The product is good but the attitude is not the kinda people I want to give my business to. The receptionist answering the phone is rude and her tone of voice is like WTF you want why u calling. And the female who helped me with my online order terrible bud tender. So as I'm paying and getting ready to tip 10 dollars cause normally I appreciate the service in fact the past the bud tenders were legitimate. So as I'm paying I see someone else get flower that wasn't on the menu. So I ask if I can get one of those also since it wasn't on menu. So I couldn't order it online. Being a cancer patient it's really difficult to feel decent enough to even leave for my meds. There's probably 10 people in line waiting to be helped. And this lame tells a cancer patient if I want that I would have to wait in line instead of helping someone sick and just making a quick transaction. She's all normally I would but the line is long and I just want to be a lame today. I probably spent 400 in there. The last 400 I'll ever spend there because I'm not going to be disrespected by a couple of lames. Plenty of other choices out there. Having the receptionist answer your phone is the first impression a lot of patients experience and if I owned the business I would make  sure the first impression was a pleasant experience not a bad attitude. Ohh the tip she got the lame bud tender tip 1 dollar. Good luck please train your employees not to act like this before you lose more paying customers

This place is legit , The bud tenders are super friendly easy going. They are knowledgeable and will take the time to help you find what your looking for .Doing it right thank y'all

I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE the Staff here! From the moment you walk in the door til the moment you walk out you are greeted with a smile!! The Budtenders know what they are talking about and they know their stuff! I can't say more but Alex, Alma, Clarissa, and Cris are all AMAZING! The bud and other products here are the best prices you're gonna find!! If you are in a union bring your union Id! YOU DONT NEED A MEDICAL RECREATION!

Stopped by here to buy some edibles. The staff was very nice but their selection wasn't very large. Everything was also locked up behind glass so you had to have a sales associate help you. The facilities also reminded me of a doctor's office because of how sterile it was. Luckily, it wasn't very busy when we arrived so the staff member was able to go through everything with us but makes you wonder how it'll work when there are more customers than staff. First time shoppers get 15% off which isn't as high as Bud & Bloom's 20% discount.  Plenty of parking and they check your ID when you first enter.

I Love this place:) I have been to a few others in the surrounding area and while they are all good, I just like the fact the tax is already added, and they always know what's yummy when I ask for their expert opinion. Others don't seem to care as much! Rock on Catalyst!G

Best prices on concentrates and cartridges in santa ana, that I'm aware of. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Been here 6 or 7 times in the last 3 months and had a good experience each time. I cannot comment on the flower as I havent tried it, but from what I've seen it looks there are some solid deals on good flower too.

I went in to the Santa Ana location and it was so customer service. First I went there two days ago with my friend and the guy had charged us double than what he gave us and we noticed yesterday when we were splitting the total amount. So we called and they told us to come back and they will either refund us or give us the 3.5 that they charged. We got there and they told us they didn't have was we got but they would give us something similar. Then the lady goes to the back and tells the cashier she's going to check in the stock is they have anymore of the strawberry lemon they gave us and they made us wait for 20 min!!! Just in the end to come back and tell us their inventory doesn't match! And they can't give us the item or refund! Even tho the cameras show something else!! Just cause of the inventory! Which makes no sense. They charged me a plus $50!!!! For a 3.5 i didn't even receive! And even though they're cameras can see the man giving us just one 3.5 they couldn't give us the other 3.5 because of the inventory! That's not my fault they have employees that steal! Or maybe some other cashier forgot to scan something else I don't know! But I want to report this issue to head quarters because I'm so beyond mad and disappointed!!! That's $50! That just disappeared!!! I'm posting this review everywhere I can for your location and contacting hq because this is beyond ridiculous

The bud tender Jess was horrid at her job. I feel like she even gave me a fake name because she knew I was going to review her. I've been smoking for years I've been in multiple clinics as I am a medical user. And in the end she was just bad. Couldn't answer questions. Wasn't welcoming. Paid more attention to herself than anyone else. While the other bud tender is making best friends with her client at the time.Probably won't come back here. 69.97 for an 8th of some ok stuff. The weed I checked out was awesome the weed she weighed me out was dry af.

