I barely found out about this place as I drove by on 4/20 and seen a taco truck and large crowd outside.  The dispensary is nice, very clean, has an armed guard for security, and the staff is very professional  My only downfall is the place is definitely more on the expensive end of the spectrum.  A good example is the THC spray I usually buy at other places, which has 1000mg per bottle costs about $80-90 at other places, this place sells a 500mg bottle for $60 which is price gouging.  Since i'm mixed on reviews, i'll split the rating at a 3 to be fair.

My favorite dispensary.  Clean. Super friendly staff and knowledgeable. This is my go to spot for any need.  With various discounts on certain products each day, you really can't go wrong here.

First time coming to this place. I was looking for a CBD oil for pain. IThe associate was helpful in describing the different options and suggested a great option. I have been using it for 2 days and it has greatly reduced my pain.  The place is cash only so be aware. Parking is street parking and can be difficult. The inside is clean and well organized.

Since I'm a newbie, the staff person was very helpful and asked me questions about what I was looking for and gave me some great suggestions. I felt safe in the facility and the products were good. I will definitely be back.

It smells so good in here...now for my review~~~There are so many dispensaries out there and finding one to suit your needs can be a challenge. I found this place on weedmaps and I chose it because it was local and open late even on Fridays. I rely on cannabis due to medical conditions that are beyond my control.  This place is located right off the 91, cherry exit. Very easy to find and lots of parking out front.Check in is easy, all that is required is an ID. I have a medical recommendation but as I understand it, they no longer need that but it's good to have.The guard here was extra nice as were the workers out back.Selection is good and prices were just as good, I believe I got a discount which always helps.In and out of there within 10 minutes, I already knew what  I wanted and while browsing, I saw other stuff I will purchase next time.You definitely won my business as my other recent shopping experiences at other dispensaries were not good.Thank you once again!

I took my mom here for the first time lol. And she liked it . Up the street from our place and looked super nice inside . (Outside is definitely sketchy). 20% discount for first timers so we spent about 20 each on some edibles.Also The staff is super chill and didn't rush us since we're newbs which obviously they could tell by our many many questions.

Its a great location with very friendly staff, it just little over priced but the product variety and quality are good

Customer service is great!It's more expensive than most other places.(Examples: The green goddess in Venice, and Go Green Berry).The vapes run out extremely quick. They're in an urban neighborhood with an all white staff. Seems a bit weird.It's literally one block from my house and I will never go there again.

The staff was very helpful and friendly towards my mom who suffers from rheumatoid arthritis in her knees. She's very old fashioned and religious so she was wary about marijuana products. The staff member suggested she try an ointment and a tincture for nighttime use so she could rest without pain.  Well guess what.. my mother is now an avid CBD/THC user.

Came today to get an Select Elite Live Resin Vape. I had someone go in since last time I used my ID was here last September its been missing since. I told her if they didn't have it come out. The girl that works there not only has an attitude problem  but sells her a Raw Garden 0.5 Half Gram For $50. What a ripoff short of selling counterfeit cartridges this is the worst ripoff I've seen. There are so many better places to go. BTW ended up getting My Select Elite Live Resin 1.0 One full gram for $50. Never again will I ever come to this Dump. No selection of vapes weed isn't all that not for $80 plus $10 Tax avoid avoid avoid

Always have my favorite stuff I need for a good price and regardless of the deals they have will will continue to be a customer

Such a clean, beautiful space. The staff is knowledgeable and super friendly. Though I do love the old dispensary I used to frequent, I think this place has stolen my loyalty. It's a bit pricier than most places, but it's more than worth it.

Sucks too pricey not even that good of weed and sucks because it's so close to my house

Helpful staff with great product line. I'm only in to edibles and vape bc of my travel and living quarters. Can't speak to the flower. Wasn't a huge fan of the mints they carry but the belts were on point.

I never did my review from months ago. But they sold me some CBD cookies that were expired and refused to give me a refund or let me exchange the item. The manager told me they probably received them from the manufacturer already expired. Huh? Not my problem. I called the manufacturer, as well.

