Really love the vibe of this place and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable in their products. They did a great job in enforcing social distancing and only allow 2-3 people in their shop section. From the security and front desk to the bud tenders, customer service was top notch. I think the guy that helped me was named Mike? Michael? I might be completely off on his name, but hats off to that guy. I felt really comfortable with asking questions about their products and he helped me make a great purchase on exactly what I needed. Told him I had sciatic nerve pain and wanted an indica that would help with pain while avoiding paranoia or putting me out like a light. He narrowed down some great choices for me. I purchased the Purple Chai by Maven Genetics and Dosi Cake by Source. Best decision I made. It fit all I needed and was great quality. I'm coming back again to pick up more. Love this place.

Terrible service from the front desk girl from the beginning. My girlfriend has a renewal for her license that she's been waiting forever for.... And the girl at the front desk gave passive remarks to make us leave.

I've been going here a long time and just realized I've never left a review.I've tried a good amount of dispensaries and this is the only one I go to now.  The people are great and their prices and products are superb. I'm a bit of an introvert so chatting happily with people doesn't come easily to me but I always  find myself smiling and laughing with the budtenders and security.Go here!  ;)

I was really please with this dispensary.  The gentlemen who provided service to me was Bryce and he really was helpful in making my choice.  He reviewed options and informed me of specials.  He was terrific to work with.  I liked that they have curbside pick up.  The place was really clean and very professional.  I am definitely going back and bringing a friend

Christopher was very knowledgeable and helped me with all the details. Wanted to leave a tip, but couldn't on the card, they need to fix that, some people don't carry cash. Came here for CBD, they have it in all kids of forms, including cream, or even drops for pets. But you can find everything you can think of, including THC infused beers. The place looks really cool, reminds me of an apple store, well organized and managed. Everyone is polite and knowlwgeble, great service.

I can't believe I waited so long to review. This is literally the best dispensary ever. I live in the ie and every week I drive to Santa Ana to here . They have happy hour specials, GREAT first time offers .. GREAT referral offers .. they have amazing and versatile products. They have GREAT cbd and vegan edibles ! The staff is the friendliest, most knowledgeable and all around great vibes people. I would be friends with the staff. I should tip more when I go ... that's how great they are . Every suggestion they've given has been a hit . It's clean , the security is even friendly but not in that weird too friendly way .. just enough. Literally the best .

I've been going here for years because it is definitely the most welcoming, friendliest, and professional dispensary I've been to. Even during their busy hours they do a good job of getting you in and out as efficiently as possible. The budtenders also seem to be very knowledgeable about their product and can certainly help out with good recommendations should your preferred strain or product be out of stock (big thanks for Margaret for the assist on my most recent visit!). Also, they have several discounts that you may qualify for, so don't hesitate to ask (such as discounts for Santa Ana residents). If it was a year ago, I'd give this place the full 5-stars because they used to be one of the few places that took credit cards and contactless payments like Apple Pay. Unfortunately, I do have to knock off one-star due to them switching to a mostly-cash operation. They do still take debit or credit (as a cash advance only), but they do at least refund you the $3 service charge. If they ever bring back full credit card support, this place would definitely deserve the full five stars. Even with this current inconvenience, they are still my go-to dispensary in OC.

I was referred by a friend and let me just say... This is now my new spot! I felt welcomed from the moment I stepped in. Michael B. was extremely helpful and answered any questions I had and gave us great suggestions on brands. I ended up buying the flower he had suggested and it did not disappoint. I will be returning.

Professor George Zepeda, is the best he help a newbie out and recommended what is what is who is who!In other words if you are a beginner or don't know what you need he knows exactly how to approach you!!!I'm a picky eater and person but he hit ever bar with me!!! The price is right the atmosphere was the best all of my needs met at 100% rate, I am so coming back!!  The staff is welcoming and awesome to interact with!There a old saying that's goes if You love what you do, do it as a job and never work a day in your life!!!

The beau and I tried out this shop the past weekend and it failed to satisfy.One: we could not go in together. One of us had to go by ourselves, and she ended up feeling pressured in her decision-making as a result. She found the customer service to be extremely unhelpful. I do not remember the names, but there was a woman at the front desk who made a quip implying she owned it, and her nephew was the budtender working in the back.Two: the product we bought was awful. We bought two pre-rolls, which were over $20 a piece. That's an expensive pre-roll! Unfortunately, however, the pre-roll was terrible, failing to burn properly. New regulations mean there is no return policy for such an experience. The reason we even tried the pre-roll was because the menu picture on Weedmaps lead us to believe it was something different. And, when she was in person and the budtender was "helping" her, she felt pressured, did not feel comfortable to walk out of the enclosed area to ask me for help in her decision, and voila: we end up with a poor experience all-around.Three: atmosphere. The shop looks cool, but the energy was bleh. I wasn't feeling any love from the aforementioned woman at the front desk.Four: minor, but the shop mentions a discount if you check in on Yelp. There was/is no option to check in, however, so the budtender who helped my partner made her leave a 5-star review in order to get the discount. A bit tacky; I've never been a fan of places that encourage you to leave a review to get a benefit before you've even fully experienced the place.Conclusion: there are a ton of great bud shops in OC / Santa Ana. I could name four or five elite shops, but Yelp does not like it when I mention competitors in a review. Just do your own research. Don't come here.

Probably my favorite California clinic experiences to date. From beginning to end, this storefront, staff, and products were amazing. When I went this past Saturday, I found the place off of Weedmaps, came with a friend. The building was well labeled and not all sketchy. We were greeted by the girl in the front, who asked to see our IDS, were escorted to the back, which you were able to see through the glass wall... everything was packaged and price points were really good... product was really good, and I got 10 percent off as a new customer and they have a referral program as well. The guys helping us pick product were really knowledgeable and recommended products based on what we requested. Will be back here, highly recommended!

Michael is a great help. He's been such a huge help when I'm not sure what I'm looking for. He is very knowledgeable of the products and definitely  can give me a variety of recommendations of what I'm looking for. Found this place a couple months ago, and has been my go-to dispensary ever since. Great selection that you can preview from their website, daily deals, and friendly staff that are happy to answer all your questions. Last time I was there, I had a great experience from Michael B, who was very knowledgeable on the products, and made great recommendations.

Margaret is such a sweetheart and made our visit at 420 central amazing. Not only are products amazing but the staff makes it a great place to pick up!

I would like to thank the 420 Central staff for always going above and beyond, with their attention to customer service. Especially Brendan who helped us out with our delivery order and accommodating my 67-year-old mother who also suffers from cancer and made it easier for her to be able to get her the senior discount. Which helps a lot during these times of financial stress. We will never go anywhere else and I always recommend you to our friends and family.

I have ordered from 420 Central for multiple deliveries and the staff is great.  When they are out of stock on a product, they promptly call me when it's back in stock.  I have worked with John on a few occasions and he's always super friendly and accommodating.  I highly recommend 420 central.

My experience with Cannabis was only what I knew in high school so this time around (I'm 50), I had, and still have, a few to several questions each time I visit. The staff is always knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. Most recently I was assisted by George Z, and he was all of those, plus he has a great personality and we laughed while we picked out and rang up my purchase. The products I've tried so far are quality, the store is organized and has a chill atmosphere, relaxing waiting area (love the animal videos), and the daily specials are a bonus. Definitely recommend!

I can't sleep. I have not gotten a nights sleep since the beginning of the year. I have told my drs over and over and NO ONE was willing to help. I was at the end of my rope. I went in yesterday and talked to a bud tender named John. He went to work for me...I think he saw I was on the desperate side. I left with some gel caps that I thought, "right, like that's going to work."  I took the capsule at the same time as my other meds. Exactly 1 hour later I was sooooooo relaxed. I got up and went to bed.   I was asleep before 11pm and slept straight through until 10am. This is a first for the year. I have been going to 420 since before legalization. I definitely drive farther than I have to, but the quality and professionalism makes it so worth my while. They also deliver, but sometimes I go to see what's new. This time was worth it...thank you John.

Service was very helpful in explaining all the questions I had and polite! They carried all sorts of vape cartridges, edibles, and actual bud. Different strains for different effects you're needing.ATM is located inside if you don't have cash.Easy process to run through before getting inside for them to service you. Great people at this locations!

Start to finish, 5* experience! The women in reception were so welcoming and they had hockey on the TV, Goal. Chris, my "budtender" was great. He showed me almost everything they have to offer (too much to take in at once) and we decided on some great tasting REAL fruit puree edibles called Bites from Select and a gram of solventless hash rosin from Rosin Royalty. Both products exceed my HIGH expectations and the quality of care from everyone at 420 Central will keep me coming back!Thanks again CJ

Super disappointed with the new automated system to pay. Price before there new system was $47 once they rang me up $53. Guess I'll be finding a new spot.

So it was my first time here. Registration took a few seconds and I was called back by Jonathan after only waiting a couple of minutes.  They are only allowing a couple people in the store at a time and lucky for me they were not busy when I arrived.Jonathon asked if I would like the tour, which I totally appreciated as I ended up learning about some new products that I would not have purchased had he not shown me.  He gave me a discount for being a first-timer and shared other ways to save money at their store.  I have only been to a handful of dispensaries in my life and this one was by far the most welcoming!!  All the employees were friendly and helpful, especially Jonathon.  I was beginning to think that bad customer service was just an unavoidable annoyance when going to stores like this.  However, I had such a great first trip here that I will definitely go back and maybe even bring some friends.

Took my grandmother here for her first dispensary experience (recently moved from out of state) and she loved it. George Z and Michael B were super helpful and patient, and they made sure we left with everything we needed. Def plan on coming back!

