Jim was our sales associate. He was amazing, patient in teaching my boyfriend and I (new users, old timers hahaha) all about what specifically would work for our desires of outcomes.Jim was very very informative.  Very clean facility and lots of displays. Very good experience.

David at the front door is so friendly. What a great attitude.  He even invited dogs in the store. Pet friendly.  I didn't buy anything this visit, just visiting with a friend. Something is different. You can tell they have new and better management.

Dear MedMen OC, I love you! You have ruined every other dispensary for me with your awesome customer service. From your security to your staff and the cleanliness and quality of products...all of it is top notch!

Genesis is super helpful and friendly at this location. Great location and options to choose from. Easy to find the bright red building in an industrial park. Curbside pick up is great option, order online and they bring to your car on the inside parking lot.

I've been coming to this location since they opened. And I can honestly say every time I stop in it's always a great experience. Everyone who works at this location is extremely knowledgeable and friendly to talk to about their products. I would encourage anyone who's been thinking about stopping in to give them a try. You definitely won't be disappointed and you'll definitely leave the location with a bit more knowledge.

Don't go here if you have a medical ID. They won't  recognize it at all & they will over charge you so you'll be paying full recreational taxes even if you have a medical ID. First & only store I've ever been to since 2017 to ever decline to accept a real medical ID & charge recreational fees. Not a legit place & they also scan your State IDs so kinda suspicious place.

Long story short. I overpaid my items by $20. On top of that, my friend was charged an extra pack of his drinks. GOOD THING HE CHECKED the receipt or else he would have lost another $30. I Asked management to look back into the surveillance camera because my friends and I were sure we overpaid $20. One of the managers name Dan left me a voicemail that basically our claim is invalid and I called back so many times to ask to see the footage. Never receive a call back as promised and this now became a waste of my time for $20.Management, if you see this, I would like to view the footage for Wednesday, August 4 at around 8pm.

All the medmens are great stores for cannabis products. This store was very nice. The LAX store was pretty crowded but , great selection.

Today was the second time i had an issue.1st time-i ordered for delivery. It was getting close to closing time and had not heard from a driver, so i called. I was told they Cancelled without notifying me bc they were out of the item. No text no email no call nothing. I mean things happen but the follow up lacks. 2nd time- ordered last night for curbside pickup. Arrived around noon today, and guess what? My order was cancelled for not coming last night. Ummm? Went back and reviewed my alerts and no where did it say anything about coming same day. Again, the follow up is wretched! They couldn't email/text and say my order was cancelled? Allll other establishments alert u if your order is cancelled. I drove 30 mins one way. Wrker DID offer to go get what I ordered but i have my stuff at home and have no clue what i ordered by memory. I am unable to enter as i have a disabled/Autistic minor with me. Using Eaze from now on. Bye

I love medmen because of the helpful and knowledgeable staff there. Every time I go, everyone is super friendly, pleasant and have great recommendations. Today was exceptionally great service by Ashley though. I had very specific asks about the strain I was looking for and she was great taking her time to present me with her recommendations and also to mention the promos that the store had going on. She's definitely an associate I will be looking for next visit.

James was so awesome - give this man a raise! He helped me with order and was overall super patient. Great experience!

The security team are incredible and friendly other than that I literally recommend any other dispensary than this one. They are constantly unorganized understaffed and unprofessional. Herban Kulture down the street is much better. They need to update their menu.

I had been to this store and bought a product that wasn't right for me. When I went back, I was helped by Manny, who not only understood my needs for pain relief and sleep due to RA and fibromyalgia but took the time to introduce me to all the products I should consider. Manny was so knowledgable about the products and their application, but what really made the experience great was the customer care, patience for someone who had little experience with CBD/THC. Thank you Manny. If anyone is interested in the use of these products for pain and rest, ask for Manny. He knows his stuff and is a great help. Thank you also to Erika for clearly being a good manager!

Staff has no idea what they are doing. I had to get another member of the staff to hell out the guy that was helping me. I gave them my debit card 3 times and my ID twice. He asked again and I just asked someone else to help me and that guy just did everything without having to check my card or ID for the 6th time. Also overcharge u on their card machine and gave me back cash which I found hella sus. They have no first time patient deals. A $38 dollar item cost me $54.  I could deal with all the little shit but when the staff simply isn't knowledgeable and has no idea what they are doing that's where I draw the line. Found out they could've gave me a $5 off if I signed up to text but they obviously wouldn't tell you that. Fuck this place. Wedin is right next door. Cheaper and has the same brand names as medmen. BUT WITH STAFF THAT KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING. I'll be taking my money there. Will never come back.

I am NEVER disappointed when coming here. I'd first popped in a few years ago while out and about in OC and decided to check things out before the 12 year drive back to the IE. I was blown away, it looked like a cannabis Apple Store. Brightly lit, very clean, the flower tables where you can look at, smell, and read about the different strains is awesome. Forgot cash? No problem!! They just round up your cost and give you back the change in cash, easy peasy! I usually have cash when I plan to go but comes in handy for those spontaneous trips.I even drive out from the IE just to go here even tho there are several decent dispensaries around me.On my most recent visit, Erika was AWESOME! Very sweet and helpful :) I'll definitely be back and always tell my friends about this place.

Easy to spot red industrial building, friendly service, clean space, open area, tech infused system and variety, make this cannabis shop / dispensary truly awesome. This is only the second weed shop I've been to in my life so I only have one comparison, but I really felt like I was the semi Target- Nordstrom's -Apple store of dispensaries. Call me inexperienced or judgmental but this shop is cool, clean and convenient. The Medmen In LA didn't have the product I was looking for so I came to this location because they did. All the employees were helpful and had great recommendations for a topical pain relief balm. I'm hoping to test it on the migraines I get every now and then. They have a refer a friend program. If a previous guest brings in  a new guest both get 20% their purchases I think. FYI for first timers: main parking lot is in the back, take the side alley and you'll see the parking lot in the back. Rewards program also available. Would recommend them to everyone.Also so believe they only accept debit card or cash, ATM available at the back of the store.

Had an awsome time today ,,took my 72 ur.old mother from Tx.  to her first visit to a dispensary (MedMen ) and Jim(James) the dude with a sprinkle of grey hair in his beard. I only elaborate on this because there's 3 dudes with beards and masks on....lolWas awesome explaining why resin doesn't taste like resin....So shout out to my new personal pot shopper..see ya next time.

First time customer and will definitely make this my go-to spot. James is the man. Super helpful and knowledgeable! I like that Medmen keeps all their products out on display unlike other places where I feel put on the spot to make a quick decision.

