The worst Haven store, the manager Natale is not professional. The company gives free gifts for purchasing above $100, but she takes it for herself.

Great everything.... except prices I've been to a lot probably over 50 different dispensaries. This one upset me the most. Not because of staff or quality; it's agitating because you guys are really close to me and A LOT of others. Tax aside It's not fair how much you up the price just for no reason. Like for real take a step back and ask yourself if you guys would pay $74.99 for this because down the street they have ember valley for $50  and I know each unit isn't costing you $70 a pop. You  could have so much more business and probably double profits if you'd just make prices reasonable. Like you guys have such a good location it's so beautiful but the prices are messed up. I hope this is an eye opener because I don't like to complain at all I'm not looking for a reply back I'm just asking if for the haven team to really take this into consideration

DON'T SHOP HERE. I was picking up medicine for my mother who is currently suffering from terminal cancer. The rep ended up giving me the wrong medicine, I come back to return less than 2mins later and they say no returns due to COVID. So we got robbed for $120 in products my mother can't use.2nd: The employee's who were handing everyones ID during walk-in's were not wearing gloves.

Their edible selection is great, but my biggest issue was the staff. I wasn't a fan of the vibe in the store and I got a strong feeling the staff gets paid with commission. While one staff member was attentive, it was evident that the girl helping me didn't know what the hell I was asking and was just your average weed smoker. I was trying to ask about cbd selections for my back pain to make an informed decision on what to buy and the employee helping me seemed to only parrot my questions. It was clear she was answering just to push a sale without knowledge of the products. I don't have an issue with staff getting paid on commission but at least have basic knowledge on what your products are. After guessing the hell out of what cbd topical I should buy I just opted to buy the product with the most appealing packaging because the staff sure as hell wasn't going to help me figure it out. After purchasing my topical I wanted to check out the buds selection and was ignored for a good while with one budtender making eye contact with me for a brief moment only to ignore me as she attended to something behind the glass without assuring me that she or someone else would help me in a moment. I waited awkwardly long enough to lose interest and walk away without a bud purchase. To avoid the awkwardness of standing in the middle of the shop like some creep while I waited for my sister to finish getting rung up by one of the workers, I stared at the same CBD products I was confused about when entering the store. When my sister finished getting rung up, I decided to place my cbd along with my receipt in her bag. A security guard continued to come up to us and asked us if everything was alright. I assume he probably thought I had stolen something (no biggie he's just doing his job and I can see how that looks suspicious). Unfortunately  after he thought I stole something he continued to   stand close to me and watched me for my remainder of my time at Haven. Good on this guy for doing this job, but the store stalking coupled with unknowledgable staff, and getting ignored made up for a terrible experience. I don't think I'd visit this Haven location in the future. Only reason why it's not 1 star is because the place looks clean and they gave me free water when I came in.

My husband and I just started coming here not so long ago. Everyone here is so nice! Our favorite is Luka. The way he introduces every product is so professional. We also love his manners and the way he attends us. He is the best! Also, the place is super clean and organized. Not to mention the free cold water bottles that are free and given to us. Thanks guys!

I tried curbside pickup for the first time here and it was definitely an experience id like to repeat. The communication via email and text was timely and helpful. I ordered it late last night after closing and it was ready first thing in the morning! They directed me to a parking space, all staff wearing masks and were so polite and friendly. They had my ordered prepared and I was set in no time. And Malissa made sure to double check my order upon paying and again as i was handed my bag full of yummy edibles. My favorite are the camino midnight blueberry edibles because they help me sleep so i was really excited to see they had them and at a super reasonable price compared to other locations. So overall, great customer service, easy ordering online, and they have a rewards program where you actually get more of a discount everytime you come vs first timer and done. Awesome and smart marketing! But the best part is pricing before discounts are already competitive so you know you got a good deal. Woot woo!

I am so in love with their Agua De Flor! Definitely recommend it if you are not a smoker. And the staff was really helpful and friendly! Would recommend to all my friends!

Impressed.  Cool hip fun experience.  Very friendly patient staff.  They can explain the differences and educate you on all the options.  Very clean modern organized shop and safe during covid and security on the property at all times.  It was packed mid week. Curbside pickup option.  Tons of different ways to chill.  All different adult age groups should feel very comfortable here.  All races, backgrounds too!