Always check what they put in the bag before you leave. I asked for a 1:1 oil and received a 1:20 instead. Honest mistake, and I didn't even see the item that was put in the bag. Called within 2 hours to say that I didn't get the right product. First they said they talked to the 'guy' who sold it to me and he said that that's exactly what I ordered. Trouble is that a woman helped me. They wouldn't exchange it and best they could do is offer a 20% off coupon for a future purchase. I've only ever shopped here, but too annoyed to go back. I get it, with Covid and all, but I just got burned for $85 from this place.

Came in after not smoking pot in 15 years. Was a bit out of touch with what was available. I was looking for something to help me relax and sleep better but not necessarily a pure CBD oil product. Brenden really help me out and guided me to something that would work for me. The staff are all really friendly and the store was very clean. I'll be back when I need a refill.

Had such a great experience at 420 Central today. Met Bryce and Ethan, both of which were super knowledgeable. My parents (75) got to experience a dispensary for the first time and loved it. We're so excited about our haul and will also be heading back. BEST part is getting a $50 referral for bringing the old folks!

I would like to start this review with a little back ground information. For the past 10 years I have been living with constant arthritis pain with degenerative disc disease in my back and neck. I've been to Specailsts and doctors, taken my fair share of pain meds to relieve the pain. I wake up in agony and can not sleep.  I even get steroid injections to relieve the pain. I was looking on line for some CBD relief. I found 420 Central and placed my order. Thankfully, John who works at 420 Central called me about my order, this was my first time ordering from a pharmacy like this. I told him I was looking for pain relief and not the ones with a high THC content. I'm a busy mother of 3 and can't spend my days out of it. John told me about these sour cherries gummies. I actually slept all night long and slept in! I can't remember actually sleeping all night long. I was able to spring out of bed this morning. I took 1 gummy at 10am and was completely pain free until 4pm this afternoon. I live in the hills and I was able to walk my dog for 5 miles and play with my kids at the park. ALL PAIN FREE! I can't stop talking about it! I have already sent the link out to my family and friends that deal with chronic pain. Thank you John for the amazing advice and product recommendation. I'm over joyed in how amazing I feel and being pain free. This will definitely be my go to pain relief from now on.

Some budtenders just keep you coming back. The store itself is the best, the products are ALWAYS better than other places and every time I try to go somewhere else I feel like I got screwed, because pricing may be lower elsewhere but the products are not what or how they say they are. Now, let's talk about the budtenders , they have helped save my life and brain with the products they have introduced me to and strains they have recommended. Remember, everyone's brain functions differently on different things/strains. I have severe anxiety, mixed with ptsd, OCD, and I'm bi polar, I've been through everything everywhere else and I'm a bit picky when it comes to mental health so nothing seemed to be working, they have helped me out so compassionately with assessing and recommending what was best for me that I'm finally at ease in my own mind. It's been over ten years since that's been able to happen and I truly believe without 420 Central, their products and knowledge, and budtenders I would not have been able to manage myself mentally. I love a good life because of these people, I smoke on the finest flower with the finest effects, and I trust that every product that they recommend to me is worth it, they may not all be exactly what I'm looking for but to find your concoction you have to go through many different strains and products to find out which ones work for you specifically. I cannot obtain the same quality, or knowledge I do from anywhere else. They are the most compassionate and educated dispensary in CA. I trust them with the guidance they give and believe if everybody else did we just be able to all get along.

Chris is super helpful, funny and knowledgeable. He had help me with getting pain relief oils before. He's also my hubby's regular bud tender. Ask for Chris if they are not busy, he's awesome.  This place helped my hubby with foot pain for multiple reasons.  When pain meds don't help, there're so many products here that help with pain relief. I use CBD/THC oil for my back and his feet. Gotta tell ya work better than pain pills for sure.

I'd give them a zero if I could.  Ordered last night for same night delivery.  Got a call  "we are too busy, can we deliver first thing in the morning?" "Sure, what time is first thing?" "10". That should have been my first clue.  I also asked if it was all in stock and he said yes and he would set it aside to make sure.  Finally at 330 after leaving 2 unreturned message I get a burned out disinterested guy who said my order was still in the store and they substituted out the main part of the order.  They wasted a day. Worst service and they don't careSo update.  Hailey reached out apologized and said give them a try again.  I spoke to George and dropped Haileys name.  They took fabulous care and the delivery was immediate and flawless.

Now I've ordered twice (online for delivery) and I love this store! They call you to confirm the order and recommend other selections to try if your original choices are no longer available. I really enjoy the recommendations because it helps me explore different brands that I wouldn't have experimented with otherwise. The callers and the delivery drivers are all friendly folks. I love supporting this local store. If you're like me -- stomach is very sensitive and can't enjoy alcohol as much (even a glass of wine hurts me at times), then try the edibles. Try CBD 20:1 for relaxation, Indica to help with sleep, and Hybrids for some fun times that are not as intense as Sativa. No hangovers or painful stomach but all the wonderful things that a glass of wine (or two) would have done for me in the past. Give it a try @ 420Central ;)

It's been so long since I've smoked. Took a trip there after work because I needed something to help me fall asleep at night. The trip was super fast and easy. Great place. Very helpful, both on phone and in person. New to this but it's extremely great for play and stress management. A young man by the name of Zen was very knowledgeable, helpful and efficient.  My order was ready for pick up but I asked about other products I bought previously and they were out of stock but suggested a new item, which is better than than the previous one. This place is head & shoulders better than any dispensary in Orange County. Jon is a great manager who is willing to spend time to be sure you order exactly what you want and that you are happy with it. Their delivery people are all very professional. True OGs of the Santa Ana cannabis scene and amazingly knowledgeable staff. But the best part is their dedication to compassion and taking care of the most in need medical patients. This is a rarity in the recreational cannabis world so support then when you can!

I give five stars because of the delivery guy Rich. Kept in communication and got here exactly when I needed him to as I was getting home from work. Tried to Venmo him money because I was short on cash to tip him more than I wanted to, but he told me it was all good and to enjoy. I appreciated that. 420 Central created an awesome experience for me. I walked in with a greeting as it came from my best friend. The waiting room was full of clients/patients. I was offered something to drink while waiting for and experienced consultant to discuss my needs of cannabis. Prior to entering the secured glass room, there were two sales people offering samples of their products to the customers who also were very knowledgeable. People were openly friendly and the energy was full of life. It was about a 10 to 15 minute wait until there was an opening for me to talk to a bud specialist and I spent 10 minutes with Chris as he asked me questions to find the correct products for me.  When I left I was well educated and felt I was part of a relationship.

The first time I came here, it was a great experience. The budtender was helpful and friendly and gave plenty of info and recommendations to us newbies.Came back a couple days ago and it was the complete opposite. Silent the whole time. Unhelpful, not welcoming. I asked for recommendations and he was basically just reading the words on the products back to me. I, too, am proficient in reading and reading comprehension. I don't remember his name, but receipt says Michael M. He was wearing a black handkerchief around his face (which is not a safe mask, by the way).I'm going to look around elsewhere before coming back here.

Super cool. Chris took care of me. Can totally see why ratings so high. Cool guys, low key spot, great location. I've prob been to 100+ dispensaries. Great top shelf selections and solid $100 half-ounces. More of a gourmet meat market when you can still get a great burger. Thru in free grinder and lighter AND 10% off plus told me 2 other ways to always get 10% off (Yelp check-in is 1). Solid choice when away from home.... Or home. Hella quick and easy. Worth it.

Give them a price range (mine is usually ~$35 for an eighth) and they can give you a few options. I love this dispensary! Budtenders are always so helpful. The (very few) times they've been out of the gummies I want there has always been an alternative suggested that I like just as much. Go mid-day mid-week and you'll have the place to yourself.

Ryan was awesome!I don't imbibe, but the better half wanted to check the place out. If you like to use marijuana, I have no issue with it, just don't drive impaired and hurt someone else.We walked in around lunch time on Saturday, and the girl at the desk (Mari?) greeted us, and was super kind! We waited about 20-30 minutes, then met with Ryan who was really great. He answered all of our questions, and suggested several things based on our needs, not necessarily how much $$ it was worth.In the end, we walked out with a couple of things, and didn't feel weird about it.This place wasn't at all what I thought. It was clean, comfortable, and everyone made you feel welcome. If we need anything else, we will definitely be back! And ask for Ryan!

First ever experience at a dispensary last week and I couldn't have been more pleased. It's a very clean and organized space with a similar feel to a hospital or professional clinic (because it is, of course). When you walk in, all you have to do is sign in on either the 'medical' or 'recreational' clip board. For me, it was recreational so all they ask for is an ID to show that you're over the age of 21. I have a Hawai'i drivers license so out of state works just fine.Once it's your turn, they call your name and a friendly and knowledgeable associate takes care of you. My friend and I got Nate and he was extremely helpful. The friend that I was with also had a lot of questions and he answered very single one with great information.They have a great variety of flower as well as kush, pre-rolled joints, cbd oils, edibles, pens/vapes, and more. I went for the edibles and they didn't disappoint. I bought the paleo chocolate brownie bar, watermelon gummies, and a habit mango drink all containing a total of 100 mg each. I use them just to relax and chill out my mind but still be able to do what I need to. Definitely know your dosages before consuming though!Just the experience that I was legally being showcased all the products that they had was such a weirdly awesome thing. I highly recommend stopping by even just to see what it's like.

I was so happy to find this dispensary.  It is very close to home and they have so much selection.  I ordered online and when I went in I didn't have to wait long at all.  Plus, I was very happy they were practicing safe distancing and only letting one person in at a time.  It made me feel more comfortable.  The place is nice, clean and pretty big with a comfortable waiting room.  My bud tender (either Troy or Tony, sorry I don't remember your name, wah wah) was very helpful and nice.  There were other employees that talked to me as well so it just felt like a very friendly environment and I liked that.  And how could you not love that their address is their name?  Easy to remember!  I will definitely be going back for more products soon!

