I came from Florida excited to hit a dispensary for the first time and chose this one. I'm really disappointed with how dry the nugs are. The disposable pen I got is not hitting well.

I love this dispensary! They have such a wide variety of products and the staff is the best part! Special Thankyou to javi at the front desk, Ruth and jahbryll helped me find the best products! I am so happy every time I leave haven downtown Long Beach!

Love this place. 10/10!! Awesome service and friendly budtenders!! They definitely know how to take care of everyone. Brandan was super helpful and is always attentive. He made my visit super easy and made me feel super welcomed !!!! Would definitely recommend.

I love going to Haven everyone is always so nice and definitely feels like a little family.  Amber helped me with my purchases. She is so nice and funny, and more importantly she knews her weed lolI always feel welcomed and comfortable when I go to Haven.

This store is gorgeous! So clean, staff is knowledgeable and not too loud. They have a great variety and prices are reasonable. I highly recommend to stop by and check them out!

I saw the high ratings for this dispensary and came by on a Thursday afternoon. They have a back parking lot in the back alley and a way to come in that way too. Moonrock pre-rolls were FIRE. I bought the tarantula ice cream cake pre roll that I have not tried but the bud tester said she liked it. I would recommend and will be returning soon.

The staff were all lovely today.  A wide variety of products can be hard to navigate, but the process was quick, personable, and pandemic safe.  I can't express enough how well this shop conducted itself among every staff member.

Alysha was so great today! I came in with a problem, she helped me solve it! This is my favorite cannabis store ever. Every single time I've come in here I've been greeted by amazing people, they have a good selection, and it's close to home.

Complete Covid-conscious, cannabis-cultivating customer service!This store is beautiful. The entrance looks like a carefully integrated art with retail. Staffers were all super friendly, Emily was effervescent and 100% committed to helping me find what I wanted. She's an absolute doll! I feel like some dispensaries just keep hot girls at the counter for show but no content. These girls were engaging, sweet, helpful, and friendly. Even the guys were chill and supportive- love seeing that camaraderie among teammates. Anyway- great stuff and the BEST selection of Stiiizy I've seen. Plus you can't beat the price. I only meant to buy two half gram pods for my BIIIG stiiizy but ended up leaving with so much more. Not even mad about it. Thanks everyone! EMILY YOURE THE BEST!

I always come to this location specifically to see Kyle. He goes above and beyond for customer service always with a great attitude and has such excellent knowledge about every single product that he recommends. The products that Haven carries are awesome I love The variety of products to choose from as well as the environment of the store. Highly recommend this is the only place I buy my cannabis and if you haven't checked them out I suggest you do.

I walk into this store at 11:00 A.M. as a first time customer. I am greeted by every teller as I walk to the ATM to pull out money. As i patiently wait my turn I start looking at how many people are in the shop at one time, which is just over a dozen including myself. I wait 35 min until I see everyone that was checked in before me leave.  One... Then two people who were checked in behind me get called forward. As the hostess who checked me in stares at me, while I'm looking at here then she shrugged her shoulders and asked another gentleman if he's been helped. Couple minutes later that same gentleman that she had helped gets called up. Mind you these customers were walk-ins just like myself.  I'm not one to ever complain about service. But by far the worst I've ever had. Needless to say i will never be shopping at any Haven Dispensaries.

Walked in literally before 9:30 and I guess they dont take any new members past 9:30, you guys should list that on your website before someone drives there and wait in line just to be told off it doesn't make sense. Already knew what I wanted and just wanted to purchase and be on my way, I guess I won't be going to Haven. I'm sure lots of other people experienced this issue.

I come here a couple times a week and always have a positive experience. The staff is great , awesome products, and it's always a good vibe. Advice to management/ and or owner: get a credit card machine that allows tips. When my old cannabis job started doing CC tips our budtenders made double $$. Just sayin.

