Who do they hire at this place? I asked for Indica and the bud tender kept showing me sativa's... let alone it says it on the pre-packaged shit they have. Hopefully only one employee is like this and not all of them

Prices have gone up way too high.  Not a good option anymore.  You can find the same weed for 1/3rd of the price with other local stores and delivery only stores.Also their service has gone downhill.  Store was empty and there were 5 people in store doing nothing.  Lady up front asked someone to help her and nobody came to help so I bounced and went somewhere else.   I feel bad that she has to work with co workers like that.

I've been coming here exclusively for about a year now after trying other dispensaries. None of them compare to The Circle as everyone is always friendly, they have a nice variety of quality products, have nice deals and promos, and are nice to my dog

Three employees at the entrance and none of them greeted me. They kept passing me to one another "he'll help no" "no she can help you actually" instead of taking my order like some joke until I literally stopped moving and one of them came to me

They started out great but have fallen off.  I decided to try the delivery service.  Waited an hour which was fine.  The driver calls and says, "uhm I'm outside your house." If I had known I would need to leave the house I was have just gone to one of the other spots that are on the way.  Maybe that's what I get for trying delivery.  Won't do that again.

Man, this used to be the spot! When they first opened, had a great selection of nearly everything you could dream of. Their events were crazy, I remember seeing lines wrapped around the building and usually had new vendors displaying their products quite often (granted this was pre-pandemic).Unfortunately, as time has gone on, their stock isn't what it used to be. I understand there is a supply shortage across the board but what they usually have ends up being something I'll say "f*ck it, I'm already here and I guess I'll try this new brand or flower out" however ultimately being disappointed.But my biggest gripe is their payment system, which requires you to give your cell number then receive a text to load funds into some bullsh*t account. I was against providing my cell to not get text marketing and was assured I wouldn't get this morning I get a long text about some sale they are having. Poor customer service. I'm not sure what Nigerian scam they fell for to place this horrible new system, but I'm done with the Circle.Best service, value and customer service has got to be Kings Crew. I'm telling everybody I know to avoid this place and head there instead.Damn Circle, what happened to you. You used to be cool.. #dueces

Lol I seen somebody else say it was a joke and I agree, prices too high, they are robbing people, go somewhere who isn't taxing the hell out of you, go to a more lowkey spot.

Sometimes your customer service is just poor. I ordered on the website Express. It clearly states 8:00 am I get an email with a confirmation. I go to pick up the order I am told they open at 9:00 so the order did not go through. Look I get it but dude for real I know I am not your preferred demographic but being treated like I am incompetent and with tone is unnecessary. The young lady who checked me out was apologetic and redid my order. But can you do better as a business.

A new payment system has been put into place to handle credit card purchases (PayCloud9). The system only allows you to pay in increments of $5, meaning I was charged more than $4 extra (after a normal credit card fee, I believe) on my purchase just to use the system. In theory, the extra charge could rollover to future purchases, but that assumes that I'll be returning and any future purchase would also be subject to the $5 increment system. This is ripping us off. I'm not at all happy about it. If I had known that this was the only way to pay with a card, I would have brought cash, but I wasn't told about the new system until after it had been used to charge a giftcard VISA, and refunding that to cancel the purchase would have been problematic. I'm pissed off that we as customers are being forced to use a payment system that rips us off, and we're not being told about it until essentially too late. I know $4 isn't much, but I'm just so sick of being ripped off right-and-left. What could possibly justify making us use this system? It's not required for credit card purchases anywhere else... what makes The Circle so special? If this had been my first negative experience at The Circle, I wouldn't have left a 2-star review. The Circle has a lot to offer... great layout and great products, but over the years I've had a number of issues. Several times, I've been rung up for items I didn't purchase (and didn't realize until later). The website has frequent issues and misrepresents the actual inventory and the current promos offered at the store. Before now, I've been a returning customer because the good aspects of The Circle seemed to offset the bad, but this new payment system is one step too far. I'm feeling pretty ripped off and preyed upon. I don't think I'll be coming back.

One of my favorite dispensaries I've ever been to!! It was HUGE! They had such a big selection, everyone was nice, and knowledgeable. There was a big selection and everything looked brand new!

Veteran friendly and a kind and compassionate staff, the interior is very clean well lit and a huge open retail shop with several knowledgeable employees, bud tenders, concentrate specialists, etc. available to help you make your selections.Recently visited the Circle while in LBC and stopped in helping family find some CBD therapy for pain and general discomfort. We were able to find exactly what was needed at a very reasonable price and received a Veterans discount as well. This is a very nice state of the art facility, with a great staff and a very good selection of all the various forms of cannabis one could possibly imagine or require. 4.5 Stars - rounded up for the great service and giving a Veterans discount. 00615

The circle delivery is the worst. Put order in at 2:45 it's 5:15 nobody in site . I called and the girl who said ok I see your order through Weedmaps next time if you want it quick go to our website. I said I belong to Weedmaps and your store is listed on it so I ordered. She said well, it should get to you in an hour or so with this ho hum crap attitude.... Delivery never came. Don't waste your time.

A cool dispensary. Yes it's all state-of-the-art looking compared to the typical dispensary, so it's a nice experience. After you get past the initial amazement, you'll realize you might get the same or better deals at another dispensary depending on the day. It's one of my local spots, so it stays in my rotation.They also offer delivery and express pick up.

Great store. Make friends with security guards! They are awesome. Just good vibes and amazing products.

Super friendly staff. Even the guards. Their selection of products keeps growing as well. Very clean place -- almost like shopping at a fancy boutique in an expensive mall. The staff always tries to find ways to discount the product as well. They do a great job of taking care of the customer.

