Every time I go here something happens. Once their security guy was racist and rude. Once they let a person who was after me in the waiting area to get in before me. Last week I purchased a disposable vape pen but the product quality was as low as the battery didn't support the half gram to the end. So I returned the pen to the store and they didn't accept it because more than half of it was used. So what? You charged me for the full product so you must be responsible for its whole things and issues. How come you don't give me %10 off on the product but when I return it with 10% usable oil in it you don't accept? 10% of the cartridges were smokable but the battery didn't survive. The same thing happened with my Medmen purchase and they accept the return without any questions. So I won't give this place any business anymore and I will definitely support Medmen over this place. I'm sure you also like to support businesses that do the job right not these types of stores that don't know anything about loyalty and customers. Keep your regular & local customers happy.

Very high prices compared to most. Most of weed is dry. Call concept of a place but need to lower the prices. Plus there is no first time if anything no discounts no deals

Before coming to King's Crew the first time, my friend described it to me as "The Sephora or Apple store of weed". She was not lying. It's the cleanest, well-lit dispensary I've ever been to. The staff are knowledgeable and have great recommendations from personal use. There's daily deals that change every calendar month and free tacos with any purchase every Tuesday from 11a - 2p. It's the best way to brighten up your day.

This was my least fave experience in a cannabis shop. - Long wait lines- Weird parking - The associate followed me around like hand and foot and it was INCREDIBLY annoying. Like, yes, I have questions but please leave me tf alone. Everything is in glass, I can't steal anything maam. If this is a thing with yall at least tell us. I literally walked in she said hi and stared at me and didnt mention that (esp as a new guest). They only accept debit which is weird. Please explain this upfront. Also, I ended up paying so many fees! $38 for products why was I charged $53 dollars?  THIS IS WITH A 10% DISCOUNT. This place is a fucking rip off. NEVER coming back here.

I've debated this between a 3 or 4 star review. Probably 3.5So this is going to be an honest intake as I see a lot of people getting upset over things like prices which was apart of the deal when it became recreationally legal. Can't fault them for what you most likely voted for. The people here are always very friendly. And their prices, frankly, are typical. Even a bit lower than most places in the area. However here's where I have an issue. Their waits are insane. Granted there's rules in place that need to be upheld. But even though wait times are subjective, telling people 10-15 minutes when it's clearly 30-45 minutes to wait to get in is a bit ridiculous. Especially when everyone is being eaten alive by mosquitos. Secondly, when the wait is clearly heavy, the idea that people (who clearly do not care about everyone else waiting) that are lollygagging sucks. I understand employees want to provide service, which is good and they do provide it well. But, for the 8+ people waiting half an hour being bitten by bugs, is not exactly great service either. It'd be far more efficient to take in consideration customer turnover as well. Give service but move people along.

I moved to SoCal about a year ago and out all of the dispensaries I've been to, this spot is definitely my favorite. The product is great and the staff is amazing, all the way down to security. There's one individual that stands out, her name is Lyanne.. Every time she's there she takes her time with helping me find the perfect strain that fits with my mood and what I'm looking for. Very knowledgeable when it comes to the product. I'll definitely be back for some kiva products and possibly more. Keep it up!

The kings crew staff never ceases to amaze me, they are always going in extra step or two to make sure we as consumers feel like family when we walk out of their establishment.  It's always a pleasure to work with them in store, fast curbside, and now for the first time I'm using their delivery service. Tip tip hooray, really appreciate you guys :-) keep up the good work guys and gals!

My first time going to kings crew it was very good they were a little busy but the front receptionist was very polite she was telling everyone about the wait cuz they were low on budtenders but my experience overall is very great love how you can see the wax up close go to catalyst very often and loved it way more then catalyst.

So I guess I've been living under my rock for quite some time now because I didn't realize that places like this were in existence. Well, I'm not a consumer so I guess it makes sense that I wouldn't know much about this business although I do remember something on the news about Girl Scouts selling cookies in front of a Cannabis shop? Anyway. I was driving down 7th and noticed a nice, new looking building with an amazing interesting name and I thought it was an eatery so naturally my curious nature led me in and I had some sort of wakening lol!I was carded at the door. Ok, I forgot to dress up because I didn't realize I was at a club. 3 steps later I was ID'd again. I hardly look under 21 but anyway .. the lady asked if I was a "return visitor"? Um. No. First time. She said I would get a "tour" (ooh, I like free tours). What brought you in today"? I said, the "pretty building" so she let me in and probably thought I was already high. Haaaahaaaa!I love food so I was Immediately drawn to the edibles (that's what they're called, right?). $18 for a candy bar?! I can go to the 99cents store and get like 40 candy bars for that price and if I eat all of them I would probably be high off of the chocolate- just sayin'.I have nothing to compare to since this was my first time in a cannabis shop. I will say that the place was very organized, clean and shiny. It looked very upscale - like the Louis Vuitton of cannabis. I don't know how people afford this stuff? A couple of the employees did come up to me and ask if I needed any help but I definitely didn't get the promised tour which was a bummer because I had no idea what half the stuff was.