A good sweet coworker help me out turn around my whole prime it is review upon the store and it was a bad day for me especially for the last coworker that was "done with not even having the customer glow before happiness I add a no," to this before visiting awhile back. She help me find a good sativa hybrid and I wanted to feel lazy lazy mood but have have a hyper mindset. I'll be back for a visit soon

Amazing helpful staff, the environment is very welcoming and organized. All items are displayed with so much consideration to the colors and patterns that pop to the customer. Will be stopping by again on our next visit!

I really want to give this place a higher review, but shit they are just too expensive lol. It's close to my house but it's probably best to look at other spots that have more variety, discounts, and more transparent pricing. One pre-roll advertised at $11.99 ends up being around $17.00. Just a basic pre-roll, not infused or high quality bud.

A welcoming space and friendly staff but their flower is old and stale. The last three times I came here I asked for the most recent packaged date and I'm always disappointed when I get home and open up my dry brittle weed.

Always a delight! Each time I walk in I feel welcomed by the Haven staff - and whenever I see Emily I know I am walking out with the best the shop has to offer. Emily not only knows what will get me lit but also what brands are doing good work in the community and helps me make my purchase feel good on all levels. It's funny, I didn't think I'd ever review a dispensary - not that I haven't *been* to dispensaries, I've definitely been to a few since it went legal, it just felt weird *reviewing* them, like it wasn't something you'd admit to publicly with your name attached. But times are changing, happily, in that regard. I'm really happy to have a place nearby finally, and especially happy that it's a place this *nice* - I'm used to dispensaries, even the nice ones, still feeling a bit like a brick box, so it's highly refreshing to browse a store that feels more like a museum gift shop, except weed. I've been a few times since the pandemic (since they keep running deals, plus I need the stress relief right now, global pandemic and everything!), and every single person I've talked to has been super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I also love the pretty impressive selection and *variety* in edibles. I will say about the prices, though, they're kinda all over the place, it's weird. I can't talk as much about flower (I've just bought the ones that were on sale the most, haha), but as far as edibles go, they've got some fantastic tinctures for great prices, and then also tinctures that are pretty pricey. They've got several varieties of great chocolates, some of which are quite reasonably priced. some seem less so. They've got a couple different brands of very reasonably priced, delicious mints (I keep buying and going through those, heh). They've got pills(!?) that are totally reasonably priced. And then they've got a bunch of gummies from some of our favorite brands, most of which are competitively priced, except of course our absolute favorite one, which is massively overpriced here compared to the place we were mostly going before Haven opened (The Green Room), cause of course it is. All of that is before discounts, though, and they run discounts all the time. First off, you get discounts your first four visits, and if you bring someone new, you and the person you bring always get 25% off that visit, so that's fun. Then if you let them text you (though I really wish they'd email instead of texting, but that's just me), they've been sending us periodic texts about sales of up to 40% certain products (though sadly never on any of my favorite edibles so far, haha. To be fair, I don't know for sure if they'll keep doing that or if it was just during the heart of the pandemic.) You also get a free sample or other little gift if you spend $100, and a free house preroll on your birthday if you buy something. I think on top of that they also have a loyalty program, but I don't remember the details - I haven't asked about redeeming it yet. I just wish they could reopen their front door - cause the front is really nice, except right now it's boarded up and they're asking people to go around the back, which is through an ugly alley that doesn't do the store itself justice!

