I would just love to tell everyone in the world that The Spot is the best place to get all of your supplies! The staff is always super friendly and outgoing! They always have a huge selection to choose from! The staff is always super knowledgeable about every single product that they have in the store! No question is to dumb for them. Thank you guys for your awesome customer service!

I am so very disappointed in this store. Id just gotten off a trip. Spent my last $30 on a disposable vape pen that will expire next month!! ALSO THE PEN DIDNT WORK!! i cant recharge it. Not rechargable. PLUS!!! There is no phone number to complain about this my receipt said no exchanges no returns no money back what the fuck I need somebody to correct this please because I am beyond pissed off

The staff are super nice at this place. I was buying first time and had many questions. Abraham was very helpful. He answered all my questions, went over their products, explained how to tell good weed from bad, and taught me how to use the grinder. This place has great deal and promotions. Every day of the week is a different deal. I like getting the indica cartridges. Good quality products. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly. I gladly drive from Anaheim to Santa Ana to get my items. Highly recommend coming here. I even bring my family when they wana pick up as well.

Not super impressed, they couldn't even hook up an 1/8 of indica at 26% for less than $65. I went literally around the corner and scored a 38% indica for $35. Yo Spot, I told you I was a reg and you still couldn't make shit happen. Customer lost.

I went in and tried to buy for the first time. The guy who was helping me was saying that he needed to charge me more than what the price was, because the system round up the price to the closest five. He needs to give me some cash back, but he could not tell me how much. I asked again and he was not able to explain everything to me. He was talking so vaguely about everything also very inpatient. It was so shady.The experience was just bad. Poorly managed place. Two stars because everyone was actually nice. Inpatient but still nice.Granted I walked out without buying. Can't comment on the product.

Awesome spot and good deals but my dumb ass never call or checked in always get sad and ended up paying more what I wanted but always bomb deals though , their crew are dope but want to see their smile , fuck COVID

I request this spot for the convenience of the drive thru and have come to really love their crew. Daisy is wonderful and answers all of my stupid questions with a smile. Obviously I will be coming back

My Son and I and a friend was in there yesterday and we were given the best customer service and I couldn't be more satisfied with The Spot a little pricey but it was more affordable than the dispensaries that I had been in my Bud tender was very friendly and polite. I recommend The Spot they are friendly than the other Dispensaries.

Nancy was the one that helped me out and she is an amazing employee she helped me find the right wax so I can get perfectly faded. I love her vibe and she is a hard work

This is my go-to dispensary in Orange County. Every time I come here (which is pretty often lol), it's such a fun experience. I'm always warmly greeted by the bud tenders and they're always super nice and patient when I don't know what to get. I've had Nancy, Valentina, Kevin, and Sierra and they were all so amazing!! I recommend this place to all of my friends

I normally don't write bad reviews but TODAY I will. I go to this place almost every other day. I came in today girl tries to scan my card, she could not so she entered me in manually. I go inside to get my stuff and I don't get my normal family and friends discount. I asked the guy, he had no idea.  He gets a manager. I tell the manager at the time the deal he looks at my account says I havent purchased since Feb. I try and tell him I come all the time and that is not correct.  He doesn't care just says nothing we can do..No customer service skills whatsoever. He gets me annoyed so I pay for product but I do go outside to ask the young lady did she select the right account.  Guest what she did not. She apologize trying to help but I just wanted to speak with the manager again so we could correct and not have this issue again. He comes back out and these are his words "regardless if she selected the wrong account we don't do family and friends anymore because it is not good for our margins" At this point IDGAF. Dude was just rude and treated me like everything coming out my mouth was a lie. Did not even take the time to look into what I was saying. Needless to say just because his ass I will not be shopping there no more. Too many dispensaries in the OC to deal with that bull shit.

The staff is so welcoming and friendly, the bud is always top quality and to top it all off The Spot is In some prime realestate

After spending lots of dollars here... Today was my last day. Won't be coming back. When you're in business, you need to take care of your customers and stay consistent. I have use my credit card since day one here. But today and today only they want to debit card. LOL which would've been fine if I had one but I didn't have one today and I drove 35 minutes to get there. I won't be coming back!!!

