My go-to shop. The budtenders always know about their products and are helpful with recommendations! I spoke with Kat and she informed me about a deal I wasn't even aware of! Great people and consistently helpful.

First time and Never coming back. Showed the tender a pic of a tincture that was recommended to me, he put it in the bag and I payed and walked out. As I was walking to my car I took it out and saw he gave me the wrong ratio from the picture I had showed (1:30 is what I needed and 30:1 is what was given to me). Walked back inside to ask to exchange it and they said all sales are final. Told me they couldn't exchange it and had the audacity to ask me if I wanted to buy the correct one still. They must be HIGH out of their mind to think I would do that. Sure! you screwed me out of $100 and let me give you more money. Yeah, absolutely not. Horrible customer service. Lots of competition in dispensaries so I'll go elsewhere to give my money. Disappointed first customer for sure. Would NOT recommend.

First time in this dispensary today and it won't be the last!! Customer service is A1. Everyone was knowledgeable and super helpful. They recommend products they've tried and all of that. Super nice going places that are chill like this.

WARNING: If you are worried about catching the corona virus then i would NOT come here! Their own security guard stood about 6 inches from the customer in the front of the line with his mask off. I tried to remind him of his mask being about 4 people back nervous for when i got closer to him.  he glared at me, put his hands up and said "im not going to get sick!, the man upstairs (God), he is watching over me!" And he proceeded to ignore me and get back to talking to the man at the front with his mask off, im assuming without the mans permission to be that close to him. Good thing they have tape for the customers and signs telling us how strict they are... really means a lot to them looks like. So before i posted this I wanted to give them a chance to see how they handled it. I dont know their protocol of course but to me that is just unredeemable to have a worker who is blatantly putting your customers in harms way, especially one as aggressive as this guy. Mind you this was my first time here.He didnt even open the door for me because im sure he was still mad that someone tried to tell him what to do since God is ok with him doing what he was doing, OR that is just not in their new protocol. So once i got a manager over, she offered me a 50cent preroll as i told her i was still shaking from that experience. (Really now?)She then said she would go "talk" with him, went outside, came back and assured me he would wear his mask all day... then supposedly made a note on my file for when i come back i can get something else for my troubles today. Nothing actually for today except for me to pay them more money for a cheap preroll... that will really make me feel better to know how safe are being.Do they REALLY think I would put myself in harms away again because they assure me they "talked"to him? I truly hope they take this more seriously. The truth is he is uneducated in what this virus is and the fact that we wear masks to not pass a virus that is extremely contagious and you can have no symptoms, survive just fine. So ya this place hired people who only care about their own personal health.What is really a bummer is the budtender was the nicest! I cannot give this store any more stars though as it was the worst experience i have ever had not just at a dispensary but at any retail shop. I hope the man who had to take this security guards breathe in his face does not catch anything. Long story short, there are sooo many other dispensaries to choose from, be safe out there.

Lyanne was hands down the greatest to me when I came in with such a kind heart. I was not sure what I wanted and she gently and patiently helped me find what suited me best. I asked so many questions and she answered every one with a kind tone.

i love coming here so much dude, the employees are super friendly and as someone with social anxiety i can honestly say i feel super welcome in their shop! budtenders are super helpful, namely Kat who helped me out last time i was in store! definitely my new go-to dispo since i'm new to the area! definitely recommend to anyone interested! plus they have cool rewards system that always comes through!

Docked one star because prices are high for flower, but great selection of edibles and concentrates! Fun pre rolls available for convenience, too. Stop in periodically and sometimes they have cool fan merch boxes from local bands like sublime with Rome! Staff is always super nice, be sure to buy a deodorizing spray from the nice gentleman outside. Sorry for the late review!

This is a very clean and friendly dispensary. Their prices are very reasonable, and the bud tenders are very knowledgeable and kind. This place is pretty near and dear to my heart because it was where I met the doctor who wrote my recommendation. I was nervous and he explained how CBD can help my anxiety and ADD. I came here for the first time and was kind of nerves. The bud tender that helped me was dalena!! She made me feel so comfortable and was very helpful in explaining the products and the difference in each one. I would totally recommend this place !! I appreciate the vibe of the staff and how patient they are to give a great service and deliver a product that fits my needs. I have has a lot of dietary changes for my health and had to cut out a lot of the product offered. Showgrow really took the time in investing into the challenge of me. haha Especially Angeli was awesome!

This place is super clean and nice, along with the staff. Buds are always nice n tasty. Love that this place is only a block away. Dalena has helped me a couple times and always offers over the top 110% customer service. Happy to come back!

I go there there is a promotion for $1.00 you get 6 mini joints -= I get there and this budtender did not know of it - really on your website!  Then I ask her to get someone who knows the special she ignored me.  Then I try to buy Autumn Brands 7 prer-olls for $3.5 oz .well - how do I get a senior discount, first time patient discounts and she tries to charge me 33% tax told her three times it is medical didn't register wind never touched her hair - wanted me to pay $27 for a product that I get a discount on - that is originally $25 and didn't honor my promo o the 6 mini joints for $1 - Obviously I left and writing this so that maybe just maybe someone will train this girl!