I. Love. These. People. The price could be through the roof and I'll still show up on the regular. If not for the wonderful and helpful faces, starting from Security (shoutout to the OGs, Ricky & Angel!) who make you feel just as welcome each and every time (don't get it twisted, they stay doing their job with the utmost respect and manner).Now bay-bay? Have we talked about the staff? From jump you're greeted with a smile, that's never changed. Emily might joyfully holler my name from across the room, or Raven will hit me with a calm and cool  "What's up, love?". I feel like a VIP guest when I come through, although I am confident the person before me definitely felt the same way. Maybe Xi will walk you through her favorite strains and make some [great] recommendations. Maybe Leah will give you her undivided attention to feel like the only guest in the room. Maybe you'll come in for an 1/8.And maybe you'll leave with 3 grams of wax, an 1/8, and some edibles. Maybe you walk away with just a joint and call it a day.Whatever you came in for, you leave with a lot more. A lotta love, a lotta butterflies, and perhaps maybe a lotta buds too.  Thanks y'all. I literally could hide in my room and wait for delivery, but I get excited when I run out. It's a great excuse to see you all and experience the Haven way. Ok, see you in a couple hours. I came back today. After all the drama before the MANAGER male tried to "fix" things up he said and even blamed the two employees that messed up! and blah blah blah . He wanted me to delete the previews review and I did not do it  so I went back today and still blocked : lol Time to get a better and NEW dispensary downtown. My weekend is now complete ;-)

I came to write this review because one of your employees went above and beyond to make sure I walked out of your dispo completely satisfied. Her name is Faraah, and she deserves to be recognized for her excellent customer service. She really knew what she was talking about, and she did a great job recommending exactly what I wanted. I hope that someone will see this and give her her props, because I took a plane ride home the next day and I'm still in awe of how amazing she was! Also great products, but again I came here to write this review because of FARAAH :)

Tried their services several times.  Each time there was an issue with the staff.  They don't wear masks consistently.  They mostly don't know much at all about their products.  They make guarantees they can't keep (esp. about their stock availability).  It's a very amateurish operation.  I strongly recommend avoiding this dispensary.  You will eventually be disappointed.I recommend the Haven dispensary on Redondo Blvd.  Much higher quality service.

Came in for my wax fixing and Aimee hooked it up like they always do at Haven. They have an awesome happy hour for wax too, save 20% during the last hour before they close

Pros: Staff is great! All super friendly with excellent customer service but maybe not the most knowledgeable on the flowers. The one negative I would say is that they have a limit on discounts. You can only buy 5 sale/discounted items and I'm not just meaning in one visit but in general. Over the course of a month I visited 5 times and wasn't allowed to buy anything else on sale or use the discount card they gave me. I've never heard of such a strange policy.

I was excited to finally reach my 25% off on my stamp card but I was denied and told I had already used it, even though I certainly had not. To make matters worse, I had placed an order for delivery, tried calling several times to get my discount figured out with no success, and they call me one time and because I didn't answer cancelled my order and didn't bother to tell me. I waited for hours thinking my delivery would be here. This is the third time they have messed up my delivery and they can't even make things right. I spend a lot of money there. Shame on them!

Everyone is polite and welcoming, but this review is based on a lack of product training and assortment.  The company does a poor job of educating associates on product knowledge regarding weed strains and brands. Retail 101 means you need to know about the product you are selling. Oftentimes, associates ask me what I'm looking for, but their suggestions are incorrect. I hope the company invests in more product knowledge training to help their associates out.    Additionally, most strains are only offered in 3g which is too much if I want to test multiple strains and see which works best, therefore the location is limiting in regards to assortment and options for the customer.  After my punch card is done, I probably won't be back unless the teams are better educated and the assortment is expanded.

This place is amazing. Best dispensary I have ever been to. Their customer service is exceptional, everyone welcomes you with smiles and it makes shopping quick and easy. Mahriah was knowledgeable and patient with me/ what I was looking for. Highly recommend!!!!!

It's payday, so that means time to top off! Headed in today with plans to buy flower, edibles, tinctures, and CONCENTRATES (I went in asking for extracts, because that's what the website said!). As soon as I walked in, a VERY friendly and sociable Emily asked how she could help. I'm confident she spent the next 20 or so minutes walking me through each of my requests with expert knowledge or personal vouches. I usually get asked for help, and find it is just a crapshoot at the first weed they see in my price range, or it's hearsay, but Emily was giving a lot of personal experiences, so I went with them all! I have a lot of dispensaries to choose from, even other Havens! But Emily made it so I'll drive a bit further to get customer service and care like that again! She was genuine and genuinely AWESOME!THANKS!