Shout out to my girl Emily Wang who graduated from CSULB  because she is the one who introduced me to this place and I have to say, I enjoy it very much. First timers get 20% off their entire purchase! They check your ID outside , and when you enter before you fully reach the weed lair. And When you do, it is clean, sleek and modern. You're welcomed once you enter and the display they have for their products is actually like walking around a museum LOL. I liked how all my questions or concerns being answered, they have TACO TUESDAY outside their shop and ALSO some cool deals EVERY DAY listed outside their shop so u can see deals of the day. I got edibles, 2 joints, 1 bag of grass (bless), and a beer infused with weed for my guy Tuan, grand total of around $50. NOT BAD I shall say, but I enjoy this place because of vibes and detailed explanation/ marketing. Nice nice .

Always love coming here because their setup is so nice and easy to walk thru. They are always ready and willing to answer questions! I have only checked for their edibles, but aim to take a closer look at the flower selection, once COVID-19 gets under control. Their displays are very clean and easy for you to see what you are going to get.An employee will walk and talk with you as you tell them what you want. They check it on the tablet and add everything to your cart. Once you are ready to checkout, they go get your items and you continue your checkout at the register.

Decided to stop by this place because we were coming from Vegas and noticed they were advertising 20$ eights, compared to Vegas dispensaries this place was heaven! The staff was extremely knowledgeable on all the product and was able to help my group each find a strain that is best suited for them. I cannot stress how amazing this staff was. From the bouncer to receptionist to the people helping us decide what we want to the cashier. The prices are great and they offer a 10% discount to people who are shopping with the for their first time. Came in for a couple eights and left with so much more at a great price

Kings crew is awesome. I'm new to smoking weed. I was just diagnosed with fibromyalgia so I use it for pain, and I call in my order once a week. I am still learning what to order, and kings crew staff always helps me out, and are so patient with me! Delivery times are great too! Love them!

This is now my go to place. I have tried several shops in LB, and this is my favorite. I don't go anywhere else and I drive past almost all the other local shops to get to King's Crew. It's the furthest from me, but worth it. Tuesdays between 11 and 2pm there is a free taco truck with proof of purchase and they offer student discounts. I appreciate their delivery service for when I can't leave the house. I really feel like all the employees generally care and they have never been pushy. They listen to me, they share suggestions, and help me find what works for me.

This Shop is Awesome!! Staff is Friendly And Knows their Stuff. I was referred to this Shop because i Was told they Carry GL420 Diamonds but When i Got there they Didn't Have it. The Budtender told Me they Would Be Getting it Soon tho because the 5Carats is the Best!!!

I have ordered over the phone twice and both times were excellent experiences. The girls that helped were so patient in making sure I got the best and correct products in my price range. Thank you King's Crew for having a huge selection and for giving the best service!

Says they close at nine, they close at 8:50. Who does that... Never coming back. Selection is decent, but not worth the frustration of driving all the way to this location and then discovering they decide to close before their closing schedule. Not much more to say other than poor customer service or complete lack of adhering to their own stated policies. If I hadn't wasted my time coming here, I could've gone to one of the many reputable locations in Long Beach. Instead I chose this location, what a mistake.

Rating: "A+" I had an awesome experience today at Kings. First I appreciate how the entire building was under construction and completely remodeled. When I walked up I was greeted by Ashley. She explained that for credit purchases they needed me to have my cell phone to reduce identity theft, a little weird but okay lol. Maya helped me pick a CBD cartridge. When I paid the text me a pin code... very new tech-futuristic. Pro: great friendly service, prime location, super chill vibes Cons: need your phone to pay credit, prices are  higher than farther but more low key/shady areas.

Wide variety of products to fit every life style. Amazing customer service and friendly staff. Centrally located and walking distance from the college.

I visited Kings Crew for the first time the other day & was very impressed! The security guard outside and the staff inside was super friendly and helpful. The facility was super clean and they have items for every budget, will defiantly be returning soon!

