Usually have great service Today came in and was waiting behind someone asking a million questions so I stopped paying attention and replied to some emails on my phone and I guess the guy ahead of me said to help the next customer and no lie the bud tender lady fully YELLS at me to come forwardI Just found that very rude and inappropriate Hope she was just having a bad day and doesn't treat all her customers like that

Man I've been a client with this lab for a good minute and after today I will never come here .. besides them fucking  up my order of 55$ they give me the wrong cart ... I ask them to swap me for a cheaper one and she tells me they can't do returns and I simply said ok just trade me it and you can keep the 20$ as profit I didn't care, again she says no sorry as if sorry is going to fix anything, I mean what fucking overpriced lab can't do simple shitty ass exchange !!!!!!! I threw that useless cart In their store, and the worker goes and gets from the trash to resell it there again!!!!!!! Like ok you can do that but can't exchange, honestly who ever the fuck the owner of this overpriced lab is needs to get hiss shit together because if his workers don't understand wtf a disposable is then why the fuck are they there !!!!!!!!!

Cool place. Clean, large selection, decent prices and helpful staff. They have edibles, flower, drinks, CBD products and beauty products. So everything you'd want is here.

This is the place if your in that area!! One of the dudes on the staff is like google, you ask, he answers. His brain is huge an he recommends very good products every time. They got quite the variety. Anything you want pretty much.

I came here like a month ago. They charged me half gram of Stiiizy for the price of full gram. I dont remember her face, but I think since they take cash only, some employees try to take money from customers. Until today, I came here again, and the guy told me u purchased full gram last time. But No, THEY FUCKING GAVE ME HALF GRAM

PLEASE change your online hours of operation AND your website. It's a let down!! Thankfully there is a dispensary close by that we can go to BUUUT it's not our first choice. So please update your info!

Pros:I was welcomed by a nice receptionist, she asked how I heard about them & asked for my license . Then Once i got it back I she informed me that for first time patients receive a bogo 50% off.  William was my bud tender, super nice guy ! My total was $100.46 and he took 46 cents from his tip jar so I didn't have to get cash from atm! (Pass it forward!)I got some good stuff too! Some 1:1 gummies and my new Wcc Curepod are being well received  :)Cons: Building is all black so very easy to miss... :/

Workers aren't professional, and wouldn't tell us the total when we called and ordered. Hung up on us when we called for curbside pick up, and didn't even come outside, so we had to go inside.

This place is amazing... large,Clean and Vinny the bartender was extremely helpful!!! This is a must visit clinic. Make sure to ask for her

If I could give them zero stars I would. The "manager" is hella rude. Customer service is horrible. You need better staff. People who actually enjoy their job not people who are going to be rude when questions are asked. Hope the female "manager" there gets replaced.

West Clinik offers the best quality flowers and service in OC. They have everything you need; edibles, flower, pet cbd, cbd creams, anything you need. Faaaavorite clinic to go to!Area: the clinic is in an industrial area and luckily found it with their huge orange flags waving at the front (they're the only big black building) Parking: they have such a huge lot!!! So I was able to bring my friends in without having a problem with parking.Staff: so so so fun to chat with! They always ask me about my day and keep me updated with their new products the are coming in. Prices: there's a wide range of products at different price points, so my friends could each get what they could afford. I personally think their top shelf flower and edibles  is reasonable?! :D Overall: LOVE coming here!! The staff here is super friendly and knowledgeable on all their products. They always make sure I leave with what I want

Well I thought I was getting a deal. Was asked to give a Yelp review in exchange for a free cookie.  I did so, and my companion tried. I came away with one cookie - I was CHARGED $10 FOR 2 COOKIES. Some "deal".  Nice that I got a receipt.  I kinda thought I was not getting as much product for the $145 I spent. Now I understand why.  The first time patient "discount" was % of my purchase, and I could not figure how they calculated it because I certainly didn't get anything off on the "free" cookies. Also when showing me the flower she opened up a container for me, and I subsequently bought it.  I had no way of knowing whether the container had been previously opened, there is no weighing. Very disappointed.

They charge 33% on taxes and do not tell you. They have a BOGO 1/2 off for first timers. I bought two $40 each 1/8 containers of flowers. Assuming I would be getting the BOGO 1/2 off price, I would pay $60 but that wasn't the case! The budtender was RUDE and inpatient. She rushed me. So when she said my total was $80, I quickly gave her my cash not realizing I was paying full price. As soon as I walked away, I realized I wasn't paying the BOGO 1/2 off price of $60. So I went back to ask her why I was charged $80. She printed the receipt and told me they charge 33% on taxes. What the!!!! She could have told me that BEFORE as she knew I was a first time patient. I wanted to return one of the containers but she said I'd have to talk to the manager. The manager was no help. She just kept saying all sales are final, yet they don't have signs anywhere that state that not signs that notify you of the taxes. I feel cheated. Not cool. If it's your first time, avoid this place and buy off of Kushagram instead, they never disappoint and they have the same providers.

I called here after I seen it on weed maps. The prices you see all my Do Not include tax and when I called they did not say that. Definitely not worth the 45 minute drive all the way out here to leave empty handed and disappointed ! DO BETTER. smhhhh first n last time here.