Another great trip to The Spot.  Make sure to ask for Jeremy as he is my go to budtender.  He takes the time to actually explain differences in products and what they can do.  The Spot is always clean, well lit and very well stocked. I hate driving all over to get all the things I need and this place is a one stop shop!

Please be aware that if you come to this place you can not touch anything. Seemed very strange to me....I always go to Medmen, but decided to try this place. First & last time. I did not buy anything as I could not touch anything...so no reading labels to determine what fit my needs. I'll stick to medmen. I do not recommend to any friends and family. I repeat YOU CAN NOT TOUCH ANY OF THE PRODUCT.

I went to the drive through and Isaiah was awesome. The drive through was so clean and smooth. 10/10 hands down.

First stop of the day at 7:30am,  The Spot had great deals,  free t-shirts, lanyards , stickers,  they were courteous and knowledgeable about their products.

Five stars because I tell all my friends to come here I am is an experience if you are from anywhere this is the place to come because this is like a five star at its finest when it comes to drive-through goodness I am my mother lives out of state and I have brought her to see the experience and it is just amazing what they offer everything is the best of the best and I come here because I also like the best of the best they call me Morris!!!!!

Sierra is super cool so I recommend going to her for any recommendations! They have decently priced joints which is what I usually go for. They also have plenty of options for edibles, tinctures, and hella grams of the good stuff to smoke

Marah was so helpful with helping me find some gummy edibles. The one she recommended was Lost Farm brand and they were SO GOOD!! They have the best service here at The Spot. 10/10 recommended

This place is shady AF. I found a CBD tincture on the Papa & Barkley (P&B) website and P&B gave me a list of dispensaries near me where I could buy the tincture. P&B even lets you order the product on its website and pick up the product at a local dispensary.So I order it and get a confirmation that it will be $58 after taxes. So I get to the Spot to pick it up only to be told that the P&B website is wrong and that the price is actually $78.WTF? Talk about bait and switch.So I went back on the P&B website and ordered the product at another dispensary which was conveniently on the exact same block as the Spot: OC3 Dispensary.So when I get to OC3 to pick up my order, there was no bait and switch. The price was $58 after taxes as indicated on the P&B website.I'm glad I didn't cave and buy it from the Spot.They've seriously lost my business for good. Y'all are gonna pull a bait and switch on me in the middle of a pandemic? Freaking cold. #ByeFelicia

Who is ready for the longest rant over $1.60?! That's right folks, the Spot lost a customer over 32 nickels. Hard to believe right? FYI, I will be saying "product" as I don't want to encourage any youngins' but those who are regulars will get it.So for starters, I stopped in last Friday looking for a particular product refill (that I had originally purchased from here as well) and I was told they no longer carry that refill product for safety reasons, but they still have the battery for this brand/product on their shelves... okay I'm not going to judge whatever nonsense was going on. So I was sold on another product that was supposedly similar but Wayyyy better. Like any good sales person, right? So I bite what they were feeding me, I supposedly could get this product, and and two refills on sales for a good deal. So I bought in, with of course their "$50 minimum" so I could avoid atm fees, I purchased another product as well. I infact was pleasantly please with my service, I tipped over $8... I don't know about you, but 8 buckorees to just being giving away with no purchase is like two meals at Wendy's... but anywho. I got home, and was so excited to use my new product, only to find it did not work. This is were the story takes a turn... DUN DUN DUNNN. So I returned on Monday (today for reference) after work to see if they could fix/replace/dance on this product that I had got the Friday before. They did agree that it was no working, and offered to give me $10 store credit towards a new one...hmm okay then, I guess I will be spending more money, as I have two refills for this product that would simply go to waste, right? So they offered me another battery/product that was $30 plus tax... so with my credit, this would be $20 without tax. And oh, don't forget that $50 minimum! So obviously I'm not interesting on paying another $50 that soon in the game.. it hasn't even been a week. So I asked them if it would be okay if I pull out a $20 from the atm, (mind you, while still paying an annoying, almost $3 fee) and if that would be fine, if they could adjust the price. But the answer was no... so I had to pull out $40, plus the fee and pay them exactly $21.60. I even said, so your going to lose a customer and get a bad review about this? Yeah. So that's how it happened folks, apparently my time is not valuable nor is my money at this establishment. So please, have fun with your extra 32 nickels! Also, folks, if you made it this far and you would still like to waste your nickels here, please bring cash. ;)