Really liked this place until they hit me and my cousin with the FALSE ADVERTISING. I placed an order online and went in to pick it up and they tried changing the price to $50 more than my already confirmed online order. I have screenshots of their prices still being lower online and of my order confirmation. Even if it was their error it should have been honored and then changed. Price switching is BAD BUSINESS...

Went for the first time yesterday. I was pretty unfamiliar with the products. Mason assisted me with my choices based on my specific needs. He did a great job. My visit was 100 % positive.

As the number of cannabis dispensaries grows, it gets more and more important to find one that truly caters to your needs. Happily, Hand N Hand perfectly suits me. While lots of folks may use cannabis for recreational purposes, there is a growing number of people like myself that are using it to treat illness or the side effects of various diseases. I am undergoing palliative care for cancer that has metastasized to a few systems, and I find myself frequently in pain or discomfort. The folks at HnH have been fantastic, making recommendations to fit my specific needs and really asking the right questions to get me the products that are best suited to my specific conditions. Every time I've been there, I've been able to ask my own questions to make my own educated decisions, and it's so great to go there, and be treated with compassion and respect, especially when I don't feel my best.They seem to have a large selection of products to choose from, and the pricing is very competitive. Patients are called back one by one to have someone assisting them on a one on one basis, which is wonderful if you're pretty new to all of the new products available. I highly recommend HnH and their compassionate staff if you are looking for a dispensary that will really help you with your needs.

I'm still going to this establishment, and I'm still happy with the products I have received from them. The budtenders are always welcoming and friendly. They know me by my first name, and my mom as well. I like that there is always something new to their stock and I have only ever had one bump in the road with them. My mother bought some Korova edibles and they ended up being moldy. Brought the cookie in with the mold on it and showed it to them. They made it right by giving us a KILLER discount! Yes, the prices do seem a bit high sometimes, especially with the tax added on. My total usually comes out to be at least $10 more than what the total is because of tax. It's a small place, that always smells AMAZING and they happen to be very knowledgeable about their products. If they don't know, they communicate with eachother as a team and always gets my questions answered and my needs met. The only complaint I have is I wish they would get their products in faster after running out. This is literally the ONLY dispensary I visit now. It's close to my home and convenient for me. I love the waiting area, because they have a lot of local reading material. I'm sorry for those who haven't had a good experience here. That's too bad, because they really are amazing.

I moved out here about 4 months ago and when I first got here I thought this was the dopest spot, but then I started to get to know more dispensaries and I gotta say I'm dissapointed about this one !! no good deals even when u spend 500$+ !!!!!!!! Save your money and go to other ones this one is really expensive and over taxing for no reason. EVEN BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE EXCEPT FOR 2 GUYS THERE AND THE SECURITY GUARD ARE REALLY COOL(talking about the one that's always there)  Other dispensaries give away prices when you spend money...joints , dabs , edibles... Bought a half gram disposable STIIZY from them and it died a week later with half of the cartridge left(obviously STIIZY's fault and not theirs) so we went in and the guy that helped us out was very nice about it. Ended up giving us a whole new one. Quality products and Quality staff. We did not get the guys name but it's Monday, Dec 23 5:30PM. and we will definitely return because of him

Spot has changed from "hand n hand" to "cookies oc" and the transition has been great. Thanks for always being a leader in every way, the sheer quality of the flowers speaks for themselves. I can confidently say that I have found a ONE STOP SHOP + CLOSE TO HOME + EASY TO FIND LOCATION = my new favorite store. Do not go to this shop if you value your safety. I was assaulted by a security guard while sitting in my in the car at the dispensary parking lot this afternoon. This establishment should be avoided at all costs. If you would like more information about this incident for your own protection, please do not hesitate to message me. Please follow my example and take your money to one of the other shops in this area that values the safety and well being of its customers.

