First time at the Long Beach location. We had a great experience with the help of Dylan L. My wife and I had several questions regarding products. Dylan was very knowledgeable and patient when responding to all my questions. I feel as though I left there with a better understanding of what to look for next time. I highly recommend you see Dylan for any assistance you may need.

I gave them another chance and much better experience. I like the show room and how its organized. The staff is always chill. I never feel stressed or rushed or pressured with my purchases. They are always very helpful and I apprecaite how they always share suggestions so I know for next time. I've have been shopping around and I like how you can order online and pick up in store. I appreciate their delivery service. I really like their Buds program. I love using rewards towards purchases that I earned from previous purchases and the special Buds only prices. I am glad I gave them a second try and it worked out.Parking still sucks. I can't take that one back. Broadway is a little scary and being next to Gallagher's can limit your options. I usually just go around the corner into the neighborhood and find something.

It's Friday morning and I need to stock up for October. Great mix of vapes and edibles. Always friendly curbside service and always ready to provide any and all promotions advertised. This is a very nice establishment and the guys who work there are very friendly and mellow. I took away one star because the sister with the red ponytail might need to chill out...maybe smoke a few before work because she comes across very mean and may not be aware that some may be turned-off by her demeanor. She might be going through something as we all are so there's no judgment, just an observation. I'll be back because the guys were cool. One Love...Peace out.

This is my go-to dispensary and Sara always takes such excellent care of my orders. She's always willing to answer any questions, gives me alternatives if what I'm looking for is out of stock, and is friendly both over the phone as well as in person when she delivers my order to me.I just had a delivery where I missed the confirmation phone call and was worried that I'd miss the delivery run, but I reached out by text and Sara got back to me very quickly and in time to make the delivery after all!Kudos!

This place was horrible. My service was not good at all. Then they tell me that even though i have a breathing condition and cannot wear a mask that I have to leave. They would not serve me. Plus their selection is like the 99¢ store quality with whole foods prices
This is by far the most expensive place to get legal weed anywhere. It's like a Gucci weed shop in a real fancy space. The bag that they make you take your stuff out in has to cost at least $5.The staff are all about trying to upsell you on various substances.Save your money and go somewhere else for the same stuff.

Stopped by MedMen on Broadway today and as usual they did not disappoint. Dylan was our Budtender today and was very knowledgeable and answered some additional questions we had. Sad that One Love closed, but out with the old and in with the new! I ordered online on my phone using their website. Super easy to use and free delivery! Such an open concept right when you walk in. Friendly check-in by Rowan. We were introduced to the layout by another lady. Alex helped us out and was super knowledgeable!!! Huuuuuge product selection that's not "brand" based. Great flower across the price points. They accept debit card! Good store for new users, experienced consumers and they actually have plenty of staff to talk thoroughly about the products.
Aaron(sp) was our bud man tonight. Such a great guy. Got to have a great convo. He has a long interesting history and great knowledge about the power of cannabis. Lots of respect for this guy. He said his passion is flowers but he was super patient and informative talking edibles with me. Super sweet, happy, knowledgeable guy. Glad I got to work with him. Great vibes.Ps. I used this place when it was one love and then now with new owners. No complaints about one love. However I did like that tonight's staff. Very welcoming, no pressure, laid back attitude about discussion and approach to products. I'm not a regular to pot shops and I would feel welcomed and comfortable coming back here again
I tried to like this place. I really did. Every. Single. Time. I go here they don't have what I purchased before. "Oh sorry we're all out that how about this instead?" Then the next time "oh sorry we don't have that EITHER how about this instead?" No joke EVERY TIME I'm out the door with something I end up not liking because they didn't have something I purchased there before. Who the hell handles the inventory here and how do they still have a job?
I came in a few weeks ago from out of town and the entire staff was so helpful and kind!! They were amazing at implementing COVID precautions, and I felt no stress or rush getting the help I needed! Went in the other day and had a very positive experience! Katie helped me out, she was super personable and knowledgeable! She helped me assess what exactly I was looking, walked me through choices at different price ranges, and made recommendations based off other strains I had told her I liked! Overall super friendly staff, organized store, and walking distance from my home!
I had a way better experience here than any other establishments in the area. From the moment I walked in I was warmly welcomed by the front desk. When I actually entered the selling floor I had Timothy N. providing a personal shopping experience to make sure that I make the perfect decision for not only my needs, but also based on what products he felt were the best. Nice selection of edibles and good looking shop but they gave me the wrong blueberry candy. I didn't notice till I got home so be careful to really check the packaging to see if it is what you wanted. The blueberry sour belt candy bag was similar to the blueberry hard candy bag so I guess it was an easy mistake. My friend and I both bought a bag so it was a little disappointing to come home and open one bag and see that it was wrong then look at the other one and have the awwww moment again. Not the end of the world but still sucks.