My boyfriend and I came here to check it out we have never been here. The customer service sucks. With 10 employees working and 5 customers. We were waiting too long to checkout. Their associates were just chatting away. Don't come if you want to wait 10 minutes to checkout for one item. Delivery company/dispensary have better wait times and are very attentive to their customers rather than here.

Not a real fan! I know CBD- hemp derived is legal federally! 0.03% legal THC is what I have used for pain and sleep. Here I was challenged it doesn't work unless it's regular cannabis CBD with a much higher THC level.. " it doesn't work unless it has more THC".  I am a cannabis certified RN. This is simply not TRUE!! Period! However the training to sell and up-sale extremely evident! Sorry kiddos! CBD hemp full spectrum does work on chronic pain, and other issues. THEY DO NOT SALE hemp derived CBD products and sale them as CBD! Be carful! You will test + if you use higher THC  products like they sale....the pressurd speech and scripted appearance reeks of corporate trying to make a buck on the cannabis market. Really disappointed in the blatant untruths told to sale products. Go ahead, ask them if they sale Hemp derived CBD with less than 0.03% THC!!!!!!

Maya is my girl!!! She tells me about all the specials on flowers, edibles and cartridges.  Really sweet with an awesome personality. She is a super helpful and patient as well. I like how she takes the time to ask what I'm interested in and also shares with me her favorite products with feedbacks. Excellent customer service!! Thanks, Maya!!Highly recommend!

Nice place, nice people well done super professional. They had a lot of different choices.   I was impressed with how many unique choices they had.  Not much more you can ask for. way better than the one in Belmont shores.  They even had a really good food truck outside.

DO NOT COME HERE - FLOWERS ARE DRY came here with my brother to buy some flower I got 2 8ths and he got 2 8ths also went we got to the car we open the jars all the flowers were dry we went back inside to change our flowers for other fresh but they won't change it or give you your money back I spent 64.55 for bad flower

If you're a true stoner DONT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!So I had been coping 1/8 of the Louie by thc design and last night I got 2 of them (this time neither one had the "for ur protection" seal on them either) and they looked a bit skimp.. I smoked some of one eighth and called them for a refund on the unopened 1/8 AND Cassandra said they'd "work something out" instead I decided to buy a scale and put their word to the test.... sure enough the 1/8 weighed out to 3.0 ON-THE-DOT .. like REALLY??? Shorting me a 1/2 gram after I paid taxes n shit?????? It's convenient cause I live by it but fuck this I'm hitting my trap house only from now on 35 cap... n they try telling u my shop has pesticides well shit if they give me 4 gram 1/8s n talk gimme 3gr 1/8s... that's a whole extra backwood bruh I rather smoke on some pesticides !! Never ever spending my money w yall again.. I swear these "legal" Long Beach shops be more shady than my local trap house.. once time I was short 5$ he let me lay him back and still gave me like 3.9 for the 1/8. Moral of the story: if you're a true stoner DONT GO HERE

The overall experience I had when walking into kings crew was exceptionally amazing for my first time! The place is well kept and the staffers are very friendly! Huge Thanks to Maya she helped me when I stopped and was very informative... Great customer service skills!!!

Love that all the staff is wearing masks. The budtenders were all very friendly and willing to answer any question we had. I would definitely revisit!

Warm welcome when I walked in. It was my first time here and 3rd time in a dispensary. They made recommendations and the process so easy that I will definitely come back!!!

Definitely an interesting layout. I received great help from a nice gal. My issue is with the prices. Compared to another place I frequent in Torrance, these prices were much higher. As in $5-$10 more on many things. That adds up.

Amazing service and great prices. Definitely tops the circle and Medman. The staff is always friendly and attentive. Their flower selection is great, amazing quality!

Fast check in, courteous employees, quick check out. I found Coda chocolate edibles here for $20 versus $25 at MedMen. And I really like MedMen. And was told they have Taco Tuesdays - four free tacos with a purchase. Had a great first experience.

Chris is awesome. Everything is well thought out. I admire how this business is run. Very good establishment. And find Chris next time you drop by. Also they do discounts 15 percent off edibles on mondays. 20 percent off first time customers.

An incredibly beautiful dispensary. The staff is mega nice- Danielle in particular helped us out a lot. She was super knowledgeable and made the experience fun. We will certainly be back. King's crew was the nicest dispensary we've seen in Long Beach... shiny and clean... white and gold, just like I like it.

