The shop is really nice but the weed sucks and since their bag up it's usually full of stems. Even thoe the shop is down the street I rather drive to. Compton and pick up

Very much enjoyed my experience with the chronic pain relief center they were very friendly and helpful and the shop was gorgeous.  They told me of ways to receive discounts on purchases by telling me when happy hour was and that with referrals I could also potentially receive 2% of their purchase price for discounts on purchases I made. As a first-time visitor I received 15% off purchases I made. I Purchased a Stiiizy starter kit as well as a 1 gram pod of indica

Stay away. They had recommended pacific stone brand for PR OG . Worser than home grown. They shouldn't even be selling this ridiculous brand. Really disappointed now gotta find another decent dispensary.

I came to this place due to a recommendation. I've been medicating for decades. I usually like my buds as natural as can be. I saw the name on IG "Chronic" mmmmhhh. I love chronic! Is OG!!! if you weren't born in the 80's you really do not have any idea what really Chronic is! Than, I thought to myself as I walked in here "mmmhhh different kind of chronic lol" (I believe they are talking about pain chronic, not weed chronic) so if you New at all this medication / cannabis you really don't know the difference but if you are an OG, it feels fake!!!! I mean due to corona virus prepackaged is good. But even the buds look super fake. I live my natural stuff man!!!! I will not be coming here anymore. I would not spend my money and they are freaking expensive! Thanks for the recommendation but this place is not gonna take my donations for that product.

Pain relief center is exactly what it is. Knowledgeable staffers ask about your ailments and budget and recommend something that best fits you. Even security is nice enough to direct traffic when parking lot is full. Overall good vibes, nice staff and reasonable prices!!

Happiest security guard ive ever met!  He got me amped to be there! Sales lady was sweet and helpful, giving real advice from real experience. She knew the products. Needed something for my anxiety and i dont like smelling like weed.Stoked they had the new west coast cure vape pen! They sell the battery for a penny when you buy cartridge and i got the 1st time patient discount so i walked out a happy camper. Defn recommend this place If you want an easy upbeat experience with lots of variety and options. Oh but i did have a little trouble finding it. The gps just stopped in the middle of the road telling me i was there or passed it but using the actual map showed it was a little further down the road to the right.

This shop is super clean and well organized. I love all the variety and the staff is super friendly. Percival was a sweetheart and helped me find exactly what I needed.

I've been going here for awhile now and I've never had any issues. I bought a Rose Gold Stiiizy pen about a month ago and it recently stopped working. I'm not sure why though, it seemed battery related. I brought it back to Chronic and Bean got me right! He replaced my pen for me with no problem. Thank You Guys!

I love their staff! Great people! Their prices and selection is pretty good, i love that you can find all ranges of products. Their reward system is cool and helps to save.

There is no place like Chronic Pain Releaf Center! During this social distancing its been difficult not to do my round of hugs here. It feels foreign not to hug everyone! But we have made due with foot taps haha! They take their customers best interest seriously. They have amazing brands to choose from in so many consumption forms! From the actual Bud to pills. There is medicine for everyone here! Every single staff member is incredible in my book! They are all extremely knowledgeable, kind, and patient. I have never had a bad experience here. I have been coming to Chronic since they reopened their doors. There is a large parking lot, with handicap parking spots, the layout of the building is well designed and decorated, and flows well! Thank you for always providing me with the best Meds and making me laugh! I need more Heavy Hitter Edibles so I shall be back soon! *HUGS*

Awesome shop! Clean and inviting. Not what you would expect in such an industrial area. They carry so many products at decent prices. They also offer discounts, happy hour etc. so be sure to get the 411 on that. Staff is friendly and helpful.. keep it up.

Went out of my way to come to this place and they were out of Raw garden. If you are going to put your dispensary in the middle of nowhere, then update weedmaps and tell people you are out. Between this and the new taxes, I think I'm going to have to quit

Being new to the area and finding a local dispensary that you love is a hit or miss. Looks like I got super lucky with these guys cus everyone from the front desk to the security and all the beautiful people behind the counter serving us are absolutely amazing. I was shocked by the quality and prices of flower as well as the cleaninless and professionalism. The line wait is never long even if it's packed cus they have an organized system and the parkings even perfect! Thanks to Greg, Sara and everyone at Chronic Pain Releaf Center for welcoming me and my doggy! I'm beyond pleased with my purchases and thankful. See you soon!