Very friendly staff. Everyone is knowledgeable and helpful. I think the prices are fair and they have really good deals.

I SUPPORT  ShowGrow because of their app and their loyal reward program. If you don't have the app I suggest you download it and just for downloading the app I believe  you get anywhere from 10-20% off your order. It's really tough to find a dispensary/company that value their customers and appreciate that we spend our hard earned money at their place of business but Showgrow has no problem showing their appreciation/love  by giving you points with every purchase. These points lead to presents and who the f doesn't like presents?!? If your looking for a solid shop this is where you need to be Keep up the humble business practices and I will always be a customer at LB SHOWGROW

All of the associates here are so helpful! Kind! Knowledgeable! And they actually take the time to explain how everything works. I super appreciate it being that I'm a super newb to grass. O! And the sales on the different days of the week are also awesome! This place rocks in every single way! 1 0 0!

The gentleman that works behind the counter should really think of a position that has no contact whatsoever with customer's.  He's rude, disinterested, rushes you and refuses to offer any additional help besides placing your item in a bag and collecting money.  I've been coming to this dispensary for some time and I've only dealt with him twice two times are more then enough and the reason why I will never be backMy only reason for 3 stars is they do have a great selection it's a bit pricey but there's so much to choose from and most of the bud tenders are really sweet it's just one rotten apple out of the bunch

I've been to this location twice and each experience has been mostly positive. I would give it five stars, however; the second time I came. The girl at the reception was really unpleasant and not very helpful. I explained that the first visit, I had asked about what I needed to prove that my hubby is disabled. The staff the first time had acknowledged that it was an excellent question, however; none of them really had an answer. So they said they would find out and give me a call with the answer. That was fine. But I never got a call. So when I showed up today, and explained what happened to the receptionist. She basically said we needed something from the state that said he was disabled. (Because this time I brought my hubs) so I proceeded to show her the email from state disability that addressed his email and his actual name in the email sent from disability and she said that wasn't acceptable. She then said she needed a paper from the state so I told her I had mail from disability in the car. And she again said that was unacceptable. She said she needed something that stated he is disabled. (State disability letter doesn't count?) she says it has to be signed. So I asked what specifically does she need because every time I suggested something, she would use a different example of something else. (Like a disability ID) uhm... they don't do that... but okay... so I ask again if a letter from my hubby nephrologist would be okay. And she said no.. from the state that is signed... wow so unhelpful. So I just go in and purchase what I need. I placed a reservation through their app (which I think is wonderful) they had it ready and everything. I then asked the bud tender girl that was helping me and she was really understanding about what I was asking. She said she would ask her manager (which I'm pretty sure was like a lead or supervisor) because that girl then told me she would honor the email this time while she gets the information I need from her superior and would personally give me a call tomorrow. THATS ALL I WANT!! Is an understanding. I'm not here to try to trick anyone to give me 10% off for being disabled.. my hubby is. What is 10% anyways when Long Beach tax plus the weed tax on top of that? YOU CAN LITERALLY TELL FROM MY PURCHASES THAT THEY'RE ALL CBD PRODUCTS! I found this placed because they had two options for CBD flowers. Flow Kana brand of Billy CBD and Equinox CBD. However, this week; they introduced Marley Natural brand Trident CBD flower. And this is what I want. CBD flower options for my hubby since CBD tinctures are no longer really effective for him. Anyways.. I'll give this place another chance if I get the answer I'm looking for my hubby. I honestly wished their taxes were included in the purchase but I'll settle if they keep carrying CBD flowers. Just an FYI they are having a special on Marley Natural products that is 50% off right now. I bought their CBD flower Trident and their pre-rolls Jellyfish CBD. The company was there during the purchase, so they gave us two free t-shirts, a lanyard, and a pin. The guy was super informative and gave us his honest opinion to my questions. I love that.

Waited in line for 2hours because of 420. My complaint is for the horrible "customer service". The girl was in a rush answering giving me the rundown on the specials so much that she passed me to another worker. The 2nd girl was even ruder. She was raising her voice at me because I asked her to show me what the specials were. It was my first time buying flower, I didn't know anything and needed help. This was all after waiting another 10 minutes inside with no one asking to help me or even greet me. Never coming back. I also over heard another bud tender raising her voice at another customer a poor old lady.

This dispensary is #1 hands down... The people who work there are so cool. I come in just about every day...lolol no kidding...Glenda seems to be the one who help's me the most there. She is a gem...but all of the people who work there are very nice to everyone. They make you feel welcome...

slowest service ever had me waiting 15 mins in line and then another 15 min inside because they only had one employee then on top of that getting served they didn't even have the check out setup shouldn't that be done  before opening ??? Was late to work because of this misconduct

I have been a good customer at this dispensary and really like everyone there but today I went to get my much needed gummies and they were sold out due to someone buying 2 cases.  Really?  Now people are being allowed to hoard gummies at a time like this.  The budtender said first come first serve, I told her that was bullshit and she just shrugged her shoulders.I send anyone that asks me if I know of a good dispensary, I'll let them know how they do business.