We found 420 central through google, which lead us to their plethora of 5 star ratings on Yelp.  So glad we came here!  It is tucked away in an industrial area, and the address itself, really is 420 central, can't miss it, very easy to find.  Plenty of parking spaces, clean streets, store is very well lit.  Upon entering, the store is divided into 2, a store front which sells the knick knacks for the goods, has 2 separate bathrooms, with dual sinks as the common area.  The store front is big, clean, airy, well lit, and love that the arts are of Marvel Comic Universe beloved characters of Iron Man, Thor, Fantastic Four, and the creator himself, Mr. Stan Lee!  During Covid times, they are allowing 1 person in the 2nd room, which houses all the goodies from flowers, to oils, drinks, edibles.  Bc they were a bit slow, they allowed me and my bf to both go back there.  Our budtender was Michael Boone and my gosh was he knowledgeable and helpful!  It's been some several years since me and bf has consumed, and Michael pointed us to what we were interested in...edibles!  He suggested we start with 5mg of gummies, which we were completely happy about, there were so many to pick from, so we went woth one brand, and got all three flavors!  We also asked about gummies to help with muscle pain, and he took it to the opposite room glass case...got those too!  Can't wait to "see" and feel amazing!  Thabks Michael for your time and expertise!

I usually don't do reviews, or when I do, they are quick and simple.After a few weeks of wanting to visit 420 Central, I finally did so. I had my husband accompany me because, well for one, I have never been to a dispensary, and two, for moral support. I suffer from scoliosis, degenerative disc issues, and cartilage that is breaking all over my lumbar. Back in Dec (2018 a few mos ago), I was in such tremendous burning pain that I went back to see my back specialist. The new X-ray done showed I have fluid leaking out from discs...it's horrific. Takes 6-8mos to heal.Fast forward now 2 mos, and I'm still in pain. The fluid flares up every other day still. I've had maybe one good day since Dec. I've been on steroids, Celebrex, Vicodin, Advil, Tylenol, etc etc to no avail. Thus, my visit to 420 Central. We were warmly greeted as we entered that facility. And yes, I was nervous. But at that point, nothing matter but to get some kind of relief.We were called back by Ashley...and she was superb.  After tell her my "woe is me" story, she knew exactly where to lead me...to oils. She explained every type of oil to us and what it would do for me for example during the morning, through out the mid day, and when I went to bed. We decided to start me on a low CBD from Fiddlers Greens. Within the first 2hrs, I was able to feel some relief from my burning back pain. She also said to not give up, everyone reacts to oils differently, and there are other kinds to try if this one does not do what I am looking for. And she's right. You have to stick with something for at least a month for it to start working. I'm so happy I finally stopped in, and can't wait to try other items she recommended!

I bought a vape pen from these guys and it broke immediately. Returned it and asked for a replacement and they refused. Asked for them to discount the cost of the pen towards the purchase of an upgraded pen. They also refused. There's a million places like this store, might as well go to a place where they stand behind their products and care about their customers. Avoid this place and try somewhere else.

This is my favorite dispensary in the area, by far. The best part about this location is the selection, but the knowledgeable bud tenders also make the experience what it is. My husband and I use medicinally and have been to almost all the dispensaries in the area at this point. I keep coming back to 420 Central because the service is phenomenal + they actually have all their items on display for questions and perusing. You can check out ingredients of everything, ask as many questions as you want, and not feel rushed as you make conscious decisions. I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes to get in and their waiting lounge is comfortable (and has an easily accessible bathroom and drinking water). Parking is easy, the location comes up correctly on my map. All good things. This week, we got to work with Michael M. and cannot say enough good things. He was kind, knew a ton about the products (not just bud or only an edible user, etc.). He answered all our questions, was patient as we hemmed and hawed over options, and provided his own take on things when we asked. He wasn't pushy like some bud tenders or ignorant like others I've encountered in other dispensaries. Honestly, I might even call ahead to see if he's on the floor next time because our experience was just that pleasant. Thanks so much Michael!

Well, bring lots of money because the prices are high, the "bargain" pot is so weak, so old (harvested in June and sold in late October) and so  harsh I couldn't smoke it.  I'm sure the $65 8th was good, but I'm used to paying $45 for a great 8th a few years ago and $25 an ounce for Acapulco Gold and Thai sticks when I was 21, so I tried the $25 eighth, and that was a shocker.  I figured, "How bad could it be?"  Well, really bad.That said, the place is beautiful and the staff is nice.  I wish them well but   I will grow my own because pot shouldn't be shitty, at any price..  The government is responsible for part of the prices but 420 shouldn't be selling the worst cannabis I've ever seen.  Use it for baking, guys.

I came here about a month or so ago and had a great experience. I was visiting a buddy in Irvine and wanted to pick up a couple of joints for the memories. I turned to Yelp because I don't really know what to use to find cannabis clubs. This place was hardly out of the way, so I GPS'd my way over. It was dark and the parking lot was empty. Somewhat spooky. I walked through the doors and it was suddenly a lot less spooky. I was greeted by the receptionist Makayla. She's totally awesome. I'm going to dedicate a paragraph to her right now. Makayla is a warm person and you can feel it as soon as you start talking to her. As far as a receptionist goes, she's perfect. We had a nice conversation, then the bud tender took me back to make my selection. Makayla was so chill that I feel like she should've handled the whole process. She sets the bar high as soon as you walk in (pun not intended). I grabbed a few dank joints at a good rate. No complaints about the bud. They also appeared to have a great selection, though I haven't explored. This review is more about the service I received from Makayla. Thank you for making me feel welcome!

After researching alternatives to prescription drugs for anxiety, I came across CBD. A friend whose children suffer from Autism and deal with grand mal seizures guided me to 420 Central.I'll be honest, I was feeling super square and nervous, but the gal at front desk (on a Tuesday around 3:30) was super warm and cheerful. I felt at ease immediately. The warm welcome continued as Makala introduced herself and guided me inside. Makala was VERY knowledgeable and I felt confident she knew what she was doing and therefore trusted her recommendations. She gave me plenty of information about each product I inquired about.The whole experience was educational and painless. So EASY! Thank you Makala, for walking me through this new experience.

After moving to California over a year ago I started going to different dispensaries until I found this place. The service here is so warm and friendly that it continues to drive me back to this place over a year later. I always enjoy seeing the smiling faces of Marcy, Dana and CJ on all my visits. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an exceptional experience that is knowledgeable and friendly.

Good place to check out. I don't know about the regulations in California, but everything is seamlessly faster in Washington state. The edible are good.

My favorite dispensary EVERYTIME I go to Cali. My budtender Chris, was an absolute pleasure to deal with. If I pointed and asked about a specific product, he give me a full answer with background knowledge- the works. When I came in, I think he was the only person working, but he was moving pretty well for a solo worker. Awesome service experience, I'm telling ya. I think I get unnecessarily nervous going into dispensaries because sometimes there's a much stricter vibe in a lot of them, but this place is a very comfortable place to be in. Great selection, and reasonable pricing. Quality quality quality.

I agree with most people.... this place has a variety of flavors and selections of cbd and vaping stuff. There is waiting room here. It takes about 15 minutes or so to be called in the area with all their products. The workers there are patient and cool. Process is easy and fast. I highly recommend this place for a smooth experience.

Came here New Years Day to commemorate the special day. The store did a great job making everyone feel welcome with coffee and great customer service. One of the owners passed put t-shirts which was cool. If i was from the area I would come back, but in a few weeks I am sure there will be ones closer to my city.

I'm basically a novice when it comes to this but I just have to say that the couple times I've been here they've been super patient with me and have taken their time to really explain the benefits and down falls of specific products. They've been really kind and always really helpful. As a novice you need guidance and they're always willing to help and it's greatly appreciated. I've had bad experiences 2 out of 2 times that I've given this place my business.Overall the place is nice, decent selection and yes, the prices are high, but actually cheaper than nearby competitors on some of the flower and carts that I buy regularly. But I won't be coming back.1) First time was in person at the store. I didn't have to wait long, but the lady budtender was very dismissive, made it obvious she didn't want to answer any questions, nor did she want to talk about what was in stock. She literally told me "What we have is over here. Let me know when you want to pay." and then she walked away.Whatever, bad day, grumpy, etc. I can understand. Not the end of the world.But today,2) I ordered online for delivery. An hour goes by. No confirmation email, no text, no call. So I called to see what was up with the order. A guy answers and tells me he will call me with an update within an hour. No call. 2 hours go by and I call back. This time a lady answers and puts me on hold for 10 minutes before the line goes dead. I called back and she told me that she doesn't know anything about delivery orders and the person that knows about that is busy and she will have him call me back asap. It's now been *another* hour and I still haven't heard anything. So basically, 4 hours after placing the order (their website claims to have fast delivery) and I can't even get a confirmation or ETA or even talk to someone on the phone who knows how their delivery works.I know this place has a lot of good reviews, which means they are doing something right. I'm just sharing my own personal experience. I suggest they hire customer service-obsessed employees.

First time coming here on 420 Central.The waiting took a while but it was worth it, to have some great service especially with Michael the cashier. Michael went through the explanation of the items that I bought especially being friendly towards all customers. I will definitely come back next time whenever I run out LOL.

My first time here and first time trying anything related. I went in looking for cbd oil as i was recently diagnosed with a chronic illness called endometriosis but also suffer from depression/anxiety, insomnia, back pain...Christian was our helper and was amazing. Very knowledgeable, kind, and patient. I went in with a good friend who is also very knowledgeable with products and their interaction was great as well. I was looking specifically for cbd oil without the thc but they no longer carry it. Being nervous about trying it with thc, i had questions and concerns but left confident, happy, and listened to. I bought the cbd 4:1 one month supply just to start. Highly recommend this spot.