If I could give this place a 11/10 I would!!!!! As soon as I walked in everybody was so amazing and helpful. It was my first time so you get a 10% discount for it being your first time. Every time I come here I feel like they most likely won't have my product.. this is worst case scenario, no big deal.. went in today to buy something and the guy behind the counter was BEYOND rude!! First he tried to flex his proverbial balls by giving me mis-information, then he tried checking me and when he did that he grabbed the wrong product trying to check me about what I was really buying when he didn't even have what I asked for!! This place was better before, it just sucks now.. they never have any full gram Raw Garden and sometimes don't even have that. Even though it's a drive I prefer Green Chambers in Jurupa Valley.

CHECK EXPIRATION DATES! Working in the pharmaceutical industry I can't believe I missed this (overly excited about my first time in a dispensary I guess). Bought 2 bottles of Foria and they expire in 2 months. Management refused to do anything about it. I work closely with testing labs and the FDA and will see if this product actually meets the 80mg THC.

Yes! This dispensary is top of the line. The products are great !! They have anything you need for your smoke session. The staff is so friendly and the security guards make you feel welcome. They don't make you feel like a stranger and you shouldn't be there (like other places! )When we can spoil ourselves for the highest shelf cannabis, we're medicated for hours! Their bottom shelf is really good too, you can get some great priced eighths there($15) They have a happy hour where you can buy and eigth and get one for $10! Killla deal!!! Bring extra cash Incase you end up buying more than you expect, and if you don't have enough cash, there is an ATM on site or they take CC if it's over $50.They frequently have vendors who offer deals or give away merchandise items (hats, tees, grinders, etc.) They recently changed their business hours and are now open at 6am M-F!! (One less errand to run after work!) If you're in the area trying to figure out which dispensary to visit, this one is the winner !

Definitely my go-to for my flowers. I noticed some of the workers there aren't very knowledgeable when it comes to questions/answers but a few were very helpful in helping me find what I was specifically looking for. I love their happy hour! It's nice and clean place and very friendly.

The Drive Thru is a savior. Come for all your no contact needs. People are super friendly and kind, bud is better.

Do not trust their text promotions!!!  Twice now, I have driven down to the store because of the text promotions they've sent, only to be told that they are sold out of the particular items. Both times, they've had plenty of those items sitting on the shelf. That is the epitome of bait and switch. I will not support a shady business like this.

i haven't been to the spot in a while but man, this place has really gone down hill in my opinion, the budtender i had was just was so off putting...i would ask his advice on flower or on pre rolls and his response was "yeah it's good for the price" or "sure i've had it, it's good" like ok but did you really try it or you just want me to buy the most expensive shit and get me out quick. this place used to have a lot more brands and products i was familiar with so when i came back all i want to know is honest opinions about every new brand i asked about. i ended up walking out with nothing because the guy who was helping me just made the experience that horrible. probably won't return here again and that's ok, i just wish that the budtender working there was able to explain more product knowledge then "yup, it's good"

I have visited this dispensary twice. My first time was great, and my second one bad enough that I won't be returning.Main reason for the bad review:My party and I stopped here at the beginning of a road trip. We bought $300 worth of stock including a CBD pen which we were told we could return within 7 days if we had a problem with it. After 4 days we return in order to exchange a defective CBD pen as well as pick up more flower, and they won't grant an exchange basically accusing us of tampering, as if CBD pens were something you'd wanna tamper, and as if defective disposable pens were something of rare ocurrance.The part that really disappoints us is to be treated like we are being dishonest about a freaking CBD pen. If we were going to be ringing $300+ why couldn't they make a smart move and just give us a new $5 pen as a way to keep a customer happy. The fact that they chose to see us leave behind our cart over this stupid exchange is just petty.