High end, ultra-modern marijuana dispensary, located near the traffic circle in Long Beach. The space is huge, with a spacious lobby and massive shopping area. Products are displayed in beautifully merchandised glass cases-it feels like being in a museum. Around the perimeter are windows allowing views into their grow rooms. Yes, this dispensary grows many of its own strains right on the property. Staff are friendly and genuinely helpful. I have not been disappointed by any of their recommendations, especially the Moxie vape, my new favorite. Once you have made your selections, an employee will enter your order into an iPad, and minutes later, it awaits you at the checkout. Many reviewers mention the higher prices, but honestly, you will not find any of these brands sold for cheaper elsewhere. Yeah, the hefty tax on recreational marijuana sucks, but the state of California decided that, not dispensaries. I dock one star because they really need to drop the 4% extra charge on your total for paying with a credit card. I understand a flat credit card fee, but if you spend a lot here like I do, this really adds up.

I always have a bad experience here. Thought I would give it one try since it's been about a year. Still bad service, poor communication, and over priced products. Today's post comes from simple lack of communication to someone who isnt familiar with the store(myself). All employees had to do was politely clarify what would make my experience smoother but that patience was non-existent today. Spoke with a black male, with glasses and locs who tried explaining after the fact what would have made my transaction better but the damage and disregard for respecting me as a customer was already present. The manager on duty at the time is Alexa who did not speak to me.

Everytime i come here the employees are so nice, friendlyand knowledgeable! I don't have to travel to Willington anymore. I have a new favorite place. If you're in the area give the Circle a try. you won't be disappointed

I've been coming to this shop for a while and I'm just wondering what's the point of express ordering. I've placed my order online multiple times and each time I line up in the express line i end up waiting longer then those who are in store shopping. Might as well take out the express line if you aren't paying attention to it. Other then that weed is pretty good even with the taxes.

I've been living in Long Beach for two years and have tried about every dispensary in the area, and I gotta say The Circle is my favorite one to come to. Not only do they have great deals, but they have great variety. The place is always neat and the staff is very friendly.

Tried to order online today. The website clearly states your order is DELIVERED in 40-60 minutes. I order at 11:30am, and wait. And wait. I call the dispensary at 1:20pm asking about my order. I get put on hold for a good ten minutes, and the employee talked to her manager. They didn't seem sorry at all, they said their driver was behind on orders, and they offered me 10% off next timeI went in. I don't want to go in. Maybe I ordered delivery because I don't want to be in public during covid. Absolutely unprofessional and no cared whatsoever. Call your customers if your driver is running behind. BUT WHEN IT SAYS 60 MINUTES FOR DELIVERY AND I LIVE 2 MILES AWAY-YOU SHOULD BE MORE EMPATHETIC FOR PEOPLE WHO NEED THIER MEDICINE.

Great example, Hannah rung myself and my partner up tonight and carried on a great conversation with us, getting to know what we liked and offered other small deals which were amazing! The You f lady who check to see if we need help had great customer service but when me and my friend got to the register the Cashier and manager mad me feel superrrr uncomfortable. As I noticed the rest of the cashier checking people out the nothing they cashier  went super slow didn't talk with  me  and the manager gone tell her to go slow when it was my turn right in front of of me  I get like my service was not wanted and the manger made me feel uncomfortable. This happen 10/12/2020 at 6:02pm. Customers should never be treated the way I got treated. Are service will not come back. But thanks you long lady who helped us when we came in only good experience we only had

The circle has a Super clean set up. Easy to get in and out with minimal contact. A wide range of solid products. A dope window view into a beautiful grow room next door. A bit pricey, but that's Long beach taxes more than anything. I would definitely recommend this place. Been going here since they've opened and I've never really had a problem.

I was in search of local CBD OIL and didn't want to drive to Orange County (OC Wellness Solutions) for a refill.  The Circle has an outstanding vibe for marijuana, edibles, vapes and fun.  However, I was on the find for CBD OIL with no THC.  They were extremely limited (having only 1 with 1000MG) which I purchased.  I highly encourage anyone looking for CBD OIL-NO THC don't purchase here.  It's not in their wheelhouse.  You will just get highly expressive SNAKE OIL.  Overall The Circle is your place for marijuana fun!!!

This place is great! The staff is friendly and the flower selection is fire!! I got Lime's 2 Gram Hybrid Blunt and am definitely going to come back to stock up on some more. If you haven't tried one, you don't know what you're missing

My first time visit left me with a good impression! The staff seemed more than willing to answer questions & help out with anything you might need. Very friendly people that were happy to assist, but also gave you enough space so that you can explore on your own. You're allowed to open up jars & smell the flowers if you like as well! Cool atmosphere & dope showroom overall. Huge selection of products that are on display & also more if you take a look at their iPads. Even if they didn't have something you wanted, there was definitely the next best thing for you there. I wanted a specific preroll but ended up buying an entire flight since they didn't have what I initially wanted. We also had an issue that was resolved quickly & without any problems. The preroll flight was surprisingly missing one preroll in the 5-pack so we came back later in the day & the manager replaced it with a full pack. I appreciate that he didn't give us any problems about it, considering the fact that we came back later in the day. The place is worth checking out since it stands out in comparison to other dispensaries & has such a wide variety of things to try. Will come back in the future to try out other products!

It was my first time at the shop yesterday lovely inside btw, but my only complain is that I got over charged $20.60 since it was my first time purchasing a battery for the new normal wax pen I got told by different employees that it'd come out to a dollar and even after telling the person who charged me that he still charged me $21.60, even on the receipt it says it comes out to a $1 if its a first time purchase lol. Over all Pretty bummed out since I got lied to & over charged.