They're very helpful and knowledgeable, will let u know about any sales you're unaware of. Never try to rush you or pressure u. Any questions you have are answered nicely

closed early with asshole Guard. Came ing about 20 mins before closed. even when i said online and when i closed said 10pm but the guard sand were closed All asshole like. i been coming here since it opened. looks like im never coming back again. they are way over priced an half of there staff dont know what they are talking about. Everyone is better off growing your own i Do. Only reason i came in was for some Vape for my road trip. DONT COME HERE ITS 30% TAX ON TOP OF UR PRICE

This place by far has the biggest and best selection!! They have taken awesome safety measures to deal with covid too...so if you dont want to do curbside, you can feel safe going inside. And they are so knowledgeable,  if I have a question,  they have the answer!! This is my favorite spot!

I cannot recommend this place enough. I have been coming here for several months and have nothing but good things to say about the staff, facilities, and most importantly the selection & quality of products.

Been coming here for a while, very clean, but overpriced and kind of long wait times. But lately they've gone down the drain. I was sold something claiming 30% and I got the worst stuff I've had in 15 years! There's no way it tested above 15%, when I went to take it back they wouldn't take it back because it was open. Then the manager basically tells me I'm lying, and that just because I didn't like it I shouldn't return it. You just lost a long time, twice a week customer. Good luck to anyone that isn't paying $79/eighth! I literally threw away the stuff they gave me in their trash can on the way out.

Poopy diapers and their neg amp reviews are a 100% entrainment. As if they need your biz, Ha! I remember the days I ( never ) bitched about a dub-sack. I would've lost my contact and St. Cred, in one move. That's what happens when you grow up soft in the hood. For Haven sakes, I'm in route see you guys soon.

10/10 would recommend too all my friends! Staff are super friendly and very accommodating. The shop is super clean and follow all the covid guidelines. They have a wide range of products; it's truly amazing.

I've been picking at Haven in Los Alamitos for quite some time now and has always been very satisfied with the service they offered. Staff are super nice, clean, quick, and good communication. So when I made an order online for pick up today at around 7:43 pm , I got my first text, and waited and waited for the second text to come through, as 8:30 pm was approaching , I texted their 562 number to ask if my order was going to go through. No answer. Comes 10 pm ! Nothing. So I just happened to be on the web and signed into my haven account online, checked order history, and it says that my order is ready ! I never got the second text or any type of communication from them, I am a little bit disappointed due to the fact that I'm going to sequoia park early in the morning and was hoping to grab some for the road. I understand they're super busy and COVID 19 going around but I hope that next time there would be some sort of notification for your customers or put in place some type of reminder for your staff to make sure orders are fulfilled and if it can't be done, let us know, or to remember to send out that second text. I would of given Haven a 4.5-5 stars but because of today's mishap I'm giving them 3 stars. Of course I'm still a loyal customer and don't mind driving from HB to Los Alamitos every single time and quite often too but again, I'm very disappointed of my order that I didn't know went through.

My first experience here was nothing short of amazing. The staff were all incredibly friendly, genuinely kind, and offered great help. They didn't mind my questions or my inexperience one bit. This place is clean, well-decorated, and all around an A+ in my book! I felt comfortable from the moment I stepped in til the moment I drove off the lot. Plus, the place was COVID-prepared. Not a single negative thing to say.

Came in the dispensary ready to purchase a product. The check in process was smooth and speedy. The store looks nice and tidy. I was upset as a first time customer for not being transparent about the charge through my debit card. I was charge extra $3 for processing fee that I was not aware of. Another employee tried to refund me but it will not refund the process fee that was already processed. I left the store upset without advocating for me to get help with management. This will be my last visit at this store.

Always come here for all my goods. Shout out to Joanna for being so welcoming every time I come in! Staff is great and friendly hence why I'm always coming back!

My second experience was amazing!!! I was helped by a man named Luca. He was sooo helpful and gave me the best for my buck. Definitely will go again just because of him!!!

I did have a situation arise that left me pretty upset. However, Chelsea reached out to me, and was able to fix the problem. Other than this minor situation I haven't had any bad experiences at Haven. I really appreciate their willingness to rectify the situation. As far as product goes I would Highly recommend all of the brands that they have available.

Heard this dispensarie has great flower and product. So had to come check it out can't wait for my first visit.Smoked some of there flower was really great high.

Love walking into this store because everyone is always so helpful and so amazing!!! I love my bud tender Chris ( Christian ) he always has the best suggestions for me and I enjoy all the products I buy !! Will definitely be coming back soon!!!

Prices are deceiving  do not show tax, curbside should mean exactly that. I shouldn't have to go in to get my curbside order,, Didn't feel Covid safe. Been ordering online many times and always includes tax at checkout.  To get to the shop  and have an extra 35 and change added on as tax didnt seem right. I ended up $3. 58 short and had to put something back from my order.