After several trips to this cannabis dispensary, fifty five mi from home, I thought I'd write a quicky note about how friendly they were....Well, apparently that was just a newbie enjoying the benefits. A week or so ago, I was up and bought my usual cookies to help me sleep and some gummies to tide me over the tough afternoons. I have osteoarthritis and it's more than slightly uncomfortable. Mind you these bags of ten cookies are over 26 bucks each, plus another 21 for the gummies. Not a cheap visit. I get home, ready to put the cookies up into my sealed container...and I discover one of the bags has only five almost whole cookies and half a bag with crumbs and I do mean crumbs.  Made a  trip up again this morning, took the bag back as intact as when I received it and they didn't even want to talk to me..............Manager said....regulations prohibit us...but wouldn't tell me what those regulations were, accused me of eating some of the cookies and then offered me a twenty percent discount on a replacement bag.  I'm pretty sure I did not maintain any degree of composure and right now I'm still pretty pissing mad!!! Selling damaged goods and then telling me it's my fault. After almost four months and spending close to $400 I get treated as if I were scum off the street. Not polite, not apologetic, no show of concern of care at all.   DON'T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!  There are more than enough to choices, go find someone that appreciates your business, cause this manager at 420 Central doesn't give a damn!!!!OH, and the bag of cookies, when I get them home I discover they have removed over half of the crumbs..................so what do you think, huh??? BOY DID I GET TAKEN!!!!!

We are from NorCal so thought we'd check out what's down here. So glad we picked this place. Very very knowledgeable and honest. Excellent selections. Pricing is absolutely fair. We are fans and we will be back as we are regular visitors to SoCal.

The first word that comes to mind when I think 420 Central is Welcoming. All the employees there are so kind and approachable, from security to front desk to the budtenders. The way the store is set up also contributes to the atmosphere. The glass walls dividing the waiting room from the actual store area make you feel at ease and not like you're waiting to see a doctor or feel like you're doing something sketchy and secretive. They also have water, coffee, and sometimes pastries available. My first visit here was to find some CBD products and I was nervous as hell because I had never stepped foot into a dispensary before-- the whole world of cannabis was pretty new to me tbh. From the second I got out of my car I was greeted by security and then welcomed by the girl at the front desk. She explained the process and registered me in the system. I only sat in the waiting room for a couple minutes before I was called in. My budtender that day was super helpful, understanding, and knowledgeable. She walked me through a variety of products and was receptive to all my questions. Every budtender I have met thereafter has been just the same. I never feel like I'm wasting their time and I have never felt too shy to ask questions. They've shared personal anecdotes and tips with me and provided me with so much information. I can tell that they really want to make sure that customers walk away with just the right product(s). They even helped me transition from CBD to THC (and I've had some traumatizing experiences before so I was quite apprehensive). Make sure you ask about discounts and sign up for their text alerts!

I love the energy at this location. It's very mellow and relaxed. It's the only dispensary I prefer to go to. Everyone is always friendly and welcoming. I got to work with Zen yesterday and I really appreciate his patience, guidance and assistance with helping me find exactly what I needed. I placed an order online about a hour ago. 20 mins went by and no confirmation, so I called them. I was informed since I was a new patient I needed to send a picture of my ID. Keep in mind I called them before they told me this. I send in a picture. I was told I would get a confirmation call once recieved. 30 minutes went by and still no call. I call them back, this is after a hour of waiting. I was told the driver was still there and they would check to see when it would be delivered. Driver gets on the phone and tells me he's leaving in 15 mins, no eta, I guess my product will just get here when it gets here.

We came here since my aunt from Tennessee was visiting and wanted to know what it was like. The service was amazing and the staff inside were great! The front desk employee was a bit standoffish since she had to go over the whole process for me, my mom, and my aunt since we were new to this whole thing. But the staff inside the actual shop were welcoming and super friendly. Everything was clean and well-organized. Only bummer was that my aunt came specifically looking for gummies? But the closest thing they had were mints. But the whole process was easy and the friendly inside staff and cleanliness was impeccable!

Walked in, saw a sign that said i needed my medical recommendation (which I let expire a while ago because I thought this stuff was legal now), saw a line that was going to take at least 20 minutes to get through even though there were only a few people in it and then walked out.No idea if the place is good or bad hence the three star rating.  I guess you could say i'm impatient but i just want to walk in buy what I want and walk out.  I don't need to talk to anyone, I don't need guidance, none of that crap.  Oh well, maybe next time when i have a half hour to kill i'll try it again.

So my fiancé and I usually love coming here and after today, I'm not sure we'd be coming back. First off the gentlemen at the front desk, his name was Brandon, he was thee nicest so I'm adding this one star for him, however Marcy was rude from the get go. As we understood that my fiancé and I couldn't go in together, as she was tending to my fiancé inside, she couldn't help but over explain as to why we have to be separated. After stating he understood, she continued to be persistent in getting her point across as if he was too stupid to understand. Yet right after he went in, a COUPLE goes in TOGETHER! After being confused & seeing we were clearly being treated differently, I no longer wanted to go in to buy anything myself. I get it, "Marcy's old and feels that she can pull rank because of that" from what I was told, but the fact that she ended the transaction with tossing my fiancé's bag of items rudely on counter is the lowest point of customer service. LEARN PROFESSIONALISM MARCIE! So disgusted!

We stopped in here on a "self guided" tour of some of the local dispensaries. The front desk staff was super friendly and welcoming. The interior staff was just as pleasant and helpful. They were definitely willing to educate, as I overheard some new folks getting the scoop. They have quite a bit too choose from, including edibles. The place was very clean. The only reason I gave it 4 stars, is because I'm spoiled by the Bay Area shops. I was super stoked to get some edibles that were on sale that I paid triple the price for, in a Bay Area shop. I also dig the address and the building was obvious, painted bright green and had decent parking situation. It's sort of in an industrial area. So, don't think you're driving the wrong way. Cool spot.

Came in wanting to try something new with my fiance, but we didn't know where to start. My fiance went in leaning towards vapes, I on the other hand didn't want to vape. So since I'm not a big smoker, Makala actually recommend me to try the edibles. I picked out the Kiva chocolate bar. I was still able to taste the weed, but it wasn't as bad as I thought it would have been. They had so many different flavors, I got the milk chocolate flavor so my fiance can try it with me. After this one I'm definitely gonna try the vanilla chai! Thanks again Makala! If you need any assistance on picking something out she would be my go to person! Everyone is always so nice, friendly and accommodating. I would like to give 5 stars to a nice, young, man, whose name I cannot remember. I do remember his name started with a Z.

First time visiting any dispensary so I can't compare but it wasn't what I was expecting. It was clean and well lite and very clinical. Don't get me wrong, it smelled just like I had imagined but...I went with someone who was also a newbie and she just needed moral support. I didn't buy anything but she did. The employees are all very nice and very knowledgeable. Mason Brown was our bud-tender and he knew exactly what to recommend based on my friends symptoms.  She didn't necessarily need to get high but needs something for her ailments. The spray she got has little to no THC so it should be perfect for her. If anyone has any misgivings about going to a dispensary thinking they are shady and scary, I'd suggest going to 420 central and checking it out. It is nice, clean and reassuring as an alternative to traditional prescriptions.

This place is AWESOME. I've used them twice now, and both times they were professional, efficient, and most of all--really personable. I use a CBD blend that helps greatly with pain and anxiety from a couple different health issues. Before my first delivery I thought of these types of places as likely being sketchy and/or not very good with customer service. Not this one! Every employee has been super nice. Today I spoke to Jett on the phone and Brendan did my delivery. Got same day delivery within a few hours.  I'll never use another company for my CBD!

I have been having some serious insomnia problems for a while now and decided to see what all the buzz was about (see how I did that there?) with using pot medicinally. I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist who got me checked in and set me up with Halley. She welcomed me in warmly and asked how she could help me. I explained my issues and what I was hoping to achieve and she gave me great information and options.  I settled on a tincture and next day update.....I did sleep better last night and feel great this morning. I'm really excited that I will be able to have better sleep - this is so important for your health! The store is beautiful - clean and product is displayed well. Halley was the best! She was patient and informative and very nice! Thank you Halley for the great experience!

5 stars all day! My first visit was today and although I've followed 420 for a while, I was skeptical because I personally do not like licensed dispensaries, reason is because what usually happens is you go to one of these licensed establishments, you're already gonna pay more for better product, and you expect a professional knowledgeable staff, and someone who actually knows about a variety of product and what you get is no different than any black market shop, young girls, no knowledge, and they act like they are doing you a favor and you are rushed!Well, not 420 Central. These guys are what is right and they need to be the example. Very welcoming environment, not some kid hiding behind a desk making you wait forever, the receptionist up front was so sweet we chatted while I waited for Michael to come help me. Once I went in with Michael I could tell right away he knew his shit. I'm a long time smoker and I know what I want but I wanted his recommendations and he hooked me up with 2 amazing 8ths. And I want to point out, Michael didnt push me to their high end stuff nor did he rush me. He first showed me some lower end but still great affordable 8ths which I thought was really cool. I will definitely be back for some of those $30 8ths! All in all my experience was good enough to where I'm planning to go back again and I'd like to make this my only shop. They have it all! Don't sleep on these guys!

I have recently been diagnosed with cancer.This was my first visit ever to a dispensary and did not know what to expect and what to consider buying. Ashley was very patient and very knowledgeable about dosages and delivery systems for treating symptoms. I appreciated her help and empathy.

