It was my first time here at Jaderoom and Jackie was super friendly and very informative about the deals they had going on! Will definitely be back!

This place has the worst customer service and just general bad business practice. I know, I know... it's a dispensary and it's young people working there, so I shouldn't expect much. But I ordered a delivery because I'm home bound with my boyfriend who has recently returned home following a severe brain injury. 3 hours go by and nothing other than a text 20 minutes after my order was placed letting me know my order has been packaged and they will let me know when it's on the way. At the end of the 3 hours, I get a text saying that my order has been canceled citing "customer - no show". Ummm... it was a delivery. I called them, got transferred a few times, to ultimately not be helped. They said they sent me a message through Weedmaps, which is odd since I ordered it through their website. I never got a message on Weedmaps, because I checked. F*** this place. A bunch of lazy, incompetent people.

100% coming back! Amazing service, awesome vibes. The guy that helped me was super nice had a great energy. Forrsure gunna be coming back

I was informed that a trainee was new so there was a couple mix ups, thankfully one led to getting product to smoke instead of just a pod. Gabriela and Brandon were super accommodating, though! I'll have my battery by tomorrow. Brandon said he'd throw in a couple extra things too which was super dope.

My first visit to the Jade Room was great. Great service from young lady at front desk and budtenders inside. Classy inside. Great display of products. Wedding Cake first purchase, which is pretty good, but the Durban Poison is the King, hopefully soon...

Great delivery, GREAT deals, and the best service I could ask for. They fulfilled my order and I am very happy!! I will be coming back definitely!! Thank you

Lexi at the check in desk is so sweet. Everyone is super helpful and I love the different brands they carry. I strongly suggest coming here!

I've always had a great experience at Jaderoom. The other day, I went, and I spent 90$ on a eighth. First thing I realized was the base price was 60-65. I have never payed that much tax in my life, to make matters worse, the weed I bought wasn't the same weed on display. I was pissed. I took it back. And all they could do was give me another eighth free of charge, which was cool, but it wasn't top shelf weed. I don't mind spending a pretty penny on cannabis I like to smoke the best of the best. It's like pulling teeth when I get cannabis that isn't high grade. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN THIS COMPANY IS MORE ABOUT PROFIT THAN THE CUSTOMER

Sadly they just don't have what they say is on weed maps. Then they do have what I ordered in the store it's just not been labeled yet. Not to mention they are always like $20 off on the price and I have to say UM it says right here it's $60 not $80. I came for 7g shake they have it but can't find it? Her offer to substitute what I got was $40 more. Wth

The customer service for delivery is horrible. I ordered a delivery from Jaderoom. They had an issue with their debit card reader for payment once delivery guy arrived so I wasn't able to make payment. I called Lexi the manager and asked her if there is a discount at least for this delay or anything they can do for this type of service. Lexi stated well there's nothing we can do about it with no sympathy or even apologize. My order took more then 3 hrs. Whoever is the owner I would re-look on who your management really is and if they have the credentials to stand in that position. I will never order again from this clinic and if I could I would give no stars as a rating. The delivery guy Ali was great it's just the rep that answered the call and manager.

First time using this delivery service pretty easy verification ID pic and all that. Service was lacking tho 2hr wait time longest ever had with any delivery service.  Also prices are ridiculous seem good on weed maps then hidden "taxes" up the ass . 114$ for two half gram Stizii and 1/8 of some flower, and thats with FTP 15 percent off. So finally after waiting all this time get drop off and open nug flower is dry as shit and falls apart lower quality then advertising. Cant win them all i guess . One star for bigger selection then others but rather have quality over quantity.

JadeRoom OC = Service  I had such a great experience here! The moment you walk in you're greeted by a receptionist. The day I went in Lexi was working and she was awesome! She was hella funny, knowledgeable and made me feel right at home. She was giving out positive vibes and I love it! The bud tenders are knowledgeable and down to earth. Highly recommend this shop!

JadeRoom is amazing! The staff there is always helpful and full of knowledgeable about their products! In the past year it has become my favorite dispensary. They always have a wide variety of products on hand, plus they have great deals! Marty has been super helpful with helping select the perfect products for myself, he is very patient and informative!

I'm a big care bear at heart and emotional,one of these ladies working here gave me such an ugly attitude on my first day here and wasnt knowledgeable on anything only the prices. I just wanted to know what do people usually really  like and enjoy picking out from here and if there was any deals on anything and there she was making my day bad and embarrassing me in front of others. In a way I felt she was calling me stupid. Never again will I come here.  Sorry guys.

Qaulity of products is of the highest standard the staff are more knowledgeable then the average dispensary in Southern California The only complaint is that the tax in Orange County increases the price by 30 percent Which makes it hard to choose this place over Something in Santa Ana but if you are looking for unique products and educated staff this place is great and you are also aloud to smell the weed unlike many other dispensers I've been too around here.

Another great shop for gummies located in OC! This was formerly The Spot's 2nd location. The exterior might look familiar but the Jaderoom did a full revamp on the interior. They did a great job utilizing all the space in the shop with glass displays and vendor booths. The check in process was a breeze. Show your ID and you're next in the queue to go in. You can roam around the shop to check out flowers, oils, gummies, etc. They have a great selection of gummies! Some brands that they carry include Smokiez,  Camino, WYLD, Kanha, etc. Be sure to capitalize on your first time customer discount. I believe it's 15%. My total with tax was ~$70 for 3 gummies and 1 pre roll. Note: Last call is at 9:45PM. Last purchase need to be complete by 9:59PM. Looking forward to coming back and checking out the rest of Jaderoom's selection of goodies.

LOVE this place! The staff is extremely helpful and always happy to help, they have amazing deals! I haven't even heard of a lot of the flower that they had here so if you're looking for some fire this is the right place! If you're a wax pen kind of person like me oh boy will it be hard for you to choose! Bloom, rove, kurvana, etc there's so many flavors to choose from and they have half grams and full grams and everything.

This place is my all time favorite dispensary. The place is huge clean and gorgeous and the selection of pre rolls is what keeps me coming back. Even the house preroll is an 8 -9 on a 10 scale and at only $7 can not be beat. The prices are awesome (i LOVE that they list the tax included out the door prices!!) Ive been to the rest but Jade Room is the BEST!

Very clean and well organized. The staff was nice. They greeted us with a smile. When helping us, no one was pushy they answered questions and gave us what we wanted.

My wife and I stopped here looking for advise and guidance to help her with pain management regarding her brain tumor. After checking in with the sweetest woman at the front we met Branden. He took his time to get to know us and and our situation, educated us on the products he recommended, he made us feel welcome and comfortable. Everyone here showed great amounts of compassion and we were so greatful for them all especially Branden. Her pain levels dropped drastically with the medicine he suggested. We live about 3 hours from here and will definitely make the drive back when its time to restock. The professionalism, the care, the kindness, and the welcoming atmosphere is definitely 10 out of 5 stars and we look forward to going back to visit these amazing people ??

Spacious area with display cases by brand. Wonderful staff, quick service, wide inventory including pet items. This place takes debit cards for a small fee, not sure about credit cards. I also appreciated the product brochures and daily specials menu.

The place was well kept. The displays as well as the display counters were intriguing. Almost everything was on sale which was awsome. However meant lots of flower were sold out due to the deal they had going on. Bud tenders were very helpful and informative. Overall enjoyed my experience. Looking for brands places don't usually carry and that is solid weed. This might be your spot.