Great dispensary experience. A friendly guy named Daniel hooked it up with some awesome flower. Plenty to choose from. Will definitely be back to check out their other products

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!If I could give 0 stars I would. Never again will I go to Haven. Stood in line for 45 minutes only to have the door locked in my face with just a wave goodbye. I had asked the security guard if we would get in the whole time in line to only hey a response of I dont know. Go to Connected Bellflower for your herb needs they would never treat their patrons that poorly!

If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would! AMAZING service right when I stepped foot inside, I couldn't believe how helpful and friendly the staff was. LUKA was so helpful with my first time in the store and I am definitely coming back because of how helpful and kind Luka was with my friend and I. I love this facility. I've only been once but I was very impressed by the customer service. Tessie and Melissa helped me and they were so kind and helpful. Sometimes clinics can be a little intimidating but this facility made me feel very comfortable. It's also very clean. They do have 4 separate taxes FYI so it's pricey.

This is the first time I have ever been in a dispensary and Haven is first class in my book. I was purchasing for my Mother in Law who's painful and doesn't want to leave her house. Taylor and Henry (the manager) were great help! Thanks again for the great experience #teamhaven

Decently priced, clean, well informed staff, only hitch is the parking situation. Apparently the front parking stalls is for delivery service only(?) would be nice if they were marked for said purpose, instead of just numbered. Other than that. Great place.

I stopped going as they always mess up my order. Went today after 10 months to see how it goes, well disappointed once more. They waited until t I was about to pay and take out my card for them to tell me that their card reader was not working and that your option is to use the ATM. How about asking your customers first how they will be paying so they can decide if they want to shop and pay with cash or not. DO NOT waste your customers time by asking asking this until they are about to pay. Will not be going back. If you need a different location Long Beach Wells has always been amazing to me.

After neck surgery a few years back and not trying anything medicated, I was skeptical to say the least.   Fortunately, I met Stephany and she was able to explain everything to me without making me feel like a total idiot. She is super knowledgeable, friendly and companionate to my needs and fears. Suggesting lower dosage CBD edibles and the Pappa & Barkley CBD Balm totally WORKS!!The only drawback is the dang munchies!!!!So please with my first experience and will sure return and ask Stephany additional suggestions. If you are seasoned or experienced, please take the time to meet with Stephany. Don't forget to mention that it is your first visit for the discount and free snack.

In love with this Dispensary! Haven is so great all around. Products, availability, service and the ambience. You will never be disappointed. They offer online shopping and right now curbside pickup. I've been a customer of Haven since its grand opening. There is so much I love about all things Haven but today I was greeted and helped by Judy and she is awesome!!!! She was very informative, kind and assisted with recommendations which proved to be just what I needed. Thank you Judy and ill see you next time!!

Normally I love going to Haven.  Usually great service and nice employees. Today when and grabbed a bag off of the wall of products like I usually do and their security guard whipped around and got in my face, scolding me not to touch anything due to covid.  He pointed to an 8 1/2 X 11 sign on the wall and indicated I should read it.  First of all, I completely understand and support that they do not want customers touching the product due to covid, however a couple of things should happen to ensure that.A) If it's an update to their normal policies, maybe they should spiel this before customers enter instead of yelling at them and embarrassing them in front of everyone. B) Maybe post a larger sign.  Even the employee who ended up helping me admitted how small the sign was and no one saw it. C) If its that important, maybe post someone in front of the wall to spiel this message.All in all, lots of work arounds and better ways than having someone get in my face.  I don't appreciate being embarrassed and left and went somewhere else where I got better service.

I was excited to finally reach my 25% off on my stamp card but I was denied and told I had already used it, even though I certainly had not. To make matters worse, I had placed an order for delivery, tried calling several times to get my discount figured out with no success, and they call me one time and because I didn't answer cancelled my order and didn't bother to tell me. I waited for hours thinking my delivery would be here. This is the third time they have messed up my delivery and they can't even make things right. I spend a lot of money there. Shame on them!

Great shop fantastic selection. Expect to wait in 30 minute line. If you order online expect a 30 minute wait for curbside pick up and your phone call to go unanswered.

Went for the 1st time and Victor was awesome from start to finish. The store was decorated with cute Easter decorations and everyone was friendly. Victor was very helpful with all the flavors for my stizzy as well as the gummy choices. Great customer service! Will definitely come back!!!