Update: I tried their delivery again, like a fool. 12pm-2pm became 2pm-4pm became "they're on their way" for another hour and a half. I called to cancel and they said "Really? Because the delivery driver is there." So, I was like ok fine but if I don't see them in 5 minutes I'm leaving. Received a call a couple minutes later saying the driver had to cancel. Wtf? I swear, MedMen is like a toxic boyfriend I keep going back to like an idiot.

i went in the other day looking for some sativa crumble,  james helped me and was super friendly, i ended up buying the ones he recommended and they are delicious appreciate it !!!

Love these guys - Likely the best service out there ... always has the best selection and the drivers are awesome. I own a medical cannabis company but use MedMen for all things recreational ...Works well because we can schedule deliveries during the day to!

First time at Medmen and what a clean, modern, friendly place!  Dania was so helpful and knowledgeable.  When she realized I'd left my dog in the car in the back parking lot, she was concerned and speedy to get me out fast (you know how our pooches are since having us at home so much).  I love that most of the products are out - not everything behind glass cases like most shops. So you can get what you need and check out without having an "escort" for the whole visit.

So I did get all my products but for a first time customer this was not a good experience. Instead of getting a first time discount I got up charged 30 dollars in taxes and online my order said a certain total but when I came to pay it was more and another 30. So crazy I'm sticking with hyperwolf where they don't scam you.

Shout out to Heriberto. I was happy with my first visit 2 months ago and with the two products I purchased so I went back to try something new.  I am a new customer and needed some advice on a particular product and its reliability. Again, I was pleasantly surprised at the assistance provided to me by Heriberto.  He was very informative and patient.  I showed him what I had in mind on my phone and the Medmen website.  Heriberto gave great advice and recommendations for what I was looking for.  This type of customer service will keep me coming back. This was my first visit to MedMen.  I was getting CBD Oil for my dogs and decided to try MedMen since I hear their advertisements on the Howard Stern show all the time.  I was greeted by Jason M. as soon as I entered and he showed me many different types of CBD Oil.  Jason was very knowledgeable about how CBD Oil works and how the different combinations of CBD/THC work.  Jason answered all of my questions and showed me many different products.  I left completely happy and based on today's experience, I'll definitely choose MedMen as my go-to place for CBD/THC products.  Bravo Jason!

The location was super clean. When I got to the register, the tender let me know that because I was buying the cartridge AND the battery, he'll only charge me $1 for the battery, instead of 25 :)

Had my first order delivered today. Jonathan delivered my order, sent me a text when he was 5 min out, and stayed and answered all of my dumb questions. He was super friendly and courteous, and I from now on I think I'll only use delivery. It was way too easy. They also helped me change the address on my order so I didn't have to stay at work until 8pm.

"Come see what we're out of this time!"                                         - MedMed(Seriously though, their stock isn't well maintained. They carry lots and lots of product, but it is hard to rely on them to be carrying something specific.)

THE DELIVERY WAS B.S First of all we live 20 minutes away, gaRden Grove... y'all in Santa Ana...IT TOOK 3 HOURS to get to us..hire more drivers because this is such a inconvenience. WILL NOT be doing delivery again.

Took a bud tender's recommendation for a tasty strain and was not happy with the product. A creepy unpleasant buzz was what I got so decided to research the company. The brand was Pure Beauty (Forbidden Lemon Glue strain). It turns out that they are just a marketing company that buys the weed from someone else, repackages it and then sells it as their own brand. In an interview online, they use a word salad of 'woke' terminology to describe what they do, but they are just middle men taking a cut. So when you buy a $60 eighth of this product, you are really getting less than $60 worth of quality because the marketers (Pure Beauty) who've interjected themselves in between you and the grower need their cut to stay in business. Med men should be faulted for not knowing this about what is on their shelves, that is precisely the bud tenders responsibility. We are only starting to see this kind of cynical marketing in the cannabis industry. Keep in mind that just because it's weed, doesn't mean that it won't be subject to the same scams, lies, misinformation and misdirection as any other class of products. Perhaps even more so since it is currently an exploding & high profit industry. Do Your Own Research, the bud tenders clearly will not do it for you. To be fair, they may be as caught by surprise by this as I was, so please Med Men & other dispensaries keep and eye out for the vultures, they will soon be circling overhead, thick and fast.

This was our second time visiting MedMen of Santa Ana, California.  We had a very good experience the first time and found exactly the CBD we were looking for.We were in the area and realized that we would like to look into the other CBD options.When we entered the store, we proceeded to the CBD stands and Isaac approached us. He asked us what specifically we are looking for and what needs we have.We explained that we have a very healthy lifestyle and spend a great deal in the gym.  We were looking for a holistic way to treat soreness and pain (my husband had a knee injury when he was younger and still has some residual pain in that knee after working out).Isaac explained the different benefits, the different brands, the different blends and price points with us.His knowledge really steered us in the right direction.  Even though we already came in with a good idea of what we wanted, Isaac really provided incredible customer service and educated us in a genuine way.  We felt appreciated and grateful.  We left the store with exactly what we needed.We look forward to our next visit soon.

I take medication that makes falling asleep a chore. Coming in with a blank canvas I didn't know what I was doing. The knowledge Alejandro gave me impressed me more than I expected (and I read all the glowing reviews about MedMen). He LISTENED intently and asked the right questions to make me feel comfortable, while at the same time moving the sales process forward. I feel like the products purchased were exactly what I wanted today. I also know that I can return to update him on my experience, and he will further make the appropriate suggestions. Their space is clean and roomy, which makes the buying experience comfortable and effective. Other shops I considered looked like there was too much to going on and would be hard to digest. If you are a fan of structure, this is definitely a place for you. Yes, there is entertainment value in this category of business but the owners clearly emphasize a strong process. Finally, I was pleasantly surprised by the total price--five star value. I am a little far away, but absolutely will be returning to work with Alejandro again.

I like the selection of products. They have a wide variety of affordable items. The drink selections are good for constant medicating throughout the day. I like the tinctures for sleep. The disposal vapes are great and they're recyclable. The staff are well trained and friendly.

Ordered some edibles (WYLD and Smokies sour watermelon) for friends and myself using delivery option. Super easy to order on mobile and get notification of status of delivery in real time! Jason delivered the goodies in 30mins of placing my order. He was very efficient and professional. Knowledgeable about the business and pleasant personality. Thanks Jason and Medmen!

First of all....I've been to many....many...dispensaries..this one is my absolute fave.The inventory and prices are very competitive.The shop is super cute, clean, and high tech.The staff is all awesome. BUT shout out to ISAAC! I've come in to see him, specifically, a few times now. He hasn't let me down at all. He has a ton of knowledge, and is extremely patient with all my questions. He's thorough, and super personable, which I like. I'm very awkward in social situations and typically like to keep to myself when browsing, but he's made the experiences wonderful, has taken the time to help me, and that is something that I appreciate very much. He also doesn't try to oversell, which seems to be a common thing when I go to other dispensaries...and that alone, keeps me coming back (and yet somehow i still end up spending more than planned lol) We need more people like Isaac in the world.