I am writing this letter of complaint to inform you about a bad experience that I had at your dispensary Show Grow Long Beach this past Wednesday 18MAR2020 at ~1641 while visiting to make a purchase.I have been a consumer for over a year, I am generally satisfied with the quality and products provided, overall I have had a satisfactory experience.  However recently I have an issue with the customer service I have received that I can not overlook.  When attending the dispensary I (and significant other) was greeted by the receptionist with a "Hello Honey and Thank You Hon," this is the second occasion this has happened with the same employee.  I have emphasized to the employee that I do not appreciate being called "Hon," or "honey," or "Sweetheart," or any other inappropriate terms of endearment. I would rather be greeted with a simple "Hello," or by my name. Both times the employee argued with me regarding my preference and on this most recent occasion the security guard asked for my ID, and then told me I would have to "accept how the greeters greet me" or "should not come back."  I am a survivor of sexual assault. It is disheartening that my request was handled in this matter.  I did not use foul language or name call in my explanation, I simply re-iterated my dissatisfaction with being greeted with a term of endearment and the reason I felt this way. I would be more emphatic if it were a man addressing me in this matter.The use of terms of endearment by total strangers is not only inappropriate but also- whether consciously or unconsciously on the speaker's part- condescending and demeaning. It reflects an unconscious societal bias against women in general. Sexism and ageism remain a powerful and insidious presence in our culture which are two forms of prejudice that we should not overlook.  It is also illegal in the work place. Terms of endearment are defined as an example of sexual harassment by the US department of the Interior's Office of Civil rights which cites "honey," "dear," and "sweetheart," among the unprofessional expressions. (Civil Rights Act of 1964)Although I feel the receptionist and security guard handled this situation poorly and with disregard, I will accept the suggestion of the guard, I will not come back or make any further recommendations on behalf of Show Grow.  I will not continue to invest in a company who does not respect civil rights, who condones demeaning, debasing, degrading behavior or contributes to prejudices against women. This is not cultivating change.I would like to request that you look into this matter and speak to the staff members about this incident.

I'm not much of a "review" guy but, after recently visiting ShowGrow, I had to make sure to say something. I haven't been to a dispensary in several years. I spent a few years in Seattle and a couple in Hollywood, so I've gotten really high expectations for my dispensaries and products, and WOW did ShowGrow deliver. Glenda was a wonderful guide to reacquainting myself and gauging what the right products would be to fit my needs. I went in with low expectations and I left, frankly, impressed. From the helpful staff to the clean store, it was a 10/10 experience and I can say confidently that this place will get my exclusive business from now on. Thanks, you guys!

Love how safe they've been with covid. Came in a bit hesitant with some questions but Amy was there to help me through the way while being very sweet! Security guard always talks to me making the wait to get in go by so fast. Fav dispensary

The guy that helped us was rushing us like crazy, we wanted to know about certain strains especially since they didn't have any real name brand strains out there - they have their own custom ones. Look elsewhere Jacobs ladder = weak

It's a nice dispensary, but they require your phone number when you show up and immediately start text spamming you within an hour after purchasing. It's really annoying.

Definitely won't be coming back. From the start their check in process is a mess. Then when my fiancé and I tried to pick what we wanted they kicked out my fiancé because they only wanted the person paying in there. The staff here is horrible. Chronic LB is way better! Don't waste your time or money at this spot.

This was the only dispensary I used to go to to buy flowers until last week, and I will never go back there again. I bought $600 worth of vape cartridges (rove brand) one of the cartridges detached from the base and the oil leaked out, and right away I took it back to them. I explained what happened to the guy who works there and right away he said "I think you dropped it " accusing me of being a liar?? I told him "no, I was smoking it and it just detached by it self" he told me let me call the manager for you, I waited the manager for 15 minutes, it's like they run a corporation, and the place wasn't busy, but I waited, finally when the manager came she asked me again what happened and I explained, and she said because I bought this a month ago that she can't do anything for me and that is their policy. I never agreed to this policy and I never read that policy anywhere. Any way, enjoy my money ShowGrow, and I'll never go back there again

This place is freakin amazing!!! From the guys at the desk.. down to cris!! They help me medicated!! Big time!!! I definitely recommend this place!! PLUS!! It's really close to home!! & the prices are really good!! Have been back now many many times!!  I get my regular daily meds from here!!  they seriously help me function!!  Everyone here is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO FLIPPING SWEET!!!  Plus... They give you a free gram every month!! You cant beat that!!This is still the place I go for my pills!! I couldn't function without them!! The have tons of other great stuff!! Great flower, concentrates, edibles, vape pens, & joints!! & much much more!! Show Grow is the place to go!

Everything about this shop is engaging. There wouldn't be a thing I'd change about my experience. My first impression walking into the shop was "wow". It's one of the nicest shops in long beach, and not just of marijuana dispensaries. I've been there a few times and bought a half ounce for $60 each visit. I told the budtender (Veronica?) that I only like strains that don't make me sleepy, help me focus and allow me to be creative. She recommended the sour diesel and it's 100% exactly what I was looking for. Everything about my experience was perfect. Welcome to Long Beach!

