I want to take my time and recognize Tori! She is very knowledgeable about the products and takes the time to help you figure out what will work best for you. She has excellent customer service skills. She didn't pressure me into anything and was very very nice! If you come here, hopefully she's working! I recommend this spot to everyone. Covid friendly and very organized. You're in and out quick.

Love this place! Their military discount is bomb! Their selection is bar none the best of any dispensary I have ever been to and I have been to over 100 through the years. I can't say enough about the staff and their knowledge of the products. Not to mention their lovely and unique personalities. I have been going here for several years now so I know they always have fresh and medicinal quality flower and edibles. Their products are consistently thee best! And their prices are fair.

Love this dispensary. I have been coming here for years, since they opened. I have tried a few other dispensaries in the area, but I keep coming back here, all the employees are nice, they have an awesome selection, and they work fast.

Picked up some edibles Kiva gummies, huge assortment of pretty much anything you'll ever need. Cool staff, hot looking girls that are very knowledgeable when I threw some guestions at them. Will be back again to replenish my supply

I tried this shop to look for some gummies for a friend who is going through chemo. I had no idea what to get, how much, let alone how she should take any of the products. Ruby was so generous and genuine with her time. Gave me different options and explained how things work and suggested how to take them. She also let me record her explaining all this info so I could send it to my friend. So grateful for this shop and Ruby thank you !

Been here more times to count, both by myself and with company. Rarely any problems. One time I recently needed to speak to a manager, who was helpful, clear, direct, and friendly. OC/Santa Ana has a number of excellent bud shops, but SCSA is the one I typically choose. Competitive prices, clean and quick environment, wide selection!

This shop has always been so good to me whenever I visit. I've been a customer here for well over a year now but this evening I just went in to grab something small and I was helped out by Myra. She was so patient with me and helped narrow down my options with some really good suggestions. I know for sure i'm gonna be looking for her whenever I go in next.

I really appreciate the extra steps this business is taking during the Covid crisis.  The store is now taking your temperature upon entering the purchase area.  Also using a box to place your ID in/return adds another layer of protection.  The spacing inside is enforced and I support this as well.  This location remains my "go to" for all my purchases.

My friend and I delighted SCSA products. But, the front desk girl Sarah was mean, she wasn't trying to figure things out but roll up her eyes and give us a lousy attitude. Fortunately, someone else who is finally interrupted her nonsense talk and help us out.

I have been shopping here for a long time and usually treated very well. However, I purchased a new package of Green Hornet Watermelon Gummies in a new 10 pack. I have used Green Hornet many times and enjoy them, but usually they are in the package loose. I thought I had the same thing but the new pack makes it impossible to get the gummies out of the pack. It sticks to the pack and makes a mess. I included a photo. I took back to SCSA and they tried to get one out but could not so the gal took the messy piece put it back in the pack and said sorry manager won't refund or trade. They said I should contact Green Hornet. It is not my job to contact their supplier, I bought from SCSA NOT Green Hornet. I also tried to contact Green Hornet but they would not even respond. This was a HUGE waste of 20.00. I have a product I can't use but they won't refund my $. Thank goodness there are other dispensaries in my area DO NOT BUY FROM SCSA or you are on your own as they will not help but send you to the supplier.

So stoked They had the new West Coast Curepods! It Clouds like a bong but a super petite vape pen and has 91% THC tested! The store hooked it up with a first timer discount too! Easy check in, line went way way quick. I was bummed to see a line at all of course but even though there were at least 5 people in front of me, i dont think it was more than 1 or 2 mins before i got helped. You guys got a good thing going! Oh and they are licensed if anyone is confused, not every dispensary on weedmaps or yelp are licensed but these guys check out :)

The business hours posted online said they are open until 10pm. I called ahead to double check and was told I needed to be there by 9:50pm. I showed up in time and was told because I had never been there they would not accept me. I asked why and they said that as a new customer I should have been there by 9:45pm. If your business is open until 9:50pm, please note that. If you have special hours for new customers, ensure that you let them know when they call, not after they have called and driven out to you. This is a awesome dispensary. The wait is always quick. They have a lot of products and they also have good prices. Located right off of Warner. It is very easy like they said and safe to access. The staff is very informed and they treat you with respect. Also the online ordering is wonderful.

Wonderful experience every time. The staff are kind, knowledgeable, and act like adults. They have a wide selection of products without having to feel overwhelmed, a discount program, a spotlessly clean facility, and you feel safe with their security without feeling nervous. This is a well run business by any standard regardless of the products.

Before visiting this place I did my research on Yelp to see if it would be great for my needs. I have never gone to a dispensary before and I was really nervous to even go with no knowledge of what products I would need for my back pain that would just contain CBD only. Right when I went in the front desk young lady was very nice and made me feel welcome and was understanding of it being my first time there. Once I entered the shop section, my intimidation came in but once I was helped by one of the nice cashiers I felt relaxed again. I asked all the questions I had and was well taken care of. Once I paid and walked out the front desk young ladies said a goodbye, may be a simple gesture but it went a long way for me to walk and drive back home very happy. If you are a first timer definitely come check this place out I got very good service from this place and will continue to come back!