I'm way late with this review, as I've visited this MedMen several times and the staff here is always fantastic, very informative, kind, welcoming and thorough.  I'm leaving 5 stars because I've never had a negative experience, however, I visited a few days ago and their selection of joints was quite weak.

What an awful first time experience with these clown.Placed an order online at 7:30pm on Friday night. 2hrs after I place the order I called to see why my order had not been delivered. No apology for the inconvenience just a very nonchalant "your order is in the way and should arrive shortly. One hour later I get an email saying they are sorry but my order was cancelled!F$&K YOU MedMen, your store is a piece of $hit and your service absolutely sucks... I will have everyone I know wrote a nasty review cause that is all you deserve!!!

This was my first visit to Med Men and I was impressed by how the store is laid out. Other dispensaries look like a jewelry store with the glass counter that separates you from who's helping you. Med Men is open, you walk up to different display tables, and it's more like a pleasant shopping experience. I found what I was looking for and was pleased with the price. They send you home with a nice looking bag and a great magazine! Nice touch!

If you are in the area definitely pull up. This spot is great nothing better than that cali flower & Tap in with Manny he hooked it up & recommended all the best flower. He deserves a raise. I shall be back, thank you!

Ordered another delivery from MedMen. I finally figured out how to do that without getting frustrated by website and pop-up stuff that seem to constantly restart the order process. I just keep hitting the X button to remove pop-up and continue shopping. It's a little irritating to have to do that, but it is what it is I suppose. Amount/selection of product they sell can't be beat and prices and service are excellent. I've been using this store for over a decade and haven't had any complaints.

Well,  I hate to say it but the whole experience  was really lackluster. Been to many shops, worked in a few shops and Med Men is nothing to go crazy about. Service was decent but the product is wack. I got a Good flower pre roll and, my bad, I didn't look at the packaging information until I got in the car. All i wanted was ONE PREROLL.... and I happened to grab one that was harvested and packaged in October of LAST YEAR. Not cool at all. They should have taken that product off the floor and cut their losses on a $12 joint because now ill probably never come back. And I'm sure nobody cares but there are plenty of other shops I'll take my business to.

Pretty disappointing when you drive to this location because it does have a nice atmosphere and it's laid out well and you get there and they're out of the things that you want. You would think a dispensary this size and his largest they are regional he could keep stuff in stock. Be the last time I drive over here.

Rebecca was super helpful and very knowledgeable! She answered every question we had and told us things to watch out for! We love MedMen because they are super clean and always full of supply with awesome happy employees who are 100% helpful!!

These guys do a great job if you're looking to view a lot of flower. The smells are free in the sales guys don't bug you while you're trying to look and read about all the different products that they have. Edwin helped me out and recommended some great stuff. I would recommend this place because they have all different grades and price points. One thing to consider is that excise and sales taxes are not included. That being said you'll want to do the math and add about 25% these guys have locations nationwide with easy online ordering and in-store pick up. The hours are the best part 7 AM to 10 PM seven days a week. I'm a 7 AM guy myself, I'm always the first one up in my house.

This is the Apple Store for weed, what's not to love. Went to try some new strands of one that I already like, and got to learn of some new stuff I look forward to trying later. Ashely helped me out and seemed straight up and honest, which is good when trying new stuff. She knew her stuff and did well helping out.

Love to come here for the essentials. Steve is really helpful and so knowledgeable on all the products. I'm uber thankful for his recommendations on what to get. Anytime I come in and tell him what I'm looking for he's right on it and knows exactly what I need to try. Very satisfied with my shopping experiences here and will be continuing to share with friends to check this place out.

I've been here two times and I enjoyed both experiences. In short, they've taken the creep factor out of dispensaries! It's like the Apple Store of marijuana, even with their geniuses!!First experience was when a friend visiting from another state was fascinated and we took her. I wanted to make sure she got the best experience and local told me that MedMen was prob the nicest of the store. We had our ID checked like we were going into a club, not entered into some database like other shops, which was great. Didn't feel like I was committing myself to something. All the employees were dressed in Apple-store-like red polos and very friendly and helpful... only when needed, not in any impatient or hassling way. I felt no need to buy or hurry, just like Apple Store. I was able to browse as little or as much as I wanted with everything on wood tables... just like you know the store I mentioned before... with product under glass and iPad so you can get more info! We didn't buy anything and we were greeted on the way out too. Even the security guard had a red polo on and not the usual creepy thuggish guy sitting outside.Second experience is when I had some shoulder aches and wanted to see what options they had for CBD and THC oils, creams or salves they had. I looked on the iPads for info and was still confused and one of the employees was extremely helpful, and was able to also tell me her experience with the product. Which ones were new she had not tried, etc. She was so extremely knowledgeable with the products!I was told by a friend that their prices were a little higher, I haven't shopped around but unless there is like a 30% markup or something from another store, I'm ok with paying it. They know their product, not like some of the other places I've walked into.I would definitely recommend this place!

I know this is a corporate weed joint and I kind of hesitated before trying it out but I find I get consistently the best value, advice, branding etc from the folks at the Apple Store of pot in Santa Ana and sure God Bless Santa Ana unchallenged in its variety and range of dispensaries in the OC. Special shout out to the wonderfully friendly and approachable Genesis who always provides humorous and honest advice and helps me pick what's best for me.   She's the best!!  Thank you.

I picked up my online order today and it took less than 5 minutes to complete the transaction.  Michael was great in getting me my order.

I just went to 2 different dispensaries because People's and MedMen are only half a mile away from each other. I'm just going to compare the 2.MedMen- area felt more of a warehouse than a business - no- inside had products and screens to explain each product and how much THC and CBD are in each - yes- products were show cased on tables and on walls a so you got to see what they sell, description on each product and how much everything cost - yes- the workers took time to explain to us everything they sell and walked us through the store - yesOverall: Workers were attentive and took the time to explain to us the products they sell.  I loved the table and wall display.  There were iPads on sections of products to explain to you in detail about the product.  Those were so cool and helpful.  Really great place. People's- complimentary water bottle, which is nice - yes- huge building, 2 stories, looks nice and simple - yes- have to get in a line to talk to someone, so I felt like I have to rush because people are waiting behind me - no- all the displays are at the long counter, so you can only see some products depending on what section of the counter you were at. That seemed like such a horrible concept because I have no idea what products they even sell here. - no- it was our first time here and we asked the cashier for suggestions. She was not helpful and she just said it really depends on you.  Customer service was not good here - no- the woman didn't even offer us the product menu when we told her it's our first time here. I had to ask her - no- it's a little bit more  expensive than MadMen - noOverall:  I felt like I had no help, didn't even know what type of products they offer, and overall had a bad and confusing time.  This place is for people who know what they want and like to wait in line, not new people who like to explore and learn more about the industry.

me and my friend were looking for Pax carts and they have it !!! i love how they have so many variety of edibles too!! and the people who were their are all CUTIES!! definitely worth checking them out!!!