First time here & definitely not going back. My boyfriend & I were waiting in line for about 10 minutes & security guard waited till we were about to go inside to tell us only one person may go inside, check in process is very uncomfortable. A waste of money.

New and classy place..clean..very boutique like..think Apple store but for all your 420/medicinal needs.  Staff is very friendly,helpful and knowledgeable..make sure you ask for BRE and lauren..SUCH  dolls... this is a safe and clean place...no jail type doors of pit bull guards..lol or shady people outside..come check it out..PLEASE note that this is a medical dispensary..YOU WILL NEED A VALID DOCTOR'S EVALUATION..MEDICAL CARD..VALID I.D...NOT A RECREATIONAL DISPENSARY!!

My all time favorite dispensary here in Long Beach! From the easy, swift check in (have your ID out & ready for quicker turn around), on to the chill botanical vibe they have throughout their thoughtfully laid out flower room, they really have  streamlined the process to help every customer/patient with their cannabis needs. The budtenders here are a lively bunch who happily welcome you upon arrival and are stoked to show you around and find the cure for what ails you; though I've never had a bad experience - I'm always interested in hearing what Kate, Destiny, London, Maria, Alicia, and Alice are smoking on - they'll always lead you in the right direction! When it comes to the powerful CBD products that make it possible for me to function throughout the month, I make sure to check in with Kelly or Gabby to see what will help me the most. The nicest thing about this shop is seeing the higher ups interact with customers and are consistently out on the sales floor. Horace and Nakisa are often found out helping and, on more than one occasion, have helped me ensure my out of town guests were properly cared for.Finally, make sure you have the app for this shop. Not only do you accrue points for awesome product but you also get details on sales, dope events, and what is in stock to wrock your 4:20

Giving this place 3 stars for the 1st time patient visit but probably won't come back. The guy who "helped" me just seemed so disinterested and asked me 3 times, "Is that all?" as in are you done? in less than a 10minute visit; so I felt rushed to make a decision and get the F out. On top of that this is a cash only dispensary so had to get cash from ATM being charged $5 service. Not a good first visit experience so I'll see what else is around LB.

The main reason this place gets a 5 star rating is the front door security guy named Manny. I have seen people be rude, offensive or even threatening several times and he is always calm and cool and fair. Also nice with great customer service skills. It's not in a great area of town but thanks to him I feel safe and secure to visit and their selection and pricing ok.

If you're looking for edibles, this isn't the place. Bought these orange mints, retail price $18; tax is outrageous! Total was $24 with tax. Everything is overpriced

This is my favorite spot in Long Beach.The receptionist and security make an excellent job at engaging in with the patient making the (walk-in) experience feel both Appreciate & Welcome. The staff (bud-tenders) are organize and knowledgeable about their products, providing a high-level customer satisfaction.

Janae and security guard Renee are THEE BESTEST!!! They were both super helpful for my novice-self!!! Definitely will be coming back. They answered all of my questions and gave their input on what they experienced to help me make a more informed choice. Go to this place for your needs!!!! No where else to go now. They make sure their customer service standards are high! Not to mention the ladies at the front desk are always super cheerful when they greet us. This was my mother in laws first time and she was impressed with everything there.

Was looking for CBD caps , the girl at the front was polite checked me in and said since it's my first visit I could get a discount  but not for CBD why they don't give a discount on this I am not sure? Proceeded to the counters where I was promtly ignored as soon as I said was looking for CBD for pain. Not really set up for CBD they lean towards the  typical stoner than anything else. Would like to have a talk with the owner on how to make it work for people looking for the medical benefit side of the Business, as for now they and a few other legal 21 and over are sorely lacking this side of the Business.

Had a great experience here for first time patient. I went specifically because they are just 7 miles from home and they carry my Brite Labs Pax Era cartriges for a decent price plus the District edibles gummies which are the absolute best. So strong. I got True OG for the Pax Era and it's delicious. We also picked up some kushy punch gummies and some plus CBD only gummies (love those for headaches and back pain) All in all 20% off edibles was a great First time patient special. We will be back.

I absolutely love this place. The people here are so sweet and knowledgeable, and they make you feel welcomed.  I don't normally shop at clinics, but this is the only place I go to now. The tax may be pricey, but you're always paying for quality product.  Have you have any questions, someone will be able to answer them which is fantastic. 12/10 would recommend Also, their mobile app service is the absolute best. Makes things so easy

Nice clean shop, friendly helpful bud tenders and good weed. They also have an app and a rewards system which is why I make the trek to Long Beach every other week to stock up.

Great prices, awesome staff and very informative. On Anaheim Street can't miss it/in the neighborhood. Great products, great merchandising. I really like the different sales, vendors, and suppliers that are supporting different exclusive local brands and their products to the customer front line.

Neona was very helpful. This place has a very large selection, with knowledgeable staff and vendors. I got some tincture to help with my disabled girlfriends pain.

