What a joke. My first experiences there were good. Three different budtenders were solid.Today I went in for wax Wednesday and I got the worst budtenders I've ever had. This girl was seriously trying to pull a fast one on me. Wouldn't even tell me any prices, didn't know anything about any products, just let me know that "it's a hook up for sure". I asked multiple times for a run down of the costs and what bud I was getting and she DIDNT and then didn't give me a receipt either. Seemed like she just made up the price on the spot.Only one other budtender and the short woman up front with the bad reputation were in the building so I went to my car to check that everything was right (she struggled through the whole order) and called the store to talk to an actual supervisor. I got put on hold for ten minutes, I called back and the phone has been off the hook for the last few hours.So unprofessional. Awesome store ruined by horrible employees, but it's probably the management.

It's hands down my favorite clinic for the following reasons: great prices and tons of selection; amazing staff members with lots of product knowledge who all keep the line moving fast, and easy parking. They accept debit cards and have an ATM machine as well. They have happy hour specials after 7pm and have sales often as well. I honestly don't go anywhere else after finding this place!

Got a line out the door a bunch of workers standing around and only one attending walk in customers.  Had to wait about 30 mins just for a cart.

Today is 25% off Monday and the cashier at the pick up line at 1:50pm initially charged me full price, $50. I asked her if it qualified for the deal and she said yes, looked at her iPad, then looked me dead in the eye and said: "that'll be $40." Either this lady can't do math or thought I was SO dumb that I couldn't calculate 25% off of $50, myself (37.50). I just smiled, gave her the money, and chalked it up to a tip, in my mind. Something tells me she hasn't gotten one in a while and feels the need to cheat people out of their change in order to get a tip. Enjoy your stolen $2.50, ya degenerate thief.

This is the best clinic in the Santa Ana area. That says a lot considering there is a bunch of good shops in the area. They have really good deals. The menu has basically everything you could ever want. The hours are convenient and the place is easily accessible. Highly recommended

I gave an extra star because there's this nice lady who makes amazing recommendations. This was my go to place, after searching for the longest time I thought I found my spot. I drive from Ontario to Santa Ana! I spend hundreds every time! Today's experience has made me reconsider going here again. Once I got home my sister and I noticed our Tinleys were expired. Yes my sister bought some as well. We got 2 packs each due to the promotion and well they are expired! Really should check the stock more often. I now have to drive all the way back to Santa Ana to get something else or get a credit for the items. Not acceptable! I spent more in gas getting there and back and now I have to do that again or take an L! I'm also a bit offended as well, when I called Jenny the manager kept saying "If" they are expired. Why would I lie?! As you all can see from.the photos they are expired. If I'm going to spend that much money with a business I expect better.

If this is Kushagram, which I think it is, then this place is the best. Staff, prices, quality, everything. I've been to a handful of clinics in the OC area and none of them come close!

Apparently they close 10 min early you should update your sh*t to 9:50. Luckily I drove to Peoples OC and they actually close at 10.

I really love how clean and nice this place is. The people who work here are super knowledgeable and super nice as well. All super helpful. They also have such a large selection so its pretty cool.

Just got a sales ad from this place this morning, about 420 weekend. I was extremely upset that they are offering free N 95 masks With any $20 purchase!  That's nuts, and should be illegal! Every N 95 mask should be in a hospital right now!  Very selfish and hawkish, Super Clinik!  Not to mention you are encouraging people to come into your store and congregate and then reward them by giving them a mask --  that should be given to a hospital worker!  Bad idea Super Clinik. Never going there again.  Pretty low you guys ..........

Been coming here for years. I guess they recently decided to hire a autistic staff, which is cool, don't get me wrong. I don't need to have trolls following me out to my car though. I event saw this fool taking pics of my car in the parking lot.

Pulled my shoulder muscles and my doc suggested alternative therapy instead of the usual Vicodin while in rehab. Friend suggests to try this place for CBD lotion and eatable so I decide to pay it a visit. Place is super nice and clean. Staff is very friendly and profesional, help me find exactly what I need for my shoulder. They don't just have buds and eatable but also have so many other stuff like lotions and oils . Love this store. I will have to come back again.

This place SUCKS they turned me away literally 20 minutes before closing. Do not recommend.

They have good products but the person at check in ignored me so hard i actually went to go walk into the show room and she didn't catch me until i was through the showroom doors already. Legit i even leaned over the counter and saw she was looking at photos on her phone but she still didn't look up. She had to yell at me that i had to check in because i decided I'm not going to stand there like an idiot since there was absolutely nobody there. i told her that i wasn't so sure i had to since she was on her phone. You could tell she was afraid she was going to get this type of bad review... ya well here ya go... don't ignore customers and i wouldn't have bad things to write about. Once in the showroom wasn't bad. Got their full attention cause nobody was there, and the budtender seemed to know what she was talking about. Place was clean and not too crowded with product. Got me set with some west coast cure pods. They were supposed to be a penny for the batteries right now though so watch out, don't know why they're being cheap...trust me cause all other locations have it for a penny still and west coast cure is showing it on their social media. Straight up lied to me so i didn't get my full first time discount. I probably wont come back here, but if you want to go to a licensed shop that is stocked, at least they have that going for them. 2 stars for having quality product and for being licensed!