This is my second time going to a cannabis dispensary but my first time at MedMen. I'll use my pen once in awhile but I decided to stop smoking and switched to edibles. I've never tried edibles because of the horrific stories I would hear from people but I decided to give it a try. The layout of the store is clean and open spaced. It's very inviting and has a chill vibe, just like their staff! Steve helped me through the whole process of explaining to me how edibles work, how much to consume and  gave me recommendations. The churro cookie, by the Venice cookie company, are my favorite. Left the store happy with 4 different types of edibles! Thanks again :)

Another great MedMen location with a small but private-ish parking area (that gets a little creepy at night). The store is clean, swank, and the staff is knowledgeable. It truly is the Apple Store for cannabis. However, the cashier at this particular location said that some people eat entire bags of the cookies in one night, and now we can't stop thinking of whether she was exaggerating or not.

My first visit to California, and of course I have to go to a dispensary! Even though I live in Denver where marijuana is also legal, it's much more novel to me, being a 90s kid, to buy weed in California.MedMen is a top notch facility. The staff is super helpful, and the store is super high-tech, with little machines at every station that display the product, and tells you more about it. AWESOME prices, too!

Excellent professional and polished environment. More importantly Brian and Lucy rock. Took the time to walk us down the path. Can't say enough about the whole experience. Been here a few times and I think the prices are way to much. I have been looking for other shops in the area and I found same quality for $45 an eighth. The place is nice from the inside, but it I guess that's why they have higher prices. Higher over = higher prices. But over all I can say that they should have some more sales to balance it off.

New to the area and stopped in last week to check out some cannabis after years of stopping due to it giving me pretty bad anxiety. Great overall staff but James in particular went above and beyond listening to my concerns and steering me towards some low THC botanical products. Needless to say my Led Zeppelin got some plays and I need to re-up on my frozen pizzas. Will be back!

Really nice place, friendly people, but I feel dooped. I rushed in to take advantage of their 50% off edibles over 100MG sale and I got a bunch. Most if not all of these edibles are old. I confirmed with some of the reps from the company their old packaging and on the Kaneh edibles there's a date made once you open the package. Mine said it was made back in June -- 6 months ago! I feel like it was a sale to unload their old edibles but I understand the sale was because edibles were not going to be regulated to be 100MG or under.

Color me impressed! I normally go to People's OC nearby, but decided to come to MedMen because they carried some Kiva products that People's did not. I was so impressed by the layout and vibe of this store. Going to the dispensary is still a somewhat stressful activity for me because I'm not a big cannabis user and there are way too many choices when you get there. The vibe here, thankfully, is very mellow and everyone is very friendly and informative (without being an asshole about it - you know the type haha). You are able to grab many of the edible products yourself from the shelves and there are tables with samples of the different flower strains to see. There's an ipad in front of each one so you can click to read more information about each strain. I ended up doing that for a bit because I was curious, but was greeted very quickly by a customer service rep who ended up helping decide what would be best given my needs. I was in and out of there in about 20 minutes - it was painless, I didn't feel embarrassed I didn't know a lot, and I didn't feel like I was going to get mugged outside as I walked to my car. Ample parking here, FYI. Will be back!

Product worked as advertised and the help from the workers was top rate! Definitely got help everytime I needed it. Lots of products to choose from, so you're bound to find something you like.Just wish they had some deal for first timers or they let customers know of their referral discount before actually spending $100+. Other than that was an overall good experience and would probably go back!

being a somewhat newbie, i was hesitant on what i wanted, but Ashley was awesome in helping me with what i needed and was very knowledgeable on their products. she made me feel at ease and provided me with excellent customer service. i will definitely be back!

Worst customer service ever!  They did not have the dosage I had been using and told me to use a higher strength dose. If it was too powerful they said and entered into their system that I could return it for a credit to a different product. Even gave me 50% discount on next purchase.  Took just one dose which was much too strong. When I returned it they could not find any evidence of the note in their system and repeatedly said "all sales are final". They repeated that about 20 times. Said there was no one to call, no manager and told us to wait two hours for someone to come in who could help us.  We asked someone else where is a manager and they told us he'd be back from lunch in 15 minutes!Waiting now and will update after discussion with manager.Manager was amazing.  (Dereck) All is good now.  Faith restored in MM.  I am changing my rating from 1 to 5!

This place is very clean ,  very well organized,  and people are very nice and welcoming.  Staff is very knowledgeable About their products,  I know because I  asked about their Foria product for women.I will come again soon..

Always a welcoming atmosphere. Every employee is extremely knowledgeable and will assist if it's your first time. The customer service here is on point. Jean answered all my questions and helped me make a selection that best fit my needs. This place reminds me of an IStore for cannabis, with all the IPads with their products. Definitely coming back.

My friend and I just had an amazing experience here. First, the design inside and out is super cool. After checking our ID's, we walked in and met Lucy, who was very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and gave amazing service. CBD is a great alternative to Rx drugs but there's a lot to understand about strengths, product types and manufacturers. Lucy made it easy for us, showed us the many options and helped us decide what would work best for each of our situations. We'll definitely be back.

One of the best dispensaries I've seen. Comparisons to an Apple store are appropriate. There are large tables with sunken iPads and small covered display shelves with products sparsely presented. The iPads guide the customer and give any available information on the products, i.e., THC levels, terpene analysis, etc. The staff here is top-notch, both friendly and informative. I was offered help numerous times and they spoke with me and amongst one another in a professional but friendly manner. They have an assortment of available products including flower, edibles, topicals, concentrates and vape pens, and more. The only thing obviously missing was RSO, though full-spectrum tinctures were available. Prices are not low but accurately reflect the current state of cannabis trade in the area with regard to supply and demand, regulatory conditions, and mandated tax structures. Recommended.

I have been to a number of dispensaries in the area and never have I received the customer service I did the other day from Scott at Medmen.  He was patient with all of my questions about numerous different items and was incredibly knowledgeable about all of the products I asked about.  I highly recommend if you go to Medmen in the near future, definitely ask for Scott because he was a huge help to me.

A++ would buy federally illegal drugs here again.The last time I was in a dispensary it was only medically legal and you were buzzed in to a big bulletproof closet by a dude large and irritated enough he'd slap your dick off with one hit.MedMen was nothing like that. It was like an Apple store except all the shitty things like crowds and screaming children: clean, very tasteful, and everyone was nice and helpful.I'm not a smart man. Come here if you're trying to pick up a cartridge for your pen--not if you're trying to pick up flower. I picked up an 1/8th once and it was so dry and crispy. The customer service is outstanding, the whole team is very knowledgeable and informative towards all their product. They get an extra star for the rating. They don't have first time pairent deals but they do have a loyalty program which is cool.