My first time buying weed with my new medical marijuana card and it was kind of intimidating for me. Because the first 2 dispensaries I went to we're completely closed down. And this one is gorgeous and Hailey was super helpful because I walked in and didn't know what I even wanted and she started explaining to me the different kinds. And I explained to her that I had some really bad back pain from a spinal surgery and she immediately knew what to recommend to help with my back pain. She also recommended me some for psychotic effects as well. Overall I love this place because of their safety measures as well, they always have a security guard and as a girl. They'll walk you out to your car as well after your purchase to make you feel safe. I would definitely recommend this to everyone especially if it's your first time buying from a dispensary. First of all, don't judge. We all need a little something to get us by and this is it for me.420 Central is kinda in the ghetto industrial area of Santa Ana so you might be hesitant making the trip out here but get your head out of the clouds. It's totally worth it. I first came here for an Orchid Essentials launch event plus I had just moved here locally and needed a new dispensary. I was impressed by the space, the respectful and courteous staff, and how safe I felt inside and out. The whole process is top notch and they do their due diligence. They'll answer all your questions, make excellent recommendations and handle all your concerns. I'm pretty much a regular here and love all my budtenders. They even have a rewards program so spend big and win big.

Chris was the greatest!  I will return because of Chris and also the other young man at the front desk that took time to answer some questions I had.  I'm not very savvy about the medical cannabis product lines and found this shop to have the friendliest and most knowledgeable budtenders of the 3 shops I have visited in the past 3 months or so. Chris was awesome and so patient with me...explained and answered all my questions and helped me stay within my budget. He did not try to outsell me or suggest any product above my stated price range.  The store has a wide variety of CBD products which was my primary purpose for visiting the store.  I will return next month for additional product.  Very friendly place...I am a senior citizen and was impressed with the level of service I received..if their were more than 5 stars Chris would surely rate 10!

I have gone to 420 Central since before the change in recreational legalization. When my Dad was interested in trying a dispensary I knew I had to bring him here. It's also clean, everyone is friendly, and I like that they only carry products that meet their standards. When I brought my Dad in, Hailey helped us out and she was so patient with our questions, she was upbeat and friendly, and I liked that she didn't pressure us into any products we weren't interested in. We had a really great experience because of her. I also love that all the Bud Tenders (they may not be called this) are regular employees so they know the products and actually understand the science behind marijuana. I will continue to be a loyal customer.

Makayla was so very helpful and professional. 420 is very clean, almost like going to a cosmetics counter at the mall. We were warmly welcomed and introduced to our informative weedtender. Makayla answered all our questions and really helped us make the right choices. The product selection is good and depending on what we needed, she brought us to each area. There were a few choices for the tinctures (humboldt apothecary, charlottes web, care by design), and roughly 8 or so strains each of an indica, sativa, or hybrid flowers. There are also cookies and chocolates. There are vapes too. Chill was doing a promotion the day we went. we got some samples and a hat! Great experience and there were people waiting to come in while we were there. Everyone gets their personal assistant and they will be very happy when they leave.

I'm from Utah, and my state is slow to get even medical passed through our legislature. I haven't had a ton of experience with true dispensaries. This one was wonderful. They were very professional. When you walk in you get put on a list to enter the shop, where they have a personal budtender assist you with your needs - one on one. They have everything you can think of and in various forms. When me and my friend were called up we were able to ask questions and get great answers. They tailor the experience to you. They offer multiple options and tell you about each one in detail. You basically have a bud expert at your disposal. It was wonderful, easy, quick, professional, and friendly. I would definitely visit here again. Some notes: they do have an armed guard on staff at the entrance. You are in a waiting room in line. It wasn't super busy when we went, but if it is, you'll want to be prepared to wait some time. They do have nice seating and amenities. We waited maybe ten minutes at the time we went. They do take out of state licenses and they do take credit cards.

This was the first time I have ever been inside a dispensary.  I typically resort to the delivery service since going to new places heightens my anxiety.  From the moment I walked in, to the time I left, I was blown away.  First, this place is so clean!  I know that sounds like a silly thing to be excited about, but I was stoked!  It's cleaner than most doctors offices.  Once I was ready to go in, I was greeted warmly by en employee and showed around.  I was taken aback by the options that they had!  I typically lean towards the edibles, and my options were huge.  If I had went in and knew what I wanted, I probably could have been out within 5 minutes.  I definitely took my time, but I wasn't rushed by anyone.  Prices were really reasonable and they always have deals.  I am 100% spoiled by this place.  I think it's safe to say that I will be returning here quite a bit.  Thank you 420 Central for your great service!!!

Do not order delivery from this place, they can't handle it.  Called to order delivery and they told me I could get a ftp discount if I order through their website, but not by phone.  Placed my online order around 4:30 and missed a call around 4:45, to confirm the order. I called back and confirmed and was told it should be between 1 to 2 hours to get my delivery. I waited about 2 1/2 hours and called back at 7:30 get the status of my order. I was told that it was still sitting there and didn't get delivered because I hadn't confirmed the order (which I already had). Then he says we can deliver it tomorrow morning, even though they're still open for 2 hours, because they're busy and can't do it tonight. I told him to just cancel the order. I've been ordering delivery for years now and this is the first time I've been told I'd have to wait until tomorrow, even though they're still open. That is terrible customer service! There are a lot of other places to choose from, this ain't the one.

Really astounding establishment right as you walk in. Secretary is super kind and helpful especially for new customers! When you walk inside and look at the products everything is organized and beautifully displayed. Plenty of bud-tenders, who are knowledgeable about all items, are there to assist with any questions you could possibly have. Mason helped me out and he's a badass! Thanks dude you're cool af.Would totally recommend this place to anyone looking for recreational drugs!

I have been going hete for well over a year now and it's my favorite dispensary.  I started as a medical patient and was impressed by thier knowledge and desire to help medical patients.My first budtender was Chris  Brown, and he was helpful in so many ways. He got me through that anxiousness of a first time patient. Yeah, I grew up with a stigma attached to marijuana use so that was the biggest hurdle for me to get over. It made everything easier. The fact that he was so knowledgeable and had the desire yo educate me in a chill way sold me on this place. Since then I've had several budtenders here and they have all been helpful and professional. I continue to go here because they put the medical patients first. That still remains where thier greatest concern is. I'll be a lifelong customer. Thank you.

Suuuuper nice and helpful staff here, nice clean place, decent prices.I'm not much of a smoker but I needed something for insomnia and am super weary of pills so I thought I'd try some edibles. The girl who helped me (sorry I forgot your name!) was really nice and patient and actually got me in and out of there pretty fast. I ended up going with a Kiva choco bar and although it was pricey, a little bit goes a REALLY long way lol so I doubt I'll be going back any time soon! As promised the chocolate helped me get a super restful night of sleep with no crappy leftover grogginess the next morning. Bought a couple of joints to share with my husband too and he was happy with the quality and price. If I need anything else in the future I'll be sure to come here!

This was my first time to 420 Central, upon arriving it seemed like a bad part of town, turns out it's the industrial area, plenty safe with an armed security man outside that greeted me with a smile. I enter the business and find that there are restrooms there for our use, that's great! The waiting area is open and spacious, appealing and welcoming. I believe he said his name is Zen at Admin, his long-sleeved jacket is an artist we both admired. Looks like an LSD or DMT trip (his jacket not the shop). Great guy Zen is, I mentioned that I'm a disabled Army Vet and if there was a discount for that, indeed there is (20%), basically covers sales, county and city taxes. I'm good with that! There was a bit of a wait, there were a lot people there, must be a happening place! Budtender Chris walks from the P.O.S. position and calls my name. We greet one another with a handshake and a smile. Good manners. I explain my dilemma about how my last 3 times with my "FAV" dispensary screwed me with garbage bud, I was very disappointed for a long time with them, the girls there "sold me" on some garbage herb that I had to throw in the garbage near the end of it. Chris explained to me that he has flower/herb that'll help me chill. He went through all the ones that i can use, the lighting in there is awful, you cannot see the herb without the use of a phone light. Other than that, I indeed found my herb, it was waiting there for me. My FAV company/grower for herb in the past has been Fresh Daily Bud. my old place stopped carrying it some time ago, it turns out, that Fresh Daily Bud is 420 Central's grower, distributor, harvester, etc. I have INDEED found my new FAV dispensary to go to, this is where I'm spending my money from now on. I purchased a flavor of Fresh Daily Bud, 14 grams, excellent information from Chris, he helped me out in a big effen way. He really did! I came home, and fired up my bong with some of that herb, ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, peace of mind, calmness, stillness- thank you, Thanks so much 420 Central, Chris and Zen.

!Cristian!I'm an old and thanks to legalization, I'm finally able to partake in an old favorite again.  No more having to know a guy who knows a guy.  I can actually pick my own now.Anyway been away from this for a long time and while 420 isn't the first recreational dispensary I've visited this year, this is one of the most comfortable and informational I've been to.  My husband always used to roll our stash, so I've never bothered to learn.  Well, he doesn't want to participate now that it's finally legal and I'm a big girl and can purchase what I want and learn how to take care of myself - rolling, figuring out a pipe or a vape etc without anyone else's oversight.Which led to my first visit to 420 - Cristian was my bud tender.  He didn't make this old lady feel stupid because so much has changed but stayed the same. (Just realized head shops are now smoke shops!)  I told him what my budget was and I wanted to sample an edible, get a different disposable vape cartridge (been using overpriced dosist) and if there was anything left, may be some flower.The disposable vape was great (Jetty), haven't tried the edible or flower since I still had some left but if they are anything as good as the disposable, (just picked up a second one today as a back-up) I'm sure I'm going to enjoy it.  We came in a little under what I had budgeted which was the first time this year that had happened.  (One shop I went to early on sold me shit flower, even though I've been away from it, I knew the difference, they were also overpriced I've come to find out - but you have to start somewhere, right? Never made a return visit there.)What I want to commend Cristian on is I was asking him if there are rolling classes (I know, haha) so he proceeded to give me a few tips and I did roll my first two joints all by myself at home (and calmly, patiently answered all my questions).  First one was pretty Charlie Brown, second one is smokable. He was super patient and explained, practice, practice and be patient as you're rolling.In my visits this year to recreational dispensaries, some I didn't like the vibe and didn't even buy, a couple others - bought something but did not make a return visit, only 420 and one other local clinic have I returned to a second time.  I am so excited for legalization and how I don't have to wait on anyone else to procure something or for me to roll, or pack a bowl.  I can do it all by myself!I will return to dispensaries and bud tenders who make me feel welcome even though I'm far past twenty at this point Cristian was one of the most patient and welcoming budtenders I've come across.

