I would give no stars if I could, this shop's manager was so rude and disrespectful to me. So about last week I bought a cartridge 1g from here and I finally opened it today, I screw it on to my pen and take one hit and it starts to leak, long story short all the wax leaked out so I payed 60 dollars for a defected cartridge oh well as a returning customer I thought I'd go in tell them what happened and they'd give me an exchange or at least some store credit but nope turns out the manager said she couldn't do anything about it because I didn't open it right away and test it but why do I have to open it right away and test it when all the testing gets done before the cartridge even arrives at the shop plus I told her that's something they need to do on their side check their products or at the least mention it to their customers to check the product before it leaves the store but she said no "I don't believe you, there's nothing I can do about it, there's nothing I wanna do about it" and told me to leave her property so I said but I still wanna buy something and she just gave the security a look and he tells me to get out and leave the property, mind you I'm not even being confrontational or anything, anyways I leave the shop and get in my car and I receive a phone call, I'm on the phone for about 5 min when the security guard comes out and this time another security guard is with him and they walk up to my car and tell me to get the fuck out the property or they are going to arrest me and fuck me up and if I don't leave they would call the cops, If this isn't a prime example of a manager being on a power trip and acting like she's entitled to more than she is and completely being unprofessional than idk what is, I really hope I can speak to the owner or someone else that's higher above that manager. Overall what a bad experience and such a bad shop, wouldn't recommend anything about it at this point.

Undoubtedly the best dispensary in Long Beach.   Very welcoming staff.  The bud tenders are friendly and so very helpful.  Excellent prices and I've shopped around. A wonderful business, extremely professional in all aspects.

I love this place, I have been treated fairly and they have some good deals on rove carts and that's what I like ! The staff is always friendly and try's to make me happy!

Very pleased with the selection of flower and everything else. Although I miss the Vet CBD, the manager has helped me find a nice alternative that has worked wonders and much better. I've been loyal to your company by shopping at the Santa Ana location for years but ever since I moved, Long Beach is my new favorite storefront. I love the staff (very down to earth and honest about product). I don't feel like I'm being forced to by something like I have in the past at your other stores. I like how I made a product suggestion to the buying manager one day and the next time I came to shop, the product was there. I can tell this location really cares about the customers and what they want to consume. It's also nice seeing diverse & staff. What sets you apart from the other locations is the range and quality of the buds. You have the affordable and some high end stuff. Lime, Urban Blaze, Maven and Ball Family Farms, are definitely my favorite brands that you carry. I'm just happy overall that your business is in more than just Orange County and Ventura. I can finally get some From The Earth in LA County. My friends and family also love it here too, keep up the great work and keep the deals coming. I know 420 is gonna be epic.

This is hands down the best shop I have been too.It is nice and clean and looks great on the inside and outside. They have a variety of cannabis products. I took my dad in to help get something for his knee and back pain. My dad has always been skeptical but the product specialist was extremely helpful and answered all of the questions my dad had and helped guide him to the best product for his needs.The staff helps make the experience memorable and welcoming. They made our trip there super easy. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this shop to everyone.Thank you From The Earth

Don't go to this establishment they will steal you blind they will sell you faulty product and not offer you a refund if it breaks only a  mearly 20 percent off when you spend over a 100.00$ dollars in their establishment there staff is rude they will lie and say we will call you back and they don't they will offer you a discount before purchase and they total price will come out.  nearly the same  they lie lie lie to push  their product down your throat with a Dissing disappointing conclusion of your product yeah has one you're right tdissing disappointing conclusion of your product don't buy buy from this venue because their products are Not safe nor does it taste good

I came looking for a topical CBD cream for my wife. She was in a car accident a few years ago and still gets pain in her back from the accident. I was greeted and assist by Bianca. She was very nice, polite and knowledgeable. She made some really good recommendations on some Papa & Barkley CBD creams and they worked like a charm. Thanks to Bianca, we will definitely continue to shop at From The Earth for the foreseeable future.

So I went to From The Earth because my girl Bee worked there and she knew her shit and always was customer driven. So I come into the store one day... she isn't working but a tall, skinny pale guy  helps me with my order. I wish he didn't.One, he was not paying attention and seemed to be reciting lines or acting. Two, pretended to know what he was talking about when he clearly didn't, and 3... here's the one that's unforgivable.I just got out cash at the atm before coming in. When I gave him my cash for my order which was $100, he wouldn't take one of my bills. I said," I just got it out the ATM." You could see the bill was discolored but it was a legit bill. He said he can't take it. He didn't even check it with a marker. At this point, I was so confused that he looked at me and said, "so what's the problem?" with this big shit eating grin. That was it.He gave me my total and I went to Catalyst which took my money and had a better selection. Fast forward 2 weeks and I decided to twice then another chance. The experience was much better. The bud tender was awesome and the tall skinny pale kid was nowhere to be seen. BUT...My girl Bee is no longer working there so I will definitely be suggesting anywhere else in Long Beach. If you don't want to waste your time for them to say they won't take your money... do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Also, there's a special room to sell their curated flower... I will say if you don't know anything about Cannabis, this shop could work for you. Otherwise, save yourself the headache.

