just get one thing and come back in today for the rest with the discount.I came in and it was unusually busy which was fine. I waited in two different lines and when I got to the counter I was told my brand of cartridge was now out of stock but would be in later today. Ugh! I really don't want to drive all the way back here for a 3rd time this week on my birthday when I have other things I need to do. I asked if they would honor it tomorrow so I could come back and I was told NO. What great appreciation for your customers. I guess I'll be looking for a new spot.Update:Found a new spot!!! Came to this location and arrived at 8:52 pm, maybe lol. Noticed everyone check their watch. I understand. It's close to closing time and everyone wants to go home. They let us know we have to pay before 9 pm. I'm assuming their POS does not let transactions through after 9. Understandable. No big deal, we know what we want. But they were nice and let us in since we knew what we wanted. Edibles. Wow!!! Do they have a big range of Wally drops!!! And flavors I've never seen before. I will definitely be back if I'm in the area. They also have a small discount on edibles, cartridges, etc. Depending on the day. Which is great because I personally feel like no other dispensary has discounted items unless they are trying to get rid of their inventory. They also have a huge assortment of Flav edible! My favorite are the pink lemonade belts. Yum. PS. Bring cash to avoid $3 card feePPS you receive a discount on your first purchase. Ppps this place is great, clean, awesome! The people complaining about the $3 are funny.

I like this place! There's more than enough parking and the customer service is nice. I suffer from insomnia so I was looking for a good indica. A budtender and a security  guard recommended Inhalence "Alien OG" and It worked. I woke up feeling rested and went to sleep before I got the munchies.

The employees didn't know what they had in stock. They were not knowledgeable at all. And it took forever just to find gram sampler. I won't come here again

Your employees lied to me when they said they changed the borders of their delivery hour when one day prior, you delivered to my house. You say you want my experience to be better..... well obviously that's a complete lie

The first time I came to this location I had a pleasant experience. Then this past weekend I go to pick up some items and the first thing this guy behind the counter says to me is, "let me guess you want the cheapest thing?" Umm no rudeness!!! Who says that to someone??? Like dafuq??? I'm not your friend or acquaintance...I am your damn customer! Treat me and everyone who comes into your establishment like it! So anyways that's the last time I will spend my money here.

Let me start by saying this is THE BEST SHOP I've ever been to. I've been a customer for over a year and this is absolutely the only place I go. It's always fast, they are always friendly and have the kindest shop keepers and security around! Always satisfied, never disappointed. Thanks guys!!

I ordered on line. Went to an express lane and was in and out quickly. Great service, selection and good physical distancing while waiting. Clean place and some way cool murals on the walls. Old Mc Donnell Douglas memories. Thanks crew for wearing masks and gloves. It is our reality.

I find the staff here very knowledge about everything from flower to edibles.  The staff is always very friendly and welcoming and have great suggestions for whatever ails you.  Ive been to the other places and I can tell you...the product IS different.Enjoy!

I actually had an issue with my delivery order and Rose was able to help me right away when I called back. She fixed the issue and went out of her way to make sure my order was processed and delivered property. I really appreciated it and am happy to continue to order from them!

1st time customer gets a discount! So boy did i stock up LOL Everyone there was so nice and informative. Yes they charge a fee for using a credit card but that's nothing compared to what i was able to go home with :). I wish this dispensary was in San Diego, but i do go up to Long Beach all the time so i will be stopping by again.

I wanted to like this place; it's real close to where I live. It's nice and clean and they seem to have a nice selection. No offense, but my issue is with the workers. Typical, cute looking chicks showing cleavage and all. But weren't friendly or even acting like they wanted to be there. Note: not everyone who comes in knows their weed info or what they are getting. The THREE girls I've had on three different occasions were not very friendly or helpful and just wanted to make me pay the most money and shove me out the door. I will stop coming here. Just my opinion.

I love this place!  The budtender staff is hit or miss.  The first time I went the gal was super helpful, gave me lots of good advice.  I haven't had that experience since.  However, their product selection is amazing, and I love the 15% off edibles on Mondays.