Since my local dispensary in Irvine closed, I had to find a new spot. Did a quick search on Weedmaps and found Super Clinik.When you first arrive the area looks kind of sketchy, but the inside is really nice. Signing up was easy, and there's never a long wait. I always go on Sundays because it's 15% off all flower. There's also a bunch of Mexican food trucks outside at night if you're hungry.Overall great dispensary!

Place is awesome.  It's the second store front dispensary I've tried.  The bud tender was quite knowledgeable and treated me quite well.  They had a good promotion for first time buyer's and some great specials.  They also carry progressive environmentally friendly products!   I like the Jetty products wh I fall into that category. Their prices are quite reasonable and they have good specials which will save you a little.  I like their Wednesday vape cartridges discount.  They have a large selection of vape cartridges.I found the OC Pharm and Dab Clean cartridges, etc. to be quite a good value.

I've never been here and after they spammed my cell phone this morning with 10 texts messages (all exactly the same) before 9am on a Saturday. I will never go here. Spam? Really? Are you that hard up for customers? How did you even get my phone number. You'll be hearing from my lawyer guys. Marketing is one thing. You guys are harassing me.

Bought a lot of different items. No longer able to go back to the shop. (Out of town atm) the CBD disposible 1:1 does not work. Unable to figure out how to fix it. Unsure if out of juice or if bad connector in the vape pen. As its a true disposable. I took it to a friend, he said i was sol due to it being a contained disposable. I know the shop isnt responsible for factory issues. They still sold a defective item, which is why the 2 stars. Unsure when i will be going back to CA. I will prop still go to super, i just wont buy anythjng disposable again from there.

Worst dispensery in Santa Ana.  They treat their patients like numbers.I went here a few times before going to one of their "Patient Appreciation Days" , which is really them text and email blasting all of SoCal. Meaning, they don't have any desire to reward their existing patients they want to bring in as many as they can on specific days and hope a few stickYou are stuck in mutli hour lines that they are completely unequipped to handle and to make matters worse the employees let their friends go to the front of the line and tell you the are doing it.With so many great dispenseries in Santa Ana now, there is zero reason to go to this one, unless you are a glutton for punishment

Gosh, I hate even having to update my review. I guess I spoke too soon about them. Service is usually pretty good. Especially for a dispensary.. recently me and my whole family went and made purchases. Me and my sister happen to buy the same drinks with THC which I discovered were already expired once I got home which I assumed why they were on promo. My sister said she called and explained and that the lady she spoke with said she doubts it but we could bring them back. First of rule of business is customer is always right. I mean come on. I know some customers bs with businesses but about an expo date?? Lol the sticker on the box said these drinks were bottled in 2019 and one box expired last month and the other a couple of weeks prior. I wasnt even tripping as hard as my sister was (maybe I should but I was thinking hell long as it still works. It didnt by the way lol just being honest) but to know how much money she and I spend at this place and the only solution they gave her was to drive an hour back to their store so that they could confirm they are expired and give store credit. First of all store credit for YOUR mistake. Second of all you want me to drive an hour to show an expiration date for a credit ?? We offered to send pics fyi and also let them know how far we live but they didnt seem to care and insisted we drive back for an hour instead. My sister was really disappointed with customer service and rightfully so. She spends a good amount every time she goes. We both have been long time customers and drive that far because we thought we were appreciated as customers. Not correcting a mistake made on your part is lazy and detestable. I really hate it, I loved this place. If anybody has suggestions, I'm looking for a new dispensary who is just as loyal in giving customer service to their loyal customers.

This place is absolutely wonderful. Bud tenders really know their shit. Although I live quite far away, I go here because they carry Suzy Q, which I use as a literal medicine. Works fantastic with anxiety and pain with just the slightest high. So slight you can function perfectly throughout the day. I've tried CBD oils and vapes but this strain is a billion times better than any of those. Total relaxation. Immediately. SUPER CLINIK, if you're listening, please don't stop carrying this strain! It's magic. Otherwise, incredibly clean and professional. Great "customer appreciation days".