Uneducated employees. Make sure you know what you want! I went into the store and told the girl Exactly what I wanted. I wanted a vape pen that was not to potent. I wanted a pen that would give me a nice head change but would not get me too high. So she sells me a nice vape pen and off I go. I spent $120 in their store to come home to a pen that was so strong. There is no way I can smoke out of this pen. So I call to talk to Sasha who tells me because their  employee sold me ONE OF THEIR STRONGEST VAPE PENS (her words) they would be able to exchange it.  I was thrilled.  So I came down to the shop today only to be told they WONT take it back. Oh and Sasha decided to backpedal to her managers saying she didn't say that. Why would I lie ? And make the trip all the way down here!I understand that on the receipt it says they will only take unopened items but I thought I would call and tell them my situation and they said they would fix it but THEY LIED. If your employees don't know your product then teach them so this doesn't happen. If you came down to my job and I tell you the wrong thing then we will make it right.  That's good business! Update......It's been 5 months since visiting this shop. The owner Mickey reached out to me and when I tried to contact him he never responded. I sent him an email through the email he sent me and a message though yelp.  Guess he was just putting on a "show."

Major Edit! Mikey is the kind of business owner that restores faith in true customer service. He has been kind, communicative and working to make sure that I as a customer feel valued and understood. He stands by the reputation of his business. I'm really looking forward to my next visit. You should definitely give your business to ShowGrow! First the good. This place is immaculate. They have a huge variety of flowers, edibles, vape cartridges and even CBD products. I was able to get a vape battery for only $12 dollars. That speaks volumes that they are providing quality affordable products. The bud tenders are all nice, patient and will walk you around the store until you find what you need or they make great suggestions about new items you may never have tried but fit what you are looking for. They stock Suicide girls vapes, which aren't the easiest to find, so bonus points for that. The "bad". So after I had an amazing 1st time experience I was told to download the app and I could pre-order for a fast and easy check out. Sounds great right? As I'm on the app adding things to my cart I notice they have samples for a penny. Now since the item said sample it didn't strike me as odd that they were priced at a penny as samples are normally free. I assumed they needed to charge the penny due to the nature of this being a cannabis product. I'm ready to check out, submit my order, and then I get a message that my order has to be confirmed. Hmmm....ok. I then received a phone call from ShowGrow basically saying their system is having issues and I can have the items but at full price. Yea...no. I had them cancel my order. It was extremely unprofessional that they would not honor the pricing due to their own mistake. I have a screenshot of my order for proof.  So now I'm confused on how I truly feel. This is either the greatest dispensary based on product/customer service or one of the worst based on ethics, and owning up to mistakes without penalizing the client.

Not going back. Purchased a Stizzy cartridge and realized when I got home that it was the wrong type. So less than AN HOUR later I went back to exchange it and they would not allow me to do so. $70 down the drain. They offered me a 10% discount on a battery that would be compatible but I've already purchased 3 from them - not to mention being a good customer to them in general. I called and spoke with a manager named Andrea  (not sure but it def starts with an "A") and she was not apologetic in the least. Terrible. Really sad that they treat their customers like this. I have never been here. Someone's review said they require a phone number and I'm guessing one of their customers put in a fake number so now they won't stop spamming my phone. I tried to call the location to try and get my number removed but the number they have is out of service. They need to change the marketing strategies, no one wants to receive spam texts.

Been coming in religiously- every Friday- came in yesterday- New face at the front desk, Rude rude rude! Said husband and I couldn't shop together(when again I've been coming every Friday and never had an issue since the pandemic started) Customer service is still a big deal in order to run a good business, where customers will come back when leaving with a pleasant experience!  We will be taking out little $400 that we spend every Friday ELSEWHERE!

Ok services, so so knowledgeable people, excessive on prices and unfortunately they are cash only.  Of course they take more of your money at the ATM and do not provide a cash discount.  Selection is pretty good though and its a clean place.  I have been in here several times and they keep saying they are almost setup to take credit cards, yay sure.

I wouldn't recommend this place to a friend. I went for the 1 st time and had a very specific request. They just gave me something to get out of the way. The request was" I need to be active and without the munchies ". I also told them about my past experience and that I cant be sleeping and eating . The thing is that they didn't asume the responsability , Just offerd a few more options for me to buy. Just saying " I don't know ehy he decided that but we cant  exchange or return a product. This is my experience with the place. Hopefully it will help others before buying here.

This business is awesome. Great way to display their goods and the counter help is very helpful.   They have a wide variety of each product and I know when something is popular it's hard to keep on display.    Please keep up the good work and I'll be a customer forever!

I've been regularly coming here for almost a year now i think! it's a super dope spot in my opinion in long beach. i live right next to The Lift which recently opened but i like the selection and range of products better at SG. I think they have a larger selection of whatever you're looking for! The bud tenders are all cool and friendly i've never had a bad interaction with anyone at SG. Kat served me up today and she was so great and patient and helpful! I actually hope I see her again because I want to ask her if she wants to be friends lol. I had never used any of my reward points before and she hooked me up and gave great rec's for what i was looking for! Thanks for being in LBC, SG!