I struggle with a high stress job and therefore high anxiety, so I was looking for some help since I am new to cannabis. Not every dispensary on weedmaps or yelp are licensed but these guys check out so I went here since they arent too far from me and had their state license posted ok weedmaps.Easy parking, easy check in, and line went really really quick. I was bummed to see a line at all of course but even though there were at least 5 people in front of me, i dont think it was more than 1 or 2 mins before i got helped! I personally need something I can have during the day that does not leave a smell and is discreet so they suggested a pen. They had a ton of options but the WCC curepod is what stood out because of how slim it is and the high potency. So i dont have to smoke as much to take the edge off. I dont like to smoke things but because it is so potent I can have one long pull and im gooood, nobody the wiser. Thanks for helping me out, i want to say that they never made me feel like they were upselling because this pen had a free (1 cent) battery with a cartridge so they werent making much off of me, but you can tell they want to get you what you need not what they want to sell. Highly recommend this shop!

So we were brief customers for a month or two and would come every week and spend a good amount in wax. As you wax heads know, 710 labs is not cheap and also rosin and resin are TWO completely different things. Following covid-19 we started doing pick up orders where you order online and they get your order ready for you. Well on a few different occasions we were given the wrong thing. Usually resin being listed as rosin, and it was on the website that way. The first time or two they swapped it out for the right product however the last time they refused to do it which was weird because they were the ones who put up the product wrong online which also is a violation of the BCC (bureau of cannabis control) all menu items have to be listed correctly as well as in the write categories or the shop is in violation simply to avoid situations such as this one. They refused to swap out the wrong item I was given (resin) when online I bought ROSIN. Harmony helped me out and checked the first item I bought but not the second (we couldn't touch products or look due to covid precautions) and it really was a honest mistake she was super professional and sweet. Now when I came back to get the right item. The front desk even told me she didn't know the difference between resin or rosin (they usually do the menus) so with that said I went back in, harmony was busy so I was blessed with Sarah's horrible customer service now she may not even work there anymore but oh my god did she have the worst attitude I have ever encountered in any service. She was beyond rude and unhelpful I won't even get into the conversation I had with her here I am 3 month later still mindblown that they wouldn't of even fired her on the spot, however had the owner been there I'm sure she would of been acting different but oh my god WORST ATTITUDE EVER AND WHEN THEY DISNT KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE PRODUCTS THEY ARE SELLING. I knew what I wanted the rosin I bought online, not the resin they wrongfully packed in my order. Nonetheless Harmony lucky intervened and finished helping me out and in a sweet professional manner explained to me their mistake and how unfortunately the manager on shift couldn't do anything to me. And that's ok because I know it was not Harmony's complete fault. Basically it seems I wasn't the only person this had happened two and the last few times they covered up their mistake by switching out the wrong product with the right product which they aren't supposed to do but then the next time it happened manager was around so the swap didn't happen. I would just never go to this place if you know your shit and you want good customer service. Yea they price match but not worth the hassle AT all. 5 starts for harmony for handling the situation professionally  and being sweet. Sarah you need to go roll one and know your attitude isn't welcomed in this industry. This is not the trap life, how you treat the customers and build your rapport matters and will be a reflection of not just you but your company as well. And I'm sad to say now every time I think of SCSA we think of you and how horrible your attitude was. I hope you figure out how to be nice to people you don't know in the future. The world surly would appreciate it. We don't need anymore added negativity so if you're gonna be sassy stay at home! But hey what do I know. *and FYI 710 labs had to reach out to them to fix their menu and since they gave me resin (I don't smoke solvents) 710 hooked it up with a free gram or rosin for the bad experience I had and sent me over to Evergreen to pick it up so I would t have to deal with the lack of customer service/ product knowledge. Forever sticking with Evergreen now.(we've been 710 heads for 4 plus years now, we like what we like* OC3 and Tropicanna are also really good shops to go to as well the vibe is always good there!

This is the only shop I will go to solely because of how much stuff they have to choose from. Seriously they have everything you can think of. I haven't been to any shops that carry as many edibles, glassware, rolling papers, and vapes as SCSA. There's always dogs in here too which is awesome and I take my ESA with me in here too. Their best vapes are definitely heavy hitters though. If they weren't the best they wouldn't carry all of their strains, including the new CBD vape. I have bad anxiety and my mom has a lot of pain from a knee surgery, and we've tried a lot of CBD products, but the Heavy hitters CBD pen works way better than anything else has. You can't go wrong with their CBD if you haven't tried their brand yet, I keep it on me at all times. I'm a heavy hitters fan for sure, SCSA is and will stay my one stop shop.

They are doing a major disservice to making the cannibis business reputable. Don't trust their return policy for defective cartridges. Asking to talk to a manager is code to get thrown out. Bunch a drug dealers masquerading as a legitimate business. In no way are they customer focused. The gross mismanagement is pretty obvious if you ever try to get the same product repeatedly. They can't keep anything in stock. And I know it's a dispensary, but does the staff always have to be so stoned.