My pets love their pet cbd!!! Customer service is also on point! It's super convenient for their medicinal needs and my cats anxiety has decreased so much I'm so happy for him!

The interior is spacious but not spacious enough for one gender neutral handicap bathroom. I had to go down the street to use the toilet.Staff was knowledgeable and friendly.Prices do NOT reflect the actual price, the client needs to include the tax which makes budgeting difficult. I probably won't return.

Let me Update date my review, as a frequent shopper here I am disappointed that the doors where locked when I got there at 8:50. I called them they answered there phone at 8:52 and asked if they where still opened and said they locked there doors at exactly 8:50 pm which was incorrect because I was out side at exactly that time. There website states they close at 9pm and that is exactly when your business doors should close.I Will take my business to Medman who actually closes there doors at 9pm. Update your website to better service your customers with accurate information.

This is my first Cannabis store review. Can only compare it to 2 others i have been to. This is in a nice new building, very clean. Nice display cases spread out thru the room. Friendly and knowledgeable staff with good security. I was there for the grand opening so they had slot of vendors there with eatable samples. Alot of good stuff.

Why go someplace that is crowded and no service.  At a small shop you can walk in, find or ask for what you want and you're out!  This place is a pain to deal with and no customer service...not the fault of the employees, the set up is lame.

Came here for the first time on Black Friday, it was pretty empty from the looks of it. I've been to many different dispensaries and The Circle is definitely the fanciest I have been to. You can walk around and smell the different products and once you're all set then you put in an order through the ipad. Once you  put your order in you go to the counter to checkout and pay.Once I walked in the girl at the front desk was really nice and gave me a 10% coupon since it was my first time. But she stated there were a lot of deals going on because it was black friday so there was no point in using the coupon  since they cant stack deals. So I was thinking, okay theres a storewide deal going on and I put the coupon away for use at a later time. But after I paid I walked outside and checked my receipt, I was disappointed. There was no evidence of any sale going on that was applied to my order which was disappointing because no one cared to look my way and help me out the whole time I was inside for 15 minutes checking out the products and they could've clarified with me. Not one person! I dont know if the person at the front lied to me and said there was a big sale or not. Secondly, the tax is pretty high. I was taxed 32%.Overall, I think it is a pretty expensive place to pick up some greens. I'd rather go somewhere else because customer service was lacking and the price is really high.

Nicest and best dispensary in SoCal. This place is a must. The set up is incredible. You're able to view all the plants. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Products are easy to find because they have signs above each display table. I highly recommend coming here!

4:20 couldn't be spent better at any dispensary than The Circle. The deals. The swag. The brands. The organization. Everything was *chefs kiss* (). I arrived at 7am for the 8:30am early opening and was out by 10am and I found that impressive with the size of the crowd ahead of me. They even implemented incredible safety protocols such as sanitizing each register in between clients to protect staff and customers alike from COVID-19. The display and set up of the dispensary gives a very modern art exhibition feel which is great for both stoners and those new and looking to try various THC/CBD products. Personally I hang out in the vape corner of the store and sometimes stray towards the edibles right next to the display, however I was persuaded into trying this nice deeep purple indica flower, the name is blanking on me at the moment but I will most definitely be returning this week to collect more. 10/10.

Came here on 4/20 at around 11AM and had a great experience. There was a long line but it was not bad at all because they provided therapy dogs + bunnies and also handed out a coupon to everyone for a free gift for waiting in line. I thought all of the workers were super nice and knowledgable. One of their staff walked around with me and guided me through the whole decision making process! The only thing I was disappointed by was that they still charged me for both marajuana and excise taxes when I had a doctor's rec :( . Total tax I paid came out to be an extra $50 for a $120 bill.

I'd recommend.Pros:1. Parking available and easy and open 2. Friendly staff who mostly knows a lot about the products3. Got a new WCC Curepod, Apple Burst, they were out of Jack Herer which the budtender recommended for a creative high originally, but so far soooooo good4. Good vibes and felt very secure - some shops I've been nervous in but here was just a relaxed experience5. Great exchange policy if products are faulty6. Got a ticket "coupon" for 1st timer7. Got a t shirt for a penny for spending past a certain amount - that was cool!8. They threw in free stickers :)Cons:1. A lot of ipadness that was a bit distracting (were they afraid to just talk to me? Lol)2. They were out of an edible that I wanted but they didn't know until i got to register because their ipads add it to the cart but aren't updated so it seemed to be a common problem- so just have a backup option in mind so you arent caught off guard - but, as a plus, they caught it because the cashier reviewed everything I ordered before I paid so we were able to change out what i got. Better than paying for something I didn't want and having to come back to return stuff. I guess that's a con turned pro? Overall i can think of way more pros... i think they are still working out the kinks is all - I'll def be back when I'm in the area

Man never again, this place is like the most I consistent spot ever, I purchased the same exact 1/8 of weed three times and each time they gave me a new grand total, like a dollar off each time. And I mentioned this one time and the guy agreed and was like what the hell, then next time i mentioned it again and the lady acted like I'm being cheap over a buck, it's not that I'm being cheap it's that when we buy a double double from in n out it's the samePrice each time unless city tax is diff or they raise the price, I doubt the cost of the 1/8 is going up every three days. Also the last time I was charged an additional 1.00$ on top of the total which was the highest total of my last four purchases. EDIT: for the bitch ass manager who wants to reply keep in mind I can't reply back stupid ass

The staff is is the best ! They are always helpful and quick at their job also the express order makes everything faster if your in a hurry like me ! Also huge PLUS the place is always clean and the parking lot has plenty of space I don't think I've ever been once with no parking !! Amazing !!!