Staff is great. Displays are old so don't bother if your expecting fire. Can't charge high prices for low quality don't work like that it's time to upgrade.

I really like 420 Central. I have been shopping at this dispensary for a year and a half in part due to the nice vibe of the place. The people are super friendly (Mike is terrific) the product selection is good, and I always enjoy a complimentary cup of tea at the coffee/tea bar in the lobby. The parking is great. One thing, the shop does not accept credit cards, so customers need to plan accordingly. Overall, a really fun and pleasant shopping experience.

Cj was exceptionally knowledgeable about which tinctures and edibles to try for anxiety. I always have a great experience at 420 Central. That's why I continue to drive from Fullerton just to experience this class A dispensary. All around great customer service and products!!

3 months later I went back. They have a much bigger selection now and have a larger selection of cartridges for my SELECT vapor pen. I can use MOXIE brand cartridges if I choose. And they have a great selection of whatever you want at very good prices! I love the fact that there are 3 strength levels of hits and with each level a different neon color lights up around the button. Also a nice selection of paraphinalia.

Come here all the time. Great and clean place. Super nice. Storefront has a lot of parking space and the store is nice inside. Was helped by Mike. But other ppl here have been super nice as well. They do only take cash or Linx cash card. Still doesn't change my mind bc I know the place follows the law and regulations.

My first time here and the staff were very helpful and informative. Makayla did a great job walking through the products and explaining all the differences. Definitely a great experience.

The manager who was the only one there was impatient and clearly not interested to explain and be helpful. He was annoyed by me asking if the tincture is flavored or not. He didn't know. If he could only read the bottle he would have known. Drove home and opened the box. Guess what? the tincture seal was broken. He had sold me the bottle that was used! Never going back there again!

Super nice people great products especially for people who are not that educated in the different options.  The only downside is the location is a bit Santa Anaish.

This was my first experience with any kind of dispensary and we went to 420 central  based on Yelp reviews we read online.. they were welcoming, friendly, knowledgable, honest and extremly patient..I explained to the young lady that this was the first time for my husband and I not to mention i havent smoked in 10 years plus because of a.bad experience i had and they all took time to educate us and go over recommendations..  they made sure we understood what we were buying.. I highly recommend these guys top notch service and I never once felt like dumb for asking a million questions! Great experience!!

Nice place! Good prices and friendly staff. Facility was well maintained and professional.

I've been to 420 probably 6 or 7 times. Very friendly people working there. Big fan of Makayla but pretty much everyone is very friendly and helpful. One exception is a heavy-set older fellow. You tell him what you're thinking of and he takes over to that area and silently looks at you. That's it. No information that you don't pry out of him. The contrast between the other friendly, helpful people and Silent Bob is striking.Everyone else is very helpful and they have a full range of products at good prices. Edibles, CBD, flower and so on. Even a decent selection of pipes and glassware. It's in an industrial area which is pretty deserted at night. But the parking lot is well lit with security present. The inside is clean with easy to understand displays. All in all a good place to frequent.

CJ is great! So helpful and friendly. When you go ask for him, you won't be disappointed.

Seriously the nicest dispensary I've been to. Chris B. was super cool to us and clearly explained every area and had knowledge of the companies behind the products they sell. It was also the first time I felt truly comfortable talking about products specifically for cancer. Super nice place! Very professional compared to all the other places I've been to. Aesthetically it's a 5 star place. They even have bathrooms and water available for patients. The medicine options they have are much better then most places.As for the quality of the medicine I can say it's very good. It's not the best I've ever had, but I'd definitely say it rates high. With all the legal stuff California has been going through, the quality of the medicine is not what it was in say 2012 2013. But it's much better then most places. Price wise, you're going to spend more then most places, but if you buy a little more then usual it comes it to about the same. Plus it's just so much nicer.I'll definitely return when I'm in town!

I have been here before and I never had a problem, but today I went in and was helped out by woman named ALEX. By far the worst service I have ever experience. As I walked in, I said hello and she did not even care to say hello back. I asked for an Eighth and she gave me year old flower, did not let me see the flower and said they didn't have any light. I've been there before and other employees allow me to see the bud under the light. She was obviously hiding that the flower was OVER A YEAR OLD. Because of her, I'm not stuck with old weed and a bad taste in my mouth about 420 Central. In addition, she didn't care to mention the early bird or Santa Ana Resident discount until I brought it up . I will be returning to my regular clinic and never coming back. This weed and the service is terrible

Stopped by after work the other day. I was greeted by friendly front desk worker that asked for my ID. There was another group ahead of me so I waited in the waiting area. The whole place is very clean and big. I was then taken back by Bre who was very knowledgeable and helpful. She did not pressure me to get anything I was not looking for. Showed me all the options then gave her personal recommendations. I went with what she suggested and paid. They accept credit card too. All around great experience.

The Best place in the world if you want the greatest stuff highest quality and the nicest service. They answered all my questions specially Chris. I can go home and feel a whole lot better. Don't hesitate to come here because it's the best but don't forget your doctor registration you have to bring it every time you come. I bought some CBD oil, a company called Select. They put no TCH, it was terrific. Look up CBD oil on the Internet.

What a great dispensary!! I'm from northern California and we're pretty proud of our dispensaries but I have to say 420 Central is just as fabulous as the one I normally go to. The staff is wonderful, very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend them!

This is the first dispensary I've ever been to and it was a great experience. The place is very easy to find, very clean and professional. A very friendly receptionist checked us in and then we were escorted back into the store with one of their staff. We were helped by Marci who was so helpful and knowledgeable. 430 Central is staffed by friendly knowledgeable people. I drive from Fallbrook in North San Diego county. I make the trip for several reasons. I found the local dispensaries inferior in product and availability. They were amng the first dispensaries to offer a 20% discount to veterans. I was severely injured/wounded in service. I need very strong strains and 420 Central has never let me down. They also spend time with me during my purchases and helped me in the discovery process to transition to CBDs. So yeah, that kind of service and quality product is worth the one hour plus drive each way. If you don't check these guys out for your 420 needs, you are making a mistake.  This is a COMPLETELY unsolicited endorsement.Up

Right off the bat this place feels easy going and friendly. Even the security guard was conversing with us and didn't make it feel like you were being watched every step of the way. Once we got checked in, which took about 2 min, Daniel welcomed us at the door and gave us a quick tour of the counter, which made it easy for us to know where to go. We were there for flowers and everything was clearly labeled - indica, sativa, or hybrid. Daniel was very helpful and honest with his suggestions. Even explained all the new regulations. Reasonable price. Would come here again because of the friendly honest vibe from all the staff and the space is very open and easy to find! Right on 420 central!! Amazing.

I came by here the other day and it was so crowded. I left and decided to call back to see if they were just as busy. When I did call, 10 mins before I got there, the guy that answered the phone said it's about a 5-minute wait. So I got down there in 10 mins. There were 25 people waiting and only 3 budtenders. I had to wait because I was there a 2nd time and a man needs his Meds. The buds were extra dry and not worth the 2 hour wait time. I think they are hydrating their meds. Because flower should not dry out the way it did, in just 24 hours.

Great service, selection and price.  Definitely lower, more fair prices than other places in the area.  The 1st time I went in, the person helping me appeared a little stoned, but they helped me pick out a good CBD oil for my medical issue.  The 2nd time I went in, I had a fantastic service with a full walk through of all of the products.  I went on a Sunday afternoon and also during the week after work and there were no lines.

Dope place. The receptionist was cool, informative (and pretty cute) then again just moved to the area from out of town, so i guess I'm in that mode haha. But yeah, selection was cool, forget his name, but our guy helping us seemed a little dismissive compared to the other people there, i couldn't help but think "wish we were helped by that person instead" it wasn't bad enough to lower my rating, but enough for me to mention it. other than that cool experience. Id go again, if i was bored, or wanted to holla at the receptionist. Id def cross my fingers for a different sales guy though.

So i have been going to clinics in socal for around 4 years and 420 Central is most definitely the best one ive ever been inside. Their meds are on POINT every single time. They have the most beautiful, sparkly flowers that cant be compared to any clinic. They have an amazing selection of extracts ranging in prices for every taste. A huge selection of edibles, ranging from hot sauce to candy bars to Cheetos, aka Weedos :) I dont need the CBD products but they have a GIANT selection of topical rubs and tinctures. I love their customer service, all of their budtenders are so helpful, patient and full of knowledge. I leave happy every time! Thank you guys for existing, ill never go to anothet clinic ;)

This is a clean open and well lit venue.   Friendly and helpful budtenders.   I was disappointed however by the low selection of edibles.   I probably should've called first and asked which edible products they had available.   If you're into smoking rather than ingesting, this is the place!

Really awesome dispensary, great staff and amazing products. Was greeted at the door by one of the managers (Kayla I think) super friendly and welcoming. Once inside I was helped out by Ashley, she was AMAZING, really knowledgeable, had a smile the whole time and didn't mind my 1000 questions. Will definitely be back next time I'm in town!