Good place design wise. Bright lights and fancy displays..But, when it comes to quality connoisseur grade flowers.. I don't think this is the spot. Prices are very high. Last time I was there the meds were all scorched from the lights in the display case. No one wants to pay 65$-75$ an 1/8 for brown nugs.Keep shopping. Go west.. the better shops are further west a couple miles.

Don't say you are open until 8pm and close at 7:35 on a Sunday. I've been coming here for 4 years. What a disappointment. The rude and grumpy faced young brunette made it even worse by not even letting me ask a question. You should not treat your customers like that orthey will start going more often to the shop literally down the street at 2400 Pullman. They start open late until 10:00pm daily including weekends and have the same price and selection. I hope the owner reads this and sees that I am not the first to complain. Who closes their doors at 7:35pm?  Disappointing and unprofessional staff. Wow! Look at their terrible reviews...I am not the only one who has noticed they are not the same anymore.

My first and last time at this place. Front desk girl was super nice however once you enter the shop you get swarmed on. I felt so rushed in trying to pick CBD ointment. Holly K didn't seem very knowledgeable on the product and basically said they're all good. Looked at one in which I said the price was too high, then looked at another and I said I'll take it. After leaving the shop I get home and realize she put BOTH the ointments in the bag. I went back right away and waited in the lobby only to be told sorry no refunds. I said it's cash how hard can it be? Some b.s. about their system not letting them. I even sent an email to the manager... no reply.

My favorite place to shop. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. 4-20 event they gave away free shirts, free food truck, killer sales. Customer for life.

I have gone to a lot of dispensaries and most have really great customer service with a down to earth personality but Leanna who helped us was extremely rude and treated us like we were dumb just because we were asking questions about the products. The rest of the girls  were also acting stuck up and arrogant to the other customers from what I saw. Overall, a really negative experience while you're shopping for cannabis. I hope management fixes this type of behavior on both the front and back staff since its becoming such a well known issue.

Totally unacceptable. The front desk attendant needs to touch my driver's license with long fake nails. These items are a sponge for viruses like COVID. Things need to be touchless as transmissions are real and I do not feel safe going here after years of being a patron.

I was a new customer. Got a great deal on edibles. However , it would've been helpful for the front desk to have explained how everything worked. ex. I did not realize you could not touch the product and security had to bring that to my attention. When I went to purchase my product they could not find me in the system even though I was checked in at the front desk. Only issue having to wear the mask longer than I needed to.

They have re-added the products I needed and I'm much happier now! I get the discount for cancer I'm very appreciative.

It was my first time walking into a Dispensary and I was not disappointed I love every second I spent in here the girl was super nice and friendly she answer all my questions and guide me on what to buy because it was my first time I am from New York I am not used to Dispensary

This is the business dispensary for a reason. They have amazing deals and prices. They have tons of bud-tenders working to ensure you get helped quickly and find what you're looking for. I've been in here over 20 times and have never been disappointed. I only smoke Heavy Hitters and they have never run out of product on me, so thank you for that SCSA!

I never thought I would be at a cannabis facility, but the medical helpfulness brought me there.  All employees are helpful, but some know more than others.  The store has a superior choice in merchandise and availability.  They have a veteran's discount, which I thought was so patriotic and helpful.  Feel safe in going there.

This is a nice dispensary but...staff has attitude and they don't take credit or debit. That is fine but 2 weeks in a row both ATM were not working!  I was there when they opened and there is no excuse for no ATM first thing in am. No one is apologetic and they just tell you it will be a few hours...really?  I won't go back!  Go to Super Clinik or Evergreen.

I really wanna like this place but every time I'm presented with bad customer service and false information. This particular incident happened on 06/22 at closing time. I forgot my passport at home and I asked the girl at the front if it's okay to look me up with my ID. She said no we need your passport (she kept her eyes on her phone) and were about to close 20 mins prior. I understand that they stopped serving patients at 9:45 but the fact that she told me "come back with your passport" and did not give me that important information is the very reason I am taking my business elsewhere. Mind you, the first time she told me "oh someone has gotten fired for letting someone use an ID" is why I didn't argue or anything when she says she couldn't do it. But the fact that when she closed the door on my face, she had the audacity to smirk and say "I'm really sorry but I was wrong, you can come back when we're open" that is the most unprofessional customer service I have gotten. This girl needs to be let go, because first of all she does not understand taking your time with the customer by explaining all policies especially if it's crucial information. She just couldn't care less about the actual customer service experience. Horrible time here at SCSA.

My Dad is the one who introduced me to this dispensary. It's literally the only legit dispensary I've been to. If you want top notch service, legit product and a clean environment...look no further. I've read other people's reviews complaining about the budtenders. That's lame, sorry...I've never had any issues with them.