I've only been a few times, but had amazing help each time. Stefanie schooled me on some edibles knowledge and helped me make the right choices, and was super charming to boot!  Very clean, always friendly, and nobody unexpectedly shows up to your house at random times. I'd say that's a win.

Love finding my favorite CBD products and pain relief products! Also! Steve Baleno was super helpful and always explains everything so well so I can make the best decision! I have also sent friends to see him and they feel he is friendly and always listens so he can match them with their best products! He has pointed out a few things we drive all the way from Temecula to get! It's worth it. I hate wasting money on things that do not work and we have never experienced that at Medmen Santa Ana!

Went in earlier for the first time and was disappointed.  The prices are overly ridiculous , the customer service sucked, when I walked in everyone was standing around  chatting in small groups. Through shopping I asked three different people the same thing and got different responses ... I've been to 10+ dispensaries in the Orange County area, and med men is my favorite. Everyone is incredibly helpful and friendly no matter who you are. They have helped me, my mother, and my grandmother. I just used their curbside pick up due to covid, it was quick and simple.

Heard about MedMen through a Pod Cast I listen to, and when I arrived I was so pleased with how clean the establishment was, how friendly, nice, and knowledgeable the employees were, and how much product there was! Hands down one of the best dispensaries I've ever been to! Special thanks to Jen and Ken! Staff here is extremely knowledgeable and helpful.   They know the products well and do not push up selling just for the purpose of increasing the sale.   The dispensary is organized well, reminds me of the Apple store.

I can't even describe this place because words Do y not do justice. Uncanny selections. The staff are Friendly & knowledgeable. Everybody goes above and beyond.  Every time I come here I leave smiling. For pet owners they have a section for you.

To be honest, the first time we came here the customer service fell a little short. Our experience was enough to really make us reconsider going back. Despite our hesitation, we decided to give it a second chance and it was a complete different experience. Darren W immediately came up to us and asked if we needed help with anything, and not just in a way that made us feel rushed or pressured. He was so friendly and such a nice guy!! They didn't have what we came for, but he still offered to check in the back just to make sure. We ended up getting a different product and he rang us up right away and overall he was very personable!! So thank you Darren. We will definitely be coming back because of you. Also, this dispensary is at the top of my list as being one of the coolest layouts I've seen. It kinda of reminds me of the Apple store.

Well the staff were ok nice enough. I just believe the product selection was a bit scarce. Maybe it was just the time that I was there. The prices are reasonable  and the location was a bit out of the way. Compared to other dispensary's I would give it a 7 out of 10. I'm still not quite sold on the place yet or if I would recommend it to others. Jury is still out.

Way too over priced, way too many employees, with tax is even more ridiculous. Corporate version for the marijuana industry, do your research there are other dispensaries with reasonable prices and that honor your medical recommendation unlike MedMen. People who don't understand how the marijuana industry come here. They have a nice store front which is what attracts the people who don't understand the marijuana trade. I just urge people to check out other dispensaries in the area before MedMen. MedMen should be your last choice if need be.UPDATE: Selling herb w/ 22% potency at 65 dollars an eighth. Should be no more than 40 tops. If people would educate themselves they'd understand how they're getting taken advantage of.

Hubby and I visited this dispensary for the first time last week and had high hopes they'd be a good match for us, our different medical needs, individually and respectfully. The team at MedMen were kind, listened, and so far, I personally have been quite pleased with the recommendations.  look forward to returning to this dispensary for our medicinal needs knowing we're getting quality product.

Today I came in, shopped and was "helped" by SCOTT. Today SCOTT was in a very mad mood. I made him aware by saying " You're being rude. He did not stop there. I paid ,went back to the door I originally entered through and asked for a manager. Who leaves their post and comes yelling saying" go the fuck home and self quarantine ". SCOTT does,another young male comes to join and get in my face telling me to fucking leave and threaten to call the cops. I let them know please call the cops because all I wanted was to talk to a manager and now I had to little boys SCOTT and another male yelling and using profanity to intimidate me to leave before speaking to a manager. Out comes Jennifer who was soft spoken and polite, but here comes SCOTT not once but three times after being asked to walk away ,by his manager Jennifer, SCOTT does. He continues yelling everytime and being told to stop SCOTT stop SCOTT, stop SCOTT by his manager jennifer. He was not listening to his manger so I asked jennifer if we could talk outside the door she agreed and we had a civil adult conversation. She apologized for his nasty rude behavior about 6 times. All I said was "you're being rude". Which you confirm indeed you where being rude after telling me to shut the fuck up and go home and self quarantine all while two other customer where outside and 3 to 4 inside. They where all staring at you making faces. Probably thinking what I said is in fact true check the cameras to confirm how he left his post came to the door yelling very very loud. I do not the think the CEO would agree with your behavior SCOTT . You might not care,but he does. Thanks to us consumers people still have jobs. I am out here trying to help the community and this is how you act. Grow up rude SCOTT.

We came in looking for something similar to the dosist pen, but with a higher dosing and cheaper. Isaac M. was helping us out, he very knowledgeable about the disposable pens. We ended up getting a Heavy Hitter pineapple express pen and a Honey Strawberry Kush pen. Over all I gotta say MedMen is like the Apple Store of weed/dispensaries.

My favorite spot to get my meds. Convenient spot Alejandro was very helpful. Overall best experience in Santa Ana! They are open earlier than most dispensaries and the staff is very knowledgeable and kind. There is a variety of medicines available and they're reasonably priced.

This store has a reputation as a high end, well stocked place and after several visits there, I can say they've earned their reputation! The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Alexander helped me with some products for my anxiety, including a great CBD vape pen. Very helpful! I'll keep coming back here because of their knowledgeable staff and wide range of products.

I am very impressed with my first purchase with MedMen. The entire process was easy and seamless. I had my order delivered for my first purchase from MedMen and received it right on time. Ashley made the delivery and she was very nice and professional. The money transaction was easy, and I paid half of my purchase in cash and the rest with a debit card - no complications. Brian and Rebecca are awesome! Everyone in the store is super helpful and friendly. They give you space when you're shopping and not hounding every minute and asking if you need help but are always there when you need it.The store is well organized and clean. They have a decent selection of edibles, lotions, and cartridges. They even have products for your pets!! All the products are displayed in cases with tablets next to each product for more description. It really is like an apple store. They don't accept credit cards, debit card or cash only.

Went in for the Military discount around 5:15 and Ashley helped us, she was very patient with us and answered all our question and she was friendly, great customer service!We have been in there few times, the service is always quick.

Nicely laid out, decent prices, & I love the red bags!   I really only go to buy vet cbd oil for my dog, and aside from smoking a bit back in college,  I'm not super knowledgeable about weed.  Most of the fancier dispensaries act all snooty and treat you like an idiot if you don't know everything, but MadMen's employees are always welcoming and helpful without the attitude.   I only wish there were bulk discounts or coupons, since I'd happily buy a lot more if there was a perk.