First time coming here & the bud tender was so sweet! I had so many questions to ask and she was so patient & polite with me. I was having back issues and she suggested so many helpful options! Staff is friendly but man prices are too high. I pretty much paid for an 8th and a joint for 70 bucks! Never again will i go there. Ugh, it hurts me to write this review.First, the store is really nice and the girls working there are nice as well. Parking could be better, but not a big deal.I have been to this location a few times before and was pleased with my prior purchases. I am willing to pay more (around $60 a 1/8 after taxes for top shelf) but expect it to be amazing.I went in today, to pick up some flower. Every sample they showed me was old and crappy, not quality at all (more of a mid-grade). The budtender explained that it was because it was old and they open the jars a lot so it deteriorates the sample. I don't know how I feel about that, I'm not very confident in their prepackages "goods" if the samples suck. Okay then, I will try a gram and come back in a few days if I like it, but they no longer have grams only 1/8ths. So I did not buy any flower.  There are so many other stores to go to, I doubt if I will go back to ShowGrow.Also, why are they no longer on Weedmaps?

Just talked to Flora over the phone and with great customer service she explained to me the new era THC and CBD since I am old school 1987 and we only had Purple weed, stress, Indica and chocolate tide..lol. I can't take the strong high since I get paronoid, bloody eyes, and restless. Thank you Flora I will be in today to get more CBD and a little THC for my issues, thanks!

I have been here a few times and the staff is always friendly and the check-in process is easy! They are often offering a promotion of some sort and I can always grab an edible (drinks and sour gummy belts are my favorites). Pricier than my usual spot, and the tax sucks, but other than that, no complaints about the place!

This is one of the cleanest and nicest shops I've been to which is why I keep on going back, just walking in makes me happy!! They have almost anything you're looking for from edibles to CBD products. Came here over the weekend for One Love festival. Omg it's beautiful and the employees were all so helpful! Too cool. I grew up in the 70's when weed was taboo. Who would have thought you could one day walk into a store and legally buy weed. I remember buying a 4 finger lid for $10. How long has it been since you heard the term "lid"? Great showroom, totally nice people and the smell was amazing!! I wish my Dad was still alive. He would flip out.

Super clean and lovely shop. Great incentive program. A little pricey with the taxes added in...one thing I have seen other shops do is pick up some or all of the tax to offset prices. But other than that, a winner as far as LB dispensaries go.

Clean, upscale decor with bud tenders that are very knowledgeable and friendly. Secure setting that allows you to browse without feeling bothered and shop with all the information you need. It's cash-only but there is an ATM on the premises that has a $3 charge per transaction to get cash.

Every time I've gone in the shop they were pretty helpful and I had always have good conversations one day I came into the shop and they said that the ladies didn't like me and that I was no longer allowed there. Get over yourselves you have to deal with different personalities especially when you are providing medication.

I so so recommend this place!!! Just came here for the first time with my boyfriend and we probably had the most amazing pleasant experience at any dispensary we've ever been to. We were greeted by super friendly welcoming faces, Gabby in particular was so sweet and told us about some deals that were going on! She checked us in fast and so efficiently. When we got in, we got served by Kayla, and she was amazing!!! She's extremely knowledgeable in all the products, and super helpful. honestly love showgrow long beach even more than their santa ana location, which is hard. the staff are incredibly nice at both locations and the weed is still really good at both. but the decor at this one: SO. FREAKING. CUTE !!!the wallpaper is to die for. best dispensary tbh. smells really good inside. i've been twice, and actually, the second time it was a little too bath and body works. still beats smelling like crap like a lot of other dispensaries do (and I'm not talking about cannabis either). mikey helped me here and he was a joy. he helped me find both the right cartridge and edible because the selection was a little different than santa ana (they had some extra things here). I seriously love this shop and I'll be back for sure!

Long Beach needed this! I have never been to a dispensary this nice before. From the reception area to the actual budroom, I felt like I was in a spa! Everyone was so knowledgeable and were actually able to tell me the effects of the product. Customer service is definitely top notch, these bud tenders really know how to make the customer feel at home. The flower was superb. I went with the Private Reserve. I felt like I was on a cloud! I would definitely recommend!!! This is my new spot for sure!

Finally got a chance to come here after frequenting their Santa Ana location. They have a great selection of strains and edibles that my friend and I picked up. They have certain hybrid sativa-dominant strains that tickle my fancy quite nicely! Dope environment and music playing. The budtenders are always friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and admittedly really pretty (the female ones at least). Their overall aesthetic has been super appealing across the board.

They rock! Destiny is definitely the one to guide you through whatever fun experience you are looking for. ShowGrow always has sales and really has a great group running the store.

I miss the old way alot of"medical/now recreational" stores ran there shops the way they used too.However thru finding a big store are often now finding big deals too.For a few months 2X a week you could buy Kushy Punch gummies buy 1 get one for a penny!! WHAT?Followed this deal for 3 months plus vendor market 1X a month as well.U could buy as many buy 1 get one 4 a 1cent (indica sativa hybrid Kushy gummies) as u wanted.Then over 2 weeks ago said that Kushy punch was not honoring their deal except on Vendor's market(1 a month).However I went on the Sunday they were supposed to be there 5 mins early even.BUT I was told they sold out on the gummies at regular price that day already.I was so disappointed.I thought they may have tried to offer some kind of deal for the goof in not ordering enough for your patients who love you and love your products.Maybe next they'll be a new special.