My favorite local dispensary! Everyone is always so kind and friendly when I come in, everyone down to the door man! DYCE especially is always happy to help. Check in process is quick & easy, they have a wide variety of options to choose from: herb, concentrates, eddies, cbd, etc. & if you don't want to go in, they even have a pick up option too. This is sooo convenient when I need flower on the go!Definitely the best around, don't sleep on Haven

Clean and modern dispensary with lots of parking and friendly associates. They have a good selection of edibles and cartridges and nugs, all displayed in an organized way. The waiting area is a little small but I rolled in on a weekday around 1pm and there was no wait.They give you a card for 10% off your first purchase, then 15% off your second, 20% off your third and then a lovely 25% off your fourth.

living so close to this location I was so excited to watch it be built! now that I am a regular, I have always experienced great customer service, a super expansive selection, and they always have a great deal going on. I want to specifically recognize one of their employees, Shelby, who exemplifies all of Havens mission statements. she is compassionate, kind, and a great asset to their company!

I have only been to a dispensary to buy CBD products for my dog, or was with my boyfriend who basically took care of everything. Today, I was by myself and pretty unsure of what I was doing. Jordan was so kind and helpful. I told him about my insomnia and joint pain, and that I preferred edibles rather than smoking anything. He seemed to know exactly what I would need. He was very thoughtful with his suggestions and informative about how each product would help me and the effects I would feel. Jordan made me feel at ease and gave me peace of mind that I was purchasing the right products. He turned a nervous customer into a happy customer. I will definitely be returning.

Once a great man described cheesecake as sensational. Today I liken Haven to that sensational cheesecake. The store is modern, well-organized and the staff there are really helpful. For all the times that I've been I've never once felt lost or confused thanks to how knowledgeable and friendly the staff is. This place is really nice. Just got uncomfortable when the security gaurd sounded like he was sick  and did not stay distant from me inside of the store and this guy in line wasn't wearing a mask. Staff doesn't really abide by distant rules either when helping you. If they have to get close they should be wearing a mask and a face shield

Service inside is always great, today I was helped by Angelica and she was awesome, helpful, and kind the whole way through. The reason for the 2 stars is the security guard there. The guy was literally asking me to undress at the door because I'm a security guard also and was in my uniform stopping here after my shift. His reason being "They're gonna confuse me for you in there" which is the dumbest thing I've ever heard. Every time I've been here I've been in my uniform and never had that problem before. That is the least amount of power I've ever seen go to someone's head. Get his weird power trippin ass outta there, til then I won't be back. Weird ass.

Over the weekend 5/29-5/31, I received a couple texts offering up to 40% off for cartridges and tinctures, only excluding STIIIZY brand. I like Kurvana ASCND, so I was excited. I called to confirm that the sale would apply to my order before placing it, and the representative I spoke to assured me it would. However, when I arrived, they charged me full price, 0% discount. Even when I showed them the text they sent, and told them how their representative assured me my order was on sale, they would not honor the discount. I really liked HAVEN until now. I am 62 years old, and technology is difficult for me. My son is writing this review for me right now because my vision is so bad. I feel taken advantage of by their false advertising and dishonorable business practices.

This shop is a total surprise!! When I first walked in I notice that everything is super organized and super super clean !!! I'm a germophobic so I can literally eat on the glass shelves !!! And then the staff there are so friendly and professional always greeting everyone that walks in ! Cartridges on one side then edibles and then you got ur flower on one side so easy to purchase and do a little window shopping but flower there is so fire and pretty cheap pricing compared to others shop around definitely will be coming back for sure!! Oh and make sure you ask for Jenny she was super helpful she knows her stuff !!!

I advise to check your goodies before you leave. The dude with dreadlocks shorted me my stuff. Then, they wasted 20 minutes of my time. Promised they would take care of me, but only offered a 15% discount when I get more with my veterans. Check your bag.

A friend and I stopped in for the first time today to look for cancer fighting products. The first sign that I knew this would be my last visit was the rudeness of the "child" at the front desk when I asked about the protocol of scanning and taking pictures of drivers licenses. Again, this was my first time in ANY cannabis shop, so I was not familiar with the protocol and wanted to understand. When she VERY nastily explained the reasoning, as if I were some type of criminal, I was put off, but not necessarily deterred. STRIKE ONE. Next came the "sales child" who had absolutely NO product knowledge whatsoever. While CBD is highly touted in the cancer community, this child had no understanding of that fact. She had never heard of the word neuropathy and even when I explained it to her, she just looked at me with big doe eyes. She tried her best, but I would think if the subject was not her speciality, there was someone there who would know what to advise, but NO. STRIKE 2. The next issue was that my friend asked about a Rick Simpson oil and these "children" had NO clue what he was talking about. STRIKE THREE. This place may be fine for someone who knows the exact brand and what they need. But these "sales children" have NO knowledge of the products in that store or even a general knowledge of cancer treatments, which is ashamed since I live in the area and wanted to support the business. There is a place in the traffic circle where the sales people know about their products, so that will be my choice going forward. TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE. Don't just hire CUTE. Hire KNOWLEDGE.