I would like to update this initial 1 Star review. A manager from the shop reached out and requested I come in, so they could make things right. He was helpful, apologetic and went out of his way to make sure I felt comfortable before walking out of the shop. I have always had a wonderful experiences at Haven. 99% of the staff is absolutely amazing. I don't want to taint a name based on two bud-tenders actions.  Original review: I went to the Haven in Belmont and had THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! I found out there is one half a mile from my house, so I decided to try it. Staff was extremely unhelpful, rude and difficult to work with. Will absolutely not be coming back to this location.

This place had great customer service and was my main dispensary because it is close. However, I placed an order online and went inside to pay and pick it up at 945 pm. When I walked in, I wasn't greeted and was told the dispensary is closed and isn't taking anyone else. When I asked about my online order, I was met with the same answer. I don't recommend because the customer service has changed, and isn't as good as it was before. I will be going to a different dispensary from now on.

This place is so nice! It has a VIP vibe when you walk in. The staff is friendly and everybody is wearing masks for all of our safety, so I appreciate that. Ok so option wise they have a great variety of tree, edibles and cbd infused products. awful price points. Like for a decent 8th 55 plus. Allllll of the 35-45 8th ive had were "ok" nothing worth returning for. Plus now you have to get wand and purses are check (invasions of privacy) esp if the wand didn't go off. So unless its a sale I won't be returning. Check in process is kinda long as well

The cleanliness,  the organization, and the attitudes of the staff are the exact reasons I go back.  Emily has become someone that I look towards for information on social media about what's in stock and the newest cannabis knowledge. Whenever I see her in store, she pops up like a bunny rabbit and guides me through my days purchase while also keeping the peace and order of the dispensary in mind. Could go on for lines and lines. Two thumbs wayyyy up!

Every time I visit this store I'm met with nothing but kindness. The products are great quality and the selection beats a lot of other shops around town. Emily helped me out this last time. She is knowledgeable about the products and took a genuine interest in what I was looking for. I prefer this location because I've never been met with such awesome customer service.

Do not go here for CBD products.  I can't seem to find any good reviews for any of their product line, and the one topical cream (mediprana) I unfortunately purchased for $50 didn't do a damn thing.   Haven's response was basically sorry for your tough luck with OUR product, and no we will not let you exchange the almost full product for something that might actually work, but if you buy more of our crap we'll save you 25%.   Well guess what, there's plenty of other dispensaries in the Long Beach area who carry known products and will be enjoying my business for years.   I'll never go to the this overpriced 'gotcha' business again.

Selection was decent, but prices are too high and they charge a $3 fee to pay with debit/credit card.

This was my second time in and I don't know why I go anywhere else. That's stopping today. There is plenty of parking in the back and everyone is always so friendly. Especially Erica. My fave. All I had to do is tell her the vibe I was looking for and she went right to work. Recommended three products and I needed all of them. Lol. #ImWithHaven

I absolutely love this place! I've only been here a couple times but the girls are in front are amazing, specially Adrianna & Shaye, they are such sweethearts! & all the budtenders are great too! They never pressure me or make me feel like I'm asking too much. They can help you if you have you're on a budget too!

We just went to Haven for the first time and it is our new favorite spot! They have such a great variety of products and it's very clean and Covid aware. Sam helped us out and was so helpful! She explained all the products for us and had some really great advice. We will be returning for sure!

I really love this dispensary chain. I've visited all there stores throughout the Long Beach area. They keep seeming to get bigger and each new one has even a bigger selection, with this store being the biggest by far. These stores don't resemble anything like the old dispensaries from years past, these Haven stores are super clean, bright, with a insane amount of products of every kind and some really great bud tenders that always seem to be on point and always give me great advise. As well every time I come in I bring a friend as they have the BEST referral program and a cool rewards system, and with 4 locations locally there's always one in the area I'm in. Keep killing it Haven and open some more dispensaries! FYI the parking is the alley in the back of the dispensary, and was a little hard to find!