What's the point of having curbside pickup if you're not going to use it? My friend placed an order the other day-we park and call. A female let's us know they don't do curbside before 11am. That's perfectly fine. We place another order today and arrive right before 4pm-park and call. Another female tells us they're not doing curbside today. This being the reason King's Crew is my go to dispensary.

Dear Mr. Security Guard-You ARE NOT a police officer. You DID NOT graduate from the police academy. Please get off your high horse and be more humble. I witnessed a customer trying to have a full on conversation with you while you proceeded to blatantly ignore him. He then tries to make more conversation not getting much of a response from you and you turn your back to his face and continue to ignore him. YOUR DAY JUST STARTED! I'm sure there weren't any major arrests on your watch today so your day couldn't have been that stressful considering this is your demeanor whenever I see you.

As someone who has gone to EVERY dispensary in the 50 mile radius, believe me when I tell you how incredible this place is. INFORMATIVE AND FRIENDLY - every time i come from the first time I've came, the staff are amazing. They're very knowledgeable, I jump around with flower wax edibles ect and every time I'm in the  mood for something new there's a staff member there answering my every question and showing me me new products. EVERYTIME. EASY AND CLEAN - The shop is aesthetically BEAUTIFUL. It's honestly enjoyable to walk around and look at all of the merchandise at your will, the employees don't follow you around or on top of you like most places. Defff very chill, and they always have unique things I usually don't see at other shops. PRICED COMPETITIVE - if you're comparing their pricing to underground shops, stfu and do better. All of their products are legal and verified  therefore they tax you, and as far as compliant shops go THE CIRCLE has the best deals and pricing. They also do a lot of incentives like yelp check ins ect, I buy my plug and plays here and haven't found them cheaper anywhere else ! The people are nice but the place smells like foot odor. I get that it's a dispensary with marijuana; I've been to other dispensaries and they don't have the heinous smell as The Circle. It's a good thing wear mask these days but that helps very little to the pungent smell.I go there because it's close to my house.

I love the circle.  This place is literally like the Apple store of trees.  It's truly one of the best experiences coming here. I definitely recommend even just to try something new.

Overall great experience, and will definitely go back. I feel like they actually are trying to care about the customer experienxe and not take advantage of the fact that there arent many licensed shops to go to so we are stuck going to them. I actually want to go back, so bravo guys! For real though, their selection is great too. I got a cbd tincture for my dogs hip problems and a few curepods cause they had so many flavors and strains i want to try! I got gelato, sky walker og and jack herer cartridges with 3 batteries for a penny each! They are super slim and small if anyone is looking for a stealth vape pen. I got them for myHigh levels of anxiety, sativas and indicas for any time of day. high quality meds. Awesome set up! I try not to say things like "the best ive been too" cause its cheesy, but probably one of my favorite dispensaries so far, they are a step ahead. Easy check in process. First time 15% discount. Very attentive staff, wasnt over bearing but didnt leave me confused or wondering. They have a set up wherethey have product out in jars around a circle amd other areas labeled in sections. If you want help they are right there to help and if you want to browse they leave you alone. Once you decide they put it into their ipad and then you go to the checkout line. Tiny wait there but just means they had customers before me lol. The guy at checkout was new so i feel bad writing this but i like to give my full experience. First he forgot to add my penny batteries that came with my cart (probably cause he was new and it was a rare deal... check out west coast cure aka Wcc new curepod, you get a battery for a penny with a cart that is like 93% plus thc for $30! Killer deal!). We were having a super fun conversation, so much so i didnt realize he put an extra order of a cbd tincture in. I noticed before i walked out though and it was a quick refund with ample apology. Ill be back!

Love The Circle. The staff is amazing and very attentive. They literally have someone walking around the premises during operating hours wiping off counters and check out areas. Feel very safe and nice to have some extra piece of mind during Covid. And did I mention the selection is legit. They had a nice selection of Canagars and some new strains that were . Looking forward to my next visit.

Messed up my order. Bud tender on the floor told me about some raw garden wax that was over 90% so I ordered that one. On the ride home i realised not only was it not 90%, it was the wrong brand. When i called to try & tried to fix it they only offered 20% off my next purchase. So their fix for their error was me coming back in & spending more of my money after spending over $200. Will not return ever

This place is Nirvana. Every one is so helpful and knowledgeable. I love that I never feel rushed when someone is helping me. The weekly specials are a great way to try something new. The check out que is efficient which is a nice bonus in q busy shop!

I've been here twice and had a terrible experience twice. They have a few nice and helpful employees but management as a whole is terrible. Each visit, I've been misinformed about what promotions or items I'm actually buying.My first visit consisted of me trying to purchase items for a specific battery. After asking, no less than 3 times if what I'm purchasing is correct, I was sold the wrong item. Instead of trying to fix the problem, the manager was only interested in selling me more stuff. Trying to convince me to spend more money after he and his staff sold me the wrong item. My second visit was about the same. To make sure I was getting the correct product I again asked multiple times if what I was purchasing was right. (It wasn't). And when I went to fix it, management again tried to sell me more stuff. Even after they noticed I was charge incorrectly. No matter what promotions are listed on a flyer, once they knew I was incorrectly charge, I wish their first concern was to fix that problem. But it wasn't. There are tons of other clinics in Long Beach and a pretty facade won't be enough to make me visit this place again. I would recommend everyone visit another location. Everything you can buy here you can buy elsewhere and get better service.