I would write more if I cared enough about this place, but it isn't worth it for me. I would go anywhere else, if you have the option. The employees are inept at their very simple job. More places are opening, so when you can -- go somewhere else.

As a true believer of marijuana's ability to replace narcotics and help with many physical ailments, I have finally found a dispensary that takes it seriously. I am tired of going into dispensaries that look and act like a party is going on, we need to remind ourselves that these places exist because there is a California compassion act. This place raises the bar for marijuana dispensaries, and if more stores model off of this store, people will take their medicine more seriously and we can start to see marijuana being used the way it is intended. The staff that helped me out today were extremely knowledgeable and helpful, the store has an amazing vibe and I will literally be cutting up all of my punchcards from every other dispensary as I feel that this place truly has mastered a legitimate marijuana dispensary for patients of CA Prop 215

They raised their prices so much! What's going on there?  Makes me go back to SCSA!  I can see their recent reviews have gone down quite a bit. I guess I'm not the only one paying too much. They used to be competitive with SCSA which is right down the street, but not anymore.... sad.

I have been a patient of this dispensary since the beginning of the year and frankly they have been wonderful. There 420 celebration was a little hectic to say the least but overall this group has been fantastic. Strain wise, can't complain with strains range of from High THC to High CBD and everything in the middle with an economic price point. The staff is great, always nice, always helpful and always in a great mood.. They are professional, give great new patient specials, referrals have daily deals with a select strains on BOGO deals. I look forward to stopping by again when I return from my trip! Chris

Where do I start. Military specials (veteran of course) some of the best flowers in all of OC. I smoke only sativa and they have tons of 22+ percent tested sativas. If you need anything from edibles to glass wear this is the place to stop. Family owned and operated in glad to say that there isn't a single staff member I'm not happy to see when I stop in. Never been treated rude, never felt like they had more important things to do than to help me get just what I'm looking for. I'm going to head over the hand n hand now, I miss my friends!

Great place, perfect size and great selection of meds.  Some places are too big and so overwhelming and noisey sometimes. I came in as a ftp 2 days ago and was greeted by a super nice guard(sorry I didnt catch your name,  then Sean/Shawn was so friendly and so helpful and I loved my tour of all you carry. Used to come in every day to pick up. The owner Milad (hope I spelled your name right) is a really cool guy. Only reason that I stopped coming in was Omid. He was the first person I met at the shop. The last couple times I came in, he helped me, but his attitude and customer service were jacked. Idk what got into him, but I don't feel comfortable coming back.

Christmas came early as I was lucky enough to find this hidden treasure today! I have been patient for almost 20 years and have worked in the industry for almost 6 years. This was by far the most beautiful shop I have ever walked into! The staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating! After leaving with a big bag of goodies and having had several hours to sample them, I can honestly say that I will never go to another shop again! And I would recommend HAND N HAND to every person I know! Do yourselves a favor and go there and see for yourself!

I don't really have a basis of comparison, but this place is great.  It is private and everyone is very courteous.  The place is decorated tastefully and it has a relaxing vibe to it.  The prices are more than reasonable.  I forgot to show them last time (would have saved about $25) but they have daily text deals that you can sign up for.

This place is over way over priced and the bud tenders don't seem to know much. Watch out for the owner ( Omar Dean) he's a complete con man... also this place likes to lie about the THC %. They'll label mid range buds as 20-22% THC when it's really 16-17%.   There concentrates are way over priced and a lot of it is trim run but they say nugg run... There's so many better places close by

F*** this place I hope they all go to hell and drop off the face of the Earth. I have tried several times to get them to quit texting me they're stupid deals and offers and to no avail. I'm sick and tired of being at work and my phone continues to go off about their f****** weed deals I'm so tired of it that I am now seeking legal counsel as to how to take them down the right way. Hand n Hand changed ownership to "Connected Santa Ana" and I will not be back.  For instance, I did not appreciate the "budmaster" filling my order on a back counter, with his back to me, where I could not see what he was doing/weighing.  Turns out the so-called "premium" I was promised and paid for had so many seeds and stems it was ridiculous.  For me, I am "Disconnecting" from this business.  I really liked Hand n Hand and am disappointed that this has happened.