We came in today cause we wanted to get some cookies . They didn't have any or hardly any other edibles there . There were some chocolates and candies but very little. We saw there was brownies so we decided we will go with that. We got home and opened it up and to find there was mold on it. So we called to make sure we can bring it back. We were told by one of the female employee that we can return it an either get exchange or refund . So we said ok cool. Since there wasn't anything really to exchange it with and we were not going to get another brownie and chance another moldy one, we decided to get a refund. The employee that told us we can get a refund over the said she never said we can get refund . I honestly have no reason to lie about it ,also the receipt does not say anything about no refunds. Should make a post or something for future reference.Honestly they should check their stock and make sure it hasn't been there long. We love their selection of weed but very sad for this and to be lied to.

I just recently had back surgery, and for a while now I've had to use delivery services very often.I don't want to box you guys in to just a delivery service because my overall experience with you was greater than that.Bryant is the man!Bryant called me before leaving the store just to check that my order was correct. 5 StarI've never used a vape pen before so I asked him a barrage of questions about the product I was getting. Bryants info was helpful and very educational. 5 StarCommunication via text with ETA of delivery, great.Once Bryant came to my door, again I picked his brain for some more information.And again, he was very knowledgable and even helped me with getting my veteran discount. 6 StarsOverall, you guys are great. Thank you for doing what you do in giving the industry an excellent name by making yourselves "The Best in Class."
Placed an order for curbside pickup. I could park in front of the store as all the parking was taken.. there are only about 2 spaces in front of the store and the rest is being used for outdoor seating for a restaurant. I had to park just a few feet from the front door. I called per the email instructions and let them know I was outside. 15 minutes later no came out so I called the store again. They "politely" let me know that if you're not parked directly in front of their store they are legally not required to serve you. Seriously?? No one called to say "hey we came out but don't see your car" .. nothing. This was my first time here and I'll never come back.
So Annoyed this corporate conglomerate took over the awesome One Love. Big money is buying out the one thing we had and brought our community together. It might as well have been McDonald's that took over this joint.Not a big fan of Medmen, the weed is mediocre and while they pose as the Apple store of weed, the product is limited and God knows what its been sprayed with and the product care is simply not there.
One Love got jacked by some corporate greed machine. No longer is there helpful customer service staff. Now just a salesman whose m.o. would normally indicate he's working for a commission. My regular purchase jumped up so high, I was stunned. I won't be back.
It was my first time here and had the chance to work with Dylan L. He was really knowledgeable and easy to work with. I highly suggest this location.
Bought two pre-rolls this afternoon and noticed when we got home that both of them are expired/well past the "best by" date. This was our first visit to this location and am disappointed we received product that wasn't even close to fresh. 5 stars to the staff as they were all super friendly. 1 star to the company and management for unloading and charging full price for old back stock to their customers.
So I stop by to pick up some things. They total $140.00 from THEIR pricing. The guy says it will be $ 220.00 and mentions 30% tax. I walked out! WTF! RIPOFF!
How disappointing - the former, wonderful One Love Beach Club, an independent dispensary is taken over by Corporate America. Once able to receive both Military and Senior discounts No More. Once able to purchase affordable Flower - No More. Budtenders try and sway you to buy unnecessary items. Long Beach Tax @ 30%+ , B.S. This place is a poor excuse for a dispensary. Better options available elsewhere.
Bummer One Love got bought out. Prices on 8ths jumped $10 for bottom shelf, $15/20 for top. Justine said the buyout was so great because the employees got a break room and walkie talkies - where do the customers see the benefit of the buyout? Increased prices, no longer recognizing veterans, excessive waste...I don't need a paper bag for a small box of joints, super wasteful. If a bag is necessary, make it something reusable. Also, what's with the super gendered name? Girl in the club said "Whatever it takes to break the stigma"....really? That comment made me feel very dismissed as a queer person. I miss One Love, won't be returning.