This place has it all.  Quality flowers.  They have everything for my med needs.  Super friendly staff, clean, and secure.  I feel safe walking into this joint, no pun intended.  Paying taxes kinda sucks, but they are compliant and legit, you got us Santa Ana.  The variety and quality of flowers keep me coming back.

Came by last night needing some bedtime meds on a budget and was first given a tour of the showroom and then explained of all the meds they would fit my need and budget. They have all sorts of specials and great deals on 8ths if your low on funds and they are fire too..... so it's not like you paying $15 for crap it's all quality and top shelf. I will be going to 10 spot for now on when i am in OC as they are kind "nice" and compassionate in all ways. Thanks guys and gals!!

SCHWAG! Just bought some Sherbinski top shelf, and I haven't had weed that dry that tastes like hay since high school. Budtender was nice.

I've been here many times within the last year and it's a pretty cool spot. Good selection of products, the bud tenders are polite and knowledgeable and they take cash or debit card. Only reason I didn't give them the five stars is because you have to meet a $50 minimum to purchase with your debit card. Business is business and regardless of that $50 minimum, I still pick up from this dispensary.

Come here for medical happy hour! Good deal from 8-9am and 9-10pm. Missed happy hour? Get the top self sativa salad and og remix. Otherwise can be pricey without a medical recommendation. They add the tax and if you don't carry a recommendation you'll be charged an additional tax. They carry wax, flower, pens, edibles, prerolls, and body care products. Big selection of everything. Options catered to everybody. Offer wraps, lighters, grinders, and small glass pieces. Customer service from budtenders is very friendly. However, receptionist need a bit of training. Check in should be a quick process.

The Spot is the best dispensary in OC. They have awesome products with a huge variety. There customer service is always on point everyone is super nice and helpful. I love the spot and recommend checking it out.

Great service and a wonderful selection of edibles! Our budtender might be a part time comedian because she had us laughing the entire time. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. I can't remember her name but she had long blonde hair and couldn't have been nicer. The wait to get in was a bit annoying, but assuming it was because we were from out of state. The parking was easily accessible although google maps had me going to the wrong end of the street. I'll be back the next time I'm in town!

Got some weed from here they claimed was top shelf but did not even give me a buzz; furthermore, the bud was old and dry and had no odor. I talked to the manager but she said no returns - she then said she would give me another product to make up for it. She gave me the brand labeled "curated cannabis" but it was also very dry and old, with no harvest date and little to no potency or odor. Stay away or use a credit card to protect yourself because they do not give refunds. Also, do not buy any packaged weed that does not have a harvest date. Use the harvest date and package date to decrease your likelihood of getting old or defective weed. I also suggest only buying products that you trust or that are properly packaged (sunlight destroys thc so make sure the packaging shields the product from sunlight).The Legal cannabis industry is going through some growing pains right now (no pun intended ha) and it is my belief that many of these legal dispensaries are trying to unload bad product on unknowing consumers.

Went for the first time last week and it's hands down the best place I've been to. Now it's the only place I'll go to. Professional, clean, organized, with mature, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. I've been to at least half dozen other dirty warehouses with scantily clad employees who barely know their stock or are even paying attention. Try this place and you won't turn back. :)

The 10 spot had a great ftp deal where they offer $10 1/8ths.  Your limited to 1 1/8th per visit with a maximum of 3 visits.  With that said I was very happy with the quality of flower for the price.  Aside from some poor "cannatonic flower" I've been happy with each visit.I am a big fan of yummy karma chips and the 10 spot offers them at the lowest price in town for only $5 and they seem to stay stocked.So if your in the OC and in the Disney, beach area check out this clinic.  21+ with rec required.  It's a legal measure bb shop so you can feel safe and secure when purchasing your meds.  They also take charge!