Seriously the best place to go for legal marijuana. They have specials online if you know your product well, or the option to go in person and get help from some very knowledgeable and kind bud tenders. You can also get your taxes waived by checking in here on yelp, every time!!!!

Perhaps I am mistaken, but I could not find this information posted anywhere on your website, or on your social media accounts. Please make sure your customers know this before they show up in person and are turned away. Pandemic or not, this is the kind of customer service issue that will lose loyal customers, or turn-off first-time potential customers. Side note: the person in front of us was not wearing a mask, and was let in. I'll look forward to returning in the future, alone, so I can actually get in to make a purchase. Fake Security "Cop" refused me entry when bringing in a new friend because I could not guarantee him on the spot I was going to browse - he was aggressive, foul mouthed, and completely inappropriate. He reminded me of city and state sanctions about the virus, while I was wearing a mask he continued to scream in my face from well within the 6 feet policy. Inappropriate and hyped up young fake cop... You've lost my business and a new client.

Awesome place,  better variety than most dispensaries. They are also very accommodating and helpful. Clean and great vibes too. Btw they give discounts to new customers signing up. The only problem is they are kinda far from where I live, but its worth the drive.

I attended the Friends and Family event here and I can whole-heartedly say that The Circle is elevating the cannabis industry. From the sleek, contemporary design to the fine details of the displays and products, the entire location speaks volumes about the time and effort these folks put into their work.The staff is extremely kind and super attentive, and the overall vibe of this shop is laid back yet professional; chill while being incredibly knowledgable. This place is legit,literally.  It looks like they're following all the regulations that are necessary to running a business revolved around marijuana.  All their products come from verified manufacturers that follow all the necessary procedures before products actually hit the shelves.  The store display is unique compared to any other cannabis store I've ever been too.  The customer is free to look at all the products on their own as well as place their own order.  If I had to compare it to something, I'd say The Circle is like the Apple Store for weed shops. The only consumer complaint I might have is that there's an over 30% tax on all purchases, something most cannabis connoisseur are not used too. However, this is something legitimate retailers have no control over, so they still get my 5 stars.

I was invited to the Friends & Family pre opening of The Circle in Long Beach.All I have to say is, "Wow!"It's a beautiful shop, well lit, and stocked with lots of high end product...heh heh heh, get it?The staff were all friendly and knowledgeable. When u walk through the door u will instantly be blown away! I never seen a weed shop so fly and up to date as this one! The costumer service is AMAZING!!! (Thanks Tabatha and Paris) both of them were so nice and helpful. The weed is grade A for sure and the prices were good as well. This will definitely be my weed spot for here on out!

I have to say their selection seems large and their place is nice. Service is friendly and initially, I left happy. However, upon reviewing my receipt, I'm upset as heck. I was charged for a full sized chocolate bar when I only received the single serving pack as pictured. I'm new to using marijuana which is why I didn't question the total but I feel like the cashier should have noticed that before taking my money.

First time visit to The Circle was fantastic! I was pleasantly greeted by Paris who automatically made me feel welcomed. I explained to her that I've never been here and she took me on a tour of the store. She was able to share great information about the product. If you're disabled or a medical patient STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I went in today and showed my medical recommendation, I have arthritis, and celiac's disease and asthma.  I have been prone to bronchitis so I said I did not want anything but edibles, pills, tinctures, etc.  And I made very sure to explain I needed the edibles to be gluten free.  The sales associate and I spoke at length about this and then we selected a few items.  I went to the cash register and again we reviewed the items being gluten free.  I get home, open the bag and take a bite of a delicious gummy...but then something is not right.  I look at the package, "contains wheat."  I immediately called and spoke with an associate and a manager and they said "unfortunately we cannot accept an exchange, but we can give you 20% off your next purchase."  YOU FUCKING POISONED ME!  After making it painstakingly and annoyingly clear I can not eat gluten you gave me the thing I told you would make me sick and you lied to me about it, and then said the best you can do is 20% off???  I AM A MEDICAL PATIENT, YOU MADE ME MORE SICK!  WHAT THE FUCK IS SO HARD FOR YOU TO UNDERSTAND ABOUT THIS?  If one of your customers gets sick from something you sold when they specifically asked you not to make them sick, this is not how you should respond.  If we were at a bar and I didn't like the way you made my drink, the bartender would make it again.  If we were at a restaurant and when the meal arrives to my table I realize that I have been served something I said I was allergic/intolerant to, the manager would comp the meal.  You weakened my immune system during a pandemic and have caused me a great deal of pain.  And you know what? I'd have forgiven that if you would've offered to make proper restitution, not only did you mess up today, but you don't seem to care that the next several days of my life are now going to be harder BECAUSE OF YOUR INCOMPETENCE.   I know ya'll are not rocket scientists but you should be present enough o hear what I'm saying in the first place, see that you as a team fucked up, offer me something that makes up for how badly you fucked up by endangering my health and then we'll talk about what fair is.

First time here, my overall experience was great. Staff was friendly from start to end... the place is really clean and spacious... prices are decent.. definitely my new place to go to!

The decor looks great, however once you get inside the piss poor attitudes start and it seems everyone hates their job here. For me, Vegas has set the bar for how hospitality in cannabis spaces should be and this location failed terribly. I'm in this industry and I was considering this location for a few things however the company I'm associated with won't let this treatment fly, as the people are our first priority, and these guys just don't care, or don't pay their staff well enough to promote an experience.