Warning:  take your gram scale or be cheated.  I was shorted half a gram,  Zelly's Gift tamper proof seal does not break when opened.  Their employees are probably helping themselves.  I emailed, I left voicemail, I am being ignored.  Do not shop here.  Find another 'honest' dispensary.

Before I continue, I welcome you to look through my other reviews to understand that I actually review places based on my experience as an individual. Ridiculously awful excuse of a dispensary. Let me start off by saying, in this day and age, you do not need to charge anybody 65 dollars for a 3.5 gram Eighth of pretty good weed. (Mind you, not amazing weed, just pretty good, not lab tested at the time) I vaporize all my product and I can tell you that these guys use low quality growers. The low quality customer service, and lower quality patient care were the final straw for me. Let's start off to say, you should NEVER offer free medicine for POSITIVE reviews. Who does that? Why would I give you 5 stars if everything about you is a scam for a free 5 dollar pre roll? (Which cost them about 20 cents to roll) What reason do I have? Even if they offered me the 1 gram Top shelf they were giving everybody else for a positive review... But I leave an HONEST review and I'm bombarded. No people, avoid this place at ALLLLL COSTS. THIS PLACE IS EXTREMELY OVERPRICED. Use the first time patient 7 gram any shelf deal, and never come back. Don't give them false positive reviews for a cheap joint either. It's not worth  a few pennies to give these guys a false positive review just to see more people buy into the scam. I'm telling you, go to other dispensaries for better flowers and better deals Well, these guys charge 65 for 3.5 grams, which comes out to like 16 a gram or something roughly (not gonna pull out a calculator) Why? Why pay more for less?Why?Ask yourself?Thank you and avoid at all costs.Everything I've said here is my opinion on South Coast Safe Access and should not be taken as a FACT. You should check the pricing yourself, and compare and analyze the best dispensary in your price range. The quality is again, my opinion. I've seen places offering much higher quality product for much lower pricing, and I would like to say that you should only purchase what you feel comfortable paying. This review is simply my opinion of this establishment and I encourage you all reading this to make your own decision.

Listed their hours as closing at 8. We called at 7:30 and told them we'd be there in 15 minutes. Got there at 7:43 and they had already closed. Lazy staff, mediocre selection. There are better options in the area. Don't waste your time.

Love this place! Great customer service. I love the easy check in. Sometimes I come in here during their busy time and the girls who check me in never seem to rush me or make me feel like I'm a bother... some other shops around the area do make paying customers feel like that. Anyway, I always find what I need and great explanation on the products they carrier. Marc has helped me so much every time I come in. My dog has seizures and he recommended me to get Vet cbd and Bailey dog treats with cbd. They changed my dogs life and I am so thankful. He is so knowledgeable and all the other employees are always so welcoming. There is even a cute frenchie that greets you. Love this place!

My family went into this place for the first time and the young ladies were very rude.  It was first time there and expected to get some information on what we going to purchase for our daughter that has cancer and it was a very bad experience.

Went there and I asked for the skywalker by Rove and they gave me something that tasted like grape ape,Not cool I hate fake grape. Dispensaries are wack there only out to make money and sell wack herb grow your own dope. So bummed

Awesome selection. So many options to choose from. I recommend this clinic over any other in Santa Ana. Love coming here on my break. A bit pricey but you know the saying, you get what you pay for. I don't mind paying a little more because the quality is the best and I never have to wait when I get here.

Extremely disappointed! Came here 9:50pm and doors locked. See people inside and they saying they closing at 9:45. Nothing like that on the website ,or even on the doors.  Signs says, "we are  open till 10PM". That's not right way to do it.

I used to love going here! But last time, my husband received an empty bottle of oil in a new box. We paid $50 for that. When we saw what had happened, my husband took it back and talked to the manager, but he refused to make it right. We are 2 old people living alone in our home, so we know that no one else had access to it. Sorry to say, we will not be going back here. AND A WORD OF ADVICE IF YOU DO GO TO SA, CHECK YOUR PURCHASE BEFORE LEAVING THE COUNTER!

First and only place I've been to for CBD products. mostly for elderly parent. Young women on staff whom I've met have been very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Clean, safe, well-organized, and well-run.

Returning medical patients beware!I'm a long time (2+ yrs) client who loved this place, but I will now find another shop. Stopped in today to refill and was surprised to see a line out the door. Went to the front desk and instead of a smiling friendly face I was processed and told I would be called. Look at Jenn H.'s review on 11/20/2017 and that is exactly how it use to be, sadly not today.After 35 minutes I was told to go back and got in the next line inside. Here is where I got pissed, they only had 3 bud tenders working. I was familiar with all 3 and was amazed that there were no new workers to match the new demand caused by the recreational users. While I was waiting in line one of the bud tenders took a break and NO ONE replaced her, so now we were down to 2. Took another 10 minutes waiting to get through the line inside, then 5 minutes to purchase and leave. 50 minutes total, all seemingly because the owner is either incompetent or greedy and doesn't have enough staff to meet demand. I'm leaning towards greedy, because they had plenty of product to meet demand.