So Great! The bud tenders are very friendly and EXTREMELY knowledgeable.  45 cap you cant beat that. Also they send out texts with great deals at least once a week. And not to forget the always tasty flowers that are lab tested. Overall its easily my go to dispensary and its not just cause the female  bud tender is super cute.

This is a very good place to come if you want top quality strains at reasonable pricing! Every time I come here the staff is really helpful and take time to explain the different types of strains and how they can benefit you on a health basis as well. They have a chart which explains what type of strain is specific for your medical condition. I highly recommend that you give this place a try if your looking for a professional environment with happy people and great products.

I love coming into this shop because of the people and the good vibes! I feel really safe because of the guards they have and I know I'm truly getting medicine because of how knowledgeable all the bud tenders are. Everyone that works here really cares about the medicinal aspect and they also care about all their patients. Their PR strains are excellent and their variety of edibles and other confections are awesome! I would recommend this place to anybody looking for a new shop, I can honestly say I won't be going to any other shops from here on out. This is my go to spot! Love how friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable the staff are each and every day. I usually bring my dog in and everyone showers him with hugs and pets. He loves coming in, which makes me really happy. Catalyst always has great deals going on throughout the week and I feel comfortable bringing in new customers as I know they'll get an awesome treatment.

Its been a little while since I wrote a review for my favorite shop in Orange County. Best selection, best prices, most potent brands and frequently throwing out spontaneous deals that are always amazing.The BTs enjoy their job as you can see from every interaction, they are knowledgeable and always helpful. Other shops will let you miss deals and being MMIC always screw up my pricing. Catalyst is the ONLY spot I never have those problems. That is HUGE for me and can be very significant to the budget on shopping day.Easy to get to right off the freeway, lots of parking, nice clean shop that is welcoming and friendly. Even the guard is always nice, other places not always.Did I mention UNION DISCOUNT? Yeah!! All the "legal" shops in Santa Ana are union, to my knowledge only 2 give a union discount and the other one is over priced. PLUS they do union events and partner up with the Labor Federation!! /HATS OFF!!You also just silently earn points that knock real dollars off the bill. Always a bonus to get a price break our of the blue.If you have not checked them out you are seriously missing out. I have checked out most of the local shops, Ill only go back to a small handful and this is my number one go to spot on shopping day.

This place has a solid selection, and their prices are decent considering the quality of their products. I have to say this could be the best place in OC, heck, all southern California. But my only gripe is the service. The bud tenders have a very lackadaisical sense of urgency to attend their customers, or take up to 15 minutes with one customer alone just chatting it up, while the lines just swell up. Then on top of that, they'll leave their station leaving 1 bud tender at a time attending 10+ people. Like I said I'd love to give this place 5 stars, but their staff has to get on it.

I came to this location for the First time I was seeking to get some type of remedy to help me sleep Alex one of the bartenders strongly suggest this type of CBD+ THC+CBN oil well I try it and sent me to the ER with a Tachycardia and my troat got NUMB after 30 minutes of taking a low dosed I spoke with a store Manager about a refund but he refused BE AWARE OF GETTING ANY TYPE OF OILS FROM CATALYST BECAUSE THE PEOPLE THATWORKS HERE DONT HAVE THE APROPIATE KNOWLEGE OF THE PRODUCTS SINCE THEY MAIN GOLD IS TO SELL THEM AND THEY WONT TAKE ANY RESPONSABILITY FOR IT so before you purshase make sure what are you getting so you don`t have experienced this horrible experience.