I'd say I'm a regular customer here. Budtenders are usually chill and respectful. Not today! I believe her name is Joanna V. dark hair gal. Nothing but bad vibes. I felt rushed, any questions I asked she answered with a bitchy attitude. I always tip my budtender but not for Joanna V. Get your attitude correct! Solid reason for me to check out other dispensary.

Security card was the most personable person there. The rest of the staff lacked personality and customer service skills. My bud-tender spoke all of three words to me. Maybe the security card should train these chicks on how to talk.

So, I bought 2 vape oils from this store. 2 months later they both stopped working.  I took them back and they proceeded to tell me there's a 2 DAY warranty on them! Really? I don't use them that often, they were both almost full! They would not exchange them for new ones! That's an $80 loss, aprox! I will never, ever go there again! Sad because it's right around the corner! Terrible customer service!  They sell defective products and don't stand behind them! Don't go there!

Been going here for a while. The staffs are really nice and very, very clean. You get 20% off for first time customers.   Sometimes they have special promos which is great. Definitely need to check this place out.

Smart and attentive staff. They work to get you what you need to relieve your symptoms, I've never felt they were trying to oversell me. I've been really pleased with anti-inflammatory and joint pain control I've received based upon recommendations from staff.

Any place that gives a good veteran discount I'm down with. I like that they always let me know they are aware so I don't have to worry if they "forget" like some other places do. I would recommend this place, they have good variety

Second time in there to buy select brand CBD oil, second time they were out of stock.Here's a little retail tip, if it sells fast, order a lot and often.Since I was already there though, I decided I would purchase another brand and see how it worked.Then came the icing on the cake.A $3 charge to use my debit card.That is an absolute BS policy. If you are that lean and strapped for liquid funds, you are definitely doing something wrong, otherwise you are just fleecing customers. I doubt I will be coming back.Note: The Stars I did give we're all for the wonderfully sweet, and attentive, and OMG beautiful little Asian girl that helped me.

Please give a little more education to your tenders. Generalized statements perpetuate misinformation. Especially when people who aren't looking for the intense, medicated psychoactive effects of THC but still need help with pain relief that is very much attainable with other chemical compounds of Cannabis depending on the individuals endocanbanoid system.  It would really benefit you in the long run or what would be the point of selling CBD products???

I prefer the selection of edibles to flower here, although yesterday when i went in i was delighted to see some flower that i enjoy. Never had any issues with the staff, some are more talkative than others but I'm cool with that, i pretty much know what i want. Yesterday Joanna V helped me, she is very friendly and offered her opinion on a few items. Btw, Joanna..... so far not a fan of the heavy hitters, i found them to be just average and leaving a bad aftertaste.

You should hire better, qualified, budtenders and sell quality prerolls.  I won't be coming back ever, nor will I refer anyone..BYE

I really like this place. Good products. Friendly people. Seems to be priced similarly to other dispensaries, but they have daily discounts here which help.

If you are looking for a new dispensary to go too, LOOK NO FURTHER! This business is run extremely professional and is always an amazing experience to go into. I got myself a giant Heavy Hitters cartridge and they had it for a great price and this thing does exactly what it should so I'll be back for more of them. Thank you LB Wellness team!

First time to a place like this and people were very nice and well informed. They have what you need and are happy to help and inform you.

Normal weed dispensary. Beware: if you come with a backpack make sure to check all your belongings to see if they are still there because last time I came here security went through my backpack unauthorized. You can't trust the staff here.

Super nice staff and clean location. At first it felt like a 'speakeasy' only because you have to check into the lobby with a reception area behind glass. Once you're allowed in, the shop itself is super clean and you're attended to right away. The clerk (sorry I forgot her name) knew her product well and educated me on the different cultivation methods and the strengths of different products. I was impressed and will go back again definitely.