I always leave this collective with a smile on my face: the flower selection is top notch, If you like wax, try out an SCSA extracts; they usually offer nice strains like blue dream or heavy indicas, the way I like my medicine! I highly recommend MJS CBD Daily, C Therapy & CannaHeal topical for any patients who are looking for a Daily Cannabis Regimen for therapeutic use, Cancer Therapy, Epilepsy, Chronic Pain, Auto Immune Disease, Skin Disorders etc. Shout out to Tree, she is really nice and has given me great advice when im indecisive quite a few times, hehe thank you!

I have used their products for almost 5 years beginning when the location was off Dyer Road. First Bud tender to assist me was Sandra, and to this day I enjoy seeing her. She's like a long lost friend at this point. Tina who worked the admitting desk for quite some time is now a tender and's very pleasant. In the 3 years that this locations been open it's been great to learn to know each one of the new staff. I only have wonderful things to say about this business.  My only concern has been that the security (suppose to be watchful) guards are cell phone surfing  90% of the time, and it doesn't make me feel very secure. Lol guys.....(storing their phones at the front desk before their shift would be a great start). I haven't purchased elsewhere in the 5 years total I've been a patient with them!!!! Rocking 5 stars

This is my shop I go here quite often! I'm known by name!  Kaylie  usually smile and is always excited to see me and ask me how my day went and were my wife is lol! And always has some good suggestions for me before I go back! And the people in the back are amazing always have a blast with them!!! Love going here!!! Very comfy!!!

This is the best shop I've been to. I've been going for years and it never disappoints. Most of the employees have been there From the beginning and they are always so helpful and knowledgeable. I've had many issues with pens and cartridges and they are always so quick to help me out and fix my issues. The clean shop full of selection is another thing that keeps me coming back. Keep it up!

First time deal was buy an 1/8 and get a free 1/8 of similar quality. Super Silver Diesel. top shelf- tight and dry herb, was cured well. Smoked great with a euphoric high. Thc and cbd tested (5/5) Blue Haze. top shelf-Loose and moist, not fully cured and dried. Tough to grind and had difficulty enjoying. Herb was not tested for content. (2/5)

PAY ATTN TO THE BAD REVIEWS regarding being sold bad products, customer service, and return policies. Their good reviews were bought for a free $5 preroll. This place will rob you! Don't waste your time or money here! They sell bad products and won't help you out or make things right. Horrible service! There are SO MANY OTHER professional and friendly RETAIL SHOPS that are customer service oriented. I bought 4 items, brand new, two of the items went together, but both were faulty. Just lost over $100 on bad products for the two items. Had the receipt, packaging, everything. They offered no exchange, refund, discount, not even an apology, literally NOTHING. So I said this would be my first and last time there, and the "manager" got upset and started to yell at me! Backwards right? She wasn't even the one who spoke to me, it was a guy who spoke to me at the counter! So not sure why she got involved, yelling, and escalating the situation when I already took my loss and because of that, stated why I would not be back. No one in their right mind would come back after that experience. The shirt girl claiming to be a manager is not a good manager. Bad company policies, faulty products, and/or bad management are all reasons customers will not come back.

This place sells some dirty old (I mean like 9 month old) weed. Stale weed for full price?! I am a marijuana connoisseur and will not smoke that garbage. I didn't realize until I got in my car that the Canndescent Calm 213 box was stale af! So I walked right back in and their response was "No Refunds" I didn't even want a refund just...ya know, some good weed!!! This is the second time I've had an issue with them and the second time they blew me off. Also, don't bother asking for a manager. I used to come here 1-2 times a week and always bought top shelf. I used to drive from LB to this place, do they know how many dispensaries I drive past to get to them. I don't think the owner cares. All of these shops now sell the exact same products as of July 1st. So I think some of these places are just hoping to get bought out before going out of business. Visited SCSA for the first time today.  A bit discouraged at the entrance I wasn't greeted nor was I checked in in a timely manner. It was evident the receptionist were more concentrated on speaking with vendors versus checking patients in.   "Jadah" seem to be having a bad day. Very abrupt and automatically made my party and I feel unwelcome.  although our experience wasn't the greatest at the beginning we wanted to give the dispensary a chance because they do have an a 8 gram special for their for first-time patients.     Unfortunately if you were a patient in need of quality flower I would not suggest coming to this location if you plan to spend no less than $55.  Majority of the flower lacked in color, sent as well as looked on the older side.  Overall unappealing.     Our budtender was very friendly and patient showcasing us the specific strains we requested.  We both left with a purchase but plan on not returning. First impressions last a life time.

I found this gem, because I was watching the local news one night and they were being interviewed. This establishment is extremely clean and very inviting. I was a first time client here, and they made the check-in process very easy. I walked in with my service dog and all of the staff were very kind to the both of us. Once I walked into the room, where all of their products are; I was AMAZED! So much to chose from. All of the staff members were very informative and helpful. I asked for their recommendations and I am now an extremely satisfied customer. This is now the only establishment that I will support.