This business is absolutely unreliable. The girls at the front desk are disrespectful and are not contributing to a positive experience. I wanted to get in & get out and they started to make a scene for no reason. Not only did they begin to make racist comments but they also said derogatory words to multiple customers. 10/10 would never recommend this business.

The reception and sales personal have been helpful and always are in a good mood and tend to give really good customer service. All the bullshit with the hand held computers is confusing plus the fact that they may indicate they have the items is stock, but when you get to the rude or indifferent counter employees you will be told that some of what you had picked out is not available? WTF? This forces you to either make a rushed on the spot alternative choice or go back and try again. The latter will put you back at the end of the line. This has happened to me the last three times I have been in. The final straw was today when I had to go through this process again. I go back make my alternative choices get back in line which is eight people deep with only one cashier. Its my turn after waiting patiently, someone walks in to pick up shit they ordered online, and the rude cashier tells me I have to wait for this person because they have some kind of priority. If I wanted to get treated like this I would have gone to my bank! So, I just left. I passed four other stores to shop at this one. I copied and pasted this comment below from another review because it is exactly what happens to me when I come in. 2) Some of their cashiers tend to be sullen and rude (no eye contact, zero smiles), which is an odd way to end the shopping experience, after being treated like a valued customer by their reception and sales staff."You can have the best product in the world, but if you can't sell it, you still got it". Let that sink in!

Easy to get in and out fast here. Masks are required . The staff are very knowledgeable and informative on products. They have a variety of CBD products for medicinal use (bath bombs, patches for pain, etc.) They were out of a number of items at the last visit but this may be due to the increased business during COVID.

The Circle is nearby my house. There are other dispensaries close by, but these muthafuckas have everything I need. You wanna get high dawg? Just WALK in there. A lot of their prerolls tend to be fucked though....they don't burn evenly, burn too quickly, you get a tranny where half the fucking thing burns and the other stays unburnt...wtf. but other than that, I'll keep going here and buying their drugs.

I was so disappointed after my last visit to this dispensary, I will not be coming back.They were out of every single item we normally purchase (gel pills, edibles, everything) - not just our favorite items but also every alternate product we've had to use each time they've been out of our preferred products, which is often. For some people, CBD products are a lifeline and an important part of pain management. We ended up spending way too much time looking for anything that was available - going from one product display to another - only to be told by the sales person "whoops!" it wasn't available. We ended up spending too much money on products that were either ineffective or complete gimmicks. It's maddening to enter a large, warehouse-size dispensary - with an entire greenhouse of cannabis plants in full view from the sales floor - only to be told, "Sorry, we're out of cannabis!" Adding to our frustration, and the real deal breaker, is that they do not provide repeat/loyal customers with any indication as to when the products they regularly purchase will be back in stock. The Circle does not appear to be investing in proper inventory controls or hiring and managing professional sales people to ensure repeat business and survival in a very competitive market. As a repeat customer, I didn't feel valued or that The Circle takes themselves or their business seriously.

I went to this place last week and it was my first time to a dispensary. I was looking for a CBD oil to help me sleep. Someone gave me a small sample  bottle and it worked well. I was clear to the girl who help me but she was very condescending. I even pulled up the sample on my phone and the twit didn't bother to look at it. I didn't catch her name but I would NEVER go to this place again. There are so many others around to put up with that purple or green hair un-helpful person.It was a nice facility but my perception was they expect someone to know everything about THC and CBD, or want potheads that buy their expensive products.

Great staff. Quick and easy to get in and out. Hit an iPad place your order. I always use the yelp check in and get 10% off which is awesome. Great when the shades are up and you can see into the grow. The house brand Fresh Baked is always a good choice if Alien Labs or Ember Valley have run dry. Hopefully they carry Secret Sesh products soon. Plenty of parking and places to eat nearby. Bring cash and don't get bonked on the ATM or debit card fee. Enjoy.

After waiting in an absurdly long line I was given the wrong product. I returned the grossly over priced item and was finally given the proper medication. I wasn't rude I was very polite and tipped exceptionally well. The very moment I sat down outside on a bench to wait for my friend to finish getting her products they asked me to leave. I spent well over $100 and was gracious and tipped generously, there's no reason to have been treated so poorly especially considering the rapacious prices. I will never return to this place it's purely novelty. Please people, support your local shops--not this one.

Really delightful people working here. A great selection and it is very easy to order on the iPads or with one of the workers. Got advice on which vape to get and have loved both. My battery was malfunctioning on one of my vapes and wasn't sure what I could do. Luckily I emailed them and they got back to me right away and replaced it with no problem, defiantly my favorite and only place to go.

After being a first time patient this will be my last time here. For a first time patient I got a discount coupon of 25 percent off they didn't even take of the 25percent. Done with this place. The only reason I have now given them 3 chances is because I live close by. Here's their problems. Once you get past all the glitter and expensive cosmetic finishes, you will find empty promises. One after the other. The set up is ridiculous, to say the least -confusing and disorganized. After you 'shop' the store with a rude and disengaging sales rep. with a hand held to ring up your order, you go wait in line to pay. After finally reaching the counter, you are told 'We're out of that item. Next person in line'. You then have to go back to the sales rep. and start over, again, and again, and again, and again. With few exceptions, the staff is uncaring and condescending, to say the least!  Go elsewhere!

Olé is awesome!!! He's very knowledgeable and his customer service is outstanding. I also noticed that he helps other co-workers and makes sure that each customer that comes in gets taken care of quickly. Okay, I just got back to the hotel from The Circle.  It is a few miles from the waterfront but well worth the drive.  All of the employees were super friendly, knowledgeable and hot.  I picked up a couple disposables and prerolls.  My Uber driver was weed friendly so I got baked on the way back.  They take cash, debi tor credit.  The store is super clean and has a great selection.  I only wish that I was in town longer to try more.