I've got high expectations when it comes to bud quality, so the idea of a cannabis clinic that had a $35 cap on 1/8s was suspect to me from the beginning. But their online menu looked like it had a very large selection, so I decided to check them out last month. I'm so glad I did! Not only is their top shelf flower cheaper than most shops around, it's much better quality too! Their selection is so large, but their budtenders are very knowledgeable, which makes the process feel less overwhelming. Cole has helped me multiple times and I have never met a more informed budtender in my days as a medical cannabis user! Most other clinics ask if you're looking for a indica or sativa....not only did Cole make incredible recommendations on flowers and edibles, he took the time to explain the differences between different edible manufacturers and their THC content ratings for products. Vaporizer cartridges and batteries, flowers... Cole had an informed answer for every question I threw at him and I learned quite a bit. The other thing that is great about Super Clinik is their selection of flowers....they have numerous strains and are very high quality. I found one strain in particular that had been really good for my back pain...I went back multiple times in a two month period and they had that strain every time. That's really been helpful for me! I hate finding a useful strain at a clinic, just to find that they only have that strain once a year....luckily, that isn't a problem here!Super Clinik is on point! Their staff is super friendly and informed and their medicine is top quality and reasonably priced. All reasons that make it my go to clinic! It's worth the trip and they beat the quality and selection of my local delivery services by a long shot! Don't forget to ask for Cole!

My little brother introduced me to this dispensary over 1 year ago now - day one i met Susanna ( idk if i spelled that right ) but she was extremely friendly, very knowledgeable , and helped me stay in my budget. Now a year later, SUPER CLINIK, has been good to me. The atmosphere is over the top chill and friendly, i make it a point to greet everyone when i come in and wish everyone a good day. To this day it continues to be a great experience and even on the phone they're prompt to pick up phone calls and answer my questions when i've needed them. I really liked this place and I've picked up here many times in the past and was able to pay with my credit card even though there was an additional charge to use them. I pretty much never have cash on me and pay with CC's for everything and being very busy and working 60+ hours a week, I don't have a ton of extra time to go to the bank unnecessarily. They have an ATM there but I hate getting hit with fees twice, once from the ATM and the other from the bank. I found out just recently that they decided to stop taking credit cards and are going with a cash only policy. I understand this is easier for them but it is not easier for their customers. Now I have to find a different place to go that takes credit cards which is a bummer because, like I said, I do like this place. Maybe if they decide to go back to CC's I'll come back but we'll see.

I just checked this place out literally five minutes ago and I was a bit disappointed! Yeah yeah up scale nice looking clinic, but not quite the hospitality. First time stepping in and Not offered any free giveaways or dabs. I bought 2 grams and some edibles and was over charged or possibly taken for! I'm use to being welcomed with freebies or a joint on the house. Not to happy with Super Clinik

This place opens at 8am but the staff got there at 8am so that means that you're not been help until they open the store and then get settled in. The fist patient left he store at 820am what a waste of time. When I got in ask for one gram of indica, she asked me if I was recreational or medical, I understand if you asked me that when am paying. They only had one kind of indica home grow or out doors this thing look brown and old, nothing I want put in my body. Very upset also cause the question they asked me when they were serving me, made me think if they have  different weed for adult use to medical used didn't feel welcome

I loved super Clinic when it first opened great $35 deals also they accepted debit card which was very convenient really good and polite tenders I just revisit the super Clinic to find out now they only accept cash not only that they charge you$3 for a smell proof bag which is ridiculous I don't think I would go back to Super Clinic do to those facts  convenience is a big deal for me and to charge $3 for a small bag and not accept debit is not professional at all also the tender had a additude did not feel welcome at all and this was this morning so I left. SMH what happened?

Bought some stuff last night that wasn't exactly what I was looking for and came back to exchange and even tho they have a policy the manager rigger ( hope I remembered his name properly) was so helpful and compassionate and kind. They exchanged for what I needed and I so appreciate the good customer service!

Lady was helpful, but while I was paying, the dude behind me stole my expensive prescription sunglasses. The security guard just made excuses as to why he couldn't help me. You have hundreds of cameras here guys. Figure it out. I'll be sure to let my friends and family know how you guys roll.

These guys got my phone number off some mailing list. As far as I know, I've never been in there and have never requested they send texts advertising sales. I called them and requested that they cease with the text bombs but I still keep getting. What a nuisance! If this is how they treat customers I really question their positive reviews. Don't buy from them or you'll never get rid of them.

I've been here more than a few times. Never impressed, and the level of customer service I received last time had me give up on this place completely. I came in to get a battery for my vape.  I purchased the brass knuckles wooden adjustable charger. Got home to find out it did not work, charged it for about 2 hours and it still did not work. I live in Corona so this is about a 40 miles away. I came in about 2 weeks later to replace this battery only to find out they were out of them completely and would not refund my money. They promised they would call me back once they had more in to exchange since it is the only thing they were willing to do for me. The manager told me they were expecting a shipment within that week, took down my name and number and promised I would be contacted as soon as they were in. It has been almost 3 weeks and I know nobody is going to call me. I wish this place would have just taken care of me from the beginning. Don't tell your customers you are going to do something only because that's what they want to hear. I will not be returning nor would I recommend this place. I've had friends have completely separate experiences with bad customer service as well that have stopped coming here as well. I go to From The Earth now.