First dispensary I have ever gone to but it's so clean and organized and the Budtenders are so personable & knowledgeable. They even remember what they recommended last time and ask how you like it! Great selection of edibles, flowers, and pipes. I won't go anywhere else! :)

I love it here! I've been to other places where it feels shady and unsafe, but not here! and as a young woman that counts for a lot with me. The place is clean, they have a great selection of meds...so worth the drive from temecula.

Now that I've the 1-Star fuck-up review behind me, I can tell you my impressions of the interior of this facility after I'd returned with all of my documents, even the unnecessary, duplicitous ones (I felt like a Berlin Jew handing my papers over to a bored and suspicious Nazi guard).  This time, I whizzed right past the bovine-eyed one and was ushered into the Brave New World of big-business-replaces-Head Shop. No sir, this isn't your granny's pot shop with incense wafting the air, over-stuffed couches and black-light posters lining the walls. This is a fancy jewelry store with all the gems and gold under glass but these gems are buds, the gold in the hash. As in said jewelry store, a sales agent/bud-tender floated my way, like she hovered, and introduced herself as she guided me through the fairyland of bud. Such a large selection was hard to decide and a wall-sign simplified it all with types, THC-count, etc. I asked a few questions, selected a few items (taking advantage of the FTP deal) and made the buy. This was all-business and I felt it even though Olivia was nice as could be. There was an impression of "keep the line moving" or maybe I was just being my overly-sensitive self. The cameras did little to lighten-up the situation along with the uniformed armed guard with marble eyes. The Germans would've approved of how SCSA has institutionalized this happy little herb. ("Yah, but keepen der line moving, yah!") Yet, all things considered, I suppose it reflects the business of the day and, even though it's as far from that cool little head shop you might remember, the products are excellent selections from various growers all inspected, weighed and neatly presented, like the jewelry department at Macy's, under strict Gestapo surveillance. Maybe one day we'll see an ease in regulations of this most-natural of Mother Nature's bounty and an improvement in handling, presentation and sales. Maybe one day we'll see tasting rooms with fat, over-stuffed couches, black-light posters on the walls, sounds from the Bose and incense wafting the air. That would be nice...and probably just another pipe-dream. Other than that, I'm waiting for the green-leafed IPO's on Wall St.

These guys advertise that they price match, but do not have any standard protocol to execute the policy that they advertise on their website. The first time we came in they price matched our products and were not charged taxes because my boyfriend has a medical marijuana card from the California department of public health. They explained that the person that helped my boyfriend and I last time didn't do it correctly because they were still supposed to charge tax. So they were trying to charge us 15 percent more than they had prior on the same exact product. But ya know prices change and we can get past that. What I'm writing this review about is that was Lyannae had a very condescending tone when explaining all of this and talking about how the policy advertised on their website was a courtesy and saying she would no longer extend it to us simply because we didn't understand why we were paying two different prices for the same product. The store needs to get their protocol straight first and foremost. Second you need to teach the people that work for you proper customer service. Any customer would be questioning paying two different prices and rather than striking an attitude you can simply get your manager to conclude the interaction. She tells us that if we can get the same product cheaper elsewhere then we should go elsewhere which kinda defeats the purpose of price match in the first place and simply is rude. So bottom line, don't come here for price match, they don't do it and they will act like you are inconveniencing them by asking for it.

Awesome selection, great budtenders who know their stuff and always seem glad to see you. The ladies at the front are always so smiley and kind, and the security guards even say hello! Lots of cartridges and concentrates, premium top shelf to mid shelf variety flower for everyone's own needs and preference, a huge edible selection (from honey sticks to gummy sour strips to my personal favorite, Kiva chocolate covered coffee beans), a big selection of CBD only products (edibles, salves, tinctures, even CBD specifically for dogs!)... literally a one stop shop (joints and glassware too!) I've been coming here for a while now and I never go anywhere else. I drive from lake forest too! Thought I should finally write a review for my favorite dispensary.. keep it up guys you are awesome !

What a great and friendly place to go to. They are very knowledgeable in what helps the condition I have. I also feel safe going there, as advertised. This is the only place I go to get my medical marijuana now.

Love this place. I feel safe and the selection is huge. Security officer at the door. Friendly staff + spacious waiting room & dispensary area. They even display the THC levels. I come here every other week. They give you a free 8th with your first purchase. I also got a free joint when I purchased around $200. Tip: Make sure you bring cash, they don't accept any other payment forms. I have no reason to shop elsewhere.

This was my first time walking into this place since it's been opened. My initial thoughts were how professional and clean the lobby area was. Very open and welcoming. The ladies behind the counter were very friendly and asked me to fill out some paperwork along with show them my rec and ID. After doing so, I was told I had to bring it in every time. I thought that was kind of dumb since I've been to other places that say they don't require that after your initial sign up. But it's not a big deal. After completing that, you're able to walk through the door and into Wonderland where all your wishes are about to come true. It's very well kept and bright (I personally wish it wasn't, but that's just me haha) with a vast array of products-you name it, and they probably have it. If there's a line, you just take your spot, and wait to be called by the next available budtender. I forget what the "first timer" deal was, but she gave me a lot of weed for $60 (because of the kind I got-could be cheaper depending on what you get) when it probably would've been over $100 for the amount she gave. My service there was amazing and quick! I would definitely recommend this place to a friend!