Closed at 8:50pm on a Friday night. Long gone are the good old days of One Love. Hello Cooperate America, good bye to local business...
I have been coming here since before the name change and my Mother in law before me. The location is a regular stop for our household.The Employees are top notch (shoutout to Amanda for always making sure my MIL is taken care of), the location friendly and products/selection are great.Only down sides are the increase in prices since the name change, lack of parking for disabled patients, and constant work being done to the locations cosmetics. All of which are not on the employees or the experience they provide, which is why we go here. I have many names to put on this list from how helpful they have been and just haven't gotten them all down yet. Thank you all!
I'm so happy I stopped shopping here. Medmen is highly overpriced and can barely keep their products in stock, not bc they sell out so quickly, it's bc Medmen can't Pay their vendors to re-stock the inventory, sad and pathetic company. It's good to hear their greediness is catching up to them and they aree losing moneey hand over fist. Gotta love it. Buh bye
I was a regular customer until one day, I walked in, handed them my I.D and when they scanned it, they were getting an error. They said it was probably bc the medical recommendation I had expired. I was like, thats fine, all it does it give me a slightly lower tax on the total price. But their system was giving an errorr, so they said they couldnt let me in.They took down my number and said they would call their IT department to figure out how to fix this and give me a call when they do. Of course....zero calls from them. Then two weeks later, I went in again...figuring by this time they have figured it out...but AGAIN, the scanner is getting an error when scanning my ID..they didnt fix it!! In two weeks!So this time, they girl at the front desk said, let me write down your name and number, I will call the IT department right now and get to the bottom of this today. Its been weeks and zero calls from MedMen. They customer service is a joke at this point. They may as well have thrown my information away the second I walked out the door. They suck! This isnt the first time they have failed to follow up with me due to their own error. The time before...they switched payment systems to where it charges you a fee to use your debit/credit card..but also you get charged an ATM fee from them..without any warning... I complained...they said let me write your number down and figure this out...no calls again. They suck and Im over it...going to The Lift from now on. Peace!
This was my second order from MedMen. I got a little desperate when Eaze, the service I usually use, didn't have what I needed, so I started looking for someone, anyone, who delivered to my area without an extensive and painful verification process (the prohibition is over, people! You just need my ID!) MedMen was there to help, with a huge inventory. I don't ever go to dispensaries (anxiety) so I can't tell you how the pricing runs compared to other local businesses, but I was able to find everything I needed at about the same prices I normally do. The delivery I've received both times was excellent. My first order took less than 20 minutes and my second took 30, the delivery driver Sarah kept me very informed of her arrival time and gave a painless checkout process. I'm switching to MedMen completely, Eaze is cancelled as far as I'm concerned!
This place has no sense of chill. Pffff. Unreal.
I ordered Delivery from MedMen Yesterday and my delivery driver Sara was great. Never wrote a rev about a delivery person before but she helped walk me thru the whole process, answered all my questions and was super knowledgeable and all around amazing. This is how customer service should be... Thanks Sara, and Ill be a MedMen customer well into the future.
This was my first dispensary visit in California and Ryan made it unforgettable. He was extremely patient and helpful. We went through all the edibles, concentrates, etc. and he was able to describe the effects of everything I was curious about. Highly recommend this place. Fair prices, big selection, great quality.
I have always found the highest quality products with the best service here at MedMen. Chase V. Is particularly kind and helpful. I was shown all the options and enjoyed my time as always. Will be coming back for sure.