Clean, organized, high security dispensary. It is set up with 4 counters all of which have the exact same product, flower, wax, pieces, etc- so that they may help 4 patients at the same time. Very time efficient! Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Awesome selection and I picked up one of their PR (private reserve) and I was completely BAKED. Turns out the guy we had delivering to our pad was NOT the guy to be picking up from - THESE guys are! They are clean and use tongs to transfer and pick up the flowers with. Maybe for some of you that's not a big deal- but it grosses me out when people use their fingers to pick up your bud, or girls with their long nasty fake nails  So keep it clean!! Very impressed with this dispensary and have been back twice now

Friendly customer service. However I realized after I left that I chose a pure THC vs CBD tincture (it's the kind that is labeled by feeling) that I was looking for. I immediately called to see about exchanging and they said it would ding a manufacture error and that I could not. Well clearly they're more worried about that than customer satisfaction.  Not good. So now I'm going home with a tincture that is all THC when I specifically went in for CBD :(

I LOVE 10 Spot Collective! Each Bud-tender have their own little workstation so there's never a long wait when I go in because of the efficiency. It has a very nice modern design inside that anyone can appreciate. I went in for a Heavy Hitters pen and they had plenty of different ones to choose from. I will definitely be returning and would suggest checking them out!

If you are new user make sure when you buy any electric pipes to test it or they show you how does it work I had to drive back to replace it after 35 min in traffic

Randee is awesome!! Helped me out with some CBD balm for sore muscles and inflammation. They have a great selection for whatever your needs are.

This shop is the best because they let us bring our dogs and who doesn't love petting cute dogs while buying cannabis. Claudia is my favorite bud tender here and she always makes the best recommendations, and reminds me of their deals they have going on and vendor days. Her latest recommendation was the rich Ninja bud, and it happened to be on a day that a vendor from heavy hitters was also there. The Heavy Hitters girl was doing a kickass special that day and she gave me all this cool stuff, and as dumb as it sounds my lanyard comes in handy for using it with my pen. I've broken so many of my vapes dropping them by accident but now I just wear it under my work shirt and nobody knows it's my vape pen. I usually come for the flower but Claudia had nothing but good things to say about Heavy Hitters pens, so I decided to go for it during the deal this time, and I'm so happy I did. Heavy Hitters makes a great product, and I like using it in between work or with my joints for an extra kick. This shop is always so clean and smells good too. The security guards are cool and not all stiff like some other guys I've seen.

I came across this place on yelp. When first walking in, we were pleasantly greeted by Ariel who asked if we were returning or new clients. She then asked for IDs & informed us of the deals they offer & even let us know about their happy hour! When walking to the back, I was glad to see everything was nice, clean, & well lit. My first time here left a good impression so I'll be back when I'm in the area.

Ordered express delivery checked in at the front the receptionist was great. She directed me to the 3rd cash register to pick up my express order. When I got inside and approached the 3rd register the woman didn't even look up and said to go to the 5th register. At the 5th register the boy didn't even look up and directed me to the last register where I was finally helped. Was really demeaning to be handed over so quickly without even a glance. The customer service SUCKS. Definitely not a place where I felt welcome.

I have a serious medical condition that I use cbds to help me cope with the day.  I've bought other cbd tinctures here before so I've been a loyal customer.  Needed something a bit stronger and they recommended Alta California.  Got home and noticed #1 it seemed like it was opened,  no seal and then I tried it and it tasted like it went bad.  Had a chemical, toxic taste.  I've been doing cbds for awhile and never had something taste like this.  I called the place and they just said sorry we can't help.  I don't have a lot of money and this was supposed to be my medicine for the next two weeks.  Now I suffer because they wanted to get rid of some crap.   I came here because I thought they were legit and stood by their products.  Guess notZ.

I absolutely love coming to this shop to not only pick up product when I need it, but also to host events and run special deals in-store for Rad vapes. The staff is very charismatic and enjoyable to work with. I liked their advertisement on the 55 freeway billboard stating that this place sells $10 eighths. Curious as I was I went in only to find out its your first three visits that are at the $10 price. After that, an average eighth will cost you $35. Good herbs though! And a great way to reel you in!

Sold me defective THC cartridges. I called to see if I could get a refund or at least an exchange. They said, "No problem, just bring the defective merch & receipt." Drove all the way here today just to be told they won't return or exchange. Not cool! Stop selling defective product and then lied to costumers over the phone just to get them to come in and buy more defective merch!