I purchased a Jetty extract on Saturday, used for less than two dozen hits and its empty. Called the store because I was frustrated after paying $37 plus tax for it. Was told they cannot do anything and I'm basically SOL. SCAM

To put it bluntly, best shop and best prices in town. In my opinion. You can find 5$ grams all the time here. Doesn't get any better than that. They are also legitimately licensed, spacious clean facility with free coffee and water. and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The whole place is legit to the highest. They always try to help even if you are just trying to spend 5-10$. Wait time is not long either. Huge selection on edibles and smokes and CBD products such as analgesic CBD rub.

Every time I go there , always welcomed by the employees and the place always has a great atmosphere/ vibe to it --- it's like a high end Macy's and Apple store all in one - stylish , modern , sophisticated yet laid back .. I usually am helped by another bud tender whom always is top notch and very knowledgeable and friendly , but this time Ms. Hailey helped me out with her bud tending skills and knowledge and she rocked it! My first visit ever to 420 Central also happened to be my first visit ever to a marijuana dispensary.  Dozens of questions swirled through my mind: What does this place look like?  How exactly does one sell marijuana out of a store?  Would I be plucking packages off the shelves like at Albertson's, or would I be admiring the crown jewels through a bulletproof glass display case like at Tiffany's?  Would it look, feel, and smell like the head shop I used to pass on my way to school in the '70s, a place called "Pandemonium" where you could almost get stoned just by lingering outside the front door for a few minutes? Would the air inside be thick with the smell of incense, the walls bathed in black light, the poster rack filled with glow-in-the-dark silhouettes of Hendrix and Joplin fashioned from canvas and felt? Nah, 420 Central was proudly 21st Century, the Tiffany's of the bud industry: Brightly lit, immaculately clean, perfectly cooled, visually accessible, and staffed with a crew of friendly, well-informed, and, truth be told, exquisitely attractive pros. I was in the capable hands of resident expert Brie (I could be misspelling her name, but she said it was "like the cheese," so that's how I'm spelling it), whom I peppered with questions about everything from pricing and selection to color and potency. Brie's no-nonsense answers rolled off her tongue like wheels of wisdom, making it easy for me to understand my options and make the right choice. And since I was a first-timer, she even threw a little extra product in my bag at the register. Lots to like here.   I've since returned home and sampled the merchandise. I can't say enough good things about it. Takes the edge off the day's stress, focuses the mind, and relaxes the muscles without numbing them. Great for my occasional abdominal pain.  I'll try something different next time just for comparison's sake, but if I stick with this stuff, that'd be fine by me.  I highly recommend 420 Central.  Great selection, reasonable prices, cool decor, and even cooler staff. Check it out.

They are friendly and professional. Even when a mistake is made, they take ownership and are quick to correct the wrong. I like the vibe of the place and all the employees are helpful. What impresses me the most is that if they don't have your item, you can add your name to a call list and they will call you when it's in stock, AND hold it for you. To me, that's above and beyond. I will be back again, and again.

I had a great experience today for Green Friday. I wish I got the guys name who helped me out however he was awesome. I was looking for high CBD low THC content cartridges for anxiety and he knew exactly what I needed. He knew EVERYTHING about every product and was very helpful. After I chose my oil and battery, I got a free disposable CBD pen. The first time customer give away was supposed to be a free gram, however since I rarely smoke the nugs, they compensated and gave me the pen in exchange. After the purchase he gave me a tour of the shop and showed me all different types of CBD products and much more. I will definitely be back.

I've been using this dispensary for about a year, and until recently never had an issue. In fact I found the sales people to be helpful, friendly, and patient, and appreciated them guiding me to the best edibles for my insomnia. I was going once a month, and spending about $100 each time.Two months ago I ended up with a new (to me) salesperson, a young woman who looked and acted annoyed with her job, despite me being a super easy customer. In addition to edibles, this time, I told her I wanted to try vaping for those times at night when I wake up. She sold me the oil capsule and almost forgot to sell me the vaping pen (sold from a different counter), saying a bland "have a good day" as she finished the sale. I reminded her about the vaping pen, and we moved to the other counter. She handed it to me without explanation with another "have a good day" to indicate our business was done. I asked a couple questions on how to use it and she pointed to the instructions on the package. Allrighty then.The first time I used it nothing happened--no smoke came out--so I called them the next day and eventually got someone to explain that I need to hold down the button when I inhale. Would have been nice to be told that when I bought it, but OK. A couple times everything was fine, but when I tried again the thing refused to do anything but flash a red light. I called 420 and they told me to bring in the vape pen so they could check. This is only a $15 product so I was hesitant to make the trip from Laguna Hills to Santa Ana but finally did because I wanted to use it. When I got there a fairly tall young woman with straight dark hair (Elaine?) took the pen into the back room, then came out and started telling me (1) there's nothing wrong with the vaper, (2) if it doesn't work it's because it has been cold (she refused to listen when I pointed out it's always in my heated bedroom), and (3) straight up started talking to me as if she were my boss and I had some latent brain damage. I asked her why she was talking to me as if I were mentally unfit, and she did not apologize but kept on pushing the point that any problems I was having were my own fault. Finally the receptionist figured out this was a bad scene and came around her desk, and I turned away from "Elaine" and talked to the receptionist. This receptionist recognized me from my frequent visits, and was friendly, and we discussed some different options to make it work, and I left.Last month I went back and was waited on by this same "Elaine," who was not rude this time but was unfriendly just the same. It was unpleasant because I got the feeling she recognized me and doesn't like me.By the way, after fiddling with the thing I figured out that the vaper has a very small battery that needs to be charged before use almost every time, even though I'm taking just one or two draws. So if you're having problems with the same thing, that's the answer.

First time patient here at 420 central. Found them on yelp because i wasn't familiar with the area. Happy i made the choice to go here. People are dope.. kind, courteous and just chill. From the security guard greeting me, to the receptionist.. all the way to my budtender CHRIS BROWN! Walking in was a good vibe, great spacing( waiting section is legit). Walking in, i didn't feel like a first timer. Great selection, great inventory! Love the hours.. 10/10 for me, I'll for sure be returning

Bree was an awesome budtender she had lots of great suggestions and was very knowledgeable about the products. The place is beautiful and clean. All the amenities. The down side- there was several things that were priced way out of norm for market range. Stay away from the edibles and tinctures same exact brands are about a little more that half the price of anywhere else. The flowers are quality but they don't have any real specials that make you want to come back. Idk there are great flowers everywhere and I don't mind paying for them but over priced for things that should be cheaper isn't bringing people back.

This is my favorite dispensary.  The location is clean, staff (especially Ashley) is knowledgeable and make great recommendations.  I also like the fact that they take credit cards!  The roads around the shop are pretty shitty so drive slow and avoid the potholes.

Great, clean place. Staff is super friendly and informative. It is pricey though, but they early bird and happy hour specials. Still trying to figure out the best product for my needs.

This dispensary has a program where you pay $420 in order to get a 20% discount on everything you buy and there's a few other perks like some free flower on your birthday. U membership will only last one year. At the end of the year that I had paid the $420 they told me that the discount was not available for renewal because there was a legal issue involving it. They said don't worry we will still give you the 20% discount anyway so I continued to shop there. I was very good customer spending an average of $200 each visit.  Sometimes I would have to ask to make sure that they applied the 20% discount depending on which person was collecting the cash.  And also depending on which person was collecting the cash, they would always have a different story about why the discount cards were no longer for sale, but don't worry you're always going to get your discount they would say.  After a couple of months of this I noticed that people were trying to be hush hush about whatever the legal issue was involving the discount cards.  The very last time I went in to for 20 central the person who collected the cash gave me all kinds of krapp when I asked for my discount and told me I would have to buy a new card for one more years worth of a discount at $420. I told him that everybody else had constantly told me that the discount program was in trouble because of a legal issue and that the discount cards were not available for sale anymore. This guy denied all of that and told me that I could not have a discount and that I would have to buy a new card.  Again I told him what everybody else had informed me of and I actually have to stand there and fight with him to get my 20% discount.. That customer service experience there was so bad with this guy raising his voice and telling me that I was completely wrong that I will never ever step in the store again.  I strongly advise you go to a another dispensary where  customer service is the priority.

I've been here three times now, and it's on my list of places I regularly shop.  I like the fact that it's open so early on Saturday mornings -- I can get right in and make my purchase.  The prices are really good and the products I've purchased have been top drawer, everything I expected and a little more.  The staff is friendly too.

This place is my go to spot for all my medical marijuana needs. They have an incredible selection of everything, including topicals and edibles. The budtenders are friendly and knowledgeable. Whenever I come in, Victor and Gavan already know my preferences and constantly makes great suggestions on new things to try out! I appreciate this level of customer service. Never seen a brick & mortar this shiny and clean, the waiting area is beyond furnished and other places pale in comparison to this facility. The floor to ceiling windows gives a nice glimpse of their bar that is behind a security door that you are allowed in once your name is called up. The people here demonstrate top notch customer service and they are very friendly/helpful. This is one of the few shops I can come to without worrying about throwing away my money on some medication that doesn't even work. I ALWAYS leave more than happy with the products they have.

Awesome place - I was welcomed immediately and asked to sign in. The atmosphere was calm and peaceful. Within no time I was greeted my one of the nicest employees who did a wonderful job explaining everything I needed to know. Location is in a industrial area of Santa Ana. The building inside is nice and relaxing as well as secure. Definitely a good vibe when you enter the building.  Completed the necessary paperwork which was brief and waited to be called. I was assisted by Bree who was informative with the questions I had.  Also she gave good product knowledge in the product I was interested in.