Had no idea what to do and needed something for my anxiety to help me sleep.  The staff let me know exactly what might suit my needs and we're friendly in doing so.  I don't trust anywhere else and haven't had a poor nights rest ever since.

Victor Santos was so helpful.  I got there 3 times a week and Victor by chance is always there when I come.   He helped me get a good CBD balm for my mother and has also helped me get flower with a low thc percentage.   Love haven and their staff.    All the staff members are great and victor has always been a great help !!!

Wow, first time at this clinic and I was blown away. Not only was I pleased with the layout, the employees were great. Danyale was the one who helped me and I was so satisfied with how helpful and knowledgeable he was. Definitely coming back!

Checked out this dispensary today and was super impressed! We were helped by Judy who was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions on THC/CBD. She showed us several products and gave us some great suggestions. Having been to several other dispensaries, I thought the quality of the customer service, the environment, and product selection was awesome! Thank you Judy :)

This is absolutely hands down one of my favorite stores! The entire experience is so thoughtful from beginning to end. Even after the shelter order they're still able to provide that same quality service to their curbside pick up - and it's actually easy to use. I come in here weekly for my flower and presidential blunts & they also have a great tincture selection!

Had a great experience here! My brother stumbled across this gem and I think it's our new home  Went here on Mother's Day with my mom. When we arrived there were a few people in there, but we didn't have to wait to get in. A friendly female took our IDs in front and were greeted by Jordan who helped us with our products. They carry CAD cbd cream which I'm so excited because before i thought only a shop in Santa Ana carried it! They had a great selection of flower, vape pens, edibles, creams, etc. and try the watermelon moon rocks! They're to die for. Thanks Jordan for helping us out and chatting with us! We will be back!!!

Our 12 years old shepherd is having difficulty getting around. Stephany was so sweet and caring.   She helped us to pick some supplements for my shepherd, Whiskey, and they seem to ease his discomfort. Thank you Stephany!

So I went to pick up my order for the 1st time. I pulled into the area that they have designated and was told by the security that I would not be served if I did not put my mask on because it was the law, in which case I did. Then a moment or two later their employee gingerly comes out with no mask or gloves on. She came right up to the driver side door and handed me my order. How are you going to tell me its the law and then go and blatantly break that law.  I would like all to know that they are not taking precautions as they should stated by the law as their security put it.

These guys are always overwhelmed and yet always have a smile and are polite. Make sure you tip them on the way out! Get curbside to save a little time. Security guard is cool af

This establishment employee doesn't seem to gasp the serious issues the state and our nation is experiencing due to he the outbreak of CORONA VIRUS Covid-19. I went in the dispensary today and it wasn't that busy however, on my way out, the lobby was pack with costumers @ 15 people in a 10 by 14 feet enclosed space waiting to get into the main dispensary. I was troubled by this because it violates the social distancing rules. I called the dispensary after and ask if I can talk to the supervisor, the employee's response was it's not possible because they're were to busy. I ask for her name and would not even give it. I told her the issue and explained to her customers should wait in line outside to limit the number of people in the lobby with the safe recommended space to reduce the risk of contamination. Her response is, we can't kick out customers. I told her I support the dispensary and irresponsibility such as this give the place a bad name. Then she hang up on me. I'm sure the owner would agree with me about this. This is one of the reasons why the state are shutting down non-essential businesses like this. Definitely not supporting the place anymore and I'm not coming back.

Stopped by Haven for the first time today! I had a wonderful first experience, the staff took their time going over the products they carry and which would meet my needs best. They explained things in great detail while being very friendly. The shop itself is incredibly clean and well lit, so the appearance is lovely as well. They also broke down the taxes in a very professional manner, which I'm assuming they did due to the tax change a few weeks ago. I appreciate the staff there and the product selection! Will definitely be returning again soon.

I've been a stoner all my life! I am so happy this opened near me, (found in Weedmaps) I don't have to hit up my drug dealer anymore. . So that's a plus. Prices are reasonable , and have a huge  selection! The flower I picked up is called Mochi (indica) pretty dank... that REAL STICKY ICKYY ICKY if you know what I mean (snoop dogg voice)) LOL I'm high right now guys ... oh yeah but the taxes SUCK! Happy smoking y'all!