I was extremely impressed with this dispensary. I am by no means an expert or regular user of cannabis so going to one of these places is always a little intimidating given how seldom I partake. I've also had a few bad experiences with certain cannabis products and their chemical ratios. I rely very heavily on the guidance of knowledgeable associates which were in no short supply here. The facility is super clean, bright, and welcoming. The staff is equally bright and welcoming. I felt put at ease from the start. I wasn't there long because they knew exactly what kind of edible products would meet my needs. I got one pack of gummies and one chocolate bar. One has the right concentration for a relaxing night while the other can take the edge off of anxiety-inducing experiences. I wouldn't hesitate to come back and am so appreciative of their services.

I have to admit: over the past few months of living in just the *dumbest* timeline, weed has really been a savior, stress-wise - so when I saw a new dispensary had just opened relatively near me (and with a generous discount program for first-time customers!), I figured I should check them out at some point, see how they compare to the other local places I've been shopping at recently. But when I also discovered they carried my favorite weed-mints (Satori), that I fell in love with at Haven, who recently *stopped* carrying, "at some point" turned into "right away". So I was there a couple weeks ago.Walking in is a little weird - their lobby area is really nice, but they have a security guard right inside the door, *before* the lobby, who asked me to take everything out of my pockets and waved a metal detector around, before they even ran my license! (And the security guard was your bog standard, gruff rent-a-cop, wearing a completely legitimate heavy-duty mask, making it hard to hear, which was sort of awkward!) It sounds like they've had a problem with burglaries recently, which doesn't look fantastic for the neighborhood, but makes the security make total sense, anyway. Once I got to the lobby, though, and was interacting with their *employees*, everyone was extremely friendly, definitely felt like they really enjoyed their jobs and really wanted return business and happy customers - I felt extremely welcomed, regardless of how much I ended up buying. (I did make it clear that I was mostly there for the mints this time, but fully intended to come back next time for more - because it's 20% off your first visit, 30% off your second, and 40% off your third! Though also btw, if you live within 5 miles of them, after the third visit, everything is always 15% off.) Though it is sort of funny, with how much the city taxes weed, if everything else were equal, Green Room would always have a huge discount even at full price, because they're the only place I've seen that pays your full tax! (Other than some of their prices are great, and some of them are inflated and it works out, you just have to know which are which. But those were my two favorite places in LB, Haven and Green Room - now I have three favorites!)Of course, not everything is always equal, and even ignoring the 15+% discounts on everything, prices here seemed darn competitive, ranging from pretty reasonable to darn cheap (for instance, I haven't tried them yet, but they have $12 full-sized bags of gummies that look pretty quality.) That and, as I mentioned, I was mainly here specifically to buy more Satori mints, which nobody else in the area is selling right now! (I'm not only turning into a edibles connoisseur, I'm also a bit of a connoisseur of mints, and Satori's are not only some of my favorite edibles, but literally also some of my favorite mints. I also love that they're only 2mg each!)  Anyway, the fact that they carry them and Haven doesn't anymore, means I'll be back here just to continue to buy those mints - but even if Haven did have them, I've also never seen them as cheap as they are here, only $14.40 at full price! (Or again, $12.24 if you live within 5 miles of their address!)Didn't buy any fancy flower this time, though they certainly had an interesting assortment of nice-looking brands, some of which I haven't seen elsewhere, for reasonable-looking prices - but why buy $40+ flower at 20% off when I could come back and get it for 30-40%? I absolutely *can* comment on their prerolls, though - they're legit. Whenever I'm at a new place these days, I always like trying the cheapest "house" preroll to see how much they care about quality - here, I got a 1g preroll for $6 before discount, which wasn't the *absolute* best flower I've tried, but it was WAY better than you'd probably expect for that price. So that's two things I'd definitely be back here for regardless of the new customer discount. I will say, I can't wait until dispensaries don't have to jump through such stupid hoops to access banking systems - it sounds like they were having issues with their processing system when I was there, so I couldn't use a credit card, but it also looked like when it working fully, they charge a 6%(!!!) credit card fee. I could've used a debit card and only been charged 3.5%, which is still stupid, but again, I feel like they're probably just recouping the cost of all the hoops they have to jump through, so until Washington gets their act together weed-wise and joins the 21st century, just bring cash!

Best dispensary in LB, possibly LA! Always good deals. Stellar staff. Chris is very kind, friendly, and helpful. Definitely would recommend.

Please buyers beware!!! This company is unethical. Sold me some dried out weed that's overpriced. They said that I could not refund , but hey I can keep the dried out weed that has lost potency and suffer chemo?! I would not recommend this company to anybody they don't care about you just money and will scam you. They have no sense of empathy and treat people badly with over exhorted authority.

This place is awesome and so is the staff. The girls are really cool and pretty. The security’s are dutiful and chill. Been here many times and won’t stop coming anytime soon! ??

Taylorteepen was lovely, showed me what I had gotten to confirm my order was correct and rang me up at the register. This was all within the course of 5 minutes and only took this long because of the fun conversation we were having. I love this place and many of its employees ??

The outside was clean and in a convenient location just off the freeway. Own parking area. The inside was immaculate, well lit, great displays and not over crowded. Jacqueline was very knowledgeable and walked me through all the products I was interested in as well as suggesting others. Thank you very much and I will definitely be returning!