Once again I had a great experience at my favorite pot store in town! Super clean and well organized and my budtender, Alex, is second to none. He is well educated on all of the products and super patient making sure that I get exactly what I need. I used to run around town to different stores to see all of the products and make my best "guess" as to why I needed. Not anymore! This is my one stop shop and Alex is my best guy!
First time I've been to the location since the ownership change. Was helped by Brian, who was knowledgable and friendly. Product quality is high.
FIRST TIME coming to this location. I actually like the setup a bit better as it has a private room in the back for purchasing. Greeted by some nice workers and was in and out in a couple minutes. Like these new shops. All of them are solid. I'm impressed. Keep up the good work!
Every time I visit Cali, I go to my folks at MedMen. They opened a new location in Long Beach and of course, I had to visit. I love the store and selection as usual! Alexander K. is sooooooo amazing. He caught my eye and attention and we clicked like old friends. I'd totally smoke with him (or any of the staff as they're all amazing). Super chill and very knowledgeable. But if you ever need cannabis or CBD, go see MedMen and go see Alexander. You won't be disappointed.
Formerly One Love, this establishment still employs their phenomenal bud tenders that've helped me in the past (thanks James Nielsen! you're the best). the prices can be high but the best in the area, especially for the quality (however, I only purchase concentrates). Hopefully deals or rewards might become a part of their routine as they become more settled.
Out of all the shops in Long Beach, I'd say this one was not my personal favorite after it changed over from one love. I had been in twice. The first time.. awful! Second time doable. But the third time is the reason why I am writing this review. Amber with shorter hair and a beanie was the one who changed things around. She was super knowledgeable she helped my boyfriend and I find exactly what we needed and also researched items for us bc I loved the honey pot pens and was looking for something similar. Her willingness to help is why I will consider coming back to medmen Long Beach. Thank you for helping us with our medical needs. We greatly appreciated it.
One Love was a great dispensary before MedMen took over the location. An employee said the prior owners retired. While it's nice to see that the staff from One Love was kept, I can't recommend a place that chose to increase their prices... $30 for the same product One Love was selling for only $20, including tax. Thank goodness there are other local non-corporate dispensaries with more reasonable pricing for our community to consider.
First, the jury is still out since Med Men bought out my favorite One Love. BUT, I can give 5 stars to CAYLIE C. who has waited on me twice. She is extremely knowledgeable in offering products for me to consider. She is also personable and easy to interact with. She even remembered me from my first visit there several weeks before. She makes it worth a 3rd visit.Oh, prices are higher than One Love, so since we have so many shops in the area, I will shop around.
I've come multiple times when it was One Love Beach Club, and was more than happy to find that the atmosphere stayed consistent, with great products and a great, knowledgeable staff. Shout out to Jordon for all the help!

Have been going to MedMen for a couple years(formally One Love) and satisfied with the store. When MedMen took over, it was even nicer, good stock, friendly service. Now I can't drive so I apprehensively decided to try their delivery service. Their website is a bit difficult to navigate, but I placed an order and soon Dan from MedMen called. He was wonderful! Checked my order, corrected it, found stock I needed IN the store that showed out of stock online. Finalized all that, and then I waited - a little nervously - for the delivery person. I got texts showing progress, and one before they knocked on the door. I met Sara, and she was sweet and patient, professional, yet made me feel at ease. Heck, she even found an extra discount for me! I am sold on their delivery service and will definitely continue to use them - AND they delivered within 3 hours of placing my order!
Although I am sad to lose OneLove, I congratulate the owners for working hard all these years serving our area to now help their own family and community. They did a great job for their employees as well and helped them get raises and benefits during the transition. Anyone calling them sellouts should really mind their own business. MedMen now employs many of the same people and is also offering great service to our street. Great experience at the new place! Looking forward to the upcoming improvements!

Doesn't matter if it's delivery or an in store purchase, you get great customer service every time. And the goodies are damn near perfect.
A little sad that One Love is gone. But I have to say the process was a lot quicker! We got in and out pretty quickly! Branden helped us and even talked about how MedMen works! So I am excited for the upcoming changes, he was fantastic and very informative! Good luck swaying in the old customers some people hate changes, I am fond of them as long as it's for the better!

Love this dispensary. Bummed to see One Love go, and don't really like the store name, but what's important is the selection, prices, available discounts, quality, and honoring my senior discount! Rowen, who helped me today, is extremely knowledgeable! She took a lot of time with me and not only explained differences on my choice questions, but brought each product to the counter to further explain everything. I was impressed. Yes, the parking sucks most of the time, but that's Long Beach anywhere! The enhanced remodel, and the speed of ID check and entrance, are great. The staff appears to take pride in their work, support each other, and treat you with respect. Thanks again Rowen, great customer service! I'll see you next time.