Super sad to write this review. Everything here is great. The girls are super friendly and helpful. The guy that takes your money is a sweetheart. I have been going here for awhile now. I buy the same thing every time. I refer people here. I went today and they raised the price of the strain I get. It was only 5$ but come on. When you see the cars these people drive the 5$ seems super irrelevant. I won't be back. So sad.

Visited this dispensary for the first time and it didn't disappoint. Got myself a stiiizy and an 8th of lemon banana. Not only do they have everything you need when it comes to cannabis but their flower is top shelf! The price is a little steep but nothing to complain about. I'll definitely be back.

I absolutely love this place. Very professional. The girls that have waited on me are very helpful. Been here a couple of time, customer service never fails.

When I needed them last year they were so kind & helpful ~ I had never been in an establishment like this, but even without comparison,  this is a clean and organized place with pretty ladies that were really nice to my husband & I. The security guard is nice & the only downside is the bar nextdoor (super popular, so parking can be difficult)Top notch product at every price point...for those who regularly enjoy thc products this place is great.

This is my local dispensary and they're great! They always have a fantastic selection, fair prices, and the staff and security are super friendly! I also gotta give a shout out to Bay for always being so nice and knowledgeable and helping me find what I need! Nice to go to a place where they know your name!

Love this place but lately the customer service has been under par, the last time I was there, it felt like I was bothering the woman helping me, she just kept pointing at the board, without looking at me when I would ask questions. I walked out and went across the road to Heaven, night and day in the customer service experience. Sad when your favorite place has lost it's customer service. You would think with such high prices the customer service would be top notch.

Was referred to this spot from another place I use to go to! Omg they hooked us up with the Top Shelf Whoa si Whoa  I got so much for the price I pay for a eighth at my local spot. Worth the 20 min drive. Best Shit ever! Have not smoked anything but Top Shelf.

This place is like an oyster - rough & unattractive on the outside yet wonderous with a potential pearl within. Granted, the actual store front is descent. It just doesn't feel real comfy walking out of here after dark with a purse full of merchandise & looking like your not from the local vicinity. Nonetheless, they offer a clean, bright, and *fairly* welcoming environment. The selections are diverse and plentiful. Sure, its skewed towards the brands they carry but their very accommodating. Their eddie offerings are what I go for since massively scaling back on inhaling. Quality is present while pricing does scale upward.As a women, the service is fine. My actual tenders are always cordial but I'll usually initiate and push for convo for their suggestions. The guys that prepare my order never give two fcuks while I stand around awkwardly for them to finish. Not entirely peeved about it all but I wouldn't be mad at them if they were more personable and  customer centric :)LB Collective is legit and has a lot of sick aspects && that's why the generous 4 stars.

I am reluctant to write reviews of dispensaries because the individual experiences are subjective and are also based on a lot of factors not related to the actual experience. But that said, theft is theft. I paid for a product that was moderately reduced in price based on the advertising on WM. But what I got instead was a far less potent product and in the wrong form. I had to go back and all was made correct but my intuition forces me to feel like I was supposed to be a mark (easy to screw). Also, I feel like my intelligence was tested more exactly intelligence insulted. If I'm wrong, sorry. If I'm right, you can thank me later for this review.  I won't be returning will spread my experience with others to be beware. Always check your bag

So, I have never been in the store. I ordered t-shirt online for my Dad's birthday.  They charged my credit card a month ago. I still haven't received my order. Now it is late. I called the store and they told me to send an email. Not sure if I will ever get my order or a refund. I will not be ordering clothes from them again.

I walked in and inquired about the prices and asked why it was cheaper at other places , she basically said I don't make the prices and said go somewhere else! Horrible experience!

This dispensary has a very clean showroom and very professional bud tenders. One of the most upscale dispensaries I have ever been to. Would highly recommend anyone in the LB area to frequent this dispensary. Great pricing and always has sales.

It is secure, well lit, and clean. It stands as a shining example of “pride of ownership”. Although I do not partake, I do live in Long Beach and many neighbors/ associates do partake and they all have nothing but good things to say about this dispensary. Way to go and please keep it up!