Awesome customer service !  I was greeted by the friendly receptionist "Sam" who made me feel very comfortable on my 1st visit. My tenders name was "Matt" and he took the time to explain things to me and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly !  This place is extremely clean and the meds are great ...... I love the fact that this shop is very much a safe and clean environment.. The open layout of the shop allows for a great sense of comfort and trust... The bud tenders are very much knowlegable about the variety of strains they have to soothe or help any health ailment possible.. The fact that they actually have CBD tinctures also provides confidence they are truly here for us patients and focus on providing great service.. The vast selection of flowers and concentrates is another reason why I prefer here over other facilities and 2ndary to that is the consistency...

SCSA is amazing, the best in the city. The place is very clean. The staff is extremely kind and professional. They helped me with getting the right medication.  There isn't a dispensary in Santa Ana with their quality of Medication. If you want quality come here, you won't be disappointed. Easy parking with security guard.  Easy check with cool staff.  Insane selection.  No really i mean insane selection.  Tinctures, gel caps, balms, edibles, top shelf, bargin shelf, drinks, high cbd, high thc, glass ware etc etc.  Standard pricing.  All in all just really impressed with this new legit club.  I recommend the Bumblebee disposable vape pen.  I was referred to it after explaing to the budtender I needed something discrete that still hit like a champ but without choking me.  I'll for sure be back.

I visited this facility 2 nights ago & Matt helped me choose a new cannabis oil.  Matt is almost like a personal counselor as he takes your medical problem very seriously & can always offer a solution.

I love this place! From the selection of flowers to the great people that work there. The security staff are friendly and smile. The front administration are professional and smile. Once inside, waiting times can be zero to 7 minutes. There are a lot of" worker bees" as i may call them there to answer many questions one may have about, flowers, gummi bears, death rockets, Kief, or wax. There are many knowledgeable people on staff at all times. (they smile too.) My last visit there was another wonderful experience, I met with staff member Jene'e. Cool name by the way, anyways- (I'm a disabled veteran, I get a great discount there.) The flowers are so great there, there is always a wonderful selection and I can take all the time I need to make a descision. I'm never rushed by my peers or my staff members. I always return home and am happy with the flowers (or whatever) I've chosen. This location is MY PLACE to go to! I love it! Moon rocks are cool too.

By far, the best around in OC. They always have a wide selection of pretty much everything (from different grades of buds, waxes/oils/shatter, edibles, etc.) and I appreciate that they lab test, so you know exactly the percentages/stats of THC/CBD/Terpines/etc. regarding your product. The layout is clean and very professional with everything listed and they also have an amazing staff, very courteous, friendly, and patient when you have questions. Basically, from start to finish, you won't find a more professionally run establishment anywhere in OC.

I go here to get my medical marijuana. They have a ton of extracts like shatter, oil, etc. Their selection of bud is quite impressive. They have TVs on the wall that tell you a little bit about the strain. They help there is pretty good. They sometimes get backed up because of the volume of customers. They have two ATMs for your use to withdrawal cash for your medical transaction. All in all its a solid 4 star place. Clean, comfortable, and friendly. Also safe there is 24/7 security for the Dispensary.

This place is great! Some of the best quality flower I've ever seen and they consistently keep new products coming in! Free 1/8 with my first 1/8 purchase and I get a military discount when I come back!!! This place is by far the best Clinic ever! Oh and Sev, the budtender that helped me...was incredibly knowledgeable!!!

Updating review from 4 months ago...I have been back in CA for a few weeks, and have shopped here twice. Again, they have excellent products, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and a very clean store. With the CO-VID 19 pandemic, they provide you with ample social distancing, hand sanitizer, and no-contact shopping. Also, the staff were all wearing masks and masks were required for all customers, which made me feel more secure.Thanks, SCSA for being awesome!

I've been going to SCSA since the day they opened and can honestly say they are one of the best shops around. Clean shop, great and consistent products, easy check in process and the staff is usually super nice and helpful. What more do you need?Keep up the great work guys

This dispensary doesn't deserve even one star!!!! In 2009, I worked as a bud tender for multiple dispensaries for years, I am vigilant in regards to the way the dispensary operates as a whole and especially the way the bud tenders treat their patients!!!!the bud tender who was helping me out personally had ZERO and i mean ZERO knowledge about any of the product. all the while another woman co worker was standing right there listening and observing the whole conversation, instead of stepping in and assisting him, she literally looked over and glared at me like some jealous mean high school girl.You do NOT have the option to pick a strain you like and request an amount. nope. they have jars labeled for grams, eights, and so forth.there is NO first time patient discount and NO referral discount. if you are not wearing your mask literally over your entire face you will not even be acknowledged. you have to stand behind a line over 2 ft from the products and you can't even smell or look at the product. if your foot reaches that forbidden line they literally yell at you. the prices are terrible. pricier than ANY other dispensary i've been to. in conclusion, i was literally out of weed, was even a little desperate to pay a higher price, but it was so unreasonable that i told them you know what forget it and walked right out. i told them it was the worst dispensary i've ever been to.