Over all good experience and every time we have been in the staff is friendly and helpful. Right now with social distancing they are doing a great job overall except on one thing. The woman sitting outside checking your ID is not wearing gloves and handling everyone's ID without using hand sanitizer or wearing gloves.  Beware your ID could have any countless number of persons germs on them now because of this. When I explained to her I am an RN and they are doing great except this one needed improvement she responded with a rude "OK thanks bye." When a Coronavirus cluster is traced back to King's Crew she will be the reason.  Protect yourself and wear gloves when you go!

If you don't have your phone, you won't be able to purchase from them. They'll make you walk back yo your car even if you have epilepsy or chronic pain. Another situation where rules and stipulations interfere with the experience. Go to Lomita for your medicines instead.

Pass. Prime example of corporate mentality trying to get into the weed game. It feels like there is little to no weed experience here. Funky set-up, poor service, confusing- had to order through an automated kiosk, no first time discount, dorky corporate suit & ties guys walking around like it's a martini party in Manhattan beach. There is WAY too much competition doing it so much better. I don't see this place making it.

Always good prices, great location! Friendly staff and always up to date on their products and flavors! Last visit went in and got my regular flavor but Savannah asked me if i wanted to try this other flavor to the same product. Let's just say she hit it out the park!

This review is for Maya! She was a joy and full of information. Her willingness to help and take her time to show me the different products and explain  how they will work for what I needed was exceptional. I'm happy she was there to help me understand the difference between CBN, CBD and the 1:3 ratio cannabis rub. If you're looking for an informative, upbeat person to help, look and ask for Maya..

Vegas Dispensaries just don't cut it in comparison to King's Crew! I got so much high quality  flower for an awesome price! I'll be back when I visit Cali again!

Hi Ryan. Unfortunately I'm going to have to change my review due to some confusion, possibly on my part? I had placed an order for pickup on Friday 9/18. I received a text saying it was ready for pickup. I arrived at 8:45PM and was not able to check in when I parked so I decided to go in, but was told it was too late to get my order. I asked for a manager because I was paying cash and I know that you close at 8:50PM or 9:00PM? The manager that came out asked if I was paying with cash and I said yes I have it on me. He said "ok, let me get someone to come out and help you. What parking space are you in?" I let him know what space I was in and tried to give him my cash since it was 8:48PM and was told you couldn't make a transaction after 8:50PM but he may not have heard that part? But if my order was ready to go it made sense to me that he should have taken my cash at that point since it was still before 8:50PM.  Instead I walked back to my car and he came back out a min or two later and stated "I saw your order in there, but unfortunately we can't do a transaction at this point. I apologize and will have a manager contact you in the morning" I'm not sure what the exact time was when he came out and told me that but I know it was still before 8:55PM. I still have not heard back from a manager. I'm only asking for clarification on your store hours since I'm confused as to why I could not pick up my order when I arrived before 8:50PM? Thanks.

Great spot with a very helpful staff. Found everything I wanted in a quick fashion. On my future visits I would only tell them a price range and the thc content I was looking for and I was helped just as fast and everything they picked out for me was fantastic. I will be going back!

Best place to get $100 OZs of bomb bud. If they don't have one of those then they fersher have a $40 quad that will be fire. Plus they have some really good top shelf selections and waxes and concentrates that arent over the top prices. I love everyone here especially the girl with the pink hair she's dope.

First time here and everyone who helped us out was really friendly and helpful! Cassandra was great in showing us all of the products and explaining the THC:CBD ratios and the different buds. They even gave us a 20% discount because it was our first time! The store is modern, sleek, bright, and open. Overall a very enjoyable experience. Will be coming back here again!

Love this spot! I was a little skeptical my first time but it was super easy. 20% for first time customers! I got a fire 1/4oz thanks to a bomb recommendation from one of the bud tenders! The staff is super friendly and helpful. Spot is clean and modern. This is my new go to place for sure.

This is a great store with knowledgeable staff. Their selection and pricing is great. Also the store is clean and feels high end, which I prefer to some seedy strip mall store. I would highly recommend this dispensary if you are in the area, and I look forward to shopping with Kings Crew moving forward.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. I'm a newbie to all of this and wanted to know more about cbd products. All of their staff was able to provide me with information. The staff makes you feel comfortable and I never felt out of place, even though I was not in my element. The place is very clean and really nice. They have their own parking. I will definitely be coming back.

I've visited the store yesterday for the grand opening it was amazing. Plenty of parking and friendly staff. They hired mostly local people and they are training them up. If somebody didn't know the answer they got a very knowledgeable manager over to help. I will definitely be back! Thanks for the royal treatment!