For any new comers or even regulars make SURE to check your strain before the bud tender puts it in the bag. My first time I paid $20 for a gram and it WAS NOT what i wanted.  I was so upset and wanted to talk to a manager or someone about it but what can they do. Rather never come here again.

I am in love with this place and every time I go, every one is so friendly. I normally look at what I want online and then just go in person with my list lol to make things smooth and fast lol. Emily at the Long Beach location is bu far the best, when there is something im unsure of she explains and shows other product that I can honestly say have been very happy with all the recommendations and suggestions on what to get next time. I may go in with my list but let me tell you I end up walking out with a lot more. Thank you Emily for your hard work, dedication and for going out of your way with showing me and explaining the wonderful edibles and tinctures.

This place is a work of art. It has a large showroom with ample parking in the rear. They also had a large selection of flower. Mark assisted me with my purchase, and was by far the best bud tender I have had in Long Beach. Being a Long Beach resident, we have plenty of stores to go to but this place by far is the only place to go.

If you want a place that will sell you stale old weed, refuse an exchange, lie to your face and tell you its not old and then call security because you ask them tough questions, then this is the place for you!I am not a karen. I am a cultivator who has 20 years history consuming and half a decade growing (retired for years now). I know what old weed looks and smells like, regardless of indoor or outdoor. These guys are complete rookies. They cannot even tell the difference so how could they possibly provide excellent service?Manager told me point blank "Its not old" before even looking at the product. How could you possibly assess something you've not looked at? She clearly didn't want to do anything about the situation before it started. Everyone knows the smell of old weed. It smelled like that. It was orangy-brown color from the months it sat behind their shelves.And this is what the manager recommended to me. Nice job selling your old expired product to customers.Buyer beware. Do not shop here. Don't let the elegant aesthetically pleasing environment fool you. They might be nice, but they won't be after they sell you bunk old flower.

I L.O.V.E Haven :) This goes on the list of nicest dispensaries that my man & I have gone to. The staff was so friendly, knowledgeable, & accommodating to us. I love that they have versatility in the products that they sell & they have some very nice merchandise. The inside is nicely decorated with some beautiful art that is up for sell (if anyone wants to buy me some art for Christmas that'd be sweeeeeet lol jk) On our recent trip here we got a lot of products & were provided with free rolling papers which was just so nice. They also have a stand with free water bottles which is just such a nice touch. I wish I remembered the name of what we got, but sadly I don't. On our next visit I'll ask & update this review to include the names because they were so good. Anyways  overall 5 stars well deserved.

First dispensary I visited when I got to Long Beach in August. Kinda rude vibes tbh but I think it was just the guard and the front desk girl that day because most other times it's cool. I've been in countless times and I can say that some bud tenders are more willing to go above and beyond and some ...just ...aren't..Shoutout to Thomas, he's always provided education and made the experience a vibe. This the kinda spot that's a vibe depending on who's working that day and I think that's fair. Overall, recommend.

Nice place, nice set up... but as far as feeling comfortable and enjoying a short stroll while trying to figure out, what you would like to purchase. Nope!!!You can hardly move without someone breathing down your neck to see what you would like to purchase, and as soon as you lean forward to read an item, someone is right beside you, grabbing the item for you. Now believe me, as I am expressing this, I understand that someone needs to be watching to make sure no one takes anything, especially in the neighborhood that they are located in.But being that there are security guards, indoor and outdoor... Can we have a little space?I most definitely do not want to believe it's a race situation, only because there are various shades of brown at this location, so that most definitely cannot be the issue.Honestly, they should just keep everything behind glass and locked. (Just saying)That would make it more comfortable for the owner and possibly for the customers.Now, I must admit they do provide great customer service... So, I decided to go ahead and send a few people there, but unfortunately, they had shared their experiences with me and had shared that they had also felt uncomfortable and with agreeing that, they will not be returning. Soooo...It seems to be, that this Haven..."Is not so Haven."