I have to say, as a person how has never experienced this industry and to be completely honest being scared and not feeling comfortable with exploring this world my experience today was hands down THE BEST customer service I have experienced. Every single sales associate there was welcome, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and held themselves at a very high professional standard. The facility was clean, modern and very simple where everything was easy to find and easy to view/read. I have to say, I am very very very impressed. I have a feeling I will be a frequent visitor. Love this dispensary! Definitely one of the best ones in Long Beach. Always fast and easy service, taxes are included in the prices so there are no surprises at the checkout. Customer service is super nice! They got that fire

So I'm at the traffic circle and inner here supposed to be giving me a senior discount and they've been overcharging me since they've been opened and they will not honor the overdrafts on client patient buys from the past and I do have receipts and I'm in their system so they will not give me my money back which will probably be quite a bit and the only honor the senior discount on one visit I was going in today will guess what you can take your pot and you can take your you're ganj and you shove it up your ass you overcharging assholes f*** off that's what I think of you guys f*** off you f***** me you won't honor your word and you're screwing seniors by overcharging and then when we ask for money back you won't give it back f******.  From what I know if you are overcharged from a business they are supposed to give you a Refund , find another place for this place is too pricey too start convenience forget about it shop else where.

They're sold out of fresh baked, but that's how fire this place is!! I love love love this place. My go to place and I come over here from the South Bay. Everyone is super helpful.

I went here only because a patient from my job said it was such a good place. His daughter owns it. I go and walk to the end of the line which is outside. I have my mask hanging off one side and the top flight security decides to tell me I have to put the mask on in the line outside in the wide open fresh air not in a confined space. I have no problem putting it on completely while I'm inside. The security was rude when making his statement loudly so everyone could hear but really only commenting toward me. He did not have to say it in a rude manner Being condescending with an attitude. When I got to the window I was speaking to the girl at the window the security guard came in and felt the need to continue harassing me after I was already inside and speaking to the girl. Then the owner comes up as I'm explaining to him the incident he then has a snobby attitude. The only person who was nice and apologetic for the treatment by the security guard was the girl behind the counter. Her name is Jennifer and she was outstanding. The rest of the place needs a class in customer service.  People these days think they are better than others because it's their business and that gives them the right to treat people however they Choose. Plus very over priced. That was my one and only time I will ever spend my money here again.

This place is stepping it UP for dispensaries. Open concept, really calming to be inside with all the plants and sleek look. Everybody there is super knowledgeable and friendly. Cliff helped me out when I had a faulty cartridge. Keep your receipts people & they will be able to help you out and potentially replace your product like they did for me !

Places like this are failing the cannabis industry. They don't stand behind their products. They're happy to take your money but if something goes wrong with what's been sold and it's outside of their 72-hour return policy, you are out of luck. I came in two months ago and asked the girl who helped me what's a good battery to buy. She told me to get an adjustable battery and recommended one by brass knuckles. She actually "sold" me on it. I was cool with the idea because it was 40 bucks though I would have been willing to spend up to a hundred to get a product that works and is reliable. It stopped working about 2 weeks ago and I decided to speak with the manager to see if there was something that can be done about it. I just wanted a working battery, that's it and I would buy a cartridge and some flower. He told me that I had to contact the vendor myself and take it up with them. This seemed ludicrous to me, I've bought hundreds of electronic products in my lifetime and I've never once been told I need to contact Norelco or Sony if something went wrong with their products. I just brought it in with proof of purchase they returned my money and sent it back to the retailer. It doesn't matter if it was 2 months either, most electronics have a warranty for 12 months. If this one doesn't, that's fine but don't go through a whole sales pitch on why I should buy the battery, and not stand behind the products that were recommended by staff. I grew up in Long Beach and have been really excited about the legalization of cannabis. You would think with the stigma that some people have associated with it, and all of the new people trying it for the first time, they would be going out of their way to provide the best service possible while building relationships in the community they service. Unfortunately though as beautiful this place is almost feels like a DMV type environment, cold and by the book.I personally want to buy cannabis from a place that has a passion for the products that they sell and is willing to stand behind them with the consumer in mind. It blows me away that they will invite Instagram influencers with a hundred thousand followers, load them up with free products, but won't even replace the $40 battery that probably cost them $7 to the guy who works his butt off every day and is apart of the community they are still new to. My loyalty to the retailers who take care of me, my girlfriend, and friends is strong. In no way did I feel taken care of here and it's not the first time. That's why I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

If you wanna get ripped off and buy stuff that's been on the shelf for decades ? This is the place to go ladies and gentlemen!

I just went for the first time today & had a girl help me as I wanted gummies one with mostly CBD & one with THC. She offered some & I specifically told her I didn't want a sativa as I wanted a hybrid since sativas sometimes give me anxiety. So she suggested one as a hybrid & i agreed. I went up to the counter where the only thing they verified was my name. While they did get the two she suggested right when I got home just now i saw the one she suggested was a sativa! I didn't ask for much & it was still not what i wanted. :/

I'm new to the cannabis scene. I don't smoke and just use the tinctures and edibles to control my pain and inflammation.  I'm unable to say if anything is good or bad. However the employees are really nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. Especially the girls. Cause we girls rock.Personally I wish the place was smaller as it feels a bit overwhelming to the anxiety residents trapped in my brain.