This is definitely the place you'll want to go, especially if your new to this whole thing!!! After having a terrible experience at another dispensary (not naming names but rhymes with beeples), this place was quite impressive. Everything is nicely displayed with pricing and detailed information on an iPad located directly in front of the product. Staff is super-awesome at answering questions and everyone was very pleasant. Donnie helped us find exactly what we needed and didn't rush us through the process. I'd absolutely recommend this place to anyone and everyone!!!!

The store is nice and the people are nice. I'm sure a lot of their products are great. Unfortunately, a product they sold me (Ignite lubricant) doesn't work for me, was pricey, and there's no way for me to get compensated for it. So, buyer beware.

I absolutely love this store.  The product layout is beautiful, and the service couldn't be better.  David helped me today and was wonderful.In particular, I was most impressed by the fantastic treatment from the security staff.  Marcus was so incredibly friendly, and his product knowledge was extensive.  Despite being security, he didn't hesitate to help me while the other budtenders were busy.5/5 all day long, I will without question be back!

I was referred here by an old friend of mine, and Yussof helped me out while I was here.Walking in was a pleasant surprise. The room is at least twice as spacious as any other clinic I've been to, AND their selection is extremely diverse from flower, prerolls, wax, gummies, pens, the whole 9. Did I mention no paperwork on initial visit? Handed the doorman my ID and I was browsing the store in seconds.Their visual displays are upper echelon and you even have space to actually look around and do your thing.On top of that they even had a good selection of products on sale. Easily one of the best clinics I've ever been to. Spotting two taco trucks along the perimeter of the compound nutshelled the entire experience for me. I couldn't have left happier.Will DEFINITELY be returning.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE !!! I was new to the area and didn't quite know what I was looking for. I was immediately introduced to Jenn and she showed me the wonders of a brand called Papa & Barkley. I recently had back surgery and the CBD and THC combinations have been an amazing alternative to the pain medications prescribed to me.

Meh. Compared to the other 9 around it.... It was nice to just walk in and not stop in the front room to be let in. But, with that being said, we walked in and had not a soul go up to us to help. It was uncomfortable having to ask them for prices since no items are priced. Very different experience than the others. They are more of a conglomerate, not the touchy feely local feel to it. No discounts. Bud and Bloom gave us 25% off for first timers so, in comparison, I would go to the others first!!

I went to Medmen for the 1st time last night. Genesis is the 1 who helped me. She was so knowledgeable and took her tine to help me and find out what my needs were. I can't recommend this place enough.

Super sweet Dispensary.  The giant red building is hard to miss.  The set up inside was sweet.  I was able to check out all of the different strains and related products very easily.  The staff was super helpful.  Josh F shared his knowledge so I could make an informative buy.  Andy B made me feel welcome.  Even though this spot is a bit far from my pad, I'll be returning because of Andy.  Best staff, best flower.

I've gone to many other dispensaries and this is now the only one I go to. It's my favorite. I like the professional and friendly energy I get from the point I drive in and park, to when I enter the building, select my items, purchase my items, and then leave. At every stage I'm greeted by someone with warm hospitality and am served by staff who have accurate answers to my questions. Everything is super clean and I feel safe and comfortable. (One thing though ... I think their gear is not quite on point. I'd like to by a tee or a hat but nothing looks like something that I'd love to wear. Usually I know I love it when I'm dying to wear it out of the store. So far, nothing. Hope you step that up eventually.)

I was looking for a heavy indica, they recommended a cookie strain, I know that some cookies are heavy hitters but this one was more hybrid. I felt the body high from the indica dominance, but I have definitely had better.

I have been here a few times. The place is clean and they have many people to help you if needed. Isaac helped me 2 weeks ago and he was phenomenal in answering all my questions. I don't smoke, just do edibles for anxiety and pain and with all that's out there it's hard to choose. So if you ever end up at medmen, I don't think you will be disappointed.

By far the best all-around Dispensary in Orange County.  Knowledgeable friendly staff, safe & clean, no parking issues, great selection of just about any product/item that you're looking for, and have good deals if you search a bit.  Definitely reminds me of an "Apple Store" vibe.  Can be a bit pricey depending on your tastes, but you get what you pay for - Consistent Quality.

First if all, great layout. Second, I usually don't need help in a place like this. However I just adopted a dog with serious separation anxiety and PTSD. I did not know what to buy for a dog like I do myself. Upon walking in, James M. did an exceptional job explaining the different pet calming products as well as the difference between the two. Info and education is huge when it comes to the med aspect of CBD and THC. However, every employee has something different to say and recommend. Its all based on THEIR personal preference. They are obviously not trained to be on the same page. (Hopefully this will be mentioned at the next employee meeting)Ultimately, I had different expectations. This place is the same as any other dispensery, but with iPad's and glass jars.EXTREMELY Over priced & over rated. I will not be returning.PS... 15% tax is ridiculous.

This is my go-to weed store. I love their 100mg strawberry lemonade drinks and their 1000 mg tincture spray! They ALWAYS have good stock and I go once or twice a month and spend at least $100.Staff is always amazing and constantly introducing you to new products, especially if its similar to something you like!They are very observative, they know you are a returning customer if you bring back the bag that they put your products in!Elena has helped me out MULTIPLE times and I distinctly remember her because she does great customer service and always makes sure to mention her name! She stands out and she's there often when I go. The rest of the employees are also helpful and always ask if you need help, they genuinely  enjoy introducing marijuana to the public whether its for fun, personal use, or medical. I love that MedMen has Ac/dc Cbd. There so nice & friendly, & the place is so beautiful. Its so hard to find this Cbd strain, it completely takes away menstral cramps, & relieves anxiety without the high, jus relaxation. It's also good for guys to enhance the bedroom activity skills if you know what I mean!! Lol, I love this place, check it out!!

Though I've had a medical MJ card in the past, I am not an experienced pot person, so I feel a little intimidated at dispensaries sometimes (not that I've been to many). However, I finally made the (short) trip over to MedMen.  I found parking in the front (because I didn't know better), but there was AMPLE parking in the rear, where the entrance is. The security guy back there was very friendly, and assured me that, "Everyone here is very easy."  The first thing I noticed when I walked in was how beautifully the store was laid out.  It's bright and clean and wide open.  Ashley was working at the front, and she chatted with me as she signed me up with the co-op.  I told her what I was looking for, and she was eager to help.  Best of all, she informed me of their "buy one get one free" new patient deal...and we were off to the races.  She ultimately passed me off to another guy (I forget his name), and he was great too, very knowledgeable.I'm very impressed by MedMen: the level of customer service and the variety of products they carry; they take "retail" to a whole new level, and set a very high standard for dispensaries...pharmacies could learn a lot from this place.  I wouldn't hesitate to return.Thank you, MedMen! Update (2/5/17): I came in on Super Bowl Sunday thinking the place would be empty, but it was buzzing with people!  The young man at the front was SUPER friendly, and the budtender who ended up helping me was terrific, even better than the one I had on my first visit. (I didn't get his name, but he was an older man, probably in his 60s, and full of information. He introduced me to a few products I was unfamiliar with, and he offered some ideas for addressing some health concerns. If you're an experienced recreational cannabis user or a novice medical patient like me, this is the place to buy your product. Again, thank you, MedMen!