I am a recurring patient to this shop and I love that they have such a variety of different products and great deals every time I come here. Reception is friendly, and the budtenders always give the best recommendations on products they like. When I came today they had a rep from heavy hitters doing a BOGO promo and she was super nice. My boyfriend and I usually get Stiizy brand, but we decided to go for it and get hooked up with swag and 2 vape cartridges! I love the cartridges and the quality is definitely obvious. Overall a great experience, I highly recommend this shop and the brand Heavy Hitters!

My first visit was an awesome experience. Everyone was nice and welcoming. Second time I brought a referral. She also liked the place. The 3rd visit was horrible. I was so proud to tell about it to another referral that I brought in. I walked out with nothing because I felt "unwelcome". I'm the type of smoker that don't get into technicalities. But the lady that helped me, made me feel like an idiot. Instead of educating me with the new products I wanted to try, she pretty much told me. You can't do this and that just to let you know. ok, so what would you recommend for me to do? So I told my friend just get what you need and let's go. He was paying and the 2014 Kylie Jenner look alike was having issues with the register and said, "Fuck my life!"Never f'in again.  Whoever is reading this and would like to recommend a different club in Long Beach, please let me know.

Honestly, I come here a lot, mainly because their taxes are much lower than haven and showgro. Usually everything is great. But last time I went in, I purchased some prerolls that were usually ten, and now we're 12. When I asked for them, I asked "are these the 10 dollar rolls" and she said yes. I got two. Usually the total would be about 23 dollars. It came out to 29, and I used my card for the first time which was another 3 dollars. So what I thought would be a 23 dollar purchase was about 33. I know we're talking about 10 dollars here (3 of which we're because I used a card) but times are hard. I specifically come here cause it's affordable. She saw when she rang them up that they were 12, and instead of saying something she just rang them up and put my receipt in the bag Real quick. I went back in, but I felt kind of stupid and cheap so I just said forget it. But now I don't want to come back or recommend this place. If anything put some prices on stuff so the staff is on the same page

I just walked out from there. First, customer service was very poor. Bud tender seemed she was going through the emotions. Almost as if she was ready to punch out and go home. Second, I had no idea where items were at. I would have hoped for a quick 'break-down' of their flower(s). Again, not what I expected from a 'high-end' dispensary. I did noticed other bud tenders very engaging with their customers. And because of her poor attention to my needs, not going back. I'm sure what I picked up is quality flower, but this review is based on customer service. Thanks but stanks!

Don't come here! They will sell you faulty wax pen cartridges and not believe you when you want to return! What kind of place "doesn't give cash refunds." Much better service oriented dispensaries you can find here in Long Beach.

I  have been here a couple of times for edibles.  They have a very good selection and are happy to help fine a new candy, cookie or such. Their budtenders are friendly and professional best of the 4 dispensaries I have been to.  Their is always security around and this make me feel safe.

I needed to get a new cartridge and I had come to this dispensary once before and had a good experience so I decided to go back. As I was driving over I realized that I couldn't find my battery to my cartridge so I had to buy a new one along with my cartridge. Once I got to the shop I was let in right away and was helped by a bud tender as soon as I walked in. She helped me get everything I needed and had me in and out of the shop in minutes. As I went back inside my car on the floor I saw my old battery and was like fuck since I had just bought a new one since I couldn't find it. I decided to go back into the dispensary since I had just got the battery and I would try to return it since I had no use for it now. Their return policy is very strict which is understandable, but a really nice women named Lydia made a one time exception for me since I had my receipt and hadn't opened the package yet. I ended up getting a full refund in cash for my battery and left very happy! I want to thank Lydia for helping me out,I really appreciate you! I highly recommend coming to this shop if you want to get good service and also get good weed

This is the coolest place around, nice people,great products,sooo helpful,well organized,clean.  THE BEST