This shop is so cool!!! The layout is epic! They also have sooo many different products I haven't seen! But a few months ago I got even more excited because they started carrying Heavy Hitters vapes!! I love this vape brand so it makes coming to Super Clinik a clear choice! This a new recently opened shop, i came in here because of their BOGO on FTP.. Shop location was in a discreet isolated location.. They have huge selection of flowers and edibles, shop was 100% legit and not those shady ass dispensaries.. The staff were friendly especially Randy.. This is definitely my home clinic.  The budtenders have been great, and the selection of product is excellent from flower to concentrates and everything in between.  Wish things didn't cost so much, but what can I say.   I feel well taken care of at Super Clinik and that's the main point.

This place is really nice.   Its huge and has a great selection.  Everything is super organized and it feels really legit...and even then the prices are fair.  Ive been to many dispensaries in the 6 years Ive been using marijuana medicinally and this place is just very professional, very clean and just put together.  Other dispensaries are pretty bad. workers that are so damn high they don't even know wtf they're talking about and music bumping so loud you can't even hear what the bud tender is saying half the time.  i like that they have the prices easily displayed and even have buds in containers with magnifying glasses on it.  i don't think ive ever seen a bud up that close ever...it was amazing and insightful!  the only downfall is the 8 pm close time. i work late and sometimes its hard to make it before they close.  I'm used to 10 or even 12am closing from my previous dispensary. Great establishment.  Very welcoming. Employees are very knowledgable and answer even dumb questions! I really love this place! I've only been in here once when it was crowded and that's because it was customer appreciation day, yep, they actually appreciate their customers! Great variety of product. My fav "Amnesia"!!

I had been going here for the last year or so but I think it's time for me to take my business elsewhere.  The last straw was during one of their wholesale events.  They have many varieties displayed with only a few that appear decent, but the decent bud may be more for show.  The "top shelf" bud that was suggested to me was not impressive so I pointed out some wholesale bud further down the counter for the same listed price and asked for a half ounce.  The woman helping me agreed that that is what she would have chosen.  Obviously the suggestions they make are not meant to get you the best quality bud.  After pointing out the bud I wanted, she weighed out a completely different flower than what I wanted.  It was clearly deliberate and the nice bud they had on display wasn't for sale.  It seemed like a pretty sleazy sales tactic and I was a bit disappointed.  Definitely will not be visiting again.

Amazing storefront, super clean, relaxed, and fresh. Employees are incredibly helpful, AMAZING TOP OF THE LINE PRODUCT. Seriously best I've seen in a while! Would completely recommend this to anyone looking for a legit place!

This is by far the best dispensary I've ever been to.  It's nice and clean and they carry so many cannabis related products I did not even know existed!!

I would usually rate this place a 5/5 stars however the worker "Izzy" made it the absolute worst. She's a new worker for sure because I've been going there for over two years. When I previously called telling them I had to renew my med card and If I could come in with the PRINTED copy they said yes and to come. Upon arriving she immediately turned me down saying I needed the "seal" which is the paper that takes 2 weeks to come in with your card... I specifically told them I was PRINTING IT OUT. The gaurd who knows me very well goes to the back with my ID card my previous med seal and everything and confirmed I'm all good to go however she acted as if she was a manager and said no many times even though I come in almost every other day. This was EXTREMELY rude of her and very dumb to be honest. Everyone else kept saying to let me in but she just didn't want to be wrong. Extremely bad customer service and will not be looking forward to seeing her almost everyday! Hope you see this Izzy :))

This was my first time at an actual dispensary and it couldn't have gone smoother. The staff was so friendly as I walked in! They explained what they needed from me and the process was fast and efficient. I asked a few questions and all were answered and I felt so at ease. Going back again this week!

Great clinic really good first time deals, parking can be difficult at times location is a bit hard to spot but just look for all the white vans coming in and out.

It's a pretty good spot! Just sucks that when we go there is only 1 girl who will let us no the specials. Like we go every other day or weekly here and they act weird like tryna sell the most expensive shit! Bruh relax we are not one time customers relax. I usually pick up in Long Beach because we get more and it's fresh but sometimes I ain't got time after work. Just relax a bit and stop taking ur job so serious. Is this a commission job lol

I just moved to Cali form Maryland. My fist day I was on a mission to find the best dispensary.  I literally went to 7 different ones before someone referred me to Super Clinik... I haven't gone anywhere else. This is the best dispensary in OC Hands down. The customer service is amazing and they have a huge collection of different flowers, CBD lotion/oils, and vape pens. ohhhhhhhh yeahhhhhh the best part is each weekday they have a special Offer.  My favorite days are Tuesday and Sunday.