The circle is such a great place if you're on a quick stop or don't know much about weed. Everyone who works here is super friendly and open. 10/10 recommend for everyone who lives in Long Beach.

Yelp won't allow no stars.  Only come here if you are looking to be treated like a criminal.  The only volume the employes know how to speak in is loud and they require that you relay all of your personal information in a verbal format.  The staff is not friendly or knowledgeable.  Run away because they are likely going to turn your information over to Federal agencies to save themselves.

The circle this is THE BEST shop in Long Beach. I'm telling you the bud is nice and clean hit (cherry fritter) Fresh Baked. I recommend everyone to this shop. My new go to spot and it's close to home and so very welcoming.

The Circle is one of the more professional shops I been to. Ive came to this shop a handful of times and they always treat you like VIP. The flowers are fire and the cbd balms they have was very helpful for me. They also have a great selection on concentrates that I usually get. Cant wait to go back!!

This place is truy jaw dropping... I come here for my Heavy Hitters because they are always stacked with different strains and flavors to choose from. There is tons of parking and it is conveniently located next to other big retailers. It is massive inside with a wide selection of product to choose from. Thank you "The Circle" team for carrying my favorite brand, ill be back for another Strawberry cough soon!

For a first timer, the inside is pretty nice. It looks better than all the shops I went too and they even said hi before I seen them   customer service is something not to worry about here.

I'm a regular. I like to stop by on my way home. I have a medical card and most dispensary's (including this location until today) require you to bring it for only your first visit. I've been let in & made purchases twice this week, using only my ID. Today, I was stopped at the door & was asked for my medical card. I asked to speak to a manager & was told by him that this was a policy since they opened. I've been coming here since their soft open, and have never been turned away. Get your employees on the same page, because if I was illegally entering for an extended amount of time, that's your business that's on the line. Bleak.

Do not come here. Today was my third and last visit. Although the place is nice, their employees make many mistakes. My second visit I told the tender I wanted a Pax pod. She recommended one, and you order on an iPad so  she put the order in, I went on my way to pay and left. When I opened the product it was a regular screw cartridge, not compatible with the Pax pen. I took the L and bought a battery. Today I made sure to put in my own order. The strain I chose for the pod wasn't available. I didn't find this out until after about 10 minutes of me standing there with the dude going back and forth. He brought me three other strains to choose from the same brand. I trusted him and bought one. And to MY DISMAY... it was the wrong cartridge again. How are we supposed to trust these people when they don't know what the hell their selling? I came here because my bank is close by today. Don't make the mistake like me. We're paying good money with all the taxes. I will stick to my favorite shop, Show Grow on redondo and Anaheim. I suggest you try it too!

Came in all lost with little knowledge on what to get and Princess was a star! she helped me right away and helped me pick out something that was right for me! Definitely coming back feeling more comfortable.

This is my go to store. I live about 40 miles away but make the drive and stock up. Drove to other stores and i wouldn't even get out of the car. This place is clean and has style.

The girls are gorgeous, the flower is potent, and the selection is top shelf. This is the perfect place for the best experience.

Great shop with great deals and of course grrrrreat weed!! All the bud tenders are super friendly and helpful. The shop is really cool looking with window views of mountains and mountains of flower.Love it!

I had a previous scathing review of the place from when they first opened. I stand by what I said at the time since all of it was true but I decided to give this place another chance. There have been a lot of improvements. The staff is less aggressive about helping people out or upselling which is great. They all try to be friendly and are dog friendly which is great in my book. I love taking my little guy in with me and he loves seeing his friends on the staff now. The store has started offering regular discounts and deals which help make up for the high price a lot of them suffer from after taxes. The best being 30% off the Hex strand for LB residents. Makes the flower affordable and worth it to stay local and not go to another city that's less strict with taxes etc. My only complaint now is the fact that the taxes make no sense. You can get two options that are priced exactly the same and the cost can be way different if your not careful. Case and point the hex strain. If you get some of the $40 eighths after taxes and discount it comes out to just under $40. Whereas if you get something like the cherry strain they had the last few days at that same initial price of $40 it will come up at 38.98 or something. It's a bigger deal when you don't have a large discount. I've seen it happen on the fresh baked as well. Two eighths priced exactly the same will come out $5 different at the end price. The only explanation I've been given when I ask is that there are different tax rates for different sourced cannabis. Which seems very weird. It makes it impossible to predict what you will pay or know if they are charging you correctly. Still a great place to go and I would recommend it to any LB resident on the fence now!

As a joke I would say who ever came up with the pay system here must have been HIGH but I guess that's  no joke!! The employee who helps you tells you the amount you owe, then you go to the register and they inform you of all the other chargers you need to pay. First they charge you to use a card, or you can pay $3 charge to use the ATM. Then they tell you they will round up your total $5 more, But don't worry the extra money will go into this stupid online account. But good news you get to log into this account and request them to send your money!!! I'm sure they really don't care. They know they can charge you what ever they want because they're not hurting for business, but I'm going to do my part to hopefully warn as many people as I can to not give this scam your business.

The budtender on the floor recommended 2 raw garden products after I chose two raw garden I wanted. She said they were raw garden & both over 90%. After I paid & left because they get the order ready behind the counter & don't give you the product until you've paid, I realized not only were they not raw garden, they were both 75%. When i called back the best they offered was 10% off my next visit. The fix for their error was for me to come in & spend more of my money? I spent $250 on product I didn't even want.

The Circle is an amazing location. All of the staff had great customer service and knowledge. Valerie went above and beyond to help me out and put her best foot forward to tell me about a promo that made my purchase more valuable. She is 5 star. I felt great walking out after purchasing from her.