I like this place and think it's a real little gem.  I've only been a handful of times, and its met with my (personal) standards of service.  The prices are fair and at times competitive.  I like the choice of product especially the concentrates and only hope they grow their selection in the near future. What bums me is wanting to give this gem 4 or even 5 stars but I can't because of my last experience/purchase.  It was my birthday on 8/5 and for a gift, my hubby gave me cash because I was interested in the Leef Rosin Hash.  Off I went to LBWC with my gift in hand!  However, the budtender who assisted me didn't know anything about the hash and it seemed the gentleman co-worker she asked did not either. I wanted to know the consistency but no one could identify it.  This wasn't going to be an easy, inexpensive purchase at $60/g, so I had questions because they wouldn't break seal to show it.  OK, here's an idea.  Ensure the vendor leaves you a "sample/display" so the consumer can see exactly what they're getting.  And, if they don't, YOU open one of their products and write it off, no?  Certainly and especially when no one on is knowledgeable about the product.  So, I guess my last purchase was a gamble.  I lost, but learned to never purchase anything medicinal sight unseen ever again. How disappointing because when I opened the jar it was the consistency of kief (which I don't care for) with the instructions INSIDE that it wasn't suitable for dabbing and its use was for "sprinkling" on blunts/joints to enhance the experience.  Here's another idea:  vendors should put instructions for use ON THE OUTSIDE packaging.  If the budtender could have told me those things, I wouldn't have made that purchase. I would have gone with the tried and true Raw Garden sauces, medicated properly, and happily spent within my budget.  I guess it's too bad and so sad for me but the product was not what this gal wanted, needed, or will use beyond "taste testing".  However, the budtender that served me on day requested I let y'all know how it turned out.  So, now you know.  God bless.  Hope to see you soon.

I am not sure why this poorly run business has such a high rating. BUYERS BEWARE. After selling me poor quality cartridges that clogged up on me and that I could no longer use at about $85.00 each I called and they told me to come down. I drove 30 minutes one way only for them to lie to my face when I asked for the manager who they said was not in but a little while later they told me the manager was in the back but refused to come out and talk to me. They also referred me to their ridiculous little sign with the tiny print that no one looks at that states they only warranty for 48 hours. These cartridges don't fail that quickly and I bought 3 of them at the same time. That is at least a 3 month supply or more for me. They admitted that they knew the product had a tendency to clog yet they would do zero and had a horrible attitude toward me on top of making me drive 1 hour under the pretense that they would do something to fix the issue. I was a good customer until now but I will never step foot in this sham scam business ever again and suggest you do your business elsewhere. This is not the 1st complaint I see on Yelp for the exact same reason so they know they are failing their customers and continue to take your money anyway. That is called a scam!

It was my first time ever at any dispensary and they made my husband and I feel so welcomed. They were very educational and welcoming towards people who are new to this. They have amazing first time patient gifts and the entire staff was very polite and welcoming. They even helped us with getting our recommendation. The location itself is very clean and professional.

Came here to get something for my boyfriend's tooth pain.  Place is really nice inside and staff were very friendly. I don't know anything about cannabis but the girl helping me was really knowledgeable and made some suggestions for some juice (that would go down and act quickly and had half and half of THC and CBD to treat both the pain and inflammation).  Four stars for now because I honestly don't have any experience with other dispensaries to compare to and it remains to be seen if the products I got work.  Will definitely update to five stars if they do.

I was worried about the other reviews but I had a really great experience! Shop has tons of parking, and is clean and modern inside. I can't remember the girl at the fronts name but she was really sweet.I picked up a Flow Kana joint and some edibles and was overall happy with the price and vibes. Definitely will be coming back and would recommend.

Been a customer here for the past year and there's no competition, when it comes to the quality of product to service ratio. I love offering through the text message delivery option. They always have stiizy pods in stock and the staff is amazing! For example: today I placed an order vía text and Rose was on top of it! Quickly, rose got my order together and processed with precission in a matter of minutes! Thank you rose! Let's not forget about the delivery drivers ike  Brent. I've never had to wait longer than a hour for my delivery and I live in westminster.  Today Brent,  was waiting on me,  cause I thought I could squeeze a walk in before the delivery showed up.  I was quoted  a 20 minute delivery time, which I thought was really fast, and it arrived in exactly 20 minutes or less. Sorry Brent to keep you waiting.  But yeah needless to say, I'll forever be ordering through this company and without a doubt,  HIGHLY recommend everyone use them at least once!