Brought my mom in so she could stock up on her MMJ.    They initially wouldnt let me come with her to look at product, because I don't have a MMJ rec, although they eventually changed their mind.     We ended up getting overcharged for a disposable vape, which I didn't discover till we were long gone (The sign showed it marked down from 40 to 20, but we were charged 40, less the new customer discount).  I was also a bit concerned that the budtender mentioned vaping while driving for her "anxiety"...which is completely against the law.      If you're in the area, Bud and Bloom has a much better first time customer offer than 420 Central.

Very large variety of flavors and flowers and all products I love I love to shatter the rosin is really good and tasty I got help from Bree. Very knowledgeable and knows what i like. I don't know where to begin. I've checked out their menu a couple times but never actually been in the shop. Yesterday was my first day and definitely won't be my last. This is by far my new best favorite dispensary and I've been to quite a few to be honest. Chris is the man!!! He helped me out and couldn't be anymore thankful for everything he recommended to me. Out of the 5 strains I picked up they are all super good hands down. From the Minute you walk in you are treated with pure kindness and respect!!! It seems she's annoyed being ask and no patience . She just wanted you to be outta there .. bad service .. not coming back on this dispensary . We come here about once a month and always do a big purchase ( it's a bit of a drive for us).  But this was the first time I felt like I received OUTSTANDING customer service.  The gentleman that helped us out was Daniel, he not only was incredibly informed with every products but went out of his way to feel us welcomed. I've spent about 10 years working in customer service and I know how far a good employee like Daniel will go. I've been wanting to try other dispensaries closer to home, but I don't think I will anymore. This single sale interaction has made me want to come back next month because of this employee :) as for the products, we always try something different and new. They have a wide variety of products and all have been great. Can't wait to keep exploring more from their store.

My doctor told me to try CBD oil for some back pain. I came in here on a recommendation from a friend and I'm so glad I did. I was hesitant and nervous about going in to a dispensary. It's not like buying a baggy from your friendly neighborhood pit head anymore. It's better! I walked in and was greeted immediately. The receptionist was super friendly and put me at ease. I was taken back into the bud room (no idea what it's called) almost immediately. Makayla R. Was my budtender and she was amazing. She gave me a tour and showed me what was what. I told her what I was needing and why and she helped me pick out some awesome things. She explained everything, was super thorough, funny and wasn't pushy in the least. I'm so excited that I finally came in. My pain has subsided a lot and I'm happier! I'll be back for sure!

There are many 5 star recommendations that are not worth your time, trust me as I've tried several shops . I will not give a 5  star recommendation for a friend, or free merchandise.  This shop (while the people that work there are caring,and wonderful to deal with  ) has excellent quality and that is what I am basing my review on.This shop is a bit off the beaten path, but worth a visit.  The variety of medications is astounding.  The staff very knowledgable  and the storefront clean and as safe as possible. The medication is TOP QUALITY not the cheapest available. They carry different strains which are lower price but I am only interested in top shelf. However ; even some cheaper strains are BETTER quality than other shops top shelf. I have been medicating for a long time and I know good quality.  I look for taste, strength, freshness, tightness, beauty and smell. When I medicate I am mostly interested in smoothness and affect.There are hundreds of shops in orange county and I have tried a dozen around me.  I have  also  been lured by  great reviews and driven 2 hours to L.A. and San Diego counties to try new places. I drive about 25 minutes to get to 420 Central because it is the best around. I have yet to find better top grade "flowers". The main reason I am posting this review is because  I want to help other people who are also looking for the best available.

Today was my first time buying any Marijuana products (58 years old) and 420 Central was a fantastic experience. Vanessa at the reception desk was great and hooked us up with Makayla. Makayla was super knowledgeable, funny, and understanding of our needs. My wife has Alzheimer's and we purchased (with Makayla's recommendations): CBD / THC 1 to 1 Oil, Vape Pens (Vanilla & Strawberry), and Vegan edibles. We are confident these will help my wife with her increasing anxiety and confusion. We will be repeat 420 Central customers and highly recommend them.

This place is hidden and obscure for reason. It's the most overpriced dispensary I've ever been to. Total rip off and I will never come back here again. Top Notch! We were met by a very friendly staff when we entered. After checking in, we received a personal tour from Hailey. Why go anywhere else?  Just Stop your search and go on in.  There should be no questions asked.  This is hands down my go to spot when I'm looking for original strains and not just jars with names on them.  I admire the fact that the staff will do what they can to assure your next visit.  To me that shows a lot in a business and I can see it only moving forward from here.

This place definitely lives up to its name. I saw a billboard off 55 freeway saying MEGASTORE so i had to come in and man was i impressed. The selection of flowers and shatters were off the hook. THEY HAVE EVERYTHING by EVERYONE and the price is not bad compared to other places i've been. This Mega Wellness OG and This NUGGETRY OG i got were two of the hardest hitting Indicas i've had before, Plus I got a Free Gram of my choice being it was my first time. If you are like me and look for Quality rather than Quantity this is the place u want to go.Definitely my go to place and i will be back soon

I am from out of state so this was my first time visiting a dispensary.  Christian was my bud tender and he was extremely knowledgeable with any and all questions that I had. I would highly recommend visiting 420 Central. They are friendly/helpful and I will absolutely be back!

Stopped by to get more drops and was assisted by Hailey who was absolutely awesome. I brought a friend who was new to cannabis and Hailey listened and suggested and helped. She answered all questions and really gave us however much time we wished. Great place, great people!!

I've been to a few dispensaries and not a single one of them has ever bothered to explain to me the layout of their shop until today at 420 Central. To be honest, it's smart because the shops are small enough that this should be done by every single one of them but most don't even bother because they figure you want to browse and see everything. Not me: I want my flower, and maybe an edible or a cartridge if I know I need to be out in the general public and taking my medicine & to get the heck home. Doing this saves time for both consumer and retailer.Anyway, it's a beautiful and very organized shop. I love the check in desk and waiting area. I was helped out by Lyden who was very knowledgeable regarding anything I inquired about and was sure to point out the days special after I bought my indica and sativa 1/8ths. I picked up a fruity pebble bar to make use of the daily special discount. Definitely a dispenciary I will be returning to in the future and worth reviewing. :)

Ashley helped me out. I'm new to the cannabis world, and she did a great job explaining it all and being patient with me. I just had surgery so wasn't feeling the best, and she was the best! Great experience!

This was the second time visiting this place as I was returning for a Humboldt vape pen called relief.  I met with Bree and she was very helpful in answering my questions concerning this pen and my health concerns using cannabis/hemp.  I've tried other pens but either they are to hot and burn my throat or the oil is not the right combination of THC/CBD.  Even though the Humboldt pen is twice as expensive as the other brands it is well worth the price.  It is amazing to me how they have correctly formulated the relief pen for just the right dosage for my pain needs but not giving me to much THC.  I am able to function normally after each dosage and be pain free.

My husband and I ventured out to 420 Central for some goodies and FTP deals. I was very impressed with the friendly staff, great customer service, huge selection of items, and the pleasant vibe. Chris Brown was knowledgeable of the products and helped us find everything we were looking for. Thanks Chris, we will be back soon!

Chris Brown!!! This guy knew his shit and didn't gripe about the fact that I needed to smell every jar they had. I'm currently medicating and very happy with my choices. This dispensary has a lot of products from different distributors that you find at other collectives but this is the first dispensary I've seen that literally has it all. I can't afford the 420$ membership but if can you should go for it, it sounds like an amazing deal. Can't wait to re-up. Thanks guys!

My sister and I went over to 420 Central to look for some CBD products for my father who has cancer as well as nerve pain. This was our first time in a dispensary and 420 Central was a great introduction for us. It was nice and spacious and the design was welcoming. The woman at the front desk was super friendly and welcoming too. We waited for about 5 minutes before Ashley brought us in to the store. Ashley was super knowledgeable about all the products and took the time to explain the differences and made some good suggestions. We left there feeling well taken care of and we will definitely be back.

Got a pack of CBD for rehab/pain relief. Very clean and friendly, but ended up paying more than was told from the beginning.. apparently aside from cash they don't take credit cards, only debit, and there's a $3 charge for that which I didn't know about until I was ready to swipe. There's also a 20% off but the worker rang it up as 10% off (didn't notice until I looked at the receipt. So one pack of cbd candy in the end was $33.. Recommend MedMen (chain) instead.

Even during a pandemic, 420 Central continues to be a great spot to fulfill my cannabis needs.Before COVID-19, I was using CBD primarily for aches and pains from injuries and working out, now, I use it to calm down after going down a rabbit hole of news articles and watching scare videos. Much different times, but still a necessity.Though I don't have a lot of experience with dispensaries, this one is still my fave. Not only are the employees knowledgeable, they're taking the necessary precautions to ensure both the staff and patrons are safe. Everyone must have a mask when entering, little touch-points if you're an existing customer, the lobby is spread out for social distancing, and there's plenty of hand sanitizer around so there's no excuse not to use it.My doses are low, so I don't have to come back very often, but when I need more, I know where to find it. Also, if you have friends that need anything, make sure to refer them, you get a credit on future purchases as well!

I bought 40 dollars of weed which was suppose to be THC 20 mg but when I looked at what they gave me it was only 1 mg of THC. It barely got me high for the holidays. I'm never coming to this place again.

Not so happy with their online ordering system. I was not able to pay online and had to pay in store. I wanted to place an online order so I could just come and pick it up. In addition, there's a $3 charge for using a debit card (not accepting credit cards anymore). However, I was charged a separate transaction fee of $2.50 and I was not informed that I'd be charged this fee. I was already charged a $3 fee for using my debit card. FYI, you will be charged an additional $2.50 for using a Bank of America debit card as the bank identifies their card reader as a non BofA atm.