Overpriced the ganjas is not as fresh as it could be the discounts are pure s*** you're still getting hammered by the taxes so really an 8 should be only twenty five and below very very pricey here not many good deals the service is s*** big time just in there today I clearly heard the the budtender say that there are three people in front of this lady the lady kept talking and persisting and she got head of three of us and then she called another one ahead of me and I just decided that you know you're going to keep doing this and Skip and me and not giving me my chance to make a purchase so I walked out and I said this place is s*** your discounts or s*** they always have been and there's no senior discounts 55 and older should be getting a discount go to another place try Kings Kings is good enter traffic circle is s*** there just counts are s*** as well so try other places are grow your own

If you're into spending up to $50 for an eighth of good flower, then by all means stop by ShowGrow. I believe my first time deal was an eighth of top shelf flower for $40 plus taxes. And it comes sealed so you can't even check out what you're paying for. If they're open this time next year, I'll be shocked.

So I'm very happy they opened this shop because I was going to their Santa Ana location before for their amazing deals, but it was way too far from where I lived to get it legally from somewhere that wasn't one of the trap shops. Only problem is that this shop is in Long beach and is only medical so they are very strict of only medical patients being allowed inside the dispensary, as opposed to anyone over 21 in Santa Ana. The parking isn't the best though and the plaza location can be tight sometimes. They usually have pretty good deals like the other location, the points stay on the same system from either shop, and they get new brands on the shelves every week it seems like. Heavy Hitters vape pens just showed up at this shop and the deals couldn't be better when their brand ambassador is there. She gives out shirts, stickers, lanyards, you name it, and their BOGO deal is the best. Now that I've compared them to other brands, I like Heavy Hitters the best for cartridges. I wish they weren't so expensive, but the quality is there and so is the peace of mind that it is clean cannabis. It just doesn't make sense to go back to a poorer quality vape pen. This shop is just as clean as the other location, as they are very diligent in keeping a clean showroom floor. And when it gets really hot outside in Long Beach, this shop is always really cool and air conditioned, but I'm sure it's more for the product. They also have the prettiest women budtenders work at this shop

I absolutely LOVE this place. First of all compared to other shops it's clean, tidey and so well put together. You walk in and thats where the great experience starts. The front desk welcomes you with a smile and makes the paperwork part very pleasant and surprisingly short. Once you're back to the bud room, the experience continues. You get welcomed once again with big smiles and hellos, it really makes you feel important. Once you've been assigned a budtender they come out, shake your hand and give you a tour, from then they break down all pricing and product for you, so you know exactly what they have. Everyone there is so knowledgeable on all the product, but especially the laws and rules, if you have any questions on the taxing. If I could give this place at 10 I would!!! A+ shop. If I could leave zero stars, I would. Was in the neighborhood yesterday so I decided to try ShowGrow, big mistake!  We waited over 15 minutes as everyone one served, including people that came in after we did. When i asked a bud tender when it would be my  turn, she said they were on a name system. When I asked her how come she served everyone that came in after me, she wouldn't tell me where my name was on the list and couldn't give me a reason for serving others first. After over 15 minutes of leaning on a counter with a ver bad back, and the bud tender not apologizing or giving me a valid explanations, we left. I will never go back. I don't know if the people they served before me were regulars or if they didn't like the color of my skin, but I'll stick to the LB Wellness Center. The staff there is friendly and treats everyone fairly and equally.

They are always professional and are able to competently assist me when I ask questions about CBDs, edibles, etc!  I love the rewards program as well!

I think I'm too "old school" to appreciate this place. The pristine apple store feel was kinda intimidating. I didn't feel relaxed or really welcomed. They were out of stock on two of the items I came for, although both items were advertised on the website. I'm the type of person who knows exactly what their looking for, so when I don't find it, I'm perturbed. The slow-mo bud tender had one suggestion for a comparable replacement, which to be honest I'm not happy with. It was a prepackaged jar within a box that turned out to be dry and a month old. I like to get Blue Dream for the added benefit of a higher CBD percentage. Her replacement was a strain with No CBD. I didn't realize it until I got home. While checking out, the cashier tried to miss the discount I qualified for. I utilized their doctors recommendation service, so I received a credit. I had to remind her that the credit was on my account. Again, perturbed. It's a convenient spot for me, so I might go back, and their GG4 is really good, but I much rather stick to my other place. My other spot grows their own so it's always fresh, and they always have my Blue Dream

I moved to Long Beach a few months ago and didn't know what to expect from a dispensary. When I walked in here I felt like I was walking into an Apple store but instead of iPads and iPhones there was weed everywhere. The presentation is as good as a top tier tech company, maybe I'm dramatic but that's what I tell everyone. Super nice workers, awesome selection, daily deals and huge sales on holidays. Also, S/O to Ivan The Great - coolest police officer I've met in a long time.

came in as a FTP expecting to use the 20% concentrate discount on my purchase. got charged full price. had to come back in with the receipt, ask for the difference, and they still didn't give me the correct amount back. rather than give me a 20% discount, they picked a random number on the receipt and gave me that (the sales tax in the case, half what they would really owe me). super disappointed. would have gone back a third time if I wasn't already running late

I'm a senior and new to using medical marijuana. ShowGrow was just the right place for me to get information on the myriad of marijuana products from a very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I filled out medical forms online and purchased my first product the same day.