I am so EXTREMELY disappointed in my experience this morning. Haven had become my go-to dispensary. Even though their prices are not the best, the staff always seem knowledgeable and eager to help. I have referred many people here, especially newbies, because you don't feel like you're picking random products that you aren't familiar with. I come here for the expertise of products that they are trained for and suggestions that the budtenders offer. Not the case today.I wanted to try vaping. I have a little vape pen that takes the universal, cylindrical type cartridges. This also happens to be the only style they had on display in the cases. On arrival I made my budtender, Allison C., aware that I was totally new to this and I needed some help. She was polite and helpful in the assistance of looking at strains and strengths of certain carts. I did mention that I wanted a full gram, not half, and it seemed that Stiiizy had the widest range of options.At no point, even after making her aware that I was totally clueless about the vaping thing, did she mention that this cart needed its own pen, battery, the whole shabang! Remember, none are on display for me to see that this cart is shaped different from what I was looking for!After purchasing, I start to exit and realize that this cart will NOT fit anything other than this brand pen. Even the barcode sticker covered the shape of it on the box. Once I made this discovery, I immediately went back in, maybe a whole 60-90 seconds later to make them aware that what I purchased was not what I was asking for. I waited for Allison to finish with another customer and then shared my issue. You know what she told me? We can't do anything about it, but you can buy the other Stiiizy products to make these carts you just brought work.My mind is blown at this point. I asked to speak with a manager regarding the mix-up. She comes out, I explain what happened and also mentioned the obvious - there are no displays of what ANY other cartridge looks like besides the one I was trying to buy! She was indifferent and not concerned that I had just thrown away my money on a product I couldn't use. I didn't even want a refund! Just to exchange what I purchased seconds ago for the correct product.The only thing this team offered me was to buy more products for the wrong items I had in my hand. Oh, and also told me that the return policy states that because of COVID they could not refund or exchange any product unless defective or leaking. As of this moment, the website states NOTHING about this being their policy. Even at the bottom of my receipt it states Haven will GLADLY refund or exchange any unopened product within 30 days with original receipt at the location purchased from.I can't believe I received such a horrible customer service experience at Haven. After all the purchases made, referrals made, items tried. I would have never in a million years thought I would be leaving such a poor review for this place. I was satisfied with the amount of locations and how close in proximity they were to me. I'm hoping that someone sees this and helps make it right. If not, I will be on the search again for what dispensary to make my new home.Please, do not rely on budtenders here to sell you what you are looking for. Ask to check the pictures, remove any stickers if the image is obstructed, ask questions, see if there are any other accessories needed, make certain that you are purchasing what you need. This stuff ain't cheap! You deserve to get what you are looking for.

I love this place. Friendly staff, lots of security. It's clean and has plenty of safe parking in back. The wait is never long, they always have great promos, and the staff is never pushy, has great recommendations, and always listens to my needs in a product.

The Haven Downtown is amazing! It is by far the best in Long Beach. Everyone here is so friendly from the second you arrive. The location is clean, bright, and welcoming. There are such good vibes here and it feels safe. Emily always helps me out. She is so kind, has the warmest energy and always goes out of her way to make customers feel better. She is knowledgeable, patient, and always helpful. I knew when I visited for the very first time that Haven would be my new spot. Thank you Emily and the Haven crew!

Was back at Haven today and appreciate the assistance from Ruth. She was able to help me select two varieties from looking up my past purchases for me. I thought I’d just add to my past post so I could give Ruth the shout out she deserves. I couldn’t figure out how to do a new post. Added my photo from Pride Promotion. I want to thank Julia for all her help at my first visit to Haven on Long Beach Blvd. She was friendly and knowledgeable of the products and offered great suggestions to make my choices easier.

Always an excellent experience. Everyone is courteous and attentive, even the security goes above and beyond to make sure you have a positive experience. The employee's are happy and respectful. I have never had such a positive cannabis buying experience and that is why they have kept my business and will continue to do so. Also the free mini water bottles are a great touch. Hope this place stays around.