Literally takes over 25 mins to pick up here. On most occasions you will have to wait whilst they tender finishes their chat. No one working here has any sense of urgency or awareness that they are also serving medical patients for whom excessive waiting might actually affect their health. If you complain the staff will intentionally take longer. There will be a huge cue and the staff will escape to the stock room to have chats whilst one single bud-tender processes all the orders. A joke - it's like they don't want your moneyTake your business where people will respect your time and the fact that you are spending your money with them regularly. Connected is literally around the corner and there is rarely a wait!Also the security guards are drunk on the little power they have and love being sticklers for the rules. Hope it makes them happy.

I've been to this particular location only a couple times now and just have to say it has good quality marijuana for those marijuana connoisseurs out there. I don't often partake in the consumption of marijuana, but will when  my sciatica starts acting up or my monthly hits me with really bad cramps. By the grace of God that doesn't happen often like most other women, but when I do get them I am in extreme pain & trust me I know pain. I'm one of the rare people that has the misfortune of knowing what cluster headaches are (way worse than your basic migraine) so I enjoy a smoke when truly needed. Recently picked up some Dynasty OG & it was fire!!! Now since I'm not a regular (not since my younger days at least) at this you might ask how do you know it's fire? Well guys it's because my man is definitely a regular smoker as he works in plumbing and is also a warehouse worker he likes to alleviate his body aches at the end of the day with some good smoke and he loved this strain. It was dense w/ a pine smell and it hits smooth. We both really enjoyed this product. The staff was nice, the establishment is clean and well displayed and it's good to see that this place is taking the Coronavirus seriously.

**WARNING** *Do not* shop here. There are so many alternatives.  These people are the scum of the earth. They sold me a dried out, crap weed and refused to exchange or make it right (and package was unopened). And this from someone who has been a loyal customer for many, many years. So here's where they really go wrong.....I posted an honest, negative review on weed maps. South Coast Safe Access (SCSA) responded by trying to *dox* me by including personal information in their reply.   I brought this up to weed maps (who were awesome btw) and they took the offensive reply down. A day later it was back up. So again I reached out to weed maps and they promptly removed. A day later SCSA can no longer be found on weed maps (see pic). Probably not good for business, eh kids? Long story short - do not trust these morons.

Definitely the best dispensary I've been to in California. I'm from the east coast & travel frequently and always still only come here. And they have cool special guests

I’m a newbie, never partake nor wanted to, however out of curiosity I went with a friend who was purchasing and I THOUGHT I would only just spectate the wonderful world of dispensary everyone was raving about. This was not only my first time not only at this dispensary but at any dispensary. I was very apprehensive and didn’t know what to expect. It was a great experience! Very simple, easy, just 1..2..3. Due to Covid, there were city guidelines they followed, so they were safe and required masks and social distancing from everyone. The line was long but moved up very quick except of course from the guy in front of me. ?‍♀️? As I stood there in line I was taking it all on, listening to all the knowledge staff and educating the consumers on each product they wanted or bought. I was intrigued and interested at that point. The staff was extremely attentive to each consumer giving them their full attention which is great thing. On our turn the staff was equally attentive, knowledgeable and really opened my eyes up to so many medicinal benefits that I had never even imagined. I made a couple of purchases myself! ?❤️? how could I not, I was very impressed and the staff helping us, was teaching me about so many great benefits and products I had never considered prior. On the way out I saw a truck that they even do mobile dispensary delivery! They thought of everything! I was truly impressed. Whether a newbie like me or experienced this is a great place to come to. In and out, simple and easy. The staff was wonderful! ... I highly recommend.

There were two receptionists, one was very nice and polite with black hair the other was extremely rude and could not be bothered to help anyone while the other receptionist was try to get everyone in. Her coworker called her one name and then when I asked what her name was and gave me an entirely different one, when I gave her my ID she acted like I was interrupting her and looked upset that I’m bringing business. Now I know why this place has a reputation for bad service with an employee like that up in front.

South Coast Safe Access Dispensary provided fast and friendly service from the time I called ahead to inquire about their stock on Vet CBD to when I arrived to the store. Arriving to the location, the front of the store is very unassuming. Once you’re in the store, it was a different story. All products were brightly showcased and left me feeling that this is a place I’d visit again. The store was clean and well-stocked. The staff member I interacted with was patient and extremely knowledgeable. Although I had done my research of the product, I still inquired to make sure the staff member knew their on product. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by his depth of knowledge. He didn’t try to oversell and he also mentioned a store promo that allowed me to walk away with a free item. This is definitely a store I’d frequent again!!!

This place is large and the staff is very helpful. Good selection and the even had a vendor there the day we went. Great deals too! Will be back.
