Sorry guys but the high tax and personal service from the staff was not up to my standards. The flowers are prepackaged to exact weight. I like my Budtenders to have a heavy hand.

They lowered their prices since the last time I was there and that they s good because before I would avoid them because the prices were too high. I still wish there was a way to view the product before buying it though. If I could see it first I'd go there alot more often. Good quality if u know what u want before u see it, if that's possible lol. Nice storefront great parking quick in and out.

I like connected as a company but I think I would rather shop at the other Long Beach location downtown. I think the employees are just a bit more personable. Selection was ok and prices were a bit i the higher side.

The older woman (in her 40's) that works here is really not helpful. She tries to rush you and just gets you out of there. When I explained I placed an order online she was like oh hahaha that systems up but we don't use it. Not sure why it's on the website then. Avoid the old lady at all cost the dude with the cool rings is awesome tho and very helpful. Maybe she needs some more training.

Left this same review on Weedmaps. Will share on Google as well.I've gone 3 times.. Each time I got two, 3.5 gram 8ths. That's 6 8ths. Only one of them had a taste. I went 3 times to prove myself wrong. How could an establishment that looks this fire, sell pre packaged, tasteless nonsense. It gets you high, but it had NO TASTE. I complained after my 3rd trip. "Manager" told me he disagreed with what I said, and because of that, my experience is void and I should buy the more "top shelf" weed because what I'm used to smoking is more up on the scale of "quality". But I never had to spend $80+ on an 8th for a taste. That usually comes with most weed: especially for a shop as nice as this. So basically you saying everything under $80 for a single 8th taste like nothing. Your only remedy is I spend more, no apology for spending 260 and only getting one quality product. I'm sorry you can't sell weed under $80 bucks for it to have a taste (your insinuation, not mine) Safe to say I won't return. I had to hang up on this dude. No arguments or anything, he's just being a douche and I don't have time for all that.I got better weed off the curb that didn't get me high, that taste better than this smokey bull.. the staff (minus the dude who handled this poorly) is really great. Liz is cool, you got another chick in there that just don't wanna be there, nor help to the best of her ability. She's turnt down, the security and the rest of the staff are really humanized and polite. Don't go here for quality. Waste of time and money. 2 stars for staff

I bought what was supposed to be a gram of concentrate. I get home and find it is only a half gram on the receipt and in the container. I went back with my receipt and a picture of the price directly from their menu on Weedmaps. They told me it was a mistake and refused to refund my money and refused to give me the full amount of product I paid for. I was offered a 20% discount n spending more money but they already got twice what I thought I was spending on the product by only getting half what I paid for. I wasn't going to give them more money.

Cant beat their pricing on Stiiizy's. Id recommend this place for concentrates, cbd related stuff.

Bought a vape here and then lost it a week later. They would not give me a new one. What a JOKE.

This is my favorite dispensary. All prices include tax and and it's fire as fuck ... in person!!! Delivery and such can be different and hard to get customer service if you call. Overall amazing dispensary but slightly disappointed in delivery, that's the ONLy THING

I Love the el jefe and MR.sandman was alriggghht white nectarine by fig far farms was ANYTHING from 710 labs I'm about it. taxes are high lol so am I.

I came in on their 1 year anniversary and wow, one of the best experiences I have had at a dispensary!! I went in for the Papa's Select deal, I got 4 grams of the fireeeeest concentrates for an unbeatable price. Antwone was so helpful and friendly. Everyone from front desk, security and management were so nice! Then it gets better.. I walk out and receive a bomb ass massage!!! After that, I get a hibachi style ice cream! I will def be back!

This place is shady they don't honor happy hour prices. They claim that oh if it's on sale we can't mark down the price more. Which is totally untrue I've been to both locations and have always received the 10% off. I asked him how a customer knows something is on sale and he said oh we can tell you. WTF???!!! I told him how I have always received the discount without asking for it and he was like oh you must have dealt with the girl. She wasn't supposed to do that and she was fired. LMAO I've never been helped by a girl before when I received the discount. Dude just wanted to rip me off. I REALLY THINK YOU SHOULD NEVER GO HERE!!!

Beware!!! Horrible !!! Totally unknowledgeable ! Sold me the WRONG cartridge and refuse to exchange even though I didn't use at all!!

Love this place in LB! Kind staff who take their time to answer any questions you may have about their products or just questions you may have of your own about the different strains, oils, edibles, etc. I was referred and have been referring other friends. Will be a long time customer

What a great experience.  They have first time buyer as well as second visit discount.    Taxes are alittle high as Long Beach imposed some hefty taxes but otherwise great shop and knowledgeable staff.   Thanks Dave

This is one of my favorite dispensaries they are fun, fast and have great prices! The place is a tad hard to find but very worth the effort  - I HIGHly recommend this establishment

This shit expensive.... support your local weed man tax free and he hook it up none of that on the dot 3.5 bullshit with taxes. I can get 3.5 for $20 in wilmington. Other than that $32 for a preroll is not what I expected. Thanks anyways but i'll be supporting the weed guy from my block lol

This place is beautiful!!!! They have a wide range of high quality stuff, good prices and everything is lab tested. The staff and security are super friendly and helpful. If you're into getting the best of the best this is your spot!! Super convenient right off the freeway too. Will definitely be returning!!

flower is medium grade compared to other shops in the area, was not happy with the quality of the buds and taste. Need to find another reliable source... For the cost of the buds you expect top of the line flower buds...