Vinny was seriously the most helpful person ever bc I had a lost of questions. (Sorry Vinny) This place is damn beautiful! The variety is unbelievable and I promise you will be leaving with something to enjoy. I will definitely be coming back!! :)

I mean sure if you want to act like your all that and then some. Then come into a place where people treat everyone as people. I can see how someone full of themselves could feel disrespected. Been coming here for months. I'm a frequent customer and not once have I ever felt disrespected or felt like someone was being rude. They always greet me at the door and they always have excellent flower choices. I love this place.

I be been going here for awhile, but never used their atm before. BIG MISTAKE! My bank statement showed two transaction fees (5.75$) for one 80.00 withdrawal! I was in there today, and explained it to a security guard, and asked to see a manager. He blew me off, explaining that it happened to him too! Gosh! I feel better now! Bring cash, and stiff em when they give you 10$ in singles as change to ensure a good tip!

Favorite Clinik, great customer service, dog friendly and best of all last call is 9:55pm. The place is always clean, everyone's super friendly. T was our budtender and was dope af! Make sure you hit him up!

West Clinik is definitely number 1 around. Give them a try. Ask for Vinnie or Willie. Any one of those guys will give you great customer service. I come everyday and they always have what I need.

Drove out there and start randomly decided to close down 15 minutes early. I would've driven to a different one knowing that; but, after driving to this one, I couldn't get make it in time.

i actually loved this place, never coming back after tonight. The security is looking me dead in my face saying we close at 945 and so as im pulling out the parking lot its 9:46 when i look down at my phone. so when i got there it wasnt 945, horrible service never coming back.

Overpriced, overstocked and understaffed with shitty budtenders who don't know shit. basically a lot of shit. i came here upon the recommendation of my cousin who described it as a mecca for weed. don't get me wrong, they have a lot of product but its all QUANTITY NO QUALITY. also it's a "legal" shop so taxes up the ass. i get that it's "designer" / "exotic" weed but bro i can get the same shit, with bigger nugs and way more frosty crystals at my local cowboy shop for 10 a g. this place is seriously averaging at 18$ a g for standard mids and $20 a g for exotic. overstocked with stupid CBD products as well if ur into that crap (shocker i'm not). edibles are weak asf like 5 mg-200 mg and of course, also overpriced. the real kicker is i came here for my second & FINAL time last weekend when they were supposedly having a "buy a Plug & Play cart Get the battery free" deal. False advertising, guys. the guy working tried to say the deal was no longer valid that day. ok? why is it still on ur social media then? so now i'm about to give up after driving all the way from fullerton to santa ana. fine. i'll bite & pay 77$ for one gram and 25$ for the battery. luckily, my boyfriend stepped in and negotiated w/ the staff to honor the deal because i mean.... why would u post it if it's not available?????? i really couldn't tell you. they gave us a very hard time and then said the deal was only valid for one person per group.......?????????????????????? why are you making up rules on the spot??????????? this place is shady asfi don't mind spending 70$ on an eighth  if it's good quality. honestly i wanted to give this place another chance. but it's just another gentrified glorified CBD shop at best. i think its owned by white people

If you close at 9:45 say that shit. I drove half hour just to get yelled at by your security guard when everywhere your closing time is listed, this is why people don't consider marijuana a legit business because you dispensaries make your own rules. I got there with 10 mins to spare and knew what I wanted. If you go to any legit business and they close before posted time they are held accountable. People just wanted to home early.

OMIGOD! This is my first time here.  I was attended by Mr. Brian. All I can say is this guy is AMAZING! Very knowledgeable, professional, and  on point with products.  I've been to other locations were staff members did not know what kind of products they were selling and they were high as a kite. Not here at West Clinik. Everybody was  grounded and down to earth. I will be returning in the near future. KUDOS! To Mr. Brian and staff. ;)

Showed up at 9:45pm tonight to pick up my curbside order that was already ready for pick up and security guard comes out to say they are closed. States 10pm closure yet your security is telling me different. Asked if he could have a manager or someone working inside explain to me why you are blatantly lying about store hours for absolutely NO REASON other than you want to close early, and he refused to do so. Super rude, disrespectful & uncompassionate of a human being it was incredible how he handled the situation with such ignorance. Clearly states on Weedmaps 10pm also. You are a disgrace to the weed community, can't even update your website or accommodate customers because of YOUR BUSINESS PRACTICE MISTAKES! Had another customer pull up same time as me and turned them away .. a shame. You've lost my business for life.. attached are photos I took of sign in front of store with hours listed.. photos taken at 9:46pm. Hopefully y'all get it together it's 100% a BAD LOOK, loved the store before this  completely uncalled for incident. Takes a whole 2 minutes to update store hours on Weedmaps and remove sign from window that is clearly a false statement, y'all trippin'.

Love this place but their website sucks. Tried to do drive up pick up and was given a time (with text confirmation) of 9pm-930pm, so I got there at 915. I called and was told drive ups stop at 8 pm (even though I had a text confirmation) and then was told the website wasn't even working so she never even got my order.Super annoyed I had to drive 40 mins round trip with gas being so expensive but atleast I know for the future.ps @West Clinik update your website.

This spot can be pretty busy, but if you’re patient the budtenders there are incredibly helpful and try to work fast. There are some extra charges when paying with card and taxes are pretty gnarly, paying with cash will be your best option but the selection and employees are great