Once you turn into the street you can see the MedMen sign and the red building. You can't miss it. I pulled up to park in the back lot however it was getting full. Security patrolling the building was nice enough to show me where to park and guide me in the right direction.As you walk to the door your greeted to another security guard that opens the door for you. Then you check in with the front desk and staff asks for your ID. For a new customer they hold onto your ID so they can put you in their system while you browse. The inside is clean and very organized. They have a little bit of everything and its nice to see the flowers on display.A few minutes go by and I'm greeted by one of the employees--Isaac. He asked me a few questions about what I was looking for and he gave me great recommendations. I was looking for a gift for my mother-in-law for Mother's Day and they had a promotion going on with some of their products. It was buy one buy the other 50% off.I appreciated Isaac's patience and he was knowledgeable of the products I was looking for. I highly recommend coming here for whatever your looking for. I know people complain about prices but your contributing to a business that has a mass market that can help our state's economy. Keep that in mind.

After Christopher reached out to me- I was able to return the battery to the store. I went home and my device still didn't work! So frustrating. I went back in to the store a few weeks later and was helped by Armando. He was super nice and professional and he realized the cartridge was defective and not the battery. It's been such a hassle getting this G pen to work as it should but the important thing is that it works finally and I am not scared to shop at MedMen anymore (due to my initial experience where I was denied an exchange over the phone).

This place was recommended by a friend and I'm so happy I went! There is parking in the front entrance. It's so nice, clean, and bright light an Apple store! You walk in and they ask for your ID at first to register you if you've never been there before and when you are a returning customer. If you refer a friend, you get a discount too so tell your friends! They have nice selections out and all the employees are nice and our "Bud-tender" was super friendly.

Gave them another chance after the taxes ... simply walked around the tables and smelled EVERY sample .... what do you know it smells like rubbing alcohol because they have to wipe them down since everyone touches them ... sorry but that was a total let down to smell $60-$65 8th flower to only smell alcohol wipes FOR $60 plus tax it should smack me in the face not smell like it's been out for months. After walking around for like 10-15 minutes and nobody wanted to act like they wanted to help (just mindlessly walking around like drones) ... I walked out because $78 for ONE eighth is complete robbery when I can get BETTER QUALITY For $200-300 an ounce all day long at literally any store. Used to be my "Go-To" spot but after the taxes the $60 shelf comes out to.... way too damn much to pay for flower... I mean seriously $60x30% for some canned weed I can get at the expo for HALF PRICE. Come on now this has to be a joke since only people that have NEVER bought weed before would come here ... who wants to pay literally double for something I can STILL find around the corner for half price.... Medmen used to be on point until they rolled the taxes over now I won't step foot back in here for sake of spending too much on mediocre products. Sorry Medmen but if you want the "loyal" customers that spend a good chunk of change in your store to come back, better compensate on the prices or you guys are gunna start sitting on a ton of product. What happened to being here for the patients ? This is not compassion. All real patients beware this place is just here to suck money from our industry.

The presentation of the whole dispensary was off the charts. They had a huge selection and had the Henry's Originals pre-rolls that I was looking for. It literally looks like an Apple store when you walk in there. All the sales reps were very knowledgeable as well.

First off I would like to start off by saying I had a great experience the first time I came here BUT...... the second visit was totally horrible I went there for the same strain I had got the first time which was by mad cow genetics I believe it was called private reserve kush. As you know at med men's everything is presealed in hard plastic vaults so you can smell but not touch, and im fine with that.. AS LONG AS IM GETTING THE SAME PRODUCT AS ADVERTISED. LONG STORY SHORT. The product that I received was not the same one I got the first time it was so dry and it smelled horrible. It was so bad that i came back to make sure they didnt make a mistake,  they exchanged it and still gave me the same disgusting weed.. i rolled it all up smoked it and didnt feel nothing. IF YOU WANT A REAL CLINIC WITH AMAZING FLOWER GO TO "10 SPOT ".

Horrible customer service and bad product. Way overpriced for the quality. Bought a 50 dollar packwood from here that was highly highly recommend and it was an awful experience. The stupid thing ran the whole smoke.. I only got to enjoy 1/4 of the roll when it finally stopped running. I called and complained they offered me a discount on my next order. Went back few days later to buy a different pre-roll and they wouldn't honor the discount the guy offered me on the phone like I was lying or some shit. It's safe to say won't be shopping with them again. There is better dispensary's with higher quality product and better customer service.

MedMen Santa Ana is a great dispensary. I have found the staff at MedMen to be knowledgeable and articulate. Today I had Isaac and we discussed straight CBD vs.CBD rich with some THC for pain management. We also spoke about the tincture that I purchased and he shared important information about the company with me. If you are older and worried about walking into a dispensary-run (or hobble) to this one. It is convenient, clean, safe and well staffed. The store layout, they have iPads for browsing products with tons of info on the product and cannabis is general. Rebecca helped me and she was very friendly. I bought the heavy hitters 1 gram Malibu og. I would certainly come back and I recommend it to anyone looking for a good shop

Rebecca was great! Basically like an Apple Store (aesthetically speaking) for weed. Super clean and well stocked with excellent product selection.

The bright red building is not hard to spot!  After parking, I was immediately greeted at the door and was passed off to a helpful, knowledgable associate.  Great overall experience and a wide variety of products to meet your needs.  Definitely a return customer.

Nice clean showroom. Guy who escorted me through it had very little knowledge. Inventory is very poor. They had no Cbd that didn't have  thc in it. The prices are too high on cbd and weed. I wound up buying from a delivery company that has knowledgeable people and good variety.

If you're just getting high, you may be fine here. But if you think Med Men cares one bit about medical uses of cannabis - forget it. This is not the place if you are looking for therapeutic value. I emailed them my, and my wife's medical conditions, and then went to their store. I told them I had very limited experience, and had tried edibles only once, and I did not know the dosage. The dispenser gave us a pill with 50 mg of THC. We now know that this dosage is for very experienced users, cancer patients, etc. My wife has heart issues, and when the pill kicked in, her BP skyrocketed, and we ended up spending the night in the emergency room. MedMen wouldn't even refund my money! After much complaining they agreed to a refund, but refused to pay any hospital costs - which were just copays as we have health insurance. So many better choices out there. Stay away from medmen!