Been twice, both right before closing which is awful I know, but they always welcome me with a smile and Frankie my bud tender is the best! Very knowledgeable and always recommends exactly what I want! Good music  playing too! I will recommend and return :)

A little pricey but DEFINITELY worth it . U get what u pay for , bomb bud ! The biscotti is worth all the hype .

Bad customer service!! Think twice before visiting this shop. Purchased Stiizy cartridge by accident, I realized as soon as I drove away. I made a u-turn to exchange for regular cartridge and the Manager Kevin did not allow me to trade it in. How much effort would it have been to exchange for the correct one? customer lost here. By the way, this is not the first time something bad happened to me here, I had previously purchased a single joint, got home and container was empty.  should have learned my lesson from the first problem!!

Like the store and the staff but they do a very poor job of managing customer traffic with next to zero regard for social distancing.  Nobody is running the show.  Way too many people at the counter and the cash register.  Also too many idle team members behind the cash registers not ringing sales and milling about.  They need to get their act together over there.

This Place is Good.. More For Flowers really tho.. i Was Hoping they Carried the Exotic Concentrates Everyone Wants like GL420 Diamonds, or 5Carats Diamonds those Are So Good! The Budtender told Me they Would Be Getting them Soon So When they Do this Will Be a Great Shop!!

Been coming here for a while. Today, Easter Sunday, I had a bad experience with one of the bud tenders. Not exactly sure what the bud tender's name was but she is short with black hair. I was trying to get wax but another customer was next to the wax fridge. First my bud tender wanted to wait to go, but then she asked me if I felt comfortable going to the wax fridge and standing near the other customers. I made a comment that it was surprising to me they were so particular about social distancing when they haven't been in the past (10+ people in the bud room).She then told me that, quote, "there is only 7 people in the bud room at a time....I would know bc I work here." Incredibly unprofessional, don't come here if you don't want to be belittled for making normal conversation. When I asked for the manager, Destiny P, she did not mediate the situation well. She supposedly asked the girl to take a break, but the girl was allowed to mad dogg me while I walked past her in the lobby. Needless to say, picking up weed should be an uplifting experience. Don't come here to get your medicine. UNPROFESSIONAL & RUDE.

Go anywhere else this place is a scam I'm surprised I went there as long as I did. Go somewhere else I guarantee you will get better weed. Only go here last resort

BUYER BEWARE: no refunds on products, even if they are sub-par to standards. Bad customer service practices. Made an online order to save time and cash. (10% off order when done online. Upon returning home with my items i noticed one of the 8ths i bought was discolored, lacked trichomes. Was cultivated on 12/13/18 and an expiration date of 12/13/19. i returned with the item un-open and asked to speak to a manager about a way to resolve the issue, being as i didnt not want to waste $60. The manager informed me that he acknowledged that the 8th wasnt up to the standards it should be, and the product was bad. BUT since the expiration is 12/13/19 they are still legally able to sell it. He mentioned to always check bag before leaving, even when placing online orders. Was offered 20% off a future purchase, but nothing they could do about the poor quality too shelf tree they sold me. They seem to value they're profits more than they're customers, who are the reason behind said profits. Summary:  no value for customers! Absolutely no refunds even when sold products that they are below the quality advertised.

This place is well worth the Drive it's about 15 minutes away from me ,  The quality of flour and a huge selection that they have is top notch I went twice this past weekend because they had some amazing deals on 4/20 weekend ! The staff is super friendly super cool even the security guard big white guy a lot of security guards at these kind of places are assholes but this dude was super cool! I told a few of my friends already about this place and they already went and he told me the same thing top-notch flower and wax ! I will definitely be back soon ! Thanks again connection !

The main reason I continue going back to this facility is they have the lowest price of the product I purchase, gummy edibles. I've been to locations in Long Beach, orange county... And still catalyst cannabis is the best. The second reason is the staff m, they are so friendly and helpful. Check their calendar for specials....Wednesday Women receive 15% off.

Tony is the best! He suggested a new brand which I have been wanting to do (He knows how to read mind guys lol) I haven't tried it yet but I'm so glad he took the time to think about what I might want or need. I just wish they also carried Plug and Play. Great prices and great people! Love this spot.

Jessica was awesome. I placed my order online and when I went too get it Jessica was the one who help me out!!! She explained how the first time patient card works and was very polite and great customer service.. Will definitely be back.

Love this place!!! Great people. I have been going here for years and watched Mgmt promote within growing with their employees. I give everyone a shout out but today Kasey took care of me. I moved to Burbank but still drive out to LB for good promos and deals.

I was searching for particular items and the shops that I tried to buy from either ran out or was not returning my messages. I googled Catalyst on a whim and decided to take a drive. The check-in process was easy. I didn’t have to wait very long for help. Nick helped me with my queries and he is incredible! He is very informative and understands the client’s needs. He made my time there so easy. I went in for one thing and ended up leaving with more than I anticipated ? I will definitely return again!