I heard about Haven through Weedmaps and what actually got me excited to try them out was a sweet 25% off deal for 1st time visit patients only valid at this location. So I decided to drive the extra 15 miles from my place to score the deal. Once I get there I receive yet another 10% off deal for 1st time patients. Being amazed by their decor and cleanliness especially during these times I was excited to score some great deal weed all while being in a nice place. The budtender was super friendly but kept forgetting the names of the strains I kept repeating to him about 3 times. I finally was ready to checkout and this is where my experience was really ruined. According to my receipt I received, Alex W was the young woman who shared no sympathy or willingness to explain or help my situation being a 1st time patient. Once she explained my total I showed her the Weedmaps 25% off deal and blankly stared at me for 5 seconds to tell me in monotone that the discount doesn't work for Stiizy products (which were all my products). I politely said no worries and asked if I was able to use my 10% 1st time visit discount? Again she slowly looks at me and just says no. Feeling bummed but willing to pay without discount I take out my card not feeling cared for at all she again stares at me slowly and rudely tells me they don't accept cards with no chip. I have no problem being denied 3 times but with the right customer service not being blankly stared by someone all while not wanting to explain things or care. To top things off Haven should really disclose on their 1st time patient cards that the discounts don't work on Stiizy products as well as on the Weedmaps app because that was the prime reason I drove an extra 15 miles and ended up buying with no discount at all.

Wouldn't recommend this place based on my last experience.  I had a bad experience with the security guard telling me I couldn't Park in one of the number spots, even though all the spots are numbered. Literally making zero sense. besides the fact I parked in the same spot every time with out an issue.  I called back to complain to the manager Henry and he stood by his security guards decision to tell me I had to park in any different spot when there were none available besides one where the guy had parked on the line and I don't want a door ding. I I went to spend money on medicine and was treated like crap definitely won't be coming here again. The deli is a little bit further but I'll go to them every time, they don't know how to run business and they could careless about customer service. It's a shame .

Loved my experience at Haven! They have a wide selection of products, reasonably priced  and courteous staff. Judy was so helpful and patient as I took my time making my selection. I look forward to stopping through again.

This is a clean modern store with a wide selection. They have great customer service and a great selection of products. I mostly smoke extracts and any lovers of wax will be impressed of there selection.  The selection and quality at Haven far surpasses the grey market shops of Anaheim.Of course it comes with a price. You are paying multiple layers of taxes on the goods so that can be a sticker shock. The products themselves are more expensive than you could get similar quality off local vendors. For example a 0.5gm of high end Moxie extract is $35 plus 18% tax. What I consider equal quality to that locally would be a full gram for $35 no tax.  So that's huge. But we all knew the legalization of weed would lead to high taxes on it. For the "casual" smoker I believe it's a no brainer to do all shopping at Haven. Best variety of products in one place, great service, and great quality.  The more "enthusiastic" smoker will find themselves broke buying from Haven as there is no discount for purchases of larger amounts. Most people are used to the concept that the more quantity of weed you purchase the cheaper it is per gram. You dont find that at Haven. I recommend everyone checking this place out.  It's so much fun to finally have my marijuana experience to be legal. Cant wait for lounges to come to us.

I've never written a review before because I don't believe in wasting my time. But for this store specifically, I think it's completely worth sharing.  DO NOT waste your time. The customer service is horrible. Every time you purchase something from Haven, it adds points to your account. When enough points are added, youre able to choose an extra selected items w those accumulated points. I Had points saved up...quite a bit. And "suddenly" only my account couldn't be found and lost all points I've been gaining. They looked into it and said they'll fix it. I have been going since, and gaining points with purchases, letting the points save up.  I eventually ask to use them again after going 4 more times...and still not even 1 point has been added. The management keeps saying "they'll fix it and take care of it" but it's really to just get you to leave so they don't have to worry about it. The issue is Not even about the points anymore, but it's the constant lying to the customer and poor communication.  Loved their products and prices. But it's honestly kind of ridiculous the disorganization at this store. it makes the experience of going there not even neutral, but frustrating. Take your business elsewhere.