Bummed they took over One Love. How sad. When i walked into the back of Med Men it was exactly like I thought it would be. Absolutely packed, just like the Apple store, with no sense of calmness. The bud tenders don't even look like they endorse the product. Not very knowledgeable either. They knew I was a first time customer and they didn't offer me the 10% off discount advertised on the website. I won't be supporting this monopoly. All about local businesses

Screw MM. I get why the family sold out $$$$$. I think it was crappy they failed to inform even their most loyal customers. Furthermore, MM does not honor my vet status, or me for that matter. There are plenty of other places to hit in LBC. And, with better parking.

I love this dispensary! There are so many great strains available. I love sativa and it helps my depression and anxiety. I especially want to give a "shout out" to budtender "James" . I was there the other day and he was so knowledgeable and friendly. Although they were out of the strain that I like, James was able to point out other similar strains that he thought I might enjoy. I am so happy MEDMEN has come to Long Beach. I first visited the DTLA facility. I was very impressed then and I am still impressed by the way MEDMEN is managed.

My first-time visit. I was charged so much tax; 15% plus 8% and then 10.25%. Oh yeah, I am a veteran and first-time buyer. So I did not get either of them; Even though they did confirm to give a veteran discount. As an old polite Veteran soldier; shame on me for expecting to get a discount. But shame you for not having my six. --So here is my moral dilemma; Should I tip for assistance even though I didn't get a discount? Should return for the Top-Shelf product that seems maybe less than advertised? And if so will I get a discount; because of death and taxes; you know as the saying goes nothings certain. How can I consider buying again from MedMen even though the Hype was not as advertised?

Went today for the first time and was super impressed! I'm really not a regular user of the product but needed some help with anxiety because the world is so crazy right now! We were greeted the second we entered the building and felt like we'd been going for years! Best customer service ever! Showed us around, explained every product, answered all our questions and didn't make us feel stupid for asking them!Bought what was recommended and have legit had the lease stressful day I've had in a damn LONG time. I'll definitely be a regular moving forward!
Super late on my review, but I went in right before closing (I know, I suck), but Jenny and Johnny were super kind and helpful and didn't mind my foolishness. Jenny helped me pick out a nice strain and then I was on my way! Overall a very positive experience and I cannot stress enough how helpful and kind both Johnny and Jenny were to me.
Today I visited this MedMen and really enjoyed my experience through and through. Particularly, Abby, helped me immensely and was pleasant throughout. I definitely will be coming back and recommend this place for everyone! Abby you rock!
I came to this dispensary for the first time since moving to the area and I'm not sure why I didn't come sooner!! They had awesome deals and great product. The reps there were so helpful in getting me what I needed. Highly recommend
Josh was super helpful. Got me in and out quick as I was "working from home". Loved the air too. Staff is always top notch and so is the product. Nicest aesthetic to any establishment in the area IMO.
I recently moved to LB and this shop ended up being an amazing choice. The staff working is always very friendly and informative. One of the managers, Josh, helped me out today and I really appreciated his kindness and knowledge of the products. I will definitely continue coming here. They also take cards

Big thanks to Tim N. who has helped me out on several occasions!! Dispensaries can be kind of intimidating sometimes but Tim was so knowledgeable and patient and charismatic. He worked with me to find the right products! Couldn't ask for anything more, except lower state and local cannabis taxes ;)
Madmen are about 2 blocks from my house, so when I decided that I needed pot to help me to sleep during my cancer treatments I went to see them. They were very helpful and showed me all types of products: I chose edibles. A few days ago I needed some more cookies and ordered them on line for outside pickup. I did not realize I needed cash or debit, so they followed the rules and took me into the store and there I could use my credit card. I have always had courteous and friendly treatment from the staff and they will take plenty of time to help navigate the store. Remember, you will have to pay 3 taxes on top of the actual cost if the product. NutzI feel safe with them.
Shout out to my boy Tim for hooking it up with meds for my grandmas, both of them. Amazing suggestions, extremely informative and helpful. Keep killing it!