After trying a few different dispensaries in. Los Angeles Marina del Rey area or downtown Los AngelesI  have decided King's Crew is my favorite dispensary.  Not only is the building design beautiful , the staff are friendly and very knowledgeable and who can beat free Taco Tuesday from 11 to 2 with a drink? Well worth the drive to experience the Long Beach  vibe  I n  full effect!

Love this place! They have the Camino gummies that I love so much. I also like they have .5 prerolls. My friend and I go about once a month and it's not grimy at all like some place we have been. Feels very much like a store and I love that they have someone walking around with you so you can ask questions. Very clean!

2nd time this happened they blew me off with an online order I'm done. How long could it take, still over an hour to have a pre-roll 3.5 gram pack ready for pick up ? Somebody isn't doing their job on the evening of 5-4-21. So I guess the fourth is not with you. You know what neither am I. This is becoming commonplace bad service, so you know what. Kings Crew  I'm going to take my business elsewhere you're fired !

They are so very helpful...it is so clean and well run...plus their prices are so much lower than anywhere else...better service...(actual one on one with a person instead of computer kiosks....).... doesn't get confusing...and they always hav my gummies!!!..Love this place!

Worst dispensary. Came here on Jeeter day and the bud tender gave my bag with over 100. To someone else. I was not given anything for free or even given a discount.

Clean dispensary with a solid variety of products. Reasonable prices. Typically fast service and informative, friendly staff. One of my favorite dispensaries in Lbc.

Was at the Dunkin' Donuts right next to this spot and googled nearest dispensary. Pulled up and it was good vibes. At the time they offered $3 pre rolls which were pretty dope. Appreciated the fact their products were marked a couple dollars less than other spots in Long Beach. Wasn't rushed overall and was treated with respect. Gotta remember to pull back up for taco Tuesday! Def recommend.

I rolled up a couple mins after 9:50 and was turned away saying they were closed. The advertised time says 10:00. The associate claimed last call is at 9:50 and that they were all locked up. So why do you advertise 10:00!??? You should advertise 9:50. Yes I realize I'm showing up 10 mins before closing but I still showed up within the time frame your company advertises its hours. I've been coming here over alll the other options because I enjoy the service I get from the bud tenders. Today that service was not received at all.Kings Crew will no longer be receiving my business nor the business of my friends who've I've all recommended to you (and their the ones telling me I should write this review so I know it's not just my business you're losing). I know for a fact that I've rolled up at 9:55 and still got service. So this just shows whoever was working the night of August 10th was lazy and wanted to go home. If you want to be home then get a different job that doesn't stay open till 10pm (or should I say advertises to 10pm). To management: Please either change your advertised hours or advertise a last call time. Which honestly doesn't make any sense at all as to why you would advertise 10 but actually close earlier. Instead of driving and wasting my time trying to make it to you and spend my hard earned money at your establishment I could of gone somewhere closer, which I will do from now on.

Cool dispensary with helpful staff. Seems like a place you take your time in, they're a bit more strict with filling out a clipboard when you first come in. They also offer delivery which is super fast- so fast it came 2 hours before my delivery window at 9am and woke me up. Love the speediness but wish I could've kept my delivery window. Delivery driver was so sweet though.Note: on their website they state due to local regulation all transactions must be compete by 9:50pm so don't be one of those people who show up late and complain haha.

Bought an already overpriced quarter of herb, i was showed dark purple nugs with heavy trics, only to be given mostly a different strain entirely that was poorly grown/dried and no higher than 17%. They did however throw me one little purple nug as seen in photo attached lol

Kole is amazing ! I hope whomever is reading this gets the opportunity and delight to be helped and chat with this knowledgeable soul! He helped me find the best deal and also taught me plenty about alternative compounds and remedies that are currently trending. Just to give the store a little love I really am impressed by the layout and the different products offered obviously it's like a wonderland if you are advocate nevertheless the brands that I see in here are top quality in a sea of competitive offerings.

I went to visit Cali last year, stayed in a motel in Long Beach not know right across the street from the motel was king's crew! It's one best experiences I've had in a dispensary. The crew was awesome, they answered all my questions and they were all very happy!! I loved it and I will be back really soon!!!

Bought an already overpriced quarter of herb, i was showed dark purple nugs with heavy trics, only to be given mostly a different strain entirely that was poorly grown/dried and no higher than 17%. They did however throw me one little purple nug as seen in photo attached lol

I went to visit Cali last year, stayed in a motel in Long Beach not know right across the street from the motel was king's crew! It's one best experiences I've had in a dispensary. The crew was awesome, they answered all my questions and they were all very happy!! I loved it and I will be back really soon!!!