This is my second visit to a Haven dispensary. Again I have been disappointed and this will be my last visit to Haven EVER. The first visit at the LB location I spent about $500 dollars and the tax I was charged was crazy  about 30 percent tax. Ok I understand taxes but dam that's a lot of taxes. And they wonder why people buy on the street still. Its not the dispensers fault. I went in today to Haven in Los Alamitos and wanted to use my 1900 in points credit and by some edibles. I got my credits and then bought my $15.99 edible plus I had a 30% off email coupon for the edible I bought. I walked out paying just under $24.00 for my edible.  How does that work. The edible was $15.99 and I paid $23.45 out the door. They charged me taxes on the fee items and the item I paid for. This place is a rip off and you can't even smell the product and they show it to you under the glass. How are you supposed to know what it smells like and what it looks like. Especially when they charge top-notch prices plus 4 different taxes for everything you buy. I will never come to these haven clinics again the bud tenders had very little knowledge and it seems like you were paying a lot of money for the nice facilities and their packaging of product. I am still besides myself at how you can charge me tax on things I did not pay for see the receipt attached please stay away from this place you will not be satisfied if you go here

I was looking around for a new shop recently when I came across Haven; definitely glad I came! The quality of the products were phenomenal, the service by every person I interacted with on the staff was great! You really can't ask for a better experience, and I will most assuredly be coming back!

After almost a month of my original review i never received any concern from the business about my review...other than someone thought it was funny. Obviously it's not about customer service when it comes to older customers.

Love this place! The guy working behind the counter was amazing at helping me out and getting me everything I needed. This place was super sleek inside and looked amazing on the outside as well. Very modern looking and cozy. Great staff, easy process to get in and overal I had an amazing experience! Would definitely recommend this place.

The haven staff was nice and friendly. I came in to get some vapes and some flower, and the staff showed me an excellent variety of products. They also suggested some CBD products that would help my lower back pain. I tried them tonight and boy does it work wonders. Their loyalty program seems pretty legit. Looking forward to coming back again for sure!

Stoped by this place a few days ago, I wanted to try out the products I got before I left my review. I'm so happy I stopped by this little gem on the way to getting lunch with my sister. To start the facility is so beautiful and clean and as soon as I walked in I was greeted with friendly faces! Check in process was a breeze and I was on my way back in no time. They have an amazing selection of products, I was looking for a good indica strain and some CBD creams and the associate that helped me was very attentive and had some excellent recommendations, I have been enjoying all the products I picked up:)! This will be my go to spot whenever I'm in the area

I was pleased with my experience here until I went to pay. This was my first time here and I was excited to check it out. When I arrived at Haven and checked in, the employee behind the computer said that first timers get 10% off, however since I have my medical card I would be getting 15% off every purchase. This is not true. I went up to the counter and ordered a Stiiizy Live Resin Pod, total came out to $100.64 (this would be at most $85 at any other dispensary but since I thought I would be getting a discount I gave them my business). I told the cashier that I have a medical card and she goes "Oh, we don't discount Stiiizy products" I thought "well damn, but oh well I'm already here." When I went to pay and hand her my card she tells me there's a $3 card charge AFTER she put my card in. I ended up paying $103.64 for something that would've cost AT MOST $90 anywhere else. They also don't abide by the medical tax so even if you have a med card you will be paying recreational tax!!!!

Very clean place, easy accessibility.  Parking was nice and close. The staff was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Glad this place opened! Wonderful products and they had some hard to find items too. The flower I purchased was the best I've found in a while.

If I could give NO STARS I WOULD !!!!! Literally the WORST experience I've ever had! Ok so boom I walked in and it was kinda busy not gonna lie and we were being called out by name to a certain budtender which was fine. We waited and waited and waited......and the girl in front of us was taking forever. When she finally ordered she had forgot her money and then proceeded to the ATM , while she was there I asked the certain budtender can he just quickly get our things since we knew exactly what we wanted and he said no , we would have to wait until the customer in front of us was done . I then proceeded to tell him that we had waited for over thirty minutes and that people before us was already getting helped. They pretended like they knew what wasn't going on and when they finally greeted us she and the original budtender that was supposed to help us acted like they wasn't concerned . Worst experience ever , won't be going here again . The only person that was nice to us was the lady at the front desk during check in ! Seems like they prioritize other races except for black . I suggest going to a different shop . The budtender was Stephanie. BTW This was last week and still not recommending this location

Overall this is a nice shop and all the workers are very friendly. I've come in a handful of times usually just to pick up online orders and occasionally making an order at the store. I really love the early morning happy hour (25% off before 10am) and this place always has a great selection of anything you could want. I usually get a couple Stiiizy pods, thing of chocolates, and a gram or 2 of flower. I always find they have a great selection of what I'm looking for especially the Stiiizy pods, which I swear are cheaper here than at Stiiizy stores. My only complaints is that they no longer except credit cards, only debit. But more than that I hate the way they run the cards to the nearest $10 amount and then give you the "difference" in cash after they charge a fee, not including the fee my bank charges me, which all just seems so extra and unnecessary. But it is a solid shop with great prices so I'm definitely gonna keep coming back. See you guys soon.