I am really frustrated with this place. I didn't receive a Veteran's discount even though I am a Veteran and I received a text saying the store was honoring discounts for vets today. I brought all of my official documents of when I was enlisted and discharged but they would not accept any of my paperwork. The same paperwork that I brought was acceptable for benefits with USAA but not ShowGrow??? Really??  Ridiculous.  Even more frustrating was the fact the manager on duty Karly was not very helpful at all, she was very condescending and was just extremely annoyed at having to deal with me. She kept rolling her eyes and was very dismissive. She went to the back and allegedly made a phone call, ultimately my paperwork was not sufficient enough for a discount but she didn't even have the courtesy to come and tell me, she had the security guard talk to me. The security guard with the tattoos on his face was more understanding than the manager, unbelievable. They need to hire managers with more experience and better customer service to deal with these types of issues. Take your business somewhere else . It doesn't seem like Veterans are welcomed here. And if you have any issue, don't expect the mangers to know how to actually deal with it.

First time here and I asked for a hybrid indica dominant strain like the Los Angeles Kush LA Honor I had and I can't believe it that my budtender recommended me Tyson Farm Jacks Cookie N Cream. That strain smells so strong like Jack Herrer, so I ask is she sure it's heavy out of the other strains that I had asked to compare to like the Korova Pie Hoe and Bubonic Thin Mint but she reassured me that Jacks Cookie N Cream is heavy. But when I first smoked a joint of it last night and all I feel was in my head. I don't feel no body high and this strain got me the jitters and tingles through my body, fingers and toe. I told my budtender that I can't do sativa because that's what I go through and I don't like it. Don't get me wrong this place do have some good flowers but it's just this issue that I got. I hope management can do something about it. I'm just down the street and you know there are other dispensary near by but I just want to make this my go to shop. Oh and hands down to Ivan the cool security guard

It was my first time visiting the store. The service was great, the product is fantastic, and the prices are very good. I will definitely be back. This will be my new one stop shop. Heidi  was very friendly and helpful.

I was very nervous as this was my first trip to a dispensary. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and at ease! Lacey was wonderful answering all of my questions (I had many) and making some wonderful suggestions. I needed CBD/THC tincture and she was more than great helping me choose the right one for my needs. Will definitely be back...Thank you again Lacey!

LATE REVIEW. My first time comming here. The host that checks you in was super friendly. Then walking in. The store was super organized and had exactly what we were looking for. I wish I can remember the brothers name because he did his job very well. Even the security guard was nice. Will definitely come back.

Showgrow, The Circle, and Chronic are my Top 3 LB Dispensaries. Showgrow has daily deals and a first time patient deal of 20% off. Today was Terpene Tuesday with 15% off vapes, oil, and resin cartridges. I've brought in a few referrals and they loved this spot too. It's clean, typically not crowded, secure, and open. I needed to stock up and used a 20% off promo by purchasing through Weedmaps. It was quick, easy, and the budtender was very chill. There's an El Pollo Loco or JJ Chinese Express in the same lot and they have delicious Hot & Sour soup if you're hungry. There's also a smoke shop next door for all your needs.

This shop is super LEGIT!  everything about this shop is proper!This is your go to shop to find exclusive strains such as Tyson!!They also have live resin diamonds which cost a pretty penny but is 100% worth it!This shop does charge tax and the prices are a bit high .. but you get what you pay for and they have super high quality products!The Tyson cost me $75 for and eighth but it was worth it all the way!! Stopped in on a whim and everyone was super sweet. Sometimes I feel so awkward  in new places but not here. The girls were very welcoming.  Nice discounts and great stock. Super happy.

I actually knew ShowGrow through concerts they hosted then I found out they are a dispensary. I finally got to check their LB site. AMBIANCE:Parking: Plaza parking. We didn't have any issues but it can be tight with people coming and going with all the eater spots and errand spotsFeels: Off the busy Redondo Street. Not your touristy spot but It's a pretty busy plaza for locals running errands or grabbing food. The space itself is pretty clean. Bright, friendly, and well organized.Item:Camino Gummies - Chill (Recommend)I've usually got this one and I'm fond of this brand. The names really represent the mood. For your 5 fixes, Camino is the way to go. It really is subtle that allows you to relax, so don't try to be in a productive mindset.Kiva (Recommend)For your 10 dose indica this is pretty strong. Customer service is amazingly great!!I do not know anything about weed, I just smoke it. It was my first time buying weed I didn't know much on the stuff they have But Nik was very helpful and educated me on the different items I was looking at. I didn't feel rush or anything, Nik made showGrow a chill vibe place for me that day. I went again to restock and I met the lovely Kat !! She was awesome answered my questions and wasn't rude or bitchy, She was so helpful. Thank you for patient with me today :) I hope to meet everyone else because I'll be coming more often.

Absolutely love this place! All the bud tenders know their stuff and are very helpful. They have a great selection and daily deals to help save money. I especially love going on Mondays and Thursdays when you can get 10% off. Last time I went Amy helped me find some dope edibles!
