Absolutely terrible. For all my stoners who know what its like to fiend, expect to have issues with your orders. Their online menu is never updated. Many of the orders I've placed have been cancelled because they didn't have it in stock and didn't inform me until delivery time. Its such a crushing feeling when your are eagerly awaiting, expecting, only to be be completely let down.

Used to be a different cannabis shop called Euflora. Last time I was there they were still in the process of transforming from one shop to the other, so I wouldn't be surprised if I change my review later. One thing I love about Kushagram as opposed to Euflora is that Euflora always added 29% tax to every order, and at Kushagram taxes are included which makes buying cannabis a little bit easier on a fixed income. I wish I could explain in more detail what they carry, but the last time I was there the cash registers were right in front of the door because remodeling was going on. Euflora had all kinds of accessories. Can't say about Kushagram yet. So far it's the not being taxed that I like. I'm sure I'll find out more when I get paid next week. It's 420 somewhere!

They will let you place an order for pick up at 945pm, but once you get there all of sudden they're closed. I understand having inaccurate hours online, but how can you let me place an online order for a time you're not open at? When I called to tell them my predicament, the bud tender who always wears a stupid bandana around his mouth hung up on me. Ive always been so nice to him and given him good tips. Again, I understand closing means closing, I don't expect you to open up for me once you've locked up. What upsets me is they let me place the order that late and then were so rude to me when I tried to figure out what was going on. So disappointed and pissed off.

Shitty service all the way around, mediocre flower. I've had to wait up to five hours for delivery on several occasions with no explanation. Inconvenient and annoying

I was a customer of this place Kushagram Long Beach, for some reason the process has changed. All orders are handled through cell phones. The order-takers are rude as hell. If their website is not up-to-date the customer is to blame the customer needs to refresh the page. After numerous times refreshing the page, I continued to see the same information But of course, the order taker high and mighty person on the other side of the phone proceeded to lecture me on how to use the websites. That's insulting. There is a disconnect Between owner and employees. I will no longer support this service. They can kiss my ars.

I've been a long time customer, starting to look for other places. Unfortunately over time, the quality of the bud and the efficiency have really dropped. At 8am last week, waited three and a half hours for an order, only to be told they're out of what I ordered and what they recommended I substitute my original order with. Currently on hold for 37 minutes (and its again early morning) just to place an order.

I've used Kushagram for years now but it NOT worth it anymore. Tired of waiting 2+ hours for delivery :/

I have order on the delivery app twice both times took 4 +hours and when you call and ask how long it's going to be the didn't give a honest time estimate( they said an hour tops) ended up being more than 2 hours.. don't order the delivery, you'll be stuck inside you place waiting for way longer than you should for a bag weed

LOL. i hardly even made it inside. went to give my ID to the dude at the front and he was acting like a tool. i took my ID and just walked out. i'll be back later cus it's 3min from my house but that experience sucked. i left and went to another dispo 6min away that was poppin and even decorated for Halloween. the prices and products better be damn good at Kushagram. lmao

I don't know if it's you guys or not that delivers to koreatown but you and your driver were incredibly rude to me tonight. I came down when I was told the order arrived and there was no driver present. Called him 100 times and while on hold with you guys I was called back from a different number. Told my driver was in his way back after I sat outside for 20 minutes. He pulled up to tell me my order was cancelled and I couldn't do anything about it. Terrible and confusing situation from a service I used to trust.

I ordered a Stiiizy pod recently. As a long time Stiiizy user I IMMEDIATELY realized they gave me a pod with packaging from a long time ago. The sticker with information was clearly placed over another sticker, leading me to believe they are selling old products. The pod also tasted extremely bad and old. This isn't the first time i've been suspicious of kushagram but this sold it for me, i will not ordering through them again. They said on the phone they "receive everything through stiiizy" okay yeah.... doesn't mean it isn't old.

Y'all foos fake as fuck I got you tho don't tripp...  , your shop in pasadena. This shop puts fake label's on top of actual printed bag . If you think you smoking weed indica you  actually smoking cbd they are jackers faking the funk !!!!!! Stay awasssyyyy

good customers service but their quality is trash... stay away, I just picked some up & no wonder they have it on bags that you can't see the flower, why? because once you see it you won't buy it. I bought two bags, once I got home, the quality was trash, the flowers are super old, they turn to dust when you brake it, the taste sucks. Overall:flowers: is trash - super dry, tastes nasty. I'll stick with the shops in LA, same price but you can smell & see what your buying. customer service: great, the guys there are cool, that's why I give it two stars & not 0 stars.

Very good prices good selection friendly people. I went there a few more times they seem to run out of the cheaper price bagies, i can't seem to purchase any more.

I love this place! The service is always really good with knowledgeable staff that are the right amount of both friendly and knowledgeable. There is always some kind of special. Don't quote me but I think Monday you get 20% off product, Tuesday you get 20% off cartridges, they have $5 pre-rolls... I'm not going to lie I stopped listening after that. There could be more but they had me by Tuesday sooo... I go whenever though because there's ALWAYS some kind of special. Oh, I almost forgot, they have baby Flowers!!! Yes, you can grow your own Flowers for $30!!! I think that's a great gift! So if they want to thank me in appreciation for my review I'll take a baby plant and a pre-roll! Seriously, you have to go here!

No doubt one of Long Beach's best spots to check out ... All of the staff from the Tenders to Security treat my mother with respect & that is what is most important to me ... My aunt is driving down from Sacramento again this September just to get her Favorites from Kushagram ... See you there...

I had a great time visiting this location! All of the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming as soon as we walked through the door. Our budtender was also a great help. He provided several options and even threw in some cool places for us to check out while we were in town. I'd definitely come here again the next time we visit Los Angeles.

They are always polite and they are helpful. If you're not sure what product to buy are you looking for something specific I suggest you give them a call because someone will be more than happy to help you. The drivers are always awesome always polite you get to know them depending on what area you are in and they're really cool people. Kush Graham has some of the best concentrate for reasonable prices. They really are my go-to