I went in for the first time to make a quick purchase and the checkout process is by far the most nonsensical I've dealt with. Like an atm, they round up the purchase price. No other dispensary I've been to has ever done this. And they don't have any first time customer discounts unless you have someone else bring you in. Lame as hell and the 2 stars is for the decent variety of goods. Otherwise, I don't recommend this place.

OMG Grecia was such a big help. It can be discouraging at some spots where they just focus on selling you and don't have the time or experience to educate you. This beautiful soul went above and beyond answering all of my questions and hooked me up with a sky walker disposable rove. Im smoking it rn and it's gas. Went in to this super cool little dispensary for the 1st time today. All of the staff members we encountered were super friendly. Our budtebder was a girl named Xochitl and she was very informative and had great recommendations. She was also really knowledgeable about the different products we asked about. Overall great experience and our budtender helped make our visit easy and enjoyable. Definitely recommend!

This is an exceptional dispensary for the most part. I don't live very far from it but I remember calling a while back to ask for a specific brand which they didn't have(Stndrd). So I wound up shopping around and found 2 dispensaries that have that product in stock.The reason I stopped by recently was to see if maybe they had a gummy brand that surpassed Stndrd brand gummies. They didn't carry that brand so I bought another brand that was recommended by the gal up front.The staff, security and overall process is amazing! Worthy of ten stars!The product I selected didn't work for me and these were the ones recommended by the staff. The soda did do the trick which is why I left 3 stars.They packaged my product nice in a beautiful blue bag. So, overall great experience and knowledge of staff: shop was clean and beautiful and I recommend but if you're looking for Stndrd gummies or any Dime Products, they don't carry them here:Thank you!

They stop taking customers in after 9:45 pm so don't believe them when they say they close at 10 pm. Horrible customer service. I get that you want to go home, but don't be lazy. Disappointed with this place.Don't say you close at 10pm if you really close at 9:45pm. You're LYING. CHANGE YOUR HOURS TO REFLECT AN ACCURATE AND HONEST SERVICE TIME!!!!!!!!! If you need to stop sales before 10pm because of state regulations then change your hours. I would have been out before 10pm you have no idea how efficient I am with my time. I made it to the store before 10pm I would gtfo in 5 min / 7 min tops. Not allowing someone in when you have 15 min left is wrong. Kick me out if I go past 10 then. I would understand if you let me in and told me you can't sell to me past 10 bc of state regulations, but not letting me in or giving me a chance to quickly be a customer is just plain BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Don't use state regulations as an excuse to be lazy, close up shop early and go home. You chose to work in this business so make it work. This has clearly happened to you more than once where a customer is angry so listen to the feedback and be better. I guarantee I'm not the only customer you'll ever piss off because of this poor customer service. CHANGE YOUR HOURS. I was going to be in and out so quick. I had my boyfriend with me who was a first time customer and i feel so bad because that was a terrible first impression for him. The security closing the door at 9:45 pm rudely said "it's not up to me to let you in" so my boyfriend asked if he could ask inside and the lady working said "no."Seriously? This is definitely my go-to dispensary. I've been coming here and recommending people to this spot for quite some time. I shopped Cyber Monday this past holiday, and received a huge discount on my favorite brands like Stiiizy and Kahna. Although, I became disappointed when I picked up my order the next day (because the slots to pick on on Cyber Monday were full) and the bud tender expressed I couldn't receive the same deal because I had to pick up that same day.When I was placing my order I didn't see where this was expressed, so I was taken by surprise when I couldn't receive the discount. I feel like that was messed up and didn't take care of the customer. Their only option was to use all of my points on my account in order for me to receive a discount on my items.I hope to have a better experience next time.

We absolutely loved the shop. The guard was so kind and kept the line happier. And Emily was very helpful and amazing and made some great suggestions and guided us through the store with easy! We will only come back here!

Can I just say wow! I came here awhile ago. And I will forsure be coming back. The environment is so welcoming and the people are so friendly. Positive vibes all around. I was really looking for something to help me sleep and a nice lady name Julia helped me. She really knew her stuff. If anyone is new, or have yet to venture into a dispensary I highly recommend going to her. Sleep has been bliss, and I will be coming back soon to try their other products.

I’ve been to HAVEN a couple times because they have a promotion where you get a larger percent off the more times you visit. The staff is great and it’s a clean, welcoming store. However, the prices are pretty high compared to other dispensaries. I’ve had a few quality and consistency concerns with some of their cheaper products, but stick to the quality brands and you’re fine. Overall an okay place but there are definitely better and cheaper options in East Long Beach/Los Alamitos.

Expensive but has variety and nice workers. I had a tincture that was previously opened.