This is not based on their products just  customer experience from the bud tender. Didn't catch the guys name but older guy  with cap and gray beard was rude. Probably still sleeps on his moms couch. Something told me I shouldn't have let him try to help me. I asked if they had edibles with not a lot of sugar and something that was a hybrid, he said whatever and went to look for something else. Just rubbed me the wrong way so I didn't end up buying anything and left. Ps,the girl at the front taking ID's was super sweet and helpful and even the security guard showed me more respect than that piece of shit... back to my local spot-the Lyft, where bud tenders may by high off their ass's but have no fucking chip on their shoulders.

Big fat light skinned black guy at front desk is very rude, no kind of professionalism, customer service is a super low, me and my brother didn't even make it past the front desk, we walked out. Never come back here again, SMH

This clinic not only has one of the best menus, but the staff will truly go above and beyond! I come here often and they always help me find exactly what I was looking for! I've even had to borrow a cell phone because mine died! Two weeks ago, I ran in while in a hurry, and I accidentally locked my keys in my car. The owner used his own AAA to help my friend and I get our keys and get home!!!! If I could, I would give a 10/5

Awesome place with some really well priced products. Staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable. They even have a rewards program where you can accumulate cash back and even happy hour. This has become my favorite dispensary in the city!

This place in my new go to shop. The environment here is so modern and cool it feels so unique. Im new to cannabis but knew I wanted something extremely potent to help with my pain so I picked up the strongest vape they had. It was a Heavy Hitters indica and WOW does this thing work. The budtenders in this store are beyond professional--they helped me pick exactly what I needed to relieve my symptoms! I've been using the cannabis oils they recommended for a few weeks now and feel great for the first time in a while. The space looks more like a cosmetics store than a dispensary and the levels of service and expertise are excellent. I highly recommend Chronic Pain Relief Center, especially to first-timers!

Chroniccccc!!! I love these guys!!! The shop itself is gorgeous!!! They even have a parking lot! Which is pretty hard to find here in Long Beach! The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable! I love going there sometimes just to talk to the staff, they make you feel like you've been friends forever and they are super knowledgeable!!! Great customer service. It was my first time, I ordered online and it was quick and simple. Got some Larry og. When I got home it looked a little light. Sure enough both my 8ths were short. Both were 3g. Very disappointed seemed on the old side too.

First time patron to any dispensary, Michael my bud tender was fantastic! He explained the items I was interested in and answered all my questions throughly. Also as a Vietnam war vet he took the time to thank me for my service, trust me it's a Big Deal. Chronic will receive all my business and referrals, they made this Old man feel like there were no dumb questions. Major props to this first class establishment.

My first visit was last Friday, the young lady that helped me was very knowledgeable and helped me find the right vape and drops for my son.  My sons vape ran out and I called today asking about the product, I had given the wrong info but they researched and called me back.  I was able to pick up another today.  Very professional staff.  Reasonable prices for quality products.  They do offer Early Bird and Happy Hour discount and first time customer discount.  This will be my go to spot.  Thank you!

The place is very professional. Very good atmosphere, knowledgeable staff and prices are extremely reasonable.  Security knows and does his job very well and I don't think the management will allow their security to cross the line. Very highly recommended, seeing is believing.

This place is awesome. My girl loves this place...... Never a dissappointment. Staff is nice and the security guards are chill. THis is almost the only dispensary we go to. Good stuff and good rates for discounts. HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone!

Stumbled upon this place and was not disappointed with their in store operations. Store was clean with clear distance markings everywhere. There were several Sani stations and everyone was wearing a mask or behind plexi glass. Parking lot is well maintained by a super friendly security guard, and made my walk from car to store much more comfortable. The super cool woman, that does her own tattoos, at the front desk checked me in and even offered me a first timer coupon! Everyone inside was busy helping others, but the cashiers wave you down when they are open. The other woman that helped me, and her coworkers were kind enough to find a specific product in the back for me. Whole experience took like 20 minutes. Wish they would have accepted card but I understand the whole tax issue with that. All in all, I recommend this place!