My partner and I came here after getting a card from them at L.A. pride. There were a few people who helped us but the only name I remember is Darlene. I wish I could give this place 10 stars based solely on my interaction with the staff because this was such a satisfying experience.They were so accomodating when I disclosed I have some diagnoses that can be triggered by cannabis and thats more important to me than all of the other factors. Also this place sets the bar pretty damn high for all of the other dispensaries Ive been too. It honestly reminded me of an Apple store when I walked in. It was so spacious, well lit and fresh. Its in an industrialized part of Santa Ana and yet despite that its not grimy like other dispensaries. Also their first time patient deals are amazing!! My partner got 80 dollars worth of stuff for like 50. Not to mention they have products Ive only ever seen online. So combine that with the shiny flooring, succulents, ipads with product information, back lit display cases, extensive selection of products, friendly staff, clean environment and nice atmosphere. I dont think Id ever want to go to another dispensary and I live 40 minutes away!

Prices are ridiculous, and they don't maintain any decent stock. Basically, the Apple Store of cannabis shops: meaning, high prices, limited selection, and a whole lot of BS.

The staff is great and super friendly and the use of iPads to sell products is more advanced than the other dispensaries in the area.  So having the product description at your fingertips is really helpful but the vape cartridge prices are way higher than the other dispensaries around the corner. Found the same vape cartridges nearby for 20-30% less plus they don't  give you any tax benefit for medical cards. They charged the same tax rate as recreational then gave me 20% discount and it was still 20% higher than the cartridges I bought around the corner. So shop around.

This place is awesome. It's the ultimate retail experience for cannabis. I recommend everyone to come here. They have an excellent selection and it is so neat and clean. All the information is available on an iPad and Bud tenders are super friendly.

This place is AMAZING! I walked in and was blown away from the first second. The place is beautiful and so light and open, it felt just like an apple store or something like that. And they have everything and more! All kinds of flowers, edibles, rubs, capsules, seeds, DOG TREATS (10 points for including our best friends!), tinctures and so much more! They have touch tablets giving you all kinds of info about the flowers which are in small plastic containers so you can look at it and smell it yourself. And when you buy it is all pre packaged!The staff- they are so awesome! Jennifer helped me from the start to finish and was so great. Super helpful, full of good tips and answers to all my questions. We're vegan at home so I had a few questions about the edibles of which they had LOTS of! There were so many choices, it was so hard to choose! And the first time offer is the best I have ever come across so just THAT is worth 5 stars! I've tried a few different dispensaries around OC and this one is the best Ive come across yet by far! Well done MedMen, well done indeed! :D

The best word to describe this dispensary is awesome!  The staff is  very welcoming and extremely  product knowledgeable.  Last Tuesday I brought a new patient with me.  We both received 20% off our entire order and a T-shirt as an added bonus. WOW!  I highly recommend a visit to MedMen.  You will  NOT be disappointed.

This place is expensive however that being said I have only gotten outstanding customer service with the highest quality flower, edible, and CBD concentrate.  Staff is knowledgeable and the building is spotless.  The term you get what you pay for is the best description I can give.

I loved the experience of shopping at MedMen. It's like the Apple Store for weed, it's amazing. Everything is laid out on tables for you to check out on your own, it's a very open space. The customer service is also very nice as well. The store is not intimidating, very laidback. I definitely plan to go back.

While in CA I went with some friends to this store to see what they had to offer.  I found out and it is EVERYTHING!  They had something I had been looking for a very long time which was a body lotion that contained both CBD and THC for my wrists.  If you don't know exactly where the store is, it would be easy to drive right past it but luckily we had done the research prior to our arrival.  To get inside you must show your ID and then you may enter the premises.  Inside they sell a large variety of both THC and CBD products from creams, bath bombs, edibles, drinks and of course as much cannabis as you want.  It is a well designed and very upscale shop with a very knowledgeable yet no nonsense staff.Although I have not yet used my cream, I enjoyed the experience of the store and have since tried a couple of those edibles.  Fantastic and I would definitely go back again in the future.

It's a clean spot however I don't get tended to right away and I'm a person of color and I frequent they're very often and spend my money there it seems I have to chase someone down in order to be able to get any kind of service there. Prices are high some of the products don't work and there's no refunds not even exchanges and I speak of like the sex & body massage oils, teas I purchased them they did not work. The ladies were up and down that her and her man had this thing when me and my man used it it wasn't nothing so I stopped going there and I went someplace else

Drove up 30 minutes and arrived at 5:10. Was told they couldn't do anything for me as they were closed. Not sure why they wouldn't inform me. Will never go here again

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Fair warning - DO NOT come here. Untrained employees and unbelievably TERRIBLE customer service. The staff here is so confused that they charged my group an extra $40. We realized 2 minutes after leaving the store and went back immediately to dispute it. Since it was a cash transaction, they needed to go through another agency to check the security footage. They knew we were leaving the area within the next 3 days and is now ignoring all of our calls to get our money back. They told us they would be transparent, thoroughly communicate and keep us in the loop but they refuse to answer our calls now. Absolutely ridiculous. Don't risk this happening to you. On top of the horrible service, this spot is in NO comparison to other dispensaries. Every one I went to offered a new customer promotion or discount EXCEPT this one. Got nothing from them except money loss. Other dispensaries would have plenty of staff ready to help and show you the different types of strains behind the counter. This place? They have jars set around a table with bud so old and dry that you can't smell anything while the employees are wandering around avoiding eye contact. I cannot stress how horrible this place was. Check out Weden down the street instead!!!

Weird vibes trying to find parking, but once I walked in and got settled, everything was great. Looking for my go to 25mg Protab 10 pack tablets, I ran into James K to ask the price of some Kiva's gummy rolls, he was great helping find some new products and suggested I try a sub lingual compound if I need higher dosages, he also said it hits faster than going through the stomach. He also showed me some drink options. Surprised to see #Lagunitas, one of my favorite brewing companies, has branched into cannabis. Though the drink would have been better with a load of their ales, it was good to see they are forward thinking enough to get their feet wet. Absolutely terrible general manager. No customer service skills what so ever. I bought a cart and a quarter of low grade for $200. Ripped my head off. I walked out the door and literally walked back in and they pulled a technicality to keep my money. Sad these guys are hurting so bad that they are penny pinching customers they could easily assist. I'm a business owner and I came in driving a 100k car. This has nothing to do with money they have no principles here. They are bleeding this community. Give your money to the local smaller shops serving their guests.

Outstanding service! I brought my mom this past Saturday and we were greeted by the sweetest lady Lisa. There was a bit of a wait to get in (because of the capacity). Since my mom is elderly and suffers from Vertigo Lisa suggested that my mom could wait in our car and she would let us know when it was time to come in. Thank you Medmen for having such great customer service.

When I arrived and gave my last name one of the young men remembered filling my order and greeted me by first name which was really cool. It was Genesis who grabbed my order and processed it.