I usually have a good experience here, but today was the first time i went on a weekend so maybe new staff?It started bad when i asked My budtender Blanca M what stiiizy cartridge options were available in sativa and hybrid. She proceeded to walk over to the shelf and read them out loud fast (there were about 5 in each) rather than bring them over so i could see. I am an army veteran and have difficulty hearing especially in crowded spaces with background noise.So i let her know "hey i couldnt hear the first group you said" to which she rolled her eyes. Then she only reread 1. And I repeated "no i couldn't hear any of the first group"She then reread them and i made my choices. Then when i got to the register i let her know this was my 3rd visit so I qualify for the repeat customer discount. She asked "do you have your card?" I said no because i lost it but when i came for my last visit i told my budtender and she spoke with a manager and it wasnt an issue because they looked it up in the cpu.Annoyed again she went to the back to check and then returned and said "sorry we have a new system/rule so we cant do anything without the card"I told her I specifically asked about this during my last visit and the manager said not to worry because it can looked up in the cpu.Irregardless I purchased my products and left leaving no tip which i hate doing. I tipped here regularly 30% but i just didnt feel this encounter deserved that.Maybe coming on Wednesday like i have before is better. Pretty disappointed

Honestly, I haven't been to a cannabis dispensary where the receptionist wasn't nice, or the budtenders weren't super helpful.But there's something about Catalyst that stood out to me, in which I felt compelled to review.  Location has some tight parking, with minimal around the back, I'd probably take a spot before you see the black building at the end, so you can easily exit should there be a traffic jam, or you drive a larger/longer vehicle.  First off, check in was a breeze. First time customers get a discount card for 20% (and more if you return, so DON'T LOSE THIS CARD!).  You'll miss the door to the right if you walk too far, (oops!) as they did a great job with the décor/hiding the entrance.  Variety was decent... I've seen others with more selection, but this had a good amount of mids and highs in all 3 forms. Prices were on par if not cheaper than other spots, and they have good deals (like other spots).  Ambiance was clean, minimal, modern, and sleek. Holly was dope. She really knew what to recommend, answered all my questions, and I was in and out within 15 minutes. Although I am looking forward to being able to smell the flower (wear a mask, get vaccinated!).All in all, will definitely return, and you guys should give it a shot if you're looking to pick up for your cannabis needs.

Erika was absolutely amazing today  Super friendly and nice. Best experience yet! I like to come here on Sundays because they have awesome deals on the cartridges or I come on Wednesdays because it is Women Appreciation Day. Today, they were having a 35% discount on Himalaya resin. I love coming here!

Great shop and the union discount is a nice bonus. This place has the best flowers at the best prices. Knowledgeable staff that are always friendly. Professional spot that is my routine stock up shop.

The Cannabis Specialist was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and accommodating. I got the best possible deal on quality products, and when I had to return to the ATM to get money for my purchase, the security officer was attentive to the fact that I was returning to complete my transaction and put me back to the front of the line to get the same Specialist. The environment was very clean and classy in appearance. I’ll be back!

Holly was super helpful. I walked in and I was the only person there and then she proceeded to open and show me whatever concentrate I wanted to look at. A crowd of people came in and she didn’t rush me but worked fast l. She was very nice and understanding. She is a great great enployee . 10/10

Overall, the place is very daunting but professional for someone who has never been to a dispensary before. Upon entering I was welcomed by very helpful and welcoming staff who were very patient. Once my information had been taken and I began my wait, I was able to sit in their very open and comfortable waiting room. Every room here is designed and decorated in a very visually pleasing and professional manner that manages to make you feel comfortable and excited. When in the bud room, they have their products on display in clear and organized manner. When going through with my purchase, my cashier/ bud advisor, Erick was very helpful! He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and friendly, even whenever I forgot to pull out cash from the ATM in the lobby (purchases are cash only). This was a very enjoyable experience overall, and I hope other people have as great of a time as I did!