I've e been to this business numerous times and it basically seems like it's a hit or miss for customer service with certain bud tenders there, the flower is decent majority of the times, Prices are fair, however this last time, I would of appreciated the employee not remove her mask and wipe her nose and then continued helping me without cleaning her hands or sanitizing, almost like if there was not a pandemic? Not only for customer safety, but also her own as well. I didn't find that safe or funny If it was a joke. Not the time to be funny. I've lost family to this virus. So I take it serious.

I love going here! The staff is always super friendly and the people here ACTUALLY know what they're talking about, from explaining what strains will help with what, to the differences in brands. I'm pretty dedicated to this place as my partner and I have been going there since basically the opening of this dispensary so maybe I'm biased, but we've tried going to other places and nothing really compares to not just the prices, but the quality. In addition the building itself is very clean, sleek and professional. Lastly their customer service is pretty on point. While they're very quick, they're also super personable. Last time I was there I said I needed something for my partner's arthritis. When I checked out, the guy helping me said that he "hopes he feels better soon!" And it was very genuine. I told my partner who it was (I don't remember his name!) but he said he's been helped by him before and he's always that genuinely nice! So to the dude that's tall with glasses and wished him well, thank you! I'll get your name next time! All to say though that this isn't the first time we've ran into great customer service there. We have a few other favorite budtenders, which isn't common considering dispensaries can be notoriously known for not the greatest help. You'll get a ton of help from this crew! They also look out for you. If you're looking for quality strains but don't want to spend a ton (because taxed cannabis can be expensive) they'll give you honest opinions. Other fun details:They're dog friendly! We've taken our dog here and she's always been welcomed with big smiles. They have an easy check out counter where you can put your order in online and pick up in person. There's an ATM inside. I feel like they're always doing great deals as well, from their happy hours to brands visiting and giving a discount for purchasing. They have a loyalty program. In general I don't spend a ton of time waiting in the lobby to be admitted. That's it! I recommend this place to anyone in Long Beach! Oh and make sure to hop on over to Santa Fe Importers afterwards. It's basically next door.

I stopped in a few weeks back to grab some supplies for a camping trip. Youre not allowed to touch the product as youre picking  out what you want so you can't get a real good feel for what youre grabbing other than what the label claims. im fine with all of that...people working there are all super cool. Upon arriving at the campsite I find this flower is over 8 months old and has been sitting on the shelf for who knows how long. This isn't a big deal either, this stuff happens. The problem arises when reaching out to them both via email and phone. Nothing, ghosted. Zero response on post purchase customer service. There are so many rad places to buy what you need these days...actually...so many great products to choose from these days. The only real way to stand out in this retail/service based economy is to sell good product and stand by it. These guys failed to respond to a person who was looking for normal run of the mill customer service.  If you can't get the bare bones basic service to your customers, expect to lose them and any potential ones who read reviews about you.

I highly recommend this location if you're looking for kind & knowledgeable employees. My daughter recently had major surgery and was prescribed Norco. She did not want to take this med and wanted pure CBD. Mind you this was all at 9pm and licensed locations stop all transactions by 9:45pm. I spoke to two staff members who were informative and let me know their policy up front. I raced down there from HB but my ETA showed after 9:45pm. I arrived within a min. From the security, to the front office, Manager, to the associate at the counter, nothing but kindness and understanding. Their flexibility, professionalism, and their stocked items was very impressive. I had to make sure everyone I dealt received my gratitude. I have bookmarked this location and will now make it my top favorite.

First time stopping in today! First off the parking is great and like that it's cleaned up and well maintained. My husband is a big fan of Whoa si whoa & this was the only place that had it. Customer Service was awesome and was in time for Happy Hour & First Timer discount so of course I had to buy more. Alien Labs was our first time trying it out and it's . And of course he's going back soon since our other spot is down. Got hooked up with some goodies as well.

By far the friendliest staff I have ever come across at a shop. I have been going here for over a year now because they have the best prices, the best variety of products and the best staff. I never leave here disappointed. I wish I could name every staff member and shout them out for always being so kind. I love this place. Having the tax included in the price really makes it easier and makes for the best prices in town. All the staff is great. Skye in particular is always knowledgeable and friendly. Always appreciate a genuine person and good conversation. Will come back as long as the doors are open ?