I went back back in today and I spoke to a manager, Logan who expressed why they don't accept expedited ids. He apologized for me being turned away for expired Id before.

Convenient location with plenty of parking.  The dispensary is clean and spacious.  The cashiers are very welcoming and knowledgeable.  This dispensary carries a wide selection and they have a decent price range.  There's been times though when they're out of stock of my preferred cannabis.  But, the cashier's are quick to assist with helping me find other choices.  Overall, I'm happy with my purchases and I've never had any issues.  Always a pleasant shopping experience here.

I'm actually really disappointed in writing this. This shop was my first place I went to after my birthday and I was super happy with it especially because of delivery. Some of the people that work there are super nice but the vibe seems rather "clique-ish" between the workers. One of the managers is rude AF. My boyfriend bought a Pax pod but they gave him a cart instead of a pod and he didn't even leave the store when he said they gave him the wrong thing and she apparently said "I'm gonna put a mark on your profile and I'm never doing a return for you again". I'm giving them such a low review because A. I personally think this shop is a bit pricy since I've looked around a bit more at other places in my area. And B. I went to do a delivery order the other day from here (Long Beach Wellness) even after I changed to The ShowGrow Long Beach. But here's how that went down. Yes I'm well aware I can "google" literally anything, but I'm asking about the products in your store at the time not just whatever I read online. Like I'm not going to keep purchasing carts when it's the same as a vape to me and I don't get high, so I wanted to know what different effects they have. Considering they don't keep a good update on their Weedmaps because I'm always told a lot of things are out of stock. And then to my surprise when I put in my order no one ever responded back to me!! Like wow. You have customers who spend lots of money here but you're going to be rude. I gladly took my business to The ShowGrow Long Beach. One of the budtenders at ShowGrow LB used to work in a pharmacy so he helped me for 45 minutes talking about the interactions with weed and my medication.

They sell fake stiizy pods now don't go here for any pods. Went back in to show the guy and he said that stiizy changed the packaging. When I scanned the verification it said scanned 2 times I showed him and he said let me see if it works. So I go get my battery and use it and the littlest amount of smoke comes out and he says it works so he can't do anything when it was obviously fake.

It's been awhile since I've visited and I should have placed a review. I've been to this location a few times and this is the best of Long Beach. There is ample parking, the staff is friendly and they offer a first timers discount. They offer a wide variety for any of your needs from tinctures to edibles. The prices are very reasonable and the staff is so helpful to assist with what you need. Chronic pain or nausea? They have something natural for you. At first I was super embarrassed in needed something for my sore muscles. I felt at ease that I was in good hands and they were there too assist me. Placing online orders are very easy as well. It's less contact with people during these times and you get in and out quick. If you're in the area and are curious, stop in for assistance :)

Avoid this location at all cost!! I showed up about 12 minutes prior to them closing and the security guard SAW me park and as I was getting off my car he locks the door. I go and knock and ask if they close at 10 or close whenever they want. The staff (a tall woman is laughing in the back) the security guard then approached the door and said they're closed and proceed to call me a N***a. How professional is that? Unless you want to be mistreated by a bunch of thugs and laughed at by the staff then by all means come here. I would never expect this type of behavior by a professional business. I've been here plenty of times prior but I WOULD NEVER COME BACK AGAIN!

Wow, what can I say about this dispensary? It is a very friendly atmosphere with knowledgeable bud tenders that know what they're talking about. Everyone there is extremely friendly and willing to help you with your questions or needs.

Love coming here, I always feel welcomed and not rushed like some spots. Budtenders are freaking amazing and are always in a positive upbeat mood! Wellness hands down the best spot in the LBC!

I drive 15 minutes out of my way just to come here. Everyone is SO nice and helpful and I always leave in such a good mood because of the amazing customer service.
